After going through two miscarriages in the span of two years, my OB recommended me to Dr. Moffit‘s office at ARMS. This was the best decision that me and my spouse could have made because I am now 11 weeks three days pregnant with my rainbow baby. I am eternally grateful to Dr. Moffit and his team and all the staff who became family to us at every appointment. They really care for you, they are professional they use top-of-the-line equipment and cutting edge technology .They become like family and they are pulling for you every step of the way.Dr. Moffit and his team are truly miracle workers, and they have given us the biggest blessing that we’ve have been praying for since 2021. Thank you ARMS!

Dr. Moffitt is a true wizard in his profession. He was invested in my hopes for the process and valued my desired outcome. He holds his staff to a high standard and they are friendly and considerate of your time. IVF is a journey that isn’t easy, but I trusted that the decisions that were being made were catered to my body and trusted the steps I was given clearly to follow—which brought us success.

My husband and I struggled with infertility for 3 years and once we met Dr. Moffitt we knew were in the best hands. We are grateful to share we are now 10 weeks successful with our first. From the start of this entire journey to today, Dr. Moffitt and his clinical staff has supported us every step of the way! He made me feel so seen and understood and took his time to ensure we were successful. We feel like we owe so much to ARMS for our success. Thank you to the entire staff across ARMS for your encouragement , professionalism, kindness, warmth, solutions and helping us make our dreams come true!

We had to research IVF doctors and see other ratings to pick a provider, and we loved seeing Dr. Drew Moffitt reviews. However, we didnt get the same experience as everyone else. My husband has issues with his sperm so we wanted to proceed with IVF. Dr. Moffitt didnt believe we had any chance of delivering our own baby with my egg as well. We were heart broken by this news – he definitely said we needed an egg donor.I asked other physicians including my primary OB and they said this opinion should have been the last resort. We moved forward with a different fertility clinic in Arizona. We just delivered our own baby with our own egg and sperm. He turned out completely healthy and within one cycle.I dont typically like giving someone a low rating but I was really upset leaving Dr. Moffitts office, because he wasnt helpful in our situation. I hope if someone feels the same and read this review, my best advice for you is always find second opinion. There are other doctors who are willing to help and give you a fighting chance.

Dr. Moffit and team have been amazing. It was easy to get started and all questions were answered in detail and timely. This is my second successful pregnancy and I am so grateful to Dr. Moffit.

Dr. Moffitt and his team have been incredible on what is considered a difficult journey. Going through IVF can be scary with many unknowns but Dr. Moffitt and his team were great at answering all our questions and making us feel comfortable throughout this process. I couldn’t be more thankful to be a patient at ARMs.

We have nothing but amazing things to say. This staff was nothing short of amazing they walked us through everything step by step and the app helps with communication as well. Dr.Moffitt did an amazing job helping me and my husband and now we are expecting twins in December !!

My journey was not an easy one it was about 3 years but Dr.Moffitt, Cinthia and Tina were always a great support system for me and help me every step of our way. We are finally 12 weeks pregnant which always seemed as an impossible for us, but now we are so happy and over joyed.

I am so grateful to Dr Moffitt for all of his knowledge and expertise. I have a beautiful 1 year old and am currently expecting another blessing come October. We highly recommend this Dr and his clinic if you are wanting to start your family via IVF.

Dr Moffit and his staff were amazing during our time at their practice. Always polite and with a smile on their faces. Communication is mainly through the patient portal, but that’s nothing that I minded as I prefer to be able to go back and review instructions and conversations as needed instead of having to call multiple times.

Dr Moffitt truly works miracles. I am now pregnant with my 3rd baby via IVF and could not be happier. The office is great and when I had questions during and after hours the staff replied to my messages on the patient portal. I have a fertility benefit as part of my health care and I was able to use that to help out with the cost. I’m so thankful for Dr Moffitt and his wonderful staff.

Dr. Moffitt made my dreams come true.After seeing 6 other doctors and all 6 told me that the only way for me to become a mom was to adopt, Dr. Moffit was the only one that had hope, I remember his words it will be hard, but not impossible. I highly recommend Dr. Moffitts office. My experience was not only amazing but I felt like every time I went there all the nurses treated me like theyve known me for years. They all made me feel so welcomed every visit. They are also very thorough with everything that you will have to encounter during treatment. I was very sad to leave and not see the nurses anymore once I completed my first trimester. I am almost 6 months pregnant and I will forever be grateful for DR Moffitt and his team of angels for making this dream come true for my husband and I. We are currently 1 week away from being 6 months pregnant due early November.

We had worked with a few specialists before visiting Dr. Moffitt and the ARMS team. The expertise and council we received in our first visit with Dr. Moffitt let us know we were in the right place for us. It was a long road filled with soaring highs and devastating lows but everything we went through was worth it when our family grew to include our little miracles. Dr. Moffitt and his staff have been nothing but a blessing! After 3 rounds of IVF at another clinic I found A.R.M.S and now after 1 round I am 10 weeks pregnant!! ARMS has been truly amazing for us. We have succeeded 3 out of 3 tries. Our first two children with ARMS are spectacular in every way. Our third pregnancy has just graduated out of the first trimester. We couldn’t be any happier about the service ARMS has given us. Dr Moffitt and the staff provide amazing guidance and professionalism.

I have a great and wonderful journey Dr. Moffitt and staff. It is an excellent way to start your family. Great accommodations and facilities. Good and respectful staff. Very organized and detailed information on schedule and very approachable and helpful. Dr. Moffitt is by far the best IVF doctor you can have. So starting your new family in ARMS is the best thing for your family.

This is my second review for Dr Moffitts team. I forgot to mention in my last review that opposed to my previous experience with another fertility clinic, Dr. Moffitt makes it obvious thst when you have am appointment, your time is not shared. The previous clinic I went to, the doctor had so many patients he answered two phone calls and left in the middle of my appointment to answer questions for another patient.ARMS is completely professional, and everyone from the reception, to the financial office personnel are incredible patient and helpful.

Dr. Moffitt knows what he is doing. He is very knowledgeable and stays up to date on fertility practices. Some people complain that he doesn’t have good bedside manner, but my opinion is that during appointments he is very thorough and answers all my questions in great detail, while spending as much time as needed with me. During procedures he is less verbal, but highly focused on the task at hand and that’s okay with me because he is focused on doing the procedure well. The price at ARMS is better than the other places we checked. We went through the process fast and had success. Additionally, he allowed me to have more decision making in our process. With my history a medication was recommended that I didn’t want to take and another clinic didn’t give me the choice and Dr. Moffitt let me decide if I wanted to take it or not, which I did not and was successful. He gives you choices when the other places we went said do it this way only. He is available via text as well when you have urgent questions.

I had a good experience with Dr. Moffitt and the entire staff. Dr. Moffitt was highly professional, and my treatment went smoothly. The staff, including the support team, were friendly, and communication with the office was consistently excellent. Overall, a highly recommended provider.

This was our first time doing IVF. We are so thankful for Dr.Moffitt and all the nurses. We are pregnant with our first baby and we owe it all to ARMS. I would highly recommend Dr.Moffitt to anyone. Also, we had a few bumps in the beginning of pregnancy with a hematoma and the Doctor was so great about getting back to me super fast and Holly was great at keeping us very calm through it all. Everyone was so helpful and so nice. Thank you ARMS for our first baby and hopefully not our last in the coming years:)!

I would highly recommend Dr. Moffitt and his team. They are personable, professional, knowledgeable, and they make you feel comfortable. The process of infertility treatments can seem daunting, but this office organizes everything so that it is less overwhelming.

My wife and I were referred to ARMS from one of her co-workers and stated she heard nothing but good reviews about this office. We were hesitant at first to try a new doctor however, we had multiple IUI attempts at our previous doctor. We looked at some of Dr. Moffits reviews and said to each other, lets take a leap of faith and decided to give them a try. Boy arent we so glad we did! We are now 7 1/2 weeks pregnant and couldnt have been happier with our experience. From day one when we had our consult with Dr. Moffit it just felt so different. He explained the process to us and seemed as though he had it all down to a science. The staff were all so welcoming and helpful throughout our entire journey. The office just had a warm feeling. From the beginning Dr. Moffit provided his cell number and said if we ever have any questions or concerns to reach out to him. Ofcourse, I didnt think to bother him. However, there were two times I had questions about my medications and in a panic. I texted Dr. Moffit not expecting a response so soon and on his day off at that. At our last visit, Dr. Moffit told us we had graduated and presented us with a gift, congrats, and a hug which was very personable and reassuring.If you are new to this process or looking for a new doctor, I highly recommend ARMS! You will be glad you did!2nd Baby coming 1/2024Dr. Moffit and his staff did it again ! My wife and I are expecting our second son! We are truly blessed beyond words. I had a not so great experience with another facility and then I switched over to ARMS and Dr. Moffitt was so honest, helpful and knowledgeable and made me feel like so comfortable. My nurse Cynthia was awesome as well. After one round of IVF and from my first transfer I am 6.5 months pregnant with a little girl and my husband and I can’t wait to meet her. I would recommend Dr. moffitt to anyone and I could never thank him enough for helping me!

My journey like a lot of us was not a smooth or an easy one. IVF has been one of the most physically and emotionally exhausting things I’ve ever gone through. When I would be at my lowest I would get an encouraging call from one of the nurses that just felt like a warm hug and gave me the boost I needed to keep going. ARMS was great! From the beginning to the end. They helped with getting us set up with the financial side of it and even helped us apply for a discount for the meds. The nurses are so kind, sweet, and thoughtful. I’m 34 and I am now 12 weeks pregnant with twins. Dr. Moffitt was great and always made sure I understood what I needed to do and when to do it. I really liked how organized and quick everything went with my appointments. Some doctors offices want you to come in early and have you waiting forever but it wasn’t like that at all at ARMS.

Dr. Moffitt and all staff members were incredible during our time with them! All of my nurses were absolutely incredible and was always willing to answer questions or needs as they came up! Dr Moffit and his staff are great, the girls who work there are always so cheerful and easy to talk to/ask questions. We are 9 weeks pregnant with our little miracle baby thanks to Dr Moffit ❤️ Not to mention he did many things to insure success before we did our transfer, something our previous dr didn’t even mention, we are so happy!

Dr Moffitt and his staff are always kind and very thorough. Since using their app to communicate with them, I’ve found correspondences were a lot more timely. Dr Moffitt is very knowledgeable and very experienced. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has fertility issues.

We are forever grateful to the ARMS team for making us first time parents. Our journey started with another doctor who misdiagnosed us. On the first visit with Dr. Moffitt he was able to diagnose and do further testings in order to give us the best chance during our embryo transfer. I can’t say enough good things about ARMS, Dr. Moffitt, and his staff. My wife and I have been seen by a few fertility specialists and done a few IVF cycles and ARMS is absolutely the best we have done business with. They have a military discount as well, which is just outstanding. We were an out of state couple but ARMS was able to work with us and provide outstanding long distance support. Thanks to ARMS and Dr. Moffitt my wife is 47 years old and 8 weeks pregnant! Couldn’t be happier and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I only had a consultation with Dr. Moffitt, so my low rating is solely based off that and no further appointments. In my personal opinion, I sadly just felt like another number to this office. Which is unfortunate because I was so excited to see him after reading all of the positive reviews and was excited to gain a better understanding of my issues. The consult was basically just telling me all the possibilities that can be wrong with me and went over all of the procedures Ill most likely need to take. Its just a lot to take in, so again this could just be me being overwhelmed and its already a very sensitive area to speak about. Dr. Moffitt told me to reach out to the staff when I am on CD1 and ironically it happened to be that day. I told him and he said this was great and that he will put a note in there to let the staff know to reach out to me to schedule baseline testing. No one ever reached out to me. This was on a Friday afternoon so I chalked it up as, theyre about to be OOO and Im sure they will contact me on Monday...nothing. So I felt like a lot of my experience was reaching out over & over and more than half of the time I just get a VM to relay my messages. I just felt like they didnt really want me as a patient, because I had a consult the following week with a different Doctor and it was a completely different feel I had with them and their office. They were quick to call me to set up appointments and even messaged me back within 30min-1hour of using their messaging app. I felt wanted and a lot more comfortable. I hope this isnt the case with other potential new-patients, because I know Dr. Moffitt is a great doctor! Just wasnt the right fit for me.

After 2 successful pregnancies with Dr. Moffit, it would be hard not to recommend him. I have recommended to all my friends and anyone in search of a great fertility specialist. Handles every case with care and accuracy!

I just had a consult with Dr Moffitt. He was very nice and recommended a cheaper treatment which is a first. However, his office staff leave a bit to be desired. They looked miserable and tried to bill my baseline ultrasound as fertility treatment. My insurance would have covered it completely because baseline ultrasounds can be billed as diagnostic. I have been to other fertility clinics with my same insurance that billed it this way to save me, the patient, money. I cancelled the appointment when they told me that my ultrasound would be over 400.

Dr. Moffitt and his staff were amazing! Everyone was so kind and helpful. My questions were always answered promptly. Cinthia was my nurse and she was a sweetheart!! We are expecting our miracle baby this December! We wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for them!

Since my initial consultation, I felt like ARMS was the place for me. Dr. Moffitt was so great at explaining the process and for someone like me, who always asks a lot of questions, that is very important to me. We had a hiccup along the way with me not responding to the meds but Dr. Moffitt called me personally to explain the situation and my options. I was very impressed. The ARMS team makes you feel like YOU matter and you are not just another number/patient. My protocol was changed and everything went great for the next cycle.I would highly recommend Dr. Moffitt and Staff!

The staff and Dr. Moffitt were super friendly and happy to explain any and everything I had questions about. There is some down time in responses with messages but they do make it a point to get back to you as soon as they can

My wife and I truly enjoyed our experience with Dr. Moffitt! Of course my peak ovulation day fell on a holiday weekend, but his colleague who was on call got me into the office within the hour. We were blessed that that first and only IUI transfer has given us our now 2 year old son. When we decided we wanted another child and chose to transfer my wife’s egg into me as the carrier, there was never any judgement or surprise coming from him or his staff. Again, we were lucky that we only needed one IVF transfer to give us our now 17 week old daughter. Sadly we moved out of state, but we chose to leave our eggs and donor sperm at ARMS because we knew our frozens would be safe. I am so appreciative for Dr. Moffit’s expertise and highly recommended him to anyone I speak with regarding infertility treatment.

Dr Moffitt Drew, Tabitha-RN and the staff... over all made me feel welcome and comfortable. They answered all of my questions and there du- diligence to ensure I was receiving the best care. I have never gone through IVF treatments before, but they are very knowledgeable and understanding of every concern I may have had...Trust me I had several questions and I emailed and called them constantly lol. We are a military family and stationed here at Ft Bliss TX. So taking time to travel was a big issue for us, but they were able to coordinate my appointments as well as the initial retrieval and implantation. To best fit my schedule as well as my doctors... I would recommended Dr Moffitt to anyone who may have infinitely issues. After everything I am pleased to day that we are expecting our blessing 2019..Thank you again for everything😊

Thank you is just not enough for what Dr. Moffitt has done for us. He is very friendly, extremely patient with all questions I had, even on weekends he responded promptly to all my queries. With his experience and calm composure I always knew I was in safe hands. He planned eveything that was best for me and I feel blessed for that. I would also give special shout out to his super friendly nurses and supporting staff. Jenny handled most of my bloodwork and I never had any problem like mutiple poking and stuff. I would not recommend Dr. Moffitt to anyone. He performed a procedure on me incorrectly, causing me to go in and out of consciousness on the exam table---and then blamed my anatomy for his mistake. He also dispensed unsolicited religious advice that would adversely affect my health. Do yourself a favor and see ANYONE ELSE BUT HIM.

This place does not care about being able to communicate with patients. If you call- you cant reach a person. You get an automated system telling you to schedule through their website/patient portal because they dont check their voicemails that often. Which.....already weird. Did that- scheduled on the website as they told me to. Got an email telling me that it was pending, the time on the website was taken off as available. But I was told on the email to expect a phone call to confirm, but they had me on the records as having an appointment. Get no phone call, there is no way to return email. I spend all morning day of apt trying to get ahold of a person to ask if it was taken off/deleted or confirmed because the time isnt available on the website but Ive not heard from anyone. Cant reach a soul. Leave a message, no return. I took off work and drove the hour to go because I havent been told its NOT happening. And of course they have no record at all of me in their system. Despite filling out all the paperwork online. And somehow they have scheduled that time themselves.... meaning they somehow had to move me from the online system without telling me or actually telling me it was deleted or schedule around me. When I tried to explain that the process of scheduling makes no sense- I went through all the steps they instructed and somehow they had no record of me, they told me I was supposed to call in to schedule and told me that their automated system didnt say what it did. When I explained that I had left messages the front desk woman told me I was wrong and didnt. I repeated their number to her and she said Well (she) only returns phone calls the day after. What about people that have to cancel the day of or have questions where they are located? She instead tells me they can schedule me but almost two months later because they had filled the spot that their website had said was open. Look- I can understand mishaps with machines. But if your practice cant afford to have people answering phones and dealing with scheduling/questions or an easy way to get in contact then you shouldnt be in business and you dont really care about your patients. If the system made a mistake, maybe you shouldnt be using the system and wasting peoples times. Ive worked for many providers in the past, and Ive never seen someone that makes it so hard for patients to get seen/contact them. Be careful making an appointment because you might not really have one if the website is to be trusted.

I had a great experience with the Dr.‘s and staff in here. Everyone was very sweet and always so helpful. I loved that they were fast and knew what they were doing. This was my second round and. I still had a great experience.

I found this provider on my BCBS of IL website where it showed he specialized in andrology (male hormone & infertility). I called his office and his staff stated that he primarily treats women and couples, never just seeing men. That seems so biased and very misleading!!

Absolutely wonderful office! Doctors are very professional and the staff is beyond friendly. Can I give them 10 stars?!? :)

Initial consultation was great. However, now that we are ready to move forward DOES NOT RETURN EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS!!! Very concerning for something of this magnitude and expense.

My experience with Dr. Moffitt has been very nice. He gave everything to make my miracle baby come true on my second attempt. He was very fair to us. Thank God, never give up and be very judicious with the medications. Jahaira Ashley and Yessenia Cinthia Lis have They have been very special to me, they have taken the patience and time to clarify my doubts, although she does not speak Spanish, she made an effort to be able to communicate with me on every call. Thank you, you made our dream come true 🙌🥹🤍

It is a great team, very complete, they are very kind, attentive, they always treated me very well, they have bilingual staff, which was very beneficial for us, Dr. Moffitt himself speaks Spanish, that made us very happy, since we feel more comfortable knowing that the Dr. speaks our language... I want to invite the Hispanic community that if they are going through a situation of infertility, do not be discouraged. ARMS is a clinic specialized in assisted reproduction, they are very reliable, they always answered my calls and my medical appointments were always at the scheduled time, They always answered all our questions...I am very happy to have reached out to them the same valleywise clinic in Phoenix recommends them.I want to thank Dr. Mfitt and his great team.
