Doctors are great! Unfortunately the front desk is not very friendly and does not communicate well. They failed to inform me of out of pocket fees for additional injections recommended by doctor that insurance did not cover. They also try and argue with you if you have met your out of pocket co-pays for the year and try and get you to pay the deductible. Suggestion: listen to the patients! Also it would be nice if they would open a little earlier to allow people to get to work on time! They will not open the doors until 8am on the dot even with people waiting outside the door. Customer service needs work.
Excellent staff gives great advice and its a big help for men. Highly recommend.
Jessica is the greatest EVER! She is so incredibly patient, and goes above and beyond to help help anyone who walks through their door for treatment. SHE NEEDS A RAISE!
I called to see if I could transfer my testosterone replacement therapy from my existing doctor only to find Vital4Men is offering what appears to be what I would consider an overpriced boutique testosterone replacement service. Perhaps it was an ill informed receptionist quoting me bad info, but it appears this business prays on people who are not familiar with hormone replacement therapy options, or its typical cost. Personally I just wanted to see if they would provide a higher level of care than my existing physician but based on what the receptionist told me its a consult, blood draw and then a weekly visit for testosterone injections, with the option of taking a few weeks supply home for personal injections at a weekly cost that is about 3-4X more expensive than my existing therapy and a lot less convenient since I have to visit their office constantly. To put things into perspective the out of pocket cost for a three month supply of Testosterone injections is only around 130$ out of pocket with no insurance, but vital4men quoted me around 30-40$ weekly and I could only obtain the prescriptions through them. They said I could also bring home a three or four week supply and do the injections myself so I dont need to visit an office so frequently. I suppose some could feel squeamish by the process of administering it testosterone themselves, but its something most people can do with little risk after some in training and guidance. Personally I would rather bring home a three months supply and administer the hormon myself. Steer clear of unless you are looking for a concierge TRT service with a hefty middle man mark up as a result. My recommendation for most people is to simply find a good traditional general physician or endocrinologist covered by your insurance plan to guide your TRT.
I was looking for a 6 Star rating but it wasnt available. Great service, no aploijtment requured, far more convenient than dealing with Banner.
