Ive been a patient for over 15 years and I have no complaints. From day one the staff has been warm and welcoming, service is amazing. The office is tastefully decorated, always spotless and atmosphere is very personal, cozy and warm. My doctor retired in the last couple of years and the transition has been seamless. Mary Carter was wonderful. Ive recommended this office to friends over the years and will continue to do so.

Check-in process was quick, lobby wait was not long, NP Rachael Freeman was friendly and knowledgeable and familiar with my symptoms. She gave me helpful tips and also suggested vitamins that can help. The prescription that she filled for me was called in right away and worked within 48 hours of taking it! I wish I had gone sooner and not waited so long to remedy my symptoms.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Davis for over 21 years and she has always been precautious & caring of all of my needs as a woman of color. Vickie and the front desk staff are all gems! I love WEOBGYN.

Experience was very comfortable and easy, from speaking with the receptionist/scheduler to the NP. As a black woman it is very hard to feel that I will get the care that is needed but I didnt feel out of place, I felt my complaints about my health issues were heard and taken seriously. Everyone was very kind and the environment exuded welcoming energy.

I’ve been going to West End OBGYN for over 10 years. I’ve been with Dr. Murray, but have seen a few other providers as well for emergency visits that come up. Everyone I’ve worked with is super thorough, caring, listens to my concerns/needs, and is always willing to take the extra time to answer my questions. The front desk is also great with going above and beyond for any insurance related questions. Could not recommend this practice enough!

I saw Mary Carter for the first time today after going to this practice for about 7 years now. Due to my extreme anxiety about getting an anual exam done, even with being orally sedated in the past, today was my first time being comfortable enough to actually get all of the necessary procedures done at my visit all thanks to this wonderful nurse practitioner. She made me feel so so comfortable and was so nice. She was able to coach me through getting my anual exam done and it was completely painless. I am so grateful and would definitely recommend this practice to anyone.

I have been very happy with the care I have received from Dr Mahoney and their office. I have had a number of OBGYNs over the years and this group has been the best by far. They are easy to work with and are great with flexibility with appointments. It can be busy sometimes, so try to schedule for mornings if you are in a hurry. They have labs and ultrasound in the office which makes things even easier. I highly recommend this group.

I had a visit with Mary Carter NP since I couldnt get in with Dr. Mahoney. Mary was very professional and easy to talk to, which is very important to me. Im getting older and my body is going through alot of changes and being able to freely speak to your provider is a must. I will definitely make future appointments with her and her nurse.

I loved coming here for the last 10 years while I was still seeing Cherry but since she retired this past year (so happy for her!), I realize she was the primary positive thing about my experience here. I think most of the team is alright but after some uncomfortable experiences, including a recommendation for freezing my eggs (Im in my early 30s?????) and a nurse snapping at me for not having my entire medical history memorized (its literally in my chart???????) I am more than ready to move on.

I have visited this facility for my pregnancy and delivery. dr ViEnne MUrray was my doctor and she is amazing doctor I have ever visited very caring and sensible doctor.SheUnderstands all our concerns not only listens but she act accordingly that makes her the star. I can strongly tell she is not just a 9 to 5 doctor she feels patient has her responsibility. I have visited couple of obgyn in henrico but west end has offered me the best service.

Dr. Earhart was the first doctor to ever truly figure out what underlying conditions were causing my reoccurring infections. She always responds promptly to my messages with questions and concerns in the portal. I am so appreciative of her help supporting me while we have been treating the different infections that I have had over the past year. She has never made me feel overly sensitive and has never dismissed my feelings that things just arent quite right. She is the BEST!

Today was my first appointment with them and they made me feel like a person and not a patient. Dr Earhart is excellent shes a realist and I loved her!!! This was the best OBGYN office I have ever been to.

Dr. Earhart Is absolutely amazing, I have been her patient for 2 years now and I love her. I had a very traumatic birth with my first child ( I was young mom) my first OB made me feel ashamed for being a young mom and made my birth very traumatic. When I became pregnant with my son and found Dr. Earhart she answered all my questions, was never judgmental, and was very helpful/sweet. When it came time to deliver I was nervous about what it was going to be like again ( my children have a 9 year age gap/ I had forgotten what it was like to give birth lol) I couldn’t believe how great she was! she helped bring my son into the world and made it a beautiful experience for me. My husband and I want another baby in the future and I definitely will be staying with Dr. Earhart! I know sometimes the front office can seem Insane when you call, but it is worth it! I have heard all great things about all the drs at this office and definitely recommend going here!

Great practice! Been going to them for well over a decade! I followed Dr. Vienne Murray over to this practice. I have seen Murray, Earhardt, and Freeman. They all take the time to listen to you and you leave feeling like all your healthcare needs were met and your questions were answered.

Dr. Davis took care of me my entire pregnancy and delivered my son in 2020.I’ve also seen Rachael NP a few times and she is awesome, friendly, and very quick.Everyone in the office is super friendly and welcoming to the front desk workers — to medical providers/staff. I’d recommend this place 1,000 times!

Dr. Dausch is one of the very best doctors I’ve ever seen- across any field of medicine. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable but also exceedingly compassionate & thorough. She will take however much time is necessary to answer your questions and put your mind at ease. I cannot say enough good things about her and I am thankful to have such an AMAZING doctor!!!

I love Dr Murray and Nurse Candy but the front desk person was so rude!! She was screaming my personal info out to the entire waiting room. There should be at least a privacy screen between check in and waiting room chairs. She sits in the first desk to the left as you walk in and has been rude before. She acted as if I was a piece of trash -I have double health insurance, I have worked in healthcare for 40+ and I know quality healthcare. This was not quality care. I want to stay w/Dr Murray but do not want to chance dealing with this terrible, unprofessional front desk person again.

I have never trusted a doctor like I trust Dr. Earhart. I had been seeing her for my regular checkups for a couple years and then when it was time for me to have my first child. She always answered all my questions, even after working ours, which helped a lot to calm my first time mom anxieties. She always laid out all of my options, told me the benefits/drawbacks to each one and allowed me to choose. Towards the end of my pregnancy I trusted her so much that I would just ask her what she would do and go with that. When it came time for labor, she knew it was important to me to try to not have a c section and even though I labored for almost 30 hours, she never pushed c-section. Everyone is always shocked that i wasnt pushed more for a csection. She was always on top of me and my babies health and comfort and made sure to follow through on what I wanted for myself. Dr. Earhart made my first pregnancy experience so much easier than I think it would of been had I had someone else. I look forward to continuing to see her!

I have been seeing Doctor Victoria Davis for over 20 years. I have referred several people to the practice and all have been pleased. This is a high volume practice; however, Dr. Davis and her nurse, Dawn, have always been extremely responsive and wonderful to work with.

Yes. This place. The office runs efficiently and happily. I was seen promptly but never felt rushed. Dr. Earhart is fantastic. If you’re looking for a great ob-gyn, here she is. Knowledgeable, clear and kind.An exam and a game plan for my complaint in no time flat. You know it’s good care when you want to rave about your gynecologist, folks...

The front desk was the reason I didn’t want to continue going to this facility. After seeing the doctor for my early pregnancy check up, she told me that I needed to schedule my appointment for lap and ultrasound. When I checked out and scheduled for the next appointment, I was being questioned by the front desk lady about the upcoming appointment. I never experienced this before. I kept questioning myself if I did anything wrong but when I read the review, this is definitely a problem at this facility. I hope they would see the review and put it in action!!

I went a few years ago for my first annual exam ever and it went smoothly, almost everyone was nice. I saw Dr. Davis. Once I mentioned that my aunt had spina bifida, the doctor immediately went on a spill about how I need to take prenatal vitamins and a bunch of other vitamins to “prepare for when it’s time.” I never mentioned I was interested in having children, in fact, I actually would like to be sterilized. It was so off putting to me for her to assume my life choices without asking first. That’s like taking your car in for a yearly inspection and they charge you to have all your tires changed because that’s what they assumed you wanted. I didn’t correct her or say anything, I just know I’m not interested in returning.

I see Dr. Mahoney and I love her and all of the staff here. I have had nothing but positive experiences with the front office, calling and scheduling, bill pay, etc. The nurses are wonderful and always make me feel at home. An OBGYN is of extreme importance to me because I have endometriosis, large ovarian cysts, and many issues for this area of expertise. Dr. Mahoney stayed late to perform emergency surgery on a cyst removal. Twice, her staff has emergency scheduled appointments for me while I have been in extreme pain. I don’t know many places that do that. If I were pregnant, I would 100% be comfortable I came to the right spot. Their bedside manner is fantastic. I got very lucky moving to the area and finding this practice and doctor. Thank you for all your help!

Dr freeman is the best. She was the only one to help me with my problem. She was the only one who wanted to figure out my issue and set me up for an appointment next week to get things checked out im soo happy

I used this office for a few years and the doctors and nurses are very nice and helpful but I changed doctors specifically due to the constant rudeness of the receptionist. Every time I have called to simply make an appointment, I have been talked down to as if I was stupid and did not need to be calling. The last time I called I was told to just leave a voicemail with the nurse because I assume the receptionist didnt think I actually needed an appointment. I later find out the lady I spoke with didnt even understand the reason I needed an appointment in the first place. ( I just wanted an appointment to talk about changing my medication). Its very sad to have to leave an office with caring doctors because the front desk can not be polite or respectful.

After calling and missing the offices returned calls, I called back the fourth time to set up an appt. I was put through to Beth after explaining to the operator that I hadn’t been able to schedule yet. Once Beth was on the line she was clearly upset that I was even on the line at all. She spoke to me like I was a child who had done something naughty. I found it extremely unprofessional and insulting. She dismissed me when I attempted to joke about our phone tag so I promptly said no thank you to any appointments with this establishment. Hope you all have a better experience and better luck scheduling as a new patient!

I cannot express how wonderful this office is! From Dr. Mahoney, to her nurse Emmy, to my favorite practitioner Carrisa, and the front office, everyone has gone above and beyond. They have been patient with all of my questions and always provided me with all of my options. I would absolutely recommend them to ANYONE who is looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable OBGYN office!

West End Ob/Gyn was highly recommended to me to my MFM, but I was very surprised when I called to schedule a new patient consult and was told that they dont do that--that I could only be seen for an annual exam or if I had an active problem/issue. I was hoping to schedule a face-to-face to see if it would be the right fit for my obstetrical needs and step through my complicated medical history with infertility, IVF and loss, but I was told this was not possible. Ive never had issues scheduling consults with doctors offices in the past and was very surprised and disappointed. I was hoping to establish a long-term relationship, and this came across as very transactional.

I absolutely love Dr. Mahoney and Dr. Murray! They are very kind, patient, and understanding. The front office staff has had some turnover over the past 3 years, which is a little discouraging, but the drs. and nurses that I have seen there are great! Eme is a triage nurse that works with the two drs. mentioned and she is always very prompt in returning phone calls and taking care of whatever needs I do have, which is a major plus! I love this office and wouldnt consider going anywhere else!

I have been seeing Dr. Mahoney and Med Assistant Chante since 2006.... Dr. Mahoney delivered 4 of my children, she is very caring and she remembers her patients and builds a beautiful repo with them. The whole staff is amazing. Vicki in the front is just amazing. Best Ob practice in the tri-cities

Dr. Mahoney is awesome and so is her nurse Shante. Theyve taken great care of me and all my babies for over ten years now!! Wouldnt trade either of them for the world!!

I have seen all of the Doctors at W-E OBGYN, I havent met one I didnt like! Dr. Mahoney takes the time to talk to you and answers any questions you have without making you feel like you are dumb or wasting her time, I recommend them to everyone who is looking for a good, clean environment!

Dr Susan Dausch is the best. She is a very caring person. She always knows how to make a person feel better and help them in ways to stop the pain when they are hurting. Dr Dausch is a blessing to me.

Im not a doctor or hospital type of person buy they were very nice even though tha believe a mask will protect them from a virus. Who am I to judge thoGood job on tha programming

I ended up having a LabCorp error in billing frommy insurance but Monica helped me out. She reached out to me and updated me on getting everything corrected. Insurance can be complicated and unexpected bills are scary. I am really glad she could take care of it for me.

Treated my friend poorly and couldn’t care less about her pain during her biopsy. Better off finding a different place to go to unless you want to be talked down to.

Love this practice!! I have seen a few of the doctors there, but Vienne Murray has delivered all my babies and LOVE her!

I could not recommend Dr. Mahoney highly enough. She is a caring and talented professional who takes the time to understsnd her patients and their needs and to make sure thst they understand their health.

Stop answering the phone with “please hold” and immediately transferring people to hold. Your front-facing office management practices are losing you patients.

Dr. Mahoney is wonderful. I did have to deal with a nurse I found to be rude and not that bright but otherwise I recommend the practice and especially Dr. Mahoney

Front desk are so unprofessional! It seems like, I am not the only one who is complaining, this is definitely a problem at this facility.

The first appointment went very pleasant and smooth but follow-up is very bad. They don’t understand each patient need specific method of treatment.

Front office is completely and utterly lazy i’ve never called been put on hold and actually taken off hold as soon as they say hold might as well hang up
