The staff are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Took the time to make sure all my needs were met and provided excellent care. The receptionist kept me informed of wait time; the nurse was extremely attentive and friendly; and the Nurse Practioner was professional and compassionate. Received excellent care and detailed post-op instructions. Highly recommend.
I recently visited AFC Urgent Care and had the pleasure to come in direct contact with the following ladies, Receptionist: Jennifer, Provider: Rida, X-Ray Tech: Lisa, & Medical Assistant: Paris who all were extremely professional and polite. They were kind and showed generous amount of information about my visit. I do highly recommend this particular institution if you need a quick visit and professional assistance. Thank you ladies you did a phenomenal job.
Took in my kid to do a physical. It’s the first time we do it , receptionist was excellent very friendly. But once we crossed the doors the nurse was rude and had an attitude. Got mad that my kid didn’t have her glasses. There is a way to talk to people and she doesn’t know how too. I believe she assumed I didn’t know the language and changed her tone once I spoke. Very unprofessional.
I visited this Augusta Rd location on Friday (August 23,2024) with left side pain and muscle spasms in my neck and shoulder on the right-side. Kelly who was the attending NP came in to proceed to first tell me they didnt prescribe pain meds (as if I looked like a junkie trying to get a fix, trust me Iam far from that,I was offended). She showed no concern for the pain I was in. She did not examine me or even suggest anything for relief, she also said they only treated certain kinds of emergencies, and basically mine wasnt one of them, but asked if I had a personal physician that could treat me ( by the way that had closed at 12 for the day) the tech who checked me into the room showed more concern. I have visited AFC on many occasions and was treated exceptionally! I left this Augusta Rd location very distraught and in awful pain. I understand being in a hurry to get patients in and out but to sit there and send a patient out with no suggestions to help them, other than go see your own doctor is just disrespectful! She did tell the front desk person to not charge me for the visit Wow! Lastly patients write on the form why and what they are needing to see a doctor for,so why wasnt I told they didnt treat people with pain before I waited to be seen. If and when I have another emergency I will definitely check to make sure Kelly is not the attending NP! This location is closet to my home, but not if Kelly is there!!
HORRIBLE SERVICE. NEED FUNDAMENTAL TRAINING FOR CRISIS AND BEDSIDE MANNERS! If I could give them a 0 , even that would not suffice for the level of unprofessional service. I was completely ignored until I raised my voice. Its called urgent care for a reason. I will never return.Thank you to the one person who showed my 82 year old mother respect. Otherwise, go to another location.
I wanted to say this urgent care is by far the best one I have ever been to. From the receptionist all the way to the nurse and the doctor were very professional and understanding. Sandy was absolutely amazing and so very personable and made the experience not what you expect from a doctors visit. Absolutely amazing will always choose this one for my urgent care needs.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Love the Nurse Practitioner. Shes very attentive and cares for me when I come in. And, shes a beautiful person as well.Glad she was there to tend to my needs yesterday. And she let me know that shes there this weekend just in case I needed to come back.
I took my 2 year old here and they were absolutely wonderful. The nurse was so helpful and very nice. The Doctor is always amazing. I would recommend a million times. We certainly appreciated they kind and caring manner.
Every one I encountered was absolutely wonderful. So willing to help and take care of you. I felt terrible and they did everything they could to make me feel better. Dr. Kelly T. ask me if I wanted a shot to jump start getting me better, I took it and the medicine did help with the aches and pains I was having!! Thank you to each person at Urgent Care, you are the BEST!!!
I was seen in a very timely manner. The nurse practitioner was very thorough and answered all my questions well. The office was very clean, my prescriptions were called in quickly, and this location is so close to my house. Thank you again for taking care of me!
Want to give a special thanks to Kellie, Libby, Paige, and Lisa for their exceptional service. Went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. Very appreciative for them and would highly recommend their services to anyone.
Ive been here several times and the employees have always been adequate to say the best. This time up until the end our visit was adequate. However when asking for a doctors note I was treated in a rude and hostile manner. I dont care if the doctor was excusing my child for the day or just the class period I still needed a note for the time she was there. I was also talked to as if I was ignorant when I asked for the note she replied she doesnt need one she can go back to school and when I responded that she needed one for the time shes missed being here she said thats not how school takes attendance when it as a matter of fact is for high school taken per class period and not by the day In its entirety. As Someone who works for Bon Secour I was disappointed by the way this staff spoke to me, over the fact that they didnt want to take the time to write the note. In the end they did give me one however it shouldnt have taken 15 minutes and 2 employees giving me an attitude to get a simple doctors note for my child for school. I guess the poor attitudes is why this location never has a wait time. I dont think Ill be back and I wouldnt recommend this location for anyone having kids seen even for simple sprained ankles.
I was taken in with very little wait time. My prescription was called in immediately and now I am on my way to feeling better! The staff was also delightful.
Kellie and all of the staff were amazing. Service was fast, friendly and efficient. I would recommend this clinic to anyone in need of care.
FNP Kellie is rude and most likely unless you are white (the people leaving good reviews for her are), she will be rude and talk to you like you are mentally challenged. The worst AFC experience I’ve ever had. She completely dismissed my issue and made a snarky remark. After waiting two hours forthe “spot in line”, I expected at least friendly and caring service. But no, it only got worse.
Went twice for flu like symptoms. First time got a covid & flu test that were negative and prescribed water/rest. Went back a week later and was told installing a sauna in my home was the best course of action. Saw a NP (maybe?) for maybe 5 minutes total with both trips and almost $400 ($1006 before insurance). Still had to type all my information & symptoms into a form twice both times. For the work you need to put in and level of care you get either go to webMD or get yourself an actual doctor.
Great experience! The ladies here are super nice and friendly. They made me feel super comfortable and they are quick and efficient. Thank you!
Super nice, fast, and professional. Doc and staff were superb. This was excellent service all around.
Yes the staff and doctor at this location was really really nice . Very patient with my boys and I would recommend this location to anyone. This office deserves 10 stars ⭐️
I visited AFC urgent Care on Augusta Rd this afternoon at almost closing. I was treated with the most up most respect and compassion as if they had just started their shift. Kelly the nurse practitioner was awesome and Anissa was great too even the receptionist was really nice, I think her name was Lydia. Its not often you find an entire team that truly cares. Thanks for your kindness 😊
Will merge accounts/phone numbers from years ago and not verify with you first, even as a “new patient”. If you care about your privacy and the reasons you visit urgent cares to begin with - go elsewhere. Nurse who answers the treatment option (3) on the phone will gaslight you into thinking hippa doesn’t exist. Chased my prescription around different area codes for 4 hours……go elsewhere. Please.
Staff and doctors were both friendly and knowledgeablethe waiting time to get my health concerns attended to was less than tens. Satisfied with this urgent care and highly recommend.
When i tell you this was the easiest 20 minutes i have ever had to deal with to get seen and the proper prescription i am totally serious. this place is absolutely wonderful. all the people they took care of me very well. i scheduled an appointment that was fast and i could have even walked in and been seen immediately. they asked all the right questions and i could tell they werent just there to make money. they cared and it showed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
My provider today was the physicians assistant, Kellie, who was wonderful and who very delicately removed a glass splinter from the bottom of my heel. I am so very grateful to her and the staff at the Augusta Rd location!! They are fantastic. Thank you for taking such good care of me today!
Everyone was friendly, and professional. Best of all, NO clipboard with 20 sheets of forms to fill out. Which I would bet, never gets read anyway. I was in and out quickly.I need update my review from Monday. I called the clinic and needed to talk to someone about further testing information I received. I left a message requesting a call back, and two days later, still waiting. Friendly and quick doesn’t cut it when you need medical attention.
Referred to get a CT. Waited two weeks for results. Had to ask for manager to figure how to get my results. I then found out I needed to call the hospital and ask for them to release results to doctor at AFC? Why did no one tell me this the 10 times Id called asking for results?
I cant say enough good things about AFC Urgent Care located on Augusta Road, Greenville. It is the only Urgent Care that I go to in Greenville. Yesterday I drove by Urgent Care Centers which were much closer just to go to than this one. The receptionist was awesome....very caring, professional, and cordial. When I left, she apologized for the wait and said that she hoped that I felt better. Such compassion in this day and age! The checkin is very easy and is handled primarily through the use of your mobile phone. The PA or Nurse Practitioner was knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. She made her diagnosis and ordered some meds for me to pick up at the pharmacy. I feel much better this morning. I have had a respiratory illness for 12 days......I should have went to the Urgent Care or Doctor much earlier. I highly recommend this Urgent Care Center. It is absolutely the best!
Receptionist Diaundra is an absolutely beautiful person inside and out. She made me feel like she would/could handle anything. Very POLITE and Respectful. Rida the provider and Paige and Alex the Medical Assistant were fabulous as well. Thank you ladies for helping me feel better and like my business does matter.
The staff was so polite and got us in and out to feeling better quickly. Great experience!
Thank you for being so professional and compassionate. We do appreciate the excellent care you gave us. ❤️
Made an emergency visit to the Augusta Road AFC Clinic today. The team got me in quickly and addressed the condition and within hours the extreme itching was subsided! The staff was very knowledgeable and efficient. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I had my first night of comfortable sleep in two weeks😝!
I work in a customer service environment and the service I received today was outstanding the receptionist really kicks it off from the start makes you feel welcome even you may physically feel bad then the intake nurse was super caring and to top it off the NP came in and just talking with her made you feel yeah Im gonna be alright Thanks to the Augusta St Team
Courteous and caring. Helpful and professional...location was convenient, as well as clean and spacious. They were thorough and properly diagnosed my symptoms. I was confident with their services, and they were very helpful.
Thanks so much for seeing me so quick! I tested positive for strep while pregnant and I know how important it is to get treated in a timely manner for the health of my baby and yall were super supportive and thorough. I appreciate yall, and keep up the good work!
The staff were very friendly....and just in a short visit I felt like I gain new friends!....they also provide fast and friendly services!!
This place doesn’t have appointments, only a “line.” As instructed, I showed up when I was 3rd in line and waited 30 min in the lobby before being shown to an examination room. Then I waited an hour while intermittently being told I would be seen shortly. All told, I’ve been here for 2 hours and am still waiting for results. This is the last thing I needed while being sick.
I came in with an acute asthma attack. They saw me instantly. They calmed me down, and walk me through everything that was happening. Then they explained all the medications I was getting and how to take them. And made sure my vitals were all stable before they discharged me. I was very scared when I walked through the door and left calm and composed because of the staff.
Best of the best! Everyone went above and beyond, including giving my four kids with strep popsicles. Will never go to another urgent care ❤️ Thank yall for caring so much.
Staff is amazing. My children received great care and was even helped by another provider after visit when My daughter had a med reaction. Amazing group of medical staff
I was greeted by Diaundra… she was so sweet and personable! I even had to call back about a prescription and she was so helpful! My provider was Rida! She was very thorough and professional! I will definitely be back to this location!
They gave my child a popsicle since her throat hurt and were so nice and accommodating to her.
Great staff. Quick, polite and thorough from receptionist to NP, son was not well got him in right before closing and out with answers and meds to follow.
I was very pleased with my service . Kelly was amazing, the front to the back staff were very welcoming, professional, and helpful. It was a great experience. I would highly recommend this AFC.
Paige was awesome with my 4 year old granddaughter today. She said Ms. Paige was “really nice”.
I did online waiting and got on the list at 3pm. I arrived at the office at 6pm with 3 people ahead of me. I walked out of the office at 8:05 pm. The doctor said I had a sore throat and wrote me a prescription for a medication I already had at the house and had been previously taking. It was obvious it was late and the doctor had no concern for the patient in the room. She also said to come back in a week if the problem continued. This is also after I first tried to visit last week only to be meet at the locked door with a sign that said they were closing at 2 that day. It was 1:44 at the time.
We visited with AFC Urgent Care Augusta Road today, and feel so fortunate they took such good care of our kids. They asked a lot of questions to understand, ran tests, and were so helpful and happy with our kids. Thank you to Hannah, McKayla, Jasmine, Ashton, and Alex!
There were all awesome to work with!!! I recommend this urgent care.
Very polite and efficient! I was very sick and waited for only a short time. All of the employees were very nice and seemed to enjoy their job! Thank you!
I called for directions and was put on hold for 15 minutes. I found the office and hung up when I found it. Then some people who arrived after me got called in before me. Seems someone thought I was already in an exam room. The medical staff was wonderful once I saw them.
Our grandson was with us and started running a fever with pain. Kelly Thompson was awesome with him and Hannah was super taking care of his test quickly. The lady at the desk was also the best and friendliest I have seen at an urgent care. Thanks so much! He is on the mend!❤️🩹
I had a wonderful experience here today! The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! They called the local pharmacy and coordinated with them to ensure they had what I needed! I was seen quickly and was completely taken care of! The reception, Regina was so kind and did everything she could you make sure I was seen. The nurse practitioner, Nicole, listened to my concerns and made sure I had everything I needed. The x-ray tech Natarsha was also friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will return myself if I ever need to. Thanks guys!
The staff, from the beginning of my visit to the absolute end, had displayed great customer care and were polite and friendly. The nurse practitioner made me feel safe.
I just want to brag on this location, The staff is Super friendly and caring!!!!! I had to go 2 separate times in the past few weeks and on the first visit Hannah, Mckayla, Annisa , And Tasha took wonderful care of me. On the second visit Kellie, Mrs Libby, and Ashley looked after me and were outstanding Also!!!! Thanks so much everyone! This office definitely deserves 5 ⭐️ I haven’t had good experiences in the past with other afc locations, but after giving this location a chance I’ll drive a extra 30 min just to go get excellent treatment!!!!!
Fast and seamless experience. Everyone was very polite and knew what they were doing. My go to urgent care always.
The Doctor took my concerns seriously and helped setup a treatment plan that worked wonders. The receptionist at the front desk helped correct my insurance information. These people truly care. 10/10 I would return. Keep in mind that this location does sometimes get busy (due of course to their fantastic care) so its a good idea to arrive early or setup an appointment.
I loved their policy of taking only a few patients at a time. They told me when to come back and I was seen right away. The staff was courteous and professional. This is the best urgent care facility I have ever been to.
Kellie,Libby,Paige, Lisa all are very professional and listen to what you have to say 🙏♥️
The entire staff is great! In and out in 30 minutes. Quick diagnosis. My 2nd time going to this facility and Ill continue to come here for urgent care needs.
I had a great experience with this location. I couldn’t get in to see my primary physician and had a short timeframe due to my work schedule. They were able to get me in to see Kellie in a relatively short time considering it is a walk in. She listened to my concerns took great care of me. X-ray tech was very nice and they got my results extremely fast. Went out of their way to get my prescriptions sent to another city where I was traveling to so it would be ready when I got there. Definitely recommend and will go back.
I love this location!!!! They have the best staff, they got me in and out fast. From checking in to leaving I had the best experience, the staff was so friendly. Kellie went over and beyond to make sure I got feeling better, I’ve had bad experiences at other locations of Afc but I’ll gladly drive an extra 30 minutes to go to Augusta road AFC !!!
The staff was very friendly, thorough and efficient. I came in for a pretty bad cut on my hand and they had me all stitched up within 20 minutes or so. 10/10 would recommend.
Hannahgreen took care of me..She was thorough and explained how she would suture my cut finger. Very patient. Mckayla and Anissa were so nice and helpful. They were all top notch!!got great care. .
The staff members were all attentive and professional and worked seamlessly as a team. Receptionist Libby was a welcoming presence. Medical assistant Jenna was patient and focused as she administered care, and PA Melissa was completely in charge of overseeing the care given me.Melissa even worked with our pharmacy to provide an affordable prescription. Kudos to this amazing group, and my heartfelt thanks to each of you!
Best urgent care in town!! Caring and compassionate staff.Natarsha the xray/nurse was very pleasant and comforting. My son and I both tested positive for covid and she was just so sweet and helpful. Katie Smith was the doctor I saw today. Very thorough and took time to listen, made me feel as though I had been seeing her at a family practice for years.Ive been to this location about 4 times and I wouldnt think about going anywhere else.
Just thank you. Thank you for being efficient, clean, friendly, and good listeners. I love my PCP and am always super hesitant to see anyone other than her, but you alleviated my anxieties, and best of all, Im on the mend already thanks to your services. Hats off to NP Miller and the rest of the staff. Happy New Year! WORTH THE DRIVE FROM ANDERSON!!
I tried getting an appointment here based on the symptoms I was experiencing. They wouldnt see me (not even to do a urine sample, which is what the Easley location did) and told me to go to the ER to get tested for kidney stones (Im not nauseous or having pain in my lower back). They completely blew me off.Do not go here - they will find every reason to turn you away and not do their job!
Long wait times but I guess thats to be expected during flu season. Affordable and staff was friendly if not slightly robotic in our interactions. Would go back.
Kelly and the staff were so helpful and kind! We showed up on a Saturday needing immediate help 15 min before close and they didn’t hesitate to bring us back and do whatever they could to make us comfortable. We are grateful for their efficiency and would highly recommend.
Great great service from Hannah was very helpful and helped me understand what was wrong. McKayla helped me with checking in and made the process easier. Anissa and Natasha were very helpful in getting me to the back and in a room and taken care of. All around a great staff and very helpful. I would return (hopefully not anytime soon lol).
Diaundra was my receptionist Donna and Paige were my medical assistant everything was very nice and respectful
The staff was incredibly nice and professional. The one that that stood out the most to me is the gentleman Mike the wonderful guy at the front desk. Customer service is very important to me. And I give him a round of applause for been professional and making the patients feel welcome when they walk in AFC Urgent Care. Keep been humble and polite.
The staff at AFC Urgent Care on Augusta Rd is fabulous! From the lovely receptionist, Kelly Wood, to the medical assistant, Shante Williams, and medical practitioner, Melissa Silvey, my experience was great! Pleasant, great communication, fast, and thorough. Registering online ahead of my appointment made my visit fast and efficient! THE BEST in town! A. Guest
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN A MEDICAL FACILITY!!!! I CALLED THEM TWICE TO MAKE SURE AND VERIFY THAT THEY ACCEPTED MY HEALTH INSURANCE AND TOLD ME THEY INFACT DID! THEN A COUPLE WEEKS LATER I GET A BILL FROM THEM. I CALL THEM TO MAKE SURE THEY HAD MY INSURANCE ON FILE ONLY FOR THEM TO TELL ME THEY DON’T ACCEPT MY INSURANCE AND NO WAY FOR THEM TO MAKE THIS RIGHT!!! NOT RIGHT! WHY SHOULD I BE LIABLE FOR A BILL WHEN YOU CONFIRMED WITH ME THAT YOU ACCEPTED MY INSURANCE! NOT ONLY THAT, ACCEPTED MY CO-PAY!!
Went here for covid testing. Weve had it done at doctors care before and they werent very kind, took their time, and were very rough and painful with the test. That was not the case here. Heather is incredibly kind and friendly and did a wonderful job with our test. Very quick and painless. Normally urgent care facilities arent very good experiences but both the lady front desk and Heather were so great and would definitely come back here for any urgent care needs.
I was greeted with a smile from Mike. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Natarsha was my nurse, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile. She took very good care of me. Dr. Hurst was friendly as well, he finished my exam. My office visit was short and sweet, wishes all doctor visit was like this. No long waiting!!!!! Thank y’all for taking care of meFriendly staff
Thank you all so much for seeing me today. Everyone was so kind and polite. I really appreciate Ms. Gillingham giving me her time and listening to me without making me feel rushed. I really felt like she cared about me as a patient/person. Thank you all again!
Came in with my sister - she needed a physical examination form for her extra curricular. Walked in, no appointment, and got attended right away! Thank you: Hannah, Anissa, Lisa, and Katherine! Best walk-in ever!
This is our second visit at this location, both for our children. Both times they have been polite and on time. (We made appointments online.) We received thorough service and the facility is clean. This last visit we saw Lisa Miller and her team of Kelly and Jenna. I would highly recommend this AFC.
Loved nurse Dominique and Doctor Jonathan. They both made me feel at home. They listened to my needs as a patient, and they provided the care and treatment I needed. A lot of medical offices do not value the voice of the patient BUT these two made a huge difference in my life. I greatly appreciate the energy and care that each of them provided. They provided me with amazing treatment without judging me or making me uncomfortable at all. Wish I could both have them at my normal family Doctor. If I ever need urgent care again, then I am DEFINITELY coming back and asking for these two !
Professional, efficient, caring. Diagnosed with pneumonia-that certainly explained a lot. My primary care doctor was unavailable, so I chose to return to AFC urgent care. Previous visit after hours. Thank you to entire staff!
The staff and physician were exceptional to my granddaughter.
The receptionist Mike is an amazing person! He is just the person to have checking in patients who requires medical attention! His personality speaks volumes when you enter the building! Tasha was the best and most amazing nurse you could have! She was kind patient and understanding! I love a nurse who does their job and do it well! Dr. Hurst was nothing short of amazing! He took the time to answer any questions or concerns! He went above and beyond! I definitely have put this urgent care at the top of the list for me and my family!! Perfect location and perfect people!!!! All 10’s in my book
Everyone at AFC Urgent care was wonderful! Starting at the upfront with Regina to the ladies in the back Natarsha and Regana. They were happy and friendly and took such good care of my son. Dr Ta is also wonderful. I felt like he really took the time to listen and felt like he genuinely cared about us as patients. Thanks to all the hero’s that work at the “red clinic”! God Bless!
Yes everyone was nice and helpful from the receptionist to the nurse to the dr thank you so much for the quick service
We have been in since 1245 and its 3 hours later my son has received nothing but a blood pressure check. But the service and compassion was unmatched.
I visited the Augusta Rd Urgent Care. I was very impressed with the service that I received. Upon entering the building my first encounter was with the front desk person. Her name was Towalla she was very pleasant. She greeted me with a smile and worked efficiently to get me checked in with ease. After a short wait I was called to the back. At this point Natarsha the X-Ray/ MA proceeded to give me the same professional service as Towalla. Also, she was very kind and efficient with a big smile on her face. She worked swiftly and administered us our test.Lastly, Dr Ben Harkins came on and checked us and gave us our results He was the same as Towalla and Natarsha very pleasant.Just want to thank them for making my visit very pleasantThank youYvonne RosemondO
My experience echoes a few other reviews. The doctor only spent like a minute with me. I said I had taken covid tests the past 2 days that came back negative. She said it was just a cold, that we could test for covid but she recommended I just take some zinc and elderflower (like gee thanks), and then just opened the door and left. I was like so Im good to go? and found my own way out.The next day, I took another at-home test and guess what? COVID. I shouldve advocated for myself but also expect more considering Im the patient with zero medical knowledge. I only went to this location because the downtown one was closed, and will not be back. Ive received much better care at the downtown location. Front receptionist was friendly, at least!
Diandra went above and beyond to make sure my visit went smoothly. She was so patient and kind and answered any questions I had!
Excellent first time at any urgent care location. Staff were attentive, informative, professional, just all around awesome! They didnt make me feel like just another idiot that hurt themselves or like they were just going through the motions. Better experience than any regular hospital Ive visited in 40 years.
AFC Urgent Care on Augusta is Fabulous! Everyone we encountered is compassionate and caring. What an incredible staff of care givers.Dr. Diamont, MD is very easy to talk to and his explanation of medication and treatment is very easy to understand. It is obvious that he loves his profession. Leslie is very efficient and caring during the check in process and then my experience with Erika and Nicole the medical assistants made the visit so nurturing as I was treated with total kindness Thank you for your care.
Tell me how I got there at 715 and they were closed..... how are you going to close 45 minutes early?
Disclaimer: I’ve been sick for days so I’m feeling salty.I called yesterday and asked if they do rapid COVID tests, yes but they tell me I have to stay up until midnight for their website to refresh to get an appointment. I do this even though I’m sick and rest would be good for me. I come to my appointment 10 minutes early the next morning and I’m told they are short staffed so my appointment was pushed 45 minutes later and I’ll have to come back then. Oh but they’re short staffed so…get over it. Now I can drive 20 minutes home wait 20 minutes and drive 20 minutes back for my newly scheduled, unnotified appointment. There was one person in the lobby and one car (other than mine) in the parking lot. You mean to tell me you have no patients back there but because you’re “short staffed” you can’t help people? So glad I canceled three meetings at work for this. I’ll just go ahead and cancel some more while I’m waiting.***Update***After an hour of sitting in the parking lot they turned away 5 families and accepted no patients. Oh and one nurse left. Yeah. You’re super busy. Definitely keep turning away people.***Update***It took 2 1/2 hours to be seen for my scheduled appointment. Again, mind you, no one is here.Do yourself a favor and get the 3-7 day test. It will take the same amount of time.
Staff at check-in was empathetic. Although short-staffed, I got an appt at a reasonable time. I got an xray of my arm. I was told to check with an orthopedist but no dr name was provided for me. I am new here. Wasnt sure what to do next. Left in limbo, basically.
Came into this location having had a pretty crummy day. I was beyond frustrated with the entire day...when I arrive I was greeted immediately by two very kind and welcoming front office employees. They gave me undivided attention and assured me that they would do anything they could to make my experience there a good one, to hopefully turn my day around. Their interactions were so kind and genuine. I was care for pretty quickly and with total top notch professionals. Thank you!
Natasha at the front desk was very pleasant and kind. I was greeted with a smile and i immediately felt comfortable being seen by the doctor. She had great eye contact and positive energy and just a pleasure!!
I came to urgent care with a ruptured eardrum... very painful. So glad to have been attended to promptly and efficiently. Thanks to a great team: Natar, Anissa, Mckayla, and provider, Hannah Green.
I dont normally leave reviews, but I had a such a bad experience here I felt like I needed to. I had some pretty bad flank pain that started rather suddenly. It wasnt bad enough to go to the ER, but was bad enough I needed attention soon. How silly I was to think that this urgent care would be a place to get urgent care. When the doctor walked in to see me, I could tell from his tone and body language that he was frustrated. He asked me about my symptoms for maybe 3 minutes, and then walked out without saying anything. Then, I could hear him talking in the hallway to the nurses about how mad he was at me for coming here with symptoms like this. I felt like I had been really friendly to him and all the staff, so I was just sitting there in confusion hearing this in the hallway. He comes back in, sits down, asks a few more questions, and then asks do you feel that you would benefit from a shot to help with the pain?. As soon as I said probably, yes, he got up and walked out without saying anything. That was the last time I saw him. A nurse came in a few minutes later, gave me a shot (that they didnt tell me what it was or how much it was), and then booted me out the door. This whole time they never gave me any sort of idea of what could be causing it or any advice at all. I could understand if they told me they werent equipped to help me or give me a diagnosis and that I needed to go somewhere else, but no -- they didnt tell me anything at all.Long story short, I will NOT be going to this AFC urgent care or any other AFC urgent care ever again!
Staff was great! Starting from the front desk coordinator to the Medical assistant Erika, and at last Mrs Heather the NP who was amazing! She was very sweet and nice! Recommend it to anyone who needs care fast and efficient!! Feeling better already !!
Ten minute wait time, I was shocked! The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, especially Ashley Berman, PA. Ashley had seen me over a month ago and recognized me immediately asking how I was feeling. She is kind, caring, intuitive and extremely intelligent. She took care of all of my needs once again on this visit and sent me home with a smile. Thats a great practitioner, Gold ⭐️!!! AFC Urgent Care on Augusta Street, thank you😊
Went in at start of Covid and tested positive. Still remember how professional and kind staff and doctor were! Recommend this office
Mike at the front desk takes customer services to a whole new level. He needs to do training classes for everyone company that does business here in the upstate, then no company would ever get a bad review. Natarsha took amazing care of my children. She has a great personality and you can tell she takes pride in her job. This is our go to place for a quick visit. Every visit is fantastic, but today stuck out. :)
My PC physician was out of office and I was unable to get an appt. for several days with any other physicians in the practice. Not a very comforting situation. I was desperate!! I recd a warm greeting from young man at the receptionist desk, and he was very helpful. I think I met ALL of the staff while there, and everyone was warm, friendly and genuinely seemed concerned and compassionate. A very special thank you to Mike, Rhonda, Porche Aaron and Dr. Hurst. Its not easy to go to someone you know absolutely nothing about and trust them; it takes time to build a relationship! You are a great team and I would not hesitate to return, and have already recommended you to other family members and friends. God bless you all!!
While on vacation in Greenville SC, I became sick. I tried to get into a minute clinic, but the wait was 5 hours! While I found AFC Urgent Care, they made my appointment within 30 minutes! I got there and it was so nice to be seen so quickly! Everyone was very helpful. Rhonda D was the receptionist that night and she didn’t take any time at all to get my information. Then I saw Porsche who did my vitals. She was also very professional. Then on to Dr. Hurst who gave me a prescription and I was on my way to finish my vacation! Thanks for wonderful service and great people! Connie
The staff at AMC Urgent Care Bon Secours were friendly and caring. They took me as quickly and treated me. I left there smiling and confident of a quick recovery. I will definitely be using this clinic in the future
This is a very professional and caring facility. Very informative. I want to thank the doctors and all the wonderful staff. Erica the nurse, I think her name is Natasha in x-ray, Jessica NP, and Allison. Hope I didnt leave anyone out. Ive been here twice. Excellent job everyone.
What an amazing place! My immune system is terrible, so I get sick quite often. I have never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes here. Every single time I have been sick and just feeling terrible, my day is immediately turned around by the receptionists, doctors, and nurses that work here. They are very thorough and spend time listening to your concerns before making a diagnosis. I don’t even go to a regular doctor at this point unless it’s something overly serious- I just go to AFC! I wish there were 100 stars to give this place!
Unfortunately, Ive been to many Urgent Care in Greenville, SC but this particular location is my favorite go to. All staff are extremely wonderful and very polite. Love the doctor I saw and of course I cant forget about the Front Desk associate Mike: u guys are awesome. Continue being polite even on a bad day. You guys make every visit a good one for me. Thanks for everything 😉
The Provider and Staff was very nice! She was very knowledgeable and down to earth. I would keep the same staff if I had to return.
Clean, courteous, kind and efficient, but also took time to listen and answer questions or concerns. Great experience!
This is the best doctors office I’ve been to ever! From the front desk to the back office staff, doctor, nurses, they all were so sweet and nice!!
I was having hard time getting a doctors appointment at my kids regular doctor. I called AFC urgent care Augusta Rd. and I was able to schedule an appointment for same day for both kids. I held my spot online and left my house when it was close to my turn. It was really easy. They were friendly.
The doctor who saw me was dismissive and rude. She told me that she doesnt deal with eye problems and when I said, but what can I do about the pain Im having, she said, I honestly dont know, and walked out of the room. Awful treatment and a total waste of time and money, especially after I was referred there by the nurse hotline.(The woman who did the intake was very kind and responsive.)
I usually go to AFC Powdersville and have never had any issues. I had to go to the Augusta St location and assumed I’d get the same quality of care but I was disappointed. There were several unprofessional aspects of my visit and I was left with a huge bruise on my arm from the NP (not sure if that’s her title) drawing my blood. This has never happened to me before so I assume it’s because of improper procedure. They also gave out personal info about the nature of my lab over the phone which again, I’ve never had a medical professional do. Everyone was nice and welcoming so I appreciate that but I won’t be going back to this location.
This practice needs to retrain its employees on etiquette. Upon arrival, I was told my insurance was inactive. The receptionist hadn’t taken my insurance and properly due her due diligence. Then after I stated I just used my insurance two days ago she takes my card and it’s indeed active. The secondary issue is I arrive on time to my appointment and the assistant calls on the phone to attempt to speak to me whilst I’m sitting directly in the lobby. Because I hadn’t answered she actually had to come to do her job and address me directly. This location basically hadn’t had the adequate equipment to assist me and instead of directly stating that… the assistant just states the worst scenario possible without me even being seen which was disgusting and highly insensitive… there’s multiple things that could be the issue but to state the worst was impertinent! This is why I dislike speaking to the HELP! I almost always want to speak with the doctor in regards to my health. Some workers lack adequate knowledge on some situations and say anything to get you out of their hair! Do better and next time keep commentary that hasn’t been proven to self!! 0 stars is the better reflection of this location!
Absolutely do not waste your time coming here. NP spent about 60 seconds with me and would not give me any meds for a sinus infection, told me to take over the counter meds, and could not even recommend what I should get. Spent the money to be seen for nothing.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. They took great care of me. My concern is that sent back information that was not accurate back to the insurance company and told me they had to send me back to work the same day an incident occured when I was still extremely dizzy and disoriented. I get that they work hand in hand with the insurance company, but that is a liability.
10 for sure. Everyone was amazing and very caring. I am very grateful for how you all treated my son and I, and was helped. Thank you again, so much.
We had a great experience during our two visits to the AFC located on Augusta Rd. The customer service was great. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the front desk staff. We were taken to the back very quickly as the patient was not feeling well. Your medical assistant, Erica Drayton checked us in very quickly and offered my son something to drink as he had a fever. Mrs. Drayton was very professional and kind during our visit. She appeared to be concerned about the patients care. After our visit, office staff called me several times to check on my sons status. We plan to return in the future if we need urgent care. Thanks again!
I appreciated how friendly, kind, and caring every staff member I met was. It made my experience great and memorable and much better than other doctor visits at other places in the past
PA was professional and proficient. She diagnosed and treated me well. Front desk person was polite and friendly. Thank you for taking care of me while on vacation.
Took my 8 year old daughter in for a Covid test and the nurse practitioner wasn’t very nice or friendly. She didn’t explain the process at all. She took her vitals and didn’t let me know whether she had a fever, what her weight, height or anything was. I don’t think the rapid test is accurate nor was it done properly. My daughter says she didn’t even feel the swab going into her nose. The doctor came in with the results less than 10 minutes.
The staff was amazing. From the friendly greeting from administration, to the cordiality of the nurse, to the empathy and attentiveness of the Doctor. The experience simply could not have been any better. Very impressed with the facility and culture.
Definitely would not recommend. They left me in tears in the X-ray room waiting for an X-ray for an hour, never even came to check on me while The door was open and I could hear the nurses carrying on conversation and laughing having a good time at work. I suffer from severe anxiety and I was having an anxiety attack plus pain from my injury. Before the doctor came in to give me results of my X-ray I could hear the nurses giggling and he say “are you ready?!1….2…3!” then opened my door. As if me being upset was funny to them or they were “betting” on if I was still in tears or not. They should have me with compassion and not make a mockery out of my cries of pain and anxiety.
I was referred here by the VA for community urgent care and I must say this was worse than the dreaded “sick call” visits we had where you had to convince the doc you were sick. This visit basically felt like that but worse because someone got paid for basically doing nothing. I checked in online but still had to wait 2 hours before I was seen even though there was only 1 person ahead of me when I checked in. Once I finally saw the doctor, I was greeted with negative covid results (which I already knew because I was tested twice already- they would have known if they even bothered to ask..). The negative COVID test result seemed to be the doctor’s only concern because he only listened to my back for 2 seconds before declaring my lungs “were clear” although I explained that I had coughing fits where I was on the verge of passing out. The only reason I came in was to get X-rays done. He didn’t examine anything else even though I expressed concerns that my chest hurt and was having difficulty breathing at times. After less than 2 minutes with the doctor, most of the time which I spent coughing, I was sent on my way with an antibiotic, steroid, and inhaler. No follow up instructions, no addressing of my concerns, nothing. Basically, I felt like this visit was just a waste of time because I didn’t get X-rays or any other diagnostic test to see what else could be going on- he basically said it “sounded” like I have bronchitis. I left this review out of frustration and would hate for other veterans to receive this poor level of care when they are sick. I’m angry because it’s frustrating to be treated like my health doesn’t matter. If you just want Covid testing, come here. If you want quality care, keep looking because this ain’t it.
My brother in law has attempted twice to get seen and both times they had closed early. Why is it a urgent care if you dont care enough to stay open to see patients?
Kellie was professional and kind, Ashley was quick & onpoint and Im a fan on waiting in my car instead of the lobby! Great facility and way better than the one at Cherrydale!
Absolutely AMAZING staff!!! My daughter had an allergic reaction to I dont know what lol, and was having trouble breathing. I rushed her to this office 30mins before closing. Immediately a beautiful inside&out young lady Tasha took her right back and started to examine her. I did not have her insurance card and we were having trouble verifying her insurance but that did not stop Doctor Hurs from treating her or giving her the Aclass treatment that she deserved. He even had us to stay almost an hr after closing to monitor her to insure she was ok to go home. This AFC staff is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL as well as the office being clean, up to date, and professional. My daughters experience and the care and concern that was shown to us in our time of late night fright will never be forgotten. I am so grateful for AFC Urgent Care on Augusta Rd. They are the authentic genuine real deal of caring healthcare professionals.
My experience was blessed. The ladies were all perfect and very professional. I will recommend this urgent care to all of my family and friends. Very fast service!! Very convenient! Very pleasant people! Natasha, Erica, and Doctor Jessica God Bless you all!
All the staff were fantastic - super friendly, very helpful and efficient, and went the extra mile to get us taken care of as fast as possible! I would (and I actually have!) highly recommend AFC Urgent Care and well definitely be back! Thanks so much to a super awesome staff! You guys ROCK!
6 yo daughter cut her leg and needed stitches. First went to GVL Memorial, and there was a huge line. Called our pediatrician and nurse-on-call recommended AFC Urgent Care - great recommendation. Heather, Rhonda, Porsche, and Shannon at AFC responded as soon as we walked in the door, made my daughter feel as comfortable as possible, and quickly took care of her wound. Excellent experience, and we really appreciate them!
I had no problem getting in and being seen, unlike my on doctors office. Im very thankful for them.
If I could put 0 stars I would. The NP did not do her job. She did not do a complete exam and literally came and told us bye without a diagnosis or treatment plan. And we were not the only ones, she did the gentleman next to us the same way. She literally came In the room for 2 minutes, if even that long, and walked out. Sadly, we will not use another AFC urgent care due to this situation.
It was a smooth process from making the appointment online and preregistering my data easily saving time inside the facility. I was seen on schedule and received warm professional care from every staff member I encountered. All my questions were answered. I recommend this group highly!
These people are completely incompetent. After being told by one receptionist that my insurance was accepted, I filled out all of their forms, waited 2 hours for my appointment, and made an extra trip because youre not allowed to wait there, only to have a second receptionist tell me that my insurance was not accepted. So I spent my sick day driving around and ultimately not being able to be seen by anyone because these people wasted my time. Would not recommend.
Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I cannot recommend them enough. Its so stressful going to a doctors office but every single person that I met in this building helped to alleviate that stress with their fantastic bed side manor .They were also very in depth and helpful in terms of my diagnosis.
We came in because C tested pos for COVID and had a fever, I was symptomatic but negative. Had great difficulty getting through the home as the options fed not work. Upon arriving home we thought it would have been helpful to have written instructions as there was a lot recall
The NP was kind and thorough. I was seen quickly and efficiently. One note: desk assistant needed to be doing intake. Her certification would have made for an easier triage. I found myself having to spell and explain the use of several common Rxs to the Rad Tech that did my triage.Otherwise, an excellent experience. Thanks to AFC and Bon Secours for placing this center on Augusta Rd.
Great staff and professional care. Booked an appointment online and was seen immediately. Everyone was friendly and helpful and they were able to get me a referral to see a doctor right away.
Came here because my foot is killing me. I Walked in and receptionist asked me if I had an appointment I told her no. She had me wait for 15 minutes while she handled insurance stuff for three other people. Once she was done she asked me to come back up just to tell me I need an appointment to see a doctor because it’s an hour wait. She did not even give me the option to wait if I wanted to. WALK-IN IS NOT WELCOME even though it’s say best walk-in service.
AFC Urgent Care is the best, I am from Michigan just in SC for a couple of weeks, and was injured at work, everyone at AFC was so nice, and treated my injuries with the best care anyone could ask for, cant wait to go back to get my stitches removed, thank you all so much.
Everyone was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful to my given situation. Johnathan gave the best care and made me feel comfortable throughout my treatment. If its possible to recommend him as my family doctor I would. Hands down
Upon arrival at this facility, Ms. Donna helped me get checked In. She saw that I was stressed about online check In. She helped me by explaining the process of check in. Donna realized that I had lost my spot that was put in earlier. She corrected the issue right away. She was patient, caring, and kind also. Thank you Ms. Donna.🤗🤗🤗👍👍👍When I finally got called back, Ms. Natarsha greet me with care, kindness & concern. She explained the PCR Test to me. Natarsha show compassion for my concerns & worries about the test. She informed me of the time it would take to receive the results. Natarsha told me all that I needed to do to stay safe. Thanks so much Ms. Natarsha. 🤗😀🤗👏👏👏I hope AFC Urgent Care Bon Scours realizes how valuable theses women are. Every employee here was stretched beyond measure. I just pray they get more employees because that 3.5 hour wait time was the worst part. Im pray for our healthcare workers🙏🙏🙏
I called and requested a covid test this morning due to having a few minor symptoms. I dont believe I had covid, but I am obligated to be tested before returning to work. I was asked to wait in the car and register for my appointment due to my symptoms. So I do that. Then Ashley calls and tells me I can come in. At this point it started pouring, raining completely sideways. There was literally a tornado warning outside. I said, Its raining really hard right now. Im going to wait a couple of minutes then Ill walk in. Ashley: you cant do that. Youll lose your spot. Me: well its pouring outside and Im not about to get soaked in cold water when I already done feel good. Ashley: then well have to move on to the next person. Me: so you think it would be more beneficial to my health to come in soaked and have to spend the next hr in drenched clothes? And that was when Ashley hung up on me. I was able to walk in the door less than 2 minutes later once there was a break in the rain. The next person wasnt called in until after I was already in the office. Tell me how the attitude and lack of compassion was necessary?
Got COVID tested yesterday and was the best out of the other 2 test previously. My daughter went to Prisma Health for testing and they irritated her nostril to where her nose bled. Will definitely be referring everyone to this location. Dr. D. was so gentle. Thanks Regina for your pleasant demeanor.
I had a great experience when I visited this facility today. Donna, Ashley and Morris, NP were very caring, compassionate and professional! I did not have to wait long and all & was back to work in no time! 😃
The facilities were very clean, and the staff very friendly. Erika and Natasha were very sweet. Dr. Diamant was able to get me un and out. I went in a little after 1 p.m. and was out by 3:15 p.m. This was pretty quick considering I was a new patient and there were two other people before me.
Went inside today to see if they had any openings to which the girl replies “we are fully booked the rest of the day.” This was at 4:45 pm, mind you. They close at 8. I go back to the car, and I’m trying to make other phone calls to see if anywhere else still has slots, and I see the same girl come out and turn off the lights and lock the door and close up. This is at 5 pm. As a nursing student, this is unethical beyond words. I don’t care if it is New Year’s Eve, you do NOT turn a patient away and LIE that you have appointments until closing, when you clearly do not, just to go home early. You should be ashamed of yourselves and should not be in healthcare if you have no regard for sick patients.
Went there because neck is in serious pain (but enough to take up a much needed bed in an ER) and before I could even finish my question, the lady at the front desk laughed and said we dont have any appointments. Then would I tried to ask her if she knew of any other places near by she cut me off and said we have 600 people waiting for COVID test go you will not get in anywhere. Then I said just go to the ER if you hurt so bad in a mocking tune. I understand everyone is over worked but you can still be a decent human to other people.
After a fall on concrete while running a block from AFC Urgent Care, with lots of blood pouring from my nose and other cuts, i got lots of and immediate attention from multiple people working Monday morning. They did a great job with cleaning me up and then took X-rays of my nose which did show a small break. They were very gentle with all the road rash but i knew it was clean when i left!
I am a new resident of Greenville SC, my doctors office recommended me to urgent care since he was not in the office. The staff from the front desk to the physician assistant Natasha and the doctor I staff were amazing. I went in feeling at my lowest and they really warmed my spirit. I give them 5 stars and recommend their services. If you are new to Greenville or a familiar face to the area AFC urgent care is the place to go for your urgent care needs
Unfortunately I have had to stop here a few times, but fortunately this is a good center for urgent care, all the nurses and doctors I have seen here have been very thorough, caring and professional. I havent experienced any long wait times and my visits have been affordable. Thanks a lot yall!
Went last night for a rapid test. The nurse and nurse practitioner were both kind, the test was not awful, and the NP was great at communicating very helpful information so that I can make informed decisions going forward. Thank you!
Everyone was very friendly from the front desk staff to the Physicians assist that I saw. It’s really nice that you can schedule an appointment online and cut down on your wait time. I didn’t have to wait very long to be seen which I really appreciated since I wasn’t feeling well. I would recommend this urgent care practice!
I came in as a new patient. I was called in a non-private lobby and asked for Hippa protected information. It felt wrong especially when another guy that came in for an STD check was asked clinical hippa protected questions to me.Nurse was unprofessional. After already sitting I a lobby in which I discussed my protected information, I was met by an unprofessional nurse. I came in for a covid screen....and if negative....assistance for my URT symptoms. I had my work uniform on. She said, You went into work with those symptoms? I said yes. You know how it is in healthcare because I didnt really know how to respond. I also said I get bronchitis a lot. She said, well those symptoms dont sound like bronchitis. If anyone had asked me even a bit of my history of recurrent bronchitis, this being my 7th covid test, and that I only went to the clinic for it to be ruled out because my pcp was closed....perhaps I wouldnt have gotten so much attitude. I do not have covid. The doctor came into my room looking flustered and frustrated but with the attempt of being cordial. But his phone rang so he excused himself stating it was important. He came clearly more flustered and stated he would be missing a staff meeting but he would rather see patients (as if it was his manta for the day). I dont need to know about his personal meetings. Secondly, the statement about patients coming first combing with his full body disposition, is one of the most creative ways Ive been non verbally told that I was an inconvenience.I could literally hear the person in a room next to me got a strep test. Then there was the girl crying and screaming as I literally heard a staple suture gun being fired into her skin.I dont even know who treated me. I have a discharge paper that I do not see any providers name on and none of it is signed.I told the doctor i was given antibiotics, promethazine dm without codine, and steroids. I said the cough syrup really helped. He said it was a controlled substance he doesnt give out. Its not. The minute clinic gave it to me. If he was worried about any other effects of a very efficient medication, he could have just said that. I also wanted to show him the course of treatment I previously has that had finally helped me prior. It had the promethazine dm on it. Id showed him the list to show him the antibiotics Id been on since he mentioned one that duplicates another. He saw the syrup and said, nope , not giving you that, scroll up. I was shocked. He listened to my lower lung sounds and said they sounded quite good. He stated listening to upper lung sounds and I started to cough and kinda just gave up and said hed give me antibiotics though I had no fever and perhaps there were some mucous plugs that moved around, but I havent coughed anything up. I also stated I noticed an agitation in a certain part of my chest that often has a wheeze and he said he would refer me to a pulmonologist. I have one. I went to an URGENT CARE as I was unable to see my specialists. Would it have harmed him to listen to the specific spot I stated issue with. No. But it could easily be harmed by it right now because who knows of it would have changed the course of treatment.I was finally given a dexamethasone shot and augmentin. I dont feel confident this is bacterial and I dont see how anyone could be confident that it is bacterial as no one ran a rapid CBC to look for elevated white blood cell count. So they I called today. It took 5 times to even reach a phone that got picked up. Do not tell a patient to call with follow up clinical questions if there isnt enough continuity of care to actually address the patients concern.I change my response to 0. I will never go to this location, Bon Secours, or AFC location in my life. HIPAA law is clearly broken at this practice on a minute by minute basis. Patient care is questionable...very questionable. Medical practices are questionable. I wonder if my shot was even sterile.
Open till 9pm but wont take patients after 8:30pmEdit:My mistake I went in 7:30pm and no one could see me due to the fact that you guys will not take any more patients. If you dont close till 8pm you should see the patient when they come in at 7:30pm. I meant to say 7:30. My frustrations didnt help in writing the review. But it was 7:30 and closing at 8 last night. I wrote the review soon after.
I went for a COVID-19 test here and they were great. I dealt with Gina in reception, Natarsha did my intake, Nicole explained everything about the test. They were all kind, careful, and efficient. Really couldnt have asked for better.
The business design is efficient, the staff are both friendly and professional. We left feeling better because we trusted the care and the advice we were given.
The Dr. spent 1 min with me and told me to just let my cold run its corse. I would have been better off staying home in the bed. If prisma md360 was open I would have went there instead.
😍😍😇 Thank God for neg test. And thanks to Mary and Natarsha for being so concerned and nice while at our visit. Very sweet people. Knew what was going on. Oh yea and the wait time was nowhere near the hospital. I would choose AFC anytime. Thanks ladies
When youre not feeling well, its no fun! But I went to this urgent care and my experience was very pleasant and the staff was great. I would recommend someone to come here any time!
What a wonderful experience for such a bad situation. Front desk was so friendly, staff is so friendly with my daughter and I both! Kept us updated while waiting to make sure we knew they didnt forget about us and made sure we were comfortable.
Caring drs.and staff. I was extremely sick when i walked in. I had already been to 2 other walk in clinics within the past week and was told it was a cold, then a virus...but i knew i was getting sicker and started to have a hard time catching.my breathe..i explained that to the dr.and told her i was scared i knew something was wrong.and needed someone to listen to me. She did. She found out what was wrong..sent my meds in and i was very relieved because at first once again all.my tests were.coming back negative but i was sick.and looked even worse..she cared so.much about me and never met me a day in her life but i am.so glad.she was my dr because i may not be here if it wasnt for her.
Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses to the doctors were very informative and helpful. They treated me like a person instead of a number and everyone was nice. The prices were very competitive as well. I would Definately come here again.
Lisa Miller, Ashley and Natasha were so awesome yesterday. All very professional and caring. Urgent care on Augusta road far exceeded my expectations.
Front staff, nurse, and doctor were all very nice, caring, and professional. Thank you!
Went in for stitches. Ended up needing blood work :(The nurse practitioner poked herself with a needle she used on me. After stitching me up, she sent someone else in and declared that they needed to draw my blood because of her mistake. I wasn’t asked for consent. And, because it was early morning and I hadn’t eaten or drank anything yet, they had difficulty with the draw. After 45 min and 8 pokes by 2 different people, they finally had enough blood to test. They laughed about the situation saying that it was a free STD test. However, two weeks later and I still haven’t gotten a call with my results. But they were quick to send the bill.
My colleagues and I needed a rapid Covid test and all the other locations were hard to navigate. Thanks to Donna Mitchell’s professional and efficient service it was as rapid as the test. She also offered Covid counsel which was incredibly helpful.
Sure, I got a positive COVID result, but I at least got my results in a quick, smooth, and painless process. Booking my appointment (all online) was easy. Everyone was kind and professional. For rapid Covid testing, I would definitely recommend.
Natasha, Kelly, and Michaela were great! They went above and beyond to find a medicine that was in short supply. They were patient, quick, and so nice!
Barely been here an hour and my girlfriend has already been checked out by the nurse and doctor Hudson was really nice and made sure we understood what was going on and the proper steps to a speedy recovery! Everyone was super nice and very attentive and knowledgeable!
Great experience getting tested at this location - the process was streamlined. Everything was handled online - it was a breeze. I hope I never have to get another COVID test - but if I do I will come back here. Thank you to Kelly and the rest of the staff, you guys rock!
Everyone was great! Very friendly and professional. Every time Ive needed an urgent care they have taken care of my needs. Thanks a ton!
I read all the terrific reviews so I chose to go here which after leaving there wonder why . The staff were very friendly and courteous. So the problem is so with my co pay I have officially payed $ 115.00 for a bandaid . Now I did get a prescription for antibiotics , so I will give them a try .If it works and what looks like an infection does not spread I will change this post . But not really happy at all . Lesson learned one way or another .
I actually felt comfortable going to this urgent care. Erika was very nice , helpful and patient with me. Sonya was very helpful for my first time. And Dr.Hurst is Awesome and funny . Very understanding guy
I brought my daughter in, the service was fast, the staff was so friendly and nice, and professional. We were in and out! I’ll be doing here if needed in the future!!
I went to the location on Pelham Road but their x-ray machine was down, so they sent me to the Augusta Street location, where I waited for 2 hours to be told they couldnt get their machine to work. Its simple courtesy to give patients an update when theyre waiting that long, but that did not happen here. Unacceptable and complete waste of time.
This is by far the best urgent care facility to come to. The staff is friendly, efficient, and diligent. I will not be going anywhere else from here on. Thank you ladies! You are amazing!!!
The staff was incredibly nice and professional. The doctor was really patient when explaining things. The gentlemen at the front counter had exceptional customer service.
Wonderful nursing staff, and very compassionate, knowledgeable doctor. I was in and out so quickly. I wont go anywhere else but here from now on. Thank you all so much for the excellent care.
Libby was amazing helping me and the young female Doctor was absolutely amazing too! Couldn’t have been easier or any better than it was! Highly recommend!
The staff and provider were absolutely amazing! I was in and out within a hour. I highly recommend them for any of your urgent care needs!
Great location, convenient and excellent service
This was my first time ever visiting a urgent care, but the staff at AFC Augusta St made my visit so easy. The staff was fantastic! I will definitely be back. Thank you!!!
From entering through exiting, the staff & provider were awesome! The best urgent care facility Ive been to ever.
I was able to schedule an appointment easily and my visit only took 30 min. The staff was friendly and the care was great!
So wasn’t feeling too good so I decided to go to this urgent care to get a rapid Covid test. This was the only one that did not require an appointment. Walked in @4:45pm.... just got off of work. I asked the young lady could I get a rapid test she turned me away and said no because the provider will probably tell me no also because they close at 5pm.... Trash
By far one of the BEST AFC Urgent Care! They have a great team in place and you are treated with kindness and care from the moment you walk in all the way through your departure!
After going to the one In Powdersville and receiving the crappiest service, I tried this one! HUGE shout out to Erica, Mike and Heather, they are amazing and hooked me up quickly in that time crunch. They were fantastic was in and out in no time! Huge shout out to this office!
This was the BEST urgent care I’ve ever been to. The staff is very friendly & they’re quick would definitely recommend
Not happy with their billing as they did not put it through my insurance even though all the documentation was given to them. Web site says you can pay the bill there but their link is not valid.
This is a great place to go for simple medical needs. The staff is top notch and everyone has a smile on their face. If there’s not much of a wait, you’re in and out in 30 minutes. Highly recommend
Great staff! No wait time or paperwork if you make an appointment online. The doctor, a real MD, was super thorough and pleasant. So much cheaper than the ER!!
Great service … cut finger and needed stitches … they took me back right away !!! Rita , M A and all staff did suoer
Brought my fiance in today for a covid test we new she would be positive and yes she was the nurse practitioner didnt give her any medication at all just told her to guarantee for 5 days and hydrate and take fever reducer what a waste of time if your sick at all dont go here they just want your money for the office visit and they do nothing my mom on the other hand went to easley hospital and got a covid test and it was positive but they took care of her there 3 medications and out the door in 1 hour
After waiting an hour, they told me the doctor wasn’t certified to give a simple physical exam. If he can’t give a physical exam, what is he certified to do? Receptionist was really useless. Really unprofessional, they looked like they had no idea what they were doing.
Everyone on the staff was awesome! Caring, knowledgeable , detailed and organized with friendliness and professionalism! I felt at ease with the staff taking care of my issue and instructions on how to manage at home.
They were very kind and very helpful. They made my visit there very comfortable and easy. I would like to thank them all.
Urgent care they were quick , had me in and out. Everyone was soo nice eventhough I went for something soo small they cared as much as I did, and made sure I got proper care.
Very attentive and professional. Took care of me quickly and told me what I had & need to do to get better.
