This place is purposefully misleading women about abortion care. They do not offer abortion services or medically accurate information about abortion services.

First of all, everyone I encountered at the clinic was very warm and kind. I had been incredibly nervous about the appointment, so I greatly appreciated that. That is why Im giving 2 stars.Shortly into the appointment, it became clear that my intention to end my pregnancy went against their aim. The way they described abortion methods was carefully stated in a way to enable guilt, but I shrugged it off because, on the other hand, you can find clinics that describe the methods in a rather detached, unremarkable way. This decision was a very difficult one for me, as a mother of two already, and I did not at all feel detached from the fetus growing inside me, but I also didnt expect to be made to feel like some of my options were better than other options... especially from people who only received a very small glimpse into who I am and my situation. Regardless, as I said, I shrugged it off and continued to listen. When I started being asked questions about religion, God, and Jesus, that was when I became very uncomfortable and began to feel judged. I am not religious, although I do have an educational background in religious studies, and my decisions in life are not guided by any religion, yet I am still guided by compassion and an attempt to understand. This was the moment when I realized I had stumbled upon a pro-life clinic, and that I was not going to receive the information I needed to pursue the termination of my pregnancy. They insisted I come back in a couple of weeks for another ultrasound, when the fetus is larger, and I am further along. This was very stressful, because the last thing I wanted was to drag this on to a point where termination would be very difficult -- which I believe may have been their agenda.I ended up getting the information from another clinic that was incredibly helpful and forthright about the procedure, helping me feel safe and free from judgement.TLDR; Assure appears to be a pro-life clinic.

Their website said they could give me any referral needed. When I got there I made it known that I just wanna find out some info on abortion. The doctor preceded to bombard me with questions and hinting to anything but abortion. I didn’t even get to the ultra sound because I had to walk out as they refused me any info on abortion.

This place was alright… It’s nice they give pregnancy tests and a free ultrasound but they were not able to confirm I had a viable pregnancy at my first ultrasound and would not let me come back a second time for a follow up. I’m not sure why this wouldn’t be standard, considering my sister in law who came here previously said she had received 3 different appointments with them. But I wasn’t allowed to come back to try and confirm viability again… Did nothing but stress me out. On the plus side the nurse I had was really sweet and it was a nice, clean space.

I did not use the center myself, but a good friend did. I talked with her a lot about her experience each time she went. The staff is so caring. My friend did not feel judged for coming in and being unsure of what she wanted to do. The staff at Assure gave her all her options as to what to do, if she should abort or parent her baby. The good news, to me is, she decided to parent! Not only did she get a free pregnancy test at the beginning but she got a free ultrasound too. My friend has made several bad choices in her life. Assure had classes not only for her and the baby, and bible classes, but a safe people class that was a very good class for her. I am glad that I was able to help my friend out and mentor her, but I am extremely thankful for Assure being there with the information she needed and not just talking with a good friend. I recommend the center for anyone!!

Such a great place! I was extremely nervous going into my appointment and every employee starting at the front desk made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. They not only gave me my pregnancy test and ultrasound free of charge, but they checked on how I was doing with the situation mentally and my advocate even prayed for me! I highly recommend.

!!!!! DOESNT HAVE WOMENS BEST INTEREST AT HEART !!!!! Will not refure for abortions. Even if thats not your thing a women should know ALL her options. Their radio commercials are miss leading saying something about knowing your options but useless abortion is included, then you are lying to these women who have found themselves in vulnerable places. A few years ago my chruch volunteer here and got a tour and was told about their process. They are one of those horrible clinics that will try to guilt women into carrying a pregnancy that they either do not want or cant afford

Their employees are either misinformed or are lying about how the abortion pill works.they state that the first pill cuts off the blood supply to the embryo. This is incorrect. The first pill blocks the activity of progesterone, which is what makes the uterus a habitable environment. Ive only interacted with the employees online, so I cannot say what else they are incorrect about. But if they are willing to lie about something so easily fact checked, what other abortion lies are they peddling? And why would you want to go to a misinformed place or a place that lies to you?

The Assure Womens Center in Omaha was a Godsend when my wife was pregnant and we were trying to figure out how to plan and if our budget was even possible. A long list of free services that are offered with a great deal of compassion, as well as topical parenting seminars and even a boutique where donated items are available for free. They talked us into taking home a big box of clothes and a new carseat and we were just glowing with excitement! Well, my wife may have been glowing with pregnancy, but-- hmm, Im learning to keep my mouth shut when describing my wife when shes pregnant. :) Lets just say we had a beautiful glow about us and it was amplified by the kind services of Assure!A big thank you and a strong referral of their services to anyone local with those kinds of needs.

This is a crisis pregnancy center. Its goal is to prevent abortions through manipulation and outright lies. This review is to call out their lies, which are dangerous. Why would you want to go to a facility that is willing to lie to you?Plan B is not an abortion pill, it is a high dose contraceptive. This means that it prevents ovulation and therefore pregnancy, but does not disrupt an existing pregnancy. * (See sources below for any questions)RU 486 (aka Mifepristone) is the first pill in a medication abortion. This blocks the effects of progesterone. What that means is that it makes the cervix easier to open and promotes contractions when exposed to the second pill.** & *** Clearly this doesnt cut off the blood flow to the embryo. If youre going somewhere that is willing to lie about something so easily researchable, maybe you want to go to a different facility.SOURCES:*From Plan Bs website FAQs:Plan B is not an abortion pill and it will not affect an existing pregnancy. If you have any questions, please be sure to talk to your healthcare professional**From Wikipedia (for ease, you can just search RU 486 or Mifepristone)Mifepristone is an antiprogestogen.[1] It works by blocking the effects of progesterone, making the cervix easier to open, and promoting contraction of the uterus when exposed to misoprostol***From EarlyAbortionOptions FAQThe first pill, mifepristone, blocks the pregnancy hormones from reaching the uterus, so the tissue lining stops growing and starts to detach from the uterus

Theyre pro-lifers disguised as doctors and nurses who dont have the intention to do whats best for you. They will try to force you to continue your pregnancy, even if its unwanted and you need real help. Look elsewhere, you deserve better.

Don’t come here if you really don’t want to continue your pregnancy. They’ll try to guilt you and not give you any resources. Go to planned parenthood. This place is for teenagers with unplanned pregnancies anybody over the age 21 or with more than 1 child, see a DOCTOR.
