Everything was great. I showed up sooner than my appt slot. They got me in right away! The provider was great and she was fun. Great price for a sports physical. Staff was quick and accurate. Great job guys!
Front desk was awesome. very hospitable and friendly and got me in immediately. however the nurse practitioners advice wasn’t very helpful to what i needed and they didn’t have an xray either. they put me on a prescription and chose the option that charged me 180 more that a similar option and it wasn’t even strong enough so i only took two doses of it.
I received better care here than I have from any doctor, ever. The people working here truly care and that is a magical thing. I wish this doc could be my primary care physician! NextCare, I hope you are taking as good care of these angels as they are of your patients!
Easy online appointment, location convenient, waiting room, restrooms and back room were all nicely cleaned and disinfected. As for the staff upfront and in the back were all highly professional. If you need to be seen , feel you’ve been heard and understood go see Dr. Melissa Pannell , highly recommended! Thank you!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Check in was fast and easy. The provider was wonderful! She was easy to talk to, quick, addressed the problem and got us out of there. She took care of every issue that my son was having and was very thorough. We will definitely be back if needed!
I went in with a Migraine. And left with a Migraine. Because the Nurse Practitioner was playing DR and said because she had seen me for a Migraine the day b4. I couldnt get another shot for my Migraine. So I had to go home and deal with it. She wanted to send me to the ER and sit there for 20 hours to get a scan of my head to get a shot for my Migraine.Usually I get nice Drs at the 43rd Ave and Peoria location. Not this day she is very rude and pushy when she checks you out
It was easy to schedule an appointment here while visiting my sister. Erin, the nurse practitioner, was amazing. She listened carefully and took extra time with me and showed great compassion. I would definitely choose to come to this urgent care in the future should the need arise.
The doctor her self was amazing. Very reassuring. Visit was fast, I was in and out in 30 minutes. The said they were sending over a prescription to my pharmacy when I was leaving. My pharmacy never received it. I ended up having to call another NextCare to have it sent over because this one was closed. Thankfully they were able to send it. I called the pharmacy to make sure they received it which they did, however they stated where ever it was initially called in at had already billed my insurance so now I had to pay 100% out of pocket for the medication.
Other than kind of long wait time we were satisfied with visit. Nurse practitioner was especially great with her friendly upbeat personality and was thorough . Support staff were also friendly and gentle with my daughter. Would recommend them to anybody who needs care
I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours while staff was on their phones and wouldn’t answer any questions about when I was supposed to be seen I’d recommend going anywhere else or just stay sick in bed it’ll do you a lot better than to deal with the amount of attitude these “nurses” have. I hope someone comes to supervise this location and sees what kind of dump it’s become.
I did get the help I needed and I was treated kindly and respectfully.I am only posting 4 stars instead of 5 because I scheduled my appointment at 10 and the website told me there were zero patients being helped and I could choose to walk in for faster service. When I got there the lobby was packed. I got there at 9:20 and had all my patient forms and id’s uploaded to the patient portal before I even checked in and I waited until 10:20 to be taken back to a room then I had to wait 20-30 minutes more and thankfully I had the time to deal with that today or else I would’ve been asking somebody why they even kept my 10am appointment when I was still not helped until 20-40 mins later which the doctor who was very lovely and professional only needed to look inside my ears to see they were swollen it just took a lot of time and I went to an urgent care because I wanted to get in and out fast but besides not being able to get in and out fast as I’d hoped (and sometimes you aren’t in and out at other urgent cares too it happens) this is my only complaint thank you for taking care of me todY
Id prefer to give 0 stars. Dont bother scheduling an appointment 2 days in advance, completing your paperwork in advance and showing up 10 mins early like they request that you do because you still wont be seen even 20-30mins after youve arrived. They will continue to take the walk-ins and your appointment DOES NOT MATTER TO THEM. So dont waste your time. APPOINTMENTS DO NOT MATTER TO THEM. YOU WILL NOT BE SEEN ANYWHWERE NEAR YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. Plan on having to wait an hour or more even with an appointment and all paperwork done in advance. There is absolutely no reason for appointments because they do not honor them. I did everything asked of me including showing up 10 mins early. I actually showed up 12 mins early. Did not matter. Whats the point of making appointments??? I could understand 5 to 10 mins after appointment time but when its going on 30 mins to an hour and i havent even gotten my blood pressure done!? Not to mention thats what i was trying to be seen for. Its honestly a matter of life and death for me. Cant get my blood pressure medicine to save my life. Then i guess ill just die cause these people dont keep appointment times. Right on!
I was in and out in about 35 mins. Online scheduling was easy. I filled everything out online, so I didnt need to do anything when I arrived. Staff was friendly and professional. Very clean. I will be coming back here again. I do recommend this provider.
The provider was sincerely the nicest medical professional I’ve encountered in many years. And I see too many doctors. We were there for my daughter to get a sports physical so it wasn’t about me. My daughter is sort of a difficult teenager and other doctors have openly expressed their annoyance with her…. This provider was somehow the exact energy we needed. I know it seems silly but I appreciated her so much. And the front desk lady was the sweetest too. Like I genuinely felt comfortable with them in a weird way- they were great. Unlike the other location we had gone to earlier that day- where the provider said they couldn’t do the sports physical because it was for boxing… Every other kid got their physical done at urgent care but that provider at 53rd and Thunderbird said we had to go to a primary care physician. That would’ve cost way more money and time. A sports physical is only $25 at urgent care- thankfully the 43rd Ave and Peoria location handled it.
What amazing service!I went for TB test and the service was very quick even if I just walked In. I was charged $30 for Skin TB test and the results are available in 24 hours. The staff was really welcoming and gave me more details about other Healthcare plans available that most people with no health insurance can enjoy. Keep it up.
Went in for a right hand pain didn’t resolve the issue looked in my hand and prescribe me naproxen and told me to get an x-ray next day still in pain naproxen not working probably will not come back Just take my chances we’re going to the ER thought I’d be able to get help a lot quicker. I am serious. Can’t even lift my baby right now because I am in pain thanks but no thanks wasn’t a good visit.
The provider, Jennifer, was so amazing! She answered questions and went above and beyond without making me feel like she was annoyed. The only thing that sucks here is the wait. Even tho I made an appt it was an hour until I was seen.
Terrible terrible terrible service!!!!! I will never go back to that hell just to wait hours on hours and not get any help. From the front lady to all the ladies in the back on their phones with attitudes and absolutely no help whatsoever I hope this place gets shut down terrible service extremely disappointed the lady that came to help me was asking me questions as if I was the doctor asking me questions I should’ve been asking her not a single person in there looked like they knew what they were doing I hope they were on their phones to look up some sort of help or solution on why this place is so terrible
I cut my thumb and it had not stopped bleeding after an hour of pressure. I walked into Nextcare, signed in, handed the woman my ID and insurance, sat down. Less than 2 minutes later I was called to the back and received a text to finish the paperwork. Super easy!!. Very friendly, professional staff. I would definitely recommend Nextcare.
The day before I came in I had symptoms of an ear infection that I wanted to get ahead of the curve of to prevent my symptoms (loss of hearing and pain when yawning) from worsening. The scheduling and ease of attending here was simple. However, for a 4 minute discussion with the doctor paying an absurd $256 is insane. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE ON A BUDGET. $256 dollars got me a 4 minute visit with an MD and confirmation that I HAD NO EAR INFECTION. That’s it.
Im glad that they took in walk-ins, when we checked in they had us all use our phone to check in which I liked since everyone had their own germs. the staff were friendly and caring while waiting the the room it was quite a while wait but they were able to help us out so it was worth the wait. I definitely would recommend this but if possible schedule online first.
While I did wait longer than my scheduled appointment, it was completely understand considering there was one provider and an emergency circumstance, and completely worth it! They were considerate, quick and thorough.
Well had appointment but it took over an hour to be seen but everyone was friendly and polite the np was very through and seemed like she really cared about my problem and didnt rush theexamination she took her time. O ly complaint from me is the waiting longer then expected.
If you want a job that requires you to be on your phone and have terrible attitude towards people then work this is the job for you! Terrible place terrible people long wait time. Came early so there wouldn’t be a long wait but what can you do if everybody is glued to their damn phone.
Would give 5 stars except for the wait to see the dr and I didnt see anyone else in there , but the people are great very nice and the woman at the front desk that checks you in is very friendly and nice , it is hard to find good experiences with people these days and this place has the right people , had an excellent experience
When I walked in within seconds I was all checked in and ready for a quick game of word search before I could start my first game they called my name . we went over my vitals then symptoms next I saw the doctor she did the examination and laid out a plan for treatment and we were done and out the door. Everyone was so helpful, professional , and very polite.
THEE BEST EXPERIENCE at an urgent care. EVER. Smooth , efficient, and top quality healthcare in a jiffy. Highly recommend.
Was looking to go to another urgent care but the wait time was an hour and half. I decided on this urgent care instead and there was a short wait and the staff was professional and handled me and my son with care. I will definitely be going back here! Thank you guys for the great service we received!
I went in for an issue with my eye and the provider, the nurse, and the front desk staff were all very friendly! No offense to urgent cares, but most of the time the front desk ladies are not that kind, however, my experience today with the front desk ladies was extremely pleasant we even chit-chatted for a few minutes. Its always a scary situation when something is going on with your eyes and they were very comforting and handled everything with care.
Had a fever for few days and went to urgent care. I filled out the info on my phone and was called back shortly. The dr was caring and prescribed me meds and note for work. Wait time was little. I was in and out within an hour! I would definitely go there again if needed. I recommend this provider!
Sure walk ins are welcome but be prepared to wait 2 and a half hours minimum to be seen. They only have one doctor which isnt even a doctor its a nurse, which is posted but why only one. She is nice but not thorough at all. Honestly it felt like they were too busy to deal with my issue and just said follow up with your doctor or you can go to the emergency room. Why would I go to the ER if nothings wrong. Complete waist of time!
Made an apt on a Saturday for my son who was showing signs of infection. Was able to get in first thing Sunday morning. In and out and the all the staff were amazing. Nurse practioner heard my concerns and treated correctly. Love this location and staff
NextCare was great! Little wait time and they got right down to business. The nurse genuinely cared about how I felt and the treatment courses.
Cut my little finger on Sunday night and cant stop bleeding. I call and schedule the appointment, it was easy and no need to wait for a long time. Receptionist, Provider and all staff are polite and patience. The Provider carefully to take care of my wound. Highly recommend. Thank you
NextCare has changed my opinion to the urgent care system. They offer an affordable and flexible coverage plan for the no insurance people. They are very helpful and supportive of any questions you have. Special thanks to Emily, she handled our case in a very efficient and profound manner.
Amazing staff, barely any wait time, very compassionate people. I really appreciate the care my son received today, you guys rock!
Awesome front desk lady, awesome doctor. No complaints with service. However, I made an appointment for 10:20 and wasnt seen until 11:30.
Amazing experience! front desk lady is the sweetest and is very patient! would 10/10 recommend.
I have Covid. I was not given a prescription. I was told to treat Covid like a cold. It is not a cold. It’s Covid. I couldn’t have meds for Covid because the med would interfere with my statin. There was no discussion about other meds or if I could stop the statin to take plaxovid? There are other meds also that my friends took.I feel ignored. I want a med that will attack Covid better than OTC stuff.
If I could give zero stars I would; this place is so unprofessional, I waited two hours, none of my questions were answered, they were all just on the phone, I wasn’t given any medication. On top of how unprofessional they were; they still had me pay when they didn’t even do anything.
Dr. Moayer was wonderful and knowledgeable she made me feel so comfortable and had me in and out quickly. You can tell she cares and loves what she does she was awesome. Made the experience as great as it can be for a medical situation lol
Staff very friendly. The wait time was not that long for a urgert care at all. The woman dr I had was amazing
Everyone was friendly and helpful. I didn’t get anyones names but I was so out of it. I was in so much pain. From the front desk receptionist to the medical assistant to the doctor everyone help me from the time I got there to the time I left. Thank you all again for the great service
I was looking for an urgent care with X-ray and was told over the phone that they have X-Ray capabilities. I went in and was examined and then given a script to go elsewhere for an X-ray. I should have asked why, but I didn’t and after I left, I was wondering why I didn’t get everything done there.
I went to the clinic on Peoria and 43rd avenue. It was very clean and the girls there were very polite and helpful. They even got a wheelchair for me when they saw I had difficulty walking. It was pretty busy and I had a small wait time in the waiting room but I had almost no wait time when I was in the examination room. The nurse listened very well as did the doctor and they attended to my needs in record time and I was on my way!! So I really do give them five stars, they did a great job and I greatly appreciate them being there and their service. I would recommend this NextCare to anyone for any of their medical needs!
Awesome service & clean environment. The staff was great and the doctor was very patient and friendly with my son. Definitely recommend this place.
GREAT experience! Had to leave work due to a swollen, sore knee.... From the office check-in crew, to the intake nurse and radiation tech, Emily as well as Dr.Melissa Pannell... Prompt service, very hospitable and made you feel comfortable... Knee brace is already helping! Thanks everyone @ NextCare!
I had Ana amazing experience. I was given all the scripts I needed. The Doctor or Nurse Practitioner (not sure what she was) Melissa was amazing. I still don’t know exactly what’s wrong with me because they didn’t test me for anything. Hopefully the meds work!
The wait times were really long but they let us know that there was only one doctor on site so it was understandable. The front desk lady is super helpful and they were quick to get me my medications.. I wanted to leave a review because I lost my prescription medication and they did not have to send another one through for me but they did anyway. I am beyond grateful and I appreciate you guys very much!
The online scheduling is easy to use. My care person FNP HOLLY MCINTYRE WAS OUTSTANDING! I truly felt like my needs and concerns were a focus and addressed completely.
Really great experience. I did all of my info online scheduled online as well. I was called back within 10 minutes of check in triaged and seen got everything i needed and everyone was very professional and efficient. Wendy FNP was great with my son and not only explained everything to me but also my son.
The staff were all very friendly and the doctor was great! I got in and out pretty efficiently.
Second visit was odd it was a lady asking me about my personal drug choice constantly and, asking why am I tired repeatedly .and it didnt have nothing to do with my situation... Clearly a racist with the sarcasm talk other than that Ive been treated well.
The wait and the doctor were wonderful but because its probably a pinched nerve, she couldnt help me. I need an mri or blood work. They are pretty limited in what they can do
The staff are professional and took great care of me while I was feeling sick, thier humanity shows in the great service I received while I was there
I showed up and the staff were helpful and courteous. They were able to help me and I’m already better from what the Dr. prescribed me.
This has been the best urgent care experience. I have had in my lifetime.Highly recommend this location.
Zero long waits... once you see the doctor you cant get a prescription. A medication I have been on for five years. Not even 3 days to help me make it through the same night visit to the ER room. Shame on you
Great place. The ladies there were kind and fast. Felt taken care of. I went right at opening and didn’t have to wait very long. And it works nicely that there a target right there if needed to grab medication after your visit. Glad I went in to care for my needs and calm my mind. The visit costed me $75 and I am covered my Cigna. :)
Scheduled an appointment got in right away had a change in medical insurance provider they took care of it right away solid doctor was diagnosed with what I assumed and got treatment and was out the door within a half an hour
I was in and out and taken care of! My provider was terrific! Thanks so much, Im already feeling better!
The lady at the front was extremely rude. Needs to learn how to speak to people in a civilized manner. Telling people that multiple people cannot enter in the back with the family is understandable but what is unacceptable is the tone and how she said it, being rude is not normal and I hope she learns how to speak to others in a respectful now onward.
The whole schedule a appointment is for what exactly.I scheduled appointment for 6pm.I received a text saying be here at 545.I get here at 540.I get called back at 10 after 6.As Im still sitting back here waiting, all I can hear is people talking about things that dont pertain to work.Im disappointed.
They were quick and kind. Helped my daughter with an ear infection. Great experience.
Very busy location but staff was friendly. Dr on duty was really nice and took her time to explain everything
Front desk person was polite and efficient. The medical provider was helpful and I will use this location in the future.
A really nice professional family practitioner took really good care of me I really enjoyed the experience and I found her to be professional and thorough I cant say Im over COVID yet but Im sure that Im headed in the right direction so Id like to say thank you to her and next time I need urgent care I know where Ill go.
I am happy that its open on weekend. I just wish That there were more doctors available. The way it was long but not too bad.
Holly, the nurse practitioner, who helped us with my son’s sport’s physical, was so good with both of my kids. She was informative, compassionate, and personable. I was honestly surprised to have such a great experience at an urgent care. I wish we could see her regularly. Thanks so much for your expertise, kindness and hospitality. These are not often offered in places with affordable care. 🤍
Everything went great. The staff was awesome, And they got me in and out in a short amount of time . Thank you very much 😊
My ring finger is healing wonderfully now that you gave me a second dose of antibiotics. You have all been so kind and helpful. Keep up the good work.Patricia Ann Sievers
Everyone here is stupid, lazy, and pathetic for not doing their job the correct way. I waited here for nothing AND STILL ENDED UP PAYING?!? Disrespectful workers do better NOW! 🤬
Honestly blown away by the quality of the staff here. All of the young ladies here were incredibly kind, informative and helpful. Seriously super impressed by the amazing attitudes of the employees here. I never have good experiences at Urgent Care, but this time I left feeling feeling really good. All of the staff are amazing, but I really liked the young lady at the front desk. She was very sweet and friendly. Highly recommend!
Very nice, knowledge, professional staff. Little pricy with deductible I wasnt expecting. Guess that wasnt their fault.
This place was horrible the employees were extremely rude everyone was on their phones did not answer any questions I had. The doctor did not help or prescribed absolutely anything.
Very quick and thorough service, every staff member (especially my doctor) were very nice and helpful and made me feel so comfortable! Thank you so much!
Fast and very friendly staff. Walked in limping and came out feeling 100% better with a knee brace and X-rays done in a timely manner. Thank you NextCare
The doctor was amazing and saved me. I ended up being extremely dehydrated and he sent me to the er.
The staff was courteous and they saw me quickly. I would definitely go back
I was seen quickly. The doctor and nurse were excellent and worked diligently to help solve my ear issue. They were very attentive and thorough
Cut my finger needed stitches. Came in and they took care of me quickly. Jennifer was awesome explaining everything and stitching me up.
Staff was very polite and patient along with the doctors, they listen to my symptoms. They ran some tests and found out I came down with the flu and got me what I needed this is definitely my urgent care to go to.
Im on Medicare plan through United Health Care called Dual Complete and NEVER have a copay. Two girls who work the front desk at 43rd & Peoria kept ARGUING w/me about paying my $40 copay. VERY humiliating since other patients able to hear.I continually said NEVER is there a copay, ever! The girl on the left said maybe youd better talk to your health care.I looked at her & asked, So are you telling me, unless I pay $40 youre NOT going to treat me? She said no.I look right at her again and say, By the way...United Health Care IS the one who TOLD ME-it IS against the law for ANY provider to bill me, because of the plan I am on. On occasion I receive a statement from providers. I call them and explain-its an accident & they promptly reverse the bill.WHY should I have to go into such depth w/these (obviously) very rude girls?! I shouldnt!!! One replied, well thats what our computer said.I DONT care...you dont humiliate people in public like that, especially when they are there in an emergency situation!I reminded her I normally go to 19th Ave & Northern-however, they were closing & sent me over here. Ive NEVER paid a copay THERE. Dont you see my prior couple of visits in the computer showing NO co-pays over the last ten years or so???She said she doesnt see that location! I think she was lying...my prior visits HAVE to show!I was treated VERY nice by the young man who did my intake after I got to the back. And the same goes for the nurse practioner, Jennifer, who tried to assess my injury.Briefly explaining what happened with the 2 girls upfront, I was told about Betty, the manager who oversees BOTH the 19th Ave AND 43rd Avenue locations, whom I definitely will be speaking with today.Im a very nice person. I dont abuse the system. I ALWAYS treat everyone politely, with respect-EXACTLY how Id like to be treated.WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH SOCIETY?Why is there NO compassion? Especially when youre not feeling well...Jennifer DID suggest I call a skin doctor.
The staff was kind and patient with everyone. The doctor took her time listening and evaluating me.
3-17-24This time we went in because my 95 year old mother needed stitches for a hand wound, after she fell. Everyone treated her with amazing care and sweetness. I love this urgent care! I highly recommend them!July 2022I called to verify capabilities to do xray. The person was friendly and created appointment for me.Upon arrival I was treated kindly, and with great concern and care. Every person I had contact with was super friendly! Id go back again. Beats going to Emergency room!
They were quick, efficient, friendly and helpful. Front office staff was great, nurse and NP were friendly and knowledgeable.
Don’t go ! Dr just treated me like I was a dumb bum and wouldn’t help. Said I didn’t have a sinus infection but I have head pressure congestion fluid in my ears my nose is swollen inside and a but red but I’m ok smh . Then says it’s probably an upper respiratory infection but before this said my lungs were good like I don’t think she knows what she’s talking about!
Very pleased with how nice they were and quick to get you taken care of. Super bad ear infection they diagnosed real quick and sent my medication to my nearest pharmacy for me. Spent an hr here when it wouldve been atleast 3 to 4 elsewhere
The Visit was fine but the Pharmacy only got one prescription. I called nextcare back and they were supposed to call in the other 2 prescriptions, but they also called in the same prescription that we picked up. Try calling back today twice. No answer I dont know what else to do.
Was super sick with body aches, fever and pain in my throat. And went in as a walk in. Everyone was super nice from the receptionist to the nurse taking the vitals to the doctor who saw me Dr.Theressa Miller. She was very nice and attentive with me . This clinic is very professional and I truly recommend them. I also enrolled in their discount program because I dont have health insurance and saved my self thousands instead of going to the ER. My test came back positive for strep🤒
I had a scheduled appt and the wait time was over 1 hour. The service was friendly.
Great staff, great service, they made me feel very comfortable.🙂
Great care and with a good members programs that lowers the cost of a visit highly recommend
Front desk staff is very rude, I don’t recommend going to this place. She needs adjust her attitude.
They have false advertising that they have an Xray machine and Lab on site. Its a waste of time going there when you need those.
Staff was friendly. The wait was short (for being a walk-in). The doctor was compassionate & knowledgeable. They are quick, but not careless, in getting people back in a timely manner.
The experience was fast efficient and effective. The doctor was honest and extremely knowledgeable.
Ally is such a doll and super friendly. Front desk staff was great too. I checked in at 7:39pm on a Wednesday and was out of there by 8:10pm. They were kind, compassionate and made sure I was comfortable. I’ve been in and out of a lot of urgent cares and this is one of the best I’ve come across.
Immediately emailed paperwork to fill out. Was seen in a timely manner. Medical staff efficient, attentive & understood multiple issues resulting in accurate & concise diagnosis/treatment
I didn’t have to wait too long and the staff was awesome.
Very friendly and professional got the job done. Im happy another satisfied client
I came in today and could barely talk, I tested positive for strep throat. The staff moved very quickly with the strep test and even gave me a antibiotic shot in the office to get it kicked started as I was in a lot of pain. I am very happy with the service and staff. Thank you!
Excellent staff and doctor!! I definitely recommend coming here.
They weren’t able to resolve my issues completely, but they were able to do what would have been done anywhere else and they were great at it… everything I would expect at a medical facility. Though the PA made no promises, she did give me excellent options so that I left better informed and in at least a far better frame of mind than when I came in.
Happy I went in today. Happened to only have a few people ahead of me so I was seen fairly quick. Hopefully the issue will be resolved with the medicine but I can honestly recommend this location based on the service I received today
Staff is friendly and professional. Waiting room and patient rooms are clean. Be prepared to wait a while as there will be a lot of people, especially at flu season. Highly recommend this place.
I am so thankful I went. The medication I was given, started working for the pain immediately as soon as the needle was removed. I came home, went to sleep immediately. First sleep I had in three days. Thank you Theresa for helping me.❤️
The male young Dr they have is so sexy like never wanted to be sick just so I can see him again ufff but he was very professional …
The place is Pretty busy I would say make an appointment but staff and nurse practitioner was very good and had make sure my son was in good care. Thank you for all your hard work ❤️
Overly long wait just to be called back to wait about an hour before even seeing anyone. Picking and choosing who they want to wear masks, youd think they would have covid-19 test recipients would be made to wear a mask but its the complete opposite. Definitely quicker to just go to a dignity health stand alone er.The facility used to be very nice and well ran, but not any more
They stopped taking patients before 8 though their website says they will take you until closing. My son is sick and the provider decided she didnt want any more patients at 7:45.
They saw my infected finger. They gave me antibiotics and an antibiotic cream. I left Doctor paying 200 some dollars.
Don’t go here unless you’re expecting to spend two to three hours here. Took an hour and a half after my appointment time and me complaining to rude receptionist to finally get into a room for a 5 minute exam. Hardly any seating as well. Was told there was only one provider but if that’s the case they either need to take appointments only or walk ins only, not both. Definitely don’t recommend
Was there hour after my scheduled apt to be seen my pa for my daughter, stuff was super rude.
The staff was very friendly. The PA was amazing. She was great with my grandson. Keep up with the good work.
Set up an appointment last night and had a 8:40 am show up time. They were ready for me when I got there. They ran some quick tests, told me what I needed to do and I was on my way back home in a half hour. Very good experience with them.
Great service, friendly environment, thorough and timely care. Ive been to this location 3 times. Always get great care. Thank you, Next care staff!!!
I took my very sick husban there, and and as soon as we walked in I gave the young Ladys my husnds info I asume they alerted staff they called him back and to my SURPRIZE this TEAM of prefessionals Reacted as a unit of MEDICAL FRONT LINE they were trained be with care and urgency for my husband.I thank you ALL in the truest for of LOVE and RESPECT..
Had to come here because I was experiencing extreme stomach pain. There was a bit of a wait, but it was pleasant in the wait area. I was also able to keep an eye on my place in line and my expected wait time. They weren’t able to help me in the end, but they did recommend me to the ER which I was later than admitted into the hospital for a few days. The staff here was pleasant and they even called a week or so later to check up on me and how I was doing and I told them of my ER/hospital visit. It was a level of care I didn’t expect and was pleasantly surprised by.
The nurse was very Professional as well as the whole team got me in and out right away with the right diagnosis
This was the best Urgent Care experience I have ever had. From the minute we walked in the door the receptionist Pauline was very kind & welcoming. The nurse Practitioner was great as well. Very sweet to my Mother-in-law. Sal was great to give her some crackers & well as some Gatorade to her. Thank you so much for your kindness to us. Very much appreciated!!
Dont let people sit in your waiting room for 20 minutes before you tell them youre gonna charge on $300 just for a visit. Something you could have seen right when I walked in and filled out my paperwork.
The Drs in the back are awesome and Im sure the ladies up front are too, but when I told them Id like my discharge papers, so I had the names of the medications. I Sat down to waited and ended up waiting longer than necessary just for two papers to be printed.....I kept getting looks from them, but thats it.
Overall experience was quick responsive the staff were great.
Very quick and efficient visit. Good customer service as well.
We saw dr lewandowski today and she was so helpful. It’s nice to have a trustworthy provider who makes sure all things are taken into account when diagnosing. My son is almost 3 and she did great with him. Highly recommend!
Went in feeling extremely ill, explained to the rep at the desk that my insurance doesnt provide a card its all attached by looking up my social in the system . Your representative at the desk told me that isnt how the system worked and she wouldnt be able to find my insurance that way. Left with no help she told me have a nice day so I walked right out to another urgent care, that to no surprise found my insurance and P.Obox to mail all linked through my account on my social. Complete joke of service at this location.
Positive experience. I would return if I needed urgent care again.
Everyone were extremely kind, helpfull, compassionate and appeared to be very knowledgeable. My appointment was at 1:20 and I had to wait for well over an hour to be seen which was not good because of the pain and nausea but they were very attentive and did their best to keep me comfortable during the wait. Checking on me frequently.
I did a virtual visit last week. It went so smoothly. Amazing!!! Today I booked an in person visit because Im still sick. Showed up early and checked in online. Waited almost an hour. I finally went inside because 5 people who were walkins were seen before me. They told me they could put me in as a walkin because I had missed my appointment. Why do you offer online check in if you still want people to come inside to check in? I canceled my appointment. Not about to wait another hour.
I just got turned away from my third urgent care of the night. The second one that said they dont have an x-ray technician here. The website clearly says x-rays are available. While my wife was making the reservation I was on the phone trying to call them to confirm that Id be able to get in and that they had an x-ray person here. I was on hold for 15 minutes and never got anybody. Trusting the information on the website, I went to the urgent Care for my appointment and low and behold they do not have an x-ray tech here. What is going on with these urgent cares!? You literally cannot get any care at all let alone any urgent care.
It was very quiet and calm there and they were very patient with me I had to use the restroom a couple times and they didnt rush me I wasnt feeling well and everything was very professional
Very thorough and detailed. In and out in plent of time. Very pleasant experience
I really love this urgent care!!!! I went in with a migraine and ended up throwing up during the process of signing in. The lady at the desk was so nice and so was the team they ended up seeing me early and gave a dark room to wait in while I had my migraine and took very good care of me. I love the fact everyone was taking care of me so well and checking up on me. This was a good experience and I’ll never forget it! ❤️
Good experience. I was in fast and the doctor i saw was pleasant and she took care of my issue. But they didnt get my pharmacy correct after I told them several times. I had to go back to straighten out,the nurse at the front desk was rude and wanted the zip code after I told her the location. Who has the zip code to their pharmacy? She wouldnt except their phone #. Well none the less I didnt get my script for another day.
The staff was very professional and really took care of all aspects of my visit I appreciate their work ethic .....the best urgent care I have ever been to thank you so much... I would recommend your urgeñt care to everyone I know........
I made my appointment online so I could go through my lunch hour. My reason for coming was, possible broken hand that I had to type in 3 times. Appointment completed and confirmed. Next, I received 7 (SEVEN!) text messages confirming, reminding, and having me check in. Once I arrived, I paid my co pay and even commented that it was hard to sign the paperwork with this injured hand. Then into triage, explained my fall and what was wrong with my hand and where it hurt. Then into a room. AT THIS POINT I was told there was no xray technician in today by the doctor. She was genuinely surprised I hadnt been told already. Gave me a splint, asked if I wanted a referral and sent me on my way. SO FRUSTRATING!If youre in need of an xray, just make sure someone is there before paying. Otherwise, everyone there was lovely and the facility is sparkling clean.
I will definitely use this facility again. I was treated with the upmost professionalism. To those looking for care when you just arent feeling well, I would definitely recommend NextCare!
Id be 5 stars except for the wait even though we had booked an appointment online the day prior. Went in for a sports physical for my son. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly, personable and professional. The PA did great with my son and was thorough. The last time my husband visited this location years ago we did not have a pleasant experience. Today was another story and it will now be on our list if we need care quick.
Nice staff from front office to the back Physician Assistant.
Had a bad experience with the female Nurse Practitioner who was working Monday Oct 3. I was in great need of an antibiotic shot for a serious cat bite. The NP did not treat me in a kind manner, she seemed to be disgusted with me for having this cat bite. She refused to give me an antibiotic shot. Keep in mind that when people go to an urgent care, they are worried and vulnerable. This is when practitioners need to show kindness and compassion, and if they cant, they may not be well suited to treat people in urgent care settings. She told me that there was a very small percentage of cross sensitivity for people who may have a penicillin allergy. I informed her that I have had this antibiotic shot before. She refused. I went to another clinic and got the shot, called Rocephin, and thankfully, by the next morning, the red lines of infection going up my arm disappeared and I avoided going to the hospital. At the second location, I was told that there is only a 10% chance of cross sensitivity and since I have had the shot before, my great need of it most definitely surpassed this tiny risk. I was so grateful to NP at the second clinic for her expertise and for focusing on the patients needs. For people with health insurance, you may be aware that you cannot use it twice in the same day for urgent care clinics, so even though I received NO treatment at NextCare, my insurance was billed so I had to pay $199 and couldnt use my insurance at the second clinic. I would like to add that I am thankful for the patient representative at NextCare for promptly refunding my copay due to me receiving no treatment. The rest of the staff were also very professional. .But I wont ever use this place again for fear of encountering that particular NP. I cant trust her with my well being.
Amazing staff at this location this morning. Everyone was very helpful starting at sign in, xrays and getting fitted for an boot. Thanks for all your help! Much appreciated.
Went in early before 10am in case they were busy, only about 3-4 before myself. Waited about an hour before was seen, which is understandable during these times. Front desk woman was extremely nice and very helpful. The nurse who examined me was also nice and knowledgeable, and explained so I understood. Was definitely a great experience for the uncomfortable circumstances for sure.
Was able to make an appointment ahead so the wait time was less than 5 minutes. Staff was both professional and friendly. Will definitely use them again!
Quick and easy and very easy online system to check in and avoid wait times while you arent feeling good. Professional and they listen well to you. Best urgent care Ive been to.
They are always the fastest to get u in and out and they are so friendly and helpful
Fell and hurt my knee which already has issues, they got me in right away took an xray no breaks! Sent me home with a compression brace so thankful❤️ the staff was great and the check in was easy!
I have been going to this urgent care for over a decade and have never had any problems or issues going there!!!! best staff always serious about getting the job done right and with a smile! Wait time is never as long as expected and they are located in a convenient place right by Target for the pharmacy!
I don’t ever leave reviews let alone one star reviews, but i’m very upset about how i’ve been serviced here. I came in February 14th for severe abdominal pain, and because I have no insurance I never go the doctor, today however was a different story and I came in because I was worried. I come in and they help pretty quickly, im met by Theresa Miller, one of the doctors here. She’s very kind but doesn’t see the problem so she refers me to Simon Med Imaging to get a better look. I’m cool with this so I go and get a Transvaginal Ultrasound that same day, the person who did it says he’ll send it over to the place (Urgent care on 43rd) that referred me and they’ll be get back to me in a day or two.Everything was fine, until a day or two later when I hadnt gotten a call. So i call and ask if there’s any update, they say no and will contact me when there is.I say okay, two or three days later i call again. No update and the lady otp has an attitude and says i’ve been calling a lot and to just check my portal, she also says she’ll flag them to call me back asap. I’m kind of upset by this but figure maybe she’s had a bad day, I say okay and for the next three and a half weeks I continue to check my portal and nothing has been updated besides what I visited for.I call again, the woman on the phone says that the urgent care is too busy to talk, (this is the third time this has happened) and that they’ll call me back. I say “Im sorry but im really upset by this and would like to speak to someone”. She tries them again, and ultimately says they‘re too busy to answer but will flag them to call me. It’s been a full week and I still have received no phone call. No update on what was wrong, or any inquires after. I’m very upset and can‘t seem to reach absolutely anyone about it. I would GREATLY appreciate a phone call from the office or preferably the doctor herself to discuss this matter. This has been the most frustrating experience ever.Update: I called and talked to Pam who was very kind and apologetic, she tried to reach the office but of course they didn’t answer. So she spoke with her supervisor and placed a callback as high priority. Hopefully this will encourage them to call me back.Update Pt.2: Turns out I had a 7cm cyst on my ovary, after a whole month of calling I finally have an answer. Their excuse was their Fax machine is down, but they didn’t have a reason for not calling me back. After all of this running around to talk to anyone, I emailed wecare the same date like the comment below suggested but there’s still no response. I dont know if you guys just do that for appearances but NextCare will definitely not be having my business back. I can’t believe the experience I’ve had here, I’d still like to talk to someone about this so if literally anyone could respond to my email that’d be great. I’ll be trying to get in contact with someone higher up if I don’t can’t get a response to the email I sent one whole month ago. For anyone who read all this, customer care here is a complete joke. You’ll be better off taking your business somewhere else.
Seeing much needed improvement on staff attitude. They actually treated me with respect and empathy. Like I was coming there for help when Im sick. The nurse practitioner actually listened to my concerns and the reason for my visit. I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you to reception to intake and all staff. I appreciate you. And thank you nextcare for actually making important improvements.
I was being seen for a possible eye infection. Appointment was quick and to the point. Doctor finished the exam, gave me her diagnosis, described needed treatment, answered my questions, prescribed necessary meds and sent me on way.
Super friendly staff from the minute you walk in the door to the time you leave. Dr was super nice also, 5 minute wait time 15 minutes total time there. I definitely recommend this location, I will definitely return to this location if needed in the future
Great staff! Quick and easy in and out with an appointment!
The nurses were friendly and very nice to look at. They did a very good job and were quick. The Dr was very mental and cared if I was in pain or not. She was very thorough and doing my stitches. And make sure to tell me how to take care of the dressing the week until my stitches come out. Overall I rate them 5 out of 5 Stars if I could rate them more I would.
Although busy, staff was knowledgeable and kind. The Dr was also very friendly and helpful. Would recommend
I needed a same day appointment and was lucky enough to have found this location. The staff was friendly, listened, and was thorough.
Went in to test for Covid and a sinus affection and the staff was kind and efficient. Would go there again. Hope I get better soon :).
So I waited on hold to see if they had any rapid testing available. Waited For 25 mins then decided to drive there instead. Upon arrival I expected the phones to be ringing off the hook . To my surprise 😮 the desk was quiet had me sign in ...polite but did not hear any ringing. Terrible service if people are calling to avoid going in or wasting gas. If the call volume is too much then post on your site you are not taking calls. Would definitely help patients go somewhere they can get information they need instead of waiting on hold hoping youll talk to someone that never comes.
Fast professional care did everything online in advance so wait time was not as long.Friendly staff great serviceThank you
Professionally run, all the staff that we came in contact with were great at their tasks. A bonus is the kindness and understanding they displayed. I recommend! Timeliness - I must mention that it goes without saying, they have to be really versed in what they do to be so thorough and efficient at the same time. Kudos.
My ring was stuck on my finger and their amazing got it off
If I could give this place negative stars I would. I’d rather die than return to this place. I go to check in and this large woman tells me it’s a 220 minute wait. I tell her that’s fine and she gives me this bothered look because she couldn’t dissuade me from leaving and getting my daughter seen for her injuries. She gives me paperwork to fill out. Then I get a text asking me to fill out the same info I had already filled out on the paperwork. I don’t understand what is the point of having me do that twice? I’d been sitting there waiting maybe thirty minutes and during that time they managed to get rid of two patients with their so called long wait time. A Caucasian woman walks in with her child and they were immediately offered an appointment for later today. She was toldshe could leave and return when it was time for her appointment. My child and I were told of the extremely long wait time and that I could not leave and had to wait in the facility until it was our turn. I walked up to front desk and asked all three women sitting there why was I not given the same opportunity as the Caucasian woman. The two women in black scrubs said they didn’t know. The large woman said because they had gotten an alert that somebody had canceled. Why was she offered that opportunity to return later but not my child and I? My spouse walks in and I tell her what had just happened and the large woman takes it upon herself to rudely interject into a private conversation all the way from the front desk. We were seated at the farthest part of the waiting room. She proceeded to holler at us that we would be seen in 30-40 minutes. First of all, didn’t she tell me it was a 220 minute wait? And second of all why are you in my conversation that I was having with my spouse? After that the young lady taking vitals comes out looking for a patient but the patient wasn’t even in the suite. They were outside. Again, why could other people go wait in their cars but not my child and I? We get put in a room and the provider comes in to see us. My daughter needs X-rays. That is why I brought her to your facility to begin with. The provider tells me they don’t have an X-ray tech today. She said the front staff should have told me that. They didn’t. Had I known I wouldn’t not have wasted mine or anybody else’s time. The other young lady that came to “wrap” my daughter’s wrist needs some training. She did the worst job I’ve ever seen in my 21 years of being a surgical tech. Having been in healthcare that I long I know exactly what your lazy staff was trying to do with every single person that walked in there. Scare people away by saying there were 10 people already waiting, your alleged long wait times and the one provider for all those people. Our wait was not any longer than previous visits we have made even with an appointment. People come in to be seen because they NEED medical care, not because they have nothing better to do. Your staff needs to be held accountable for their lack of professionalism and laziness. Or maybe it’d be better if we were all white and straight.
I was able to make an appointment same day, got in and out in no time. I do recommend making an appointment but they do walk ins, staff up front and in the back were very polite and seemed like they genuinely cared. If ever I’m feeling under the weather or hurt I will be going here for sure
Poor customer service from the doctor. The receptionist and medical assistant were great. Doctor takes forever to come in and examine. Leaves within 2 minutes.Been trying to call them for a couple days to change the ABX as it is not available at any pharmacy around, no call back and no new script called in to my pharmacy.
Made an online appointment a head of time. We still had to wait two hour or so later. So making an appointment is useless. The girls in the front dont keep you updated on wait time if the provider is running late. There just on thier phones. Will not be returning ever again.
The wait time was not long and all the staff was very friendly. The PA listened to my daughter and was amazing in helping her
(Note: Edited for clarity after the meds kicked in)Visit was fine, got in quickly and out even faster. Staff was nice, place clean, and other patients were respectful of space. But I couldnt pick up my prescription because the Pharmacy and Dr. took awhile to connect with questions. All ended well and i will be back.
They were quick to get me in and cared about my pain. They were very thorough and understood what I needed. Diagnosed me quickly and got me out the door
They were fast and courteous the doctor listen to my needs and the front desk was very sweet. I would recommend to anybody to go there.
Fast service and wad able to get an X-ray I met with the provider Amy who was kind and gentle when examining my collarbone and rib injury. The X-ray tech, Emily, was very sweet as well. Thank you all for treating me like a human
Fairly quick visit. Excellent staff and Doctor. They saw me on Easter which was a plus
I registered the previous evening and it simplified the registration process. They had a previous visit online with my medications. An assembly line process is used for efficiency but not terribly friendly. I don’t care as long as I’m seen and my problem is handled. Seems to be an effective system.
Service here was great by all staff I interacted with today during my unfortunate visit. The wait time was normal, and not overly long. My only complaint (if you can call it that even) was that I was being seen due to my vomiting and nausea, and the odor of the building amplified my nausea. It smells like a sterile facility (bleach, as it should), but then also like a pizza restaurant. Other than that, I am very pleased with my visit. I want to say thank you to everyone that I interacted with today while being there - thank you for EVERYTHING you do day in and day out (from reception, to technicians/nurses, to Dr’s), thank you for being kind and professional, and for getting me in and out with a referral to ER. I appreciate you all!
Honestly I work in the medical field and I am not one to write a negative review, but this facility was just staffed with the most unfriendly employees. The FNP at this practice seemed disinterested in patient care and diagnosis I got absolutely no help or advise on what my next steps are or what I could do to help my sickness. I went in for recurrent tonsillitis and they told me I tested negative for strep throat, which I advised them I already knew would happen. The Nurse practitioner hardly look in my throat standing a foot away with the scope 8in away from my mouth even, I don’t know how she was able to even see anything. The quality of care here is very poor and it is a sad thing. Apart from that the entire time I was room all you could hear was the staff gossiping about was how much money they all made working at different locations. If you’re in the medical field for pay and not patient care please try something else, there’s patients out there that really need help and this is ABSOLUTELY NOT the place to get it from. I will say the medical assistant who triaged me was very nice that is all.
I absolutely love Dr. Boatright! She is always so kind and always answers any and all questions. When I leave I have the peace of mind to know exactly what my aftercare steps are and my needs are always taken care of. She has worked there for sometime and she is the reason I visit this location. The only Urgent care I will go to! Thank you Dr. Boatright and Nextcare.
I had used this urgent care for many years. When we moved I switched to another urgent care. After a year or two of horrible and scary visits experienced, I decided its worth the extra drive to use NextCare Urgent Care They are very nice and weve always been seen quickly. My family will always stick with them for our urgent care needs.
Very nice staff. Nurse Practitioner very nice and professional. Place was very clean. Seen within a reasonable time
Fast service I was in and out and staff was very nice!!!
Had an appointment but the office was a bit behind; which wasn’t a big deal for me. Everyone was friendly and helpful during my visit. X-rays do take awhile to get done, but overall as pleasant as it could be given my injury. Was there almost 3 hours. I will go back for future needs.
We always see Lynn when we go to this location. She has the BEST bedside manner. Takes her time and answers questions. We mostly use the online check-in and never have a long wait. Staff is always pleasant and this facility is clean. I actually prefer this to our PCP, less wait time and better service.
Great people from the front desk to the Nurse Practitioner. Quickly resolved my issue. I was in and out in less than thirty minutes. Thank You.
My family and I have been going here for years, the wait time is always minimal, and the nurses are always so caring and very personable. They truly show that they care about the patients. A special thank you to Jazmin, she’s always so sweet! I always recommend all my friends to go here.
The receptionist was rude and had an attitude from the second I walked up. She did not make eye contact and was not welcoming. Otherwise the visit itself was worth five stars for the gals in the back. The provider and her assistant were knowledgeable, fast, kind and comforting.
Here with my 7 month old full of rash from head to toe, been here for almost 40 minutes and Noone has even came to take his vitals. I asked for ETA because his rash was getting worse and Emily looked at him then said another 35-40 minutes. This is a 7 month old baby who cant verbally tell us if he is in pain or breathing correctly and clearly a priority and they refuse to even take his vitals on time.
Best urgent care in my neighborhood. Fast (although busy), professional, polite. I took my kiddos here many times, myself, and my husband. Just now had my xray done, 15 minutes later I had the result. The radiology tech was great! Providers are nice and knowledgeable.
My visit was handled with the utmost care and efficiency. I was given the medications needed to treat my illness and was able to recover in short time. The friendliness of the staff was a welcome thing when I was feeling so poorly.
If you need medical attention but dont have a primary care provider this is an option. Though i waited an hour for my appointment to actually begin, spoke with a provider for less than 5 minutes in which she brushed past the diagnosis and basically said, good luck, its COVID. I would go back, because i dont have a doctor i can regularly go to.The space itself wasnt bad, had the virtual line so i was out in my car and i got a call when i was my turn. They have an app too, but its glitchy, kept telling me i didnt have an appointment.
Dr Young was fabulous. Professional, thorough and made great jokes! Great bedside manner and took care of my daughter swiftly and kindly. Highly recommend NextCare! Thank you.
Awesome people work here! Great experience! Although the wait for the radiologist to get back to us was long, they ended up letting us go home and calling me with the results. 10/10 will go again!
Everything was great only problem I had was with the pharmacy I guess they had a delay completing my script due to my insurance fml. Care and service was awesome thanks urgent care staff on 43rd and Peoria we appreciate all your good efforts making sure we were taken care of.
Will always go back to NextCare if needed! Checked in online was fast and easy. Not a long wait to see the provider. Staff was very friendly! Was taken care of and all my questions answered, felt treated very well! 5 stars across the board!
Normally this is a 5-star review however, the doctor they had on staff today is horrible, Dr. Light. I had an appt for 1:00 … got there at 12:35, didn’t get called back to see he Dr until 2:30! While telling him my symptoms he told me that Flora Stor is the #1 medicine prescribed by gastroenterologist. I’m not kidding he told me this like 10 times throughout my visit. After testing positive for Covid, I asked about the prescription to help with the symptoms … his response was well I have never prescribed it and had to ask the nurse what the name of it was. He then proceeded to look on his phone on how to prescribe it and asked what dosage I would like?? Umm you’re the doctor, you tell me?!? I also asked about what cough meds would be best (thinking I would just get over the counter) he then asks what cough medicine I would like for him to give me.. I’m thinking heck I should just ask for anything and everything. Well finally get my paperwork and off to the pharmacy- and the prescription is wrong 😑 and I also looked on my paperwork and it doesn’t say anything about testing positive or anything! Drive back to the facility, get a new prescription, new paperwork … finally home at 4:45. Usually this is a great urgent care but I would check to see who is on staff before proceeding.
I should of come in sooner but I was “being tough”. I came in and the young lady at front was very sweet. I don’t think I even waited 10 minutes after filling out my paperwork to be taken back for my vitals, I waited in my room for maybe 5 minutes when Mr. Juan came in and talk briefly about my gimp ankle, did a physical on my ankle, and next thing X-rays. No broken bones which was good. My X-rays when even more smoothly, back to the room I went and everyone was just so sweet and could crack jokes with them. Hopefully I don’t have to come back for this reason but I’d highly recommend this location! Thank you again NextCare Urgent Care team! You guys are awesome
FNP Amy Boatright is a terrible person and prejudice I believe. I came in for BV symptoms yesterday and without even asking more than one probing question she just agreed and said she’ll prescribe me for that, then as I look at my paperwork she stated she went over all of these so called facts and stated this is due to “high risk s**ual behavior” when as a female she should know it could happen from something as simple as using too strong of a bodywash and I haven’t even had relations in over 2yrs but the fact that I feel as if I genuinely was not cared for and just had assumptions made about me is just sad. God bless you amy, if you have kids, I know they hate you.
I came to NextCare with a sore throat. The staff was very professional from the receptionist to the MA to the NP (Lynn Pura). The NP took time to listen to all my concerns. She was very informative while she examined me. I was given first class quality care. I will recommend NextCare to everyone. They are so committed to meeting the needs of their patients that they even offer affordable fees.Thank you so much NextCare.
I went in last week with back, shoulder, and rib pain. Was sent to SimonMed for x-rays and was then told yesterday that they discovered an 11cm nodule in your left lung, you need to get a PCP. Well, I returned to their office today to get my x-ray reports. I was told that I couldnt have them because they were from 2018. Then argued with the receptionist for 5 minutes about whether or not she had returned my drivers license. Then was told they found the reports from last week. Then was told they couldnt email my employer to clear me to go back to work because their fax machine was broken. I later read my reports and they said that I have an 11mm nodule, right side 3rd rib. Incorrect size and incorrect place. For the last 24hrs I was face to face with my own mortality, mentally creating my will, trying to come to terms with leaving behind my 5 year old and 9 month old sons and their beautiful mother, all due to the inability to properly read and relay information. Strongly recommend seeking care elsewhere and if you do go here for an exam of any sort, seek a second opinion. These people are not to be trusted with even something as simple as sending an email or reading a document.
We got right in with a 2 day appointment. The online information sheets really helped. Everyone was really nice, friendly and caring. They were thorough and efficient. Thank you so much. We got Rapid Covid testing and results in 15 minutes.
I took in my daughter for ear pain waited for the doctor to check her. It was a nurse practitioner who came in and was out literally within like 2 minutes just to to tell me she would need ear drops for an infection not amoxicillin which should have been prescribed for her. The nurse practitioner looked like she was in a hurry. Definitely not going back.
I dont like that we book appointments and complete everything before we get there and still have to wait more than an hour past our scheduled time because of walk-in patients. Whats the point of allowing scheduled times?
