I have gone to this practice for about six years. If I need an emergency appointment, they can usually get me in by the next day. Their front office stuff is always very friendly. The check-in process is very easy, You can either check in online or in person. I have never Had to wait more than 15 minutes to be called back to the room. All the nursing stuff I have dealt with a very friendly and caring. A few times my doctor was out and I saw a different provider, I’ve had to get experience with them all. The wait time in the patient room is around 15 minutes if not less. I honestly do not think I have waited in any area more than 20 minutes. You can get your blood drawn on site, And they can get you in quick as well.

Been going to Sonoran for 8yrs and I have been seeing Amy Steinhoff, she is absolutely amazing! She is the only doctor to ever take me seriously and goes above and beyond to listen and help me find answers and provides amazing patient care and I can’t thank her enough! The facility is always super clean and the staff is super nice!

Dr. J. Meleth is anexceptional physician who consistently provides compensationate and through care. I always feel heard and well informed during my appointments. He took the time to fully understand my concerns and deleloped atreatment plan that effectively addressed my health issues. They are attentive, caring, and take my concerns and opinions into consideration. We discuss everything; it not a one-way conversation where the patients only get the information and instructions. Today was my first visit at this facility and so far I am impressed. The facility is very clean and has a modern feel. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I saw Nurse Practitioner Rebecca Michael. She is friendly, easy to talk to and seemingly knowledgeable. From this experience I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a new primary care office.

Received a statement after 1 year being seen. After looking at the statement they did not apply my insurance. Called and spoke to 3 representatives, 3 different times, for MONTHS and repeatedly gave my insurance info on each phone call and would be told someone would reach out each time, but that never happened. Now, I am seeing a zero balance on the website, which has now been issued to a collection agency. Horrible experience with lack of communication. Been fighting to get the claim corrected for months.

I have been a patient here for as long as I can remember, almost two decades. I called recently for an appointment and was told the next available appointment (being an established patient) was 6 months from now. Im not sure what is happening (maybe they have taken on too many patients) but it is a shame because they have great doctors and assistants here. I may have to switch doctors.

I have been going to Sonoran Medical Centers for a couple years now and am always pleasantly surprised with how friendly the staff is, both in-person and on the phone. The lab staff, where they draw blood, is also friendly and gentle, which this scaredy cat appreciates.

Took an elderly family member here recently and we saw Rebecca Michaels. She felt unheard, rushed, and like a number. “She was rude to me and the medical assistant was the most helpful.” She was only in the room for 1 minute and told us she didn’t have time to do anything else.

I’ve been going here for about a year now, the last few visits I’ve waited an hour or more to be called back and then sit in the room for a bit too. Today I went for blood work, an hour later I went to the desk and asked if I was supposed to make an appointment and they said no. I told them I’d been there an hour and have to go to work soon, she looked shocked that it took this long and went in the back and comes back and say she’s sorry would I like to come back another time! I watched so many people come in after me and leave, I have never had to wait anywhere else that long for a blood draw. So I canceled went to the place closer to my house and was in and out in a half hour. I’m done with this place, I should have looked at the reviews first.

Ive been going here for probably 2 decades now. And there is a reason for that which Im reminded of every time I come in.Wonderful front staff. Ease of check in. Never had a billing issue or confusion. And almost always on time! Thats almost unheard of in a doctors office as you know.Went in today for my annual physical and had a bunch of new issues to talk about. I see Kristen Stringer and I couldnt have asked for better care! I never felt rushed. Felt so listened to and cared for. She is extremely smart, incredibly caring, easy to talk to, and thorough.Their medical assistants are also always very friendly and professional. I think her name was Yolanda and it was her first day with my Dr. today. She was great!Literally nothing to complain about with this practice ever. Oh, and my prescriptions were already filled and ready at my pharmacy by the end of the day!I would highly recommend!Tracy

I am an established pt. I called to make an app bc I wasn’t feeling well and needed to be checked out in person by a dr. They said and this is a direct quote “ we can’t see you if you are having fevers and we don’t have any opening anyway.” They said go to urgent care or Er so I can spend 10xs more for the same care I would have gotten from a primary. Then I went to urgent care and ended up being put on wrong meds, called Sonoran medical for a follow up all. They said no availability. Needless to say I found a new Dr. office and new Dr. and received same day care and emails to check on me. Do your self a favor and stay away from Sonoran Medical Center if you want to be able to actually get the care you need!!!!

I am a 62 year old man and have had asthma since I was 4 years old.Great doctors have always been a very important part of my life! Dr Meleth ,in my opinion is a great Doctor! Professional but personable-does not brush you off to another Doctor when things are not easy.In my opinion Dr.Meleth has earned the title of DOCTOR and the nobility and prestige that goes with it!!

I love this office and have been going to them for years. I highly recommend them. My mother transfered to them about six months ago and they have gone above and beyond to help her get a portable oxygen machine with battery which she needed desperately as she was unable to carry the ones with the tanks or turn them on. She loves this group of doctors and they always call her back when she leaves a message. Plus all the doctors she was referred to, have been great, My daughter has also started going there.

If I could rate negative stars, I would. Booked and waited for a new patient appointment for 9 months. Had a fall at work and had to schedule two orthopedic appointments to go back to work but only time they had was at the same time as my new patient appointment here. Tried to reschedule and was told new new patient appointment was next year and they dont have next years schedule yet, so basically screw you.

I have been going here for about 10 years. Today I was treated so badly by Dr. Meleth. I waited about 1.5 hours to see him. Through the walls you could hear how friendly he was to other patients and spent lots of time while I waited. When he arrived to my room, he didnt say hello, complained about my prescriptions that his peer filled, and was short with his responses and demeanor. Clearly he had tension and issues with a fellow physician in the practice. He made me feel very uncomfortable as a woman and scared to ask questions. I am now concerned that he may treat my daughter in a similar way. My husband, a Patton Dr Meleth was shocked and disappointed in his behavior. My mom and stepdad see him as well. We will be pulling our business and never going back. I thought Dr. Meleth was more professional than that but he clearly has a bad side.

Jason Meleth, M.D. was absolutely amazing with my son. He was thorough and very easy to talk to. He was very caring, professional and knowledgeable. My son was very comfortable with him and was relieved that he finally established with a male doctor. The MA that called us back and roomed us was AMAZING and so so sweet. She also roomed my fiance the day before and remembered me and was very friendly and easy to talk to. She explained everything she was doing in great detail and just did an amazing job with my son. I am so grateful that my family has found such amazing office. Thank you!

I was seen here as a new patient and was completely impressed with the care I was given. Amy Steinhoff is hands down one of the best providers I have ever encountered. She was thorough and very easy to talk to. I didnt feel rushed at all. I am happy to have found her. The office is very clean and everyone was pleasant. I work in medicine so I tend to be more understanding of the dynamics of a medical office, but I personally did not experience any delays or inconveniences.

Horrible office! They processed my medical claims wrong. I have had to call my insurance numerous times to address this and I am still working to get things resolved. On top of this, they are horrible about calling back and using their portal system.When it comes to medical questions, its much easier to deal with that via portal due to my work schedule. I was told I would get a message back through the portal since I stated this was my preferred method. They would call me and leave a long detailed message of which I was not happy with. Then there would be times I would play the phone tag game because they were at lunch. Making it harder for me to get things resolved.When I told them that I still had issues regarding a bill I kept getting, as my insurance covers these services, I was told I would get a call back. Never got a call back after over 2 weeks of waiting. I personally had to call my insurance again to get some help. I do not feel this office has good customer service or even cares about helping people.The nurse practitioner I saw also is horrible as she wants to argue and point blame, and very judgmental about my weight and my concerns with my health, and again argumentative. I will never be back! I have found a place that is much better, non judgmental and ACTUALLY listens to the patient.

Dr. Evans is amazing! The offices itself are wonderful, clean, and always timely. I wish I could talk about how great the waiting room is, but i’m never in there for more than 5 minutes because they are true to appointment time and always get me in quickly. I highly recommend this center AND Dr. Evans!

Amy Steinhoff is who I see for my medical care, and I love her. She is professional, thorough and knowledgable.The office staff on the other hand are horrible. Twice I have called to get set up on the patient portal, and they never emailed to me the initial info needed to start the account set up. In addition, I have TWICE called to discuss a medication situation with Amy and TWICE, the office staff decided they had the answers and would not put my call through to Amy or her assistant. They are not the medical professionals, do not have the education and are not capable of deciding whether I should talk to the PA or assistant!!

I have been going to this clinic for several years, starting with Dr. Skelly and ending up a few visits later with Amy Steinhoff. I very much like both of them and both have given me great care and advice.I find the front desk people to be efficient and professional, Amy is smart and patient, and the lab techs are so nice I almost forget Im getting blood drawn. Further, the portal works very well and I have been able to correspond with Amy through the portal, saving a lot of time. Also, I have found that I do not have to wait long at all when I have my appointment. I appreciate efficiency and thoroughness and feel I get both here.

I have been with this office over ten years and I am a known asthmatic. I have had several encounters with this office when it comes to my asthma concerns. Allergies are known to trigger your asthma and my allergies have been really bad this season like so many other patients. I called to set up an appointment to get medication and they could not get me in for several weeks. I called and requested my doctor call in a steriod for me to try and contain my asthma flare ups. My doctor, Rebecca Michael refused to call in the request and waited a day later so I had to go to the emergency room in another state. Instead of me spending less than $10 on a medication they have prescribed before, I have to spend $400 for an emergency room visit. They are not caring or have any since of urgency. When I did go to my appointment she was agrumentative with me about why she could not call in a simple prescription. I do not like change and I have a long history with this office but I have had enough and will be finding a new primary physician they can assist me with my needs. By the way I dont have asthma issues often, they are usually every two years but you would think I call them all the time. Seems to me they want to get money out of me because I understand how the system works. If you have an on going issue this is not the place for you!!!

My primary doctor I was seeing for years left his practice so I sought a new office, ended up seeing Dr. Wysong. There is so much tension at this office it is palpable, you can feel it when you arrive. All the reviews you see on here about a rude office and Dr. Wysong not caring are accurate. I did not believe them when I was booking my appointment but unfortunately found them to be true. I will not be going back.

I see Rebecca Michael at Sonoran and she has always done a great job; however, every time I call to set up an appointment or ask a question the front desk staff is rude and unprofessional. Today I left a voicemail about a medication refill and received a call back about 20 minutes later. The lady said “hi, you called and left a voicemail without any information.” Ew! There are better ways to approach this, and I did leave everything they asked for in the voicemail prompt. Seriously considering changing practices after the numerous times I’ve been given attitude.

Moved from Phoenix to Prescott 3 years ago and chose to keep them as my primary care providers.The hour and half drive from Prescott occasionally is well worth the effort in order to stay with this well-organized, friendly high-tech practice.My interactions with Amy Reinhoff and Michaela Skelly (via tele-health) have been great.I highly recommend them!

Edit. Changed to 4 because they called back right away and set up everything quickly. Had a doctors appointment over the phone since they dont allow people who are sick to come in. The doctor said shed have her assistant follow up to schedule a corona virus test as well as send me a doctors note. Neither were done that day, called in the next morning to find out the notes from our appointment hadnt even been finished. So I tried to schedule the corona test and they said they couldnt because the notes were not done, and I got the same response about the work note. This appointment was at 11am the day before, there was ample time to finish the notes.

Ive gone to their gynecologist, Dr Bellen 3 times. The last time she sent labs to be done when I specifically told her I did not want or need them because I had done them recently with her. And she tested me for an infection even though I told her I had it already had it. She is very distant, not friendly and seems not to care. I asked her to take out my birth control and she refused. The last visit cost me about 450$. I know that I dont have the best insurance but the fact that she sent several tests that told her I didnt need is very unprofessional. I asked for copies of the doctor notes from her to file a complaint with my insurance but they say Ive only been there once. so there is something very weird going on. I would not recommend going to her.

Moved here from Ohio and did not have a primary doctor or Gynecologist. Developed Valley Fever was in ER 2 times and had to find a doctor quick afterwards it was in November 2019 I called around and was so irritated everyone was booked up so I looked online and found Sonoran Medical Group. I was able to get in fairly quick. The building is beautiful. The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful. Best of All ...My doctors are Fantastic .F N.P Melanie Cody and Gynecologist Dr Jacquelyn Belen. I was a little nervous going there but, instantly felt welcomed loved and cared for by there passion for there patients.. So glad I found my health care providers. Thank you !!!

The center is very well run and I am always able to get someone on the phone. Always treated with respect and questions answered quickly.Dr. Rajan, her medical assistant and scribe are amazing and very patient with a patient such as myself who has dealt with many complicated health issues. It is also an added benefit to have a Dr. who actually looks at you instead of down on a computer. Her scribe does an amazingly accurate job and my summary notes are handed to me before I leave the examination room. I am thankful to have found this center and Dr. Rajan

I went in about two months ago for extreme shoulder pain and ended up seeing Doctor Wysart. He barley looked at me and took any information down, and just prescribed extra strength ibuprofen and muscle relaxers, said to heat and ice it, and call in two weeks if the pain didnt go away. I called later and asked one of the nurses to leave him a message that the pain was not going away and the medication was causing bad reactions to me, and he never called me back. I have been in extreme pain for about four months now, and I have finally decided I am going to find a new primary because Dr. Skelly now does not accept patients under 55 and I feel more comfortable seeing a real doctor as opposed to a nurse practitioner. Very unprofessional, rude, and incompetent staff.

Paper work given to me was mixed up between myself and another patient. Because of that I was being asked questions by the medical assistant that didnt relate to me and asked me to fill out paper work is when I realized it for an entirely different patient. The doctor sent a new prescription to the pharmacy. I called the office back to have the old prescription I was on, not this new one she sent over. The woman that took my call was extremely rude and told me that I was wrong that they sent the correct prescription and then she said it wasnt in my chart that they sent a prescription. The doctor wasnt in and I have to wait until next week to get the correct prescription fill. This medical center is a joke.I have zero trust that theyre even looking at the same chart for the same person.If you want patient confidentiality... Youre not getting it!!!

I posted a negative review on this last week I stand by my complaints with the office and its many failing, but I have changed my review because of the new doctor Dr. Meleth. He is the only doctor I have seen here that seems to care and he went out of his way to rectify the situation I have been having and I believe him when he says he is going to fix things. He has already caught several things about my health that the past doctors missed and he has already improved my diabetes situation.

I enjoyed my Physician Assistant but she left. Didnt care too much for the rudeness of the doctor I saw. Changing PAs Friday hoping she will be as understanding as my last one. The office staff is understanding. I only had one brief moment where I didnt feel comfortable. But that was something I did.

I have been seeing Amy Steinhoff for quite a few years now and have never had a problem. She is caring and professional and knowledgeable. Shes great! Ive also had superb treatment by many others of the staff. I even convinced my husband, who doesnt do doctors, to consult with Ms. Steinhoff for an issue he was having, and he loves her! And that is a huge statement.

Dr. Rajan has been my primary care physician for the last 18 months. Ive been pleased with not only her knowledge and attentiveness, but also her going the extra mile in times of extreme need. The front office personnel as well are receptive, friendly and helpful. If youre considering Sonoran Medical Center, Id strongly recommend that you schedule an appointment so you can see for yourself what a well-run practice this is.

Going to this office for a few years. Its the second time to have billing issue. Very disappointed. I went for anual exam and should covered 100% with insurance. However, they claimed my insurance also charged me copay. Called them many times, every time they said that their boss will call me back, but I never receied any call from them.

I was a patient here for many years and was seen by Dr wysong. I have not been back for a long time because I had a fractured knee and he made me get out of the wheelchair and up on the table to be examined I was in excruciating pain and because they are so paranoid to give you opioids he gave me nothing for the pain at all that turned out being a hairline fracture on my knee cap from two falls. As a result I was bedridden for a couple weeks as I could not walk. I feel this place is very unprofessional uneducated as they need to refer to the internet for all the diagnosis. looked for healthcare elsewhere

Front desk staff were cold, my doctor was just as cold. They required me to come in every every few weeks to refill my prescriptions I’ve been taking for years prior. The entire visit took 15 minutes and I only saw the doctor for 5 of those, just to say everything is fine.

Been going here for years. Ive run the gamet of doctors but for the past 2 years have been seeing Debbie Bernard, FNP is the absolute best. She is very personable and funny as well. Most of all she is thorough and really takes the time to listen to my concerns. (I have a lot.of them). I never feel rushed when there.She holds.me accountable to things I say I want regarding health goals. I am so thankful I have Dr. Bernard as a PCP.

I have gone to Sonoran Medical for a number of years, was introduced to them by wife’s family who had been going to them for quite some time. This place was awesome in the old building and when they first moved in to the new location. Things changed. I don’t know if a new ownership group has come in or what has happened but the care, focus and quality has disappeared. The front office staff before were smiling and professional, today they look like they just got out of bed and condescending. I love my NP’s Debbi Bernard and Amy Steinhoff but as of today, unfortunately I am looking for another group. I no longer get put with my same NP and get somebody new that knows nothing about my history. I called in yesterday to set an appointment because each year I get bronchitis. I set an appointment but received a call that my NP called out sick. So...the old Sonoran Medical would have tried to move heaven and earth to fit me in or at least say, we apologize we really want you to get in but have no availability, but in the event someone cancels or no shows we will call you. What did I get? Nada. Reschedule for tomorrow or go to Urgent Care!!! Urgent Care! Unbelievable. This is two horrible experiences in a row (won’t even talk about the last one) Don’t know what happened here but I am so frustrated and disappointed that after all these years and great years with Sonoran Medical as my family doctor I am over it and looking for a new practice.

This place is beyond terrible.I went to see Dr Wysong in January 2020 the first time . He was rude , hateful and could care less about my problem. Then he acted as if the pain in my side was not there. He blew me off. I went back and he sent me to another Doctor that was a gastroenterologist, he said he didn’t know why I was there to see him either.Finally after 6 months of terrible pain in my side and very weak , I went in again on a Friday to say that I’m so very sick, that took blood and that evening I lost my eye sightThe next morning Wysong had called my phone probably about 10 times. I ended up in the emergency room and stayed for 3 days…I was dying and my blood pressure was very low.They had to give me 4 units of blood and found That I had a severe bleeding ulcer.He is still rude and never once apologized for anything he did wrong.I’m new to Arizona and I need a caring and Attentive Doctor

I have had to fill out new patient paperwork THREE times there, even though I have been going there for almost 10 years. They are always running 30+ minutes behind. My last experience I went in for a hernia issue, and regardless of my ability to produce a negative covid test, because someone in my household had tested positive over a week ago, they told me after 45 minutes of waiting and completing the new patient paperwork that they will not see me and that I could instead pay for telehealth (huge scam). Never had pleasant experience here with the stone cold staff and doctors, and they are the reason I abhor doctors visits.

Sonoran Medical Center is the worst medical experience I have ever had! (And I am 67 years old.) I will call out three specific people who were not just rude and uncaring but they were actually mean!! First, Norma at the front desk; then Barb, Dr. Wysongs medical assistant; and lastly the clueless office manager, Meri. If you want your healthcare handled by the office staff instead of the doctor, then this is the place for you. They are terrible!

The worst customer service that I have ever experienced in a doctors office. I showed up early for a 9am appt. I wasnt taken to the back office until 40 minutes after my appt time. Then I sat in the exam room for another 40 minutes until I finally left and demanded my copay back. The office manager couldnt have cared less. I have never received a follow up from the doctors office. Apparently they have more patients than they know what to do with. And losing one means nothing to them. Sorry, but Sonoran has lost my business. I have yet to find a managed doctors group that treats their customers well.

They were rude and offered no instruction with the tablet or forms to fill out.However, the Doctors and Nurse Practitioners are really friendly and helpful. Dr. Evans refused to see my son for a sick visit. He had no fever and 2 negative Covid tests! What good is a doctor if we cant visit when were sick?! Im sorry but a virtual visit is not ok for everything. You lost a patient. Plus it was always impossible to get in the same day anyway.

I’ve been here a couple of times to establish care. The office staff have been friendly and my provider seemed ok. I completed a full history and physical two months ago and I called today for something for vertigo related to migraines. I have had migraines for 20 years and covered this during my physical. The MA called me back at the very end of the day and said they had no record of me having migraines and to drink ginger tea. Now I am forced to go to urgent care for something or likely miss another day of work. Absolutely ridiculous! Stay clear!! If they don’t document a medical condition I’ve had for 20 years at a history and physical I wonder what else they missed!

As a new-ish Senior, I visited Sonoran medical with severe and prolong left ankle pain. The assigned ortho specialist, Nurse Practitioner quickly dispatched me to get an x-ray at another facility. I did so immediately. After 7 days I called them and left a message. Shortly, I received a return message stating, that my ankle was not broke. I had questions. Did the x-rays show the beginnings of osteoarthritis or, bone spurs or, any number of X-ray-able issues that might have to do with my pain? I just wanted a short consult. the degree of care was so poor and such a waste of money and time, I wondered why I went there in the first place.

I called to establish care as a new patient and as soon as the receptionist found out my insurance type she became incredibly rude. She even hung up on me mid sentence. I know she’s working as a receptionist because she’s a millionaire, but can she leave the attitude at home? I’m seeing many complaints about the front desk and I’m glad to say I found another provider who treats me with respect.

Always running behind. Expect to wait 30 min to be seen after your appt time. Rude front staff and Dr. Wysong could care less. My wife set me an appt after avoiding this place for a couple years. Should have told here to cancel, I already new it would be a waste of time.Trust me find another group. Poorly managed and the doctors could care less. They will prescribe ibuprofen so they can bulk the system for another visit.

I love my NP Amy Steinhoff, however back in Sept i was having an issue and had to have an emergency appointment and was unable to get in with her so they stuck me with dr skelly . she is very rude and doesnt focus on the issue at hand. she was more worried about my weight and my future and me being diabetic all of which was under supervision f my NP Amy , and none of which was her business to discuss with me, as i was there for an unrelated issue that needed attention.

Front office staff is super rude. They are very short with the patients checking in. I have heard myself and 4 others just want to be helpful by letting the front office know we have lab work, not appointments. Their rudely respond, in a repeating manner you need to sign in. It doesnt make sense to sign in with lab work, hence checking it is ok. I would reevaluate who you chose to have be the first interaction with your company, rude is not what people like to work with.

I went in for back pain and was seen by Dr wysong. I had seen him previously for same problem and I didnt have a good first experience with him but thought maybe he was having a bad day or week, I was wrong he was exactly the same as last time he was late to appt , terrible follow up with me I have left many messages with no response and when I call in all I get is , we have left him a message and waiting for him to reply. Why would it take a doctor a week and a half to reply to a client in pain?

I havent had any issues with the providers here, theyve all been great and helpful. I do have to say though, the reception staff is as rude as they come. Every time I call in, they make me feel like I am inconveniencing them, they give me attitude, and they do not have customer service skills whatsoever. Other than that, the facility is nice and clean, and the physicians do their job well.

People there are not doing their job. I was told that they are sending my prescription electronically to my choice of pharmacy and nada! Called the next day, the prescription has not been sent in. I dont know whether this is a power game they are playing, but Im done! Looking for a different PCP. Are they always like this? They came highly recommended, but it seems that something is really fishy!

Front desk staff is not very friendly, always giving attitude on the phone and giving you the wrong information. I’ve been going here for years and they’ve never ran on time. Even checking in online doesn’t save you any time waiting. Simple check ups take forever. Lots of waiting time even in the examination room. Providers seem stressed and uninterested in actually providing quality care.

I was here today to see the gynecologist, this is my first time ever getting checked up and I was so nervous!! Every one was very nice and sweet and it was incredibly fast!! I went in to confirm a misdiagnosis from my dermatologist and Dr Rebecca confirmed what it was. She was not very helpful in my situation besides finding me a different specialist to help me. I also noted nothing over the counter was helping with the itching and pain. I was told if you need anything for pain go to the er.She prescribed the same thing the precious dr did and the only thing that was helpful was she confirmed the misdiagnosis. Every time I have gone there it has been nothing but a waste of time and money. I would not recommend to go there.....go somewhere where they can actually help you.

Absolutely horrible. I had an appointment at 3:30 and the Dr would not see me because I did not show up at 3:00. When I got the reminder call I was told once again that my appt was 3:30, which the front desk receptionist admitted to and she still pushed me off and said the Dr Jaquelin Belen would not see me. They didnt take into consideration that I took off work or anything, not to mention the receptionist lied about what the Dr told her. Absolutely inconsiderate staff and Dr.. If I could I would not have given them any stars. What a huge inconvenience smh.

Been going here for well over 10 years. I decide to do the phone counseling which was more convenient and relaxing for me. After 2 sessions they basically pawn me off to another doctor which forces me to no longer go here. I will not trust these people. The reason as to why they referred me, more like transferred me out of there was a completely misguided reason. Absolutely 100% FALSE. Went in today for a physical and was told at the front desk that I owed them $5 dollars from November of 2016. Really? They said they did not charge me correctly. Three people continued to tell me I had to pay the $5 dollars. I know its only $5 dollars. But come on we are now in 2018 this is from 2016. After asking if this was some kind of joke and them being very serious about the $5 dollars I gave them a $5 dollar bill an told them to send me a receipt. At this they replied that they dont send bills or receipt for anything under $10 dollars and I could pick it up when I came in next time. Really?
