The people here are very friendly and fast. I was an hour early for my appointment and it wasnt a problem. I literally sat in waiting for two minutes. They said it would take an hour for my results it was twenty five minutes. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing covid testing.

I was running late to my appointment so I called, and the woman who answered the phone was so kind, polite, and understanding. They were very quick and I got my results emailed to me in 20 minutes. It was very quick, clean, and a pleasant atmosphere.

Do not use. AVOID! You pay a premium $300 for rapid PCR testing results that they don’t deliver on.My flight was cancelled for an international flight and was rebooked the following day. As a result I had to get an additional rapid PCR test at short notice. The site promises PCR results in less than an hour. 3 hours went by and it was getting close to my new flight time. I had to go back down to the testing site to ensure they would run my test. Another hour passed after I arrived to get my result as they had not started processing me sample until I came back down and asked. The staff was rude throughout the entire process and was confused why I came back down to ensure my sample was processed. The resulting delay prevented me from catching my rebooked flight.It’s one thing to be overwhelmed with existing processing, however, both times I was there I saw no other customers. So it seems one needs to beg the staff at this site to do their jobs, while paying them an extreme markup for a covid testing site in an old coffee shop.

We had traveled to New Orleans without knowing the protocol for Covid, the ladies in the office were so knowledgeable and kind. They got our results and paperwork within 15 minutes, so we were able to enjoy the city!

Never received a result by email. Had to make 3calls and 2 trips to office to get our results. Thank you to a very helpful receptionist ,Sarrra , at the Metairie office. She was able to save our cruise and get us our results.

Shocked and appauled that the downtown NoLa test site was a private co that charged 200. Disgusting. Thankful for my HSA. No other local sites in the area. Bring your own test kits if you travel!

It was great we showed up early and the ladies were great and got us in there and out in a few minutes and we were all set to cruise.

Results were available immediately in about 30 minutes to an hour, and they were very helpful in filling out the actual paper and giving it to me in order to comply with the Japanese-style submission format.

With RT-PCR, results are available in about an hour ($225). It was convenient because you could specify the time and make a reservation. They also offer quantitative antibody antigen tests, in which case results are available in about 20 minutes ($30).The test results will be created in the format of the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (a creation fee of $35 will be charged).
