My children have been patients here since 2002. They are a wonderful practice. They are quick to get you in when you are sick. I love that I can schedule yearly physicals out a whole year so I dont forget. The physicians listen to our questions and concerns and help us do what is best for our childrens health and emotional well-being. We have been Dr Halperin for most of the time . He is wonderful doctor and takes his time to ask questions and listen. He is very caring. I love the way he gets my 17 year old son to talk with him and my son listens to his Dr Halperins advice. The nurses and MOAs have always been polite

Doesn’t understand that a preemie is not going to gain weight the way he wants or believes the baby should. Has told us multiple times that my child would have to be put in the hospital if they don’t start putting on more weight. Wouldn’t give any reason why my baby needed to gain weight so fast. We told him that a specialist told us that our baby will not gain weight the way he wants because our baby is a preemie. It was like he wasn’t listening or just didn’t care. He thinks our baby should gain weight the way he wants. Doesn’t care that we can’t come in every few days because my baby’s father has to work. He expects us to just come in even if we can’t make it. Dr.Sanders has been told that I don’t drive and so has his nurses. I’m currently switching my baby to a different doctor since today one of his nurses called me and told me if I didn’t bring my baby in today or tomorrow that they’d call DCFS on us. I even told the nurse I have my baby set up to see on new doctor next week. She told me that it didn’t matter and that they needed to see my baby. She said if I didn’t bring him in tomorrow they were going to call DCFS even though I have my baby set up to see a different doctor next week.

Waiting over an hour past your appointment time is normal.Complete disregard for patients or parents time. They pull you out of a big waiting room to sit in an exam room with young children for over an hour.Try showing up an hour and a half late and see if they keep your appointment! They should txt updates when so far behind, or call and reschedule.Great doctors, probably not worth the wait. It seems so unfortunate that they force great doctors to cram too many patients into a day that they are forced to be quick with patients or get behind doing the best job they can. This seems like a problem with the corporation and NOT the doctors. If you arent already going here or attached to a doctor, LOOK ELSEWHERE!

Dr. David and Victoria are amazing. They were always very patient and answered my many many questions. Whenever my son was sick they would fit us in for a visit same day if needed or assist over the phone. Highly Recommend

They could not do rotavirus drops to a 2 month old, they have sent us to emergency after choking my 8 week old. I would never go back there again. Not sure why they do 4PM appointments and then rush with little ones in last hours

We have had our kids with this group for over 16 years. The doctors seem to come and go but our nurse practitioner, Melinda, has been our constant. She is amazing and I trust her.

ALL staff completely incompetent & unprofessional. Random Front desk agent/phlebotomist threatened both me and my child’s life because her feelings were hurt, refused to give my child’s medical records & for some odd reason pulled up to my house?

This place gives opioids and benzos to pill shoppers .. One would think that when a patient leaves their doctor because that dr is cutting meds and then the patient goes to TWO OTHER DOCTORS solely to get meds and gets REJECTED BITH TIMES?? This place doesnt seem to pay any attention to that tho.. pretty risky
