I came in today with my sister and brother in law to the Knownow clinic. Mariah the MA was exceptional and informed us well step by step of our process in the office as far as insurance, self-pay plan, Covid test, lab test and results. She is very knowledgeable and provided comforting care, especially with the worries we were coming in for. In the afternoon I brought my 5 month old niece whom she was quick and gentle doing the covid and influenza test on her. My baby niece was all smiles. Please keep up the great work!

Staff was courteous, polite and professional. Ive been tested here now twice and am hesitant even to leave this review as this is an undiscovered COVID testing gem. Shout-out to Jamie (a fellow James namesake)! Highly recommended.

I have to say your location has been the best I have visited for Covid testing. I have taken over 10 tests in 5 different locations in the past 18 months. The young lady there was professional and very customer oriented. The topping on the cake is she is great with children. My granddaughter had a hard time getting the Covid test at Children memorial and my daughter had to hold her down to get the test. Your nurse was great with her, my granddaughter allowed the nurse to take the test and absolutely no fuzzing or crying. My grandson is Autistic and was very nervous in getting tested. This nurse calm him down and he alloyger to get tested without any problems. Wonderful job. My mom has a video chat with your doctor on call since her oxygen level was low. They definitely do not give the medical attention at other COVID testing locations that I’ve been to that my mom received yesterday. Great clinic by far. Thank you again

They are not free they charge $100 for the test do not go there. I will put a zero if I could . Don’t fall for it like I did was a waste of time going to somewhere and it not be free

Great people but turn around time >72hrs (got tested Jan 3rd, no results yet)

They charge $100 for a rapid test even with insurance !! Don’t waste your time going here
