We went to get my sons blood work drawn. It was packed and they had the soft checking machine with nothing to wipe it down with whatsoever. So theres 2 machines we were patient a 109. So probably 50 people touch that machine. Thats gross to start with. Let me limp back the girl that drew the blood work said. Do you want all the blood work done that youre doctor ordered? Im not sure why that question was asked. They have orders from a doctor you do what the doctor wants. She must have been new the girl from the other draw station kept asking her. Did you do this? Did you do that? She drew one tube of blood on my son and then said. Oh, you need drink more water. I blew your vein. The other girl came running over and said. Is this all the testing to be done? And she said yes with the printed labels. She looks at me and starts yelling at me and said you cant recording in here. I turned my phone around and said Im looking at my emails. Maybe I should have been recording. Horrible service. She got the rest of the blood out of my sons other arm and told him he needs to drink more water. Thats all he does is drink water. Bottom line we got done the blood works drawn the last time we were there. They lost the blood work that they drew. Not a lot of choices of blood draw companies. Because quest is pretty much the one. I would go to another location and ask for somebody experienced.

Good got in about 10 minutes after my appointment time and was out of there right away had my result that same day at night staff was nice.
3 HR glucose test to only have my blood drawn the first hr on time after that just a waste literally just sitting here. It not like you dont know every hour on the hr. 8 months pregnant to waste my time.
I was hesitant coming in here due to all the bad reviews, but honestly it was super easy and quick. I had an appointment to get my blood drawn and I was in and out in about 20 minutes.Checked in with no problem and Mitsy (room 3) was extremely professional and I hardly felt a thing. I normally don’t do reviews much but this place was great.
Do not come here! This formal complaint is against lead Panta. Panta was unprofessional, unfriendly, unkind, and apparently feels it’s appropriate to ask personal questions not related to getting blood work done. Employee Tina overheard our conversation and felt it was appropriate to laugh at me the patient when Panta was hostile. Both these employees need to be held accountable for their actions. Management please reach out.
I have been going to this Clinic for my Blood work for my doctors. I never have any problem with the staff. They are always very polite and cooperative with me. The place is clean and I feel safe and comfortable . I do my appointments online and I add my code upon signing on machine, and I am called immediately on my schedule time.
Had the worse experience coming here this morning. Check my records, I use this location often. Hahn was rude, slow requested the same documentation scanned outside. Questioned my lab results and the fact that they came from 3 different doctors. I have illness which requires to see different specialists that was not her concern. I will not patronize this business again.
This particular location is very fast. When I checked in they said a 7 min wait. Although it was closer to 15, its still faster than other locations. Ive had to wait up to 2 hours. Once I had to leave. If you are having to do a fasting blood work, it makes a big difference. The staff has always been nice at this location. However Im not sure if this location is open to the public or just a Southwest Medical itself.
Oh my God if I can give a ZERO star I would. Horrible experience every time I go to this place . I hope someone can bring it up to manager’s attention . But today, today was the worst day ever. I did not have an appointment and I really needed my daughter to get her blood drawn . We arrive at this place @830am checked in the staff told us it was going to be a little bit of wait so I decided to stay hoping it will be around 1 hr wait . But then it was 930, 1030, 1130, 1230 and I ask this rude as lady , I’ve been waiting here for 4 hrs do you have an idea how long more I have to wait and she replied I’m sorry but we need to get the people who have an appointment first and as soon as we’re done we’ll call the ones that don’t have an appointment, but people didn’t stop singing in so that means I was never going to get called . By 1pm I decided to ask again and the answer of another rude lady said I don’t know how long more it’s better if you leave and come back with an appointment 😒😒😒😤😤😤 I had to wait almost 5 hours for them to tell me that. My daughter 3 yr old was fasting and I know they don’t care but everything has to do with customer service and how things are addressed to you . They did not help at alll . And also they are so rude to elderly people . So rude . I will never go back to this place again . SO PLEASE PEOPLEDONT GO TO THIS PLACES WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT . NEVER .
As I looked online for an open appointment for a prescreen drug test I saw nothing available. I chose to walk-in and take my chances. Fourth on Standby list (WOW!) Was seen in 30 min, Ernest B was my collector. Very professional, informative, patient and very easygoing demeanor. Out in 10 min and waiting for bus at 9:45am. Perfect visit. Thanks for a great team.
Always have a positive experience here. I have difficult veins from past surgeries but the pple listen to me when I tell them & use a smaller needle to get the job done😁

The staff is kind, courteous, and very well-trained.This location is right next to UMC hospital, so, yes it is packed. The staff are amazing, and I have not had a better experience in the 15 years that I have been dealing with my health conditions. I couldnt ask for a better blood draw!
Worst quest to go to! Lab techs are very rude & distespectful. Always full of ppl, some with mask & no mask & coughing & sneezing. No one sanitizes the chairs after ppl leaves for the whole day. Wait time is very long.
I made this appt after being told that the order for my test (Bun/creatinine) was made two days before. However, they said they did not have it. I went in at 7am as I am 70 with COPD and heart disease. AND I had to use Lyft as I no longer drive. They sent me home and told me to get order done again. I called Desert Rad to get order and they told me that they tried to send the fax and to call their number and could not get through!! The phone rings and rings and then goes to a fast busy. CRAZY!! I was then told that this location does not accept orders for this particular test. It says it takes all tests on the website! I live less than a mile away and wish I could just walk there (I cannot afford to throw away another $20 on Lyft) and tell these people where to go. Horrible. Some supervisor was sent an email by Quest Cust service to call me but they never did. I intend on telling everyone I know not to use this lab if they have a choice. I know we have a pandemic but SOME of us have other health conditions that are a threat and we need to be considered as well/ ...otherwise, why isolate to stay safe if we cant get help if we get sick?? Rant over.
People there lie to patients told me my test results would be back in 3-5 days called the quest phone number a lady tells me that my result wont be ready for another 8 days so 12 days total who the heck has 8 more days to know if they have severe issues within their body. I just had major surgery and this is how they toy with peoples health. Not cool. I will be filing a formal complaint. Dont play with my health. Im not all for that. I could have went to the hospital and had them run my blood and get my results in which I may have too. This is ridiculous use another lab dont use quest.
SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT!Had an appointment for my son to get his blood drawn for testing. We were in and out within 20 minutes. Highly recommend scheduling an appointment or you will be waiting for up to (2) hours. There were people complaining that they had been waiting for over an hour while we waited to get called. Plus people were coming in as walkins and they were being told that it was a (2) hour wait.
They need to have a specific person to check people in. Check in system doesnt work all the time and not all people can work there system. Phelbotomist do not have time when calling patients in to stop and help all the people that are having trouble signing in. What are you going to do to fix this problem.
This location is wonderful! No wait time....I arrived early but they took me right away. Check in was easy. Everyone was so professional and my blood draw was painless and fast!
Today they must be short handed. Appointments & walk in are being called back real slow. Its like no one is in a hurry or no supervisor not watching whats going on. Very aggravating.
Amanda was very helpful and as I have a problem with needles in my arm she chose the correct needle, tubes, and helped me understand what to ask for! She didnt have to dig around and my Wife, no second poke. Great work! Also happy to see my brain disease has improved, I was able to get more vials and zero after effects that were note worthy. Poke is a poke, cant change that but I didnt feel much! My wife was done quick as great as well! Always busy, never have time for anything so quick in and out is great! Ill wait for Amanda tho haha.
Zero customer service. Check in is via a POORLY FUNCTIONING touchpad. No human on sight except a half asleep security watching a movie on his phone who evidenced great annoyance if asked a question.Occasionally a stern faced unfriendly technician would come out, call a name and bruskly demand documents before escorting a patient to the back.There were 9 waiters when I got there.69 minutes later was my turn. The marginally competent tech MADE 3 ATTEMPTS AND DUG AROUND IN MY ARM FOR SEVERAL MINUTES tho I am an easy stick.ABSOLUTELY THE WORST LAB I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN 50 YEARS.
Why is it so hard to just speak to a live agent. Ive called 3 different locations and it sais basically you can only do it through an automated service or online why are those the only options its crazy.
This place sucks. Been waiting for 3 hours just for them to tell me they don’t know how I got skipped. I have to fast for this test so not only and I annoyed about the wait but I’m grumpy af I will never come back to this quest. She could have been nice about it but the lady at the desk acted like nothing was wrong.
I got a big dark bruise where she drew blood. She the phlebotomist never asked me to make a fist. I dont think she hhad good contact with my vein. She was not competent. I have a photo of the huge bruise on my arm.
I hate getting my blood drawn but everytime I go the nurse makes me feel comfotable and relaxed and they get it done fast. I appreciate they take the time to care enough. Thanks.
Extremely polite from check in to person that threw my blood. In and out in 15 minutes. Open Saturday until 1pm no appt required.
This company is so devoted to computers that its nearly impossible to reach a live human to make an appointment. It shows how little this company values humans compared to devices. A major turnoff in my book.

I really dont understand how can you make an appointment, and these people dont move. They have not call me yet for the Id and insurance cards. I had here at 700, for an appointment at 715, and still waiting.
Unorganized, place is packed, bad customer service. The front desk people are very rude, and Dont even arrange paperwork by order. People who came after me got served before me, and I had to complain to get my paper in an order. I dont recommend at all
Rude incompetent staff, gross office, entire ceiling is leaking, unsanitary. Quest Diagnostics is everything wrong with healthcare, can’t really say it’s this location either, all Quest Diagnostics are full of incompetent staff in decaying facilities.
The ladies here were SO nice. I am afraid of getting my blood drawn and they were very patient and helpful :)

This quest diagnostic, & most quest are appointment only. On any of the quest diagnostic websites and information it does not post that you need one.
