Such a great experience here! They were able to fit me in for an appointment within a few days with their nurse practitioner, Diana, who was extremely personable, professional, and understanding. Everything you want from these kinds of visits!

Dr Murray and Dr Moore are great, I liked Dr Murray because she was very straightforward and answered to wvry question, I also loved the nurses there. Dr Moore saw me on my last obgyn appointment and delivered the baby too. Overall had great experience

The staff was wonderful but the building was uncomfortably warm. I was told it is always warm and stuffy in the afternoon. UC Health needs to have the AC looked at for comfort of patients and staff.

Kind staff and provider. Dr Fowler genuinely listened and seemed to care about my well being. I wasn’t rushed at all and was seen promptly. Such a breath of fresh air!

I used to love this clinic, the horrible women running the front desk now are a disgrace to healthcare and need to be removed. Absolutely appalled by the attitudes of these girls.

I tried to call severals times but it rang forever and then started to go to voicemail. So I went to the office to speak to someone. I had a referral from a primary care provider that was asap as in this should be handled within a couple of days, they said the soonest they would do is September 30th. Obviously this isn’t a normal exam and I couldn’t wait and I’m in pain. But they didn’t even try to help me, it was so upsetting. Do not go to this clinic.

Love love Dr. Murray, she was my OB throughout my pregnancy and I was blessed to have her delivered my baby. She listened to my complaints, she keeps all my appointments professional and I never feel rushed, always give solutions or do further testing. Her medical assistant Jamie is also awesome and very attentive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR MURRAY!!!!

Dr. Pamela Richards is the best MD I have ever met...and Im a RN too. She is so knowledgeable, caring, not rushed, checks basic body systems to catch anything wrong. I hope she never retires.

Had to wait 15+ minutes just for someone to answer the phone just to put me on hold for another 30 minutes!!! Absolutely disgusting customer service and I had a stat referral and I had to call myself

I just have to say, I was terrified throughout my pregnancy and giving birth, and Dr. Lasley gave me the best birth experience possible. Although I was scared, the procedure was fast, I was constantly reminded that everything is going great, its another normal C section delivery she put on the best music, too

No one answers the phone or calls you back. I have an existing referral with this clinic and tried to call them Monday to check on the status. It is now Thursday and no one has called me back. Very disappointed.Update on 2/10/22I am updating my review because it is unfair to leave them a 1 star review due to what I noticed during my appointment there today. I think this clinic is very well-known and pretty popular. And that leads to them being extremely busy and sometimes they might be short-staffed for unforeseen circumstances. Yes, they may take a little while to get back with you but that is not their fault. They are very professional, respectful, and kind to their patients. This is a wonderful clinic to be seen at and Dr. Lasley is an amazing Doctor.

I followed Dr. Fowler from another practice. I appreciate her and her team when dealing with the shortish in staff and medical personnel. When I moved it took a bit to get an appointment but when I called with another issue they got me in as soon as they could. I highly recommend Dr. Fowler and this practice.

Quick in and out doctor visits. I saw Dr.Murray. She is professional and has good bed side manners. Her schedule can get busy at times but she always answered via messaging in the portal and sent prescriptions as quickly as possible. The nurses are very good and accommodating. Overall it was a good experience.

Dr. Richards is amazing. Shes kind and knowledgeable. I can honestly say that Ive never had another medical professional give me the care that she has, even (and maybe especially) at our first meeting. Im excited to get her treatment during my pregnancy, and hope to continue with her as my obgyn afterward!

Not sure why thier rating is so low, but Im currently pregnant and have had nothing but a good experience there. The front desk staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Murray is thorough and listens and so is Jamie. Another thing I love about being a patient here is the app where I can schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments if needed. I can also view past appointments and the summary notes and I can message Jaime and Dr. Murray directly. Its very convenient for me.

I’ve seen Dr. Richards for over 13 years. She delivered my youngest into this world. She has been nothing but amazing ever since. I’ve had some pretty scary to meprocedures lately. I have always felt that she actually cares and is genuinely in this profession to help people. Today I had a procedure done and I was so nervous. Dr. Richards was very comforting and educated me on everything to expect. I don’t think I could ever receive the care and compassion that I do from her, from another doctor. She’s AMAZING!!

Dr. Lasley is the most disrespectful, rude, disregarding, hateful doctors I’ve EVER met. Mind you I’ve had history of traumatizing preterm labor and she spoke to me as if my concerns were a joke. She was the on call doctor the night i started having issues and questioned why I called and woke her up in the middle of the night…STEER CLEAR OF THIS WOMAN. She will NEVER touch me or my child.On that note, Dr. Richards is amazing. It’s hard to get ahold of the clinic but she’s always extremely caring and listens to all of my concerns.

My wife got referred to Pamela Richards by tricare and we have been attempting to call going on 2 weeks now to schedule an appointment. Either the phone rings for ages or gets hung up immediately and its raising a concern since she is at the end of her first trimester. --Update after the owner responded to the review the clinic has been a lot easier to reach and have been treating my wife great, thank you.

I’ve been extremely frustrated with my care at this clinic from the very first appointment. First appointment, I had scheduled for 8:50 but got a call at 8:40 telling me that the appointment would need to be rescheduled as the doctor wouldn’t be in that day. Although it was rescheduled for the following day, I had already made the 30 minute drive and I couldn’t understand why it was cancelled ten minutes before.Since then, every appointment I’ve had has never been on time. One was even 30 minutes late because we had to wait for the ultrasound machine to be free. My tipping point was at my 12 week appointment. Like many others, I did a lot of reading as to what to expect. I expected a 12 week ultrasound to be able to finally share the news with my loved ones but instead the doctor only used the Doppler to listen to heartbeat and then continued to tell me that we wouldn’t be doing an ultrasound because the machine was backed up an hour! I’m an IVF, first time pregnancy so this an anxious time for me. I want to be reassured that everything is going well. If anything, my visits here have frustrated me more than anything was and this felt like a waste of an appointment but I’m sure my insurance will get charged the full visit. How is there one ultrasound machine with so many providers and patients coming into the clinic?Although the doctor I’m seeing came highly recommended from others, I’m just considering going elsewhere.

I was absolutely shocked by how rude everyone at the front desk was. Being a new pregnant client, youd think you would at least be greeted, at all. Not one smile, nothing. My appointment was at 830 and I got there at 800 like they asked to fill out paper work. I was called back at 855. My four year old and I waited for an hour and not one apology. The only semi nice one was the nurse. I was better taken care of and respected at peak vista. Thats saying something. I will not be going back to womens associates.

My wife has had nothing but bad experiences with Dr. Murray. When asked if she had any concerns about her pregnancy, she voiced them only to be dismissed out of hand without even listening to what she had to say. The after visit summary notes don’t even mention the concerns that she voiced.Dr. Murray is very cold with no bedside manner. Her demeanor discourages meaningful doctor-patient communication. God forbid someone actually has a pregnancy related complication that gets completely dismissed by her. The only redeeming quality of the whole experience is her medical assistant, Jaime. She is very friendly and knowledgeable.

I saw Dr Lasley today. It was my first visit. She was very nice. I felt much more comfortable with her than my usual primary doctor. She was very forthcoming when I had questions trying to weigh the pros and cons of different options. She was very honest in what she thought would be best specifically for me. It was obvious she had educated herself and was able to answer all my questions patiently until I felt comfortable making a decision. She was very professional and at the same time very friendly. Also my exams usually hurt from my past doctor and I didnt feel uncomfortable and didnt experience any pain during todays visit. It was a relief. Very happy to have her as my new doctor.

I absolutely love Dr. Moore and her team. I look forward to having her help with my pregnancy. She’s very personable, friendly and easy to talk to.

I went to see Dr. Richards a few weeks ago, she was the only doctor I could find accepting new patients. My appointment was at 12 noon, I arrived early and was in the exam room a few minutes after 12:00. I waited for over a half an hour for her to come in. When she did come in she was not very friendly, and that kind of turned me off. I brought with me my medical records, lab work results, and ultrasound that I had gotten done at my local clinic and she read me back everything to make sure it was correct. Then she wanted to do an exam, I was not comfortable with it and told her this and she said she didnt want to do anything for me until she gave me an exam. I was pretty frustrated since I had driven two and a half hours to come to this doctor. She said we needed to do a pregnancy test, and I said okay we could talk about doing the exam once i go that done, I drove that far I wasnt going to make this a wasted trip. I completed my pregnancy test and went back to the exam room and waited another 20 minutes...this is where I found this place to be the most unprofessional, instead of the doctor coming back so we can decide where to go from here, the nurse came in and shoved some papers in my hand. With not much an explanation, I looked over the papers and saw it was the order for the procedure I wanted, but when I tried to ask the nurse some questions she did not know the answers. I walked out so upset. Then the next day I had to call in to get my prescription and the nurse said the doctor offered it to me but that I had refused it...it was a complete lie. I will never go back to this place again. I live in a very small town, we dont have specialized doctors, but the doctor I do have is very courteous and always makes me feel comfortable. Maybe the other doctors there are better, I dont know. Just my experience, take from it what you like.

Very frustrated with this place. I called a couple minutes past 8 on Monday morning with an urgent matter. I found out they dont answer their phones, they just have an answering service asking you to leave a message, and they will return calls in the order and importance level they are received, but within 24 hours. I went ahead and left my message and hoped for the best. I called 4 more times throughout the day due to the urgency, only to be met with the same voicemail service. What kind of womens clinic doesnt answer their phone?? Its now Wednesday, well past 48 hours later (what happened within returning the call within 24 hours?!?), and still have not received a phone call. Absolutely would not recommend this facility. I wonder if the doctors know this is the way their clinic is being ran?

This is my first pregnancy and I went here on a friends recommendation. I like it. The nurses are friendly and Dr. Murray is great. She is very to the point and doesnt waste time on small talk, which I like. I was a little taken aback at first and thought she hated me but once I realized she was just concise, that made everything a lot better. The ultra sound tech is sweet too, shes been doing ultra sounds for a really long time.Only one of the receptionists can be a little rude which is why its not 5 star; also yes sometimes they do end up taking their time to get to you although that only seems to happen if you go earlier in the morning and it only happened to me once, my first appointment. Every appointment after that has been great.

I don’t feel like she listened carefully to my issues and concerns. One of my issue could have been addressed with the first visit I came in, but instead scheduled it a whole month out, leaving me in pain. Had a Pap smear done bc I’m considering the IUD, after leaving her office I started having abdominal pain along with heavy bleeding, which is very strange due to the fact that I had my cycle end one week prior to my exam. I called the following Monday to see what could be done because I was in pain, found out she wasn’t even in the office. Was told that she would be notified the following day. The following day comes, still no contact has been attempted. Meanwhile still in pain and bleeding. The day of my appointment, I arrived early, filled out my forms, waited a half hour past my appointment in the lobby, then a half hour before the doctor came in my exam room. Never apologized, just started talking about my visit, like it was okay to be seen at 11:06a when my appointment was for 10:00a. I don’t feel comfortable or even trust my care in her hands after everything that has happened. Considering calling Tricare to see if I can switch to another facility. Normally I don’t write many reviews, unless service is phenomenal, but in this case, this was by far the worst care I have ever been provided.2nd appointment finally got an appointment to see why I was having bleeding. The appointment was set for 2:20 PM, during the phone call that I had with the receptionist I made it very clear that my daughter got out of school around 330 so I needed to be done with the appointment in time to go get her. The scheduler then replies to me and says I need to make sure that Im early, because if Im not there then my slot will go to another patient. I then be no made it very clear that I had been early prior with my last appointment and still waited in the lobby a half hour past my appointment. The day of my appointment comes I arrive 10 minutes early, previously already checked in through my phone app. I sit in the lobby at 2:10, finally at 2:37 I get up and approach the receptionist and ask how much longer before I go back to have an ultrasound, she goes to find out, returns and says the sonographer was cleaning the room. I found it strange because I had not seen anybody else in the waiting room nor did I see anybody else leaving out of any of the exam rooms so I was a little confused as to why I had been waiting almost 20 minutes in the lobby past my appointment time, especially since I had arrived early, and was told by the receptionist when the appointment was scheduled to make sure that I was there or else my slot would go to someone else. After having my exam done, the sonographer then tells me I will know my results within the next 3 to 5 days, Im not sure why its so complicated to read a couple of pictures and find out whats going on with me. But after these two bad experiences, I will never go back and I have already changed over to another clinic that has a five star rating. I wish I had seen the reviews online before going to this clinic. Especially since this clinic is specifically supposed to be catered for women. Very very disappointed, this clinic need to be re trained on customer service.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Lasley for many years and she is always pleasant and on time, and makes me feel comfortable. I appreciate her and her staff, I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you for being a great doctor for me all these years!

Great womens wellness clinic. They took care to listen and give me options I could try on my own. Also they made me aware that I should be getting manual exams every year. Which I did not know.

This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE medical practice I have ever dealt with.I made an appointment with Womens Associates at the recommendation from my family practitioner. I was referred to a specialist due to excessive menstrual bleeding. My family practitioners office assured me they faxed the necessary records and information to Womens Associates.I called two days before my appointment to verify they had received my information. I was put on hold the first call for 5 minutes; I got tired of waiting and hung up. I called back, and the receptionist yelled at me then put me on hold again - this time for 10 minutes. Someone by the name of Justin - a female - was equally as rude to me. I was merely trying to ensure all necessary records were in their hands prior to my office visit. Justin told me she would call me back by the end of the day, to let me know the status of their records for me.Guess what? Thats right - no return phone call from Justin ever happened. Do I now call back a third time and be subjected again to the uneducated crude receptionist??As a side note, I do have health insurance, and its an excellent policy. Im also fortunate enough to not worry about paying co-pays or any additional costs. And this is how they treat a client? I wonder how they treat the women who dont carry any health insurance?I would AVOID this place.Im sorry to

I love Dr. Richards she is a great doctor, but the front office staff is impossible. I have been going there for 7 years now and I can only image the stuff someone who is going there for the first time has to deal with. I have been trying for over two months to get in to see her and its just one thing after another with them. I have a very odd schedule and I have to schedule things in advance. I have called multiple times trying to make an appointment at many different hours of the day. Someone answers and right away asks to put me on hold. I am not kidding because I have timed it every time, I wait 20 minutes to speak to someone about scheduling an appointment that takes them 30 seconds to do. The past two time I have gone in for my appointment a lady argues with me that it is my fault and I do not have an appointment until a certain date because they have notes in their computer about my appointments. Extremely rude. Not to mention the fact they called me because they needed to reschedule my appointment. I am sad to say because of Dr. Richards horrible front office staff I will no longer be going there.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Murray since I was 5 months pregnant with my oldest who is 10 now! She has delivered all my babies and will be delivering my last baby when the time comes for that! She is amazing and caring and kind. She listen and that’s very important!

I was never even seen by the office. Youd think theyd want patients, but every time I call, they either dont answer , or they have to go look at something and will call me back later or the next day. Guess what, they never call back. Dont respond to messages. Its been over a month of this. Im looking at other OB/GYN since these people obviously do not care about patients anymore. They got raving reviews from my friend who had 2 kids with them, so I figured Id found a good one. I guess not. Dont waste your time even calling

I was referred to this clinic by Memorial ER and even though Dr. Lasley doesnt accept my insurance, she still saw me. She was very thorough and easy to talk to. The girls at the desk and the nurse I saw were very nice! I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Dr. Richards is kind and cares about her patients. I had a great experience. I highly recommend her. She listens and takes good care of you. The staff is very professional and efficient. Great team!

Worst experience ever.I went in for my first appointment with them for my 3rd pregnancy. My appointment is scheduled for 1pm. I arrive at 1230 to do paperwork. At 1 they tell me the doctor i am scheduled to see has to assist another doctor outside the office and wont be back til 145 or 150. They ask me if i want to reschedule or wait. Due to my extreme morning sickness it is really hard for me to get myself out of the house to the doctors office. I told them id wait. At 130 they call me back for blood work. I return to the waiting room at 145. At this point they tell me the hospital called and said it would be another hour for her procedure to be done. So i ask if any off the other doctors can see me then. She tell me no because one already left and the other is about to leave. 2pm and i am in tears and leaving without being seen. Yes i was there for an hour and a half for nothing with my one year old getting very cranky from being there for so long.

I have been going to Womens associates for 9 years they delivered my daughter and have taken care of me ever since. Dr. Hovenga is the most amazing Dr. you will ever see. She makes you feel comfortable and she is very knowledgeable. Wait times can be a little long especially if you are not pregnant but the experience is worth every minute I would never dream of using any other Dr.

I have been coming to this office for many years now. Dr. Richards is amazing. Never have I had any problems with any of the doctors or nurses in this offices. Every is always so kind and they take all matters and everyones care very personal.

I have been a patient at Womens Associates for 10 years and I am very happy with the service I have received. The quality of care I have received from Dr. Murray and her staff is outstanding. They are very caring, confidential and actually listen when you have questions. I highly recommend Womens Associates.

Just finally got insurance coverage and I went there. I wasnt showing up as eligible so they told me that I could pay out of pocket and that I would have to keep checking my insurance until it became eligible and they would retro-bill it. Ive worked in doctors offices for the last ten years and know that it takes less than two minutes to check the eligibility on my insurance so I thought that was a bit rude. After the first girl told me I didnt have insurance I was asked another four times if I had insurance. When I went in and seen the doctor I was in and out in ten minutes. My mother and grandmother both had/have ovarian cancer. Dr. Richards never addressed that with me, or anything else. She pushed the gardasil vaccine (which is approximately 300.00 per visit and it takes three visits). She wrote me a prescription for a birth control that costs $170.00, and even after I was covered by my insurance, the insurance company wont cover that. When I called the doctors office back they told me I need to find out what birth controls my insurance would cover. Ive never told a patient that, nor would I expect them to know. In my office we would look it up for them, or work with the pharmacy to find out what is going to work best. I have never been so frustrated in my life and I will never go back there again.Update on 5/8/14- They sent me a bill for an additional $170.00 that was not mentioned to me when I had stated several times that I did not have insurance. Their total bill with office visit was $375.00, when I went to planned parenthood four years ago my total visit was $200.00.

Much improved! I have always loved Dr. Lasley but their front office staff had been borderline rude and they ran about an hour behind. Yesterday--wow! What a difference! I was actually seen on time and the front office staff was much nicer. I was going to change doctors, even though I love Dr. Lasley, but after yesterday, Im pleased to say Im staying a patient!

I really appreciate Dr. Moore talking me through all parts of my necessary procedures and taking the time to explain everything to me.However The front desk staff has been less than friendly in my experience.

This is probably one of the worst obgyns I’ve ever been to. I’ve been having fertility problems along with some urgent menstrual problems. I went in for testing multiple times & every single time I had to email/call for my dr to go over my results. Even then no one called back, no one emailed me back. Resulting in me having to make an appt to just go over my results. There’s plenty of other OBGYNS go to them this one sucks.

So I debated on rating them or not. But I dont want another momma going through this. I do NOT recommend this OB. I went to them July 31st because I had 4 positive pregnancy test. Didnt know how far along I was so did a ultrasound, couldnt find the baby but there was a sac so she ordered test to see about my HCG levels. Okay thats fine. I go wednesdays (august 1st) to go get the blood test. Results came back in Friday (august 3rd) the nurse that called me told me my levels were 13000, and that was pretty high for us to not have been able to see the baby. INSTEAD of asking me to come in like a PROFESSIONAL would, she then proceeds to tell me its possible that I have a ectopic pregnancy. This is over the phone so Im bawling my eyes out, and as we are hanging up all is said is Im sorry.. So Im over here stressing myself out, cant stop crying etc. We go to the hospital later that day, they run more test, more ultrasounds, and after 3 hours I get the Everything is okay you are just really early into your pregnancy like I just turned 5 weeks. I get my ultrasound pictures today through the app, and guess what I see just sitting there in the SAC? The baby/cells forming. I am very DISAPPOINTED in this Obgyn office. Not at my doctor but her nurse. You dont tell someone that kind of Information over the phone its messed up. Matter of fact dont say anything even if its possible, until you are 100 PERCENT RIGHT.

The staff are all super nice and accommodating. Never had to wait more than 15 mins for an appointment. Very professional- I highly recommend.

Disappointed. I went to Lisa Hovenga on a recommendation from a friend. And maybe the Dr couldnt distinguish me from my friend, but I was continually ignored during prenatal doctors visits. She was always talking about my friend. When complications occurred later with my labor, she again ignored me. I hemorrhaged massive amounts of blood (>6.5 units) and she refused to give me a transfusion and did not do any blood work at the 6 weeks post partum visit. She did as little as possible. I am not sure if she is so worried about a lawsuit, but she was entirely ineffective.

When I made my appointment, I told the receptionist exactly what procedures I was interested in. It would have been great if the girl taking my appointment could have just told me that Dr. Murray wouldnt even consider either procedure for someone my age. It would have saved everyones time and me, my co-pay.

I have been going to Dr. Moore for almost 5 years and I continue to be amazed with her and her staff’s care. It truly feels like a safe place for women. Absolutely would recommend!

I had been waiting for this appointment for two months. I was given the wrong address and when I called to get the right directions no one would pick up the phone. I was 6 minutes late and the doctor said I had to reschedule, they weren’t even ready for me yet. Frustrated

After my provider in this practice retired 2 years ago, my care has been the worst I’ve experienced in my life. I expect more from a practice made up entirely of women. Seek your health care elsewhere!

I had to wait an hour and a half after my appointment time to be seen only to be told that the service I made my appointment for couldn’t be done because they scheduled me for a service I never made.

If you are looking for a personable and caring womens health provider, I suggest Dr Moore. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable during my visit. I highly recommend herself and the staff at the womens care clinic!

I just found out that I am pregnant and called this place. The website said they close at 12pm today and it was 11:35 when I called and got the machine saying they were closed. So, I decided to read some of the reviews and noticed that this happens a lot with this place and 90% of the bad reviews are because of customer service. This shouldnt be that difficult to leave your phones on until it is time to actually close.

They are always behind. Ive been here once a week for 3 weeks for me or another family member and we waited at least an hr every time. And when.my dad comes in with my sister (minor) or mom, they wont even talk to him.

Love Dr. Hovenga! She is laid back, nice and very mom-friendly. An advocate for vbacs, doula supportive and generally just a calming, kind lady. Couldnt recommend her more highly.

Good physical plant, ample parking, clean well-appointed lobby and rooms. The reception staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Moore is amazing.

I used to be a patient here and was told my second pregnancy that they no longer would see me because they dont accept Medicaid patients. I then proceed to call to see if I can get my records released and I cant get ahold of anyone in that office. Would not recommend this place at all anymore. Just rude inconsiderate people work here.

I have never had any problems getting right in and out of my appointments on time. Everyone was so kind and generous.

I love UC Health, but this office location only cares about the money. Dont go if you have Medicaid or Medicare.

They either take forever ti reply to the message sent thru thr portal or they dont reply at all. It seems like you need to call a million times for them to help you. Ive been waiting a week for a response about question. And nothing

I can’t recommend Dr Richards enough! She is thorough, she listens, and shares true concern and compassion.

Dr Moore is great. Stephanie the receptionist was very rude and short with me.

Staff is unresponsive, doesn’t care about the patient, and doesn’t answer phone calls.

Dr Lasley was thourough and kind. Definately making this my care provider!

Referred to this place, still no answer. And it just hangs up after so long. Ridiculous

Lady on the phone was very rude and snappy with me when trying to make an appointment. Was very disappointed.

Called to get an appointment for new patient and the lady said “sure, what do you need to be seen for” I told her the issues I have been having and she said, “ oh, we can help you here; we are booked”. I literally only told her I was having lower stomach pain. Health care is horrible these days!
