I dislike leaving reviews but the complete disrespect of a staff member has caused me to do so. It was Wednesday afternoon, my mother in law had a doctors appointment. After the appointment, I pulled my car into the valet parking to get her in. As we were leaving, a heavy wind blew the hospital’s garbage can into my driver’s side door, causing damage. I approached valet and they said to go to the desk to report the incident. When I spoke to the person at the desk, I was told to speak to security on the phone. The lady on the phone told me that the person on the desk would help. The person on the desk gave me a pen and a paper towel to write my information and I said that I wanted to speak to someone or provide me with a business card. I was provided a post it note with a man named Gregory Jenkins email. My wife emailed him with the information and pictures of the damages. He emailed us back with he will not be in the office until 8:00am the following morning and ended the message with reach out to your insurance company. We responded back with: this is the responsibility of the hospital because it was their property and gross negligence of not securing the garage can that caused the damage to our car. We have not received a response. Why should I or my insurance company be responsible for the damages done by a business’s property? This should go through the hospital’s insurance not mine.This is not how a business, especially how a hospital should have handled the situation. If this is how you do business then honestly you should do something else because a hospital is about caring for people and doing what is right. What was done here; was the complete opposite.Here’s some advice to prevent this from happening again:1: keep the garbage away from the curb2: add weigh the bottom of the garage3: securing mount the garage to the ground4. hire better employees5. do not have a leadership conference for management in which there is not a staff member on call to handle situations like mine.
Truly the worst doctors office experience I have ever had. Ive been dealing with a medical issue and have been trying for almost 2 months to get an appointment with my doctor in this office. I called about 20 times and could never get through to office staff. No one returned my calls and then when I finally got ahold of someone they blamed me for their poor service. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
My visit was good. The doctor is very helpful and explains everything to you. He is very friendly. I recommend her as a professional.
My concerns were not taken seriously. i was talked over. I could barely explain my situation and everything i had done and have been doing up until this point before i was fat shamed. i did not feel helped coming here. I felt belittled. it felt very impersonal.When i explained what happened to me after my visit to my primary doctors, they were appalled by my treatment.They also spelled my name wrong in their system and all my forms, even after having looked at my ID during this visit.I will not be returning here.EDIT: i was contacted after my review by management as she wanted to address my review and help fix the situation. She listened to my experience and apologized for how i was treated. she also made promises to speak with staff so this will not happen in the future. i hope she does stay to her word. she was very kind and patient with me on the phone and i very much appreciated her contacting me.
It was my first time visiting this office and it was a positive experience. I booked my appointment on ZocDoc which was quick and easy. I showed up to my appointment and it started on time. I didn’t have to wait for the doctor for long. Dr. Jenkins was friendly and knowledgeable. The rest of the staff was also friendly and professional. The office was clean and easy to find. I was in and out within less than an hour. All in all I have no complaints and will be back!
I wouldn’t bring my pregnant dog to this clinic if I could! NO MA’AM! The front desk staff is extremely nice, but the atmosphere is just not welcoming! Dr. Jenkins was my OBGYN and every visit was rushed! It was a lack of communication about my labs and results, whenever I called the office requesting prescriptions I was informed days later after checking the order status it was the pharmacist job to contact me regarding the order being received. Any time I had a visit no questions about my baby was asked nor advice was given, and overall it was just a terrible experience for me. Dr. Jenkins M.A Diana Diane whatever her name is, is rude AF and has lack of knowledge about the information she is relaying to you. I asked about my results and unfortunately she informed me to “use google!” Very impressive right ? In the very beginning I was under the impression I was due January 2024, because I was informed by one of the M.A’s that was my due date. However, I’m not due until February 2024. I was NOT confident about receiving care or delivering my daughter in the hands of anyone from this clinic!
Dr. Jenkins is a great gyne. She is friendly and listens which I appreciate. Her staff is very welcoming and they always have smiles on their faces. I’ve never experienced a long wait time either. Very pleased overall.
I think I was scammed here. I went in for a Pap Smear trying to stay on top of my health and ended up with a $660 bill that my insurance denied because they apparently did scientifically unproven labs on me. Ive tried calling multiple times to get this sorted out and no one answers or returns messages. I even tried contacting Dr. Pineda directly on MyChart for help to no avail. Do not come here unless you want a hefty bill for unproven tests.
The doctor quite literally told me to starve myself to lose weight. How can you recommend an eating disorder to someone and call yourself a medical professional? Legitimately evil and shameful behavior.
The girls at the office were super nice and polite handled my situation very well but the MD doc and the assistant who checks arm pressure and weight needs to be changed ASAP. Rude as hell and barely spoke to me told me to go pee in the cup and didn’t even show me the bathroom. I asked her questions and she was giving attitude I’ll never come here again
My experience with this office has been a positive one. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. My OB Dr.Jenkins is awesome.
I liked the way they treated me at the reception. I liked that everything was on time. The doctor was very friendly and pleasant to deal with.
