I’ve been trying to get my medicine for two months now. They sent it to North Carolina and then transferred it to New York and then transferred it to California. Which doesn’t make sense because I told him I am located in Chicago and gave them the exact address. And it’s also on my file. every time I try to contact the doctor he tells me to text customer support., he tells me to text customer support. Please use any other way of getting prep.. Other sides beside Mistr Or telling me that they’re getting tons of Previous Mistr patients saying the same thing.
