Very clean, very kind and let’s talk about how amazing Ms Tonya is!! Ms Tonya is employed in the Baton Rouge location but drove all the way to Metairie location and was so great. She was charismatic kind and patient. Ms Tonya needs a raise asap from her excellent customer service!!!!

The staff is always so friendly! The prices are unbeatable. I’ve been to multiple locations an have always been in an out .

I came here to get my TB blood test done. Tonya was amazing! She was very friendly and welcoming. I hate getting my blood drawn but she made me feel comfortable and was super quick!

Tanya was wonderful. Previously, I had called on Monday, and was told no availability until late Wednesday. I called on Tuesday to see if there were any cancellations, and Tanya just said to come in whenever! Didn’t even need an appointment. I had brought in a test kit and Tanya helped me do all the right steps. She was great. Would recommend!

Kiera was FABULOUS! She was patient, kind, and gentle with me. I didn’t even feel her drawing my blood! I think they should hire a new receptionist because the girl at the front desk who answers the phone is very rude and has a bad attitude.! Really makes me want to take my business somewhere else !! Any Lab test Now do better and be better ! Hire people who actually want to work and be the best at their job !

Roshanna and Kiara were so kind, friendly, and professional. I was nervous coming in for lab testing and even forgot my paperwork at home initial. They walked my through the process and really made me feel at ease. So grateful for them.

I have been here twice, for Rapid Drug and TB tests for school. And bothe times nothing but peroanality. At times I am afraid to go. But the one young lady made me smile. Thanks Tonya.Do come here for tests its not that expensive and best in the area.

The lady at the front desk was very very intentionally dry with us and slow. She never smiled at all. She creates a bad atmosphere.

The rating has been considered carefully. 2 stars because the results, though late and by then of no use,  eventually arrived. Additionally I share our story because in our time of need, information from these reviews assisted greatly.Our situation was simple, as international visitors paying a visit to Louisiana,  we required a -Ve PCR certificate to board the last leg of our flight back home. Our Itinerary had us departing JFK at 2300, after a 3 hour transit from MSY.Our country of residence requires the PCR sample for testing be taken no more than 72hours before departure. This is a regulation stritcly observed by airlines as theyre  subject to steep fines should their passengers be found to be in default.Flight out of the US was on a Saturday evening.  In order to be safe, we turned up first thing on the Thursday morning before to have our samples taken. Full disclosure, the lab will not give written guarantee results will be received within time. The lab tech did mention however, that unless there was a major occurrence eg a hurricane, results were most likely to be received in 48 hours. We were pleasantly informed to expect an email by Friday evening.Because that didnt occur, we checked out of the hotel early on Saturday morning to see if per chance the outfit was open. Unfortunately it wasnt (Saturdays are by appointment only). That started a frantic/arduous search for a contact to see what interventions could be accessed. After much digging around we eventually found the owners email address.The answer received a few hours later indicated that the results were delayed because Fedex had failed to pick up our samples on the day they had been taken. Considering the estimated time line communicated given this delay went beyond counter closure for our flight we had to seek a last minute alternative at great cost.Anyone seeking to take a PCR test here must know:1. There is no guarantee given your result will return in time good enough to be of use to you. The lab takes little responsibility for a timely outcome.2.  Communication options with the outfit are limited. I would suggest you pick up numbers/ email etc should you need to speak to someone after working hours.3.  Because, no attempt was made to communicate the fedex debacle with us before we went chasing after reasons, I conclude that verbal discussions on expectations cannot be taken to mean much.4. Finally, if youre time bound, seek an alternative.  Because tests are not actually carried out at this facility there are certainly better options for reliable services.I recognise things dont go well everyday in business.  However in our situation, given return home was fully reliant on a timely outcome, a simple email communicating the issue with Fedex expeditiously would have made a world of difference, expressing a duty of care that would have allowed us additional time to plan for alternatives

Got an email confirming my appointment on Thursday September 12th... unfortunately after ubering there I find a sign on the door saying open again September 16th...Called customer service and nothing was done to help. Why send a confirmation email when you are going to close since they are “understaffed”. Website is still allowing you to make appointments when they aren’t there. So if you do make an appointment before wasting your time & money call to make sure they are ACTUALLY open.Horrible experience, 0 stars ⭐️

My dna results was switched my son and his dad took a personal test that came back 0 I called DDC who the company goes through DDC said they did not do my test and it was not on record. After doing my research and seeing that none of the protocols on the website was followed I then called Kira the medical assistant speaking my mind right after the president of the company called me to do a free of charge court admissible test because of the screw up and of course my son dad who is a public figure did not agree to come back out I told the president he declined to do it again and all she said was well we tried I do not recommend this company especially if the father of your child is a public figure.

Tonya Crawford gave me a rush test for DNA and really saved me when it wouldve been a wait for over a week anywhere else.

Went there for last minute drug test and was the easiest fastest experience Ive ever had...will use them again
