I had a good experience, the front desk has a great customer service, they are patient and have empathy when providing help. The Doctor was super helpful and answered all my questions.
Canceled my Appointment the day of my appointment! This is the second time! I won’t ever come back! When I called to ask why my appointment was canceled the receptionist stated the doctor was sick! Y’all kept reminding me of my appointment and to click YES to confirm my appointment so when I do then today 01/03/2024 at 8am I get a message saying my appointment was canceled! Never Again ✌🏽
My wife goes to San Juan center. It is a sad state of affairs, the way she is treated. I explain this to the ones who are reviewing this evaluation. I am going to explain this, as if you were a 3year old. Simple as pie, to many sick people, not enough Doctors. Tada!!!! P.S. You know and I know, it always is and always will come down to the simple truth. The all American dollar. When they started putting money before humanity. Every one was on planet earth were off that day. Yours truly, pray to God that today it wasnt your child.
Worst medical service I ever had, I’ve been a patient for years and my appointment was canceled without my consent. They made no effort to even contact me and even reschedule without consulting me first and even scheduled me with the wrong doctor. To make matters worse I was even refused service as a walk in when they failed to see me in my own scheduled APPOINTMENT. No effort read even made to help me or compensate for what was done to me and I was even scheduled the wrong service, what are you people even doing?! Maybe consider getting better employees who actually care about providing for there patients, this experience left me so angered and I will absolutely never be coming back and for the sake of anyone reading this I suggest you go elsewhere, every time I’ve come to this clinic it’s been an absolute sh*t show, I’ve never had a good experience
This place has gotten so bad. Getting an appointment is almost impossible! God for bid you get sick or a rash they tell you go to the hospital or urgent care .I tried to make a follow up appointment for my child who had strep throat and was still in pain and was told by the end of the month they should have a opening. Go into the facility they literally snacking walking around doing nothing but talking about vacations 🤦♀️🤦♀️ they had 2 people in the waiting room . Like how is this place still open?????
Not sure if management has changed but this place went from being a great to downright horrible. Years ago, my daughter and I were patients. The staff was great, informative and actually helped! I moved and got a new PCP but came back because of the great treatment I received before. WORST DECISION EVER MADE. Dr. Nelson prescribed mood stabilizers for me and said he would call in a few days to see how I was on the medication and then would advise me to either up dosage or not. He also was supposed to put in an order for bloodwork but never did and went on vacation. When I tried to reach out, I was given the runaround and when I tried to reach the social worker, Anthony, who had originally advised I take a mood stabilizer, I never got through. Because I stopped taking the mood stabilizer that Dr. Nelson prescribed, I fell even deeper into my depression, bouts of rage and even tried something I would never do!!SHAME ON YOU ALL FOR ALLOWING THIS TO HAPPEN WHEN IT COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED. I WONDER HOW MANY LIVES WERE LOST BECAUSE OF YOUR CALLOUSNESS!!!!
My experience with my doctors have always been fine. My problem is the rude front desk workers. It seems as if they want to get paid just to sit there. Their attitudes are horrible and I hate having to call in for anything. One of the workers named Camille hung up on me while I was speaking, and no it wasnt because of horrible phone service. Ive called to speak with my doctor about a serious medical issue and I was told that I will get a call back from my doctor within 2 hours.. it is now 2 days later and I still have not recieved my call. Everytime I call the front desk, the women there are very rude with explaining anything, like as if I just interupted their many conversations they have amongst each other, rather than them taking care of the patients. I will ask to speak to a general manager to make a complaint because I will not stand for this type of treatment, especially since Ive been coming here for over 6-7 years.
I worked here. The LPN there is amazing. She was the only one that made me feel welcomed honestly. The nurse manager would try to make me feel like I am completely beneath her as if I knew nothing. But meanwhile she thought HPV vaccine was a live vaccine. Her demeanor how she spoke to me . I have never in my whole nursing career felt so belittle like that. Even when I first got the job and the recruiter who called me lied stating that I would be able to work certain hours and then after I signed the dotted line look directly at me during orientation stating this is the hours for agency nurses and thats it. Ive worked in clinics with Jamaica Hospital Elmhurst Hospital Advantage Care Physicians and I would have to say that my experience there was depressing at times. Its like once I would end the day well with a smile feeling like Im getting a feel of this clinic the nurse manager would be sure to make sure I end my day on a bad note. They should have hired a nurse who knows everything My advice to nurses like that is to please humble yourself or it will always be a revolving door. Maybe you wont have to keep wondering why the nurses wont stay. Just saying. We all contribute one way or the other as nurses. Im not in this field for a pay check. I love what I do. I am proud to be an LPN. CHN was just an experience. Have a blessed one.
I had an appoinment here for a physical test and they made me go twice, the first day they did the blood work and then they wanted me to go back to see the doctor, are they charging the health insurance twice? Physical test should be done the same day, if the doctor isnt present to see the patients physical and general appearance then it shouldnt be done.
Ive been a patient since they opened, also Im officially disabled for more than 8 years, actually unable to walk and I couldnt get a home attendant because in this place they dont fill out any type of document, not even to receive food, the doctor told me to go a nursing home: very rude and nasty answer for a person who has a place where to live. The worst part is they were the ones supposed to do all the paperwork because they have my entire medical record; now I have to start all over in a whole different clinic with a more empathetic staff.
Horrible! I waited 3 1/2 hours to be seen for a physical. The security guard told my two year old “Shh” while on her personal phone during her work hours. After waiting 2 1/2 hours I asked one of the front desk what was the hold up and she told me I just had to wait , another hour passes by & I go to a different girl, she was the only one who helped and went directly to the doctor. I finally saw the doctor and she rushed the appointment because she didn’t “have time.” I had to get nasty because I was so upset! Went in at 10:45am for my 11am appointment & left out of there at 1:50pm! Never again!
So I just called this office to make an appointment to have my IUD removed and they gave me an appointment for June just to have a phone call talk with the doctor and then she’ll give me another appointment in person to remove it this is unbelievable that’s why I have to talk about it and then she gave me another appointment for a regular physical in May 25 just to talk to the doctor by phone so she could give me another appointment for them to take out blood for a lab. And then they expect for their patience to stay with them and they expect for the community to agree to fund them or to help them with this kinds of appointments today is April 6 and it’s 12:55 PM. All I can say is good job New York City we’re going up in the world
One of the most disgusting & unprofessional staff members, front desk are a total joke, they take forever to give u a appt. & also be seen, or maybe u would have the same issues I had that had to literally call their office because I had a virtual appt. That never happened cause the provider never called until I called the office & let them know I waited 30 mins & nothing
Can the manager or supervisor please ask the new psychiatrist why she suddenly disappear from the zoom call leaving the patient clueless about where did she go? She has no manners, she should let the patients know shes hanging up the phone.
Ive been here since 10Am waiting on my paper work to give to my hasa worker for housing stilling waiting they made me miss my sleep apnea doctor appointment thats way in Manhattan these people is really slow they really need to find more n better people to work for them
My son had a 2 PM appointment and at 4:05 Im still sitting in the waiting room. Currently still in the waiting room. The staff is friendly but the excessive wait time is unforgivable. This is the last straw with this place. Calling TRI-CARE (insurance) to change from this health care provider.
Horrible I’ve been apart of this clinic since I was 12 and it was mic womens healthcare network every since chn took over the service is horrible o waited 3 weeks for an appointment for them to tell me the day before that the appointment was never canceled and my number was never updated I made them listen to the call then they tell me I have to wait another 3 weeks for an appointment mind u I need this appointment to return to work. They say we can waitlist then they send me a text saying they have an appointment available in two weeks do I want it of course I say yes they wait til after the appointment is set to send me a text saying it’s a telephone visit now it’s Monday and somebody is getting cursed out again horrible service how can I get my paperwork to return to work if it’s a telephone call over it
Ive bn coming hre 4 about 13 yrs and ive nvr hd complains until nw... The number dosent wrk, anytime u wnna speak 2 the office u cnt. The girls in the front desk dont wnna wrk. The doctors d@ r thre nw suck... Im gnna gt my medical records n leave this plc.. Thy mde nice rwnovation bt the service hs gttn so poorly. Smh ,all the gd doctors left ...hmmm i wndr y!!
I don’t recommend . They will let you go months with stds and not call you or say anything. Somebodies lieing. Blood work doesn’t go out to get screened and that’s scary
Love it here. My boys and myself been coming to this location almost 7 years. The nurses are very friendly. The doctors are awesome.
I like my doctors Elizabeth and Yulya. Theyre pretty cool. And Ive never gotten sick or false information so I cant complain.
Waste of time don’t have doctors you go for any emergencies and they don’t treat you they want to give you options for you could go to another clinic and is not fair people missed work to come in and the staff of the doctors don’t work with you

They never answer the damn phone it doesnt matter which extension you press its ridiculous nor do they return patient phone calls ive been locked out of my portal for two months now so i cant even send the doctor a message

Terrible service, one star is too much for you, you treated me like I was a weirdo, you didnt even want to imprison me, the service is very bad, I dont recommend it at all.
