The only medical service 🩺 we come to this Medical Plaza is for blood work 💉💉, and its super close to our home also. I dont understand how we waited for almost 50min 😷😷 to get service and it takes them less than 10min to do the work. This was done during the week, early hours, with an appointment and the place was half empty. Imagine on the weekends with a walk in😱!!. Again, they are fast once youre inside, but the wait is just too much!!. They will let you use their Restrooms 🚻 inside in case the one in the waiting area is being use.
Wait time is crazy, doesnt matter if you have an appointment or just a walk in.It takes us 2 hours just for a blood test.
Appointments don’t seem to matter here. They were efficient but I guess I came on a bad day. Checked in at 1:30 for my appointment, didn’t get greeted or my paperwork taken at all and had to leave at 1:50pm for another appointment.
Went here this morning. The worst lab I have ever been to!!! No were does it say to sign into the tablet before approaching the window. So at the window employee tell me to sign and have a seat so I did she waits for me to sit down then she calls me to the window her and other behind counter got a big laugh out of it and when I say I should of just waited up here she said we do t permit people to wait at window. Very.
I went today early in the morning and Cristian or Christian or Chris did a great blood work like always. He always greets you and also very careful painless blood work. And the front desk ladies are polite.
The old front desk woman was very judgmental and rude. Everyone else was nice

Quick and painless I had an appointment 2:30 I was even a little bit late called ahead of time told him I was going to be late there was only a few people in their the receptionist and everybody was nice when I didnt even have my insurance card I was in and out in like 15-30 minutes. Is my ADHD and anxiety takes me a long to go anywhere when Im always late because I anticipate most places are going to be a hassle and I work myself up this place made it really nice to get my appointment done over with easy peasy Thank you guys
My appointment was at the Litchfield location. When I arrived, a sign greated me saying they were closed. It would have been nice to be notified so I could plan differently. The office on Thomas was great but I had to wait as a walk-in.

I got here. They were fast. Clean. Ladies at the front desk, very nicely verified if I had signed in correctly. The phlebotomist was fast, before I knew it before was in and blood was out. You guys ROCK. Thank you guys.
This is absolutely the worst place I have ever been to. Never have I ever been treated so badly. They treated my elderly mother horrible as well. She has been trying to get in touch with somebody, but apparently nobody will reach back out to her. She will take this to the next level if they keep ignoring her. DONT GO HERE!!!!
I was there today for my baby’s newborn screening referral by her pediatrician. I am 5 days post baby and I had to walk a great distance between the pediatric building and this one that’s in the same plaza. (Last time I was here it was in the same building just different floor). It was very hard to get there and when I did arrive the front office staff were very rude. Front desk girl working who assisted me her name was “Briana Maese”. I was walked back to a room and I was told that what to do in a rushed manner. I can barely walk let alone hold my new born and proceed to do everything as instructed. It’s horrible because we can’t have anyone come along to help and they can’t even hold a door open for you. I felt very disrespected by the staff at this office. I understand we are living in COVID times but that doesn’t mean the customer service should decrease.
I am a banner employee just like Sonora Quest are banner employees I don’t expect special treatment of any kind coming in as a patient but I would appreciate the staff here at this location acknowledging people more & with a better attitude. The 3 ladies working in front were RUDE to me all 3 didn’t even acknowledge me when I was waiting to ask a question even after I said excuse me they were quick to send me to the iPad without even greeting & asking if I had a question. I deal with patients of every kind everyday rude patients or not and never ever act like a patient in front of me does not exist. I am Never coming back to this location Sonora quest on Thomas should re-train their front staff how to have better be customer service skills especially working up front.
The young lady at the front desk, I think her name was Taylor. She was very attentive and nice while she processed my paperwork for blood work. Karen was also super great! I never look forward to getting my blood drawn, and she was the best I ever had!
They are prejudices and if your not Hispanic or Caucasian I recommend you not visit this establishment, I waited for 45 minutes after my appointment and watched several people go back for blood work for diabetes. Why they too were fasting and they skip over me and their excuses was they had an appointment, I asked what about my appointment? She didnt have answer, but said I would be next, then they called back two more people, I then collected my paperwork and left.
Angelica was the absolute best phlebotomist I have ever met! She got a vein that others have been unable to get. I didnt bruise at all! Ive had bad experiences before, but this lady knew EXACTLY what she was doing! She was so nice and thorough with her work! I live far from this location but would come back just for her! Thank you Angelica! Youre awesome!
All of the staff were so helpful and friendly. Made an appointment and did not have to wait very long. Isidra was an amazing phlebotomist and made conversation during the process. I received my results same-day.
Friendly staff and on top of it. We were seen pretty quick even without an appointment. The vibe was cool, feeling like a Friday, and they had good music on, maybe to help the nerves.
Poor customer service. Most of the front desk women have no tact or manners when dealing with patients.Very long waits even with appointment. Its a dread to go to this lab. Definitely the worst one Ive ever visited.
This location has a very large waiting room and quite a few lab rooms. Be sure to make an appointment on time if you want to be seen at a specific time. When booking an appointment I find Im in and out within 15 minutes.If you dont book an appointment times vary, Ive gone in and not waited at all, and other times Ive waited 45 minutes.Be sure to sign up for their patient portal line to access appointments, billing, and lab results!
All the reviews that talk about the front desk staff being rude and just overall bad are 100 % accurate. Stay away from this office location at all costs!! And maybe put your cell phone down when there are people in line.
Rude front desk Blanca was her name rude phlebotomists they all look miserable at what they do if you don’t like your job and can’t handle patience or customers find a different profession, I understand that some people are hard to handle but don’t treat people like a bother!!!! Felt like a prisoner waiting in a cell to get blood drawn with how they treat you hear worst location EVER !!! A phlebotomist came out and told a patient “ they aren’t ready for you” after she attempted to tell them she checked via mobile. You can tell she was irritated. Hope I don’t have to come back to this location.
Appointment or not, the wait will be at least an hour. Theres literally no point in making an appointment, regardless you will wait a crazy long time Receptionists are also rude and dismissive. Definitely would not recommend this location.

They are very rude. I had two different technicians to try and draw blood. I specifically told the first one if there is no vein to not and try and force something to come out. She had nerve to tell me it just ran away from her 😂
I frequent this lab often. The only issue lately is the adjustment to the covid stuff which has made things a bear. That is not the fault of the people in this office. Before covid i give this place a 5 star. So I will again today. If your expectations are perfection, you will always find disappointment.
Extortionists. Showed up here for the first time for an appointment, they say you have a past due balance of $749 from 2011 that we would need to collect before rendering services. Literally 8 years ago and I have no memory of this. They wait til you show up in person to try to extort this from you because they figure youll be more desperate by the time you show up (rather than just tell you in advance).
I go early in am for my Lab.work appt and they are always attentive to me. The phlebotomists in the back are very nice & professional.I recommend this location.

Went there today to get some labs for my girls and one of them did great but the other hates all of that and of course she got scared and stared crying there was some lady’s that were supper nice and tried there best to calm her down but one girl in particular that I did not like at all she was not nice to my daughter and scared her even more telling her “listen if you don’t do this rigth now we are going to sent you elsewhere and they are going to hurt you and strap you down” we have other costumers and your scaring them like who says that to a 7 year old she did not help at all and of course my daughter got even more scare ughhh you could see that she got annoyed by the fact that my daughter was crying I meen you have to be professional about it and if you don’t like your job well do something else . But seriously the other ladies 👌and thank you for your hard work

Why doesn’t Anyone Answer the Phone. I have a Issue which my blood test I had on October 21. I’ve called and called on several different days still no answer. I guess I’ll just have to come by the office and talk to somebody. Please answer the phones once in a while
My appointment was at 1030, it is 11:09 and I still havent been called! Ive been fasting and not feeling good at all! I made this appointment weeks ago and dont understand why they are so out of order. This is terrible!

Alfredo is amazing my 1 year old had to get bloodwork done and I was feeling a anxious about someone poking him more then once. But Alfredo did amazing and kept calm through the whole process.
Front desk people have no bed side manner. There is maybe one good person that takes blood without hurting her patients.
The people were polite and nice. Great smiles. The lady that took my blood kept up a great conversation with me.
Worst patient services, I tried calling to ask a question about insurance and they hung up on me. This is not the first time Ive had issues at this location. Theres better locations and even better services at LabCorp.
Made an appt for 2:15, showed up early around 1:55 and was out of there by 2:11. The tech was very friendly.
They dont communciate what documents need to be brought ,even when you call and ask if i could i would give them a zero.This is very bad customer service and very inconvenient for new moms and everybody .
How do they service Newborn screening but DO NOT HAVE BABY CHANGING STATIONS.It was a hassle changing my baby in their dirty bathroom they inly had a small wooden table with toilet paper!!
Front desk is rude and when checking people in at desk and calling back for blood draw staff used full name. Staff should not use full name to protect patients privacy. Should be against HIPPA.
I usually get my blood work done here but today was totally different I loved how ANGELICA attended me
