I was a walk-in for a lab order and I went recently close to their opening time. The place was very clean and constantly calling people from the lobby, which made me feel comfortable with both having to wait for too long. There were 5-7 people before me and waited around 20-30 minutes.Esmeralda called me back and took my blood samples. I’m scared of needles but she was quick and gentle so I barely felt anything. She was really nice and put me at ease.

After a not so great experience at a location closer to my house, I decided to try this location for today’s labs. I arrived at 8:30 for my 8:45 appointment and was called back several minutes early. There is no front desk staff. The phlebotomists are handling all paperwork in the draw rooms. Esmeralda was so professional, quick and kind. My lab request from my doctor was sent to another location, not found in the system. Esmeralda showed me how to email the lab requests from my doctor portal to her directly.This will be my location of choice from now on!

As a Paramedic, Im very familiar with veins and know where my good access points and quirks such as rolling may occur. Lakisha was my phlebotomist today and she listened to me, getting me in 1 poke!She was friendly, courteous and professional.I had some labs already ordered but today while in the waiting room, I ordered 2 more and it was easy - pay by credit card and email the paperwork to front desk who got it added straight away!Clean place, fast service (I was a walk-in at 8:30am) and am now out writing this at 9:20am.Great choice for testing!

Nursing and staff who took my 2 yearand 10 month old daughters blood was awesome. We did bloodwork Friday 6/7/24 with a stat order. I went to her Dr to go over results today 6/12/24 and they never sent over the results and didn’t even develop them they could only fax over a partial results while I was at her office. Won’t be going here again for sure. Very upsetting cuz the nurses seemed to actually be good at the blood draw.

Absolutely unprofessional staff. Their website had an error and only allowed my coworker and I to sign up for an appointment on the 15th. We didnt realize it until we got there. I could not sign in for my appointment and wondered why. The girl with glasses at the front desk said, Your appointment is on the 15th. You cant sign in this early. Upon leaving, my husband randomly asked if an appointment was required. The same girl said, No. Thats why I told her she cant sign in yet. Made no sense, but we stayed. My coworker was never told she could be a walk in and she ended up making an appointment all the way at 40th Street and Bell. The girl who drew my blood was very sweet and did a great job.

Worst facility I have ever been to!I do not understand if you work in customer service why dont you serve your customers!?They are constantly away from the desk, they are not friendly at all!In on occasion I signed in and placed to be txtd, I would wait outside because it was too crowded, I waited an hour and went in to see if I was next anytime, and the lady proceeds to let me know oh I called u a while ago and you never showed up.....why do they have that option if they dont check where u are waiting!!!!??another occasion, ai just needed to drop off a specimen, no one was in the desk, someone shows up, just to tell me to sign in and wait.... well again more than an hour later I get to drop off my specimen.... wow! this place is not considerate about your time at all!!!!Im a nurse I work in healthcare so I knw how it is and regardless of all the excuses they might say.... customer service is first and we should always be considerate of peoples time!!!!!!!!

Made an appointment for july 5th. No warning of them being closed. They still let me make an appointment. I had to take time off of work in order to do this. Why was i able to make an appointment for this location that is closed? So stupid.There were other places opened at different locations but those locations are so far away.

The front desk gave me yucky vibes. She didnt welcome us in and when asked questions she just pointed to the kiosk. Maybe AI will replace them soon enough but definitely not impressed with them as of now. Maybe the supervisor should retrain them because they need it. Or just maybe kiosk should JUST BE PRESENTED and they no longer have a job (figners crossed) because that is basically what happened today. Also, not even a have a good day while we walking out, was also rude and ignored my 3 year old. The bloodwork was impressive but the Front desk.. nopeIf I was the manager they would be goneNegative 10 stars if I could

This location used to be great years ago but not anymore before the PANDEMIC. They used to be scheduling only, now they take walk in in which they clearly cant handle. Im sure the staff is doing their best but there should be no excuses for how long one has to wait to be seen MORE THAN AN HR. They state you can watch for your turn on the monitor but the system is down. I definitely will not be returning to this location under NO circumstances.

I had a bad experience with my labs at my PCP and I was very scared of doing another one anywhere else. I don’t do needles well and I always tell staff you get one poke only. The young lady that cared for we did an amazing job. Although I was scared, did not know what to expect and hesitant, she did not realize how she made me feel comfortable. She told me she was doing a deep poke. I’m use to that, because my veins never sit high. She was in and out in less Han 10 min and able to fill 5 or 6 tubes. I told here that I was poked 5-6 times at my PCP office and was told they couldn’t get any blood flow. So when it’s time for labs again, I will request a script to Sonora Quest. Thank you for earning my trust.

Staff do not greet you, give you attitude & are very rude, you can even listen to other people receiving attitude as well during your wait, such a terrible place. I do not recommend this Sonora quest location, i will definitely not be coming back to this location. I had a hard time giving this place a 1 star.

The receptionist and Laquisha, who drew my blood, were outstanding!!! I am appalled their website points out their LGBTQ+ friendly. I guess we’re all humans so why do they feel it’s necessary to mention that? Again, we’re all human beings. In my opinion, they should also state they’re non-LGBTQ+ friendly as well.

This was my first time at this location. I needed to take my one-year old son for some bloodwork. Everyone was amazing. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.We had the pleasure of getting Mrs. Robbie to draw his labs. She was extremely friendly and made sure to be very gentle with my son. She even prayed over him after us talking about how he has been sick, which I found refreshing.We will definitely be back to this location for all our labs needs.

The staff was friendly and helpful towards my wife, but they like to gossip about their employees or fellow coworkers. I heard this when I was at their sliding window to turn in paperwork. Id recommend their management consider talking to the staff about this, as this isnt fair for the employee or ex-employee (subject of gossip) especially if the said employee had their reprimand or whatever disciplinary action already. Simply put,this is unprofessional conduct altogether. If I can hear this, then Im sure others can, and Im sure the company wouldnt want the wrong person to chime in.

GLENDALE OFF 101 LOCATOON. I have to say this is the worst office staff in Arizona. They are unprofessional, rude, and clearly DO NOT know what they are doing. The girl at the front naridia nordia? Was clueless as to what she saw saying about my lab order, took it right over to a different location with NO PROBLEMS. You all really need training, as some of us needed our appointments kept. Do not go here if you need things done right.I will be filing an official complaint.

I am so thankful and appreciative. Ive had really negative and painful experiences in the past with getting blood work due to my veins being small and rolling. I got to work with Tammy and she listened to me of my worries and it was a quick and painless experience. I feel beyond grateful to have worked with her as I was dreading this for a while. Went to this location to get a routine blood test. The location was very clean. Robbie did my lab work and not only was she amazing with getting my blood on the first try but she was the sweetest. She has this really warm energy. If you are anxious about lab work, this location might be a good option. Robbie was very quick and it was pain free. She also had a very soothing voice.

Service would have 5 stars by the tech. Robbie was knowledgeable, sweet, and humorous. And quick and efficient.4 stars the receptionist. A bit on the short side with answers about a check in machine that wasnt working properly.All in all, a pleasant experience. Id come back for further work.

Walked in. Nobody in the facility. But not allowed to be seen without appointment. So came back the next day. Nobody at window for 25 minutes. Did the electronic sign in. 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, I was called back. I had to be stuck 3 times and I ended up bruising badly and getting a large painful hematoma. The tech was clearly new and it just sucked. I will not be back.

This is the only location I prefer coming to. Staff is always friendly, love how it is appointment only, my veins are hard to work with but each time they know where to go and usually get me on the first try. I have never had an issue with the staff, it is clean and not crowded like other locations that are walk in.

I called this location to make sure they were able to do the test I had for my kids, I also asked if they take kids. I told them I would be in shortly. I get there and a man by the name of Anthony ( I think) greeted me very coldly, not a hi, not a smile; Just coldly, do you have an appointment. I told him I did not and he snapped at me, this location is appointment only, it says so on the door. Why wasnt I told this when I called? I had two young children with me so sorry I didnt see the small print on the door as I was making sure my children did not go into the road. I asked the man if they had an appointments today, he looked annoyed and looked at his schedule. I then asked if he had a list of the other locations so I could go elsewhere without an appointment, he was not happy about that, and begrudgingly went to find me a list. When he handed me the list. when he did this, I also asked how do I know how much they charge me ( i wasnt sure how billing works). He said I cant tell you without your orders ( everywhere else I have ever been can just look at the orders in the computer.) I told him I was just sent the two boxes from the lab requesting them and that I did not open it, all he did was shrug and snap at me cant do anything without the orders At this point another man ( I wish I had his name he was amazing, he has a Mohawk and earrings and super nice) he took the time to actually open the box and look to see what was in there to see how he can help. The orders were in the box. At this point the rude employee said give me this and yanked the paper with the other locations on it out of my hands and walked away. I was just standing there in shock. I kindly asked the other man ( with the Mohawk) Can I please have another sheet so I can try to find a place to take my kids for this test. He told me not to worry and that they will take me this time and its OK. I was seriously on the verge of tears from the rude man. I am so thankful the kind employee came out and actually took the time to help me. I was already stressed as I have young kids and they were about to have blood drawn and would be very upset. and the rude man made it 10x worse. I am so thankful for the kind employee ( the Mohawk and earrings) and the lady who drew the blood. They were super sweet to the kids, and were able to get them t hold still and did not get upset when my kids screamed. I really hope something is done about the rude employee.

I had a scheduled appointment and they took the “late comers” who had an appointment 15 and one 30 mins that came in after me because they were late. I had to wait for them and my so called appointment took 40 mins before I was seen. Now if you have an appointment you should come at that time those people should’ve had to wait for us people that had scheduled appointments. I just use your facility because it’s convenient and close to the house but if I had to I would go somewhere else. Some of the people that work in there also are not very friendly and it would about kill them to say hello to you.

So I had scheduled @ the Sonora Quest in Banner Medical Center, when I got there I was disgusted,it was dirty,no one but staff wearing a mask!! And it was so packed!!! So I left immediately!!😷😬Rescheduled with Sonora Quest near Westgate and I was very impressed to see that this is a well cared for place, friendly people work there,and the kiosks actually work! Super happy that they were so quick too😍🙂😃!!!! I WONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE FROM NOW ON!! THANK YOU TO THE STAFF @ 99TH AND GLENDALE!!!GREAT JOB!!!

Hard to get to the location. Front desk attendants are very rude and belittling.The only reason I didnt rate this a 1 star is because Robbie, the sweet lady who draws the blood, is amazing and makes it worth it. She is the best part about this place.

This place is still rude and still disrespectful. Doctors think that they just have to send over paperwork and thats your appointment. Were not being told that we have to make an appointment first with you guys you guys are the one special lab that is by appointment only you think youre the Ritz or something your front desk lady is super rude and I am seeing a trend here do not even bother telling me sorry and some BS response youre not this is a year later and the same thing is still being said you have to ask yourself is it the clients or is it the policy. also from the sounds of it you guys cant stick somebody in the arm without ruining their veins Im glad I didnt have to get my blood drawn here hopefully you guys lose all your business and have to shut down but make an appointment before you shut down.

My daughter had an appointment today, and when I came in the receptionist was snooty. The doctors that was supposed to draw her blood did a bad job at ensuring where the vein was and basically just started poking her arms blind and would give up after a few seconds. Had to have other people come in just to finally get the job done. Im never bringing her back here.

I was apprehensive coming here, due to reviews.I got there on time for my appt at 10 and was out before 10:30 am. The receptionists were professional and nice. The phlebotomist was a total sweetheart and I didn’t feel the needle at all. I would have been out earlier but didn’t realize that the doctor ordered a urine sample, so that took awhile.So not sure if they completely did an overhaul or what. I sure didn’t have the same experience as a lot of reviewers.I wish I had gotten names but I’m terrible with them anyways. This will be my lab from now on as my previous one closed and I found out I’m not a fan of the other popular lab.

Great front desk staff. Sorry I didnt get her name. Doctors orders were not there and she helped me get them uploaded and then right in for appointment. Juanita drew blood and was quick, friendly, no pain, no fuss or muss, no bruising.

They are unorganized. I scheduled my appointment and had to reschedule it for another day. When I logged out to my portal to verify my time and it no longer told me I was schedule for my rescheduled time and date. I called and they were unable to tell me what happened or couldn’t get me in since I had proof and scheduled for that day. I tired it again and it did the same exact thing! If you are rescheduling make sure you call so make sure your appointment went through.

This is now my SECOND time doing this due to only two different visits. Brianna (the receptionist) had the utmost nastiest attitude, and horrid customer service. I had an issue at the deer valley location, and I was contacted by a supervisor for them to make it right; they then scheduled me an appointment at this location, and I was immediately met with disrespect and pushed away immediately when I showed up. They didn’t have my papwork, but knew my name and I’ve been to the other location AND HAD AN APPOINTMENT THAT DAY that was made by the supervisor (Chrissy) over the phone. There isn’t enough space on here for me to get into all the terrible practices of customer service that i witnessed in only two times ever going to Sonora Quest. These guys are the most disorganized, rude, dismissive staff you will ever deal with. It took 2 visits for them to get 2 bad reviews. Do the math

Sonora Quest should really consider training their staff on how to treat people with dignity. I needed a JC-Virus test, and the lady told me “No we don’t take this insurance” I said “Ok, I understand that, but this is the place I have been getting the test. Biogen (my medication company) is taking care of the test.” Then she gets snooty and has major attitude and goes to ask another girl. The other girl comes in and tells me the same thing, “We don’t accept this insurance”, all the while the original lady is back there huffing and puffing about what I was trying to tell her. Right in front of me and my son. Very unprofessional and outrageous. Then the second lady to tell me that they don’t take my insurance checked with the lab tech and came back and told me “Well some of us are new so you have to tell us all of that” and then rolls her eyes and squints at me! So I responded back, “Yes, I was just telling the other lady that and I told you that but you guys REFUSED to listen to me.” But I’m the bad guy. How about apologizing for not knowing and apologize for being very rude and not listening.I’m giving this place three stars only because the lady that drew my blood was very polite and understanding towards me. She treated me like a human being. She also acknowledged the fact that the two first girls that helped me should not treat me the way that they did.

They do not take walk ins! Dont even try. Despite the fact that the waiting room was completely EMPTY, they turned me away. Said their soonest appt was 2 hours later. So I had to drive to Arrowhead, where they ONLY take walk ins, and of course the entire waiting room is filled - literally standing room only. And theyre calling people back so slowly it seems like they only have like 1 phlebotomist working, and whoever it is, is taking their sweet damn time. Ridiculous. Ive been here over 20 min and theyve only called 2 people back.

I was at this location with my mother today and the rude woman behind the counter Briana hurt her when she was trying to draw her blood. The woman did not bother to apologize and proceeded to blame my mom for moving her arm. When we asked her for a number to call and file a complaint and name she still had an attitude as if she had done something wrong. We defenitely will not be returning to this location at all.

I just want to give a big thank you to cithaly and Miriam they did such a great job on my blood work.I have such a hard time getting blood drawn that other clinics leave my arms hurting not these two wonderful ladies I will be coming back here for all my blood work or lab orders they are super friendly and understanding I recommend them especially if you have kids.

This place will lie to you! Stay away from here. They will not offer covid19 testing unless you have a doctors order! I drove 100 miles to see this laboratory, parked my ride, texted the clinic, within seconds a lady called and me said you have doctors orders? I said no, your website didn’t specify I needed one. Furthermore she said, their laboratory was private- that maybe I can go to Maryvale High School for a free test, so I said that’s fine I’ll pay for the test cash, then hung up on me, called back and no answer.

I recognize the medical folks are stressed by this covid time I am ignorant of the correct wording to use to get the correct response I intend.I was so frustrated with the two woman at the Covid center.
