I watch the reception how she deals with patients and her tone of voice and reaction is professional. She handled them with great manners. Technician was also amazing and the physician seems kind and caring and enjoys why she does cause some are just all for the money. The only thing I didn’t like was the waiting time but of course this is given as there’s so many people but overall it’s a good place . Customer service no longer exist or not expected but here was different it’s too bad they can’t do all.
Fast, friendly service. The paperwork is online and much simpler and faster than the old paper way. Our appointment was for 20-min in the future but then they called us right back. This was one of the best Urgent Care experiences we have ever had.
I was able to wait in my car until it was my turn to be seen. I received a text and phone call which I appreciate. Even though there were many people ahead of me I was able to be in and out within an hour feeling much better. I’m thankful for the staff that took care of my issue. I can now walk without pain! (I had glass in my foot)
I came in this morning, front check in lady was very nice, nurse was nice and personable. Dr. Juan Miranda helped me. Gave me answers and guidance so I knew how to care for my wrist.I am already feeling better. Icing my wrist and taking anti inflammatory. Plenty of fluid. I know what to do if there are further problems.Happy to leave a great review. Very grateful to heal and have a quick visit.I appreciate you all. Kindness matters.
If I could put more stars I would. Very efficient. Great communication with their sick patients. My daughter and I were treated badly at a clinic right before this.(another health care provider) When we came to this location we were treated with care and diginity. We have asthma and were suffering from a Respiratory infection. The staff was kind and the doctor listened to my needs. Thank you.
Wow, what a horrible experience! This is exactly why I avoid seeking medical care. After a couple weeks of a bump by my elbow I finally decided it wasn’t going away and wanted to make sure it wasn’t something serious (it was red, now a bump that’s tender and burns/itches a bit). I paid ~$250 because I haven’t met my deductible this year, and the doctor looked at it for 20 seconds and said I’d have to go see a dermatologist or orthopedist (not extremely helpful that she couldn’t narrow it down to one option, I suspect that’s because no tests were run to determine the actual problem). Previously I’ve been to urgent cares that have run blood tests to ensure there were no infections (which is particularly concerning because the nurse that took my vitals said it felt warm and could be an infection), and one time lanced a similar cyst/bursirtis pocket, but this doctor just felt it and said to go elsewhere. She then couldn’t believe that I wasn’t satisfied with the “care” I received for the money, and she walked out of the room without providing an actual recommendation of where to go or what to do. The receptionist was nice enough to print a page of orthopedist recommendations, but it seems to me if you’re unable to help in any way other than send me somewhere else, there shouldn’t be a $250 charge up front (which I assume is why you have to pay up front, as this seems to happen fairly regularly based on the doctor’s defensive reaction).
Stopped in to evaluate injury to my right arm post car accident. Nurse and X-Ray tech were great - friendly, empathetic and quick to evaluate/diagnose. The two young ladies at the front desk could maybe use some training on greeting patients, things like turning from your computer to face the patient when communicating, looking patient in the eye when communicating, expressing sympathy, knowing how to deal with insurance and billing so as not to worry patient… Overall happy with experience though. Would come here again, but hope I don’t have to!! 🙏🏻
Walked in and there was not one person in the waiting room so they weren’t even busy. There were two girls at the front desk that were chatting and looking at their phones, did not greet me at all just said do you have an appointment? I said no that was followed by “scan the code”I just don’t understand especially in the medical field how people can be so rude. You can’t even say hi how are you? OK no problem. You don’t have an appointment. Go ahead and scan here. Just some type of a warm welcome. The back office was friendly, but coming out again to the front I felt like I was putting g them out -sorry you have to pause from talking about what you did on the weekend to help me!I was very nice, smiled and said, thank you and was very courteous along the way, hoping for a change in the attitude, but it continued.I know it’s hard to find Good workers these days, which is why I’m assuming they would allow this type of behavior. There was a sign that said any type of aggressive behavioral will be Kicked out or something to that effect and I’m thinking well no wonder people get aggressive in there because they’re so pissed off that they’re being treated so rude!
My daughter went in for a sports physical. We were able to get a same day appointment and the exam was fantastic. I felt that the physician spent enough time with my daughter to get a good idea on whether or not she was healthy and G2G!Wouldn’t hesitate to go back or recommend Next Care Urgent Care to friends.Thank you Dr. Mirgerler!
Waiting to be seen was a bit long. FromThe time we checked in and waited to be seen was a 45-50 minute wait. Too long in my opinion. Then you have to wait once you’re done with your visit another 5-7 minutes to get any paperwork. I only came here because the sports physical fee was cheaper than who I normally go to but I think I’d rather go back to them and pay the extra for a shorter wait time. Staff was great but not the wait.
Wonderful physician assistants and nurses! Very attentive, understanding and knowledgeable. Only problem is when you try to return a call or text from one of them THE FRONT DESK DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, EVER! I tried calling several times different days, different times trying to return their messages.I brought this up to the PA Wednesday, she told me she knows that’s a problem, they have talked to the front desk about it several times, but THEY STILL REFUSE TO ANSWER THE PHONE!!!! I even said something to the front desk as I was walking out about not ever being able to get through, the phone keeps ringing and ringing. The woman just looked at me. No response whatsoever.
You could hear the employee(s) cursing and yelling at each other. It was mainly the receptionist. The lady with medium to long dark brown hair with faded highlights. She sits closer to the main office door when walking in/out. It was very awkward and very uncomfortable. Definitely wouldnt recommend it. A lady and her son left, right after hearing staffing cursing.
Went in with complaints of coughing and sore throat. The medical assistant to take the vitals was wonderful, and she took a strep culture. The PA Shayan came in to discuss the negative results and offered no other care for the symptoms I was having, even though I explained I have green pus pockets in the back of my throat and cough up green mucus and was prone to sinus infections. I haven’t been sick in over three years or been prescribed an antibiotic since. I wont even take an ibuprofen for pain much less anything stronger. Though he recognized my throat was red and swollen, he did no other labs and acted as though I was making up my symptoms. When I was leaving I had to get the attention of the front desk girl who was on her phone and rolled her eyes when I wanted to pay my bill.If you are not concerned with results and action being taken on your complaints, or even compassion, then this place is for you.
The receptionist was friendly, calm and helpful. The waiting area was clean and spacious. The dr and nursing staff were so full of energy and friendliness for the busy and late time of night it was. The nurse kept apologizing for the wait, which was about an hour but to be expected for an urgent care! The PA was so bubbly and enjoyable. It made the experience so positive as you walked out the door!
Front staff was rude to me and other patients. Provider recommended me a prescription I was comfortable with and then she changed it without consulting with me to something that is well known to be harmful to the human body. I only caught this as I was leaving. I tried to get it changed back and they would not honor their original commitment. The provider recommended I get the other medication anyway and I said I am not taking something that is known to be harmful to many patients but I would take the other one or an alternative. She said that is your choice to not pick up the prescription. I thanked them and walked out. Oh and they are aggressive even though there sign advocates against it, maybe they should read their own sign and respect a patients rights and ability to be a part of the discussion that affects their health.
Had a medical problem come up after our usual Urgent Care office closed so we decided to try NextCare. Scheduling an appointment was really easy, and the doctor was attentive, communicative, and thorough. Even though we had to wait a bit longer than expected, the experience was overall very positive. Well definitely return if another Urgent issue comes up!
I went there with a sore throat number never looked in my throat. I went there with problem with my ear, and that wonderful lady Nahida she came in and she flushed my ears. She was very gentle very comforting. She was the best I’ve ever seen as far as the receptionist she has very little to be desired unfortunately, that’s the first ignorant person you see, then the other one came in never got an anabiotic never looked in my throat. Never nothing very very dissatisfied very except for Nahida. She was the best. She’s the one who took your vitals. She flushed my ear out. Anyone else I’ve ever been to in my life
I booked my appointment for Saturday at 8:30 am to get my stitches removed. I arrived at 8:20 and was not called back to a room until 8:50. I was at first annoyed by this as I did not see them calling anyone back in that time period. When I got to the room, I learned there was only 1 provider at that time, and I understand that treating some of the walk-ins was probably more urgent than removing my stitches. Just like the first visit my care givers were very professional, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend this place for urgent care.
Absolutely the best place for DOT physicals. I walked in, no appointment and it took less than 15 minutes.Pleasant doctor and staff friendly and professional.Well recommended to you drivers needing a DOT
The front desk girl with the braces gave me a hard time about everything. Every time I am there she is just unpleasant and not happy with her job. I suggest getting out of customers service, if you do not like people. I couldn’t recall which insurance I had because it changed recently and needed alittle help locating it. I’m aware how to verify insurance. I don’t think she knew that. As soon that was said, thats when she decided to start doing her job. Will not be coming back to this location.. everything back of house was great though.
Receptionist, doctor and nurses were friendly and thorough. My mom was seen soon after she arrived. The medical assistant was extra careful when doing EKG. My moms diagnosis and treatment were explained clearly.
I had to get my ears cleaned at this location and I regret not waiting until the morning to go to my usual urgent care. They used a spray bottle instead of a syringe. A syringe gets the job done in 5 pulls and it is relaxing. This urgent care allowed a certain nurse in blue scrubs Mexican woman 200lbs to excessively and aggressively spray my one ear over 70 times without even stopping to check if she got the ear wax out and let the water drain and when she stopped and said theres more she kept going and then also dug into my ear with a tool and when I yelled in pain she kept going and then said she realized the ear wax she was looking at was abraised ear canal skin from excessive force. They then sent me out 1 minute later without even discussing the poor treatment and damage from the treatment. Horrible review. 1 star for every area of service.
The only positive about this place is they saw me at my scheduled time. I payed $160 for a lady to talk to me for about 30 seconds and send me out. Not happy with the service at all.
I came in with my spouse and upon entering in you immediately get the vibe from the front staff that they are inconvenienced by any patient they have to help. They are rude to every person that came in. They have a sign posted that aggression from patients wont be tolerated ... what about aggression from the staff? Overall I do not recommend anyone be seen here. For all veterans please go to another Urgent Care that contracts with the VA. I will be filing a complaint thru the VA to let them know how this clinic is treating their patients. To the managerial staff: please do not leave a generic response. If you truly cared about your patients you would be specific and reach out directly to those who have made complaints.
I had an appointment for 12:15 but I didnt see a doctor until 12:45 and there wasnt anybody in front of me at that point. As far as the doctor goes, he was great! The place seemed clean. And the nurse was also nice
Showed up for the appointment we made ahead and were told it would be at least an hour wait but we could come back later and just wait with the walk-ins. I left, made a new appointment online and returned several hours later. They were 45 minutes behind then. The PA we saw was unfriendly and condescending. This is the second time we have had her and it will be our last. We will use Nextcare again but wont use this location. Once is a fluke. Three times is a pattern and have displayed a standard.
My daughter experienced a persistent stomach ache accompanied by occasional vomiting. We were fortunate to receive prompt medical attention as a walk-in patient, and our concerns were effectively addressed. Clean atmosphere and friendly staff.
I made my appointment, got there and 5 minutes later they called me back. In less than 10 minutes I was checked out and heading to the pharmacy for my prescription. When I got to the pharmacy they had already received my prescription and were working on it.I was gone from my house for less than an hour and I saw the Dr. picked up my prescription. I don’t think you can ask for better than that!
There are not many late-night options for urgent care. The nurse was great, very thorough, and had a fun sense of humor. Wait times were long as expected, totaling 3 hours.
It was really quick getting to the doctor as walk-ins. Appreciate friendly attitude towards me and my daughter. Would recommend!
The staff was super knowledgeable and nice . Even when it came to the nurse and doctor we were in and out with in 20 minutes . Visit was for physical for my child to play football .
Tooth pain on a weekend is never fun. I made an appointment online and was seen by one of the coolest providers. I’m pleased to say I was seen with care, love and respect. Visit this location if your in the area and need treatment. Not to mention the hospital is across if you need urgent help.
Waited over an hour and half before getting called back. Sat, checked in with my sick son and watched multiple others walk in long after us/ check in after us and still helped before us. Highly suggest a Banner health location instead for better and quicker service.
We had an appointment at 6:15pm and we ended up staying till 8:08pm. My son has a really bad headache and they were taking walkins before us. We inquired 3 times they were keep saying we will call your name. I had finally found out that they removed my name. Then I had to prove it in my phone that we had an appointment at 6:00pm. One of the worse experience and will never come back or recommend this clinic to my family or friends.
Everyone was so great! The appointment was easy to schedule online and that saved me from having to do the paperwork in office. Both the nurse and doctor (PA?) were kind, professional, and courteous. I got my meds filled right away, and I’m on the path to feeling better. I would definitely recommend NextCare Urgent Care at Dobson.
Receptionist very unprofessional and rude. I had a 9:30 am appointment and checked in using the app upon arrival. I saw confirmation that I was checked in, and was on the list. After 30 minutes of waiting, I received a message that the appointment was cancelled. When I asked the receptionist, she was rude and angry that I should have checked in with her upon arrival. I told her I did not see that instruction anywhere, only instructions on how to check in using the app. She asked me to wait and after sometime, she started taking care of the 10 am appointment and told her that she would be next. I told her this is very unprofessional and asked her to cancel my appointment. I have also reached out to next care customer support about this issue. If there are no improvements in check-in process and staff training, I will not be using nextcare again.
I was pleased with for being a walk in that my wait time was only about an hour. The staff at the front desk was not to friendly. Just ask to take picture and fill out paperwork. No friendly greeting. The lobby was dirty, there was a dirty Kleenex left on the chair along with chip crumbs on chairs and all over the floor. No disinfectant wipes to wipe anything down. The nurse & Dr. were ok but really didn’t get much information on what caused what they believe is vertigo, other than thinks my left ear had some bubbles in it, and do some exercise. I was not told anything specific what I can or can’t do when I’m feeling better. But paper work says don’t drive or do anything but didn’t say for how long. I was dizzy and nauseous so I wasn’t thinking real clear but I read the discharge papers and they didn’t say anything either.
It was a fast and easy check in. Waited less than 10 minutes and was seen by the doctor withing 5 minutes of being called back. Quickest visit to any urgent care Ive ever been to.
I had tripped and fell, which caused serious pain in my foot. I went here and when they called me back, they were so sweet and brought out a wheelchair as it was harder for me to walk. Everyone was so friendly. Richard (I believe that was his name) and the tall blonde physician were wonderful (didnt catch her name). Thank you for making my negative night end on a positive note!
Quick to set up appointment over phone. They sent me paperwork to fill out. I did it. Showed up and appointment went fine. I wasn’t feeling well, so I just wanted to get in and out. Which is exactly what I did.
This visit was more of a reassurance that my sons toe still had a saving grace.. I can’t remember what the Drs name was but she was very attentive and helpful with what we needed to do and when we should seek medical assistance.. honestly so much better than being all day at the hospital to just get the same results!!
Check in and vitals fine I was there to get antibiotics for a sinus infection. Provider who has known me for 30 secs is telling me I don’t know my body which I’ve had for 55 years. Over 100 sinus infections, couple of surgeries and she wants to argue about what I need. Also was just an unpleasant person.
Website showed no wait time. I arrive 10 minutes early. Waited an hour in the lobby. And another half hour to see the medical provider. Nurse sent my prescriptions to different pharmacy than the one I requested which was closed. Except for the provider, terrible service all around.
Waited for almost 2 hours to be seen - I scheduled and appointment but there was only 1 provider available and she was an N.P. The staff taking vitals was (he) was unfriendly and incompetent as he couldn’t not answer simple concerns expressed to him about options! All around it was a horrible experience compared to the last time I was there in 2019! You need to hire staff that cares and wants to help people in need of immediate health care!
The service was timely, however they couldnt get the prescription right if their life depended on it. They sent the prescription to a Walgreens in Sedona, instead of a CVS in Chandler, AZ. We called them and ask them to send it to the CVS just down the street to a CVS in Chandler, AZ. But instead they sent it the Walgreens in Chandler, AZ. We drove over to Walgreens to pick it up, but they refuse to release it as it had already been processed in Sedona and couldnt be moved to Chandler as there system was down. To keep this short, we wound up going to CVS and paying cash instead of using out health insurance as it was past midnight and we wanted to get home. The icing on the cake was when my wife called them and told them they needed to get the act together, the person on the call responded, Yes, I know.
You wait for as long as it takes just for the doctor to rush to see you in a span of 5-10 minutes or less. The medical field is starting to feel like the minute to win it game. This is beyond this place, the entire American medical system needs to do better and get back to having doctors focus on healing the root cause.
Friendly, curtesy, knowledgeable staff. Seeking care out of my home state, I had some comfort concerns. They quickly put my concerns to rest. They all Displayed sincere empathy to my issue. Thanks!!!
I went to this place for a hangover with a incredibly upset stomach. I was there for almost 3 hours. It felt like this doctor was using my pain to make me go to the hospital he works at next store. This seemed like a, This is for your own good. situation. I see this as unethical, manipulative, and controlling. He changed his mind about medication that would have helped my stomach. He said I had acute confusion after I stumbled repeating what he said. I have unimaginable anxiety that maybe didnt help his diagnosis but damn, have some empathy. If you made a mistake and have a really bad hangover get an IV medic. They are understanding, share their own experiences and will do their best to make you feel better. If you have a problem get help of course but not from this place.
Medical service was good and staff was very courteous. Site is not kept sufficiently clean. I handed an empty soap bottle to front office staff from guest bathroom only for her to not refill it and clocked out. The glass near the front door was so dirty from likely young hands but it was so dirty the glass was becoming opaque. Will do my best to find other site.
This place provides inadequate healthcare. The Provider was condescending and dismissive. Kept saying “your options are, take a shot or go to the emergency room” to my response “the shot is a temporary fix”. They did no labs, no urine test, nothing! Also the provider kept giving me scenarios of why I was feeling how I was feeling and not acknowledging what I was saying my symptoms were. She seriously needs to rethink her career in healthcare! Second time at this location and I should have learned from the first time.
I was well taken care by both people who took care of me, sorry I don’t remember their names but so kind and the doctor was fantastic!!! A very short wait time.
My son went in a Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m. with a pronounced tonsil infection. He was sent home with no official diagnosis nor any antibiotics. Within 3 hours. He was vomiting uncontrollably from the infection draining into his stomach and had to be taken to the emergency room where he was given antibiotics and his tonsil was then drained. I do not recommend NextCare for any healthcare services. The provider was Shyon Fakhimi, PAC.
Completely unprofessional and did not help with any of the concerns I brought up. Essentially sent me home with the same issue and told me if it got worse to just go to the emergency room, did not help with anything I asked for.
Nice staff, wait times where okay but they couldn’t actually help me with my issue. I wish they would have turned me away instead of wasting my time
Every time I come here ALL staff are very kind and all around amazing. You get the feeling that they genuinely care for their patients. I always feel heard and respected when I’m here.
Quick. Fast. The MA was on top of everything. I originally scheduled for an hour ahead of when I went in but I was seen within minutes. Definitely my preference of urgent cares in the Chandler area.
It was very efficient, everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. Shyon was very thorough in examining me, I was very satisfied. I would definitely visit there again if needed. Thank you!
NextCare was friendly, efficient and a reasonable price for us since we were self pay. The doctor, Vanya, was super nice and answered all of our questions.
I’ve been there a couple of times for different incidents. I think overall the experiences really good. I highly recommend this place. We have a professional team of doctors and nurses.
Fast, friendly and a great price for a sports physical for back to school!!! They staff at the front desk were friendly and even squeezed me in, despite the full waiting room and really only waited 30 minutes to be seen!
Process was quick and easy; I was in and out with no issues. Staff were extremely kind and informative when interacting with me, which helped wonders when coping with pain. They really helped calm me down, patch me up, set expectations about healing and aftercare, and made a horrible accident manageable. Thank you again x
Even when this urgent care is empty you’ll still be waiting 10-15 minutes in the unusually hot waiting room, and you’ll only receive subpar customer service from this point on. If this location wasn’t a 24 hour urgent care nobody would come back.
Scheduled an appt for an X-ray. Get there only to learn that there’s no X-ray technician available. Informed I could come back later in the day as my only option. Another family with a toddler has to endure the same. Not okay!! Webster should NOT state X-ray is available of it’s not. And if it’s because of 3rd party scheduling - then fix it so it reflects accordingly.
Visit went well. Could not get through on the phone to make an appointment or talk to someone. My paperwork said to prior to going if possible. The lady asked if I had an appointment knowing she wasn’t answering the phone. Frustrating. But other than that, which seems par for the course nowadays - the tech was professional and quick about his part.
My son cut his finger at work and needed stitches. I knew NextCare would be open past 8pm so we went. Not only was the MA, efficient and knowledgeable, they went above and beyond to find us a charger so we could charge my sons phone so I could get the Workmans comp info off of it. The doctor was awesome! She took her time and made us feel very comfortable. We will definitely go back when theyre needed!
They were very thorough and helpful. I didn’t have to wait long either but I had scheduled an appointment. They were very nice to
Heidi is literally the best! She went above and beyond and got me the medication needed to heal me after tests were run! Thank you so kindly!
I was seen almost immediately, very little wait time. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go here again if I needed medical attention.
Made an appointment over the phone. Virtually no wait when we arrived. My husband was promptly seen, xray done, crutches given, and checked out all within an hour and a half.Front office staff not overly friendly, but care provider and technician were very much so in the back.Happy with the care he received!
Needed an urgent care late at night during the week. All other places close early. This place stays open until midnight, thank goodness. When I got there, there was no wait. The ladies at the reception desk were very friendly and got me checked in very quickly. Once I was checked in I was called back to a room rather quickly by one of the sweetest nurses. She was so compassionate and listened to what I had to say about why I was there. Took my vitals and sent the Dr in.When the Dr came in she asked questions and poked around to see if X-rays were necessary. We talked a little bit longer and before I knew it I was on my way back home.I have to say this was one of the most pleasant experiences Ive ever had at an Urgent Care! I would recommend this place to friends and family. They treat you with kindness and compassion and respect.
The facility was clean. The MA handed me a face mask in the waiting area outside of the main waiting area and brought me to my room quickly. She was thorough in her questions and obtained my vitals quickly. The Dr. or PA I saw was patient in listening to my explanation of concerns. He too, was very efficient and polite. I am grateful for such good treatment. My medication was ready at my pharmacy within 40 minutes. Thank you to the front desk individual, the MA and PCP. Stellar service.
Terrible! They tried hitting me with collections that insurance would have covered from 2 years ago making it seem like they weren’t going to see me and brought back other patients even though my appointment was before theirs. The dr was so incredibly rude and condescending she wouldn’t listen to my concerns told me that she can help me with one thing. Very discouraging when you’re sick. I don’t even feel comfortable going to this dr I would stay away because she thinks she knows it all and started assuming what I did to get sick. Said it was probably Covid when I knew it wasn’t I already was tested. Made me wait in the waiting room pretty sure she forgot about me then tells me forget the x ray we will just treat it as an upper respiratory infection after scaring me about pneumonia. Kept asking me if I smoke which I don’t but I work in a restaurant with a smoker I’m around all the time and told me I was lying. Healthcare is getting worse and worse it makes you not trust drs and her I really don’t trust. She’s the person who knows it all and no dr does well thinking they just know everything without ruling things out.
Super quick, very kind and respectful doctor, didnt want to be at an urgent care at 10:30 at night but was at least glad i came to this one.
I think NextCare is the best Urgent Care. Its always very clean in there and the staff are amazing. They are very professional and courteous.
The worst experience Ive had at an urgent care. I made an appointment at 3:30, they didnt see me until 5 and they rushed through it as fast as they possibly could. Then they told me to get some over the counter cough syrup. I could have got better care and guidance from a Walmart pharmacist. Im dumbfounded at the utter lack of care and respect for people that this place has. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.
Exceptional Care and Compassion at NextCare Urgent Care!I cannot express my gratitude enough for the outstanding care we received at NextCare Urgent Care, particularly from PA-C Mandi. Mandis approach was not just professional but genuinely caring. She took the time to listen attentively, ensuring she understood our concerns thoroughly.Mandi crafted a comprehensive action plan tailored to my daughters needs, demonstrating both expertise and a commitment to her well-being. Even though the wait was longer than expected, the staff, including Mandi, made every moment worthwhile. Their friendliness and personable demeanor created a comforting environment, making us feel well taken care of.This wasnt our first visit to NextCare Urgent Care, and based on the consistently excellent service weve received, it certainly wont be our last. I wholeheartedly recommend NextCare and commend Mandi for her exceptional dedication to patient care. Thank you for providing a reliable and compassionate healthcare experience.
Very respectful staff. Not very long waits, were able to get us in and out in timely manner.
Quick check in with online. In and out within an hour. X-ray tech was super nice. Smelled a bit weird not going to lie but overall great experience and would come here again no problem.
Walk-in with insurance for United healthcare is $268. That is an absolute scam. You should be ashamed of yourself. I will never visit a nextcare again. This was so disappointing.
I go there all the time for a couple of specific problems that they handle very well. Im usually able to get in and out of there in a timely fashion even when I dont make an appointment.
Walk in appt so had to fill out forms online. Computer access was slow even with the wi-fi. Otherwise good service
Great, fast service. Was in and out without an appointment in less than an hour. Provider was friendly, personable and efficient.
The appointment went OK and as expected, but the Nurse Practitioner that saw me forgot to put in the prescription she ordered and went home for the day, even after I called 3 hours later when the pharmacy still had not received the order. When I called for the second time another provider did put in the prescription, but did not use the pharmacy on file and instead sent it to a pharmacy over 30 miles away from my preferred pharmacy on file.
Made an appointment online. Filled out forms online before arriving at clinic. Front desk person was polite & friendly. Seen within 20 minutes of scheduled appointment time. Vitals & throat swabs done once taken back to room. Results took only 10 minutes. Pleasant visit with Nurse Practitioner Sarah Snyder. She was thorough in the plan of care. Thank you.
The provider was excellent and spot on when caring for my wife…5 stars. Front staff could be a bit more friendly though. That’s part of the experience. The place is pretty dirty until getting to the care section….appearances mean a lot. I’ve been a provider for 20 years. If I’ve learned nothing else, it’s look sharp and be courteous and friendly.
While the FNP Sarah was awesome, the rest of the staff was rude and unhelpful. The lady who took payment argued with me when I asked for a breakdown on the charges that they were trying to charge me. After several minutes of arguing that she had to at least show me the breakdown before I paid, she finally printed off the invoice, which had charges that didn’t even make sense. When I showed her the errors on the breakdown, and the fact it clearly stated I didn’t owe what she was charging me, she snapped that if I didn’t like it, to file a dispute with the insurance company. I’ve never had an office staff so rude before, and I don’t plan on returning to any NextCare again. STAY AWAY if you care about being treated like anything more than a number!
Scheduling an appt is so much better with your new system! The fact that you retain patient information and perform autofill on your forms really speeds up the process. Like the SOLV app too. Thanks for streamlining the whole admittance process. Staff and NP’s were great, professional and friendly to talk too. Rupert Loza
Just always seems to be a problem to get time off with you guys I dont understand I go to a primary I never have a problem with getting a work release you on the other hand always a problem? Maybe you need to hire better providers
Everyone there is so nice and caring and profession. From check in to check out there is always a smile. And also most importantly they answer all the questions u have for your visit there. We appreciate Dr Shayon Fakhimi for helping Roy and knowing exactly what was needed before even coming into the room to see him. Thank you everyone at NextCare Urgent Care
Schedule an appointment still had to wait a few hours. Went back to see a provider just to be told that it’s allergies nothing was given to me medication wise other than take Flonase and Zyrtec although this morning I woke up with a fever and severe head pain. Worst service ever.
It was very helpfull and quick the lady at the front was very bice i think you should give her a raise amd all of the doctors tjat didbny eval were super helpfull and nice i gove this place 8/5 stars
The nurse and doctors were very nice but the ladies at the front desk were horrendously rude. Especially the pale brunette one with the straight hair and bushy eyebrows. I kindly told her he she mispronounced my name and she was very snarky towards me after that and kept giving me dirty looks. Very hurtful and will not be returning. I’d love to speak with a manager.
The providers and the staff in the back were kind and helpful. However, this is my second time experiencing extremely rude and condescending front desk staff. I’m not sure why they pick the meanest people to sit out in the front desk and communicate with people who are obviously coming in because they have to not because they want to.I wish I got the ladies name, but I came in Saturday 1/20 around 3:45 pm. Her tone and demeanor was awful to me as well as anyone in that room, who had a question for her.
I normally go here and most times are fine. Having an appt doesn’t seem like it matters as I always still have to wait an hour or so after a scheduled time.
Thank goodness for NextCare Urgent Care. I was able to get immediate help for a miserable sinus infection on a Sunday night and already felt improvement on Monday morning.
I always come to this urgent care whenever I get sick. I do my appointments online and fill out the forms online as well before my appointment. By the time I get there and get checked in, I’m only waiting around 10-15 minutes until I get called inside for my vitals and placed in a room. The staff are always amazing during the whole process that I’m there.
I was happy to hear that NextCare urgent care was open past 8 o’clock. I made a 10 o’clock Appointment, and then went and sat in the waiting room from eight until I was seen at 9:15. The receptionists, medical assistants , and PA Amanda were all professional and caring. The facility could use a coat of paint, and some better lighting outside.
Went in without notice for a cut foot needing stitches. i was taken right in, staff was friendly and kept me informned throughout. great care would definitely recommend.
When I arrived on Monday at 520pm, I checked in. Check in & all paper work was filled out online which made everything easy. It was busy, with 7 people ahead of me. It shows your position on the website in real time. The wait ended up being about 1 hr and 20 minutes. Once I got back with the staff, everything was so easy, so quick & simple. They got my vitals, got the details and within 10 minutes I had my prescriptions getting sent to my pharmacy and was headed out. I got texts from my pharmacy that my medicine was ready before I even left the parking lot. Other than the wait being lengthy, they made everything so easy. I will go back in the future if I need to.
It was a visit for a lifted nail. The dr was very helpful and talked me through all possible options. After deciding treatment she always kept my comfort in mind checking in on my pain level and if I wanted to continue. I was in and out in 90mins.
I went for strep the lady at the front desk was very professional.. she made a walk in feel like an appointment.. the nurse and Dr were great exceptional bed side manner... You almost forget your not at your primary
My experience was very good at this particular location off Dobson and Pecoss road. They were efficient in getting me treated after hours, as they are open until 12am. My only issue is the doctor spent less than 5 minutes in the room and never came back. We would have liked to ask a few follow up questions. I would definitely recommend NextCare and I would go back again!
They had an appointment available asap which was good. I did have to wait almost 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. All staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable.
We went in for a Sports Physical for my son. The staff were very welcoming and cordial, and the costs for the physical was very affordable. My only complaint is that we waited about an hour even though we did have an appointment. Other than that it was a really great experience and I would use them again and recommend them to others.
Honestly. I would never come here as a patient.! I brought a coworker in after having a allergic reaction to shellfish she had at a lunch at work across the street. She has been throwing up and not feeling well at all. We have now been here for over an hour and a half and still havent been seen. Pretty sure we could have gone to the ER and at least been roomed by now. My medical opinion visits should be based off medical priority. We both work in the medical field and have never witnessed this nor would our practice let this happen! This is a URGENT CARE right?
Made my appointment online. In to see my needs within 15min of arrival. PA had me on my way with a script in another 15min. Very pleased with the experience.
I was expecting to be at the urgent care all night. Even though they were an hour behind we still got in and out in 20 minutes once they called her name
Went for DOT physical. The staff was very professional and courteous throughout. The Physician Assistant was very clear when explaining what needed to happen during the exam. Great team work during the busy time. Recommend for drivers needing DOT physicals.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. They listened to me about everything and chose to do an extensive testing. Unfortunately, they didnt have the equipment to do blood work and thats the only reason I didnt give a 5 star.
This was my best experience EVER at an urgent care. If you check in online, it’s the easiest process. In and out within 30 minutes. Not to mention, had such informative employees in this location. Juan helped me out with my issue and made sure I left feeling like I was actually taken care of! Thank you guys, keep up the good work.
I’m a veteran and getting in to see my doctor can take a while. So going to NextCare Urgent Care under the VA health benefits was amazing. I was in and out in 20 minutes. That included my vitals being taken, a Covid and flu test being done, and getting results back and medication prescribed. Amazing work. I’ll be back when I don’t feel well again.
Kind of pointless to make an appt but the staff was great and the provider was very sweet.
It was not good experience at this location. One of the front desk person tried to help, other one was busy using her mobile phone. The nurse whose name was grace was in rush , she took vitals in standing position ( not appropriate) asking question but not willing hear the answers, she would never let the patient finish the answer. She did not take time to introduce herself and never try to walk through the process what patient supposed to do next, who is she, what she wants to do and how patient can participate.
My doctor was awesome and actually took the time to diagnose me properly!! Very happy
My daughter fell and was having trouble breathing. The doctor and staff took good care of her and got us in and out in less than 2 hours.
Id leave 0 if I could. Dont waste your time. My husband was in excruciating pain, drove 20 minutes to get to this urgent care to avoid the ER and they were the only ones open at 9pm. He was told to go home and continue Motrin & tylenol. Which is EXACTLY what hes been doing! So just stay home and hope for the best unless your dying or have a broken bone! Then go to the ER?
Horrible urgent care always waiting over an hour even though I scheduled an appointment. I guess pizza being delivered is more important
Iam impressed, with the great care .Getting in to see a physician in a timely manner. Thank you ! I will always go to this urgent care facility.
Horrible experience! Swabbed me for the flu and said it was negative. I was having asthma and shortness of breath and the doctor didnt even listen to my lungs until i insisted....she said i was fine to go home. I drove straight to the ED and guess what Im positive for Influenza A (flu)
Horrible ! The girl on the right hand side was very rude , she wouldn’t listen to me that I lost my iPhone and that I was using a n Android temporarily , also that I didn’t know my way around Android phones
Came as a walk in to the next care clinic at dobson road with my infant. he was crying cause of stomach digestion issues. the staff was helpfull and polite. the provider was kind enough to help us understand the problem and how we can help our baby. she assured us and gave positive affirmations. over all experience was good even tho the waiting time was long they said two hours but we just had to wait am hour max thankfully.
Was a busy place. I was seen by Mindi who advised to see an OB/GYN tomorrow. She gave me female 0B/GYN recommendations who gave me a free space of time the following day who was extremely helpful.
Check in online and in person was seamless! The doctor was AMAZING and made me feel very comfortable.
Everybody was very accommodating. The awaiting room and offices were very clean . Definitely recommend
I came here because the last urgent care I went to, misdiagnosed my issue.I strongly recommend checking in online as there were 4 others ahead of me, but they managed to see me in under 40 minutes! They worked quickly, but still tended to me, didnt rush me, and listened to what I had to say. All the staff was polite and helpful.
Very pleasant experience. Every one was very caring and by making an appointment the process went very smoothly. Thank you
We had a really nice PA today. She was extra friendly and explained a lot to me.
Went in because my son couldn’t breathe well. Checked in online. Receptionist asked me to do paperwork first. I asked if he could be seen while I do paperwork…because breathing is super important. She told me no, paperwork first, then she’ll check me in, then she’ll “see what she can do.” We couldn’t get out of there fast enough, and thankfully my son is fine after receiving a breathing treatment elsewhere.
The visit was fine, the staff were great, but they gave me a prescription for antibiotics which I went to fill the next day. The pharmacy noted that the doctor had called it in, then called back later to cancel it. Each time I tried to call to remedy the situation, I was on hold for an hour or more, then the only thing the dispatcher could do is leave a message for the clinic. None of those messages were ever acted upon. In the end, the visit was a waste of time, because I was never able to access the required medication, requiring another visit to a different urgent care to actually get it filled.
Very rude and unprofessional. Told my 16yr old son that he had hypertension and wouldn’t clear his physical because he “could drop dead on the field” and basically called me an uncaring mother that I was not concerned with the results. His BP was high and they didn’t offer a water while we waited to get another test. He WAS DEHYDRATED. No wonder everyone that came out before us looked pissed off and upset. The WORST I have ever experienced I wouldn’t recommend don’t waste your money here.
Made an appointment and did not wait too long despite the facility being quite busy that night. The doctor diagnosed the issue quickly and assisted my son in removing the piercing that had caused the infection. Much more confidence inspiring than the urged care we went to earlier in the day.
My visit was pretty late at night but staff was pleasant, check in was smooth (online forms are easy and straight forward on a user friendly website). Wait time was minimal and once in the room triage was also very quick and the provider came in short after. I got X-rays which did not take long at all to start. I believe I was in and out within 40-50 minutes and even though everything was fast I still feel like I got a good evaluation and all of my questions and concerned were addressed.
Theft. They actually stole from me.I walked in around 10pm and it was extremely busy. I checked in and then got a call from the tech in the back to triage me. I told him, Roger, I was there for COVID. I had a positive test and wanted to be seen. He asked if I wanted to do a test or had questions about COVID and I directly told him no I wanted to get Paxlovid. He said thats a bit tricky then asked me some more questions which I answered. He also told me they would do a COVID test, flu test and strep test which I agree to assuming they could and would prescribe paxlovid if I went through all their hoops. He then told me to wait in the car since I am contagious so I did. I waited 1.5 hours to get back and it was only after I called them when they were about to close that they said oh we can see you now.Roger escorts me back and takes some vitals and again we establish Im there for Paxlovid. He does the tests and then leaves. About 20 minutes later the nurse practitioner, Amanda, comes in. She tells me Im positive for COVID and negative for strep and the flu then without skipping a beat says she will not prescribe paxlovid and that I dont meet the criteria. I do meet the criteria Im just not old and super overweight but I certainly do qualify. She continues to say she does not like the drug and that is just a virus and Ill be fine. I tell her that Ive had COVID before two years ago and it was awful. It took two weeks to recover and I lost my smell and taste. I just really wanted to get this drug to hopefully cut short the sickness. She again said no she will not be prescribing it. I asked why the hell did they imply that they could then because I waited over 2 hours to be seen and I would have left immediately had I been told you would not prescribe it. She then said Ive told them to tell people but they dont listen. She also said I dont prescribe it, others do here but I dont. I wanted her to reiterate that so I asked again, you dont prescribe it but other physicians here at this very facility do? And she said yes. I told her this has been a massive waste of time and money to me and she just had this completely apathetic look on her face like I want to be out of this room. She told me to drink lots of water and get rest then left.I then got checked out and I know cost will vary by insurance but the tests and the visit cost me $165. There was no point to those tests I provided my own COVID test, I brought it with me and besides even if I did test positive again for COVID they were not going to prescribe what I had come there for. I felt like I was being robbed at this point and there was nothing in could do but hand over my wallet. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with an urgent care and their staff. They are immoral, apathetic and deceitful.
Was taken care of , everyone was was pleasant. The doctor was very efficient. Definitely recommend this place.
The front office staff were very pleasant, polite, caring and efficient. The PA listened to my symptoms and concerned and diagnosed my health issue effectively. Frye and Dobson Urgent Care has consistently been excellent when primary care doc is not available. Thank you Next Care!
Staff was so kind, helpful and thorough. Best urgent care experience I’ve had.
I brought my husband in with a horrible black eye, super swollen, the NP didn’t even touch him and told us it looks like it might need to be drained and maybe X-ray but they don’t have the proper equipment at the moment and we should just run over to the ER. Even though we weren’t treated, the facility was lacking a the facility was lacking equipment, and were told to go somewhere else, they still charged us full price for absolutely nothing. We were honestly shocked when we left. The greed of our healthcare system is astounding.
I left a positive review 5 years ago. Todays visit negated any good will I felt towards the place. The front desk staff was incredibly rude and treated me like a deadbeat for my unwillingness to pay a copay when my max out of pocket and deductibles have been met. This experience comes off as a grift. The same old grift as so many providers attempt lately (for example, attempts to surprise bill with incorrect codes or provider IDs).The obnoxious woman at the desk said she would note my refusal to pay--its not a refusal. I have good insurance and I am well covered. NextCare will be paid at the rate agreed upon with my insurance. If they dont like it, they need to renegotiate those terms and not add stress to my already stressful day as a patient. I do not owe anything. I found the interaction insulting and I will go out of my way to avoid NextCare in the future for myself and my family. Whoever serves as a manager needs to provide an attitude adjustment to the front desk staff who were present 10/27/2023 at roughly 1pm.
So glad they were open late. Very professional staff and nice doctors
Had an hour wait, with an appt on a Sunday eve, which they say can be busy. Bring your patience ☺️. The nurse and PA were great!
The facility was busy on a Saturday night since it is one of the few urgent cares open late but it seemed to run smoothly (if a little behind schedule). We scheduled an appointment online and completed all of the paperwork from home. The app is excellent for knowing where you are in line. This keeps the waiting room from being overcrowded as people can wait at home or in their cars. I was impressed with the young woman at the front desk. She had a professional but kind demeanor with every person that came in.My husband has a special situation with taking medication and the provider took the time to call the pharmacist to be sure she prescribed something that he could take.Overall, it was a good experience and we would return here if needed in the future.
Went to Nexcare for the first time tonight with an eye infection.. I was in and out in less than an hour.. even the prescription was ready right after I left and went to pick it up.. great fast care.
Went in with a broken elbow and was told to use ice and Tylenol and if it still hurts see an orthopedic on Monday. No real care or concern for customers pain or comfort.Save your time and money. What ever happened to compassionate care?
The team there was nice, informative and professional to me and my son. Unfortunately, wait time cant be avoided but they are transparent up front regarding the length of time and it was pretty accurate. There were a few times Ive observed challenging patients but the front desk were calm and professional handling the situation each time.
Nice staff, Dr, PA, and nurses. Fairly quick time to be seen.
You Charge me ($520) for 15 minutes , i feel like it’s a business mor than health care
Highly recommended if you have $200 extra to spare, wanting to sit for 3 hours waiting when you are sick, and getting an “advise” that any medication package would say. Would give a zero star if can.
I was very pleased with my urgent care visit. The doctor I had was very knowledgeable..she addressed all of my problems. I scheduled my appointment online so I had very little wait time
Was thorough and no long wait if you make appointment. Doctor checked me as well just to make sure everything ok. Highly recommended.
Very friendly staff. No appointment and was in and out within 25 minutes. Hopefully don’t need them again but would definitely go back if needed
Over half of the symptoms I went in with were ignored. When I informed that I could not take a medication, they told me to take it anyway. Had better experiences here at night. All I know is to avoid Miranda at all costs.
The doctor was very knowledgeable and quickly understood my problem and her suggestion and medication really worked
I made an appt online but when I got there they said there was no appt for me. So I had to sign in and wait. The clinic was very busy but even with that he wait wasn’t very long (1.5 hrs). Everyone was very nice and I felt confident with the PA that saw me.
About an hour plus wait with no appointment. Another 10 plus minutes for the discharge papers and need to wait in the lobby for them.
Excellent care and fast! The staff were so nice and treated my daughter with ease and comfort.
They did a great job! PA was really friendly and helpfu!. Front staff was nice and patient:) I appreciate it!!
My appointment on time, doctor was informative. Pleasant. In and out with diagnosis. Meds. For eye irritation. Thank you
Very friendly, check in fast, wait time 👍🏽explained after care well
Provider S. Fahkimi is caring Dr. He listens to the patient & is eager to give advice and find the best medical solution. This Dr. has a kind soul. He found his calling.
As a first time patient here, my experience was poor. The app removed all of my information I had filled in so I had to manually fill in a paper after sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes already well past my appointment time. Then my consultation with the doctor there was very uncomfortable. I felt he was pushing me to think certain things about my own health, and I left more anxious than I was when I went in. As it has now been a few days since that visit, I can say that I do not believe I was given sound medical advice at this appointment. Overall, my experience was quite poor but not everything was bad (clean facility) so they get a 2.
If you like ending up in the hospital anyways after wasting time here theyre great for that! Also look into how easy it is for other hospitals to get vital information from this facility. So easy Ive been on hold for hours trying to do it for the hospital!
I was the only person in the waiting room, and arrived a few minutes before my already scheduled appointment. It still took close to 10 min to get in. I paid $190 up front, and had X-rays taken, but the doctor basically miss diagnosed my already documented situation. All that was accomplished was to go to a podiatrist and there was nothing else they can do. While waiting in the exam room, 45 min later I had to ask for the doctor to actually come in to give me those results. She did come in almost immediately after I asked for her, then on the way out the girl asked for me to pay. Anyway, this is my last time with this company!
I am not a review leaver but I will for this location. This is THE smoothest experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care. Every single staff was nice, respectful, and knowledgeable. Shout out to Mindi, and a special thanks to the gentleman who got me my shot (so sorry I didn’t catch the name)! I was in and out quickly and the location was clean.I’m happy I waited past the time my normal urgent care was closed and made the drive to Chandler, I will be making the drive again if I need another urgent care visit.Highly recommend booking an appointment, I did and it was extra smooth but it appeared walk-ins were also moving through quickly.
Excellent staff and facilities! In and out took care of business and was able to be on my way! :)
I have been here multiple times. It is well-run and fairly efficient. The providers take their time and app makes it so you can wait outside or in your car or book ahead when it is really busy.My most recent PA Heidi Rummler was particularly thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. She was an absolute all-star and I hope she will be there for a while.
Scheduled an appointment online and was in and out within 30 minutes. Front desk employee was rude and snatched my debit card from hand. Not friendly at all.
Are main doctors was super nice and he was very fun!!! the wait was horrible but luckily we got there before the huge rush
Cant thank the staff enough. They were professional and caring. Knowledgeable and thorough. They treated my condition with seriousness and wanting me to get better. Their treatment and diagnosis was thorough and I am so grateful. Front desk was kind, communicative and able to help everyone who came in I noticed with all kinds of varying needs. Ill be back!
I had a UTI. I resisted the recommended rx macrobif and ask for cipro or Augmenten. Provider got me to agree to her recommendation. Ended up with allergic rash and fever from macrobid, though it did reduce UTI symptoms.
Scheduled an appointment, still had to wait 30+ mins. After being taken back, waited another 10-15 mins. Upon completion was told I would need to wait for discharge papers and receipt and it couldn’t be emailed. Receptionist wasn’t personable or friendly at all.
My toddler got injured with his wrist. People working there were very helpful! Thank you!
Outstanding doctor.she was most helpful and the staff was most considerate. Thank you. Fal
2 stars for the timeliness, but this urgent care is not customer service oriented in any capacity. Unfortunately, they are downright unfriendly. Well seek treatment elsewhere in the future.
I was on vacation in Chandler and got very sick. My friends took me to urgent care to see what was going on and when I went in I was the only one there. I know there were people back in the rooms and they were busy but we didnt get greeted when we walked in I just felt ignored. The doctor I saw was very nice got done and went up front to check out. I was extremely weak therefore they had me in a wheelchair. My 75-year-old friend had taken me there and she had to push me out to my car in the wheelchair. We nearly went off the edge of the curb. What a lawsuit that would have been. I have never been to a medical clinic where they didnt push you out to the car in the wheelchair themselves. I would think that would be something at a medical clinic they would make sure you were to your car safely. I was headed over to the hospital because I ended up being admitted thats how sick I was. I would never go back there.
Fast, friendly, and took care of me. Went in late (other urgent cares were closed) and they got to us almost immediately. Definitely recommend them. Doctor communicated well with us and walked us through everything.
It was a reasonable trip for some x-rays on an injured ankle. It accomplished what I needed, and the location is in my network.
There were 6 people in front of me on the waiting list to be seen, and I was seen within an hour. They’re service was very fast compared to a typical urgent care! I was very pleased to have been seen, paid, and released all within 2 hours! The receptionist was very friendly, organized, clear, and communicative as well. Very pleased with the service and easy online check-in process!!! I’ll definitely be returning if I’m I’ll again:)
One of three prescriptions were not sent to pharmacy and you can’t speak either the office you are treated at. Must speak with corporate after a 30+ minutes on hold I was assured it would get handled. An hour later I had to drive back to the clinic to speak with a receptionist that has horrible customer skills. Zero initiative to help and tried to make me feel like I was being unreasonable to have a written prescription.
Friendly and worked with me too pay 75% of my copay. X-ray tech was available
I wouldn’t recommend this place unless it’s in the daytime but if you’re looking to get treated and it’s night time then you’re better off going to the emergency room. The front desk clerks were very rude but I was still nice to them and said thank you for helping me even through they were very rude to pretty much everyone walking in. The nurse that was taking my vitals was nice but she had asked me if I drink or smoke cigarettes 3x but I was nice and just kept answering her nicely. The doctor was kinda rushing with seeing me. My throat was swollen and I was scared but she just looked and she it’s fine just use warm water with salt and called it a night . But 2 days later my throat got worse and found out I have strep throat when she supposedly did a test on me specifically saying I didn’t. Never will i return to this urgent care…
The doctor was amazing at listening and helping reduce my anxiety about my condition
Great experience. Not too long of a wait and everyone was super nice!
I came in without an appt. I was having an allergic reaction all over my body after have a Nuclear Stress Test. I didn’t even sit down and was brought in. I received a shot and was told to wait 2-3 hours. Everyone in the office was very nice and helpful. It’s been two hours, so hoping it kicks in soon so the itching stops.
If I could give 0 stars I would ! I filled out online prior to the appointment all my insurance information etc. Received a call prior to arrival stating they do not work with any part above the neck & they can only give me a referral out.I said ok and went to appointment only to be called up twice & final told that I have insurance but it out of state & I’d have to pay out of pocket for them to reference me elsewhere.. like they weren’t giving medical attention to my son , that had been established .ONLY THERE FOR A REFERENCE .I’ve never been to medical facility & all they did was ask the patient for money or copay. 190$ 160$ I’ve never experienced anything like this literally the entire time I thought I was at the black Jack table all her heard was money talk.
Over charged just to be told to go to the hospital with no answers. DO NOT RECOMMEND
Im here on vacation. I was charged $190 which includes a $65 membership fee that was not disclosed to me. I have no need for a membership as i said im on vacation. Then after 90 days it says I will be charged $65 monthy. Again this was not disclosed pr told to me. This is disgusting. I feel scammed this is ridiculous.
This is literally the best urgent care I have ever been to ! Mindy was soooo amazing took her time and really seemed to care and tried to understand my symptoms . Most places I feel rushed and not heard. This is my new go to urgent care . They were also so fast to get me in as a walk in despite appts ahead of me and others waiting. My anxiety is way down knowing they were so caring and on topOf things !
Amazing staff , love the kindness that they have with their patients,
Usually very good PAs... Nurses/med assistants are always pleasant as is front desk staff. Love call ahead ability. Makes for much less of a wait and check in time.Still absolutely love to schedule an appointment vs waiting forever. Very efficient. Kind and caring staff. Took good care of me. Again.
The staff is very friendly and kind. Starting with the front desk gal. She was doing 50 things all at once, but still very attentive. The doctor took time and listened to my symptoms. She gave me good results!
The care given was very good to excellent. Wait for appt time was too long because of walk-ins. Good place for urgent care. Providers always exceptional.
Fell on the sidewalk going into the urgent care and the two front office ladies and the male nurse all treated me rudely and had zero interest that I was hurt right outside their door. Never again. Worst Urgent Care I have ever experienced. RUDE AND UNCARING
Staff, Doctor were polite and professional, two hour wait with appointment.waiting room had broken chairs.
The staff was friendly and quick. It was nice to be able to call and get it scheduled over the phone. We did wait a little longer, our appointment was for 6:15 and we went in the room at about 6:45 and the hold time on the phone was a little long but I suppose that’s to be expected
Short wait time but no real diagnosis of my problem. Advised to see a hand specialist !
This place has a really good care team. Front desk works hard and gets you in quick. The doctor my daughter saw was really great, she was kind and empathetic and had good bedside manner. The nurse who did our intake was really sweet and also had great bedside manner.
This was my first urgent care experience, and I was considering just letting my tonsillitis ride out. I had heard horror stories of long waits and incompetent personnel. I was pleasantly surprised! Not only did I get in immediately, but my prescriptions were waiting at my pharmacy. Everybody was courteous and quick. I highly recommend making an appointment and filling out the paperwork beforehand.
I went to your urgent care because its the only one I have gone to for the last 10 years. I saw what I think was a NP because I hurt my neck I believe because I slept on it wrong. It has been 3 days now and I havent slept in more than 24
Excellent....Very Happy with everything about this place. Have been a few times before and will go again again as needed.
