This is a great place to get lab testing done. They are always friendly and welcoming. They answer all questions in a respectful manner. I drive out of my way to come here because I know they will take great care of me especially Keisha! She is the best. She does what she needs to do quickly, efficiently, and makes sure I am always comfortable and explains what she is going to do before she does it. No matter how far the drive I’ll keep coming back especially to get bloodwork done by Keisha.

Excellent service and friendly staff. I arrived in the afternoon before a long weekend with a long list of blood draws. The staff contacted the laboratory to ensure my samples would arrive in time. They prepared the samples in the box I provided. A day or two later, the laboratory confirmed receipt of my samples and that they were in good condition thanks to the attentive staff. I would highly recommend their service for specialty blood draws and kits requiring special packaging/shipping.

Kiesha was so patient so kind and so was the lady checking me in. I have a medical port but it couldnt be accessed here, with their expertise and their patience. They got me first try. The office is like a home and they are so friendly that I will definitely return here if my port cant be used, thank you so much ladies. They explained how I get my results made an overwhelming situation so easy. Highly recommend.

It usually takes multiple attempts to draw my blood, and they often end up using my hand instead. However, Keisha was incredibly skilled and professional—she got it on the first try, which hasn’t happened in many years. Highly impressed with her expertise!

Visit them today! From the moment you enter you feel comfortable and confident with the girls, they were very kind, polite and friendly to me. I did some tests and the lady who helped me was very careful and gentle, the longest it took me there was about 10 minutes.

Highly recommend. Ive been to the Fredericksburg location several times for myself and my children. Most often, Keisha has assisted me. She is knowledgeable, patient, compassionate, kind and friendly. The first time we met my son was having his blood work drawn for the first time and, unfortunately, fainted from a common vasovagal reaction! I thought he had a seizure and started to panic. Keisha was so professional. She didnt tell me how to feel or that it wasnt a big deal bc in that moment it was a big deal to me! The staff rallied and got him a popsicle and offered to call an ambulance. While waiting for an ambulance, the whole staff was calm and helped me manage my other two children. We went to the hospital and he was fine. Before we left, Keisha gave me her card and asked if I would please let her know that he was ok. So kind. I did call her and she was so relieved. She understands how a mother feels. It was great to meet such a caring person at such a moment.Another time, I was having bloodwork drawn and my middle child was there. I mentioned he liked to watch and is homeschooled, so every experience is a learning opportunity. Most healthcare workers smile and say something pleasant about how he might be a doctor some day. Keisha did him one better and started describing what she was doing and the names of the instruments etc. So great!Also, Keisha has helped me with an outside lab kit. I was stressed and didnt know where to go to find a place to take the kit. Keisha told me she hadnt seen one like it before. She read through the paperwork in the kit and asked me questions. She was very patient and respectful and not at all put off by me telling her what Ive done in the past and how its worked before. You know how some healthcare people talk to you like youre kinda stupid? Not Keisha!!!!! Shes lovely.

I loved my experience with both phlebotomist however, this lab OR the lab they sent my blood to LOST my test. Yes, lost it. I’ve gotten my blood drawn twice!!!! Still no results!!! Going back Monday morning for hopefully a manager and a major discount on my next test.When this is health and safety related, especially the test I’m doing, that determines my EATING?!??

I made an appointment online and was able to schedule one for the next morning. When I got to my appointment, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Super fast and the ladies working were so sweet and helpful. My test results even came back not 24 hours later, more like 20 hours later. Very fast. I live in king george and the places I could’ve gone in my area seemed sketchy and not well run. So I decided to come to Any Time Labs and I’m so glad I did! It was well worth my travel and my money. I recommend this facility to anyone who needs FAST labs and looking for a nice, clean, and friendly place to do it! :) thank you guys!

My visit today was quick and painless. There were some technology related delays but Heather was pleasant and professional. She was very busy juggling calls and helping me but she handled the situation well. Additionally, there was another customer after me and she made sure that he was greeted and provided with an estimated wait time.

I loved the staff and the facility. They were so informative and helpful throughout the easygoing process. They’re open on Saturdays, too, which helped me to ensure that my test was in at exactly the right time (as it’s a time sensitive test; I needed it exactly 3 days before my appointment). I’m so thankful for the staff (the owner, Cathy and the phlebotomist, Heather). They made me feel so comfortable!! 10/10 will recommend this place to everyone!!

This is my go to place for lab work. Great hours. At the door parking. Warm, friendly staff. They always find my vein first time. I always leave laughing because the atmosphere is so nice. Nothing wrong with large medical facilities...I just need pleasant speed

The girls here are absolutely amazing! They work their buttons off to get you in, tested and out FAST! Never have had this experience with ANY other lab EVER! They are very friendly and professional. Anyone who needs any lab work done should definitely use this place for sure!

Love Any Lab Test Now!!!! What started out as a horrible morning at Quest Diagnostic, turned into a great ending! Thank you to the ladies for being so kind, helpful, and understanding. Had my doctor not requested me to use Quest Diagnostic in the first place, I would have initially gone to Any Lab Test Now. I have used them for years and they are always so nice, get you in and out quickly, and explain everything they are doing, your options, and overall process!

I was in the Any Lab Test Now office today. I was quite surprised at how warm, pleasant and helpful the staff was. First I was talking with a young lady named Katlyn who was very patient and accommodating. However as my inquiry was quite detailed I was then assisted by Heather. Heather was very detailed and extremely thorough in her answers with me making sure I understood all the differences in pricing. When she wasn’t sure about something she even got her boss on the phone to confirm in order to be sure I was given exact and more importantly correct information!In addition when I was quoted the pricing for what I wanted done it was 1/2 what two other labs had quoted for the same screenings.So I cannot speak highly enough about this establishment and the service I received.Tomorrow I will be returning to have my screenings done as it was late in the day when I was there. I’ll post again after tomorrows visit, but if it’s anything like today, I’ll be thrilled!So if you’re needing any type of blood work done, do yourself and your wallet a favor and visit Any Lab Test Now. Due to the professionalism of employees like Heather and Katlyn, they are fantastic at what they do.

These ladies were so sweet and professional to work with. It was a quick and easy process to get my panel kit completed and they even ship it for you so you don’t have to make another trip to FedEx. Will definitely use their services again!

I went in to Any Lab Test Now in Fredericksburg again yesterday to have my blood drawn for my lab tests. I was fortunate enough to get Heather again and she drew my blood. Heather was very attentive and very gentle. She asked me several times throughout the process how I was doing and if I was ok etc. She also didnt draw from the normal spot most others draw from in the soft spot in the middle of my elbow, but she drew a place about 2 inches from there a little more toward the side as its not nearly as tender there which was much easier for me. (I hate needles). haha..She was so smooth putting the needle in I barely felt anything and she talked with me the entire time she drew the blood. At the time I thought she was just being nice, but in retrospect I think she was just being kind and keeping me distracted. So my hats off to this establishment and their superb staff. They are excellent and my experience was they were half the price of other options. Highly recommended...

Best place around, no question. But for the sake of questions...Do you like waiting around for an absurd amount of time?Do you like waiting way too long for test results?Do you like terrible staff in a dank building?If so this is not the place for you!These people put Quest and Labcorp to shame. Ive been to both of them and waited forever while dealing with terrible staff.Any Test had me in and out of there in 20 minutes for blood work, and thats only because I spent 5 extra minutes talking to them. Everyone who works there is very nice and they go easy with the needle! If I ever need to get labwork done again, no question Im going back. Ask for Heather, shes awesome.

I do not recommend this lab. They provided me wrong information about my results not only once but FOUR times. The amount of stress and worry they caused me over a weekend knowing doctor offices are closed is ridiculous. They do not know the difference between a greater than or less than sign. I would never go here again. Every person at this facility does not know how to read results or take the time to consider they may be wrong.

The staff was very efficient; extremely polite and friendly. I have used them for employment screening work and chose to use them when I had to have my own lab work done. I will definitely go back for any future lab needs!

If you are using insurance, you’re better off going to Lee Hill or an actual medical center. They will charge you a fee that does not go towards your testing or insurance. It is labeled a collection fee for “convenience.” Not a copay. Seems to be frequented by those needing drug tests, but certainly not the cleanest place. They add 2% when you pay with a card and they have the Ten Commandments hanging on the wall, which is fine but strange for a blood drawing lab…

Its a secret gem! I was sent here by my job for drug testing, and the ladies were completely professional. Theres not a lot of space, but that kind of adds to the homey feel to the place. Everyone was kind and paid special attention to you.Many of the lab tests are low-cost so I didnt have a problem paying out of pocket for Covid-testing.Id go again when Im in the area!

I went to this lab because I was required to for a pre-employment hair sample drug test. I have shorts 4c natural hair. The person collecting my hair sample told me she was taking little cuts all around my head so that it wouldn’t be noticeable. I got home and my sister pointed out that I had a bald spot on the back of my head. The lab tech did not point that out when I was there. Very disappointed.

The facility was clean and the first two nurses I saw were super friendly (I wish I got their names). Unfortunately, I had to go back a second time because neither felt comfortable drawing the labs since I am a hard stick. I happily agreed to come back when they said the best nurse would be there, but when I did I was less than pleased. While I’m no expert, she (Sam) didn’t tourniquet my right hand, and she stuck in a vein that was much flatter than the one I could clearly tell was popping on my left). And perhaps I wasn’t in the best mood since I clearly wasted my time going in there after working a 12 hour shift, driving and hour home and sitting in the parking lot for them to open for 1.5 hours knowing I had to go back to work that night. But I drank a lot of water and I didn’t appreciate the one of the other nurses telling me how hard it was going to be when I get pregnant and go into labor, especially since I am pregnant and was in my first trimester. Needless to say I didn’t get my lab work there. I called my lab work rep and dr’s office to request another location. Luckily, I was able to see an actual phlebotomist from Quest Diagnostics in my dr office and she got it with no issues and with me drinking much less water than both times I went to Any Lab Test Now. The only reason I was at ALTN was because it was preferred by my doctor for my lab work, but I won’t be going back.

As a person who has challenging veins and whose health has required frequenting many different civilian and military laboratories since a young child (a combination ripe for traumatic experiences), Heather of this establishment stands out as a thoughtful, caring, and prudent phlebotomist. Our visit at Any Lab Test Now of Fredericksburg, VA, for a food sensitivity lab, was well worth a two hour drive there and back in congested traffic.

The staff at the Fredericksburg Any Lab Test Now are friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs lab work!!
