I was seen quickly and professionally. Staff is friendly and caring. They took very good care of me and I will continue to go to In and Out Urgent Care for all my acute medical needs.

I did not have an appointment, so I was a walk-in, but there was little wait time. The office was clean and organized, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I received great care. Highly recommend this urgent care, and there is dedicated covered parking!

Showed up as they were closing and everyone from the receptionist to the nurse were willing to stay after closing.Friendly fast and knowledgeable. Would recommend them any day five stars.... 1st class all the way......

Every single person on the staff was absolutely amazing! They took great care of me, but the wait was longer than expected from an In & Out urgent suggests.

Made a last minute appointment after school for my daughter. She’s been having a bad cough and sore throat and we wanted to get it checked.  Charlie the nurse practitioner and his nurse were very friendly and attentive.  He took his time with us and was very informative.

From the ancillary personnel to the medical provider on staff, the experience at In & Out was top notch. I was seen quickly, examined thoroughly and provided a comprehensive care plan - not to mention relief! As a health care provider myself, these are important parameters to a visit, especially when my PCP was recommending emergency department care. I will certainly recommend In & Out to my peers and friends.

The young lady at the front desk and nurse practitioner was wonderful friendly and nice.I am 60 and do not understand this new generation. I dont really think the woke generation needs to bring their beliefs into the medical office. Whatever it was that took my temperature and my vitals. Had a sign on its chest and said I identify as She/They.First of all what does that actually mean?? Somebody please explain this stupidity to me.Second thats about the dumbest thing Ive ever heard.

I just wanna say I think I had one of the best experiences ever at this urgent care. Right had fallen on a motorcycle and had pain in my shoulder and some scrapes. I came in and within about a half hour they had redressed my x-rays, giving me a sling. Had a work note written for me prescriptions for treatment, And schedule an appointment to meet with an orthopedist as I had broken my clavicle. They accepted my insurance And saved me about $900 had I chosen to go to the ER. The nurse and nurse practitioner, Charles, were so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I’m especially grateful for all the help. Thank y’all.

In & Out Urgent Care, You Really Let Me Down! Usually great care but when I came in a couple of weeks ago for urinary tract issue Your receptionist said the Doctor told me to go to the ER. When I asked why I was told that In&Out didnt have the proper equipment. Ridiculous. I went to the ER. GUESS WHAT? All they did was a urine test. Found infection, gave me a couple of shots. Wrote a couple of prescriptions and sent me on my way. Now I ask you, Why was your physician refusing me service without doing the urine test? Just got the ER bill. $1027.00. Really, you let me down. Disappointed with you and the way you did business.

Saw me in timely fashion. Mainly, everyone was friendly. Beyond that the treatment prescribed was incorrect. I complained of chest congestion, given steroid shot, antibiotics and a cough suppressant. No chest x ray was done. A cough suppressant without an expectorant kept all the mucous in my lungs, while the antibiotics were correct, not a long enough duration. After suffering for days, my doctor ordered an x ray, I had pneumonia. It came on with a vengeance. All in all, the diagnosis and the treatment put me in a worse condition than if I had been treated correctly. Very disappointed and cannot recommend this facility. Prolonged my illness, made it worse by incorrect diagnosis and cough suppressant without an expectorant. Fortunately my doctor got me started on a better path. Still sick!

My grandson seen by the doctor within minutes of arriving. . Doctor did a great job of treating him.We know we can count on In and Out Urgent Care to help.

I really was in and out in half an hour. Everyone was super helpful and knowledgeable. I paid out of pocket and would do so again, prices are reasonable and a great value for the care you get.

Everyone from check-in the doctor was great. They have your health in their hands and take care of you.

I have been coming to this urgent care for years, and have always been happy with the care they provided. I was very disappointed with this place on my last visit last week. They are usually pretty prompt. But this time I waited about 1.5 hours, and that was with an appointment. There was a NP instead of a doctor. I could hear her talking away about nothing while I waited to be seen. The summary printout of my visit didnt match my symptoms or her instructions. I dont know if this was a fluke or this is the way its going to be going forward.

Took me right away. Office was very clean and staff was friendly and professional. This is my third visit to thus Urgent Care and I am always pleased

Wonderful service. I brought my son right before closing time. They agreed to see him, diagnosed him, and had us out in less than 30 minutes.

Doctor rushed through exam, wasn’t thorough and seemed in a hurry to get rid of me.Wasn’t very clear on diagnosis, and walked out before I could ask questions.Not pleased, felt like I was just another number to satisfy his quota.

Best Irgent Care! Mark is professional and exceptional and efficient. He even gave me 6 stitches in my big toe and I hardly have a scar. Staff is kind, professional and helpful. I’ve been to this location 4 times in 6 years. I refer people to this location often and they’re always well taken care of!I’m just unhappy now to learn that this year they’re not taking my insurance. I hope this changes.

In and out! Easy to make an appointment and check in although you do not need an appointment. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable dr.

That Dr us lazy, lethargic and has no bedside manners whatsoever. The Dr cant see patients for diarrea/allergies bc he wanted to lrave work and close.

I was bleeding when I arrived. I was immediately ushered to a treatment room. At one time there were 3 ladies tending my bleeding limbs. Each of the them was personallycompetent and kept me informed of what was being done and why. The receptionist even went to check for my car keys when I couldnt find them in my purse. The service, competency, and care I received was outstanding.

Checked in at 12:08, and was seen at 12:45. Very clean, with a friendly staff. Check in was easy, and only had to physically fill out 1 questionnaire. Thank you

I’ve been coming here since they first opened. The first time before COVID was known to be in the states, I had a horrible cough I couldn’t even catch a breath, and after going to another location twice and not feeling better, I came to In & Out Labarre, Mark gave me a total different treatment & different antibiotic, no kidding, 2 days later I was cured!! I was so grateful that have referred all my relatives and friends.

Staff could not have been nicer. Friday afternoon under a local tornado watch, and everyone was cool calm and collected. Unfortunately, I tested positive for Covid, but a steroid shot has me feeling better after c few hours

Was able to get a same day appointment. Booked it online. Filled out paperwork online. Process was simple! Did have to wait about 40 minutes, but thats the only negative! The staff, nurses, Dr. Lenfant, all are fantastic, courteous, and attentive. I appreciate them!

EVERYONE at this facility was PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE and CARING. From the receptionist up. I have NEVER been treated SO VERY KINDLY at any of my past urgent cares. It is a bit out of my way. BUT I will go the few extra miles from now on to make this my go to urgent facility.NOT ONLY was the STAFF TOP of THE LINE. But the facility itself was extremely clean and well equipped for your medical needs. I went in because my throat felt swollen and sore. They took a test to see if I had strep throat but it came back negative. So they gave me a steroid shot and diagnosed acute pharyngitis. I knew it had to be more because I just didnt feel right in my chest. End up taking a covid test the next day and came up positive. If you know your body always get a second opinion. That couldve been my life. The provider on the paper says Mark Gagnard FNP.

I had a wonderful experience here. My toddler had nursemaids elbow and we didnt even have to wait. I walked up to the receptionist desk and said I think she popped her elbow out of place. They asked me what happened and all I said was I was holding her wrist and two people came out from the back. To be fair my toddler was crying a good amount so I think they wanted to make sure there wasnt something more serious going on and they probably already knew what was going on based on what I said. The doctor fixed her arm in no time and handed her a lollipop. He explained to me everything I needed to know so I can hopefully prevent this from happening again. All the staff we saw that day were caring, kind, and very helpful. They made a very upsetting experience much better in no time.

I always get nervous about going to the doctor, as Ive experienced so many who were callous and brushed me off when I was truly unwell. That is not the case here - the staff at this urgent care were friendly and compassionate. The communication was amazing as they explained their knowledge to me in a way that I understood without at all being condescending, and stayed open to any and all questions I had throughout my visit. Highly recommend

When they say In and out....they mean in and out. I was promptly signed in and seen. My concerns were heard and they made me feel like they were really concerned for me.

The receptionist was unskilled in insurance verification. This is the first doctors office where the front desk told me I couldnt be seen because they cant look up and verify insurance info. I had to do his job and call the insurance company just so my daughter wouldnt get turned away for care. The receptionist said we wont be able to see her today. The wait time to be seen was long due to the receptionists lack of ability. I have been a patient access rep at a hospital and a MA at different doctors offices. Never ran into this problem whether I was a patient or a employee. Training is definitely needed.

Slow care even with an appointment, expensive compared to other urgent care locations.

Even with an appointment I had a 45 min waith But the staff and doctor were professional and friendly. I have used several times before and always get convenient and professional service. Best to schedule an appointment even if there is still a little wait.

I just think a neurological exam, given my presenting issues should have been performed. Went to my primary and they did it for me.

Attempted to be seen for a migraine and the receptionist kept shouting questions at me from across the room which exacerbated my pain. As I tried to collect myself to speak despite the stabbing sensation in my head, she perceived my deep breaths as a slight and began aggressively threatening not to check me in. Eventually, an appropriately soft spoken nurse (considering my migraine induced sensitivity to sound) came out to finish my check-in and ushered me thorough the visit.Unfortunately, she placed me in a room that shared a wall with the only other occupied room in the facility. The walls are incredibly thin to the point of HIPPA violation, so I could hear the conversations of the other patient with perfect clarity and I am sure they could hear mine.Urgent cares I’ve visited in the past have made small but meaningful gestures to ensure my pain levels do not rise once in their care. Said gestures have included allowing me to complete paperwork in a patient room with dimmed lights and ensuring my placement was in the quietest space available. Once, an urgent care provider even gave me a pillow and a blanket to sleep off the drowsiness of a medication because I had no one to take me home. While I didn’t expect this facility to give up a room for an hour and a half like the one in my example, I did expect them to care in the most basic ways about my pain levels and welfare. They don’t even do follow-up calls to ensure their treatment was effective; and it speaks volumes that after sharing all of this with the office manager, I never heard anything back.I wouldn’t recommend anyone come here for treatment.Edit: seeing as I explained what happened during my visit in great detail and mentioned that I’d already spoken with a manager about the situation the owner’s response to this is generic and callous. They simply do not care about their patients’ experience. Once again, would not recommend.

I made an appt- was seen right away. I was there for something unrelated and the provider noted my thyroid to be very large and recommended I set up a primary care appt. A few weeks later I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s and am on medication now and doing well. I appreciate him so much for being so comprehensive. Every provider I tell this story to is so impressed since I was not at the Urgent Care for my thyroid. So thank you!!

Waiting was minimal. FNP Trina was exceptional. Ran tests for Flu, Covid, Strep. Received several scripts and after about 2 days of my antibiotics i felt much better.Will go back when the next need arises.

Courteous and friendly staff. Filled out some paperwork and then then the nurse took vitals. Dr. examined me an prescribed antibiotics. From start to finish was about an hour.

I was visiting from out-of-town and had a minor injury that needed attention. Everything about my experience with In & Out was positive. Making an appointment online was simple and straightforward. I arrived early and they took me quickly. Every person on staff was friendly, kind, professional and helpful. The facility was clean and bright. Dr. Mark was knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and considerate. He explained my situation clearly and made sure I understood what he was doing and how to care for my injury myself. I am in Metairie often and am glad to know this urgent care is available should need arise again in the future.

Fast, efficient and takes Tricare and VA Healthcare insurances. Dr was attentive snd understanding. Care was given to my complete satisfaction. Received a work excuse as well with printed detailed information on what to do and future follow up needed with my primary care provider.

The assistance provided at In + Out Urgent Care (LaBarre) was efficient and timely. The receptionist was approachable and kind. The nurse/assistants were considerate, patient, gentle and knowledgeable. They performed their tasks and handled me with care. Additionally, the nurse practitioner listened to me, she asked additional probing questions as needed, was very knowledgeable about my symptoms, didn’t give me unnecessary tests and prescribed medications that were needed to get me back to normal. One of the main plusses for me was that the nurse practitioner DIDN’T RUSH ME OUT as if I were a number even though there were a lot of patients; she took her time with patient care. I appreciate them for their assistance and as a result, I am feeling so much better.

I went to them for chest pain and instead of hooking me up to an ekg and making sure I wasnt actively having a heart attack they had me drive to a hospital. Didnt even bother calling an ambulance. What happened to first do no harm? That isnt health care. They are just worried about being sued they dont care for actual people.

I didnt have an appointment yet the office staff was calm, helpful and very kind. My husband and i didnt have to wait long and were seen together. Our md was pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough in her questions and exam. I appreciated her honesty and advocacy in obtaing the right treatment to get us back to health. As a 20 plus registered nurse she answered all our questions patiently and we never felt rushed. I give this clean and professional establishment 5 stars , if i could i would go for 10!

Everyone was amazing from the front desk, who helped me so much, the Dr. was super down to earth and seemed to care, but the Clinic Manager was amazing. Even with all of the stress (assuming) and volume she cared. I made an appointment and was seen quickly. The facility itself is pretty and clean a clearly well managed and maintained. Great team there 🙂.

Nurse Practitioner Hill is an ignorant pompous sham of a medical professional. He is a detriment to In and Out which is usually first-class!

Called to verify information for a worker of ours and the lady who answered the phone was not polite. Our phones were breaking up during the conversation and what she perceived as attitude was simply me breathing. I didn’t even get to ask another question before she responded with “respect gets you a long way and is earned” and hung up the phone. I am not a patient I was just inquiring to ask a question and did not appreciate the way the matter was handled by the receptionist.

I found this location to be clean and well organized. the staff was very professional and kind too. i just needed a work physical and was done in less than 30 minutes. i didn’t have insurance and found the price to be affordable. the medical staff available was knowledgeable and help with any questions i have. i am willing to drive to this location first because the service was pretty surprising and much appreciated . i am picky about were i go but i will definitely be back in the event i can’t get an appointment with my primary doctor.

Five Stars +I highly recommend this Urgent Care. I have been there on two occasions in last three weeks. First time was with my cousin and today for myself. Mark and his nurse/assistant give excellent care. The young lady at the front desk went out of her way to assist me with a problem with my Humana Gold insurance. Humana could not figure it out after an hour on the phone, but before I left she had it resolved. Saved me from having to pay out of pocket and then wait for reimbursement.

Really appreciated being seen quickly. I do wish they would mandate mask wearing since it said on the door and reception desk that they are required. Other than that, I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mark and Tiffany. Incredible care and knowledge. Very grateful for this staff!!!!

I called on my way there, was told there was no wait, arrived shortly thereafter. I was checked in immediately by a very polite girl at the desk and never even sat down before they called me back. Within 2 minutes, the assistant came in and got my vitals, etc. She went out and within 2 minutes again, the NP came in, was very kind, caring, asked questions, understood my concerns and addressed all of them. She asked where my pharmacy was and I said about 5-6 minutes away but they would be closing at 6:00 pm (it was 5:45 pm at the moment), and she said she could have the Rx called in immediately plus administer a shot and still have me out in time to pick up my prescriptions. And she did! In and out was truly in and out today and I hugely appreciated the value of my time. I’d definitely refer others if it always goes that well.Had to take daughter on May 16. Did not call in advance, however, they were just as good and speedy once again. Love this place more than any other urgent care facility I’ve ever used.

My children had their school physicals done today. They said the physical was cool and the doctor and staff were awesome. We had a very good experience. Highly Recommended

This is the best urgent care I’ve ever been to I’ve used them about four times in the past year and a half the receptionist is always polite and professional and discreet.The wait time is minimal you can sign in before you get there. The staff are wonderful both nurses and doctors. There is special parking just for urgent care patients although it looks from a distance that there is no parking once you drive up you can see special reserved spaces so I never have a problem with parking. I just can’t say enough good things about this place !

Today was the fourth time I have been seen for various problems. Each time I have been so very pleased with the care I received! Every staff person I encountered from check in to check out could not have been more professional, friendly and caring!

Its call in and out, you definitely go in but the out part will come around 3 hrs later. No way I should have to wait two hrs for a physical when only 3 people is in the lobby. This isnt the first time this happened but rest assured it will be the last time

My experience at IN & OUT Urgent Care has always been pleasant. Quick check in and alway promptly call in back for assistance. All staff and physicians are extremely professional and caring. Although I’d rather not be ill 😷 this is the place to come to be in good hands. 10’s across the board for all staff and physicians❤️

I had to go in for a late appointment at 7:15pm. I was so impressed how friendly and thorough they always are. Even when you schedule so late in the day. They were amazing! Just as nice as they always are early in the day and eager to help.

Called a couple of other urgent care places that could not help me,needed an x-ray to locate a piece of wire that was embedded deep under the skin in my shin & would need to be cut out,the doctor was willing to do it (other urgent care places wouldnt attempt this type of procedure) so x-ray confirmed the metal wire & the doctor was able to successfully cut & remove the piece of wire & said he was always up for a challenge so I thanked him for saving me a trip to the emergency room because I didnt have medical insurance. Price was fair also!

Went for a rapid COVID test that I needed for travel. Made an appointment online, which was very easy. When I arrived, they saw me quickly and I received my results in a little over 15 minutes. Everyone was professional and very polite! Would definitely go back!

Went to the closest urgent care to my house the other day about some concerns. After a quick procedure and some antibiotics I was on my way to recovery. Went in for my follow up appt today and all is good. Although it is a busy parking lot, they have spaces reserved right in front. I was literally in and out both visits faster than you can imagine. The staff was friendly and supportive and extremely professional. I would also like to add that the place was spotless. What a great place right next to my house to take care of my medical needs. From parking to service, this place was excellent!Covered parking, very clean office and restrooms, prompt attention, fast new patient check in, friendly receptionist. The nurse and nurse practitioner were caring, thorough, and personable. As bad as we felt with the flu, they made us feel very relaxed and even made us crack a smile! My husband has visited here before and the nurse practitioner, Casey, remembered him and shared their inside office joke regarding his last visit. We definitely recommend this Urgent Care!!!!!

Ive been to this location many times, but Ive had to go twice in the last 2 weeks for Covid(asthmatic, so Im stressed). Throughout the whole process, the staff and provider were attentive, kind, and showed genuine concern.I had a chest xray on the 2nd appointment to rule out pneumonia, and the radiology assistant was as kind as the rest of the staff. All in all, Im feeling much more optimistic about my Covid recovery thanks to their help despite my lengthy struggle with the virus. They were actually more helpful than my own PCP with meds to combat the symptoms.If I could give ten stars, I would!Pro tip: be patient. Urgent cares are doing a lot for us and have been overwhelmed since Covid began.A little time in the waiting room is always worth their attention. You wouldnt want them to rush your appointment, so dont expect them to rush others appointments.

Second time visiting on today, and just like others, was asked did I have an appointment. I felt SO badly and was very, very weak. The young lady tested me and said it would take 15mins for results, umm an hour or so later, I heard nothing but chatter, due to my feeling so horrible decided I could no longer wait. The worst part, is (how thin the walls are and how you can hear everything conversation that’s has nothing to do with patient care). As I am exiting the doctor quickly comes in to tell me I am negative for both COVID and the FLU although running a low grade fever accompanied with several symptoms. She treated me for the Flu. I went elsewhere and was confirmed to have COVID. This is the SECOND time they’ve missed a COVID diagnosis - exact same thing happened to my fiancé. After he went back and told them he had tested positive after they stated he was negative, they then gave him a more sensitive test that came back positive. For folks like me this is a serious miss. I am not sure if you have a serious issue or illness this is the safest place.

We arrived 10 min before closing time..The staff greeted us with smiles and processed us quickly. We truly were in and out.

I went to In & Out Urgent Care for a Covid-19 PCR test on January 1, 2023, on the recommendation of LCMC Urgent Care. I was quite impressed with the facility, personnel and efficient handling of my problem. The receptionist told me that my insurance was accepted and made a copy of my insurance card after I completed its medical survey. Two weeks later I received a $250 bill. Why? Its representative told United Health Care personnel that it did not bother to submit standalone labs to insurance providers. That set me up for a Catch-22. BEWARE BECAUSE ITS BILLING OFFICE APPEARS TO BE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF CLIENTS BY FLIM FLAMMING THEM ABOUT ACCEPTANCE OF INSURANCE.

My last 4 visits have resulted in me leaving without service. The large sign on the door welcomes walk-ins but when you go in you are asked do you have an appointment. I end up going to the pediatrician the next day. My insurance charges me less for doctor office visits, I am willing to pay the extra to get an antibiotic started earlier.

Horrible. Made an “appointment” online and it was still over an hour before we were placed in a room, another hour before we were out of the clinic. Saw a health care provider for all of two minutes that whole time. Then they gave me a prescription for medication that none of the pharmacies had. Then after going back physically (b/c they don’t answer phones) they gave me a script the pharmacist said did not exist. It was only after a third physical visit back that they deigned to give me a fillable prescription- but refused to pick up the phone and call it in, despite that the pharmacy was on the verge of closing. Would not advise anyone to go to this facility, especially not if you need urgent care.

I was very impressed not only with the prompt service of the front desk but the caring attitude. When I was taken to the back examination room I felt very comfortable and that I was actually being heard regarding describing my illness. I will definitely go here again when I am Ill. Thank you for treating like a patient and not just a number.

The doctor put me at ease when I had to have an uncomfortable, small procedure performed there. He got it done quickly and had great bedside manner.

The staff was quick, knowledgeable, and welcoming. While the NP on staff was a bit distant, he made sure I had some say in how to treat my sinus infection. As far as I’m concerned, they go above and beyond to ensure their patients are comfortable, and that is worth more to me than just about anything.

Was treated very nice & despite crowd felt they were doing well with social distancing. Went for rapid covid test. Once in the back it takes 15 min for rapid results. B4 going tried calling first but was unable to reach, so went 6:30 pm Friday & they were no longer taking walk-ins. Was able to get an appointment which someone else just cancelled for next morning. So grateful the other patient was thoughtful enough to call. They told me best way to get Appointment is to make one online. They do takwalk-ins but stop at Doctors discretion.

Immaculate! Workers were professional and kind. The doctor was pleasant and efficient in diagnosing and treating me. My second time being really ill and visiting here. Same results last time. Excellent!

In and Out Urgent Care in Metairie provides impeccable service. From the check-in process to the nurses and doctors, everyone is AMAZING! Ive always been in and out. They are also great with kids, which is a plus in my book! The staff is compassionate and caring. Being able to schedule an appointment is an added bonus!

Rachelle, Drew, and Caroline were fantastic. They listened to my health issues and answered all my questions. I highly recommend using In and Out Urgent Care. - Here is an update on my experience: I originally gave them a 5 star rating but after the follow up to get my lab results, I will give them a one star. First, they told me they will call me back after 5 minutes. After an hour passed, the person who was going to give me the results just laughed and said she never said that. I called back and spoke with Rachelle who told me she would call me a couple hours later. I am still waiting for that call.

Service was prompt and the staff were kind, professional, and polite. I have gone here many times before and will continue to come here for help and treatment.

The staff were extremely kind and wonderful as was Casey the nurse practioner i hope that is correct she was fabulous! i never go to the er or urgent care if i can take care of it myself being a physician but I was so touched by the friendly staff they were wonderful and if i need to i will return. Better than going to a internist, specialty or any other medical practice because they spent so much time with me. i went in very sad and came out with a big smile so that says it all!

The receptionist was so kind and friendly. The nurse and doctor treated you like family, genuinely concerned, excellent care. Facility was extremely clean.

The doctor really cared about not only my illness but even took the time to make recommendations on what activities I should skip or realistically attend.

This was my second visit. This time, I was able to schedule an appointment in the SOLV appl. I could choose a time that was convenient for me. I was also able to check-in from the car.

We were taken care of by the receptionist right away. I was coughing so much my husband had to all the paperwork. Once dont the nurse took us in. Very nice and THOROUGH. Doctor came in and was very attentive. Did not hurry me thru. Explained EVERYTHING TO A T. Im a nurse but didnt tell them till all was said and done. Couldnt ask for better care. Was very impressed with all the personal. Would definatly recommend this facility. 5 stars from me. BELIEVE me Im very tough to impress. If you need medical attention go there. You wont regret it.

Made and appointment for a Covid Rapid Test after waiting the recommended time after direct exposure only to show up and realize I was not at the right location. While it was clearly my fault, they took me even though they were booked and got me tested and back to work. They asked me questions about my exposure, which was at work, and offered guidance on how to prevent possible infections in the workplace going forward. In short, they took care of me. I appreciate the service.

Great service overall. All the staff were polite and professional. There was a bit of wait but not to bad. My main concern is that the staff that took my history and did my Covid swab did not have an n95 mask on while doing these procedures. The company should make a better effort at keeping their staff safe. I did not test positive but swabbing someone for Covid is a high risk procedure.

I went in twice before both times. I was taken care of by Mark the provider on staff the two times I have been there, he did an awesome job and very knowledgeable. Also the other staff Jocelyn, Courtney and Ashley also were friendly the two times I have came in. The place is very clean plus an extra bonus the parking spots for patients. I will definitely be back.

Needed a COVID test for my daughter. Went in and got signed in quickly. Staff was very helpful. Got the test and also got a strep test as well. Was in and out very quickly. Very pleased with how swiftly this place operates. Couldn’t ask for better.

Very kind and caring staff! All 3 staff members I interacted with yesterday (front desk, nurse, and nurse practitioner) were so sweet! I hope I will not need another Urgent Care visit anytime soon, but if I do, I will definitely be returning here!

While I can’t say I was 100% pleased with the overall visit. The doctor was very clear in how he explained things and had great people skills! He explained things very well, and in a manner in which I could understand. I am on a medication that prevents me from being able to take certain medications no matter how miserable I am with intense painful and frequent migraines. The doctor was able to prescribe the proper meds for my condition and was for the most part compassionate and helpful.

Super easy and quick to set up an appointment. I got a rapid Covid test. The only thing I could suggest as an improvement would be to notify people of their results via text or email instead of waiting 15min in the facility to get your results in person.

Exceptional medical care and very dedicated staff. While I was waiting, the receptionist helped a patient find and make an appointment at another clinic where that patient’s insurance would be accepted so the patient did not have to come out of pocket for testing. This is how the system is supposed to work! Kudos!

Online appointment worked well. Check in and paperwork is a little lengthy so prior check in helped. The doctors took care and attention and gave good follow up instructions

Although they were understaffed due to an illness, I was able to get treatment that was helpful for my pinched nerve in my back. The wait was about an hour but they were packed that day (one day before Christmas Eve). They were courteous, professional and smiling despite the fact that I know that they were very busy that day. Thank y’all have a Merry Christmas! My back is starting to improve. 👍🏻

I went in feeling nausea & very ill. The doctor took great care of me! Gary gave me multiple options on how to go about healing. He offered to give me an IV with nausea medicine. The place is clean, and the nurses treated me with kindness. Once the IV was in Gary came back to check on me. He gave me a blanket, a new bag to puke in, adjusted my chair to comfort, and asked if I wanted the tv and/ or lights on. I took one of the best naps at the doctors I have ever taken. Minus minimal discomfort I felt leaving so much better than I did when i got there. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to others.

I have been sick for 5 days and I have barely slept in that time. I went into In and Out Urgent Care and Courtney, Rachelle and Mark took great care of me and were so polite and friendly. They really picked me up when I was down and am so grateful! Thanks for your help! This place is top notch!

Had a sore throat so I went in today. Was seen right away. Clean space. Courteous staff. Quick diagnosis. Even did a throat swab in office. Highly recommend. Designated parking right in front! Will use them again.

Terrible! The lady at the front desk told me they took Humana but since they were still getting the final paperwork with them processed I may get a bill by mistake. She said if I get a bill to just call them and they would take care of it since I would be paid up. She then promised me that I would only pay my normal $40 copay and that would be it. I got a bill a couple weeks later and when I called to have them take care of it they said I owed the money. They said whoever gave me that information was wrong. Sorry. So even though they lied and told me it was a $40 appointment I am still responsible for paying the new bill. It ended up being $130 for what was less than a 10 min appointment. I told her I would have never stayed if I was told upfront it was $130. They just said sorry, you were misinformed and I was forced to pay the remaining amount. Ive been to many other Urgent Care offices and Ive never had any issues until I went here. I will never be going back.

This in and out urgent care is the best of all the urgent cares that I’ve been to. As a matter fact the doctor there is excellent. My favorite and the doctor I try and see if Dr Mark. Very very thorough and compassionate. It’s actually cheaper for me to go to urgent care and easier than to go to my own primary care doctor of 40 years.

NP Mark was great we were in and out in 30 min.

We frequent this urgent care and it’s always quick and efficient. Dr Mark is a great physician and has treated everything from a broken bone to a sinus infection. Highly recommend this location.

There’s nothing Urgent about this place. You’re better off going to the ER. I’ve tried contacting them over the phone about my COVID results and they keep putting on hold for over a hour now. I don’t understand what’s so hard to pull up my information and just email it to me. The receptionist yawanda keeps telling me someone’s coming to the phone or will call me back and it’s been over a hour and no one’s done either. So I don’t understand what games they’re playing over there but it’s not entertaining I have a newborn I can’t go around until I receive my results. They can’t be that busy to where they can’t answer my call. I’m tired of asking for a supervisor and being put on hold. This is unprofessional and will never come to this place again.

Will never again go to this urgent care. I went for a rapid covid test and was charged $200. They took $100 dollars off even though I did not ask. (Was willing to pay the $200 so I could get back to work).Fast forward....now Ive received a bill from them saying I owe an additional $237 for office evaluation and management services. That was not stated once during my visit. The price was $200 for a rapid covid test and not $437.

Fast, professional. Well spaced in the waiting room. The staff also informed patients of every step, like how much time was next, who was next, etc. The NP that saw us for our daughter’s test was great, professional, courteous. Answered all of our questions. Highly recommend for the purpose of rapid Covid test.

Wouldnt go anywhere else ! Staff is excellent from the time you enter the door until you leave. Very efficient and was taken care of quickly. Listened to you and made sure they had all details. Let you know everything that was going on and how long things should take. Would recommend this facility to anyone!

The nurse was so sweet and finally after all this time shes the first nurse to give my son a covid swab without making his nose bleed or scaring him to the point that I have to bear hug him still. I think she may have actually broken his phobia of covid tests. The doctor was great. My son didnt have covid. Kids still get colds lol. So antibiotics. Quick easy painless and were finally able to be treated like patients and humans instead of walking viruses. I hate going anywhere but ochsners but they are my new go to from here on out.

In & Out is exactly correct. Starting with the “reserved” parking spots and the wonderful greeting received upon entering through payment and leaving the entire staff were extremely friendly and professional. I will definitely recommend In & Out Urgent Care on Labarre anytime I can.

This facility had the nicest staff of any urgent care that I have ever been to. All were super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable despite the amount of pain I was in, I found out I had the flu. Besty made room for me to come in for a rapid covid test this pass SaturdayShe worked with my wife on the phone and made sure my wifes and my concern about needing a test immediate day.She was the best and so was the rest of the staff.The great thing about this facility was it my VA medical benefits were able to be use by them and the test end up costing zero dollars.

Very professional! I made an appointment for COVID-19 test. Stayed in my car. They gave me the paperwork, took my id and insurance card. Then a technician came to my car, returned my cards and did the nasal swab test. I got my results and print-out in 20 minutes. Negative

Casey, the Nurse Practitioner is great!!!! When I went and was really sick she diagnosed me when nobody else did. She is amazing...She is super nice, yet professional. You are lucky to have her. Being soo sick, she was a blessing.. As long as she is there, other than my regular doctor, I will use your facility...

My husband went there and received great treatment and correct medications given which the ER didn’t even get right. He got in quick so when my granddaughter needed to be seen I brought her there also and they were very nice, place is so clean, seen very quickly by a great kind provider. Will continue to go there for urgent care.

I set a virtual appointment, was waiting about 45 minutes to be seen. No one showed up , I then decided to call. I was told I would need to come in to be seen for vomiting, 15 minutes before they closed. . No way I would have made it . The nurse practitioner Kacey would not even come on the phone to hear anything. Not happy about this at all.👎 The young who did answer the phone was very sweet I can say that.

I had a great experience at the In and out urgent care in Metairie. the facility is immaculate and the staff was knowledgeable along with excellent bedside manner and concern. I even received a courtesy follow up after my visit. Thanks again to the solicitous staff.

L had an appointment at 11:55 then received a text moving my appointment back to 12:16 then when l arrived at 12 then told they was 2 hours behind on Saturday for a DOT physical l was stuck it was 3:30 when l left there. This was the first time l was ever asked for my records for my A1C in 10 years of getting DOT physicals l was only given a 3 month. Maybe if they had a real doctor there it would have been different

Everyone was extremely kind efficient and helpful. I was seeing in a timely fashion there was a great deal of professionalism and caring and the doctor talked with me and gave me a very good assessment of my condition offered me some options and gave me post care instructions. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I went thinking I has the flu. Didnt have the flu, but had a very bad stomach virus. They gave me fluids and really took care of me. Theyre awesome here!

Mark Gagnard NP was very professional and attentive to my sprained ankle. Mr. Gagnard made sure to explain everything I needed to know and what I needed to do for my ankle to heal properly. I left feeling very satisfied with the results. The receptionist and the nurse were very helpful and professional to my needs. Thank you, beats going to a hospital and having to be there at least 3 to 4 hours.

Not a fan of surprise charges. I went with my husband for his appointment because he was feeling sick. I was offered an COVID antibody test along with him. I accepted, under the assumption it was covered. Turns out it wasnt, insurance denied it because I wasnt exposed and they charge $50 per strain even though it is only one test. So I was hit with a surprise fee of $100 for a visit that wasnt even for me.

I came in for stitches. Everyone from the front desk to the person doing vitals to the doctor were friendly. Great care. I have been here before and its always great care.

If you do make sure you tell them you want to know how much every single thing will cost. My boyfriend went for a covid test twice. First time, everything was fine, insurance costed, he paid nothing. He went recently, was not told about any insurance changes, or that he would be charged. This morning he gets a bill for $100.71 not for the test but for “evaluation & management services”. He’s a returning patient so if they no longer accepted his insurance for the visit, it is their obligation to inform. They take on way too many patients to give proper informed care!

Name says it all. Fast, and convinient. From easy to schedule on-line appointments to courteous and knowledge staff. If youre like me that need a fast PCR COVID test for travel, this is the place to go. Little to no wait. Only negative is that location is next to a mega fitness center and parking lot is very congested at peak times. They do offer dedicated parking spaces right in front of the entrance however...

Very clean and friendly. We were taken in the back within minutes of getting there and they took my daughter for an X-ray immediately and the doctor saw us right away. They were very helpful and courteous.

Went for a simple covid test. They made me sit in the parking lot for 45 minutes waiting for a 2 second swab test. the website says walk-ins are okay but then when you go to the place the door says it but theres also signs that say dont come in unless you make an appointment online. Theres constant contradiction between what is listed on the website and what is listed at the location. This place is completely unorganized and there is nothing urgent about it.

They treated me like I was a member of their family. I am very impressed with their level of attention to me. They were not only very careful, but efficient; my entire visit, from the time I just walked-in to the time I walked out, was only 25 minutes.
