Would have loved to give this office a chance since it’s closer than my previous OB, but after being cancelled on twice it seems like they are really struggling. Their receptionist also completely lacks sympathy. They cancelled my ultrasound 1 hour before my appointment time when I was already on my way to their office. They only have 1 ultrasound tech who is quitting her job, so the odds of getting and keeping an ultrasound seem pretty low. When they cancelled my ultrasound last minute, I told the receptionist I had been spotting and desperately wanted the ultrasound for peace of mind, and there was zero solutions offered other than to go to the ER. She also rudely let me know they would not offer me any medical advice since I was not an established patient (despite that being their fault for cancelling all of my appointments). I would recommend finding an OB office that has their stuff together a little better and won’t cancel on you last minute in a time of need.
My visit with Dr. Janice Raley was one of if not THE BEST experience with a dr.. She was extremely helpful and took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. I really appreciated her professionalism, thoroughness, and expertise in guiding me through what has been going on. And for spending time the needed time. I didnt feel she was rushing through my appointment and I definitely felt heard and cared for.
I have just started going to this new clinic. I absolutely love my doctor. The staff is incredibly kind and aware of the timeliness of visits. It is a very clean and welcoming environment. I really love this office.
Dr. Ludwig is amazing. So sweet and knowledgeable. It’s always nice having another women as your gyno/obgyn and she makes you feel most comfortable. I have also met Dr. nolte and she was very kind as well. Ultimately I switched to Dr. Ludwig due to her being able to preform a surgery for me in which she did and I’m very impressed with her.
Dr. Raley is amazing and very thorough and knowledgeable she is definitely an asset. The only downfall is the receptionists they never answer the phone or it took them 25 minutes to answer the phone only to put me on hold for another 20 minutes. The five stars are for the doctor and medical assistants.
NP Nolte was extremely dismissive of my problems and pain. Told me that it happens to everyone. I went to a different OB to get a second opinion and was cared for much better. I was given an actual diagnosis and treatment plan instead of being dismissed.
This was the best doctors appointment I have ever had. I felt heard, seen, was able to walk through my issues and come up with an action plan for my health. I really felt cared for by the Dr. Hedges. I did not feel rushed and felt like I could ask all my questions. She explained things that no other doctor has taken the time to explain. Extremely thankful for Dr. Hedges.
Dr. Caroline Hedges, Ob/Gyn, is one of the best doctors I have ever had the privilege to care for me. She is incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, caring and professional. Her visit was thorough, and all my issues were addressed. I left the visit feeling so well taken care of, and so grateful to her.
I so much do not recommend- scheduled an appointment Very Specifically to be fit for a cervical cap or diaphragm- the person on the phone said they do that, made the appointment, and I checked in ahead of time explaining again that I wanted to be fit for a cervical cap or diaphragm, only to come in and be told they dont do that there. Huge waste of time. I appeal to their billing department explaining why I shouldnt have to pay them $120.60 for a useless appointment that they lied to me about being able to help me, but amongst themselves, theyve decided that they actually didnt lie about that and that I must be remembering wrong and that I still have to pay them $120.60. Its a scam, and the only reason Im not taking the matter further is because I cant afford a lawyer. Front desk people dont know what theyre doing, the doctor (Mary Nolte) lied in her notes about what happened in the appointment. Do not go here.
Dr. Frock and her staff were great. Treated me with respect and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend UCHeath Womens Clinic.
I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. If you can even get the front desk to answer your call, expect to be treated like you’re just an inconvenience. I went to the ER due to bleeding in my pregnancy and was told my baby did not have a heartbeat. I was told to follow up with my OB so I gave them a call the next day; my call was not answered for over an hour. I ended up going to my primary care who also tried to get in contact with this office and they could not get an answer from them either. Only after my primary messaged this office through the online portal did they call me back 2 hours later, basically telling me there is nothing they can do for me and to go to the ER. It would have been nice to have any sort of compassion or guidance on what to expect when going through a miscarriage.About a month later I went in for my follow up appointment, and while I was there I was visibly sad and uncomfortable being as I just lost my baby. I don’t know who the nurse was, but while taking my vitals she mentions how my blood pressure is high. I tell her it is due to me being really uncomfortable being here. She responds “oh because of the miscarriage?” Like obviously? Just a very insensitive clinic. 0/0 would not recommend.
I would give 0 stars if that was an option. I had an annual Wells appointment, a male nurse took me back and was asking me questions, I asked can I answer and ask questions without this turning into a another appointment charge, he said yes, I asked the Dr also and she said yes, I can answer and ask questions without it turning into another appointment charge. Well I received a bill for another visit. I called and told the receptionist what happened and she said because of what we talked about turned it into a another appointment charge. I told her to have the nurse or better yet the Dr to call me, she said this call is over and hung up on me. Get everything in writing if you go there. I will never go back there again! And the receptionist was really rude!
I have called three times for a Nexplanon concern and no one has reached out. Pretty ridiculousUpdate now i have to get the implant surgically removed because it was placed wrong thank Mary Nolte!
Great experience, professional, empathetic, kind, and took a great deal of time listening and addressing concerns.PA Mary is a true asset to this clinic
Totally loved my experience. Making the appointment was easy. Dr Ludwig was awesome. The staff were super helpful and kind. This is my new go to place! I’m so grateful to have UC Health Women’s Center for anything I might need. My primary care provider is also part of UC Health Care. It’s an awesome place.
My experience in my visit was great. Dr Danielle was amazing. I know it was her first day but I appreciate her thorough and thoughtful consideration asking every question possible in order make the best plan for my visit. The only thing I really wish was the front desk ladies/check out lady to be a little bit more joyful and friendly. I know not everyone have the best days always but please remember that when you are the face of your office and it makes such a wonderful difference when you go the extra mile to make the patients feel welcomed. Overall, great experience. And oh my sonographer/tech last week was also amazing!
This clinic is fantastic! All I can say is, if youre having trouble scheduling, your patience will be worth it! It took me almost a month to get squared away and scheduled in with Dr. Hedges, but let me tell you it was SO worth the wait. Dr. Hedges is one of the most kind, caring and gentle Dr.s I have ever met. She is genuine, truly cares and listens to what you are saying and takes the time to have a conversation with you. She spent the time to get to know me, find out what I need the most and want from my care and she was very reassuring. The front desk staff were also very kind and welcoming, as well as all the nurses I encountered. It is SO different than most doc offices that instead just get essential info, do their work and rush you out the door! I felt so important and valued as a patient from the moment I stepped into the office, which I feel is a rare experience in the medical field. So I highly recommend this office to any women looking for great OB/GYN care!
I’ve called reception on two different business days during business hours, and no one answers the phone. I wanted to set up a consult with Dr. Hedges to see if she can be my doctor. Confused why no one ever answers… guess we will look somewhere else!
Roxanne at the front desk is the most unsympathetic, stuck up human I’ve ever encountered in a customer service position. If you want to be made to feel stupid and talked down to every time you call your clinic this is the place for you. There are countless horrible reviews based SOLELY off their interactions with the front desk staff. It’s disappointing to know that is who UC Health wants representing their clinic. Every time I think of UC Health I will remember the way my wife and I were treated by Roxanne on multiple occasions. This won’t stop at a simple review as we were told by multiple staff members they ALL agree their front desk people are horrible faces of the clinic. I cannot change the unforgettable experiences my wife and I had, but I can help prevent others from making the mistake of walking through these doors.
My rating is strictly based off of interactions with the front desk staff, for the miraculous moments when they actually answer the phones. They are rude, unhelpful, unsympathetic, and should not be the first point of contact for your business if that is how they choose to represent your company. I believe Roxanne was the name of the one I had the displeasure of TRYING to get help from... at least she was the one who finally answered the phone after calling for multiple days, multiple times a day. Your automated message system telling people to do everything online is just as HeLpFuL! If youre not established as a patient, you cannot access any of that information online! If your front desk staff is any indication of the level of care that you will provide to your patients, I would run very fast and very far away.
Would give 0 of I could. Don’t recommend at all if your pregnant I don’t even want to get into my experience with them.
If I could leave a 5 star for the doctors/nurses and a 0 star for the front desk I WOULD! This review is strictly to discuss how my husband and I were treated by the front desk WHEN WE MISSCARRIED! We were informed Wednesday our baby had no more heartbeat, we came back Thursday for the confirmation ultrasound. My husband (who has checked me in several times while I’ve been in the bathroom/ whatnot) went to the front to check me in so I could sit down and not interact with anyone (I am un able to compose myself and dealing with grief) ROXANNE rudely said to my husband “I need her up here now” I went up and gently explained I just misscarried and would just prefer to sit down and have my husband (my emergency contact on all papers and someone I have checked all boxes so they are able to discuss medical information with him) check me in. She loudly said “Well I don’t know anything about that ma’am” I said “that didn’t sound very compassionate” she said “I said I don’t know anything about that” I then told my husband “I understand she didn’t but I just told her and am really upset she talked to me like that” when she said “YOU NEED TO STOP BEING NASTY” to me and to my husband (who hasn’t said anything to her) said “AND YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS BEING UP HERE TALKING” I said “can you please stop we literally just lost our child” then went and sat down she is actually the WORST HUMAN BEING IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED and on a day of extreme grief!! She is in the wrong industry and I’ve read COUNTLESS bad reviews about her! UC HEALTH do something about her! You have excellent doctors but this un compassionate MONSTER of a woman is the one facing your business and torturing patients who are going through loss! As far as the doctors go they are all incredible, after this occurred they took me into a room, talked to me, comforted me, brought my 20 month old toys to play with… but sadly this review has to be 1 star because when I remember the baby I lost I will be tormented with memories of this horrible lady wrecking my recovery.
Unfortunately, this clinic no longer can claim that they provide womens health care. If you are looking for healthcare as a women from an OB/GYNO this clinic will not provide it. I had been a patient at Printers Park OBGYN for over 10 years. I loved my GYNO and was always treated with care, respect and understanding. I knew I was getting the best care when I sought it and I was always educated and involved in my medical care decisions. UCHealth took over and I immediately was met with incongruent policies, so much so, that they prevented my ability to get healthcare through this clinic. It was very sad but it moved my GYNO out of the practice even. Even more disheartening, they have recently refused to even see me for an issue that I have had on-going since I was a teenager and have actively had treatment at this clinic with before, advising that I would need to seek the simple care I needed from an urgent care or ER. The staff were extremely rude when I questioned why all the suddenly they would not assist me with a gynecological concern that they always have. I sought treatment somewhere else and was correctly cared for. While this clinic claims to be a Womens Care Clinic it is not, they do not practice any care for women, nor womens healthcare.
I have never felt so scared, disrespected and manhandled by a Dr in my life. Dr. Raley snickered at me while I cried out in pain while having my migrated IUD removed. I bled for 9 months straight due to the this iud and began experiencing the most terrifying pain I’ve ever felt. The insertion was completely horrible, I was not told that my cervix would be pierced by forceps. I was denied any pain management, Tylenol or numbing cream. I cannot stress how terrifying this place is. I have nightmares about my experience here. I strongly advise anyone reading this to not come here. I am now afraid to let a Dr touch me after the amount of bleeding and pain I experienced at this place.
Dr. Ludwig and Dr. Hedges have both been a huge blessing to our family. I moved to Colorado at the end of my pregnancy and was terrified about trying to find the right doctor due to medically traumatic experiences in the past but these are very safe Doctors. I never had a single problem getting the staff on the phone or scheduling an appointment. I had a wonderful pregnancy and delivery with their help.
I wasnt sure if it were possible to have such discontent with a clinic before this one, and even a one star rating is too generous given the treatment received. I get not all clinics can be perfect - but the combination from the office staff of nonexistent empathy and careless detail to attention in such an important stage of life is extremely concerning. Disappointed that meeting the provider wasnt even a stage to experience, based on the reviews it seemed like a good place to go. Staffing is half of the journey though, and based off of what was experienced? Hard pass.
I was comfortable talking with the doctor. I do wish I was given a brief printout of the possible surgery suggested.
Id give Dr. Raley 0 stars if I could. She was AWFUL. Horrible bedside manner, horrible doctor. Will never go back. PPMP in general is full of rude people. Ive been there several times for various types of appointments and not a single one of the staff members have been enjoyable to be around.
Love this clinic! I’ve gone for 8 years! Highly recommend! Knowledgeable and caring clinic! I was referred when I was pregnant, for an early ultra sound at UC health. Upon visiting with the Ultra Sound tech i made the decision to have a VBAC! Everything went smooth I went into have a natural birth which was an awesome experience! I drove an hour and a half to all my prenatal appts and stayed at the hospital in springs for delivery! I loved my pregnancy experience with the clinic so much I continued there even after having my daughter! Dr.Lalonde was amazing and I miss him! After he retired I stayed with the clinic and now see Dr Ludwig and I love her! If you’re looking for an awesome clinic as an expecting mother, or just looking for a Womens Care Clinic! This is deff the place to go! ❤️
The Doctor I seen here made me feel Stereotyped. She acted like I was just a low income mother or it was just another pregnancy for her..I felt Stereotyped and no questions about my diet, general health, or pre-natal care was asked outside of the paperwork I filled out in the lobby...Being this is my first pregnancy I decided to find a new provider who didnt make me uncomfortable or who actually cares about helping ALL patients. The nurses and front desk were attentive and sweet. It wasnt until I called to cancel future appointments I got an attitude from the front desk lady. I would not recommend this center unless you want to be treated like just another number.
I saw Dr. Weise for the duration of my pregnancy. She is attentive, respectful, caring, incredibly intelligent and obviously passionate about her work. Hands down the best doctor I have ever seen. I felt very safe in her hands during the delivery process. The front desk ladies always remembered my name and seemed happy to see me again. I cant speak to the other doctors in this practice, but I felt very taken care of!
Dr. Maria Weise-Fleckenstein was amazing to me for my whole pregnancy. Its the after that is the MAJOR issue here. I told her during my pregnancy that I was having issues with anxiety and depression, she proscribed me lexapro and nothing else was done. I went on to have my son and everything was ok till about 3 weeks after I gave birth. I told her that I was always feeling angry or sad or numb with an elavateted amount of anxiety. She diagnosed me with postpartum depression and told me to call if anything was wrong. I started feeling worse and worse and was able to set an appointment in march were I told her I didnt feel like myself and it was like someone was taking over my mind and body, she upped my medication and gave me another that was not helping me. She gave me phone numbers to therapist but when I called every single one was months out or didnt take my insurance. I kept trying to call and left message after message and kept calling every single week telling them I was getting so much worse, and that I wasnt able to see anyone as no appointment was available for months, I didnt have months because my mental state was going down hill very fast. I still kept calling to get help, because I was left untreated I ended up having a massive postpartum psychosis episode that almost took my life and left my family broken. She didnt listen or take care of me the way she should have and completely dropped the ball on my health care. If what I was telling her would have been taken seriously I wouldnt have gotten to the point of breakdown. You should be ashamed and I hope no other women has to go through anything like this with you again.
Ive been coming here since I was 15, staying now through my first pregnancy and so happy with the care ive received. My only complaint is Angela - she is probably the rudest and most unprofessional receptionist Ive seen anywhere. I dread calling in to the office & having her pick up the phone, or I dread receiving phone calls and its Angela on the other end. I dont know if anyone else has experienced anything like that with her, but every interaction Ive ever had with her is so unbelievably unpleasant.
I just had an horrible experience with this clinic. I called them to schedule an appointment and the receptionist wouldn’t let me explain myself. She proceeded to over talk me and raised her voice when I asked a question. When I asked her not to raise her voice at me , she hung up on me. When I called to speak with her supervisor to address it, she informed me that the receptionist said that I cursed at her. That wasn’t the case at all. All I wanted was to be seen by a doctor concerning major health issues. This makes me so sad that being proactive about my health is a problem! How many more people have gone through this with this clinic? I think that people in the medical field should have more empathy.
Ive been debating whether to post a review or not, but I feel like patients need to know the horrible experience Ive had with this practice. Went in for my first pregnancy everything was great until I went in for delivery. Dr. Raley was my ob and confirmed she would be there to deliver my child she never showed. The following morning comes into my room jokingly apologizes missing the birth. States shell be in the next morning to discharge me once again never shows. I asked multiple nurses at Memorial when she was coming in for discharge never received a clear answer from any of them. Turns out she sent her incompetent colleague Dr. Maria Weise-Fleckenstein to discharge me. Dr. Weise ended up discharging the patient next door to me under my information. I have never met such an unprofessional provider. After practically threatening to leave the hospital AMA she finally arrived to speak with me. She was so rude stating I took her away from an important patient that was losing her cervix at the time. It was completely inappropriate to blame me and make me feel bad about a mistake that she made earlier that day that should have been rectified the moment she realized the mistake. This practice took a beautiful moment of me and my husband becoming first time parents and completely distroyed it. I would suggest any future patient looking to have great patient care should look anywhere else but this practice. Ive already decided that next child I have Im hiring a midwife at least they would bother to know the name of their patient. Good luck to the current patients already established. I hope they treat you with respect and care you deserve not like the experience I had.
Dr. Ridnour is an amazing lady and has been a great ob/gyn providing proper care. I saw Dr. Raley as well and she actually delivered my baby boy, she was quick to jump on top of my preeclampsia and get me delivered so no more complications arised. She was great during delivery, took quick action to ensure my safety and babys. I can relate to the stiffness though... everyone seems to be mean business, a little humor doesnt hurt and I value a doctor that can show all sides of personality so Im able to feel a tad bit more comfortable. Overall though Im satisfied with my care and will continue to go Dr. Ridnour.Edited to add that I do think some things have gone down hill since 2020 and several doctors left including Michelle which made me hesitant to go in to anyone else she was amazing and I trusted her. I knew shed listen to me,etc. Ive had several ob/gyns before who dismissed me, treated me poorly, etc so the idea of not having her there and trusting someone else was extremely difficult for me. Also if I knew prior to moving that I needed to have an appt to ensure Id be covered for my prescription for my PCOS I would gone in for an appointment despite my hesitation. With pandemic mode still being a thing I hadnt returned but also had no troubles getting my script filled before I moved ( which was like a month before we moved in November last year). Honestly just hated the way that the front desk people handled the conversation on the phone with me. So dismissive and uncaring no resolution or problem solving by the time they said theyd redirect my call to the back where the nurses are I just hung up because I didnt want to deal with it any longer I was already tapped out from the entire conversation ( Im extremely introverted and have severe anxiety calling was HUGE for me and massively draining imagine what actual appointments are like for me). I get that not everyone understands that level of anxiety I honestly just wish they would have worked harder to help me it sounded like it was easier for them to say oh well you havent been here in a year so obviously you dont need your meds. Yeah glad I moved and wont be back.
Dr. Raley was really horrible. Our first few appointments, her bedside manner was terrible and my husband and I are very light hearted and spent the entire appointment trying to get her to lighten up, instead of her comforting first time parents. If you want her to explain anything or have a discussion, dont hold your breath, its definitely a matriarchy and shes the ruthless ruler. When I requested my paperwork to transfer providers (the first time), she decided to change her tune and smile and be more personable. She stopped being as much of a bully, but the smile only worked for so long. I felt I was just a pay check after that. The entire time I was there (week 8 - week 32) the staff was rude and unprofessional. They were going through a merger and didnt notify any of the patients, so there were scheduling issues and they always blamed me when I would receive messages saying my appointments were at a certain time, and the computer said otherwise. I didnt know any better because its my first pregnancy but I am SO HAPPY I changed providers!!!
NP Mary Nolte was awesome. Took my nexplanon out without any fuss. Easy to get an appointment.
They are caring, efficient. Have been going for 24 years and they keep getting better
I am experiencing things that we as women sometimes do, very scary and stressful but from the phone call I made to make this appointment I was treated with respect and compassion and understanding. Everyone of the team that helped me was exceptional and very reassuring. Natalie Valentino is very knowledgeable and her bed side manor is exceptional. If I ever am in need of anything like this again she and the rest of the people there will be my first phone call.
I have been going here for over a year! At first I was very impressed with my experience and my doctor until a few days ago!I went in for an exam and was so traumatized that I will never go back! The doctors assistant was very rude when I was asking her certain questions about the exam I was getting! Then I felt like just another patient from the doctor even though I have been going to this particular doctor for over a year! When I first started coming I told her I wanted a specific screening test and she told me it was unnneccessary. At my appointment the other day (a year later) she told me that I needed that specific screening test. Of course I got upset because back then I had insurance and now I am self pay and have to come up with hundreds of dollars for the test! Also, she did an exam on me and was entirely too rough and I have been experiencing terrible side effects since!
Ive seen several bad reviews about this office but I had a great experience with Dr. Schweitzer and the whole office. I just moved and was looking for a new OB/GYN (Im in my 40s and not planning any more pregnancies.) I got in as a new patient the day after I called. The online forms made being a new patient super convenient. The entire office staff was professional and kind. Dr. Schweitzer was very soft spoken, but thorough. She explained things my previous OB/GYNs never did. It was refreshing.
I have to agree about the bedside manner for Doctor Schweitzer....my nurse however was Amazing. The doc talked me in to getting an IUD I didnt want. Then when I missed my check up appointment they sent me a certified letter saying I cant go back there lol. Then sent me some letter a few weeks later like I was a regular patient. Also never warned me that a doc I never met would be delivering my baby. I made it clear I thought my doctor would be there and she never said hey it might be someone else you never met
I do not recommend this place to anyone. The nurse staff was very sweet and the ultrasound technician was the nicest person in the office. My doctor was incredibly rude and her bedside manner was terrible. She repeatedly called me by the wrong name, waited until 10 minutes after I had already left the building to tell me she had just NOW looked at my charts and my BP was high, and argued and degraded me when I was having issues with my IUD and wanted it taken out. SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
I have been going to Dr. Raley for 13 years and LOVE her. I had horrible experiences at various GYNs prior to her. She actually listens and doesnt rush. She thinks about whatever issue Im in for and thoughtfully considers solutions (which have always worked). She patiently walked me through two pregnancies, despite all my new mom concerns, and made sure to address each question I had. She did a great job on my C-section and my Vbac. She is friendly and asks about my husband, kids, and job. I dont find her cold or to have a bad bedside manner at all. The office staff have always been professional and friendly with me for 13 years, including sweet Robyn, about whom someone wrote a bad review here.
This review stands until something changes. Dr. Raley has been my OB for 3 pregnancies, including my most recent baby born in 2020. During the pregnancy, I was unable to walk due to severe pain, Dr. Raley never prescribed physical therapy, pain management, nothing. I gained 50 lbs in 4 months from my immobility. She never explained the side effects of a bilateral salpengectomy, which includes painful ovulation and hormonal imbalances. She refuses to acknowledge that post tubal ligation syndrome is a thing beyond heavy periods. I have suicidal postpartum depression now and after asking for a hormone study, she told me that since Im having periods, theres nothing wrong. I have to medicate every day now because of this and she is refusing to help. I will not be back.
My previous experience with this clinic was great, but the past few times Ive tried to schedule an appointment - no one will answer the phone. Dr. Ridnour is retired now and I wanted to stay at the same location and see a different provider. They want you to schedule appts on the app, but you cant schedule an appt if you havent seen that provider before...I guess Ill have to go somewhere else. So frustrating!Ive been a patient of Dr. Ridnour for the past 2 years. She is a very professional and kind physician who is always willing to answer questions and really takes the time to get to know her patients. Additionally, her office staff has been great to work with over the phone and in person.
Do yourself a favor and go find somewhere else! This place use to be a decent. Now is it absolutely horrible. The place looks dirty. Looks like they have a new receptionist who should’ve stayed working at the gas station. So this is my wife’s second pregnancy. We use to go to Dr. Ridenour, but looks like she is not available anymore. My wife made an 2pm appointment with Dr. Schweitzer way in advance. She left work early so we could make this appointment. We get there, my wife signs in, gives the receptionist her ID and new INS card. We fill out their paperwork. Then the receptionist says oh we are going to have to reschedule since Dr. Schweitzer has been at the hospital all day with other patients. She also said that they were rescheduling all her appointments that day as her patients come in. Yea as they come in for their appointment. Very unprofessional with no regard for anyone’s time. No phone call... nothing. I know Dr Schweitzer is a good physician, but they have a responsibility to make that call and have the office call and let her patients know. They had all day to do it.
I have been so pleased with Dr. Raley and the staff at Printers Park OBGYN. They are so nice and there is hardly any wait, compared to my old OBGYNs office. Dr. Raley did a great job delivering my baby via c-section. I had a nightmare birth experience with my first child, thank goodness I found her... it was night and day difference. I would recommend them to anyone!P.s. I noticed a lot of the negative reviews are aimed towards Dr. Lalonde, I havent had any dealings with him, but i can say all of the other staff is great and I wouldnt let that dissuade you from going there, just ask for one of the female doctors when you book your appointment.
Wow. The other reviews are harsh. I will say it depends on which doctor you get in this practice. I have seen every doctor through my pregnancy and found the majority to be luke warm. I did find one doctor to have an extremely poor bedside manner and after they casually mentioned that I may need to be induced and/or could delay it by doing some testing. I then found them on the phone scheduling me for an medically unnecessary induction before I had agreed to the procedure. Bad, bad form. However, Dr. Ridnour and Dr. Rawley are top notch. As a first time mama, I was anxious about everything. Dr. Ridnour was compassionate and took the time to explain everything to me. I never felt she was rushed with me. She also has always been a phone call away for minor medical issues that have come up. I find it impressive when your doctor calls you back in less than an hour. Unheard of in this day and age. Dr. Rawley was the doctor that checked me out of the hospital and she answered all of my anxious new mama questions with no hesitation or judgment. I would recommend either one of these doctors.Dr. Ridnours MA, Doris is excellent as well. She is efficient and responsive. She has worked hard with me to deal with insurance issues and has immediately gotten me in on the same day to see Dr. Ridnour when needed.I find these 3 providers to be stellar and I have a beautiful, healthy 5 month baby thanks to their care.
I had been instructed to come in because I wasn’t showing proper signs of progression after my procedure from two months ago. When I came in and spoke to the Dr I felt my concerns regarding my issue for this appointment were dissmissed and not taken into serious consideration by my doctor. Instead of trying to get the bottom of my issue my Dr told me to wait, come in two months from now, and to see a therapist.
The facility was clean. The staff super friendly and welcoming. Dr Ridnour was extremely helpful, clear and in-depth. Definitely made me feel cared for, rather than just another patient. Glad to have found such a perfect fit in a womens health office.
I loved them! I had a horrible experience with military doctors for my first pregnancy, do for my second I went off post and had dr raley. She made sure I was carefully monitored tge whole pregnancy and always quickly returned my phone calls. She was very attentive and I couldnt gave asked for a better dr. She is very straight forward which is something I enjoyed.
I received great trauma informed care from Dr Frock. She was passionate about making sure you are informed and comfortable. I would recommend going there for care.
The receptionist were usually polite but my doctor was Charles (Chaz) Lalonde and he was the absolute worst. When I told him I didn’t want an epidural he responded, “Well, I don’t feel your pain.”The week of my due date he was going out of town and insisted on sweeping my membranes., but didn’t provide ANY information about what it was he would do or how it would effect my delivery. He had to do it two days in a row (BEFORE I WAS EVEN DUE) and when I got the the hospital I had been informed that it usually doesn’t do anything except make your labor MORE painful. When he entered the delivery room and I was 10cm dilated and pushing he asked me if I wanted an epidural even through it was against my birth plan and my saint of a nurse reassured me that my baby would be here before they could even administer it.My daughter was born with no complications and I so wish I would have shopped around for a different OB because he was a demon of a man- AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS.
This place will not answer the phone for anything. When they do they will say go to the app, sent to a voicemail, or that they will give a note to a nurse/MA with no call back. Then you wont hear anything for days. When I call over and over because I am having concerns all I can say is - NOTHING but drama. Seems like another office where people show up and just want to talk badly about patients.Literally got GASLIGHTED by Dr.Ackers who claims she has offered me induction for the past two appts (37 & 38 weeks), which is a lie. A complete lie. First, they cant induce until after 39 weeks, and second I was never offered induction because they wanted to keep pushing it off despite me asking for it. When I flat out told her she was lying she said shes sorry I cant remember what happened the past couple of appointments...WHAT?This all transpired from me trying to get in contract with them for the past two days (15+ calls with 12 of them going to voicemail, messages on the app, etc.) to get an induction date down along with figuring out how to handle me having COVID. I also think I have diabetes insipidus. Which was LAUGHED at. Dr Ackers actually laughed instead of just a professional we can get that panel in for you especially when I gave her clear indications on why I am thinking this.Just UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY DO NOT CARE.
Getting in touch with them can take a week or more. Which is an ongoing issue. The staff is nice, which is great, but the lack of communication raises concerns on whether or not your pregnancy is in good hands with them. If their communication didn’t lack so severely that it became a risk to a woman’s pregnancy, this would probably be a safe and good choice in OBGYN.
It seems unfair to me that someone’s credibility as a physician can be compromised by personal opinions. I read reviews on Dr. Lalonde prior to accepting my first prenatal appointment with him. The one-star reviews were worrisome but I would never write someone off based on a Google review. Here’s the deal: Dr. Lalonde is direct and to-the-point. He does not “beat around the bush” nor does he sugarcoat the experience. I appreciate his honesty and openness. I don’t feel he is pushy or insincere. With these things, you must decide for yourself who is the best suited doctor for your care based on YOUR experience. Please do not base your decision solely on disgruntled Google reviews.
Where do I even begin. I had my first appointment for my second pregnancy here because I had been turned down by a few other providers due to not accepting Medicaid/lack of availability, and it seemed rather routine. I went ahead and scheduled my second appointment that same day and carried on. I arrived ten minutes early to my second appointment only to be told it was “not in the calendar.” I showed the front desk staff the text notification reminder I got about my upcoming appointment. They proceeded to behave dismissively towards me and it felt like the same treatment I’ve gotten in the past having Medicaid. (I’m assumed to not show up to appointments, be rude, unintelligent, etc. And other typical Medicaid client assumptions offices have). So I proceed to my second appointment after waiting 35 minutes to see if they could “get me in” only to be body shamed by my provider when I told him I gained 60 lbs the last pregnancy. He then proceeded to make disparaging remarks about a patient who was “so obese” they were unable to weigh her. I felt uneasy about this but then remembered, I’m probably stuck here since I have Medicaid and there’s a lack of providers with availability. So I go ahead and schedule my third appointment for an NIPT test, show up 10 minutes early only to be told “oops, the lab is closed, but you still need to do paperwork anyways.” So I wait another 45 minutes to be handed a form and told to “go downstairs to the lab and have my blood drawn, so I told her the front desk staff told me it was closed. She proceeds to say, “oh that’s right! It is, sorry.”Unbelievable. Between the disorganization of the front desk staff and the disparaging remarks my OB said, this place is awful.Additionally, *IMPORTANT.* I vented my frustrations into a local Facebook group and it turns out there were at least 10 women, a majority with Medicaid, who were treated this way here at the Printers park location by the front desk staff and OB providers.
I saw Natalie Valentino, she and everyone that I dealt with were fantastic. She was knowledgeable, down-to-earth and compassionate. She made me feel comfortable and cared for, as did the intake nurses. I highly recommend!
I came here for the whole duration of my pregnancy and i loved it! The ladies at the front desk are kind and attentive. I saw Dr.Weise and she was amazing. One of the best doctors ive been to.
I wish I could do zero stars. Going here was a huge waste of time. This is the worst experience Ive ever had with a doctor. He didnt listen to me. He interrupted me and kept recommending a treatment that I already decided not to do. When I tried to ask a question, he said that we werent bonding (whatever that means) and told me to leave. He had absolutely no right to interrupt me, disregard my concerns and send me out. Worst Doctor ever. I would never recommend this place to anyone. This is to dr lalonde
My wife and I started seeing Dr. Lalonde at Printers park OBGYN in March of 2016 when we found out we were pregnant with our second child. I typically do not write reviews for much of anything online but our experience with Dr Lalonde left such an exceptionally bitter taste in my mouth I felt compelled to share our experience and warn others that might be looking for an obstetrician in Colorado Springs area.Though the staff in his front office is very nice and deserve high praise for all they do Dr LaLonde himself is a smug little man with napoleon sized ego, he is sharply rude, and fails miserably when it comes to listening to or empathizing with his patients. My wife started to feel like there was something not rite about him after our first visit but we stayed the course as there were a number of things we needed to get done in a short period of time and shopping around seemed a difficult proposition. My wife is a high risk pregnancy for a couple of reasons and when it came time to start 2nd trimester genetic testing things got really uncomfortable very quickly. Because of the high risk factors involved we requested a cell free DNA test in addition to any other screens the doctor wanted to do as we charted a course. This is a newer test but is now routine for all high risk pregnancies, it is inexpensive and only requires peripheral blood to be performed. However, the test has shown a substantially greater degree of accuracy in finding chromosomal abnormalities. When we asked for this the doctor simply told us no as if we had no choice in the matter and said simply thats not how we do it here. No explanation, no middle ground, and clearly no concern for our personal feelings. So, we reached out to a clinic in Denver that is known for being extremely good in this area to perform this test as well as any further MFM testing that need be done before proceeding. After we had this test done along with a very focused ultrasound we were told he had a one in 11,000 chance of a chromosomal abnormality. The test that Dictator Lalonde insisted upon produced a risk factor of one in 22. That is a stark difference and gave us the piece of mind to move forward without having to go through an amniocentesis. We knew this would perhaps make things even more awkward with Laloser but were completely blown away this morning when we showed up to our scheduled 6 month appt with Dr Lalonde only to find out that he had simply kicked us off of his roster without even so much as a courtesy phone call from his staff. Unbelievable, now that I am reading other reviews of Lalondes performance I am seeing the same issues cited over and over again.. Clearly this is not the doctor to see if you want any input on the care you receive or even want to be treated with a basic basic human decency. All I can say is thank god this happened before we found ourselves in the hospital dealing with this overbearing jackass of a doctor. I am going to consider it a blessing in disguise and move on which is exactly what you should do if you are considering Dr Lalonde for prenatal care. Trust me, you could find a better doctor in an empty paper bag!BTW, only reason he gets even one star is because you cannot post with less than that but this guy deserves a -5 star rating. BAD BAD DOCTOR!
Dr Weise is my OBGYN. She is the best medical practitioner I have ever had. She delivered my first baby and I had such a great experience. This is a wonderful office with very kind and knowledgeable staff.
I have never had anything bad to say about this place until my last visit. I shouldnt have to go find my doctor after he has walked out of the room to see if my appointment is over. He should be able to just tell me the appointment is over and he will see me on my next visit. Not only that but he is the only doctor I have ever had that does something and doesnt inform you of what he is doing. If your sticking your fingers near any part of my body you should be informing me of what you are doing not wait for me to ask. I had to ask him several times what he was doing before he informed me and then he copped an attitude like I should have known what he was doing. DOC Lalonde is not the doc you want to see if your going here!
I was referred to Dr. Lalonde to follow up an issue found in the ER. (Only because he was the OB on call) .. I called to make an appointment and the woman who answered was so rude.. she couldnt hear me clearly and I had to repeat myself which irritated her. She continued to speak louder and slower as if I had a hearing and interpretation problem...or as if I was a child. After talking over me and making snide comments.. I still made the appt due to the urgency of having the issue addressed. After reading the reviews here about the dr I was set to see I called back and cancelled. Id already had a bitter taste in my mouth from the rude receptionist. Wish Id remembered her name. Whatever the case Ill be going to a better OB a day after the appt she found in this office. CSHP is amazing!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Ive never felt so upset after leaving a doctor office. For over 4 years I havent been to a doctor so when I seen dr lalonde I had a ton of questions. His nurse was rude and acted like she didnt have time to listen to my questions or concerns. Also dr lalonde didnt talk to me for more than about 30 seconds. My apt lasted less than 5 minutes. And I was soUpset when I left. Wont be coming back here ever again. And wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy.
Im currently on my husbands google account but the staff there is really friendly. I loved it, sure it took some time getting use to but the doctors there really do care about their patients and their patients health plus the fetus ! Natalie valentino is such an amazing nurse practitioner there, she cared about my needs answered every question and is very polite!! They may not be the best place to go but definitely a place i would recommend to go while being pregnant 💜☺
I love Dr. Rignour, she is so kind and professional. She listens and never pushes anything on you that you don’t want. The MA Christine I believe, is always sweet and funny. I never feel uncomfortable and it’s always clean when I go. I took a friend with me who will also be switching to Dr. Rignour after meeting her.
My first time with Dr. Ludwig and her assistant Shelly. Both took their time, very professional, personable and just an all around great experience for me.
Absolutely amazing staff. I wasnt judged when I asked for my tubes to be tied. Glad to finally find an obgyn that will hear you out as to what you would like done and not mother you about it. Wonderful experience.
I have gone to this office and have been an established patient here for a while now, andevery time I come here doctor lalonde makes it a horrible experience. He is mean, overly blunt, cruel and will not hesitate to yell your business across the lobby which the secrataries are also bad about. He doesnt care about his patients or their wellbeing, do yourself a fav and find a doc that will at least be nice to you during your pregnancy!
If youre not pregnant you cant even make an appointment without a referral. No matter the reason you need an appointment. Ive never heard of needing a referral to make a general GYN appointment.UCHealth is trash, Ive never had a good experience with them.
They have gone downhill. If you have an issue they can never get you in they send you to the ER. The front desk lady Robin is very rude. They care more about getting paid then your well being. I now have an amazing OBGYN and wish I would have switched sooner. Dont come here. ..dont waste your time effort or money..find someone that cares
Update....i had a baby girl Jan 2018...on my own with no meds whatsoever. Got pregant with a rainbow after this visit. Im very blessed for that. I wasnt planning to update my post but I just saw it while I went to review something else. saw Dr. Lalonde today. I didnt feel like he was listening to me or hearing me. At all. I cant tell you how many times I told him I didnt want to go down the IVF road because Ive been pregnant 4 times in less than a year (unfortunately all early losses) and even though Im on the old side I want to see why Im having the losses and would like to get tested for NK cells to see if that is why. But he would not let up on IVF. Now I get it hes right in sending me to an RE but I left his office frustrated and in tears because I heard things like at some point you need to give up (I was pregnant two months ago, and actually three months in a row, therefore I dont feel like I need to yet but ok no kidding) and well the world has enough babies already (ouch! And your pic in your office has three kids in it and you deliver babies for a living umm but Im where procreation should be cut off?!) and then he asked if my sibling had kid because being an Aunt is fulfilling instead and since I might not be able to have kids I should focus on that. Also told me to consider getting on an adoption list (already want to for an older kid who needs a home but why is it a go to to say to someone in my position). You know what stay in your lane. I came in to talk about getting two tests my former doc recommended inatead I sobbed all the way home and I dont cry easily. I dont think he meant to be so crushing but words matter. Listen and be situationally aware.
Patient for two years and I’m tired of being pushed around by all UC HEALTH associations. I went to the doctor on November 1st Was told my test results would be in by the next week. I’ve called twice and haven’t even gotten a return phone call. How many times do I need to call before someone’s tells me what’s going on!!!!! I check the my patient portal everyday and still nothing!!! Loosing test results maybe? I can’t even go to the doctor I need to see because I have to have a referral to see them. Thanks for being so unconcerned with my health.
Dr. Murray is amazing she delivered my son and saved my life. She listened when I broke down and gave me the help I needed. I am so grateful for her and her nurse assistant Jamie. I can not thank them enough.
The front desk staff was very nice and created a comfortable atmosphere. The office was clean. I saw NATALIE VALENTINO who absolutely amazing. I’ve never get so comfortable with a provider. I highly recommend this clinic.
Would recommend Mary Nolte. She is exceptional in her field.
My wife and I loved Dr.Weise after multiple pregnancies my wife had a successful delivery and Dr.Weise was so professional I would recommend her to anyone.
Dr. Lalonde was great. He was efficient and professional. He listened to my concerns and confirmed my suspicion of hormone imbalance with my IUD when 4 other doctors wouldnt listen.
I had a wonderful first visit with Dr. Frock-Welnak. I got way more than I expected out of this visit. I feel that she assessed my needs holistically and addressed everything I needed.
I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews. I almost didn’t go based on the reviews, but I’m glad I did. The staff were all super nice, Dr. Lalonde and his MA were great, and I was in and out extremely fast. I thought Dr. Lalonde was very nice, answered all questions and gave me information, and spent time getting to know me as I was a new patient. I would definitely recommend!
This is my first baby. Im 38 1/2 weeks. Dr. Raley has been awesome so far. She answers any questions i have with a truthful and accurate answer. The office ladies are always very sweet to me. I like this place
Phone tree says to long on to bla bla website to book. If this is accurate, then it is annoying, if it is inaccurate, and you can book on the phone, then that is obviously a problem as well. This is why everyone says European customer service is far superior and American customer service is trash. You know its true if youve ever called some where and had to wait because they are experiencing high call volumes.
I highly recommend Dr. Danielle N Frock-Welnak, she is very kind and friendly. She made me feel safe, comfortable and heard.
I’ve always loved the office and staff! Everyone has been nothing but friendly and helpful. I love Dr. Ridnour and also during a hospital had some of the other doctors check on me and they were all fantastic as well. I’m sad to see some of the reviews because I’ve had nothing but a great experience there.
Had a terrible experience with them, if youre going for fertility treatments, dont waste your time go straight to Colorado Obstetrics and Womens Health. Dr. Hammond is the sweetest!
I recommend Dr. Lalond! He has been the best obgyn I have ever had. He is straight to the point, professional, and caring. He has delivered 2 of my children.
Ive been going here for 8 years now and Dr. Raley has been magnificent. She very attentive to your concerns and answers all your questions. Ive only dealt with Dr. Lalonde once and although he was arrogant he was through with all my questions.
RUDEST RECEPTIONIST OF ALL TIME. Talks to women like they are stupid. And they were completely booked (?)
I was on my way here when my GPS signal decided to redirect itself somewhere else, so I called the front desk and Robin gave me little to no response of where the location of the building was. I asked where it was and she told me that it was across memorial park....well theres a couple of medical buildings across the park. So I found the Peak Vista wondering this was it. Turn out it wasnt, so I called again and she was so rude and impatient with me over the phone, all I did was ask her for the building number and she snarled the number building to, then she told me she needs to find out if I can still be taken in....awesome another month and that I have to endure the pain.
Good facility , friendly and helpful staff, clean surroundings, good amount of parking. Dr. Evig and the rest of the team at the OBGYN clinic are really great !
The desk help are extra ornery. My physician was not empathetic or understanding of menopausal symptoms and oblivious to medication costs.
Friendly, warm environment. Provider listened to me and provided a plan of care and follow up.
I was able to get a new patient appointment within a day. All of the staff were super friendly and Natalies bedside manner was superb.
Front staff if terrible to work with. Doctors are never on time for the appointments, 20-30 min wait times. This place is awful!!!
Best doctor I’ve ever had! Very kind knowledgeable and professional.
Dr Ludwig was amazing. She was friendly, professional, and listened!
I really appreciated The helpful Office personnel and physician!
Cross contamination warning ⚠️This place is dirty. Due to staff not washing hands & handeling procedure set ups appropriately. Also had staff that appeared sick, working.
This place is not clean. And very unprofessional. They falsely charge you for things that you were not even seen for. And also they take weeks to call back i would not reccomend this as a place you should go if you are pregnant... You would be risking your health because they do not do what they are supposed to do the worst place i have ever been too. And doctors and receptionist are rude and unprofessional as well.
The provider was great. She listened and was thorough. I would definitely recommend her.
Missed my first appt with them and they still were kind enough to show compassion and reschedule me. I look forward to coming in and getting the care I need. Thanks guys
I see Dr. lalonde . Hes the best Obgyn ive ever known. He kinda but up front. Which is nice when Dr keep it real with you .
Bullies you into breastfeeding, frowns upon adoption cases. Leaves door wide open when you are undress and only have the paper the paper sheets covering you. Just awful. Switched providers right away.
Excellent doctor who went above and beyond to listen to me, great hours and plenty of parking!
I had a great experience here everyone I came in contact with was so nice and very helpful and the doctor seemed very excited for me and my husband
I go to michele ridnour M.D she is amazing. Sweet lady defiantely well mannered, and is very informative! Go to her!
Sweet front desk staff, super sweet MA and down to earth MD (she wrote stuff down with a pen on a peice of paper!) Great experience!
Great staff and and atmosphere!!! I felt perfectly comfortable with my care!
The womens health clinic has great friendly, very knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend Dr. Ridnour and her staff.
Thank you so much for fitting me in and taking my issue seriously! Glad to know people still care!
I was treated competently and very well throughout the entire process of being treated. I highly recommend UC Health.
Super nice staff and my doctor listened well taking into consideration what I wanted to do.
Receptionist is incapable of scheduling appointments.
Best doctor in town.
Excellent
