I recently finished my first cycle with Ova and couldn’t be happier with my experience. I was terrified going into the process that I’d feel alone and be counting down the days till it was over, but it was far from that. The team at Ova made me feel supported from day one. My care was personalized and compassionate. As a healthcare professional, I always felt in good hands. I would recommend Ova to any friends looking into egg freezing. I am so grateful for the Ova team along all of the joy and hope they filled my future with.

I recently had my eggs frozen with OVA and I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering fertility treatment. It was my first time so naturally, I was pretty anxious going into it. But from start to finish, the nurses were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the overwhelming process sooo much more manageable. I also never felt like I was left short of resources as there was always someone available checking in on me and there to answer any questions.Their main hub for monitoring and testing is located in Chicago, but living in the northwest suburbs, they were able to accommodate my weekday visits at their Highland Park location and that flexibility was much appreciated! Their professional and compassionate approach truly makes a difference.

I had a really positive experience with OVA. The nurses were available for texts and calls as needed, and they even were on a video call with me the first night I had to administer my own shots. Their downtown location was easy to get to and their staff was super professional.

OVA is where I would recommend anyone to. They are so welcoming, kind, professional and compassionate. I Have had only good experiences with them. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks Ova Team you are so appreciated!

If I could give OVA more than 5 stars I would! Hands down the BEST experience. From the initial appointment all the way until way after my procedure the Ova team was FANTASTIC! They are kind, understanding, and always worked at a pace I was comfortable with. Their office is hands down one of the most beautiful places to go, it should be in a magazine. While their office is breathtaking it is no match for the friendly faces that help you every step of the way like Rachel, Maria, Nicole, Lenora and Dr. Kaplan. If I decide to complete a second round I will be ABSOLUTLEY be going right back to OVA :)

I had the best experience working with OVA. Every single person we interacted with was wonderful - Cassidy, Hannah, Rachel, Maria, Whitney, Dr. Kaplan, and anyone else I forgot to mention! I live out of state and OVA made it so easy to get my monitoring done in my home state prior to traveling to Chicago for the egg retrieval. They found the offices and doctors for me near home to work with and I was blown away at how smooth they made this part of the process. Working with the team in person in Chicago was an absolute dream. Everyone was so professional, welcoming, and made me feel cared for and comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend OVA for your egg freezing or IVF journey. You are surrounded by strong, empowering women in an office that feels like home. The team is with you every step of the way -- available for late night questions, day-of retrieval, and everything in between. Each appointment felt like I was just going to hang with my girlfriends who all have a common interest of family planning, which helped normalize and validate all my feelings surrounding this process. They offered tools and resources to learn about every step of the process on my own time, as well, to know what each medication was doing to my body and I found it all fascinating (as an added bonus). OVA made me feel safe and cared for during this wild journey and I truly cannot praise them enough for everything.

I was traveling for work from Philadelphia and desperately needed to find a place to perform outside monitoring while I was away. The team at OVA stepped up to the plate, worked with my doctors back at home, and was able to help me in a time of need. Everything went so smoothly and the entire staff was incredible. Rachel and Cassidy both made us feel like we were at home, the office was so beautiful, and the entire staff was very thoughtful and caring. Thank you OVA!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND OVA!!! From my first call to my retrieval day, their team has been absolutely amazing. They walk you through the process in such a professional, kind and friendly way that you feel 100% supported the entire time. They make a process that typically is scary or overwhelming so easy, that you want to encourage everyone you know to freeze their eggs. I had the best experience at Ova. My husband and I froze our embryos and truly couldnt imagine doing it with anyone else. They were personable, caring, and always checking in. Hannah, Cassidy, Whitney, Dr Kaplan, front desk staff, and everyone else were so kind. Everyday I walked into the gorgeous office they were always smiling. Would highly recommend Ova if anyone is looking to freeze their eggs. Its a process to go through but you have the whole staff supporting you.

The OVA ladies are the best in the business. I was so nervous about this entire process for so many reasons. Did it mean I was giving up on having children on my own? Was I going to be able to give myself shots? What was the recovery going to be like? Could I handle the time commitment involved with this process? The OVA team made me feel at ease with all those questions and so much more.The process starts with an initial phone consultation to make sure youre a good candidate and to answer any questions. I did this with Whitney, and she was wonderful. She stayed on the phone with me for almost 2 hours answering every question I could possibly have (and then some) and made me feel totally at ease. Next, I spoke with Dr. Kaplan who answered more questions about the retrieval process itself and gave me more specifics about how the process would go.After deciding the process was for me, it was time to begin the shots and the ultrasounds. Once I had the meds, I struggled a bit. I have never been a fan of needles and have never given myself a shot and was truly terrified. Hannah spent so much time going over the process of how to do the injections, how to mix the medications and how to handle the timing. I was so nervous that when it was time for the first shot, I just couldn’t do it – I held the needle for almost an hour and was too scared to inject it. I texted Hannah, and she was so kind and literally FaceTimed me from the back of an Uber to talk me through it, offer some reassurance and give me the support I needed to get it done – that meant so much to me.I would go into the office for bloodwork and ultrasounds during the injection process – every other day at first, then every day. There I would work with Hannah or Whitney for the vitals, and then with Sara for the ultrasound. It was like hanging out with friends. They were always so friendly, so chatty and after the process was over, I truly missed our daily chats (and the pink Starbursts). Hannah was there for me every step of the way, I could text her around the clock with questions, concerns or an “is it normal if….” text. I felt a little bloated the second week but honestly it was a fairly painless process. I was able to work and go about my normal life every day up until it was time for the retrieval.Once we hit retrieval day, the process was so smooth. Cassidy was there before and after my retrieval and made me feel so at ease, and the sweet gift bag she gave me made me smile so much. She comforted me and was such a good friend while I was so incredibly foggy. She got me safely into my ride home (which Ova provided, by the way), and Hannah checked in with me many times that day.The day after the retrieval, Hannah called with the news about how many eggs were viable and able to be frozen, and I’m now the proud owner of 24 eggs that live in Highland Park – haha. I hope one day to never have to use them, but the peace of mind this has provided me over the last 3 years is incredible. I felt like a huge weight was lifted as far as if/when I could start a family. My insurance policy is there if I ever need it, and I couldn’t be more thrilled.If you are considering freezing your eggs, there is no better place than OVA. The personalized experience, the incredibly caring team and how easily they streamline an incredibly complicated process made things so easy. They really cared about me (and every patient) and it shows. I know that this is a pricey procedure that insurance doesn’t cover and not everyone can afford it, however as someone who did this, I cannot tell you what peace of mind has been worth, but I can tell you it’s every single penny – and then some.Long story short - team OVA all the way, and a special thanks to my nurse Hannah. I had the best experience for my egg freezing process. The staff walked me through step by step to calm my nerves and address every question along the way. I wouldn’t use anyone else and am considering another round later this year!
