Ive been a client of ALLIANCE CARE 360 for a few months now, and it started off promising and very convincing, but now everything is not as convincing as stated when I had my meeting with Ms. Angie Colon. I have emailed her and called her left a voicemail message and she still has not reply back to me within the last few weeks and, I just reached out to Ms. Angie Colon and Mr. Amari Harris earlier this week and again still no replies. I have left both of them a voicemail message and still no response back.I dont even know if Im still a client of ALLIANCE CARE 360 because no one will contact me back!! I was set up through ALLIANCE CARE 360 RED-CARPET PROGRAM and now Im not sure if the pharmacy they set me up with will be delivering my medications for the month of July... Now I dont know confidence in your organization... Its much more to my post, but its personal and I dont want to put my personal business out here in cyberspace...But, I would like for someone from your staff to contact me, but I dont see that happening no time in the near or far future...
My experience with them has been a nightmare. At first they seem kind and friendly so I enrolled in the case management and housing program. I was given housing and was told to go to rehab as a condition to stay in the program. After I completed rehab with certificate in hand I was told I was no longer in the program because I abandoned my apartment. Coming out of a drug treatment facility with absolutely nowhere to go cause me to lose my job of 2 years at Amazon. Every lawyer I talk to say that that was illegal. I was gone for 25 days but according to the law a person must be absent for 31 days. They refuse to give me a copy of the agreement that I signed because it would prove my case Ariq Cabbler the director of the program wants their housing location to be like P Diddys playhouse.
Testing is free. That’s the main draw here and the only reason I’m giving it 2 stars instead of 1. First off, the test is not confidential as promised. They make you fill out paperwork with your name, address, and social security number upon your arrival. When I asked why they needed my social, they said it was for “reporting data purposes”. If the test is truly confidential, you wouldn’t need my personal information for reporting purposes. You also won’t get your results in the 3-5 days promised. I got mine in 7 days. They also didn’t give me my results the way I was told they would. They said they’d email them and they never did. They called 7 days after testing to give them to me over the phone. I’m still waiting to have the results emailed.Also the way you are asked to give your sample is… a little unsettling. Rather than turning in your urine sample to the practitioner administering the tests… you have to leave your sample in a tube in the bathroom (who knows how long it will sit there), until someone comes to retrieve it. Overall… the testing experience was very unorganized.Edit: Adding some additional comments after getting a response from someone from the organization. Thank you for addressing some of my concerns. You replied more quickly to my 2 star review than the people who work at 360 did to my multiple voicemails and attempts at calling them on the phone.Regarding the last 4 digits of the social security number… you may want to make sure the employees who work there know that’s the reason they are asking for it. Because when I asked them why they needed it, they gave an entirely different reason than the one you just gave. Regarding your other point about leaving samples in a box being proper protocol for testing sites... I’ve tested at other sites and they didn’t do this. So this isn’t necessarily standard practice across all clinics.Regarding the complaint in my initial review about receiving results via email… why are the employees working there telling patients they can email the results and then not following through?Lastly… the 7 days I had to wait to get my results didn’t include weekends. It was 7 business days. Which again, is longer than what was promised upfront.
Its offensive when you have to be screened more than once about a traumatic experience in My life . I hope they can improve this process.
The staff were very friendly. Lexi in particular was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me understand what was going on. She even offered me a flesh tone band-aid to match my darker skin tone. This experience went above and beyond what I am used to. If you are looking for a place for discreet testing with helpful staff. I recommend this place of business. #5stars
Lexi by far one of the most professional, funniest, and KINDEST people I’ve ever met. She helped me relax when drawing blood and was insightful. She listened which is something you don’t always find in clinics most people are there just to give you the business and that’s all there is to it. No comfort or anything like that. Not with Lexi though. She has a sense of humor that I personally would need if I was receiving bad news. So definitely highest remarks possible for Lexi !!!
Was very nervous at first but Lexi made me feel safe and secure!! Had a nice time and learned a lot I didn’t know will definitely be back!
No, no, no! (1) Dont deserve the state contracts, (2) Loose data past 3 months, (3) Month #1 waited 1 week to ship then shipped late, making 2 weeks from meds, (4) Month #2 again wait a week to send after pharmacy gave meds to ship, then rushed it overnight, making 3x cost of other carrier, (5) Month #3, they sent to incorrect address, (6) and now Month #4 I have 2 pills left and putting health at risk for $2000 month meds. (7) Provides no update or wrong updates and tracking numbers....leaving my health at risk ....again.
I very comfortable with my assistant Maria Foster she the absolute best she listened at all our meetings, helpful when i’m in need, and also understanding, last but not least caring and kind i really love her she’s the grey❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
My Alliance Care Representative was SO HELPFUL to me during my recent Testing Visit. She made me feel comfortable while doing my Test’s and answered all my questions. She also gave me sound advice and Safety Samples to go along with the Snacks in the Lobby. All in All great Visit! 👋🏽Thanks Lexi 💗🙏🏾👏🏾
Results in 3-5 business days? Results in a week? No, how about results in over 2 weeks. Yes, over 14 business days. That’s how long it takes this facility to get your results back. No, it doesn’t end there. They won’t call you to update you on your results. You will do all the callings. Expect endless voicemails and endless phone calls just to get the “Oh, I’m not sure why the lab is taking so long, I will give you a call back.” No call backs.Have an appointment time? Think it should only take 20 minutes according to their webpage? No, think again. Gives you a form to fill out then leaves you unattended for over 40 minutes. No one at the front desk to assist you.Don’t even get me started with the actual screening. Specimens are not handled properly. I don’t even know how accurate my results are because samples were not properly collected or stored.This place is a joke. Go to AHF Wellness down the block. You’ll definitely get your results back within 3-5 business days. Staffs there are way more professional. Both front desk personnel and the nurses.One thing they have going well for them is the phlebotomist is good at what they do. I didn’t feel a thing from the needle.Good luck if you plan to come here for any screenings and expect results within a couple days.------Update 4/20------After receiving the response from the clinic in regard to my review above, I have decided to change my star rating to 3 instead of 1. I appreciate the transparency and the commitment of this clinics mission. The time they engaged in explaining each and every detail of what went wrong during my visit shows that they do care about their patients and that sometimes events are out of their hands. Although there were many problematic issues with this clinics operation when I visited, based on their reply, as the pandemic gets better, I do believe that this clinic will also improve as well. Scheduled an appointment a week in advance. Waited an hour and the Dr never showed up. Completely unprofessional, unacceptable, inconsiderate and a waste of someone’s day and resources
