This place has got to be the worst experience ever. Went in Oct and was told that they would send over my results to the doctor and myself. Here it is March amd still no results. I called them and they said they would send them over to the doctor. Now the doctor sent me the work freaking results! Are you kidding me?

DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC! We used the Pensacola satellite clinic for our gestational carrier, and we had an overall TERRIBLE experience. Their main office does not communicate with their satellite at all. Our GC went several times for ultrasounds and blood work only to be told she didn’t have an appointment (which was made through the main clinic). Our results were rarely if ever sent to our clinic in Memphis when they were supposed to. And to boot, we just received a bill from them a year and a half after service which included a $50 “administrative fee” that wasn’t included in any of the other bills nor was explained. Everyone seeking this clinic’s services is in a vulnerable position. They should make it easy for their patients but it’s the exact opposite. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!!

Be ready for a self-guided journey, an unorganized (but very nice) staff and a Doctor who might refer you to his wife for mandatory counseling. A doctor who also tried guilting me (and members of his staff) into getting the Covid vax while mid-cycle, ignorantly citing a 40-day dart study as safe & effective. At 40+, my generic treatment plan, in hindsight, was not-surprisingly unsuccessful... they waited until I had one embryo left to offer the Endome Trio test... and guess what - my timing was WAY off. I cant help but think about my first embryo being transferred WAY outside the correct timing window. 😪 I listened to the experts, but I guess I shouldve done more research... because my official diagnosis after treatment at CRM was still undiagnosed infertility, go figure. Also, I was disturbed to find out (in the news) about the lab security breach where embryos were destroyed by a wandering patient. Not very comforting.3 stars to be nice to the staff, but after an unsuccessful & most stressful experience of my life, I would never refer a friend.Oh, and when you fail - dont expect any follow up. Sign up for grief counseling and take care of your body. After a year, Im starting to feel normal again.

When you’re going through the actual IVF cycle - the staff is fantastic & are there for you immediately with answers or support. I loved my people during those times. The doctors are incredibly kind and explain everything very well. The clinic is very nice & the lady in the lab has never made me flinch one time. The embryo “babysitters” are genius and love what they do - you will trust them immediately with your little embabies.Unfortunately, there were so many times where we were left frustrated - kind of like a fish out of water, flopping around and not sure what to do. The process is not an easy one when you’re trying to get everything going. There’s a lot of miscommunication between the staff. If someone says “…….will reach out to you to get this started” - I can guarantee, you will not hear from that person until you call asking about it because it seems like it’s taking them forever to contact you. I feel like the majority of our time we were waiting for someone to get in contact with us. Basically, you have to take initiative to get answers or get things done. Everyone is too busy assisting the VIP (current IVF cyclers). No shame in the VIP - it’s fantastic to have that much support during those stressful cycles. It just feels icky when you’re not “in it” yet or your cycles are done and you’re left feeling lost.Good luck if you’re having to go through this - keep a positive attitude. I suggest getting the app early on - makes it easier. Get everyone’s e-mail & know who you will need said person for. They will e-mail back very quickly. If you’re the kind of person that gets frustrated with waiting for someone to do something to the point it feels like pulling teeth.. never wait for anyone to get back with you - just go ahead and e-mail them first thing.

Dr. Inge is amazing! He is the most kind, caring, and thorough Dr. I have seen. My first appointment was on zoom, due to covid19, and we were on the call for an hour. I dont know any other Dr. willing to do that. Im very excited to start the actual treatment now that all the testing has been done. Baby dust to everyone!

Looking for a specialist? Do your research on the doctor first. Every experience is different, but mine was not what Id hoped. I wish you better luck.
