I dont know this doctor at all, but I was switching all of my care from Ascension to Baptist. The original call was good. They scheduled me an appointment no problem. It was scheduled for months out (I scheduled it like April 2nd and they scheduled me for June.) I was a little disappointed but I get it. Appointments fill up fast. Then they just called and told me (oopsie I made a mistake making your appointment. She does not see new patients that day we need to reschedule.) So i told her how unsatisfactory this was, but said fine when is the next appointment. She then says well they wont do your annual exam on your first appointment are you okay with that? Well then what are they going to do? Am I literally going in just so the doctor can say hi see who I am I guess maybe get my family history (which baptist already has) and then pay 40 dollars and on the way I go? Its really messed up to treat new patients this way. Especially because it was their mistake and now Ive lost 2 weeks in which I couldve gotten a doctor. I would be wary of their medical group
Regina is the sweetest soul. She chose the right profession to be able to share her compassion and love with everyone she encounters.Regina doesnt mind taking time to answer any and all questions you have. She also doesnt have any problems with working with you on what you believe is the best course of action for you as the patient not necessarily just what came from a doctors book. You are not rushed, you are heard, and youre welcomed.Shes honest with her work. Shes got a beautiful personality and shes highly spoken of even by her fellow employees with high regards.
I cant speak highly enough about Dr. Regina McCutcheon-West, M.D., MPH. Dr. McCutcheon-West is not only professional and knowledgeable but personable, very compassionate and honest. She actually takes her time to get to know how she can meet your needs and offer any course of action (leaving no stone unturned). I ALWAYS leave feeling confident in the care I received from her (I wish she was my primary care doctor.). If youre looking for a HIGHLY reputable OB/GYN that’s EVERYTHING, look no further! I truly appreciate Dr. McCutcheon-West (and her MA, Ashley) so much; I’m willing to follow Dr. McCutcheon-West anywhere her practice is because they treat everyone with respect in a welcoming atmosphere (ALL the time). :-)
The best OB/GYN doctor hands down!! Dr. McCutcheon is very smart, personable and professional. I was truly blessed to have her as my doctor. She made my husband and I very comfortable the entire pregnancy and she genuinely cares for her patients. She was called into the hospital on the day she was off on vacation and she still came in late that night to deliver our son. That speaks volumes on what type of person she is. We love her and definitely recommend her!
The only thing I dislike about Dr. McCutcheon is she isnt a primary care doctor because Id love to have her as my primary physician. I am so thankful for having found Dr. McCutcheon, she makes you feel at ease and genuinely listens and cares for her patients. You do not feel rushed or like a number. If you are looking for a gynecologist stop looking, you found her.
She’s the best of the best! She has a wealth of knowledge that guides her into extending compassionate care. What I love most is that in a society where high numbers and having the most patients matter, she takes the time with her patients to get to know them. You’re more than just a number to her.
Dr. McCutcheon is the real deal! Her bedside manner is perfect, she answered all of my question, and made me feel so comfortable. I wish I had found her sooner!
Dr. McCutcheon provides incredible care, is thorough, offers time and answers generously to her patients, and is an all around lovely human.
Dr. McCutcheon is the best ObGyn there is. Shes compassionate, knowledgeable, and very professional.
Dr.McCutcheon is amazing. She really took out time to listen to my concerns and is a true advocate for her patients.
Wait 5 months for an appointment and then get a call 1 week before the appointment that the appointment needs to be rescheduled for another 5 months out. Outside of unprofessional, from a health standpoint it’s really scary. I’m sorry to write negative information but the general care and feelings that once existed among us in most professions has been lost.
