Second time they’re messing up my appointment. Avoid that place or just REALLY triple check everything with them

Nurses and doctors are super sweet and very attentive. The check in security however has a terrible attitude. Today I came in greeted him and everything yet all he said was 4 words to us at most. Then when it was time for us to leave he came in and said we had to leave and my sister was in the shower and I left to get her a new clean gown but was a couple steps away. My mother’s english isn’t the best but she told him clearly she was just waiting on me to get a gown. He then tells hers “you need to get out noww”. As we’re about to walk out the door he leaves in front of us and rolls his eyes on his way out.

My OBGYN is Dr. Ed Herrera, I haven’t had one bad experience, he’s honest, patient, & he actually love his job. My labor & delivery was so smooth, he constantly check on my baby & I. I would highly recommend Dr. Herrera to anyone.

I have been coming to the clinic for over 2 years and never had a problem with any of my doctors thats downtown to metairie. They are very compassionate helpful they pay attention to their patients and Im speaking on the behalf for me. The receptionist is very pleasant very clean Im not disappointed with my choice of picking this hospital for my care needs.

Was turned down from my appointment and told to go to the ER because I was late, after I called to let them know I was late. Had to speak to a supervisor in order to get seen, and now I can be seen but my wait time is unknown. This place is a joke, they obviously do not care about patients. I wouldn’t even stay for this appointment if I wasn’t in pain with ovarian cysts. Pretty much if you have Medicaid in New Orleans all of the doctors dgaf about you, and the staff and customer service was disgusting on top of that. If you can go somewhere else, do it.

I had a special need, and I went to 2 Obgyns and nobody could help or recommend anybody who could help. I needed genetic testing to see if I was a carrier for a rare syndrome. After days of calling around, I found an Obgyn / geneticist who could quickly get me an appointment and for an extra bonus, I wouldnt have to travel out of state. My only complaint about the office is that its not as timely as it could be, and it is a little outdated. But the care that the staff showed to me won me over, and I love the obgyn Gabriella Pridjian. She gives you your full attention and is willing and able (unlike some) to answer all your questions. I truly appreciate the knowledgeable team that they have there.

Everytime I call to request a callback from my nurse, the young lady who answers alwats seems to have an attitude or rushes you through what your trying to say! Secondly my entire time visiting this place for my pregnancy was horrible. Being that im a firstime mom I feel no love or support from this place. Not informative about anything at all.

I love Dr Gambala she is a sweet heart and was very patient with questions and professional…..the staff is great!!!

Loved going here during my pregnancy s secretaries, nurses , and doctors were are genuinely nice and helpful.
