Our experience was a truly blessed experience. We were connected with the BEST nurse and doctor for our family. We had Nurse Tina and Dr. Hill. I could not have asked for a better experience. Dr. Hill performed the transfer, but there were other doctors who executed the retrievals and they were amazing as well. I felt at home every time I arrived to an appointment with Tina. She always answered my questions and made me comfortable with the information I didnt know. She communicated regularly and was the best support system along the way. The was our first time going through this process and also the first couple in both of our families, so it was all new to us. Our experience at the Nashville Fertility Center was top notch and I couldnt be any more grateful to have my little one who has turned one now. :)
Debbie Brown in medical records was so helpful with getting everything I needed for an out of state doctor in such a short time frame. She was sweet and went above and beyond to help with our odd request/situation and I couldn’t be more thankful for helping me feel at peace! Truly a 5 star employee and asset to NFC.
We had the best experience working with Nashville Fertility Center for well over a year. My wife and I had a roller coaster of a fertility process, going through 8 IUIs, one of which included a pregnancy, followed by a miscarriage, and then 1 very successful round of IVF!Even though the process was emotional and at times difficult, we always felt well informed and cared for. The entire staff treated us with attentiveness and kindness, from our doctor (Dr. Van Heertum) to the nurses, to the ultrasound specialist, to the phlebotomist, to the front desk staff. The nurses at NFC are real-life angels. Carly Warfield is absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our questions were always answered, our concerns were addressed, and simply provided the utmost experience in patient care. All of our nurses -- Martha, Ellen, Kara, and Lisa -- made our lengthy but ultimately rewarding experience so well worth it.When we decided to stop IUIs and pursue IVF, we interviewed other clinics to compare costs and overall feel (and were quite mortified by the bedside manner of doctors at other clinics, to be honest), but nowhere compared to the experience we had and treatment we received at NFC. I highly recommend NFC to anyone on a fertility journey.
I highly recommend Dr. Humphreys! She has been so kind to my husband and I during our infertility journey. We have struggled with unexplained infertility for many years and deciding to do IVF has been a major step. At this point we have done our egg retrieval and no transfers yet; hopefully that will be really soon! During this process Dr. Humphreys has never swayed us or pressured us, she just highly educated us on our choices and allowed us to make our own decisions. I’m so thankful for her beautiful bright smile and appreciate her and all of the staff that work at NFC. ❤️
I had very positive experience at Nashville Fertility Center! Thank you to Dr.Eblen, Dr.Humphreys, NP Carly, the lovely sonographer Kristin, and the phlebotomist Josclyn, who all treated us with professionalism and wonderful care. All of my appointments I was treated with the utmost care and felt comfortable even during a difficult time. Our greatest joy will be coming this December and are so thankful for the entire team at NFC. All our appreciation to you all :)
I struggled with unexplained infertility for 5 years. I went to three doctors and not a single one would listen to my concern that I felt could be effecting my fertility. Finally I found Dr Weitzman at Nashville Fertility. He listened to my concerns and took action! I would go on to get pregnant my first round of IVF and then- I ended up getting pregnant naturally after! He is proud of what he does. He wants to be the best, so he does the best he can.I never felt like “just a number” at NFC. They were so kind and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but I feel like this one is important to help others to navigate through the process. I recently completed an egg harvest for cryopreservation with Nashville Fertility and although everyone in the office is very nice, communication leaves something to be desired throughout the entire process. From the start I was working with the financial department because the clinic takes my insurance, but the required lab (Ovation) does not. So for the actual procedure I would have to submit it to my insurance with a gap form on my own for reimbursement. After multiple conversations with the clinic and 12 hours on the phone with the insurance company, I thought I had it all figured out step by step. The clinic told me I had to wait until one week after my procedure to submit the form to insurance so they would have the proper codes. At the one week point, I call the clinic for the form with codes and am told that I may or may not be reimbursed because they usually submit the gap form prior to procedures being rendered (once again I was told multiple times I had to wait until the procedure was complete). We are talking a nearly 4K dollars I will now not be reimbursed due to poor communication from the clinic. From a healthcare perspective, I also had communication issues. When it was time to start the cycle, the wrong medications were ordered that I had an hour long consultation about previously. After the nurse got the new (original) medication plan approved, they called to tell me they were ordering my medications and the specialty pharmacy would be reaching out to me within a couple days. After a week of not hearing anything, I called the office back and the nurse had forgotten to place the order for time sensitive medication, which is why I never heard from the pharmacy.Additionally, the multiple issues with communication did not make me feel well cared for in this sensitive medical care I was receiving. I also work in healthcare and am very understanding regarding the process and communication issues; however, this is the worst communication amongst a group I have witnessed in my 14 years working in healthcare.
Easy process. Helpful information. Location was easy to find! Staff was great! Dr. Hill was caring and gave me advice for my process that he has seen time and time again. I appreciated his advice and his expertise.
Dr. Weitzman is awesome! I was diagnosed with a fibroid last year and went into the situation scared, not knowing what to expect, and nervous about having surgery, which would have been my first time. I was referred to him by my ob/gyn. Dr. Weitzman is very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and reassured me I was in good hands. Good doctors are hard to find and Dr. Weitzman is the bees knees.
Meredith was so wonderful. She was informative and empathetic and we left our consultation feeling empowered and hopeful. My wife Caity said it was the best experience with a doctor shes ever had in her life.
Dr. Smith was wonderful! After 2 other fertility clinics and countless dollars spent we finally found someone who listened and wants to get to the bottom of what’s going on vs. throwing things at it. I can’t tell you how heard she made me feel, I am very excited to be working with her and her team on this journey! I wish we had started here!!
Thank goodness for second opinions, because Dr. Van Heertums opinion regarding my candidacy for IVF was completely wrong. There is much that I can say about NFC from the ridiculous insistence that, despite the sex of the couple, both the carrier and their partner should be treated as a couple (and, therefore, charged for bloodwork, etc.) without a logical explanation, to the poor bedside manner of this particular fertility specialist, I knew this was not the fertility center I had been waiting for. As a 41-year-old, highly-educated, professional woman, I was unimpressed and disappointed at my first (and decidely only) consultation here. I had such high hopes, but, again, thank goodness for discernment and second opinions. That said, if you are pursuing fertility treatment/care here and are of advanced maternal age, low ovarian reserve, fibroids, or other infertility factors, find a provider who is more experienced. She is clearly not experienced enough, yet, and I am so glad that I had sense enough not to take her assessment too seriously. Best of luck on your ttc journey.
Horrible experience! The front office staff ladies are rude and insensitive. First the lady told me I was lying about sending in paperwork and I know it was sent. Instead of going back and forth over the phone I decided to go up there and have an in person discussion. She finally found my paperwork and then proceeded to tell me they couldnt service me until I presented a specific date of service. As Im texting my doctor for more detailed information she then comes back to tell me they are unable to service me all together because Im choosing to go to an out of state location. If that is the policy (it sucks) but I understand they are just relaying information. My issue is...its not what you say its how you say it. Additionally, customer service should play a big role in their line of business, which both front desk ladies lack tremendously!Secondly, the doctor only comes to see you the day of the procedure. They have a multitude of nurses (never the same one) communicating with you throughout process. Each one projecting their unsure energy onto you.
I cannot say enough good things about Nashville Fertility Center! Everyone in the office is so friendly and more than accommodating. I am quite the baby when it comes to having bloodwork done and theyre always so understanding with me. We see Dr. Weitzman and couldnt be happier - highly recommend!
I’ve been working with NFC since November 2021 when I learned I had fibroids. I became a patient of Dr. Weitzman after my original physician went on maternity leave. Dr. Weitzman was described by the NP at my gyn office as “the myomectomy king”, so I was glad to be his patient when I learned I had fibroids. I’m still on the mend post surgery, but Dr. Weitzman has been a great, direct, though very kind physician. I recommend.Update: Post surgery, Dr. Van Heertum took over my care and testing & I am so pleased to say that after 2.5 years of infertility, we welcomed a baby girl last Fall. So grateful for all the kind folks at NFC for helping grow our family.
We had a great experience with Dr. Eblen. As many others have said, the IVF process is overwhelming, confusing and scary. The ONLY reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because sometimes the messages sent through the portal are very difficult to understand if you don’t ask certain questions in person at an appointment , as it’s difficult to get someone on the phone.Dr. Eblen did a great job of explaining our unique circumstances and reassured us along the way, as did her IVF nurses. We’re very grateful to NFC for helping us grow our family.
I have to say Nashville Fertility Center is the worst fertility center I’ve ever worked with. They don’t want to help you on your journey unless it’s profitable to them, then they charge outrageous amounts that change at a whim. They won’t work with your insurance, and the billing is disastrous! I worked with them numerous times to pay my balance in full. Then they added charges months after my last service without notifying me. When I had no knowledge of a balance they charged me a collection fee & sent me to collections. They’ve been the worst partner I on my journey. Please know there are other options.
It has taken me 6 months post miracle baby birth to write this.We switched clinics from Memphis to NFC and so grateful we did. I drove 5 hours round trip many days with a toddler. Stayed in Nashville, to work towards our family addition. Though I had a wonderful tribe to support me, my medical team was incredible.Dr Hill and his/our nurse Tina were extremely professional, empathetic and effective. Tina always managed my expectations, she communicated, was detail oriented and just feels like talking to an old friend. Dr Hill has so much knowledge, and time spent in the fertility space as well as empathy. I seriously can not say enough good things about this dynamic powerhouse duo.I never thought I would add our now daughter to our family, and it was because of them that she is here today.
It would be a five, but I didnt have the best experience with the surgery coordinator Melissa. Ive had to call, email, and follow up on emails, just to get a response from her. She doesnt answer the phone or call back. It has been horrible working with her. She almost made me want to cancel surgery due to her not being very responsive to my emails or calls in a prompt manner. I have screenshots to prove it.Other than that, I love Dr. Weitzman, my surgery was a success! I also couldnt have asked for a better staff to work with in the Murfreesboro office, from the receptionist to the nurse!
I am so grateful to have had the recommendation to see Dr. Weitzman. The first visit with him put me at ease and he was confident and willing to help with my medical issues. The surgery he performed was thorough; he was removing a large fibroid but also took the time to address a couple other issues to ensure that my entire female reproductive system was as good as could be before he left the operating room.I had done other procedures before without results and was so glad that he paid so close attention to everything and did all he could in surgery to help me. The follow up appointment was also very encouraging. I am just glad to have improved cycles and be able to live a normal life again. Thank you Dr. Weitzman!!!
Wow! Such a great experience. Dr. Megan was knowledgeable and nurses were so kind. The process was well laid out and all questions were answered timely. We implanted in November 2021 and gave birth in August 2022. I know everyone’s story doesn’t have a happy ending. But drs and nurses that are as sweet as the ones at NFC make the journey more bearable. I had a horrible experience prior to visiting NFC and they completely restored my hope in the reproductive medical professionals.
I had the best experience with Dr. Weitzman! He answered all our questions and made me feel very comfortable going into surgery. We had a great outcome with the surgery and my recovery time was quick due to an amazing doctor!
Nashville Fertility changed our life and we could not be more grateful for this amazing team. Dr. Weitzman was humble, confident and down to earth which made the process far less daunting from day one. During our consult Dr. Weitzman told us he was certain we would have a baby, it didn’t happen on the first try, but thankfully that expectation was never planted in our minds. He was honest in telling us it may take multiple attempts and because we trusted the process here we are today with a beautiful baby girl who was just born after trying for over 3 years. The IVF nurses are absolutely incredible, our experience would not have been the same without nurse Katie navigating us through the darkness. In an environment that was completely unfamiliar to us, Katie made my wife feel so comfortable and heard. I recommend Nashville Fertility to anyone at any stage of the process. Were there minor things we would have changed along the way? Nothing is perfect but the biggest regret I have is that we didnt come here sooner!
I thoroughly enjoyed my 1st experience here! My wife and I have been to another clinic and did not like it, but coming here was a wonderfully needed change of pace. The facilities were beautiful and the staff was excellent! Everyone was very nice and welcoming, and our Nurse Martha and Jaime were extremely knowledgeable of the IUI process and explained it to us very well. We are so excited to start our journey to our family with this clinic!
We had a wonderful experience with NFC! Yes, the doctors are wonderful, but the rest of the staff are what made the experience what it was. The girls that drew my blood all the time were friendly and comforting, the sonographer was wonderful, and our IVF nurse, Brittney, was the best. Thank you NFC! Cant wait to work with you on baby number 2!
I have waited a year to post this. After two retrievals and three transfers, we were lucky enough to get a baby! That is the positive. Now that the positive is out of the way, I will say if we could do it again, we would go elsewhere. The process is traumatizing enough without having to walk on eggshells around the physician and always feeling in the dark about a plan. There is no consistency in staff. Poor communication. Dr. Hill has no bedside manner. If you’re lucky enough to have a child, you better not want another because the child, even in emergency, unplanned situations, is not welcome in the office for any reason whatsoever, despite paying these people thousands day of dollars for a service.Office staff and nurses are nice.… but unfortunately are overshadowed by egotistical, unkind physicians.Would not recommend, as a nurse myself. Explore other options.
Just want to share my honest experience at Nashville fertility center so it could help at least someone,I wish someone advised me about going to NFC to Dr.Hill from the very beginning rather than wasting very valuable time before, this honest review is a fruit of lots of crying, hard time, hard work and experience, going to NFC worth every tear of crying, every minute of my time there and every penny because we got a priceless baby.We struggled with infertility, till God guided us to Nashville fertility center under the excellent care of Dr.Hill, with Gods grace and blessings Dr.Hill helped us conceive with our miracle baby who fills our home with lots of joy, without Dr.Hill this beautiful child will not be in our lives, I would never be a mom and would continue in my struggle the rest of my life.Dr.Hill examined our case very carefully and let us do all the required tests and procedures to help us conceive, he made us a perfect protocol that suits us, he is very genius and full of knowledge, just listen to Dr.Hill and never question anything he says because he knows the best and wants the best for you.RN Tina, is a nurse of Dr.Hill, she is a unique and an amazing nurse with great heart, I dealt with many nurses before but I never saw someone like RN Tina, she works very hard, very accurate, very patient and great human and nurse, I thank nurse Tina millions time for her patience with me ,and for her kind heart and help and wish her the best in every life aspectsNFC has a great embryology team, I thank them million times for their help, they always answer any question we have and give us always hope and they did great job.The management and billing department at NFC were so nice and helpful, they always answer you very quickly and solve any concern you have.Scheduling an appointment is very easy and I always could schedule the nearest available consult or procedures. The nurses and the phlebotomists who work at the recovery room are all like angels, very friendly and took great care of me.Everybody at Nashville Fertility Center was very nice and helpful and I always felt I have been taken care of by everybody there, they are all awesomeI wish Dr.Hill the best health, luck and everything great in life forever and I will be forever thankful to him and words cannot express how much I am thankful to him.My advice is to not waste valuable time now and call and have an appointment with Dr.Hill as soon as possible, he will help you,we highly recommend NFC and Dr. Hill to everyone
My husband and I visited Dr. Smith at Nashville Fertility Center after experiencing two pregnancy losses. Dr. Smith and her nurse Rhonda were absolutely amazing! Because we were traveling from out of town, they performed testing the same day of our initial consult, discussed options with us, and we moved forward with a treatment plan over the following months. Now, we are in our second trimester with a healthy baby! They were with us every step of the way, responded quickly to all of my questions, and did not hesitate to get me in for additional ultrasounds when potential complications arose. They were genuine, kind, and knowledgeable! Highly recommended!
Experience is very owesome.will ever refer anybody to my nice humble God sent Dr. So called Glenn Weitzman. No pain anymore all the steps went cool and nice. Dr Glenn very experienced and and hes very human.full with wisdom. I like my dr.praying for you always.
As others have stated, my fiancé and I are EXTREMELY busy. This is an extremely intimidating and confusing process and the whole “messaging portal” thing does not work for us. We need to speak to someone. We need things laid out and explained in detail. This is not something you can just e-mail some documents and say, “HERE YA GO and good luck!” If I am giving you 10s of THOUSANDS of dollars out of my own pocket, no insurance, I SHOULD be treated far better. The BILLING is awful! Why do you insist on stressing out people who are clearly already stressed because we are unable to do something we were BORN to do but can’t! We paid for everything at our consults right there! Ultrasound and specimen analysis, PAID! Then I receive a 22 dollar invoice out of nowhere. It isn’t about 22 bucks it’s the fact that we were told we were good when we weren’t. So okay, I pay it. Then I receive a past due notice and I am livid. THEN I’m told that we owe another 22 dollars but never received a bill for that?! What?! And then I get home to an almost 500 dollar lab bill that we paid the day of consult?! This is an absolute joke and incredibly stressful. You are putting people who are already in a tough situation even more STRESSED. You should make this situation as seamless and effortless as possible considering what we have to go through. I’m giving up on my dream of having a baby. I’m already too stressed.
Dr. Hill and Tina were amazing throughout the entire process. They were both compassionate and personable and answered every one of my questions honestly and without hesitation. Tina called me on numerous occasions to check on me and offer support. Because of NFC, we now have a healthy 7 month old. Thank you!
It has been extremely difficult just to talk to someone on the phone about getting an appointment. I wish there were more professional and considerate office staff working there who actually returned calls. So disappointed. I did however have a great experience with the office staff and nurse at the Murfreesboro location.
We have had such a good experience at NFC so far! Dr. Hill and my nurse, Jaime have been fantastic during this hard journey. Dr. Hill was well prepared for our initial consult and it was obvious he spent time reading my file. He does extensive testing before proceeding with IVF and wrote me a very custom plan! I have spent most of my time with Jaime, who has been incredible, prompt, excellent bedside manner and is very quick to respond to all my concerns. The overall IVF process at NFC has been seamless, I get quick responses and everything is ordered way ahead. They even spent a lot of time fighting with my insurance to get medicine covered. They do egg retrievals 7 days a week and even has monitoring appts. on the weekend! This was a huge plus. We had great outcomes from egg retrieval and look forward to a transfer day coming up soon! I am so thankful for this office and how seamless they make the entire process!
My husband and I had our first consultation a couple days ago, Dr. Smith & her team are OUTSTANDING. Super caring, very on top of things and answer all of my questions through the patient portal quickly. We’re super glad that we chose such a caring facility & can’t wait for our journey!
Health issues and reproductive concerns are enough to contend with. The stress of doctors visits, preparation for surgery, the procedure itself, and post operation care was not added to my concerns. The staff at the Nashville Fertility Clinic are kind, informative, and attentive. The nurses are truly compassionate and friendly! My surgeon, Dr. Weitzman, was informative, efficient, and straight to the point. He has decades of experience and has been successful with every surgery.I’ve never had surgery before so I was initially very anxious but the day of my operation, I can honestly say that I felt secure and confident in my surgeon and his team. They did an exceptional job and I have absolutely no complaints.
Amazing clinic, did 2 surrogacy journeys here and absolutely loved working with NFC. Kelly, one of the IVF nurses, is so good at her job. She really made the experience so wonderful and all of the other nurses I saw there were great too! This is the best of the best in fertility clinics, in my opinion after having experienced a few different ones. So grateful for them!
As other reviews have noted, their billing practices are completely unprofessional and confusing. I made two payments to them for one initial consult visit with my wife, then they sent an outstanding balance to collections because they applied my 2nd payment to their lab instead of the clinic! Why they cant just transfer the payment internally or provide clearer instructions is beyond me. They say you can pay your bill over the portal, but there is no link on the portal for payment! I had to pay additional fees to their collection agency just so my wife could make a follow-up appointment. What a joke.
Tina DeBoer (my IVF nurse) and Carly Warfield (my IUI nurse) were the best resources and advocates for my fertility journey. They are quick to respond to my (frequent) messages and have dropped in to check on me unexpectedly. They truly care and I’m so grateful! Dr Hill is a knowledgeable and helpful fertility specialist. I’m proud to say my husband and I graduated from the fertility clinic after our first IVF transfer and we couldn’t be happier. Thanks, NFC!
This place saved me literally. I am so thankful for Dr. Weitzman. He is caring, very knowledgeable and personable. I couldn’t ask for a better physician. I would recommend this place to anyone.
My Husband and I visited NFC after trying to get pregnant ourselves for a year and after 4 failed IUIs with my OBGYN. I was at an incredible low when we had our initial visit with Dr. Hill because I felt like I would never get pregnant. Dr. Hill was incredibly nice and took his time explaining all of our options at our consultation. We all agreed on the best plan of action and we left the office feeling hopeful for the first time in months. My Husband and I conceived our beautiful baby girl via IVF with Dr. Hill and our IVF nurse Tina during the first round in 2019. Dr. Hill and Tina were concerned of over-stimulation during my IVF cycle so I was monitored very closely and got to know a lot of the staff in the office. Everyone, from the reception desk, to lab and ultrasound techs, to finance and the check out desk, was so friendly and kind during such a stressful and physically draining time. The office is so organized and it shows! I cant wait to return to NFC for a second embryo transfer when the time comes!
We love Nashville Fertility Center our IVF babies are now 21 and 18. Forever grateful for Dr. Hill and Dr. Whitworth and all the nurses and staff.
Infertility is such a struggle and we faced it for many years. Luckily, we were able to go to Nashville Fertility Center and received excellent care! We saw Dr. Weitzman and Andie was our nurse; their knowledge was invaluable to us. Going through infertility treatment is such a challenging time, but everyone at NFC made it a little easier with their kindness and caring. I can’t say enough about Andie! She was such a huge blessing to me answering all of my many questions daily! Everyone in the surgery center was excellent too. It was a long journey, but our sweet boy was born in July and was as they say, worth the wait!
I have had a borderline traumatizing experience with this clinic. Dr Weitzman is extremely rude and I often leave feeling bullied. They have not done a good job at all handling my anxiety and have caused it to become much worse. There is a severe lack of communication and I feel like I am inconveniencing them just trying to get information about our own next steps. I am supposed to start IVF injections with them next week but have not been called about test results from last week that may mean we cannot start the cycle right now. Their communication about the process is almost nonexistent. I also multiple times have given them pertinent medical information that they proceed to either lose, forget, or not put in my records at all. I have also had a bad experience with surgery with them. I was not told the extent of how difficult recovery would be for me physically, and the dr made a decision during the surgery that was never discussed that is possibly going to result in me having to repeat the surgery. If the dr had done what he was supposed to do it the first place it would have guaranteed I did not have to repeat the surgery, which was my number 1 concern. However the Dr never bothered to take the time to ask us about what we want, our lifestyle, etc. I work full time, run a business on top of my full time job, am getting my doctorate and live an active lifestyle. Having to have surgery multiple times when it didn’t have to be that way has a hugely negative impact to my daily life, which the Dr should have known had he bothered to get to know us at all. Additionally the drs judgement error is likely going to cost us several thousand dollars due to it extending our timeline for treatment. It often feels like this place is hindering us in getting pregnant instead of helping us. It is a disorganized mess and I would not recommend this clinic at all.
I honestly cannot say enough WONDERFUL things about the team at Nashville Fertility Center. For the first time I was surrounded by medical professionals who truly cared about their patients. We saw Dr. Hill and he was honest, to the point - extremely understanding and knowledgeable. Andrea was an amazing nurse, so kind and actually made us smile while we were really struggling. We feel like we found a real gem with NFC and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.
We saw Dr. Eblen for the past year - and this review is not a reflectIon of her but how the Center is managed. We had an IUI about a month ago and I had to go to the Center 2 days in a row. None of the girls at reception were wearing masks either day I went. They have plastic partitions across the desk but there are segments that are open to patients and multiple times I saw the people at reception address patients without the divide of a partition. In addition, on the second day, I walked into the reception area as the woman at reception was complaining to her colleague that their employer was insisting she get a COVID test and that she was against it. Needless to say, it made my husband and I very uncomfortable as there are only two reasons an employer would make that request: (1) possible exposure, or (2) exhibiting symptoms. I asked why the girls didn’t have to wear masks and the woman responded with an attitude that she had asthma. I looked around at all the other girls who weren’t wearing masks and wanted to say “do you all suffer for asthma?” When I spoke to my nurse about it, she said that if I didn’t feel comfortable I shouldn’t come. I was shocked and when I told my husband about the incident, we decided a medical practice that doesn’t uphold BASIC health protocols is not a place we need to go. We have since transferred to the Nashville Fertility Institute and have had a much better experience. We really felt uncared for and disrespected at the Nashville Fertility Center. The behavior we experienced is unprofessional at best and a huge liability at worse. We would have liked to reach out to an office manager or to our doctor to report the issue, but that isn’t possible through their portal system; you must make an appointment each time to communicate with your doctor.
I have nothing but love for Dr. Weitzman and his team! When I found out I had fibroids I knew I had to do something about it. My regular gynecologist highly recommended him. He was always so patient and understanding of my situation. He made me feel very comfortable and helped me feel calm before surgery. My surgery turned out to be longer than anyone thought and I was shocked that he ended up removing 9 fibroids. I feel so much better now! I was told he was very gentle with me during surgery. He cared about how much pain I was in and asked me about my feelings with exams after surgery and gave me the option to say no. That really meant a lot to me and shows that he’s a wonderful doctor!
All of the staff at Nashville Fertility Clinic at the Murfreesboro location were wonderful. Dr. Wiseman has great bedside manner and really took his time answering my questions. I’m glad I was referred to this clinic and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.
Nashville Fertility Center is the best option in the city if you are having trouble conceiving. They are wonderful and they will give you all the tools and information you need for a successful pregnancy. My husband and I started our journey in March 2017 and I got my positive in July. I know it may seem like a long time but NFC discovered things about my body that I didnt even know exist. I had to undergo a few surgeries before my actual transfer but it was all worth it because it worked and I am extremely happy with the service. Keep in mind that you have to be patient and willing to follow every step that they give you. Special thanks to my first doctor Christopher Montville. He is no longer there but Dr. Weitzman stepped up and completed my transfer. He is so open and he will listen to all your concerns. Thanks to my nurse Martha Goodyear. She called and checked on me through the entire process. Every nurse there is so wonderful and they all want to see it happen for you. Call them today.
We had a wonderful first appointment with Dr. Eblen. She listened, was quick to get to business, but thorough and compassionate. We left feeling really optimistic despite the subject matter that can leave you feeling less so. On top of this were two major superstars in the office. First was the person who took my blood for testing. Every time I donate blood or have a test done, I am always told how hard my veins are to find and it is a painful process. This was the easiest blood draw Ive ever had. She was in and out before you could finish reading this review. I wish I had her name. I also had to speak to Urlene in the billing department and she was absolutely wonderful. So friendly, warm, and helpful. Anyone who can deal with billing and insurance yet remain so nice must be a truly great person. Also, we werent burdened with along wait time for the appointment or any tests.
We couldn’t have asked for an better experience with the nurses and Dr. Hill. The office staff really took the time to make sure we understood the process and answered tons of questions for us between appointments. You get assigned a main nurse who manages your case and is your point of contact and ours, Tina, was our biggest cheerleader and a real blessing. The procedure teams were incredibly efficient and made us feel like we were in the best hands, which we were. They put us at ease and walked us through everything before hand and as we went.We felt everyone there was really rooting for us and they were invested in our journey too. Most importantly, we had a successful experience and look forward to working with them again in the future.
My egg retrieval at NFC was fine EXCEPT for the fact that they used Ovation Fertility Nashville to store my eggs. DO NOT LET THEM DO THIS TO YOU.I paid $600 a year to have my eggs stored here and when I went to use them they now tell me the eggs have been moved to Henderson, Nevada?!?! They didnt give me this information until two days AFTER I scheduled and paid for Cryo shipping in full (they had previously approved and confirmed the Nashville pickup address). They do not answer the phone and say there is a 2 day waiting period for a callback. (which I never got). I tried calling Nashville Fertility Center and they were very hands off and not our problem. I am beyond upset and looking into legal action.
Very thankful for NFC and their role in helping us bring 2 healthy babies into the world through PGD/IVF frozen transfers! We had Dr. Hill and Nurse Tina plus many others that helped us on our path. One thing I learned is that you do have to do your research and ask questions and dont be afraid to speak up and ask for what you need or what you are wondering. I did have to contact the office to make sure I was going to start my cycle medications on time, but it all worked out. The Murfreesboro location was very convenient for us, too! Thank you NFC!
Everyone was kind and all of my questions for my initial consultation were thoroughly answered. The doctor had taken careful time ahead of my appointment to review my extensive medical chart, which meant a lot to me. I felt very care for and tended to for the duration of my first visit.
Find another clinic.I was very disappointed by NFC. It started because I was constantly having to ask them what my next steps were. I felt like I was always in the dark. Their lack of communication with me and within their office about my file was frustrating. I would give them information that I was supposed to, but no one would put it in my chart. It was a few days before I was to start IVF medicines and I still felt no one had clearly communicated what my odds of success were. When I asked, I was just given a sort of shrug of an answer. “Your age and hormone levels means odds are lower, but you never know. We’ll find out more once we start the process.” My husband and I were about to hand over thousands of dollars for egg retrieval when something in me decided to go elsewhere. At another clinic they did different testing to find out that I likely have no healthy eggs left. The new clinic said with my test results they wouldn’t be comfortable going through IVF, since it was unlikely that they could retrieve any eggs. They could tell me this BEFORE I paid thousands in medications and appointments. This made me even more frustrated by NFC. They never mentioned this other test. It leaves me feeling like they are either behind the times, or more concerned with money.I’m sad about the news, but greatly respect and appreciate the second clinic for laying all the information out for me. We’ll be pursuing other options with the new clinic.
My husband and I have been coming to NFC for several years for IUIs and then eventually IVF cycles and NFC is a great place. Dr. Hill and our IVF nurse Tina are amazing and are so kind, understanding and caring. They listen and want to answer every question and concern you have. If youve been going thru infertility, you know that its a hard journey and you will have some hard appointments, but we also had some great appointments and appointments that we left feeling a lot better than we felt when we walked in to the office. Everyone in the office is great and everything runs so smoothly-everyone knows how to do their job amazingly well! The staff in the surgery center at NFC are absolutely fantastic!
My husband and I had a wonderful experience with NFC, specifically Dr. Weitzman, Andie Yates, our IVF nurse practitioner, and their staff. While patients at NFC, our IUI attempts were unsuccessful. However, Dr. Weitzman and Andie expertly guided us through IVF, which resulted in two successful pregnancies. We were older in trying to conceive (starting at age 39 and 41 when our first child was born), and Dr. Weitzman prepared a great game plan considering our age. Dr. Weitzman’s bedside manner was always comforting and made me feel confident. He always patiently answered my questions no matter how big or small.Because of the good information and constant updates, we felt educated and prepared to enter our IVF process. Dr. Eblen did my egg retrieval, and she was top-notch as well and made me feel at ease. All-in-all, we can’t say enough great things about Nashville Fertility Center, even during the tough times of our pregnancy journey.
Dr Weitzman was my doctor and Kelli Millet was my nurse. Both wonderful providers and both are very passionate and dedicated to their job. I have done two IVFs and both were successful; producing my first born I. 2022 and my second born will be joining us very soon! I am so grateful to the both of them for allowing us to become the parents we have always dreamed of becoming! I don’t regret seeking treatment at NFC!
My wife and I did not have a good experience with Nashville Fertility. The staff was rude and not accommodating for my paraplegic needs. They also had hidden/misleading information which came as a surprise to us when it was time to check out from our appointment. The doctor was rude and did not have very good bed side manners. They were not organized. They lost my wifes labs from the time they were drawn to the end of the appointment and they could not be found. (We were not leaving without a recipient that this had been done.) I would not recommend this place if you are trying to have a child.
I wouldnt Recommended anybody to this clinic its completely Worthless, we did 3 IVFs and 2 IUI and all were unsuccessful they are super unprofessional very hard to deal with and just to make an appointment with doctor you will be at least 6 weeks out . So if you have fertility problems please do not use this place
My husband and I started going to NFC in the beginning of 2017. We had Dr. Weitzman as our doctor and CANNOT say enough good things about him. He is a man who has incredible patience, hes knowledgeable, and has great bedside manner. He was always upfront when answering our questions which we truly appreciated with our infertility situation. I did sadly go through a miscarriage shortly after beginning our journey with NFC, but Dr. Weitzman was supportive and helped us get over that slight hump in the road. He called me on my personal cell phone the night after my surgery to make sure I was feeling well and didnt have any questions that didnt get answered prior to. He made sure to tell us we could come in to speak with him if we felt uncomfortable or mislead in any of our scheduled treatments or options. I seriously cannot say enough good things about Dr. Weitzman. Our appointments for the most part almost always ran on time. The only exception is when we were there for our multiple IUIs, but we were always patient and knew that process could sometimes take more time than scheduled. The nurses were always professional, polite, and punctual. They also returned phone call messages I would leave promptly. Although I hope we never have to go through this infertility process again, I feel at ease knowing we have a great group of people to gear our attention towards if needed. Thanks so much to the staff at NFC, I am currently 7 weeks pregnant and my husband and I couldnt be more excited!
DO NOT RECOMMEND.The most difficult place and people I have ever dealt with. They say one thing on the phone and something completely different in person. They provide no help or assistance with problems or any questions you may have. I called three times in a week before 3pm and never received a call back till almost a week later (the message says all calls before 3 will be returned same day). I don’t think anyone knows what they are doing over there.
We had a great experience at NFC. All of the doctors and nurses were very knowledgeable and helped us navigate this difficult journey. Dr. Hill and his nurse Tina were fantastic! I now have my IVF baby girl because of them!
My husband and I are happily pregnant with my first at 44! The doctors and staff at NFC never gave up on me even when I wanted to give up on myself. Struggling with infertility is tough as you know if you are reading this review. Dr. Hill was kind and supportive through the whole process. My IVF nurses, Tina and Kelli, were fabulous and if they werent available from time to time the others jumped right in and answered my many questions. I would highly recommend NFC if you are struggling like I was with infertility. They will take the best care of you that is possible.
Although, we have not began IVF, yet... Dr. Glenn Weitzman has been super amazing in this journey. I don’t think I thanked him enough for his patience with my emotions and so many questions. We had a successful surgery to correct somethings and now our family is making decisions about how to continue IVF without insurance coverage. Also, a woman named Shannon was there every step. She was there to help me with an appeal to my insurance board, sadly they said no. It was such a heavy journey, but NFC made it a little lighter. They spoke to me like they understood ! Made me feel human and not crazy emotional maniac lol. I can’t wait to actually meet Shannon ( this was during pandemic season) and to return to Dr. Weitzman to begin the final journey into family Building!Thank you !
We have had the most miserable experience with the billing department. I dealt with several people trying to resolve an issue (Leah, Bobby, Christina, and some male supervisor). Christina was extremely rude. I am blown away at the way she spoke to me. Every employee I spoke with placed the blame on someone else but Christina’s final statement was “I know how to do my job and no matter what Leah or your insurance company said, it’s not my problem.” We are now driving from Nashville to Chattanooga to deal with doctors and employees who treat us with respect. Please do not waste your time or money here. The staff treats you as if you are a burden. I ignored all of the bad reviews before going and now I understand. Do your research, trust the reviews, and find a facility that treats you with respect. This whole experience was trash. I couldn’t be more happier driving to Chattanooga. Infertility is hard enough...
My husband and I were having a battle with infertility and had no idea why. All of our tests and bloodwork came back normal. Dr. Whitworth discovered that I had fibroids. I had absolutely no clue that I even had them so it was a huge shocker for me. Whitworth was calm, peaceful, and comforting towards me while I cried due to the news. Having never had surgery before, I was very scared. I also have white coat hypertension so I’m terrified every time I walk into a doctors office. She and the staff were kind to me and I could tell that the nurses and staff knew ahead of time that I was super anxious. This meant that they would take their time to walk me through each procedure and address my fears. After that, I was put in Dr. Weitzman’s hands for the surgery. To say that I was terrified would be an understatement. Weitzman took his time and addressed all of my anxiety induced questions over the next few weeks before surgery. I am over a week post surgery now and feeling more like myself each day. I was never in any real pain, and could tell that Weitzman truly is one of the best at what he does. I felt that he was confident. Though he couldn’t promise me the outcome I wanted (clear Fallopian tubes with no tube removal), his confidence made ME believe that I was going to be okay.My Fallopian tubes are open, my uterus is healing correctly, and my fibroids are all gone. I now have a chance at pregnancy without IVF or an IUI. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Very thankful for the team at NFC!
I highly recommend Nashville Fertility Center and Dr. Weitzman for any fertility issues! The doctors and nurses are extremely knowledgeable and caring. I was always able to get in contact with my nurse Shannon and she took wonderful care of me! I felt like I was always in good hands!
I could not explain how much Nashville Fertility has helped my husband and me (our IVF baby coming soon♥️). The doctor we worked (Dr. Hill) with was so knowledgeable and our IVF nurse (Tina) cared for me like I was her daughter. Even though I am so happy to be able to graduate from Nashville Fertility, I am truly sad that I wont be seeing this caring staff so frequently. I recommend this office to many of my friends who are struggling with infertility and we will be going back when we are ready for baby #2.
My husband and I highly suggest NFC to anyone trying to conceive. We had done 6 IUIs at a different office and were not successful. We did 1 round of IVF here and we are now almost 10 weeks pregnant. You always hear of IVF being scary and a total nightmare but not here. Our nurse Tina and Dr. Hill were a God send to us. Every step was very clear and they were always easily accessible to us if we had questions along the way. They are professional and caring and honestly want the best for all of their patients. They do this all day everyday and yet somehow made us feel like we were extra special and shared wholeheartedly in our excitement. The financial team is also very good about explaining things thoroughly and working with you to get the most out of your insurance benefits. The front desk, the lab, the ultrasound techs, the nurses, the financial team and Doctors are all incredible. Go see them today, you wont regret it!
Dr Weitzman and his nurse Amber are absolutely amazing!! They were supportive throughout the whole process of me becoming a single mother by choice! They never questioned it or tried to talk me out of it, just supported and loved on me throughout it all! I have twin girls today because 1st God and 2nd this amazing team at Nashville Fertility!! I can’t thank them enough!
NFC made all my dreams come true. After years of fighting infertility we met with Dr. Weitzman and began the process. It was a success on the first try. Nurse Andi was AMAZING to work with. We looked all over the country before deciding on NFC. The staff was friendly and helpful and the prices were very reasonable. I owe my happiness to the two doctors we worked with and IVF nurse Andi.
I cant recommend this place more. I would give it 10 stars if I could. Throughout my entire year and half with them, Ive never been let down. And, Im pleased to say, DH and I are pregnant! The clinic is immaculate. I had an amazing doctor, staff, and nurses. I was very fortunate to have Dr. Glenn Weitzman as my doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, calm, thorough, and a great surgeon with a sense of humor to boot. I never had trouble with nurses calling me back within a reasonable time frame. Dr. Weitzman really listened to me and was mindful of my wants/needs. I wanted to conceive as naturally as possible and he was great about being conservative with my treatment plan. The blood lab they have on site is also great. I get results back quickly. The billing department is also very easy to deal with. I am extremely happy to have found this place and grateful to have had Dr. Weitzman oversee our incredible journey.
They say, ‘it takes a village to raise a child’, but for some it can take a village to just have a child. We will forever be grateful for our amazing village who made this miracle possible. Dr. Vanheertum and her nurse Miranda Palmer and the entire staff have truly been amazing through this journey. When we met with Dr. VanHeertum she held hope for us that my husband and I would be able to have children. She was very thorough in running tests and determining which treatment plan would be the best for us. After struggling with infertility for over 3 years my husband and I went to see Dr. Vanheertum and it has been the best decision we have ever made, because of her we welcomed our first baby April 2021. We were completely lost starting out and Dr VanHeertum took the time to walk us through all of our options, answered all of our questions and has truly been there for us every step of the way. She genuinely cares for her patients and knows what’s best for you and your situation, trust in the process. We can not say thank you enough to everyone at Nashville Fertility Center for making this possible and just being so wonderful to us. There are not enough words to express how grateful we are for the IVF team at NFC. Dr. VanHeertum and the nurses were always kind, answered all of our questions, and were steadfast in their guidance in our journey of becoming pregnant. I truly could not have done this process at any other center and would highly recommend this clinic. Again, we HIGHLY recommend and we’ll be back for our second baby.
I wish we could put into words just how amazing NFC is! After suffering two miscarriages and going through 3 rounds of fertility medication under our OBGYN, we were referred to Dr. Hill in February of 2021. From the moment my husband and I walked in, Dr. Hill was like a general in the battlefield ready to find out exactly what was causing our issues. For the first time in so many years, we finally felt seen! He ordered many tests and it was because of him that we found out the cause of my miscarriages which turned out to be a very simple fix. With only one round of treatment under Dr. Hill we got pregnant on the FIRST CYCLE!! We are now 11 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby who has a wonderful heartbeat! We cannot express our gratitude to Dr. Hill and the entire NFC staff; they truly do work miracles and ended up giving us our own! From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU!!!
We got a baby so thats great. But the process sucked. Tina and staff were great. Dr. Hill might be the grand puba of fertility but his bedside manor is lacking. If youre overweight at all be ready for some tough conversations, judgment, and zero empathy. Be your own advocate, keep pushing for testing, dont let the process slow you down, ask lots of questions, and do your research. I was referred but should have interviewed other doctors and centers.
The fertility journey is not an easy or joyful experience but the team at NFC made it tolerable. The ladies at the front desk worked hard to accomodate around my work schedule which isnt easy as some appointments are last minute. The lady who does checkout was always so chipper and positive which is nice after a rough visit. Multiple cancled IVF cycles really brought my spirits down and caused fustration, but nurse Tina really offered support and went above and beyond to think of alternate solutions that could assist in a positive outcome. After skillful work completed by the doctors a successful implantation was completed and I had a healthy baby girl in fall of 2020. I cannot thank the NFC team enough for their professionalism and support. I will see you all soon in hopes for baby #2.
We have gotten pregnant twice through IVF at NFC. Our daughter is now 3 and I am 16 weeks pregnant with our son. I cannot speak highly enough of the team at NFC. Each doctor weve worked with has been top-notch, kind and compassionate. Our nurse was amazing - she answered every single question we had, gave us advice when we wanted or needed it, and the freedom to make our own decisions when needed. From the receptionists, to the ladies who drew blood, to the ultrasound techs, to the surgery center staff, to the embyologists, to our doctors and nurses - we have never had a bad experience at NFC. I cant recommend them highly enough!
We are beyond thankful for the entire NFC team. The entire team is friendly, accommodating and encouraging throughout the journey. While we are thankful for each team member, Dr. Van Heertum and Nurse Miranda went above and beyond. Their care is exceptional and genuinely care for you each step of the way.IVF is not an easy journey but Dr. Van Heertum, Miranda and the entire NFC are there for you and your partner. My wife and I highly recommend NFC.
I had high hopes for this place, but I was proven otherwise. I wrote in detail in the documents they provided me that I was transgender, and the exact reason for my visit. The doctor misgendered me off the bat, and didn’t even ask for my pronouns. She said I was “a very smart woman for doing this at such a young age.” She clearly didn’t read my chart. I felt very uncomfortable, and she rushed through all of the information which made me feel extremely overwhelmed. I wish I wouldn’t have had to pay for the consultation.
I wish I could give this place more stars, after 6 1/2 years of trying to conceive we found ourselves at NFC and I couldn’t be more thankful! After two rounds of iui we found out we were expecting twins! The staff is top notch with such good bedside manner. They made us feel like every nurse was invested in our situation. Dr. Hill was absolutely willing to listen to my every concern or question. Such a good and caring staff!
My husband and I had an amazing experience with Nashville Fertility and all of their staff. Specifically, Dr. Montville and our nurse practitioner, Ellen. Dr. Hill did our embryo transfer, and he was so caring and happy for us. They made our dreams come true! Thankful for all of their staff!! We only had to go through one cycle and got pregnant and had our baby after the first transfer.
My husband and I have been trying to conceive unsuccessfully for 6 years after a vasectomy reversal. We visited Nashville Fertility center to help us conceive. Dr. Hill was a excellent and caring doctor. The phlebotomist was the only person on staff who seemed a little grumpy, but she was not rude. The entire staff was extremely friendly and caring. After just one IUI treatment we are now pregnant!! I know we a very lucky to have conceived after just one treatment but I also attribute the success to the knowledge and skill of Nashville Fertility center. I am forever grateful to them.I would definitely recommend them
The kindness and expertise at NFC led me to have a successful pregnancy- giving birth in June to a beautiful, healthy baby girl. From the friendly front desk staff, to the careful ladies who took my blood painlessly week to week to the US techs who were patient and knowledgeable- thank you! Thank you especially to Dr. Whitworth and RN Wieland. I can’t thank you enough! Well done!
We absolutely LOVE Nashville Fertility Clinic in Murfreesboro! The staff is incredibe! The nurses are genuine and so kind. Kelly Whiticker was our go to Dr. She is amazing and listened to all of our concerns and questions. She is very attentive and got us in quickly whenever we needed her.
Nashville Fertility is not a place I would recommend for my friends or family experiencing infertility. They have no customer service skills, are expensive, and often inappropriate and rude in person and over the phone (if you can ever reach anyone). We have utilized their services twice over the last few years and each time has been a headache. They never send results to my OB in a timely manner and each time Im on the phone for weeks trying to request lab results, delaying my care. The front desk clerk is distracted and will stare at her computer pretending she doesnt see you are standing right in front her waiting to check in or out. We are seeking help from another clinic in Nashville and will never be back. Do not go here.
The NFC family are very professional and a great service to use. They are very informative and kudos to everyone from the receptionists, lab techs, Patti that handles ultrasounds, my nurse Andrea, and Dr. Weitzman (my NFC doctor). While fertility is a serious matter for many couples and IVF can offer no guarantees (unfortunately), I was HONORED to return to NFC this month with my husband and our first child to celebrate with the team that made it possible. We are forever grateful.
Great experience with Dr. Weitzman for robotic fibroid removal. I was not experiencing infertility (I have never tried to get pregnant). I was very anxious about my decision whether to have the surgery or not, Dr Weitzman and staff made sure my questions were answered prior to surgery and after discussion with my general gyn who had referred me, I went through with this surgery. I am 10 days postop and feel good! I’m able to return to work already. My pain was well-controlled with medication at home after surgery. The thing that impressed me the most was how much care he took to remove as many fibroids safely that he could (10+ and I thought I only had 3)! He was very patient and explained all findings to my mom after surgery and kept her up to date during the surgery. He recommended every possible way to avoid adhesions based on the most up to date data so I will be less likely to have issues when I do try to conceive. He put my mind at rest with specific clinical questions I had. Melissa the surgery scheduler was so helpful and accommodating during Covid and explained everything. The only thing I could say as something to improve on: the checkin process is odd—they had me wait 30 min before issuing a wristband. They said delay was my doing because I didn’t check in online? I received no email, no txt saying anything about checking in online? When I tried to use the link at the next visit it says “Langford” which is not even a physician that I know of in the downtown office? Maybe they were just running behind and needed time to catch up?
Nashville Fertility did a great job keeping me safe while trying to become pregnant after an ectopic pregnancy. They were always very responsive to my calls and getting back to me with my lab results. They did a great job getting me in for appointments and ultrasounds to work with my schedule.
I am so incredibly thankful for Dr. Whitworth and my nurse Kim would recommend NFC to any couples who is trying to get pregnant. For me and my husband was a beautiful experience, we went through a IVF and got pregnant the first try! All the process was always very explained, every question was answered, Kim was always there for me! We are blessed to have people like NFC!!I had a baby boy and the biggest baby of all!All my 7 kids weighted around 8Lbs and this baby weighed 10Lbs 7ozGod bless y’all
If you are looking at reviews trying to decide where to go, look no further! NFC is the absolute best place to be. Dr. Weitzman, nurse Andie and the entire staff couldn’t get any better. The care we received on our long journey was the best is could have been. We are so thankful for all they did for our family and would never go anywhere else. We were at a different office near Nashville and had the opposite experience while we were there. I can’t say enough how thankful that I am that we made the decision to switch to NFC. They made our dreams come true.
My husband and I tried for a child for 5 years through IUIs, clomid, injectibles acupuncture, you name it. I was very nervous to take the big step to IVF because of cost, emotions and all of the unknowns. NFC made the process very easy to understand, I felt like I could always get a hold of my nurse when I needed to and appointments were always very close to on time (nothing like the ridiculous waits at my OB). We ended up getting pregnant through FET-IVF first try, had a daughter and had a second daughter 8 months ago, also through FET-IVF, first try. I felt that the whole process was very carefully thought out in regards to my safety and ultimately the chances of success based on our specific difficulties to overcome. I couldnt recommend NFC enough and recommend anyone that is unsure to take an appointment and see for yourself. The whole process is not easy but they have some amazing staff there to help you through it. Best of luck on your journey.
Nashville Fertility Center has provided a great experience for us. We are very thankful for the service they have provided and will be recommending them in the future. Having most of our appointments at the Murfreesboro location was very convenient and they have the best employees anyone could ever ask for. Our appointments always started on time and they were very flexible to our schedule needs.
I agree with most of the comments about the clerical staff. The first time we were there, the front desks girls didnt greet us or seemed to care about the patients. They have now changed the front desk girls and they are a lot better. The person responsible for billing insurances and charging you in billing is very cold and repeated innumerous time that they would not file insurance charges to our insurance. My husband had to be very firm and call several times to make them file them.... Some of the charges our insurance did pay. So if they tell you, they wont file, make them do it!Bed side manner is not the best. You wont see the Drs every visit. You mainly see your IVF nurse ...which is normal with most of medical offices - you just hope they would give you more attention because you are paying a lot for the procedure. IVF nurse was very nice and responsible responding to phone calls and emails. We did get pregnant.
IVF is expensive and emotional. My wife and I went to Dr. Weizman and our nurse is Kelly. They answer our questions and are straightforward and very good at what they do. Getting them on the phone can be difficult but they always return phone calls the same day or very next day. We are having our first baby through IVF soon and incredibly excited.
My husband and I switched to Dr. Weitzman in July 2020 after about 5 failed assisted cycles, several missed signs/symptoms, and unanswered questions at another fertility center in the area. Now I am 8 weeks pregnant with a >90% chance of live birth following my first embryo transfer in March 2021. :)Dr. Weitzman came highly recommended by 2 clients of mine and the difference in care was immediately obvious. Dr. Weitzman had all the answers, covered all the bases, and ordered tests my other doctor never thought of. I also thought very highly of Candace the fertility nurse; I think she + Dr Weitzman are a winning combo and I hope I get her again in the future. Shout out also to Tenesha, my favorite patient care coordinator who always got me good appointment times :).For those ladies wondering about costs:Oocyte retrieval was about $10,000embryo transfer was about $10,000All of my meds, co-pays, and other tests probably totaled another $10,000.Insurance did not cover anything except some pregnancy tests and maybe a couple other labs.
I was referred to NFC when my OBGYN said they did not treat ANY issues related to infertility. During my first appointment in 2021, I told Dr. W. I did not want IUI or IVF, rather, explore potential infertility causes and if I were to become pregnant, partner with a team to help me through my first trimester (based on past history, this was my chosen route). My follow-up visit with Dr. W. was on the border of traumatizing. In addition to enduring two hours to be seen & examined, he rushed into a to-do list of genetic testing orders followed by IUI.I told him I wasnt ready for genetic testing (I had already had it done years previous but his demeanor clouded my ability to advocate for myself). He laid out a scenario about my baby (who doesnt exist yet) dying at age 2 because I didnt get genetic testing done. I reiterated I wasnt ready and he was visibly annoyed. When he described a treatment plan, he never directly used the term IUI. He laid out a step-by-step process quickly, quietly, and curtly. I assumed what he was describing didnt involve IUI because I clearly stated I didnt want it during my first appointment.Throughout my examination, I was continually confused by what was happening and what they were telling me to do. When I connected the IUI dots, I asked if we could explore another route. He said, If I felt there was another route, I would have told you. Dr. W. left the room and the nurse pulled me into an office to explain I didnt have to make a decision.I was escorted out without performing the remaining tests that were ordered. I felt that because I questioned Dr. W., I was treated differently and harshly. While I have no doubt Dr. W. has help hundreds, perhaps thousands of women deliver babies successfully, I am telling my story so women are prepared for a different experience with Nashville Fertility and Dr. W.
We cant express how grateful we are for NFC and all they did to help us. I cannot say enough good things about the ladies at the Murfreesboro location. They have become like family to us over the last 18 months. These ladies genuinely care about the care of their patients. They would always spend extra time with us answering all of our questions.Lindsey Whitaker
Overall best experience Ive had in the fertility venture! Everyone I talked to was very professional, personable, and talked to us like they genuinely cared! Very thorough with explaining the process. I would definitely recommend the Murfreesboro location!
I could never speak more positive or highly of Dr. Whitworth and the team at NFC. I was given a 5% chance of ever having a baby from my regular OB, and after a year and a half of fertility drugs decided to finally go to NFC. They were wonderful. At the initial appt, they didnt even charge my husband for his part because he had been tested at my local OB and didnt have any red flags. I really respected that, because they very well could have charged us anyway. Dr. Whitworth took the time to diagnose what was causing my infertility and tailored a treatment to help us. After 2 1/2 years of infertility I was pregnant within 3 months of going to NFC. Yes, it is expensive and insurance didnt cover anything at all. But it was worth every penny for us! I wish I had gone there initially!
We had an amazing first visit at Nashville Fertility Center in Franklin. The entire staff made us feel welcome and we had our initial questions answered and then some. Thank you and we appreciate each of you.
I had to have minor surgery and Dr Weitzman was my surgeon. He did a very detailed job and was very gentle with me. I had no pain after the surgery and will be able to move on with the next transfer, he will be doing the transfer.
My husband and I had a horrible experience with Nashville Fertility. Dr. Emblem did not listen to anything I had to say. We did countless IUIs and never got one BFP. I switched to Dr Gayla Harris in Knoxville who would actually take the time and call my insurance to get meds approved and fully covered. She listened, did surgery like I asked, and I got pregnant the first IUI with twins. Also, IUI cost $300 with Dr. Harris and over $1100 at Nashville Fertility. NFC is only interested in your money they do not care about you as a patient.
Dr. Montville and his nurses have been very prompt and patient throughout this process. They explain in detail all treatments and are very punctual with getting results and questions answered. It does take a lengthy amount of time to be seen. His schedule is very limited and very hard to get an appointment. His latest appointment time is around 2:30 pm. His receptionist Debbie is quite possibly the rudest receptionist I have ever came across. She is never friendly and you can tell she is not happy or passionate about her job. One should have a little bit more compassion about their job especially working in this type of specialty field. Debbie needs customer service training!
Save your money and go elsewhere.... The doctors do not care and the response time from nurses regarding your medical results are horrible. None of the staff cares about what you are going through and honestly, they continued to schedule appointments that were not necessary. I ended up going elsewhere, after I received a call to reschedule my appointment that I had waited for 3 weeks, to inform me that my doctor is on IVF call and that she doesnt know if she has time to see me. I informed her we can reschedule, she ended up without an opening for another 2 weeks... I am sorry, but when you are going through infertility, time is of the essence and you try to solve the issues... We have been trying 2+ years and they had no care or regard to that.
Dr. Weitzman was able to remove TWO fused-together grapefruit-sized fibroids laparoscopically, that we found during my pregnancy. I wanted them removed ASAP! I was so scared I would need full surgery, and the referring doctors all said “that’s a tall order but if anyone can do it it’s him.” He was so confident in his own ability that I just trusted him and prayed. Sometimes you just really need someone who is great at what they do and experienced, and that was Dr. Weitzman. He explained everything to me very clearly and the whole process was incredibly simple. I could tell he’s done this procedure many many times. I’m so thankful I don’t need to recover from a full surgery!
I had a fibroid removal surgery in March and the entire process was overwhelming but the staff and Dr. Weitzman helped me and gave me confidence that he would do his very best. I recovered in 4 weeks and was in minimal pain once returning back to work. He was honest and caring with me regarding any question I had as well. Thank you all again.
Choose another office!! This place makes you feel like cattle. You have to wear little bracelets with your info on it to get behind the doors. Everyone checks your bracelet. Okay I get it but a name to go along with the bracelet would be nice. You wait in one waiting room to go back to another waiting room. The nurses all seem like they have done their job so many times a day that its nothing new and treat it like a monotonous job. Okay I get it you have done this thousands of times but for us having to go through this scary fertility thing its our first time and we dont understand everything like you do. I went to see Dr. Weitzman and had to wait almost 2 months to get an appointment. I went for 6 months at least 2-3 times a month and never saw the doctor except that initial consultation. WHAT A JOKE! The whole reason I even chose this office is because my OB/GYN recommended this doctor specifically. You never get a person on the phone always leave a message and we will call you back. sometimes its 5 minutes later sometimes its hours later or even the next day. I would not recommend this place again to anyone. The lady at the checkout desk is really nice. That would be one positive, even though she was taking my money she was very pleasant. I just called to cancel my last appointment with them and it was like I was inconveniencing them to be calling. I tried to explain why I was cancelling and got a like I care attitude. Dont go here or if you do just know that you will never see the doctor so pick any one of them that has the more open schedule because you will be dealing with the nurses more than anyone.
My husband and I came today to NFC. We were very nervous but were treated so so well. I can’t even express how thankful I am for coming here today. Dr. Van Heertum was so kind and explained everything clearly to me. I wanted to cry because how taken care of I felt. I finally felt like my doctor really wanted me to get better. Thank you so much. I recommend this place to any couple needing help.
The whole process was confusing and the billing was not explained correctly at all! And then they wouldnt work with us to help with the billing. If a different diagnosis code had been sent in my exam would have been covered. I dont know why I had to do an ultrasound anyways if they knew it wasnt going to be covered. I already knew I could have children. We were there to have my husband treated. We paid hundreds up front, told that we were paid in full and was then billed later. We never got a call back regarding lab testing for my husband. Im so disappointed that there is a place like this treatment men and women that are trying to have a child. Dont do unnecessary exams!!!!
We saw Dr. Montville, and he was great! Your clinic was so helpful and so efficient. We didnt know what to expect on our first visit, and since we are out of town patients we wanted to get as much done as possible. Thats exactly what you all did! We immediately got tests done in search of answers. Our minds could finally be eased knowing that we were in the care of such great doctors. Thank you for everything!
All the negative reviews mentioned before is true and accurate. I am so tired and sick of this place, weather the Nashville location or the Murfreesboro location. All they need is your MONEY!!!!! No one cares about how you feel or what you need. No one listen to what you need. We went for our first visit and they did not explain what they are going to do. They just throw some random information at you and never actually and specifically answer your questions. To this day they have not told me an actual diagnosis after soooo many labs and ultrasounds!!!! From our first visit they worked us up to get an IUI without telling us what we are going through, and because it was late to go back or change plans, we just decided to just go with the IUI. Second thing that went wrong was having a nurse or an assistant attempt to complete the IUI procedure which I think is unprofessional. I am not there to pay thousands of dollar to have an assistant complete such procedure. Then the assistant literally touched almost everything with her gloves that she was going to use in me, but I asked her to change them and she literally did the same thing again and had to ask her again. Then she was having trouble getting the catheter in and had to call in the NP to do it for her then they had to change the catheter that had the sperm in it. End of story, the IUI failed because of the so many mistakes they did and I still had to pay in full for the procedure. Then I chose to see another Doctor to talk about other options. Debbie, the person that was scheduling my appointment scheduled me with another Dr. over a month later. She called me 2 days before the appt to tell me that she cancelled the appt bc both Drs. have to review my chart and sign off on it. What makes them think that it is ok to cancel my appt for a mistake they made and didn’t realize it till 2 days before my appt. My husband spoke with the office manager same day and they tell us that this appt is no longer available. What do you mean?!!! How can you cancel my appt and just give it to someone else just like that without my notice while I have been waiting for this appt for over a month?! This place is a scam and ridiculous. Very and highly unprofessional from front desk all the way to the Drs. Please please please do NOT waste your time and moneyyyyyyyyy!!!
HORRIBLE experience...Very sad as it costs so much money to do IVF and the strain it puts on a relationship and body...to then go into this place and have Dr Hill treat you as if you are beneath him. I only saw him twice...First one was at initial consultation and then when I requested another meeting with him. He was annoyed at my research I had been doing and pretty much ended appointment and walked out. One...research is being done all the time and there is NOTHING wrong with asking questions since it is MY money that I am spending. And you canNOT use the same protocol on each person...age and fertility issues change how a process should be done...One of my questions was a lot of research had been done on women over 40 and how going strong with the chemicals could actually make things worse...I NOW AGREE with it but Dr Hill wanted to hear NOTHING about it and said in the UK they dont go as aggressive and their success rates are lower...of course their success rates are lower, their country pays for their IVF so they have more attempting IVF then we do...We did IVF...we did decide to do the IVF package...Paid for it out of pocket BUT their finance lady who is one of the rudest ladies I have ever met in the medical field and should really not be working at NFC if she is going to treat people with so much disrespect while IVF patients are already under enough stress...went ahead and filled claims with our health insurance to get more money...I called her out on it and told her she needed to reimburse my insurance company. She said CIGNA had to request it from them first. Then turns around and bills me for more money BUT we had already paid for everything in FULL. So after our miscarriage I had to deal with her, who doesnt return phone calls, and told her to remove these charges, which she did, since we paid in full. I actually had to call Jordan the nurse to get the finance lady to call me back!!!The only person in that office we dealt with that was remotely kind was Jordan and some of the ladies taking blood and ultra sound. Also down in the surgery center. NOT ONCE did I see Dr Hill after we started the IVF process nor during any of the process nor when we realized we were having a miscarriage. We had tried IVF overseas the first time and decided to do it close to home this time. But if I could do it over again, instead of giving NFC our money, I would of traveled ANY WHERE else. They made an emotional rough time even worse!!! PLEASE pay attention to the reviews if you are considering going thru them and seriously look elsewhere...You will be grateful in the long run!!!
The billing process is AWFUL. Bills come from random places and nobody can explain what for or why. Its absolutely the worst. I can accept some of that but the whole youre going to have to call 3 other people Merry go round gets OLD.The medical staff is smart and knowledgeable but that billing process is terrible. The Dr I met with was WONDERFUL and the staff are lovely but the billing practices are terrible.
NFC was recommended by my OBGYN. We did 3 rounds of IUI that were unsuccessful then decided to proceed with IVF. After 1 round of IVF we were successful and we are now 23 weeks pregnant. The staff is wonderful at this clinic and I would highly recommend.
I am so incredibly thankful for Dr. Weitzman and would recommend him to any woman who is faced with severe uterine fibroids but wants to avoid a hysterectomy. I was referred to Dr. Weitzman by my gynecologist with the hope of removing a large uterine fibroid and ovarian cyst while keeping my uterus and ovaries and not being thrown into menopause. Through the 2.5 months with Dr. Weitzman, he was straightforward, exuded a calm confidence and trustworthiness, and had the skills to give me the best outcome I could have hoped for. With each appointment, I never felt rushed, he answered all of my questions, and listened well. I really could not have imagined a better process (outside of not having to deal with fibroids!). Dr. Weitzman is the best.
The doctors and nurses are fine. But the front desk staff are unwelcoming and dont make eye contact. In addition, pre-approval was not obtained through my primary insurance so I had to pay out of pocket even though I was paying for 2 insurances and had benefits. That was quite disappointing
I feel like everyone’s been really supportive and has made me a priority and such a Sensitive timely time in my life trying to conceive a baby when my husband and I’ve been trying for so long. Praying that it will work out.
Nashville Fertility Center saved me a bundle $$$. I was ready to do an IVF, when Dr. Hill suggested a treatment plan with fertility meds, and I took his advice and was patient with the process. A blessing evolved, a pregnancy of my first child, that I thought wasn’t possible after TTC for 5 years. If you’re thinking about fertility help - definitely book an appointment and meet the doctors! Who knows!?! Maybe you can be blessed, too?! Another point I’d like to add, I have a full-time job, and when I showed up for appointments they had me in and out (was very respectful of my time). Most doctors offices don’t operate as efficiently as they do!
I cant say enough about Dr. Weitzman! My case was incredibly difficult and he wasnt afraid to think outside the box to help my husband and I have a successful pregnancy. After 4 years I am now 27 weeks pregnant with our IVF baby.
We are so grateful for Dr. Weitzman, his NP Andie, and NFC surgery center! They made us feel welcome and showed genuine concern during our entire journey, in addition to providing excellent care. 👍👍
Very disappointed by my experience. I resonate with the stories shared here. Poor communication. Disorganized. Was hard to know next steps and felt like I had to keep reaching out to get clarity. After my egg freezing procedure I had to reach out to the doctor to schedule and appointment to talk to HER about going over the results .I definitely wish Id done more research and went somewhere else
Started working with NFC in 1995 took clomid, got pregnant with my son who is almost 25 now. Went back in 1999 clomid wasnt working anymore Dr. Whitworth suggested we try injectibles gonal f and hcg and IUI. Got my positive on December 1999 had my daughter in August of 2000. Then in 2007 i got pregnant on my own and had my youngest son who is now 13. I cant imagine my life without any of my children but NFC helped me achieve my dream of becoming a mother. I cant say enough good things about this place.
I did not go to this facility for fertility treatment, rather a surgery with Dr. Montville. I was referred by my OBGYN and had a very pleasant experience. Dr. Montville was very informative, personable and had a nice bedside manner. He made me feel comfortable during all aspects of the process from the initial consultation and pre-op. consultation, to surgery day and post-op. appointment. This surgery changed my life for the better as I struggled with debilitating pain for nearly 20 years. I cannot speak to the fertility treatment side of this clinic but I highly recommend Dr. Montville as he was wonderful throughout then entire experience.
Dr. Smith was great to work with. She answered all of our questions, and never made us feel pressured into anything. I look forward to working with her in the future.
Im so thankful for Nashville Fertility Center.I have a 2.5 year old son conceived via IUI, and Im currently 10 weeks pregnant with a second son conceived via IVF.There were pit stops on the trying to conceive journey where I personally lost hope (e.g., after multiple failed IUIs and an early miscarriage), but I kept believing that if anyone could help me it would be them.IVF is a very involved process but the odds of conception are so much higher than IUI, so we decided to bite the bullet financially to give ourselves the best odds of conceiving again. Given my miscarriage history, we also paid for PGT (or preimplantion genetic testing). Knowing this little guy is healthy has been unbelievably comforting and reassuring from the day of transfer until now. Transferring an untested embryo wasnt worth it to me, given the amount of blood, sweat, and tears being spent on achieving a viable pregnancy. From IVF class to birth control, from follicle stimulation to egg retrieval, from birth control again to preparing my body for transfer, from the endless waiting and waiting and waiting (and testing and appointments and scanning), all of it was worth making it to this very moment.I had the best nurse, Laurie Lee, and wonderful doctors, Dr. Abby Eblen and Dr. Christine Whitworth, keeping me sane along the way. For a girl whos scared of literally everything, their expertise and step-by-step guidance made all the difference to me!Sometimes creating your family doesnt look at all like what you desired or hoped or prayed for. But, try to be patient and to make the best decisions for yourself with the information that you have available. If you feel like you arent being heard, be sure to advocate for yourself. Do your own research if you need to and ask the right questions to mitigate any frustrations or anxieties that youre feeling. None of this is easy, but I believe its worth it.In my opinion, Nashville Fertility Center is doing great work. They are helping to create life - WOW. They offer every modern reproductive product and strategy thats available. Rely on them, be kind to them, and most of all, allow them into your life to help ease the burden of trying to conceive on your own.
I have been to various womens health and fertility centers. Never have I had such a pleasant experience! The facilities are nice, clean, and well kept. The team is professional and friendly. Well done, NFC. Well done!
So happy Nashville fertility center helped us grow our family. Dr. Kristen Vanhertum is great and everyone is so encouraging and helpful. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone needing help getting pregnant!
No one contacted me back after I left a voicemail on last Friday. Also, I didnt receive an email response after requesting that the consent forms be resent to me. I never received them at all in the first place. The lack of communication is making me not want to even be bothered with this facility.
First and foremost, I would like to say that the actual surgical portion of our experience (Dr. Weitzman) went well and my wife has recovered nicely from it. That being said, the clerical/business portion of our experience was HORRIBLE. Not only have they gone the route of many healthcare providers and are now forcing patients to pre-pay for surgeries not yet performed, they also dont tell you ahead of time that they bill you for the WORST case scenario. They were very quick to tell us what they owed them but extremely slow to respond to any questions, medical or other, we had prior to a potentially life-altering surgery. They would simply send an email stating where we should go, what we should do, how much we should pay, etc. and then not respond to any form of response.Coming from healthcare, I possess a rare view of both its clinical and business practices. It was only after I demonstrated enough knowledge to let them know I fully understood the outcomes of said practices that I got a response....from the SURGEON!! He was a very gracious and attentive man who apologized for our lackluster experience to date. Why he has to take time out of his day for that, I have no idea. My apologies to any PATIENTS that might have received less time from their SURGEON as a result of him spending that time with us.Lastly, they billing office that insisted we pay for the worst case scenario (multiple codes submitted to insurance) has yet to reimburse us for the portion of the surgery that was NOT PERFORMED! The surgery was in January, and here we are in April amidst our THIRD attempt to recoup those funds....we still dont have the HUNDREDS of dollars owed to us.If there were a known comparable option and the need ever arose again, I would jump at the chance to go a different route. Again, that has nothing to do with the surgical experience, but rather the added stress and concern that was injected into an already serious and stressful time.....UNNECESSARILY. I know I have been emphatic and jaded in this review, but if it serves to educate others about this particular office and those such business practices as a whole, it was worth it. Best of luck to you and yours as you go through these uncertain times.
They are disorganized and lack a caring attitude. We have gone in for testing, had to remind them to do simple things (like a blood draw) and have had them call back saying they need us to come back for a blood draw. It’s also nearly impossible to get someone to talk to and if you do it often leads to “you knees to talk to so and so for that”.
Didn’t provide me with any hope or options. Dusted their hands and said, “good luck.” I did not feel like a valued patient who they wanted to succeed; I felt like a patient that didn’t have a clear path to fertility so they cut me off to make their metrics look more favorable. Absolutely crushed me. Wouldn’t recommend this facility to a field mouse.
I’ve had an amazing experience here. Everyone was friendly, reassuring and knowledgeable. Dr Weitzman was very patience with me from beginning to end and walked me through everything, from what to expect to the Ins and outs of the procedure. He answered every question I had. I was referred here, and I’m so grateful that I was.
I had Dr.Hill, and I appreciate that man so much. My husband and I have had to jump through so many hoops and we walk into his office today and he was caring, answered any and all questions. He’s very thorough and takes his time. Not just an in and out visit.
Good office. Great service. Answers your questions and explains things to you. Melissa, Jocelyn, and Dr. Weitzman are the best! Everyone there was fantastic.
The people who answer the phone are ridiculous. Not only are they rarely helpful but they are extremely rude! Most of the time they flat out give you very wrong information. You have to talk to multiple people and even then you cant guarantee the information is correct. They just talk in circles. And the guy claiming to be the director is a complete joke.So far, Dr. Whitworth seems really great and that is the only reason we are temporarily tolerating them.
Doctors are GREAT! However, their service is far overshadowed by the SHAMEFUL office staff. Scheduling, billing, and general customer service is just a plain old debacle.RUN AWAY from this place! That kind of negativity and stress is not worth your time and efforts AT ALL. . .
The communication of the office is not very well. I have had to call multiple times to get information regarding test, questions, and etc. The staff are friendly but it is very hard to get in contact with them. The patient portal doesnt allow you to message the nurses of the doctor you are seeing.
NFC, first Dr Whitworth and now Dr Smirh have always provided hope and believed in my fertility journey. That makes all the difference
Nobody answers the phone or responds to emails. We have been waiting for records to be sent to our new fertility clinic for two weeks. Currently on my 5th call to their office today.
We had an amazing experience with NFC. Very attentive, caring, and punctual staff! 10/10 recommend for anyone with infertility issues to go here!
It is clear that money is the priority - the patient is definitely not. I was shocked at the callous treatment and how fast they had their hand out for more money. Traveled to a different state to get better care.
Dr. Abby and her team were so great, they’re so compassionate and caring. You can tell they love their jobs!
They were very attentive and listened to our needs/concerns. Very respectful of where we were at in the process as well.
Everyone was wonderful and professional. And after years of trying and being dismissed they identified my issues. And now my perfect little miracle is almost 2 and destroying my house daily.
Avoid this place, unprofessional rude staff not foreign friendly. I had a very bad experience with the nurse that teach the classes. She was rud and unprofessional so my dhb and I run out of this place. We definitely don’t recommend the Clinic.
The little blonde girl at the front desk was so helpful and kind! One of the best experiences I have had so far at this office!
Thank you to everyone. Dr Eblen and Tina really helped my wife through this amazing and sometimes stressful adventure. We can wait for 07/07/2019.
If you are planning to do IUI or IVF, spare yourself some grief and go somewhere else. They overcharge for their services and are lightning years behind in technology and latest research. Avoid!!!
Everyone was super nice and answered all of our questions ! They made us feel right at home.
The staff is so nice and Dr Weitzman is amazing
Dr. Humphreys is exceptional!
Can’t get ahold of anyone to book an appointment
Great staff with genuine focus on the patient!
Very expensive and poor experience doctors, most of them are 😞
Staff was very helpful, friendly and seemed well informed
Couldn’t be happier with the entire staff and phenomenal Dr.Weitzman!!!
Dr.Hill and Tina DeBoer are amazing!
Staff was helpful, knowledgeable and compassionate.
Terrible office! Definitely not go there.
I come here a lot. Great place!
They are amazing
I am just in the fertility process I hope that everything turns out well for me, trusting in God first and in the doctors that everything will turn out well I already have three babies but my children are already grown up, the last one is 8 years old and I want a baby with my new partner and I feel proud of my husband because he is taking care of all the expenses for my new baby. I hope it is a good clinic and that it will be all right. I already want to be pregnant so I can see my baby very soon. Thank you, we have already gone to the appointment and they treated me very well
