The building itself is breathtaking! Inside the Womens Care center is clean and inviting. All the staff was fast, friendly and courteous. Its safe to say that Tuesday is a busy day for this office. This was my first visit, and Dr. Yanklowitz was great.
I’m 13 weeks pregnant. Every time I’ve gone for a visit, they say everything looks fine. They don’t provide an after visit summary of the things they’ve checked or have done. I came in for labs 2 weeks prior, came back for the results and they told me the labs got cancelled and they didn’t know why. Never received a call notifying me and they don’t upload anything into your patient portal for you to review. I came for an ultrasound. The nurse practitioner said “they’re having issue with their software but the US tech said everything looked fine” smh. I had to ask the doctor during my next visit to go over my US with my because it was never done and that’s not right.They treat you like an STD clinic. Every visit I provide a urine sample and “I” have to ask THEM about the results of my sample. They don’t care about you, they are just there to check off a box saying they’ve seen you. If you want someone to take their time and explain things to you, provide you with good health care, and you have decent insurance, go somewhere else. Even the people waiting in the lobby look like they walked right off the street. I 100% DO NOT recommend this place.
To call and be on hold for 3 hours is ridiculous. I highly doubt that in 3 hours, everyone is running back and forth, with no time to take a phone call. Ever since this center relocated to 7st and Camelback and with these new ladies up front, its really gone downhill. The front desk ladies can be a real pain in the A. Ive also needed a referral for an US that was requested by the Provider WEEKS ago and Im still waiting for that to happen. This type of communication really gives it a bad name.
I love this office and especially Dr Mara Dubnow!! The office was able to get me an appointment quickly and she really put me at ease. Answered all my questions and took her time.I will surely be switching my OBGYN to Dr Dubnow!!!5 stars!!!
I seen Dr. Sarah Asad today she was great! I went in extremely nervous but she explained things throughly and helped me feel comfortable, she was so nice and all the staff as well.
Good place but they overbook appts so typical start is 30mins+ after appt to have appt/test. They just need to book less appts to reduce wait time.
***WARNING*** may have some triggering information. Read until the end if you’re okay with triggering information.I saw Dr. Dubnow earlier this year I was about 5-6 weeks along. I came here because of some bleeding I was having.I got lab draws and got an ultrasound the following day.She followed up with ultrasound telling me my baby was measuring greater than 7mm without a heartbeat and diagnosed me with missed miscarriage and a failed pregnancy.She “counseled” me about treatment including medications, d&c, and natural pathway.I passed the options and figured my body would do the work on its own.However, there was a nagging voice in my mind telling me I should wait.The reason I wanted to wait was because three days before (when I spotting), I had an ultrasound in the ER finding a yolk sac and gestational sac and recommended 11 days follow up.Well she followed up THREE days later— making it TOO EARLY to make an accurate diagnosis.Anyways my HCG test come back and they had almost doubled as much.She said it wasn’t doubling as much as it should be and it was another cause for concern, and it’s another reason why I should take the medications now or get a d&c.I refused, again.I would allow my body to do its job.She educated me about fever/chills, excessive bleeding, and going to the ED in the case of these events.A little background about me, I am a Registered Nurse , my husband is a physician, a relative is an OB/Gyn, and our family friend is a radiologist.After consulting with all of them they all said she should have waited. Radiologist recommended 11-14 days US repeat, OB relative recommended repeat ultrasound in couple of days. So I continued to wait.Few days later I started having chills no fever.I went to the ER per Dr. Dubnow recommendations.I get there to find out my HCG more than doubled AND they found a live singleton fetus with a heartbeat. My baby was measuring less than 7mm with a heartbeat. SO HOW DID HER EQUIPMENT MEASURE MORE THAN 7mm?!I was just shivering because of my hormonal changes. No signs of infection. My labs and cultures came back negative.Bleeding was explained by sub chorionic hematoma.I WAS IN DISBELIEF and RELIEVED I DIDNT TAKE THE MEDICATION OR SCHEDULED FOR D&C.Not only did she misdiagnosed me, she failed to follow recommendations and protocol, and almost had me kill my baby.When I notified her of the findings, she didn’t even apologize for her misdiagnosis. She continued to give more theories instead of taking accountability.This made me lose all the trust I had in her.I decided to establish care elsewhere.I’ve had three more ultrasounds since then with high risk pregnancy OB and they all measuring my baby healthy and with a good strong heartbeat as well with “ NO ABNORMALITIES”.Hematoma also self resolved.I understand pregnancy is a miracle in it in itself and nothing is guaranteed. Some things will be out of my control, but the fact that she had almost had me kill my baby is absurd and I am still wanting and waiting for an apology and accountability.The reason I write this is to warn other women who probably going through the same thing. Some people may be miscarrying, but others like me are just too soon to be misdiagnosed and need more patience. Her lack of judgment can lead toSomeone aborting a baby.If it wasn’t for the resources I had, I would have trusted this doctor and taken the medication. But because I have these resources of healthcare professionals , it made all the difference.Other people aren’t as lucky. It’s the reason why I am writing this.I’d be VERY CAREFUL with this OB.Save yourself the heartache and go elsewhere.Edit: she’s a super nice doctor I won’t deny it, but what does kindness have to do with doing the right thing and providing cautious care?The difference between patiently waiting for an embryo to develop vs medically aborting it?All I want is accountability and apology.Doctors practice Medicine I don’t expect them to know everything— just take accountability and be able to apologize when you’re wrong.
If I could give zero stars I would. PLEASE READ UNTIL THE END!! Prior to my appointment I had gave them my insurance information. I had three different people call me and tell me that they didn’t accept my insurance, I’m a veteran so we use TriWest, for some awful reason they kept thinking I was saying TriCare, even after on all the paperwork I filled out I specifically put TriWest. Sooo… I had my first appointment this past Tuesday. I called in saying I was going to be a little late because there was an accident that was blocking the roadway. As I was looking for the office, apparently they moved it to the end, but there is no signs letting us know o and no one let us know on any phone calls we exchanged. As I was walking into the building I get a call from them that I was gonna have to reschedule because I was more than five minutes late, another thing that they didn’t inform me on prior to my appointment, and I told them that I was in the building , and the lady on the phone was very rude. She was said “well, Looks like you’re gonna have to reschedule in person then.”…. I walk in asking them to help us out with being late since it wasn’t our fault there was an accident and this was after telling them that I was thinking I was having an EMERGENCY because I was having really bad cramps. And they told me that the doctor had already left.. I walked in almost 10 min late And my doctor was already gone?? (Mayra Solis, NP, I chose her because she was a nurse practitioner, thinking she would care more than a doctor, clearly, I was wrong) they were very rude about how they were telling me about it as well… so i asked if there was anybody else that can see me because I was thinking and telling them there is something wrong because the cramps were getting worse, I was literally telling them I think this was an EMERGENCY. And the rude staff didn’t do anything for me. One of the girls wouldn’t even make eye contact with me and was just giving me attitude while she was staring at her damn computer . The girls behind the desk are very unprofessional, just like the other reviews say. And for a doctor to leave within 10 minutes of an appointment is freaking ridiculous, especially after you gave them a heads up on something that you had no control over, I wish I would’ve did more research on this place before I made an appointment there.., I ended up having to rush to the ER and they informed me I was having a miscarriage.. SO THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR NOT HELPING ME WHEN I WAS LOSING MY FIRST CHILD! do not go to this place. Please read all the reviews before you make an appointment here. I cannot believe A place that is supposed to take care of women and babies treats people like that. Especially when it was my first appointment, first impression of that place, and telling them I think I was having an emergency!! Mind you I’ve never been pregnant before so I wasn’t sure what was going on. I am appalled and disgusted.Not to mention very heartbroken and sad because I lost my first baby. I hope this never happens to any other expecting mother who tries to go here!
They truly dont care. Im 36 weeks and I have not seen my Doctor who is going to deliver my baby. They rushed things everything is fine for them. Pointless appointments
Wow! My first annual exam since transplanting from another state. THE nicest and kindest staff! I felt very cared for by Mayra, she is great at her job, and she made sure I was comfortable from start to finish. Big shout out to the friendly, warm, and helpful staff, Jennifer and Jessica. Thanks for making my new patient visit a positive experience.
I don’t recommend coming here there very insensitive to your care , rushed appointments, rude nurses who seem tired and careless and have attitudes, asking personal questions that’s none of there business instead of focusing on the baby, they don’t even give you time to talk EVERYTHING is rushed and being 38 weeks it’s very annoying being asked 20 questions in 2 min. They don’t make your experience enjoyable AS THEY SHOULD making the journey of your pregnancy unpleasant. OH and loosing paperwork & test results
Everything about this location was great until I needed a prescription sent. That was the entire point of my visit. Now three days later with multiple calls and messages to the office, yet my prescription still has not been sent. This is incredibly frustrating.
I was charged triple of what was quoted, you call to ask to speak to someone and they can’t help. There is no manager no billing manager? I was charged for another service that I did not agree too. The person at the desk said I’m responsible. How when I did not authorize this? This place is a joke 😵💫
Very careless irresponsible people working here, after taking my my glucose tolerance and blood work test at 6months, they misplaced my results and never informed me about the section. I called in for my next appointment all I could hear one of the girl saying was “you have to retake take the glucose tolerance test because the labs lost your results. No apologize for their careless act. I’m 35 I have to retake the nasty glucose tolerance test again!!!!!! I just want to stay home until
I was accused of hitting a staff member with an object. I never hit anyone with anything. A staff member held an object while I was trying to grab it & no one told me I was discharged from services . I had to call and ask why I was discharged for services. They were not satisfied with my behavior okay that was fine but why have me schedule an appointment to tell me at the last min when I ask you why am I not being able to be seen and tell me I dont know why. Wow thanks because I never had this problem with any other doctor I have attended to.
I came here for my first born child and enjoyed the service I was offered enough to come back for my 2nd. I scheduled my first appointment and for some reason the address online brought me to the wrong place. I wasted time and gas to make my appointment and I called them to let them know I was lost twice and asked for an address and all the girl said was “suite 150”. Found a suite 150 and it wasn’t theirs. Lovely. They refused to see me because I wasn’t gonna make the 15 minute grace period. Wasted time and gas. I’ll be going elsewhere. Hope Bella’s finds a better face to represent their company.
Front desk girl I didn’t catch her name but it is sad to say that she ruined it for the whole place the doctors themselves are very nice and professional but the front desk needs work! It was like a high school girl was trying to fight me! She could of communicated with me better instead she got me upset made me cry and she didn’t seem to care that I was a pregnant woman crying shaken on how badly I was treated she keep going and going and going!!! A professional would of said I understand stayed quiet and move on not keep picking at the pregnant lady for coming in 2 min late and that was 2min it took from the parking to the front desk. From the other reviews I have read seem like everyone is complaining about the front desk girls!! Please take these complaints seriously and do something about the front desk girls they ruin it for everyone else there!!I will not be coming here again never felt so bullied and humiliated in my life. The manager was very nice I wish I would of catches her name.
I am first time patient made appointment showed up at 2 mins late to the building looked for office at end of hall the put a sign to go out double glass doors when there is 2 sets anyway by the time I find the office they inform I need to reschedule because they hold only 5 minutes which no one informed me of this I explained I was in the other section lost and got off of work early and still said they could not take me. Ridiculous
Called the emergency line for a severe concern with my pregnancy and got no response. They answered, put me on hold, and hung up on me.
Dr Teranchi has been my OBGYN for 26 years ..He is absolutely amazing. However both of his receptionist Melissa and Jessica are incapable of running the front counter.I had an appointment yesterday 10/04/23 at 330pm. I signed in and was not call until 445pm and was asked if I was waiting to be seen. I was turned away as they both tell me I would have to reschedule because the doctors have already left for the day. My name had been crossed out on the roster like I had been seen already. So disappointing.
I have been coming here for years now and they will do anything they can to make sure your child makes it as safe as possible they do what they have to and make sure you speak up Never be afraid to say what youd like or ask questions my midwife was Ms. Kim...I have worked with Dr. Teranchi and Higley as well as Melinda because of Dr. Higley Dr. Kim and Dr. Teranchi I have my 2 little blessings of course as well as God...yes sometimes you may have complications with the young women in the front and having them pass on info to the Drs but just keep calling to make sure they passed on the info they are very busy everyone makes mistakes or forgets to do something no one is perfect...I am blessed by God to have met Ms. Kim and I thank them all for going to these lengths they have went and having the courage to pull off the surgerys they did...Dr. Higley did a wonderful fantastic job with my cerclages. I love Bella Womens care this 1 in particular that is....I will see them in 10 years lol because I dont plan on having any more children until then...😏 May God bless everyone in this office including all nurses..and their families...

An honest review;I’ve been coming to this location for a year and a half now since moving to Arizona and I don’t regret choosing this place at all. I had a surgery in Nov 2019 led by Dr. Higley and I feel like he really takes the time to listen to any concerns you may have, he made sure my scars were as minimal as possible and that my recovery process went well. Every time I go for an ultrasound I leave feeling so content. The ultrasound techs are the sweetest ladies on earth and are genuinely happy and excited with you to see your little baby! The receptionist staff are all very professional and polite but they stay very busy between non stop phone calls and checking patients in for their appointments so if you do call, expect to be put on a brief hold but it’s never been any longer than 2 minutes. Now, November 2020, ill be giving birth to my first baby and I feel 100% confident in my choice of Bella Women’s Care.
I’m really disappointed in how I was handled as a potential new patient. I called, set up an appointment and gave my insurance information to the lady when my appointment was set. Two weeks later, I get a call from their office, specifically from a lady named Annabelle, who said that they have to cancel my appointment because theyre not “in my network”. This was the day before my appointment. I called back and mentioned that I was confused. “On your website it says that you take United health care (which is my insurance provider). Annabelle says “yep”, I replied, “ok. but not my plan? Which plans do you accept?” Annabelle then tells me that I need to call around and figure it out myself. Wow! So very unhelpful. I don’t know what she’s going through, but she was not very nice or helpful. Is it against the law to tell a potential new patient what insurance plans a doctor’s office accepts? Please tell me, if it is! I was 100% willing to change insurance plans to be accepted by their facility before my unfriendly experience with Annabelle, that’s why I asked her what insurance plans they will accept. Even on their website when you click “united health care” it says “we work with your insurance” which was 100% NOT the case. Don’t waste your time with this place and their unhelpful staff.Also, why call the day before my appointment? When for the past two weeks I could have been looking for another provider.
Says they close for lunch at 12 open back up at 1 its currently 1:09 im knocking in the door can hear people, calling no one responds. This place is getting worse and worse. I keep asking for a midwife. They keep sticking me w random doctors. For delivery you get whoever available may it be a midwife or not. May you have met the person or not. They push themselves on you. Im not sure where doctor Higley came from but I keep getting appointments with him. He doesnt know the first thing about being a midwife or myself. Keeps suggesting ibuprofen. Ten weeks left and will not be going back. A stranger will not be delivering my baby.

Be warned! Do your own leg work to make sure it’s in network. If I could give this location a negative star I would.My PCP referred me over two months ago. At the time of my appointment I was told I was out of network when previously they had assured me they had everything in order for my appointment and that my insurance was covered. TWO months they had to verify everything, but they waited until the literal time of my of my appointment to tell me it wasn’t covered. When your walking through fertility, two months is precious time.The office ladies were nice enough, but clearly the office organization and communication needs work.I had to send my records multiple times and babysit the process to make sure they had everything only to find out- it was just a giant waste of time.
I went to Bella womens care from august 2021 to delivery in April 2022 and had no issue whatsoever with any aspect of this office. I was very concerned about being discriminated against because of my size but that never came up. I saw all providers and liked all of them, they made sure all my questions were answered and I never felt rushed. I never waited more than ten mins for any appointment. It did suck when I had appts right after their lunch and came 10 mins early but couldn’t get in the building especially when I was saving my pee for the pee test lol!
Waited over a month for my appointment, which is quite standard these days post COVID. None the less, frustrating. I made sure when calling that they accepted my insurance prior to making the appointment. Made arrangements with work to be able to show up to this appointment only to get there and find out that they do not except my insurance after all. Apparently they have a new system and might have accepted it at one point.Its VERY difficult to find good doctors right now and the ability to see one right away is not what it used to be. Complete waste of time and didnt even bother to call me in advance to let me know.Make sure you make doubly sure they still accept your insurance before you get all the way down and wait weeks to be seen! I see other reviews like this from not long ago about the same issue!
I strongly recommend Dr. Jeffrey Higley.It was easy to make an appointment and you can be seen pretty quickly. If you need to call the emergency line one of the on call doctors directly answers.I love the medical assistants in the office. They made me feel so comfortable and are very friendly.Three of my coworkers recommended this office to me. I have seen mostly all of the providers at this office. They all are just as excellent.From day one I absolutely knew that I was in good hands and this would be the physician who delivers my baby. Any fears or worries become washed away. He explains everything in detail and never rushes you out. I have never had a doctor take such good care of me. He goes above and beyond for the well being of all of his patients.
I was referred to this place in 2020 and I walked in on-time and ready to go. None of the front office even bothered to look up, instead carrying on speaking in Spanish about personal matters. (I am white - perhaps they assumed I didnt understand their conversation. They were discussing weekend plans and what they were ordering for lunch.)I stood at the counter, waiting to check in and was treated with contempt, as if I were interrupting their party. But, I proceeded anyway. After finally saying, Excuse me, I am here for my appointment, I was finally begrudgingly handed a clipboard of papers to fill out.When I handed it back, I was, once again, not acknowledged. I went and sat down and my appointment time came and went. Now, I understand sometimes places are running behind, so thats fine. But no-one communicated to me how long it would be, or acknowledged they were running late.After finally being taken back to the room, I was left alone for a long time, chilly, and now a good hour past my time. I had to be back to work so I left.Today, I decided to call them again, having received yet another referral from my doctors office. (I hadnt rescheduled elsewhere because of COVID-19 and not wanting to be exposed.) As soon as I called, once again, I was talked down to by Maricel. I asked, I think Ive been there before. Have I been there before? Are you guys in an older building with an older style waiting area?I didnt mean anything negative by the description - it was simply a description. But somehow Maricel got offended and snottily replied, No! Thats not us! Well, I Googled as I was speaking to her and it absolutely IS them.I asked her, Have I been there before, Maricel? and before I could give her my information, she said, I dont know. Because I dont know who you are! Well, if youd let me finish, I would have been happy to provide you that information. Plus, lots of offices these days have caller ID, so I thought perhaps she already knew my info.I never received services but who needs to be treated so rudely by the people who are your first contact with a business? Were I the owner of that business Id set up recordings and figure out who is happy to be working and who is not, and remove the rude ones.I have great insurance and I need lots of services but it wont be being preformed at Bella Womens Care!
I had the worst experiences here when i was pregnant. When we first came in they were very plesant met with the doctor and he was nice. They insisted on collecting a birth package upfront and that it would cover everything outside of the hospital and if the insurance covered all of their charges (we have good insurance) that they would refund. Fast forward to every appointment we waited nearly an hour and never saw the doctor again only nurse after nurse. We signed up after meeting the doctor not to then meet a different nurse every visit. Fast forward to delivery, we were at the hospital waiting for a while for the oncall midwife from bella who showed up to late to help and the doctor from the hospital delivered. What is the point of having a team of midwives and doctors if they cant even show up ontime and we had to have the hospital deliver anyway. Now we get to the billing and low and behold our insurance covered everything and they are hanging up on us when we call their billing. They also changed their name from Bella Womens Care to Womens Care this year which is suspicious.
What can I say this Doctors office it is the best!! from the beginning to the end of my pregnancies I was treated with respect, they really took care of answering all of my questions. They become like a family to you and you really enjoy coming in for your doctor appointments. I can keep on going and going, Im really thankful for all the Doctors and staff and wish them the best always. Thank you once again our family is complete and really happy ❤👣👣👣👣❤
I have been going to Bella Women’s Care for two years now. I have never had a bad experience until today. The front desk is always efficient, friendly, etc. The doctor I always see is Dr. Yanklowitz. She is one of the best I have seen. Always quick to answer questions, on time, etc.Today however; I saw a nurse practitioner instead of a doctor. Ms. Mainville was hostile the second she came in the room. I was having a part of me examined & she lectured me, didn’t answer any questions I had, & made me feel like my appointment was pointless. The appointment lasted a total of 5 minutes, with 3 of it being when the previous nurse practitioner took my vitals. I am extremely disappointed in my experience & the money I spent to get examined. Don’t know if I will be returning but if I do, I will make sure to request to not have Ms. Mainville ( I would suggest if you’re reading this deciding to go to do the same).
Dr. Jeffrey Higley delivered my twin boys back in September he was a great doctor, I would recommend him to anyone I know. On the the other hand though I know its been a while but Dr teranchi? I dont know how to spell his last name he came across as rude... He asked me why I chose him as a doctor and I mentioned my sister refered me to him...well his words were just because your sister refered you to me it doesnt mean you have to see me. I was on the last weeks of my pregnancy and that made me feel like he didnt want to help me. I just think that if you are Dr you should be kinder to people. Thank you Dr Higley my boys are healthy and beautiful.
I was with Bella Womens care (now Womens care) to attempt a VBAC. When I would bring anything up with all but one provider, I was immediately dismissed and ignored. Particularly by Bethany, I requested to not be seen by her but somehow I kept getting appointments with her. I had to be my own strong advocate, it was very difficult to bring up concerns and questions. I was also being strongly discouraged to attempt a trial of labor because of my babys size. The major concern that led me to leave was about pre-eclampsia. My concern of pre-eclampsia was being ignored. So I switched providers about 3 weeks ago (4 weeks before my due date). Turns out I did have pre-eclampsia, I was just induced and had a successful VBAC with no issues.On the records side, my new provider requested all my records and they were never received. Even during my induction this practice failed to communicate to my new provider and send the records. Its really a shame, I wasnt going to write this bad of a review but after hearing how they didnt even send my records over to the new provider AND I had an undiagnosed pre-eclampsia...I thought I needed to let people knowThe only provider I 100% felt heard by was Dr. T, and he is retiring. Another plus, the new front office staff are wonderful and as compassionate as they can be.
Really love the service that Dr. Lauren gives. She’s very sweet and helpful and explains everything perfectly.I also Love all the women who work in suite 4, I didn’t get the Phlebotomist name but she is also very lovely. Thank you guys for providing exceptional service and making me feel comfortable. Also for taking care with my pregnancy and making sure everything went according to plan. I will definitely be coming here for all my future pregnancies.
I LOVED Dr. Tehranchi, he was so kind and listened intently while I was talking, he has a presence that made me feel very comfortable. His staff was super amazing, front office and back office, down to earth and caring! My only complaint was that I waited and hour and a half to be seen. It was obnoxious, but then when it was my turn, I realized why he was probably behind, he takes time for his patients and I felt that way in my visit. I’m very happy with my choice at Bella Women’s Care, I just know that next time I go, I need to bring a book.
This place is amazing they explained everything in detail and made sure I understood. They also made me feel like I was in control of my own care. I went to a different place where the provider only told me to lose weight and sent me on my way with no other information about the condition. Bella care providers explained the condition very well and gave me hope. They were so kind not once did I feel judged. Im so happy I found them.
The staff and providers are great, helpful, compassionate. I felt like I had all of my concerns addressed and learned a lot from my visit. I received labs and imaging right away and I left feeling like the team had done everything possible to help me. I couldn’t be happier with choosing this practice for my healthcare needs!
From the beginning till the arrival of our first baby boy, every single staff member was helpful, loving, kind, made sure all your questions were answered. And very very supportive. They made you feel as if you were a big part of their family. I want to take the time to give my Thanks to Ronda, Lauren and Bethany. All three of you have been a huge help in the information department to help me know what to look for and expect during my first pregnancy. And I know its your job but when the help is given in away that lets you know hey we are here for you and we want to help you through from A to B hits different and is why Im sticking with Bella to help me with my next few pregnancies when its time. You all are the best and freaking awesome!! You made me feel apart of your big family. I appreciate working with you all. My experience with you all has been and will be forever remembered and greatful ❤️. Thank you.
Walked into the office and immediately got a warm welcome from the receptionists, Jennifer & Dianne. Walking into the Doctors office is usually extremely nerve-wrecking but, both girls along with the NP, Lauren, made me feel an abundance of comfort! I went to the Mesa location but I’ve called their different locations and their entire staff is always so kind and graceful! If I could give them for than 5 starts, I would. 10/10 would recommend!
I had an 10am appointment, and they sent notifications to show up 15 minutes earlier, so I did arrive at 9:45am. I didn’t get called until 10:30am. And I sat in room to myself until after 11am when a provider showed up.
Well I give Bella one star because, first off I have 5 children all of which Were born premature at 35-36 weeks. I went into labor on 12/16/21 had severe contractions and I was 6 cm dilated. I was clearly in active labor. I went to the hospital to get checked in and the nurse had the nerve to tell me that my doctor wasn’t going to help or do anything for me unless my water broke and my only options were to walk around, sit on a ball or just go home! Mind you do all of this in pain! So I was forced to go to a different hospital for help and guess what ?! I had my baby a few hours later after leaving. Bella you totally dropped the ball I felt so stupid leaving the hospital cause you refused to help me. So all you new moms please don’t have preterm labors cause their not gonna help you smh. Like anyone can control that right!
My name is Diana and I just wanted to say of the great experience. Dr.Higley has been such a great doctor during my pregnancy care. Also the staff makes the practice even better. I always have young lady Jackie answering my calls being so polite and sweet, making all my concerns so important. Really recommend this office.
My doctor referred me to Bella Womens Care when I spoke to her about birth control implant options. I went in for my consultation a few weeks ago, and was greeted by a very friendly, happy staff. It didnt take too long for me to fill out the paperwork and get in to talk to someone. The doctor answered all of my questions and loaded me up with paperwork to read so I could make the best, most informed choice based on what I would prefer. I ended up scheduling an appointment to have the Nexplanon implant done, and actually ended up doing that this morning. I had a different doctor this time, but he was extremely polite, very informative about how the procedure worked, and they were gentle and quick in implanting the device. Im usually really nervous when I go to a doctors office (no real reason for it, I just have always been this way) but I felt a lot more comfortable here. I would say if you live or work near their office and need any of the services they provide, I would most definitely recommend them. Very professional, very friendly, very good at informing you of your options and any major potential side effects that accompany them.
I had the pleasure of having Marianna Holland and Dr. Higley for my delivery. During labor I had Marianna and she was honestly the sweetest and so extremely supportive. She took the time to massage my feet to help ease my pain and give me some comfort. My labor quickly took a 180 and I had to have an emergency c-section which was done by Dr. Higley. He was just as amazing through it all. It was such a scary experience but even through the procedure, Marianna stayed and made sure I was ok giving me peace of mind and assuring me that my baby was ok. You don’t find people like them anywhere. Thanks to them I now have a beautiful healthy baby girl. If I had to do it all again, I would choose them all over again in a heartbeat. They are genuine people who truly care about their patients.
After I had my baby I was waiting for my post appointment. Well here to find out someone in the office canceled it on me without my authorization so I had to wait a month and a half to schedule. Once I got to see the doctor they had no idea who I was or that I even had a baby. They brought out a brand new file that did not have anything in it. My postpartum was getting worse and I couldn’t even talk to the midwife that came in about it. This day I am still looking for a doctor to see me to make sure I am ok.
They charge me before my baby delivery. after I got my insurance bill, my responsibility is $0 . But after 6 month. I still didn’t got my money back. And the bill department lady very unprofessional. ——Meiyun Mills.Please return my money or I let my lawyer suit you.
I had a gap in coverage and went without being seen for 3 months. When I went back to see my midwives i was informed that they would be understaffed and wouldn’t be able to provide me with support at the hospital so I had to switch practices last minute.I was very nervous about seeing an OBGYN and hardly got any sleep the night before my appointment.To my relieve, Dr. Tehranchi put me at ease about my birth plan. He let me talk, and he let me cry - I felt heard and seen. Just based off our initial conversation, I already have full confidence in him and look forward to having him be a part of my little guy’s birthday. He was so personable, didn’t rush our visit and made sure to walk me over to the lady that would be scheduling my C-Section once our appointment was over.I look forward to working with him for the remainder of my pregnancy and plan on seeing him for my next pregnancy.
My mother is on hospice and Im her full-time caretaker, My appointment was scheduled for 4:15 p.m., I am having symptoms of cervical cancer And it seems like these place care about is their time And not about the patient. Here I am at 4:05 And theyre making me reschedule, I cant if this is the way that theyre going to be in then i cant put my health in their hands. Why cant they give me some leniency for 5 minutes? I dont want anyThing to do with this company,And I was kind enough to call them and tell them I was going to be 5 minutes late and my mother in laws babysitter was on their way to watch her and they were late, So forgive me for being a selfless person and putting my mother first and her health first and put in mine off but looks like myHealth does not matter to this people time and money matters to these people more than anything its just really that theyre making me reschedule and I was on time but not in time to fill out paperwork. This is not the way that you do business, dont they understand that people have busy lives. I was 10 minutes early for my appointment and 5 minutes late for paperwork fill out. Im bloated like a rock is in my stomach hasnt been able to eat lost 40 lbs in 3 moss have pain and have been diagnosed with fibroid unsure if they are cancer or not. I went to er and they said make appointment asap with gynecologist so I did.god has other plans and it doesnt involve selfish people who are in it for money.
My daughter just had her baby and scheduled an appointment to see her doctor, Dr. Kim Flanders. When she arrived, another doctor came into the room as if my daughter was her patient. We figured Dr. Flanders must have been on call for delivery and we allowed the other female doctor to see her instead. At the end of the appointment, she mentioned that she wanted my daughter to schedule a follow up appointment. My daughter agreed and scheduled the appointment. At the end of the scheduling, that same doctor stated that she’ll be seeing my daughter within 2 weeks. We said no, Dr. Kim is her doctor and that’s who she’ll be seeing within 2 weeks. The doctor looked surprised and said that Dr. Kim is no longer with their office..... 👀👀👀 I asked her if she was serious & she said yes. (Well neither are we!) How are you going to force patients on another doctor and not send them to where their doctor is without giving them the option? Or at the very least notifying the patient prior to their appointment, or even at the arrival of their appointment THAT THEIR DOCTOR IS NO LONGER THERE? When asked, everyone at this practice said that they did not know where she had been transferred to. We ended up finding out where our doctor went and transferred right along with her.
My annual has been rescheduled multiple times because the doctor is not in the office knowing they have had me on the schedule for atleast 2months each time I schedule. I’ve accommodated multiple times for their schedule and rescheduled my patients to work with their schedule and I can’t get in. Not to mention I haven’t even met the doctors of the practice yet on any of my visits just the NP…
I was referred here by one of my best friends because she had a really good experience at this OBGYN facility. I decided to try it out since I am expecting and it’s my first baby. I went into this office to confirm my pregnancy and after this appointment they scheduled me for an ultrasound etc. I showed up for the following appointment and they told me that they were not going to be able to do the ultrasound because they don’t know what happened but there was not enough time scheduled for the ultrasound. I was bothered because I had to take time off my schedule for this appointment. The second hiccup; I had an appointment at 2pm and I noticed that patients were being seen before me and coming out. I then asked the receptionist respectfully that I was in lobby and I wanted to make sure they didn’t forget about me. This was about 239pm then she tells me that my appointment was not until 4pm. I told her that made no sense. Why would I show up at 2pm when my appointment was at 4pm? Then a gentlemen in the back said “I scheduled you at 2pm. Sorry, she held your folder instead of putting it in with the check in patients.” I spoke to the doctor and I told her this was not ok and she sincerely apologized. Finally, I went one last time before I decided to switch to another OBGYN. In this scenario, I went in because this was going to be the first time I have an ultrasound and finally hear the baby’s heart beat and the same thing happened as before. They didn’t schedule enough time to have the ultrasound done. They only did the heart beat but I was only there for no more than 15 minutes. I felt I was rushed out of there and my husband told me to switch ASAP. I was very disappointed at Bella’s women care. I felt that I gave them enough chances and they kept messing up and if this was happening to me that meant they were not very organized and their communication between each other and in their office was not their strength.
So Im not one to write such a comment but Im truly bummed and feel others should be warned!! Long story short is that yes Dr. T is a nice guy but now at the end of the day my baby now has issues!! When I was in labor at the hospital, I had the urge to push for lets say 3 hours and was told not to because its best if I wait for my Dr. ( prob because of $$) which I was told that Dr. T wasnt there because he was at a C-section but yet DR.T SHOWS UP IN FREAKING RUNNING SHORTS AND A BASEBALL CAP LAUGHING THAT HE WAS GOLFING AND because I waited for such lengthy time now my baby has to wear a helmet and we hope that the helmet will help, she also has to see a physical therapist because of a problem with her neck.. The most frustrating part is Im told this is common now days, well i have 2 other girls were born perfectly fine (delivered by another doctor) so is it common from the same repeated doctors ?!?!?!Needless to say beware for your baby!!
I called several times and was assured that theyd get a message to my midwife regarding my symptoms and the extreme fatigue and dehydration I was experiencing. At the last call, I was surprised to hear that she had already left the office and they hadnt received any word from her. The only solace I had was that I could call the number and it would direct me to the on call staff for questions after 5pm when the office would be closed. Well that extension drops the call every time and leaves me without care in a pretty serious situation. Its really frustrating when I called since 9am with my inquiry. Ms. Kim is the only reason I stay.
They absolutely had the most sufficient and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Terhanchi and Dr. Higley took the time to make sure they did not miss anything. I felt like they were quick with the office visits and thorough with my prenatal care. When I delivered Terhanchi was comforting and supportive and helped my delivery so much less stressful. Thank you!! Bella Womens Care for taking such great care in my pregnancy.
Was very happy for my first appointment on Thomas. They were kind and helpfu . Got a second appointment at the Maryland office. Jasmine called the Wednesday before to change the appointment to an earlier time. I called to confirm the earlier time and was asked to leave a message. Jasmine never returned my call. Then another lady called me to confirm my 8:15am.I arrived at 8:00am. Its now 9:30am and Im still waiting to be seen. No one has called me up to apologize or let me know what is going on. When I finally ask how much longer I am asked to give a ua sample and keep waiting. They said it wouldnt be much longer lets see. Others have come and gone and I am still here waiting. Bad customer service . At least inform a patient especially an 1 hour after the appointment time.
First appointment here today & i enjoyed everyone they were so friendly. Doctor Tehranchi is so nice and caring. The only thing I don’t like is that you have to wait forever to get an ultrasound this was my first appointment with this pregnancy and I’m 20 plus weeks and I wanted to see my baby and find out the gender but unfortunately I have to make an appointment for an ultrasound and the next one is 1 month away I’m so sad. I’m going to a walk in ultrasound clinic tomorrow too find out myself lol can’t wait
I’ve always loved this office until today. I can not believe they just charged me $100 for a “consultation “ in witch all that took place was them handing me a packet of paper to fill out. I had no procedures done, I hardly even spoke to a doctor. I went in, sat down and was told to schedule an apt for a Pap (another $150) and then was handed a packet of paperwork and left. & for that your office charged me $100??! I am extremely disappointed.
The staff here are amazing!! Super friendly and efficient in what they do! Both doctors ive had the chance to see (Higley and Terranchi) are amazing. Theyve both helped me with my pregnancy and now are my permanent gynecologists. Wouldnt go anywhere else!
I found the office to be nice and the onsite Lab convenient. However I will never return. I feel as if the office staff is disorganized, there was not adequate communication with me at the time of my visit and it took over a month to be advised of something I had to inquire about with the office three times an their follow up with clients is poor. For these reasons I will NOT return..
I have been going here for about 5 years now and after my last 3 visits , I will NEVER return again.They dont who I am, they dont know they put in my IUD, They dont remember they delivered my kids, and have told me they call in prescriptions and they dont. They didnt have my insurance on file, even thought its been the same the last 6 years.I used to be so impressed by them but the last couple years have been a HUGE let down.Wish I could leave NO stars
I’ve been going to this office for over 7 years. I used a midwife to deliver my youngest child. As a military wife, I’m asked for recommendations from new-to-the-area spouses all the time and I can’t rave about Mani Tehranchi enough! The entire office staff is wonderful. With all of the issues I’ve dealt with medically, these people have become more like family to me. I’ve had numerous surgeries with them and I literally trust Tehranchi with my life.
Clinic is clean, staff is friendly and helpful. They are taking COVID precautions. Doctor Higley made me feel heard and safe with the procedure Im seeking, which I dont always get with a medic, specially with OBGYN. Hoping to get my procedure with them.
I use to go to their new location under different staff and it was awful Dr Medchill was amazing but everyone else not so much, the new staff in the office are NICE I love it and DR Kim has to be hands down my favorite now. Everyone’s has amazing people skills and don’t talk down on you. DR Kim explained and answer all my questions. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
This is the worst possible place to go if you are having a baby and want a competent Dr. They dont tell you when they have no intention of being at the delivery. And the number for the on call Dr, hangs up on you. Every person there is incompetent. My kid is having the baby, and just found out that the Dr wont be here. My baby is crying because when we told them this is where we would be, no one in the office ever said this was a problem. This place needs to be shut down before they hurt someone. Horrible people, and the push 3 for the on call Dr just hangs up because they dont care about their patients.
Doctor Higley & tehranchi along with staff team members are absolutely amazing they are god sent! Very genuine an empathetic team. They provide outstanding healthcare services. Go above and beyond at every appointment and any procedure. Very detail oriented when explaining something as well as very patient and understanding. Truly an amazing team, wouldnt go anywhere else.
I have been going to Dr. Tehranchi at Bella Women’s Care for 14 years now. They are the absolute best. They have delivered both of my boys. I’ll continue to drive the 30 mins for any of my appointments as long as Dr. T is there!
Doctor Jeffrey Higley is the most professional doctor I have ever meet. He is very well explaining all the procedure I will have hopefully next month. all the office staff are very professional Im very happy with them.
I have been going here for 5 plus years now. The doctors and nurses are very attentive and informative when it comes to patients. Absolutely adore the staff they are so friendly. Dr. Tehranchi has been my doctor for all my children and hes wonderful. Love this and I recommend any woman to go here
I called 5 times right now. The first 2 times, the receptionist Herminia hung up on me. She answered, told me to wait, then just hung up. I called again, she answered, told me to wait, I told her how she had just hung up on me and she said she hadnt that it was a mistake and that she would be with me in 2 minutes. Well what do you know? She hung up again! I called a third, fourth, and fifth time and this time my calls went straight to voicemail. The office hours state they close at 5pm and I was calling at 4:45pm so its more than obvious this woman was in a rush to get off work and go home. The customer service given at the Thomas location surpasses the one given here.
Waiting time for appointments is really bad. You dont have a direct contact to the midwife at the time of delivery or if something comes up,makes feel unsecured. They referral system consists of of Google doctos for any complications after the delivery and if you dont like the doctors they recommend frim goggle for you , they will tell you to Google one.
Ive been going here since my first born son in 2015. I love the staff and drs themselves are all caring.Make me feel like Im at home every single pregnancy and visit . (Im on my third child)
The customer service here is through the roof! I found out about this place through a friend. I was amazed how nice and considerate everyone was there especially the doctors. I have suffered from ptsd going to doctors offices because they can be so insensitive and rude.Coming in I was very quiet coming out I was relieved and comfortable! I will be making this place my primary go to for sure!
DrTerranchi is the best Doctor I have ever come across in my 50 years. He has changed my life for the better since having a surgery over 15 years ago. Last year I decided to go back to him and got more accomplished and feel better after one visit than I did with other Doctors over that entire 15 year period. He is thorough, he takes time to listen, and I trust him completely with my life and over all well being. God Bless Dr. Terranchi and his staff.
They seem to have a fundamental misunderstanding about how appointments work. Be advised that if you make the unwise decision to come here you will like not even be asked to pay your co-pay until an hour after your arrival. One to two hours later you may be so lucky to be called to the back where the real fun begins. With so many options in the valley if you have any respect for your wife/ SO please bring them elsewhere.
Scheduled an appointment with Kim. Got there 20 minutes early to do paperwork but wasn’t given any. Two patients who came after me were assisted. Then I’m told that I’ll have to wait after the doctor goes to an out call to be seen for my 1pm appointment. I’m being assisted by the receptionist who rudely starts assisting other patients while I’m speaking to her. Very disappointed in the customer service that I received. Don’t know if I’ll return.
I would give them a five, but I had the worst experience in the sonogram department. And my picture looked horrible. You can’t tell what’s what on it, even my family was like what am I looking at? But over all this is a great facility if you’re looking for a OBGYN while your pregos! They go over and beyond for you and your baby!
Dr. Higley is the best! I moved out of town and still commute to see him. He always takes the time to sit down and talk to you about any concerns or questions that you may have. I highly recommend Dr. Higley and couldn’t have asked for a better OB!
Dr. Tehranchi is my doctor for many years. I have a child he delivered, who is 24 years old now. He is a great doctor that is very professional and supportive. He is a great doctor for pregnant womens care, baby delivery, and other female health-related conditions.The office staff is also very friendly and attentive. Extremely convenient when the bloodwork can be done right in the office, as well as ultrasound.I would recommend Dr. Tehranchi to anyone.

Giving this office a single star is over doing it. Every appointment was a waste of time and energy. They cant even tell me if Im 31 weeks pregnant or 33 weeks pregnant. Every appointment there was a different doctor giving different information. I switched and now they refuse to release my medical documents all because the hospital I choose is not the one that is convient for them . biggest joke of an office ive ever been thru.
My review for this office is plain horrid. My family and I are with Medco, and they require that every year they get a new prescription filled out so they know the doctor knows youre still taking your prescription and to see if there are any changes. Last year, I turned in the piece of paper, and they took it right away, no problem. A week passes by, and no sign that my prescription has been refilled is apparent, as I had called Medco to see if they had actually gotten anything, which they hadnt. So I went down to their offices and complained. The woman apologized nicely and gave me two months of LoLoEstrin. (By this time I had changed to LoEstrin, so I got only a months worth of my prescription.) A week after I had finished both packets, I finally got my actual prescription, and I do NOT know why this took so long. This year, the receptionist told me it would take 4 to 5 business days. And it does not take long for the pills to be shipped, as I have to do this with my heartburn medication too, and I got the pills for that 5 days after turning the slip in. And all they need to do, is print out a sticker with my prescription...sign it...and fax it. Not even mail it. Fax it. Why does it take so long? I can understand taking maybe 2 days, because maybe they forget and then see it or are [oddly] very busy the day I turn it in, but 4 to 5 is outrageous. I wont say they dont care about their patients well beings, but there is something their office really needs to work on before they get my vote of appreciation. This isnt even ridiculous, its madness.
Dr. Higley is an amazing person. He makes you feel comfortable and at ease. He takes his time with you and make sure he explains everything to you. The staff is amazing as well. I would recommend Dr. Higley and his staff to my family and friends.
I LOVE Dr. Higley! He is patient, kind, and truly listens to his patients. I would not have survived the birth of my son, or the after care I needed if it wasnt for Dr. Higley!
Ive been coming to Bella womens care since I was a teenager and now I have 2 kids and they are happy and healthy. My oldest just turned 4 and my youngest turned 1 last month. Amazing place!!

I went here in 2008 for an issue with ovarian cysts and was examined by a physician who was physically aggressive with me during the examination; it was inappropriate and unethical. There was in intern present during the examination who also believed she behaved unprofessionally. I complained to management at the time, and they didnt do anything because I went back and the same physician was rude to me and was still aggressive with me even after I complained. I dont care how long its been since; I will NEVER come back to this place, EVER.
I have always been impressed with the care I receive at BWC. Always courteous, attentive and professional. I would recommend them to all women of any age seeking phenomenal OBGYN care.

I was on a virtual visit with Dr. Higley and he was very friendly and personable throughout the call. He provided me with lots of info and made sure to ask if I had any questions.
I would highly recommend my doctor and his assistant...however, dont count on the reception folks to assist you if you need to talk to your provider or a lab to talk to your provider. Just rude and unwilling to try to help.

Office is so unorganized signed paperwork for new IUD month later my order hasnt been received. Followed up with office said they would contact manufacturer and get back with me almost 3 weeks later havent heard from them. Looked for a new Dr. not going back to this office!

.The appointment was at 9:45 and I arrived at 9:45 and the front person didnt want to help me because I arrived late, the service is bad they do not care for the patients at all, do not want to call the insurance company or do things they suppose to do.I have been coming to Wimens Care for 9 years now. When they were on 7th Ave everything was perfect. now that they have changed to 4747 e 7st. to gloomy service. 0 stars.I had the appointment at 9:45 and I arrived at 9:45 and he didnt want to attend to me because because I arrived at 9:45, since I have already been a client for years, I didnt have to fill out any documents. My daughter went to the appointment twice and they didnt want to see her because she didnt have health insurance and in reality she does have it. Ami, they have been sending me charges for appointments that I did not make and they wanted to charge me for services that I did not ask for. I only had an appointment for contraceptives and they wanted to charge me for a pap smear that I did not do. There have been 3 times now that they have asked me to charge me without having received it. I dont recommend appointments, I call, they answer me in Spanish and when I tell them that they are charging me for something that I didnt use, they tell me that they dont speak Spanish, theyre sorry.
I dont recommend it because they make the appointment half an hour away, they make you tired. And wait a week for them to give you the appointment. It is assumed that you make your appointment and then they talk to you to say that the doctor who is going to see you has to see other people. As if you were not going to pay, they asked me for my information, I only gave it to them, they sent me the application by phone and it works. Until one signs it. I do not recommend it to the people who work. They have a terrible attitude in front of you, they dont help you at all, I think. A surgery, after asking several kisses what my total would be, told me that I would not have to pay anything on the day of the surgery. They wanted to charge me for the place and the anesthesiologist did not agree. My insurance company left me with a bill of about 6 thousand dollars, which is not good for . nothing, the ones in front later I needed to make an appointment after waiting like a month, they told me on the same day to change my appointment because the doctor was not going to be there, I was going to make my appointment and they had already tired me out that its not right now, that is, they change the appointment without your authorization. Afterwards I had to wait 1 month or more for another appointment. I told them that I was bleeding a lot and they didnt care or even ask me. Whether I was pregnant or not, I just didnt have appointments for more than a month, I havent gone back to that place and I hope they change all the customer service ones because theyre useless, the doctor is more or less, but with those in front Ill lose many customers
