My experience at Quest was awful. There is no excuse for employees to be rude to customers. When comments are made such as I like when people make appointment because walk-ins are trouble creates a uneasy environment for customers especially if that customer is a walk-in. She already had a negative view towards me. It was difficult understanding the employee while she was communicating with her mask on. Because I felt mistreated and she was rude, I asked for her name so I could report my experience. She gave me a false name (Maria) while my paperwork clearly stated the name Rama. I wish I read the reviews before coming to this location. I hope her attitude towards customers gets better in time since walk-ins will not be allowed in the future starting next week.

I had a great experience this morning at this location. I was concerned with some of the reviews, but it was the closest location to me so I opted to try it out. The phlebotomist, Rama, was incredibly kind from the moment I walked in. When I indicated that I was a bit anxious regarding the blood draw she was reassuring and talked to me the whole time. She was incredibly efficient - the whole process only took a few minutes. I recommend making an appointment online and using their online/text check-in process - it was really easy!

This is my preferred lab company, Quest Diagnostics, and my preferred location after the first visit. I usually have Rama as my phlebotomist for my appointment times, and shes great. Her professionalism and attention to detail reassures me that the lab work to monitor my cancer remission is done with exact precision. Her colleagues who have substituted a time or two are equally as good as well. I always enjoy my visit and would chat with them a while longer, but theyve got work to do! Five stars all around for this facility.

Rama was so awesome! I have a huge fear of needles, she talked to me the whole time during the draw to keep me calm. She was so sweet. I went around 3 PM on a Friday and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Great experience!

Reading the other reviews here I just wanted to say my 2 cents. The 2 ladies (One was Miss T) that were there were professional. They worked quickly and would joke around with me making me feel comfortable (I hate needles). I was paying out of pocket and the total came to like $2000 for all the work needed. When I realized that, obviously that was a bit too much and had to leave. The other lady ended up chasing me down and caught me when I was getting in my car and said to come back in, they may know of a place where if I ordered through would make it cheaper. Anyway, long story short... it was WAYYY cheaper and these 2 ladies were awesome. No attitude, just nice ladies with a lot of work to do.

I am a fainter and extremely anxious when it comes to needles. Rama was excellent and hit gold on first try without the searching. My normal experience is 3 or 4 attempts to get blood which is what leads to the fainting. She was awesome, professional and my husband and I were both in and out in a matter of minutes. Excellent experience!! Thank you Rama!!!

If I could leave this location 6 stars I would!Rama and her Colleagues went out of their way to ensure the results came back in a timely fashion.If you want caring personalized service this is the place for you!

RAMA as usual is not only extremely professional she is very pleasant as well. As much as I dont like needles it is always a painless process. She is truly an asset to Quest.

I was referred to Quest Diagnostics by the company that was contracted to perform pre-employment testing. The original company was unable to collect blood work due to incompetence on their part. My technician, Rama, was the utmost professional, listened to me, and got the blood specimen on the first try! I would recommend this company to anyone who needs medical services.

You know a place is bad when you would drive 30 minutes out the way to NOT go to this Quest location. The lab technicians lack human empathy and treat patients like cattle, even yelling at them. Read the other reviews---one person left crying. The management response to reviews is a joke as well---really?!

Rama is fantastic, best place i always go, do not listen to this comments i guess rude patients come in with rude attitude. if you always nice to people it is no way they can be rude just think about it.

The women who does the testing that is blonde is extremely rude to everyone who comes in. She acts like she hates her job and your a issue even being there. Go to another location unless you want to deal with a nasty additude!!! Very unprofessional!

When it comes to having my blood drawn, I like coming to this location because it’s clean and the tech’s are so professional, and efficient. I never hear them tell me that they can’t find a vein, like other lab tech’s in the past have told me.

I had to do a drug screen for a employer, I had Miss Lisa she is one of the nurses there she treated me so good nothing but respect, She went over everything with me very respectfully, I would go there again anytime for any lab work very clean very quiet and very nice the whole staff was very polite especially Miss Lisa

Horrible experience! So i take my first and oh the strip isnt reading a temperature, have a seat in the lounge and drink water till you have to go again what!?!? So I wait over an hour and go to have a cigarette as I did WITH an EMPLOYEE earlier, and as Im walking back in they tell me they called my employer and my test is voided!! Needless to say I lost my job smoking a cigarette just a I did earlier with no problem!! Oh and remember, I TOOK A TEST ALREADY!!! Your process is messed up and immoral!!!

Got my blood taken by Rama and she was super accommodating to my needle reactions! Quick and easy check-in system too.

Today I went to do some exams and the lady who was in the afternoon was extremely rude. Not for nothing has this place such a bad score. It is unfortunate. Less than two months ago I had a blood test and the experience was different, for that reason I went today and I wish I had not gone.

Arrive at 8:30am on a Thursday. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The employee who helped me was very friendly and the overall experience was great.

I was in and out quickly. Rama did a great job and didn’t leave a mark after my blood draw.

Always a professional and courteous appointment. Never any problems or issues. Rama is a gem.

Was a bit nervous because of the reviews but staff was super friendly and we were in and out in just moments. Very pleasant experience.

Rama was a lifesaver, made getting my bloodwork quick, calm, and easy.

Angela was very friendly and professional, I had good timing around 9:15am on a Tuesday morning just walked right in and was out in about 20 mins.

This place is the worst place to have to deal with. The staff is unprofessional and how you run a business. Staff is the worst. I will look into getting corporate number and reporting the issues there.

The girl who works in afternoon Shes too rude.If you do not like her job, she must go and find another job I hope when I come back I dont see her

Literally impossible to reach a real person by calling, its all just a phone tree full of long recordings.

Worse & rude staff with no patience at all. Do not recommend this location.
