I would just like to say that I enjoyed going there they everyone was so very very nice. Their customer service is awesome the receptionist she was awesome. The nurse the doctor. Everybody did an awesome job. I will be coming to them from now on and I would definitely let someone else come to them. You have an awesome team.
The wait wasnt too long. The PA was very responsive to my problem. The exam was quick & thorough & prescriptions sent immediately to the pharmacy. I appreciated the fast & skilled service & will come back here in the future when I need to be seen.
I recently visited Nextcare at S Gateway for a medical issue and was left unimpressed with the overall experience. While the wait time was reasonable, the facility itself appeared rundown and lacked a clean and welcoming atmosphere.Although the visit itself was manageable, the follow-up care was severely lacking. I was told I would receive a phone call with the results of my lab work, but never received a call despite repeated attempts to contact the office. It has now been over a week, and no one ever reached out to me, leaving me feeling neglected and ignored. The lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable and unprofessional. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this urgent care facility in the future.
Took my 19 month old to the urgent care yesterday for a bad ear infection. Staff was friendly, everything was great. UNTIL the doctor didn’t send my daughter’s medication to the pharmacy. Couldn’t get back in touch with the location because they closed for the day. Tried calling this morning. Sat on hold for 30 minutes TWICE. Drove TO urgent care to find out that although their hours online and on the door say open 8-4 THEY ARENT OPEN. Finally got in touch with a different office to have them send in the prescription. The fact I paid $75 to have to deal with this monstrosity is ridiculous and I WILL NOT be bringing my daughter back.
The wait to see the provider was a little long, but that is understandable and when we did get to see the provider, she was courteous and professional, she took the time to explain everything that was going on Asked, if we had any questions our concerns. So I must say, outside of not feeling well. This was a pleasant experience.
Had an appt for 12:30, got in at about 12:40 but then sat in room for 45 minutes before seeing the Dr. After examining my wifes elbow said we dont have an x-ray tech today so youll have to go somewhere else to get X-rays. Seriously, you could have told us that when we checked in at 12. We ended up going down the road to another urgent care and including X-rays and were in and out in 30min. Well never go back here. The staff was nice enough. Due to not sharing the missing tech they cost us another co-pay down the road. Not good business!
I’m aware that urgent care visits can be disappointing sometimes, but this was my first truly bad experience. I came in with body aches, chills, fatigue that was sudden onset a few hours prior. I mentioned that I am breastfeeding and it felt similar to mastitis that I’d had in the past, just worse. They tested me for covid because it’s going around again, said it was positive, told me to take Tylenol and didn’t address any other concerns that I had. My husband pushed for the physician to check my lymph nodes and she gave inconclusive advice of going to see my primary care physician if it still bothers me.I ended up needing to go to my OB the next day when they opened to get help with my issues. It was, in fact, mastitis. Not a good experience at all.*everyone was very kind and efficient, unfortunately the physician did not seem knowledgeable and seemed ready to attribute everything to covid, regardless of my continuing questions and suggestions.
Staff was not very friendly and building was joke for an urgent care (in terms of cleanliness). No other patients there and it still took over half an hour for the doctor to see me and then as soon as she walked out the room she disappeared. Staff looked disheveled and like they didn’t take pride in their profession.
Best NextCare location in the area! Kelly is very kind and friendly. Caitlins level of care goes above and beyond. She is genuine and takes care of my family. The Team is great at this location!
Despite saying they could (online) deal with it....they couldnt/wouldnt. And set me on a day from there to pinnacle dermatology to the hospital (who said urgent care shouldve been able to do it.) ..nothing got accomplished and I was never really seen. Better not get charged.
Scheduled annual physical for my job. Check in was fast and easy. Almost no wait time and the staff was very friendly and caring. Would definitely recommend this provider.
I brought my toddler in for an issue. The entire staff was kind, professional, and quick yet thorough. They took the time to hear me out and I was very pleased with how they addressed the issue.
Pre registration on line, appt made, greeted upon arrival. VERY SHORT wait, labs done for flu, strep, covid. Covid was the winner. Meds given for nausea in office as grandson, upon arrival, announced his arrival by vomiting 🤢 all over the floor. I offered to clean it up, no problem they took care of it. They were very good and explained to grandson as he asked a lot of questions and made it very clear NO SHOTS! Scripts sent to pharmacy of choice. Total time approx 40 min.
Front desk attendant being on her phone, on speaker phone to he exact. Provider diagnosis was an upper respiratory infection with double ear infection and called in eye drop instead of ear drops. Called three times to get this corrected and then they called in the most expensive ear drops that were not affordable out of pocket after good insurance. Will not be returning unless this is the last resort.
My daughter fractured her finger playing volleyball. Due to the Gateway location not having x-ray that day we went to the White Oak location. Both places were very helpful and my daughter felt at ease with the situation. I definitely recommend both locations.
I came in for a workers comp claim and they as injured, the doctor stated she was not allowed to send me home even though I was in pain My job confirmed that this was incorrect. This was an overstepping your authority.
Professionalism and courteous upon entry and exit!Welcoming atmosphere too!Really glad that I chose them for my DOT!I highly recommend others to use their DOT physical service!!
A little long on the wait, but the the nurse and the NP(I hope that’s the right title) I saw were through and very nice.
The wait was quick and they took care of everything I needed, but I’m mainly leaving a good review because the front desk person working on 5/2 was so kind and helpful!!
Usually has same day availability and always has next day. Caring, knowledgeable professionals for those all too frequent visits to urgent care for germy kiddos.Today we really appreciated the clinicians clear communication and comprehensive care.
The doctor was very informative and thorough, and the nurse was frankly outstanding with a very caring professional demeanor. Had to get the needle but felt literally nothing but her fingers holding the skin down. Not even the proverbial small pinch. The online check-in (no pen and clipboard) was a definite plus.
They are really good especially when you don’t have to sit and wait for hours like the emergency room. The doctor and nurses are awesome
Arrived for appointment and checked in and wasn’t spoken to again for 10 minutes. Total time from check-in to being seen was around 20-30 minutes (didn’t keep track because I didn’t expect such a long time) and upon being seen, the physician seemed moody and I did most of the talking. She asked a lot of irrelevant questions and gave irrelevant advice and I pretty much diagnosed myself and afterwards I was given no paperwork or diagnosis sheet of any kind. Copay is due BEFORE “treatment” and even tho this facility is an ‘Urgent Care’ expect a long wait even with a seemingly empty waiting room.
Set an appointment. Greeting was quick and friendly. Both nurses were friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent experience.
Please avoid this place with your children if they need to be seen in a timely manner.Maybe I’m being unreasonable, but when booking an appointment, I assume the establishment is showing effective time management to ensure they’re able to support patients looking to leverage their services. Unfortunately, this location is more focused on taking your copay, then ensuring they’re adequately staffed to meet scheduled demand. Extremely poor communication, waiting over 40 minutes after the start time of a scheduled appointment to say they’re experiencing delays due to staffing and unable to provide an estimate on how much longer the wait would be. Extremely unprofessional and incompetent staff at this location. Opted for a refund, drove to KidMed in Stafford and we were called back within 20min of showing up as a walk-in.
I was treated kindly and professionally. My problem is I was diagnosed with bone spurs which are extremely painful. I’ve called twice for my Xray results and was told the Dr hasn’t had time to review them. It’s been 2 weeks now and still nothing. The pain is surreal and no relief in sight. Not sure what I did but it must have been pretty upsetting. Sorry.
The whole staff was very professional, caring to my situation. I would definitely drive 55 minutes from my location to this location to receive this level of care.
The staff is super friendly but I waited 2 and a half hours after my scheduled appointment time. 45 minutes were spent in the exam room. I understand its busy because of illnesses at this time of year but, either they need to not schedule so many patients or have more doctors. Ive been here before this time and waited a long time then too. I recommend a virtual visit. I will not be using NextCare again though.
The staff was warm, friendly, and courteous. I booked my visit online and from the time I arrived to the time I left was about an hour, which I believe is great.
I was able to walk in and be seen quickly and satisfactorily. Prescription was sent quickly as well.
They should change their name to, “The next location will give you better care”. Every time I come to this place, even with an appointment, it’s the same story. “Unfortunately we’re a bit busy right now so you’ll have to wait about an hour.”. If you don’t value your time this is the place for you.
Takes way too long to get a call back, was asked to wear a mask but no employees were wearing a mask? Weird.. front desk girl was sniffling as well, the video chat seemed very rushed, after calling about prescription not working after 48hrs still no returned call. If you have a tiny booboo that needs ice and a bandaid this is your goto.
I arrived 30 minutes early for my scheduled appointment. I waited for 30 minutes after my scheduled time to be seen, then it took over 60 minutes for the Provider. I believe this will be the last time I go to that location. The Provider did not listen to my chest and I was coughing and it was very painful. I finally started walking out before the Provider would come in to see me. People came in after me and left before me, thank you!
My son was sick for about a week. Negative for Covid, no fever, but had a sore throat and cough. I just wanted to rule out strep. Went here and waited about 35 min for vitals, another 10-15 for NP. Did strep test (neg) and checked everything else (ears, throat, lungs). Very happy with quick visit.
They had the same day and walk-in appointments I think theyre open on Saturdays too those are all good selling points for me cuz doctors have gone crazy with this 5-day work schedule 6 hours a day no appointments available for a year thats ridiculous so thank you next care but it did take from 11:40 to 13:30 for me to be seen by a practitioner which is not cool
I’ve had a terrible experience with Nextcare today. I called ahead of my visit. I was told at that time there was no patients currently at this location and should not have to wait. I arrived and had 5 people in front of me. When checking in, the front desk associate asked for my pharmacy. I gave her updated information. This was at 9am this morning. 14:00, after giving what I thought was the correct pharmacy time to fill my rx, I called to find out Nextcare sent it to the wrong pharmacy. I was then told Nextcare would remedy the problem and have it sent to the correct pharmacy and call me back to let me know this was done. I never received a call back from Nextcare. I then began trying to request a transfer for my prescription myself. That was at 16:00. Now, almost two hours later and numerous phone calls between Nextcare and two pharmacies I still do not have my prescription and can no longer wait. I will go another 24 hours without antibiotics. I did everything on my end. Nextcare caused this mess and did nothing to help it. I would not recommend and will leave reviews elsewhere.
Appt scheduled for 11:15- arrived 15 mins early to appt, 3 hrs later still not seen and told we dont have any rooms what is the point of the appt??Finally get a roo. 3 hrs after appt time and wait in that room for over an hour to even be seen while others who arrived after me were seen before me. Just wowNow Im late returning to work and in trouble with my job all because I tried to go to the doctor over my lunch break so I dont get on trouble missing work. NEVER again regardless of how sick I am 😡 could have been seen faster at the ER
We made appointments and were seen quickly! All of the staff we encountered were pleasant. Thank you for a quick, easy visit to get us feeling better!
My grand daughter and I met with provider Jennifer this evening. We really enjoyed our visit. She took her time to listen and was very attentive to our concerns. Her bedside manner is awesome. We are grateful for Urgent Care and their knowledge providers.
I set my appointment on the website and I went in I didnt sit long to wait and when they called me in the back I was attended to pretty quick. It didnt take long for the doctor to come in to see me, and she called my script in while our was there. The staff was very nice especially the doctor she was very nice and seemed very concerned. So overall it was a good visit.
Saw the nurse practitioner and she was very informative. There was no wait. Good experience, considering I was feeling bad
I was traveling up I-95 back to Canada and had scheduled an overnight stop in Fredericksburg. Ive had a sore throat for a week with no improvement and decided to look for a clinic at the last minute. Scheduled the appointment from the car two hours prior, great online scheduling system. Joshua at the front desk was very polite and friendly, despite having to spend significant time on resolving an issue with their system not accepting my Canadian zip code, while having to multitask with other customers demanding his attention. All the other staff members, whose names I unfortunately did not memorize, were equally as excellent and efficient. Cost was reasonable and appropriate. Thank you for a great service provided.
We waited over two hours even though we made an appointment through the app SOLV
Very friendly and patient when I came for my DOT physical. Excellent service!
Each and every person here was wonderful! It was the quickest urgent care visit I have ever had. In and out within 30 minutes.
Just go to Patient First. I got a prescription for some pills just from saying I had 2 symptoms, no actual exam. I went to Patient First, had an exam and got prescribed something totally different. Next Care does not answer the phone & even when you make an appointment you will still be waiting at least 2 hours. Very unprofessional as a whole and disappointing.
This was the best experience I have ever had at a clinic. The staff was experienced, courteous, and resolved my issue quickly. Only if I could give a higher rating would be better.
My visit to NextCare Urgent Care was good. I was seen really quick. The staff was polite and very professional. The Doctor seem to be very knowledgeable about my symptoms and diagnosis. I would have rated NCUC five stars. However, I sat for approximately 10 minutes, after I was seen by the Doctor, waiting on my papers (diagnosis and doctors note for work) and I still have not received any papers. I was told to come back. WOW! HOWEVER, I WOULD RECOMMEND AND RETURN IF I NEED URGENT CARE.
Staff was very friendly and seemed to really care for you. I was very impressed!
The doctor wouldnt take the time to listen to me and sent me on my way. Next day diagnosed with very serious illness.
Good standard medical practice but the staff needs to work on updating whether or not theyre open. This is the third time that I have gone to the office and they are closed not for lunch but for the day. I understand theres a problem with short staff but you need to work on updating your patients.
Staff very friendly and efficient and the nurse practitioner was so good. She took her time to understand issue I am dealing with so she knew how to best treat my issue .
Experience was good but we made an appointment and it didn’t seem like it assisted us in getting seen any more quickly than if we would have been if we walked in
The woman at the reception desk was very friendly and nice. Everything went quickly and smoothly. I did not have an appointment but I did not have to wait long.
All of the staff members were very courteous. I was running late for my appointment due to heavy traffic, and they were able to push back my appointmenttimeby 30 minutes without issue. The nurse and doctor were quick, and I never had to step out of my car. I found the whole process to be quite efficient. I would definitely recommend this NextCare office to others.
Staffs are really nice and friendly. Ms. Diley was really professional and listened to my concerns. I left the clinic with confident the care that I needed.
The NP at this location is awesome. Have always had a great experience with her. She listens, and she knows what shes talking about. Shes quick while still being thorough and compassionate throughout. I have my own license, and when youre bringing your children in you want someone like this taking care of them. The front desk staff and triage nurse were nothing but kind. There is a reason I keep going back to them. Lots of times urgent care facilities seem to shove you in and out and youre left feeling like what just happened. Not here.
I was visiting and got an ear infection. I walked in here and had a great experience. The staff was wonderful. It took less than an hour for the visit including the new patient paperwork. Jessica the PA was awesome.
The staff in the front and all the staff in the back are all very friendly and helpful. The only reason for the 4 star is the wait was ridiculous. I’ve been once before and had hardly a wait. I know that all depends on demand and staffing. That being said I made an appointment and was there for appointment time and in total I spent 2 hours for a rapid Covid test. That seems excessive considering I made the effort to get an appointment. Several walk ins were seen before me. So an hour wait in vehicle and an hour wait inside. This was a Thursday mid morning. I would say if appointments aren’t going to be seen in a somewhat timely manner then they should be just a walk in clinic.
I love this urgent care. I’m so picky about where I take my son n I. I have to have that balance of care and good people. It seems like now a days you can only have one or the other. At this urgent care however, we walk in and my son gets treated like he’s family. It’s so refreshing and I love seeing how well he behaves for them because he knows they all care and only want to see him healthy. I also love the flexible hours. It can be difficult getting in by just walking in. So I do recommend at least ensuring you set up an appt at most, the day before unless you plan on being there at 6 am to hit the door as it opens. But it’s well worth it. Even if you have to wait 3 hours!
Im always in and out within an hour since they see me right away. They also seem to put my prescriptions in right away. During my visit I really felt listened to and that my concerns were heard. Been here a few times and left satisfied.
I have been to NextCare a couple of times since moving to Virginia in 2016. The service is exceptional. My primary care physicians office should run as smoothly. The personnel are caring and willing to help make your visit comfortable and quick. I will always use NextCare when necessary.
Highly recommended for your Medical needs. This Urgent Care is a wonderful place to go for Physicals and your Medical issues. The staff is always polite and friendly. The Nurse Practitioner listened to my medical problems and was very thorough in explaining what she was prescribing to help me feeling better. 100% happy with my visit today!
The nurse and Dr were great. The receptionist makes people wait while shes on her phone, which is unprofessional. I even asked if it was my paperwork that printed out, a couple minutes after I heard it print. She told me she would check once she was done. So her personal phone call was more important than me getting out to go get my meds for pain.
Online Checkin was easy and fast! Front desk was friendly and compassionate. Back office had great bed side manner and provider was very professional and knowledgeable and took great care of me! I highly recommend this location for your urgent care needs!
Folks at the center, were attentive and efficient. Thank you. Much better than the better med I went to. Even though I could not get everything done at one place they arranged for me to complete my visit and provided a referral. The location was further than expected from home, but for the care I received I’d make the trip again
I had a pleasant experience with every professional I encountered. The wait time for a covid test was long but there were other things to make up for that, at least in my situation. Friendly staff, form filling on my phone, the option to view my place in waiting on the website, a call to let me know when it was my turn, and again the pleasant experience of safety and care, from the front desk to each medical pro working in the back. Its a tough job to do and a thank you goes a long way to people willing to sacrifice their wellbeing for the wellness of others. Thank you NextCare for caring for me!
There was a 2 hour wait but the reception took my information and said she would call me when It was time for me to be seen. She sent me an app so that I could see how many people were ahead of me. The nurse called and said that she would see me when I arrived. I arrived at the clinic she took me back gave me a PPD test and give me complete instructions on when and where I could have it read. Very friendly staff. It was a pleasure to be taken care of there. Thank you Next care. Awesome staff
The best medical experience I’ve had in a while. Quick and efficient, friendly staff, sound medical staff. Highly recommended.
Everything was great but they failed to call Paxlovid to my pharmacy. This is pretty serious error and hard to fix bc clinic is very far travel. Great staff though.
I did a walk in visit for a sports physical on a Saturday. The wait wasnt long, the facility was neat and clean. The staff was amazing every single person that my son and I encountered. This will definitely be my go to urgent care. I have to travel but I dont mind for the quality of service that I know I will receive.
I think in the last year or so, this location has gone downhill. Even in midst of crazy COVID times, you could expect to wait up to an hr. Now, I had an appointment for 4:10. I checked in at 3:56 and it is now 5:32. I still have not seen a provider. When I explained to the nurse that I needed to be at an even at my childs school at 6, the provider Kimberly Sorrell, stated that I could just leave because she was attending whatever patients she had in the room. Standing in front of me, she didnt even direct her words to me. She was rude and condescending, not to mention lacking the empathy that a patient in pain looks in her provider.
I went in for a burn on my arm that happened about a week ago. The burn wasn’t looking good so I dropped in nextcare and they did a great job. My waiting Time is less than 10 minutes. They were professional and knowledgeable about my situation. I would recommend them to anyone. Hope I never need there services again but if I do I will Without hesitation to return.
I wasnt feeling good feel like I have strep throat and I did the wait was alone and they tended to me very well. As I was getting up I started feeling dizzy they would not let me leave until they were sure that I had no other illnesses going on with me they did a great job they found out I had blood in my urine and I need to get that checked out it was a lot of blood the last I knew about the blood being in my urine microscopic it was only a little bit so Im so glad that they were able to take care of me today
This place is great! I did have to wait awhile today but most every other time it isn’t crowded at all. You can reserve a time and the doctors are great! The really listen to you and solve the problem. The front desk girls and the nurses are very gentle and sweet. I will always choose this NextCare! ❤️
Waited an hour and the queue moved 0 people during that time, and by 1 hour I mean 56 minutes (I counted). Needless to say I left. If you want to wait for 2-3 hours and probably never get seen, this is probably the place for you. Its completely inconceivable to me this place gets any positive reviews.
If I could give them more stars I’d give them all. They are amazing from nurse practitioner to receptionist was nothing but amazing service from ALL the staff. They were very understanding and accommodating for me. I messed up my back; did not rush me to get to room or out of the room they opened door for me as it hurts. I didn’t even have to ask the receptionist just did it. Very understanding about back pain. Good patient education, never talked down. I wish I could use them for a primary care. I received better care from here than my own primary care. A big THANK YOU to them
My son and I went to NextCare today (12/27/22). The service was all around excellent! We especially enjoyed the care that Alexandria gave us!!! We will definitely return! Thanks!!!Ron
This was my first time going to any branch of urgent care oh, and I must say it was quite a delight for feeling as horrible as I was. I was in and out in about an hour. 10 minutes later my medications were ready. This must be such a burden lift for emergency rooms. Nothing worse than when youre sick and you call your primary care physician and they say they can get you in in 10 days. The staff and the RN were extremely courteous, as well as the front assistant. Happy Thanksgiving everybody!
Great experience! Very quick in and out! I recommend using the portal online to schedule your appointment. That way you won’t have to wait! Awesome staff. Always love to see the nurse practitioner especially the one they have at the location at target on route 17 ! She is very thorough and she listens and is just wonderful!
Good service, dirty facility. Floors were gross and bottoms of Exam tables had all kind of splashes on it. Needs a good top to bottom scrubbing.
This is the second time this location has not been open when I have scheduled on online appointment and received confirmation emails and texts. When I arrive to the location- the lights are off. The time online and on their door is listed as open.
Great service! All of the staff were courteous and professional. I was seen quickly, and my test results came back quickly as well. Diagnosed with strep, prescription was given and by the time I made it to my pharmacist, it was ready to go. It was great to be in and out considering how bad I was feeling! I will definitely visit this location again when needed!
I went for a doctors visit on 2/28 for an injured thumb. No X-ray tech for the hand. Fine I was able to go to a different location to get my X-ray done. I never received a splint from the practitioner Evan Moore. Noticed that I was charged for a splint when I checked my account online. I ended up buying a splint from Target after my visit with Nextcare on 2/28. Tried calling the office was on hold for 26 mins!!! I just hung up. I did go back to the office to get my splint on 3/2. Tried to get an updated note my first note wasn’t written correctly. Was told that I have to be seen in order to get a new note. I am not paying another high copay just for a new note. I was just seen 2 days before. I said no thanks got a note for all days 2/28-3/3 from my pcp. Practitioner Evan Moore NEVER called me about my results from my X-ray. Do I have a sprain??? I am still experiencing pain and swelling on the left thumb. I know I will deal with that for a couple of days. I always go to this location but after this visit I will go somewhere else.
They always are very nice and take great care of me
I have usually had great experiences at this clinic, that is why I chose to go there today. The front desk staff were very polite, courteous & professional. The NP Kimberly was Amazing! However....the male triage nurse Joe was quite rude, rushed & in my opinion unkind with no regard to my feelings as his patient. Being the kind of person I am; I’m giving him the benefit of the doubt that he was just having an off day and hope he doesn’t treat all of his patients in this manner.
I drove a bit further to this NextCare because of the reviews. They were very accurate. Was in and out quick. The staff was friendly (even if it was a little late) and the doctor was very caring and attentive. Even though my insurance doesnt cover Urgent Cares I feel like my money was well spent for needing a late, no-appointment semi-emergency (was concerned about an injury but nothing life-threatening).
The NP on site this afternoon was very professional and listened to my concerns. She gave appropriate recommendations and was very helpful. Thank you to all the staff for being there for me! I highly recommend this location.
The staff was absolutely amazing. I went in for what I thought was uncomfortable and unusual bloating. When I arrived I was seen by the nurse quickly who urgently requested I go to the ER for possible Appendicitis. Her assessment of the situation was accurate and thanks to her I was able to get into surgery before it ruptured.
Before you can even get in the building after they call you back in, they are already giving your spot to someone else. As a business your response shouldn’t be “we have one nurse” that’s a business problem not your patients problem. Give Grace to your patients and take accountability!
Nextcares online scheduling is great. This is the second time where I created an early morning appointment the night before. I appreciate the ability to schedule an appointment quickly and conveniently. The staff was nice.
The staff and nurses were the absolute kindest people! My kids and I were a little nervous to get tested since only hearing how uncomfortable the Covid test was, but the nurses were so sweet and accommodating to my boys. They were very informative and willing to take the time to answer all my questions. I would absolutely recommend this urgent care.
On their website they wont allow an edit. I presented with a swollen, sore throat, ear ache & cough. The ONLY test they took was covid, not strep. Until the doc saw me & took a strep. Really people?Took several hours to get in. But they were professional. But follow-up was horrendous. I had an issue with the antibiotic. Called Sat., they returned call 7 am Sunday. Phone was off. A male called later that day, didnt even look to see why I came in. Told me your good to go I said, go where? He said, since youre feeling better you dont have to take the antibiotic. He SHOULD have seen about a diff one. Not just assumed I dont need one. This place seems to NOT care. Maybe its just the stupid male that called me. Ill think twice before going back.
I was lucky enough to find Urgent care located off rt17. Not only were they organized, kind and welcoming but they also took me as a walk-in and I was next to be seen! I was in and out in less than one hour!! That’s amazing! The Urgent care staff were all quick, efficient, kind, welcoming and informative. Theirs nothing worse than feeling sick (or having a giant swollen eye) where you need to see a doctor, but Urgent care made this experience the best scenario possible. 5 STAR’s ALL DAY!
Worst experience I have ever had at Nextcare.I had an appointment for 6:30, and I wasn’t called back until 8:00. I was the last patient for the night. I arrived for my appointment at 6:00 pm. After waiting 2 hours, they decided to rush me through. The nurse had me hold the thermometer in my mouth and putting the pulse meter on finger. Ridiculous!
The online check in was okay, however I spent over an hour in the room waiting for the doctor to show. In fact, they came to clean the room because they thought I was gone already! Then the nurse says, there’s only one doctor working today! What! Quicker I think not
Most horrible visit to a doctor ever, came for a sore throat. Couldnt stand inside due to a mask and the cna got rude with me when I said no. She continued to be rude when I snapped back. She tried to write my weight down at 467 lbs when I am no where close to that. She goes oh your oxygen is at 100 your fine. Sorry I didnt realize having trouble breathing meant that I wasnt oxygenation. She asks me what tests to run. Covid, strep, and flu. I dont know Im not a doctor. Then tells me to pick a room I wanna go in. What?? Never in my life. This is my first and last trip to here
They took great care of me, gave me everything I needed it to check up with the referral. Service was fast no long wait. Call me later that day with the final results. Thank you ladies
My call was answered right away, and arrangements were made for check-in. Waited a bit, but that was understandable. When I was seen, Ms. Bridget was friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. The doctor who saw me was also friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, a pleasant visit, just expect a wait due to high demand.
Nice staff, doctors and nurses. It is best if you make an appointment to shorten your wait.
Ive been to NextCare for many years and always a good experience. Check-in online is easy and would recommend. I was in and out within an hour for appointment. This time due to Covid most was done from your car but smoothly done. Would recommend NextCare if unable to get in with your Primary Physician.
This place is an absolute disgrace. I am not one to take time and do a survey/review but feel I need to on this one. I walk in about 9 am the receptionist at the front desk says wait time is about 30-45 minutes. I am listening to her complain about patients and the staff for 2 1/2 hours to a co-worker. in the waiting room, completely absurd to wait that long but they make you pay first so I had no choice. After the 2 1/2 hour wait I am finally called into a room and have to wait yet another 45 minutes. Meanwhile while I’m listening to the doctors and nurses converse on how much “these patients annoy them.” Ridiculous, they weren’t quiet about it either. The Dr (Deanne Zuck) finally comes in and she was such a snob. She stood there chewing and picking her nails and dropping them on the floor while I explained my symptoms. I am a new mother and thought I had the flu so my concern was to check so I could nip it in the bud. I’ve never had the flu so when I asked her how I could prevent it from passing to my little one if It was the flu she simply shrugged her shoulders, and I quote, “she’s going to get it anyway.” Unacceptable!! I understand you deal with whiny people all day long but when someone comes in and expresses a concern about preventing the virus to pass to a newborn given the fact it has taken lives, you don’t respond with that! If I wasn’t a decent person I would have let her have it. So I’m tested for the flu which she told me It would take 10 minutes for results, I waited 30 minutes to no surprise, she comes in says not the flu and tells me I can go. I walk out into the hallway and ask someone where she went and they yelled for her, I asked if she knew what it was and she proceeded to yell from the break room that it’s probably a gastrointestinal virus and should be gone in 48 hours and it’s very contagious. So I yell to her in the break room what I can do for It, she says nothing. Didn’t have the decency to even come out of that room and talk to me. I am disgusted that I wasted so much time here and was treated the way I was. I will NEVER return nor recommend anyone to this god forsaken place. It should be shut down.
You don’t need an appointment but making one MIGHT help. Got there at 830 and there were already five people there. Had a sick kid and the guy behind the desk said it would be about an hour and half. Having a small kid I asked if we could come back and he said yes, scheduling me an appointment at 1030. Got there at 1000. Didn’t get pulled back to a room til after 1100. Waited in the room for 45 minutes. I have yet to see a doctor there, always seen by a nurse practitioner. She was very rude and not good with kids. My kid who is always good at the Doc was screaming because of how she was handling her. Wish there was a different urgent care in the area but I guess we’re stuck with this one. Prepare to be there for several hours.
GREAT STAFF! Had an appointment for covid test for one household member but needed to get all of us tested... they were able to test all three of us without having to wait individually. The medical staff were great explaining the results and necessary steps and answering all of our questions!
I have gone to this location two times in two weeks, and overall am pleased. The reception staff person, Robert, has always been very pleasant and polite, which helps when you are not feeling well! The actual provider/Doctor Jessica has also been great! She is open and tells you what she is thinking (what treatment course and why, as well as instructions if things dont improve etc.) I only experienced one person, on one of the visits (yesterday/nurse) who needed some attitude adjustments, but I try to remember that it may have just been a bad day for her. FYI: both days I went in happened to be Tuesdays, but one was around 7pm and yesterday around noon. Both times the entire process took about a hour from walk in to leaving. I would recommend giving this place a try for urgent/acute types of issues.
I read the poor reviews and almost decided to find a different Urgent care, I am happy I didnt. Everyone I encountered was extremely polite, friendly and professional. My wife, who called in an appointment for me, made note of how nice they seemed on the phone. While I hope I dont need to go back there, it is comforting to know that there is such a high quality Urgent Care so close to my home.
Everyone at this location is super friendly, professional and efficient. Stephanie was wonderful. Especially Jan’e at the front desk, she is an asset to this Clinic. I was so sick and desperate looking for a place to get an exam and Covid test and she made the process for me as smooth as possible. She is friendly, knowledgeable and cares about what she does. Thank you again Jan’e. I will definitely return if the need arises.
I waited a few hours in my car which is the only reason it’s not 5 stars. Otherwise, all the staff was extremely friendly and they had a lot of good social distancing practices in place: like waiting in your car till it was your turn and people who got tested stayed in their car and a doctor/nurse would come out to them and test them instead of having to waiting inside. They also have a link they send you once you’re checked in to show you how many people are in line before you’ll be seen (which is nice to gauge how long it will take).
I have been using this office for my medical needs for about 2 years. They are always courteous, friendly and professional. The wait is never long and the waiting room is comfortable. I especially enjoy seeing Jessica and Bridget. They are both very personable and so helpful. Thank you guys so much for the great care!
Made an appointment, went to NextCare, called me after very short wait. Blood draw for labs completed quickly by friendly nurse.
Worst urgent care I have ever been to, and Ive been across the US.Wouldnt suggest going here for anything more than a common cold if you thought it was worse than what over the counter remedies can handle. On top of that they tried to bill me for having blood work done when the nurse couldnt/didnt try. They also just advised I start taking a drug without a blood test. Lastly they said if I wanted the blood test that I had to go elsewhere and didnt even advise me of what elsewhere meant. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. Lets not even mention the time they had me wait before telling me they couldnt perform the service.Wouldnt recommend this location to friends or family, and considering its a chain, be leary of other locations.
The staff and PA, were amazing. The entire staff was friendly, very compassionate and easy to talk to. The only reason for a 4, and not 5, was the long wait, which wasn’t their fault. They were receiving an influx of patients, from another sister facility. Yet everyone was calm, and very caring. Thanks to all
Friendly and professional service. Everyone was pleasant. It was a fairly busy day so a little bit of a wait but it was no problem. Thanks for the great service for my dad!
Professional and personable. No wait, timely and efficient appointment. This clinic is conveniently located off Route 17, just off I-95.
NextCare has always provided me exceptional care when I’m at my very worst.
One of the best experiences I’ve had at a NextCare office. The staff worked efficiently and the nurse practitioner, Kimberly, explained clearly my next steps. The office reflects covid precautions and the other three staff members I spoke to/had an interaction with were very nice.
While there was a 2 hour wait for service to get a COVID test, the staff were very kind and gentle. They took time to be thorough and thoughtful, actually prescribing a medication I did not know existed to alleviate symptoms I had which likely are not COVID related. My pharmacist had the order almost ready by the time I got there. I would recommend them highly!
**JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE***I had an appointment that I scheduled online for check-in at 630. I got there about 6:15. Despite asking you to register and upload your insurance online, you still have to give it again when you arrive. I was checked into a room by 6:30 and awaiting the doctor.Dr. Breen came in to see me for an ankle injury and asked me to walk for her. I wasnt thrilled with the bedside manner received (though the staff was very friendly and professional!). She asked a few questions, told me she sees I have flat feet and sent me for x-ray. Following the x-ray, she advised that she didnt see any abnormal results and that I needed to see a podiatrist or go to the store to get inserts in my shoe. Meanwhile, I have to continue to walk on a foot that cannot bear weight.Whats the problem you ask?? The discharge paperwork I received shows a tendon injury. How is an insert going to fix a tendon injury? How long, as a new patient do you think it takes to see a podiatrist? All it seems she cared about we getting me out of the room with conflicting information and an ankle that still hurts.I have seen other doctors here and had a decent experience, with a longer wait but nothing like this. My suggestion is to go somewhere where theyll listen, not take your money and then ship you out the door the same way you came in with misinformation!
Very friendly and professional. I would recommend NextCare to anyone who wants quality, speedy, and friendly service. I’m glad I chose to go there and will definitely be back when I need to see a doctor. Also there wasn’t pages and pages of paperwork to fill out. Just one page, and I was a new patient. They accept Medicaid too! Overall, great place with wonderful employees.
I went to get COVID testing. They have very professional and friendly staff! Their clinic opens at 8am.I made sure to be the first walk in since they have no available appointments online to schedule. I was seen in 35 mins. Highly recommend this location!Make sure to see them early. If they are short staff, they will have to close earlier than normal.
We went to NextCare Urgent Care for a Covid test. The receptionist, nurse and Doctor were professional and friendly. We were tested from my car, and received results in about 15 minutes. However, signed in online at 10:38 am, arrived at noon and did not receive the test until 3:00 pm. We sat in the parking lot for over 3 hours. It would be helpful if they could assign an appointment time or at least a timeframe to avoid the miserable and unnecessary wait time.
So much for bedside manners....staff was super unpleasant. Particularly our doctor, and the receptionist. We didnt even get our physicians name - she didnt introduce herself or anything. My husband was here for the flu and had a temp of 99 and shes goes It needs to be 100. No fever. Understood? Ummm....There were about 3 or 4 folks standing by the front desk and the receptionist was just clacking away on the computer. Not a Ill be with you in just a moment or anything like that. She also talked to you as if she was whispering, and not one smile..Even after making an appointment over the phone, checking in 15 mins earlier than the apt, she still told us we would have to wait an hour. There was nobody in the waiting room when we arrived....Did not make sense. If you want awful customer service and waste almost 3 hours of your day (regardless if you make an appointment or not) then this is the place for you.
I’m military but was not able to go to a military clinic so was told to go here. I arrived at around 3 because I had work and couldn’t go sooner and understood that it closed at 4. I even called ahead and they said it was fine that I came in at that time. The front desk lady was nice and so was the doctor. The nurse on the other hand, was rude. I guess she didn’t realize the doors aren’t soundproof and was complaining about how she never gets off and 4. It seemed like every time she talked to me she had something smart to say. I understand that it was late but we have all had times where we had to stay a little bit later. I got out at 3:50 so I don’t understand why she was being so rude about it, and even after I left patients where coming in.
Staff was friendly and courteous I did not have to wait long to be seen. When I was seen by the NP it was thorough. I appreciate the fact that the staff value your time. I would definitely come back again and tell all my friends what a pleasant experience I had.
Nice staff and friendly. Only reason for 3 stars is made an appointment but waited over 1 hour in the parking lot to be seen. Dont know why I made an appointment for a selected time if appointment time cant be met.
The lady at front desk was not friendly at all. When I walked in she literally just stared at me until I broke the awkward silence with “hi?”. Then she asked for my symptoms… as if she expected me to broadcast my business in front of three men in the waiting room. She asked if I had a fever so I lied and said I did just saw that she wouldn’t ask me anymore questions out loud, even though I hinted that it was a rather personal matter. So I went out to my car to fill out the online paper work. That made for an embarrassing experience. Once I was seen by the doctor (who by the way was awesome), I told him about the front desk lady and he helped me address the problem.
There was alittle wait, but it was worth the time. The doctor was very patient and thorough with my 80 year old father
The staff are all very friendly and professional. They are efficient and get you in/out as quickly as they can.
I hate to give poor reviews but, I continue get horrible service. I will not be coming back after this post. I had a 9:30am , I arrived late at 9:36am. It’s now 10:20 and I haven’t been seen. I only listed 5 stars so this review wouldn’t get deleted. The customer service is just horrible. They are not organized! I will say that the doctors/staff in the seem to be competent. I suggest going to Patient First!
The on call doctor today was a quack and knows nothing about DOT Medical rules, I will never go there again for a physical of any type waste of time and money Im so disappointed in this place.
I have never been to an urgent care clinic that has been as friendly, kind, or helpful as this one! All three professionals that assisted me had the same positive, kind attitude-and I was next to last of the evening & stayed well after closing! Absolutely recommend.
I am very happy! Front desk is special, unique and amazing. Customer service is 5 star. Clean, organized and peaceful ambience. This is the perfect place for alk your health needs. I congrats Front desk because is the best in the world. Thanks Next Care Fredericksburg,Virginia !
Dr. Judy Reynolds was nothing short of amazing, thorough and professional. Kept a smile and positive attitude the entire time despite the busy craziness of the office of a bunch of DOT physicals on her schedule today.
Booked an appointment for Saturday at 8:30a.m. with only 1.5 hours in advance. I arrived at 8:25a.m. they did swbas for Covid, Flu, Strep B, and Was examined by the Physician. And I was out of the facility at 9:05am.
Update -I receive a check in the mail sometime ago once everything was clear . Im grateful thank you so much to the insurance companyMy update about next care is terrible the doctor refuse to call me after leaving a message with the desk clerk saying that she would. I got a call back from their office to see if my grand daughter was ok but she was not .The medication I paid for from the drug store made her feel worse. I than ask for another medication and that did not work as well . I then call 5 times in a week begging for help from the desk clerk so the clerk at that time had to apology for this doctor behavior for not returning the calls I made day and nite .I was told by the desk clerk that the doctor would call in a different medication( I ask for something liquid) then when I made my final call before placing this review on line I call next care again and the desk clerk told me the doctor said I will NOW have to come back and pay another 305 dollars because of so many days that had passed since seeing her. How rude !!...by the way this doctor was quick to come in to see my grand daughter the first visit in less than 5 mins flat and leave !it was all about the money not the patient!! ...so sad )-;We plan to go back to Aquia urgent care in Stafford next time.... we could not go at that time because they were close on a Saturday so we had no other choice ..am so sad that I wasted $305 bucks for services that I already had & couldnt useI WANT MY MONEY BACK SO MY GRAND DAUGHTER CAN SEE ANOTHER DOCTOR THAT CARES!!
Would be better if you could get in touch with someone for information on aftercare, return to work/school. Was sent out with no answers or paperwork… was called with results but no paperwork to give to the the school. I have called 2x now and still nothing. Was seen quickly and excellent service from office staff at the visit.
Waiting room was full went I got there and was in & out rather quickly. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nurse practitioner was thorough and knew what she was doing. Will come here next time I need care urgently! :)
Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable...easy check in/good wait time...Dr was very attentive and answered all questions with no emphasis on time....also very clean facility.
Everyone-front desk, nurse, doctor was very kind. I felt a little silly going in saying I needed to be seen for “muscle pain “, but honestly it was torturous pain in neck/back. I received care and empathy. Thank you NextCare!
Have been a few times in recent month for both myself, and for kids. The ease of online check in is fabulous and we can all stay comfortable until its time to go back and get checked out. The staff here is wonderful and knowledgable, asking pertinent questions and making sure we understand the treatment plan and Rx before we leave. Appreciate the later hours and efficiency.
Waited 1 hour in the waiting room and then 1 more hour after I got called back. With that said, doctor Reynolds was fantastic. Seemed like she genuinely cared and didn’t feel like she was trying to rush me out of there.
My recent experience at our local NextCare Urgent Care clinic went well. Office manned by professional health care personnel, which appeared clean and well organized. I received my C-19 test results immediately; Negative. If I had anything negative to comment on, the test results was not provided to me e.g. a document in hand. I didnt think to ask for one prior to leaving,... basically my fault.
I had an appointment at 12. They said to be there 15 minutes early. I was not seen by the nurse practitioner until almost 1. The person that took my vitals and the Nurse Practitioner were both very nice, it just takes a long time to be seen.
Very friendly, quick and fast! The lady at the front desk is amazing, I watched her handle a difficult client in a professional manner and with ease. Only place I will come for whatever ailments the family and I have. Thank you!
I took my son in for flu symptoms. He was tested for the flu which turned out to be positive. We were headed back home with in 30 mins. Staff was friendly and very helpful. No long wait and we were glad to be in & out so efficiently. Would highly recommend.
I rushed to NEXTCARE urgent care and arrived 10 minutes before closing and the staff was very pleasant and helpful and didn’t rush through the visit. Thorough exam. I’ll definitely go there again for urgent care!
This is the BEST Urgent Care I have been to. Kim is AMAZING. Obviously never fun to be sick But knowing this place is always professional and youre seen in a timely manner is very nice!
They were incredibly kind and caring. I was diagnosed with the flu and they seemed to genuinely care. What a nice feeling when i absolutely felt awful. Thank you to each and every staff member... everyone was top notch!
Went here for a bug bite allergy flare up for my son and everyone was wonderful. Quick service, super sweet and patient with him.
Saw a nurse not a doctor. So my first visit got partial diagnosis second got the rest of the diagnosis.
Had an issue with the mobile sign in,(checked in but it didnt make it to the desk)but a very kind woman at the desk checked me in 30 mins before close because I had been waiting. Was fast and easy otherwise. Staff was kinda and adhered to covid standards.
I would definitely recommend this location. I was in and out in probably less then 1hour. The whole staff was very friendly and the Dr. actually took the time to ask questions and explain things to me and what she was going to treat me for. This was a bit of a drive from my house but it was worth it.
We were seen by the doctor for my son who had put something up his nose seemed easy enough pull out with tweezers. The doc tried for less than five minutes to remove the object before telling us to go to the ER. We were charged $125 for his troubles. Save your money and go to patient first. They have more than a basic household’s worth of medical supplies and evidently more medical training as well, as we have never been referred to the ER for any issue we’ve had when going there first.
I went to NextCare Urgent Care for a Covid test. The receptionist and nurses were attentive and friendly. I was able to be tested from my car, and received results in about 15 minutes. I would highly recommend NextCare Urgent Care to others for prompt medical attention.
We went to Mary Washington Urgent Care, they said they wanted us to go to the hospital to do cat scan for appendicitis, because he had stomach pain. We told them there was a stomach bug going on athis school. I asked them to do some tests, they said we will do them but youll be wasting your time you need to go to the hospital for CAT scan. So we left and went to NextCare, they tested him for the flu and for covid, covid came negative and he had the flu type B. And prescribe him Tamaflu. Hes already feeling better within 24 hours.
Everyone was very nice and professional. Didn’t take long to get called back at all. I did wait for about a hour once in the back. But with how nice everyone was I didn’t really mind. I understand that everyone gets busy. Will definitely go back.
I had awesome service! Made an appointment and got in and out smoothly. Everyone treated me very kindly and answered all my questions.
Fast friendly and I got the job done
If youve got time to waste, visit here. Showed up within 15 minutes of them opening, with two people in the lobby in front of us. After one hour waiting, both of them went back and left, and another patient who was in the back before we showed up left. By 1 and a half hours, a patient who showed up 20 minutes after us was taken back. The woman at the desk was at least kind when we asked for our copay to be refunded, because waiting to be seen that long is ridiculous
I would definitely recommend Urgent Care to anyone looking for quick quality treatment. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The Doctor I saw was thorough and easy to talk to. I was in and out in about an hour.
The doctor who saw my grandson was very kind and supportive. I liked how she spoke directly to him, even though he is six years old.
Excellent Staff! Great Experience.
I was feeling absolutely HORRIBLE and I first went to the ER but the sitting area was TERRIBLE so my cousin told me to try this location and I did and I am sooooo happy I did! I literally was in and out in about 25 min max! Wonderful customer service and EXCELLENT patient care! Got my results and prescription in all under 30 min! I will NEVER go anywhere else lol!
I came here for a visit for my two tear old son . he has eczema really bad. My first thought was will the doctor know how to treat him. Renee sanders is very professional , friendly ,family oriented and just as I wanted . I will always come to her specifically. Thanks to her , my son is doing well and it might be a little on the high side as far as price but I will pay any price I can to have the great service and well being for my son . thanks again next care urgent care.
This is the SLOWEST office I have ever been to. In one hour they have seen one person who left 30min ago. So I have been sitting here for a full hour with nothing happening. I can hear a crying child in the back but literally the rest of us have been sitting here for a hour. I would never recommend anyone come to this office if you are expecting a semi quick in and out.
Why make an appointment when they make you wait 2 hours? I understand it’s a busy sick season but they need more doctors to help with the patients. Waiting for over 2.5 hrs is not ok.
I bring my entire family here when needed. The NP, Kimberly, is AMAZING! I’m not much of a fan of the Doctor that I’ve seen there before she wasn’t very patient with my child and rushed through everything. If it wasn’t for Kimberly Beasley,NP I wouldn’t continue to use them for my family’s care.
What a horrible experience on 1/2/15 at 17:00! The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional to my mother. She was eating, and came from the back seemingly annoyed at being disturbed. Instead of empathy for her injury, she was lectured about fees that were pending through her insurance. After this lecture, the receptionist told her that the doctor will be able to see her this time. After this treatment, I took my mother out of this office. I worked in the customer service industry for 10 years and understand how to treat people. There is a serious need for training. I will never set foot there and will let friends and family know about this incident.
Overall this is an excellent urge care facility. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. Jessica did an excellent patient assessment and we were in and out in less than one hour!. Thanks!
Receptionist was friendly and helpful. I saw Judy as a care provider and she was unhelpful, bordering rude. She didnt even bother to look into why my leg is swollen, told me to continue what I was doing at home anyway, and suggested I use ice. She wanted to give me muscle relaxers that I cant take, I asked her for non narcotic c muscle relaxers instead, which she said there is no such thing. But Ive been prescribed it before so I know she was lying. She also refused to prescribe a typical ointment, patch or anything for pain.
Compassionate and kind. Was able to be seen quickly, and a thorough exam for my complaint.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I have pneumonia and was seen by nurse practitioner Beasley.I was given a nebulizer treatment which was not hooked up properly to the mask which I had to rescue myself multiple times after the nurse left the room. I was also prescribed a medication for which I have MULTIPLE serious contraindications for, and which suppresses the immune system and can cause severe infection WHILE I HAVE PNEUMONIA. Upon recieving this script (with NO dosing instructions for a drug which has multiple dosing schedules depending on the use) I read all of the precautions instructions and side effects, as I always do. I called the office back 30 minutes before closing to address my questions and was told I would be given a call back. They closed and did not call me back. To determine whether it was safe to take this medication i then called the corporate line and was transferred to a doctor on staff at Manassas, who upon talking with me determined it was in fact NOT SAFE for me to take the script I had been given, and said i would have to get a new one the following morning. The room I was in disgusting(I was too sick to care during my visit, but i noticed what was either blood or excrement clearly uncleaned on the curtain, as well as finding a dead bed bug on the chair where i had set my purse!).When I called the S Gateway drive location the next day I was never allowed to speak to the actual prescribing physician, and the nurse I spoke to did not take my issue seriously, nor the fact that the staff DID NOT RETURN MY CALL AS PROMISED. When dealing with life threatening medical issues, I find that to be completely unethical.I would recommend seeing a different practice, or at least calling ahead to see if they have an ACTUAL PHYSICIAN on staff before trusting their unqualified staff who clearly do not have the ethical training they require to understand their responsibilities as medical providers.
Two visits here and each was a 90 minute wait past my “appointment” time. There have to be better urgent care centers in the area.
Dr.Amin was absolutely amazing. Offered great healthcare advice. Very knowledgeable. Place was convenient
Had an appointment for toddler for 9:20am wasnt seen for hours. The staff was rude and was hiding in the back office the while time. Dont waste your time coming to this location.
I feel as though i didn’t really get the service i was expecting & everything was rushed through, & i didn’t get the proper care
Was seen while on my lunch break from work for a very sore thumb. No radiology tech at that time...returned later when they were on site. Nothing broken thank goodness!!! Good service...well spaced seating...wait time wasnt terrible. Should i have any issues again...i would return there 😊
They were wonderful. Fast, courteous, went out of their way to look pricing up for prescriptions which I didn’t ask them to do. Great, compassionate staff.
Dont know what kind of a scam this plus is running but just got a $100 invoice for a covid test over 5 months ago. They say the government program expired and tests are no longer free. Even though I have insurance and they cover covid testing. What a scam this place is.
Went in today and only took a couple of minutes and I was in and out. Staff was very generous and polite. I will always go back and with my children.
I’m not sure how this location has received good ratings. I scheduled an appt for 1pm. It is now 2:15 and I’m being told I still have to wait at least an hr.
Fast and professional service. The staff is outstanding. Facility is spotless and clean. I recommend this facility for any medical needs. My kids loved the experience.
This location of Nextcare location at 15 S Gateway Dr# 101 Fredericksburg is wonderful!!! The staff is kind , understanding and compassionate! This is my 3 time there and same excellent service each time !Would highly recommend !!!!
Came back to edit this, not a lot they could have done here for 5 stars other than be a little quicker overall. Suffered a work injury where the only way to diagnose it was an MRI which isnt done at this type of doctors office. Not their fault on that. They were just so busy on each of my 2 visits for the injury that I had a good bit of a wait to see the only doc available. Maybe a 2nd doc.....maybe not, its a business decision and doctors dont just grow on trees. I forget the doc who checked me both times but glad she refused to release me back to full duty as much as I wanted to go back. I ended up at a specialist to diagnose a destroyed knee that required surgery and 6 months off to recover it turned out.
Worse service, I made an appointment a day before but wasn’t seen till all the people that walked in before me were seen (without appointments). I’m not sure what’s the point of scheduling in advance if your still lining up with walk ins. If I would’ve known I would’ve just walked in earlier. Waited for two hours past my time.
Took my son to get an X-ray of his back, they didn’t have a tech there so we had to go somewhere else to get an x-ray, they I spent a week trying to get ahold of them to get the results and no one ever answered well they finally answered the phone today and was told they would call me back and I’ve been waiting on a call back for about five hours so I’m definitely not gonna go again
Didnt start taking patients until over an hour after they opened. The doors were locked and no one was coming to the door. Turns out there system was down but there was zero communication. They kept saying they would start taking patients on paper since there system was down, but 1 person kept talking on with there IT support and the other 2 people just stood around.
Very professional, thorough and friendly. Exceptional curbside service. No delays even though it was raining. Rapid Covid screen with results in 10 minutes. Highly recommend this Nextcare facility.
Friendly, professional and efficient. Great experience again. They set the bar in my book for urgent care. Thank you.
This urgent care was able to diagnose me in one hour! When Mary Washington couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me after 6 hours in the ER! I’m so grateful for their awesome staff and Dr Tran!
From the moment I walked in I was greeted with friendly staff and a very clean facility. Im impressed with the whole staff. They made me feel very welcome. Definitely will come back to this facility
Very friendly and compassionate.
The staff at this facility are very professional, kind, and compassionate. I’ve been here twice and my husband has been here once. All positive experiences.
My experience was fast paced I was seen by the doctor quickly but when it came to faxing my medication to the correct pharmacy,,they didnt listen and my medication was sent to the wrong pharmacy. Which made my day longer while not feeling well.
Love the check-in process. The doctor is nice! We got seen in an hour, but its a busy, crazy season.
The staff and doctors at this particular clinic are awesome! No one likes to go to the doctor, but the attention and care I got was second to none. I only wish they could become our permanent family physician of choice.
I’ve only been to this location for my yearly work physicals but it’s been a pleasant experience each time. Staff is friendly and I’m usually in and out within 45 min. I like the online appt booking feature and have used it each time.
Misleading advertising - they do not provide any primary care services and are not fast. The receptionist was unprofessional (greeted me with a scowl). Luckily, they did refund my payment when they told me (after I sat in the waiting room for almost an hour) that they do not provide full medical exams.
David Pope saw my 5 year old and it was the absolute BEST experience Ive had at any doctors office for my son. He sat there with me and thoroughly explained everything and walked me through the dos and dont and what to look for. Ive been to this location several times for myself, my son, my sister and my father and I can honestly say that he made my view on Nextcare sooooo much better than it was. Please thank Mr. Pope again for his wonderful care.
