I was seen quickly and examined thoroughly for my abdominal discomfort by Dr Pandolfi. He informed me of an irregular reading on my EKG and urged me to get further tests at an ER to rule out a possible heart attack. I followed his advice and now have peace of mind knowing that there were no heart issues. This is an excellent place to get help
This review is for 4730 E Indian School Rd.I have lived in Arcadia since 1997 and used this Urgent care since 2003. In the past I have had nothing but courteous and prompt service from this location. However, this time I was treated so rudely by the front desk receptionist that I left and cancelled my appointment.I arrived at 8:20 am for an 8:30 am appointment. The receptionist asked if I had an appointment. I let her know I had scheduled online and was there for an earache. They have all my insurance info and ID on line. She asked if I had any other insurance and I said no, She asked if she could see my card and I showed her the card. She still had questions about the Medicare insurance plan “Eternal Health ”. She said she had not ever seen it before. (This comes up all the time.) I am a Medicare broker. I understand the receptionists are young and really do not know much about the insurance plans. I let her know it was new to Az and to use the Arizona Priority care network. She did not like when I either responded to her comment or asked additional questions. Then something went sideways. I know I have a copay. At first I thought she said they didn’t accept Medicare insurance? So I asked her “are you saying you do not accept Medicare?” Again, I could see she was not happy that I asked another question. I asked the receptionist would she like to see my card again, it states I have a $25.00 copay?. She responded no, and moved her chair to the side and pointed at the sign which states that they can refuse service.WOW, I am 65yrs old and I have never felt the need to leave any establishment let alone an Urgent care/ Dr office because of a rude receptionist.I left and went to Camelback and 40th Street. The Office staff Rosheda and the NP were nothing less than courteous and professional. They ordered my prescriptions and I went to CV to pick them up.All I had was an earache. This has been going on for about 2 weeks now. I wanted to see if the fluid behind my ears was gone before I fly out of town on a trip. I didn’t want an erupted ear drum when heading out on vacation.I am in customer service. I choose to be kind, It is a choice.
While I had an appointment, they still got me in and out very quickly. I have a lot of ongoing health issues and actually listen to what I had to say and respected my wishes on what I wanted to do in the treatment of my care. I truly value and appreciate when a provider listens to what I know is best for my body! Very professional very friendly and very quick!
The medical team was amazing and we were seen promptly. The nurse was professional and kind. The office staff member was very difficult. I never have a copay because I have a high deductible plan. I’ve visited other NextCare urgent care centers and have never been asked to pay up front. She told me I needed to do so because their policy changed in January. I asked her to bill my insurance, she told me she couldn’t. I have visited since January for a broken bone and didn’t have to pay up front for that visit. She told me “well someone didn’t do their job right” I asked if there was a practice manager I could speak with to get a second opinion and she seemed to become really defensive and told me she was the lead and there was no one else I could speak with. It felt argumentative and I questioned her about it multiple times because of my confusion. I reluctantly paid up front because my daughter needed to be seen and I didn’t want to make her uncomfortable since she had a rash and was very upset by it.I’m looking forward to getting my refund for the services rendered after my insurance bills the visit properly; however, I was disappointed in the argumentative behavior from the front desk staff as though I was challenging her authority.
Great provider, sucky back office MA. Preformed two blood drawls and wasn’t able to get the vein both times despite me telling her where exactly the vein was then had the audacity to tell me to relax on the second draw while she was digging to find my vein.
Horrible appointment experience with the very young and very inexperienced male PA. He doesn’t know what he’s doing. Complete waste of time. If you want reliable experienced knowledgeable and professional healthcare , DO NOT go to this facility. The worst urgent care experience ever
Was told I was having an irregular heartbeat. I went in shaking with fear. Really hands shaking. They had me on the table getting checked out before I could even finish any paperwork. The doctor came to talk to me and said there was something not normal but to calm down Ill be alright and gave me a referral to someone to follow up with. Feel likes they really cared. Thank you
My daughter had a stomach virus, and the care received by your team was excellent. We were reassured she would be well soon. And she was! A heart felt thank you.
We had the best urgent care experience. I made an appointment for 6pm and completed my paperwork before and we were driving home by 6:25. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and the facility was clean.
Booked a last minute appointment while visiting from out of state and genuinely had the best experience. The staff were kind and I felt comfortable during my appointment. Thank you!
I dont ever really come to urgent care but unfortunately my daughter got sick last week and I got sick today. Not sure if customer service is a thing or not at these places but the receptionist has no sense of customer service. It seemed like she was bothered by having to attend someone.... I would suggest staying off your phone while your attending customers.
I arrived around 240PM and it’s now 415PM. The doctor asked me a few questions to determine it was bronchitis. The wait and speed of care is ridiculous. There has to be a more efficient way to provide quality care in a timely manner. I won’t be back- and recommend if you are looking to be seen then go somewhere else. If you like sitting in a run-down waiting room waiting to be seen a then this is the place for you.
I would vote 5 stars however the air conditioning was not working properly, and even though I made an apt time I waited a half an hour. However I must say that the Drs and the Assistants are always excellent at this location.
Was less than impressed with this Urgent Care. Went in because I was pretty sure I was developing an ear infection. Was sent off with a quick look and told to use Flonase and pseudoephedrine. It got worse and had to see another physician for antibiotics. The good thing is, it’s getting better.
I had a great experience. I came in with a cut and needed some stitches. I was quickly assessed and stitched and out the door. All handled by people who cared about my condition.
It was obvious the physician assistant was one of those degree by mail people. She couldnt think of the word cyst which I had on my Finger and she acted afraid of it. Their website said they handle that. It was a complete waste of time and money and I told her so. I want to find the supervisor of that ClinicAnd launch a formal complaint.
Went to the location on Indian School & NP, Ben Seleen was amazing! I had never had stitches before and came in 10minutes before they closed (sorry about that!) and the staff was quick, efficient and kind. They helped keep me calm and explained the process well. He was also very good at stitches. Thanks to the team, really appreciate you seeing me so late in your shift and for making my first experience w stitches as good as they can be. Hopefully I don’t have a need for urgent care again, but if I do - hands down this is where I will go.
Thank you Nextcare!I came in with covid-19 (24 summer variant) with a mask. They did all the test, and prescribed Paxlovid. Hopefully that will help. 4th time Ive had it and the worst one so far.
Very pleasant.Everyone was kind and helpful.Did not have to wait very long and I was able to continue with the rest of my day.Thank you .
Got in quickly. Super nice. Very good bedside manner. I didn’t learn more than I had already googled before arriving. Would recommend
The visit at this facility was great We got th3 best service Staffs were very nice professional we were in and out of there Thank you
Always impressed with this location! It’s great to know I have a place close to my home that will give me the care I need during an emergency.
This was the best urgent care experience I ever had. NP Ben Seenan at the Indian School location was top notch. I went in for a UTI. (I was visiting Phx from out of state). He was knowledgeable and extremely competent/intelligent with a great bedside manner. Extremely well versed in the latest treatment options. In addition to being attentive and listening to my concerns and health complexities, he also took the time to look up the most recent clinical study data and explain the scientific basis and rationale for different medications. I wish all providers were like Ben! If I could have him as my primary doc I would switch in a second.
My husband and I were sick with a respiratory infection while visiting Scottsdale. We finally decided to go to an urgent care. NextCare was conveniently located and a pleasant experience given the circumstances. The wait was short. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The NP took her time with us and discussed all points. We both ended up with a cough suppressant and antibiotics. Hopefully they do the trick and we can enjoy the last of our vacation.
I received excellent care. They went above and beyond to provide the best care to fully manage my situation. They followed up on my x-ray images and called specialists on my behalf to ensure outstanding continuity in care. I would highly recommend NextCare Urgent Care because the staff were truly committed to me and were very knowledgeable.
The whole experience at this location was great. My only complaint, which was not their fault, was that the elevator was down that day. The staff from the frint to the back was amazing. Sonia at the front was very friendly. Elise, the assistant to Whitney, the Nurse Practioner, was very nice and caring. Whitney was very knowledgable and friendly. Elise after my visit helped me down the stairs with my belongings. Thanks again for treating me like V.I.P. I highly recommend this Urgent Care.
The waiting room was hot. I dont think their AC was working. I also waited super long because they were training someone.
I’ve had 2 appointments here and your appointment time doesn’t seem to mean much as I waited over 45 minutes each time. I get that walk-ins happen, but they seemed severely understaffed.
They allow you to schedule appointments online. When you arrive for your appointment, the girl behind the desk said it just puts you in line after walk-ins. Said, If you dont like it, go complain on line. Terrible experience. Had to wait over an hour and 45 minutes in the lobby just to get to the back, then wait again to be seen. Do not go here unless you dont value customer service.
The Indian School location was great! I was a walk-in and they got me in right away. The doctor was so nice & explained everything to me. He prescribed an antibiotic straight away for me. I cant thank them enough!!
Needed some medical care while out of town and the provider was fantastic. Got in quickly, care was excellent. Very happy with our visit here.
Staff is very kind and polite and the PA on staff was awesome! Not a long wait! Highly recommend!
Ended up leaving after sitting in a room for 30 minutes. I even over heard staff saying bring another patient back before leaving. There was no one waiting when we arrived. I know drs are busy right now but I managed to get an appointment with my pediatrician and was in and out in 45 minutes today. Last time I went to this location I was in and out in about the same amount of time without an appointment and multiple people waiting. The doors are not sound proof. We can hear you guys talking outside and stuff. My son saw a staff member playing on their phone on our way out. Maybe less “nurses” and more providers if you’re only bringing one person at a time and supposedly have multiple patients? All the doors were open when we walked out. I’ll find a different urgent care after this experience.
Doctor was very nice , gave me meds or bronchitis. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I always receive great care when I need their services. Thank you.
MA was Lucia got me back to room with vitals in timely manner, Amy the NP for exam was very thorough, professional and caring. My eyes are improving daily but with allergies and wind believed to be culprit, will take time. Victoria also was very professional & caring. Thank you for your help!
Couldn’t get an appointment with my primary care physician until end of next week so figured I would go to this Nextcare hoping they would be able to treat my sinus infection/ ear infection and I wouldn’t have to wait 2 weeks to see my Doctor. So, I schedule an appointment online and show up early. The Doctor tests me for Covid, the Flu and Strep. I even told him I haven’t had strep since I was 6 because I had my tonsils removed but go ahead and test me if he prefers. It all came back negative.Again, was there for an ear infection/sinus infection. He tells me nothing I can do for you- take some SudaFed.I mentioned I am prone to sinus infections and ear infections, could he please write me a script for a Z Pack so if my symptoms get worse, I don’t have to come back and pay another Co-pay.He responds, “No. I don’t know you. That’s what your primary care doctor is for.”Then tells me I can go now. That was day 3 of being sick. Well, it’s Day 7 and I’m still sick, symptoms are worse and now I am forced to go to another Urgent care and pay another Co-Pay because this Doctor was rude and didn’t “know me”.Do not recommend.
My experience wasn’t great at all, I waited 50 minutes (not including my 20 minute wait prior to the appointment.) I put for my visit “Sinus Pressure” and Whitney checked my throat and nose but not my ears even though I mentioned to the nurse I had a continuous popping in my ear in which I hope it doesn’t become an ear infection. Whitney also came in to the room not only introducing herself but followed up with “if you have a question with my diagnosis- hold it off until the end.” Which took me back since she came off slightly aggressive and found it weird that she would think I would do something like that. Whitney also decided at the end she didn’t want to test what “cold” I had due to multiple colds currently circulating- which concerned me but whatever. I also thought my nurse and the front desk assistant wasn’t very friendly or helpful when I had question about why my appointment being pushed back or other questions. I’m disappointed that my only suggestion from the experience is buy a humidifier, saline spray and hydrate even though I paid a 3-figure dollar deductible. I will not be visiting again- I hope the nurses and doctors learn how to be more friendly, welcoming and check EVERY AREA that can be impacted by their symptoms.
These guys killed it!Front desk, amazing and knowledgeable. Dr. The best! Totally put me at ease and took care of Friday’s left pinky subluxation. Thanks again guys😘😘❤️🤚🏽
The best Urgent Care experience I’ve ever had. Friendly, helpful staff. Reasonable wait times. And my attending physician, Whitney was sweet, efficient and made me feel super comfortable.
Greatly appreciated the information on the website regarding how many people were waiting. Check in was very easy after scanning a QR code. We were seen quickly. All of the staff were friendly. Whitney engaged with my daughter (5 yo) and didn’t just seek answers from me. My daughter commented after the appointment that she liked it and we should go back again when we need to see a doctor.
Very thorough kind and informativeI have a complicated illness going onThe provider has hung in there with me and helped me tremendously
We have had 1 star and 5 star experiences with NextCare. Today was a 5. The NP, Ben, was very helpful and kind. You can tell he cares and works his tail off. We were seen in a timely matter and did not feel rushed or like Ben had a million other things to do even though he did. The staff was nice and professional. The location was clean.
Had a great experience with the NP here. We just did a sports physical but it was by far the best and most sound sports physical any of my kids have received. Made an appointment on the spot for my daughter when I knew he would be working next.
Not much they could do for me,I was suffering from a muscle strain. It was painful but Tylenol was all they could recommend. The staff was very helpful and sympathetic to my ailment. I appreciated that & also glad it wasnt serious!
Good experience. I live out of state and the front desk was very helpful. The Dr was direct and informative.
This Urgent Care is very clean. Everyone is very helpful, friendly and kind. And I always get in and out quickly. Made my appointment online checked in online and got in in no time. I was the only patient in the waiting room when I got there and only one more patient came. I would definitely recommend NextCare at this locationNextCare Arcadia4730 E Indian School RoadSuite 211Phoenix, Arizona85018
Very pleased with care. Very busy, even with appointment but everyone helpful & apologetic for the wait.
The people were nice but misleading. Beware if you are going for a TB skin test and have had a BCG vaccine!! Went to get a TB skin test and was NOT told that having the BCG could create false positive. Then I was directed to go to the county health department for further evaluation which is long arduous process in itself. My time and money could of been saved if they said at the first knowing of BCG vaccine (which is on the questionnaire paperwork)said to get a blood test from the get go instead of going through with the skin test and creating further time and money waste!!! Please be more attentive and honest in the future!!
It was Saturday but I was seen pretty quickly. I was there to see about getting paxlovid as I had just tested positive for COVID. They saw me tested me and sent the prescription to my pharmacy. I honestly credit their attention with cutting the severity of my case quite a bit. Ill go again when necessary. The reception staff was very nice as was the medical staff.
Was able to reserve a spot before leaving which allowed me to get seen quickly in less than 5 minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful. The doctor listened to my concerns and provided a helpful treatment.
Sept. 26, 2022 Another amazing experience at NextCare Urgent Care. Im not sure where they find their front end staff, but I am consistently impressed by the patience, kindness and efficiency I am afforded from the minute I get there. Once I was taken back, the level of care and respect could not have been better. I have no doubt that I received the best of care and that I am on my way back to healthy.I was met with kindness and grace from the moment I entered. Ravene at the reception was amazing. Her compassion and kindness was exemplary and refreshing. The MA that conducted the intake was patient and thorough. The medical provider was patient, thorough, kind and helped us swallow a bitter pill. Thank you so much.
The staff and doctors were absolutely incredible. They were able to see me (a walkin) so quickly--I was in and out with the prescription I needed in less than half an hour. They were so compassionate and knowledgeable that we wont use any other urgent cares going forward!
Absolutely wonderful- I always dread going to Urgent Care, especially at night for a sick kid. The young woman at the front desk was absolutely delightful and super patient. They were super busy and she was kind to everyone she spoke to and even had conversations with them while she was processing transactions. The medical assistant was also super kind and patient and so was the provider. Just an overall great experience- seriously not the norm in todays world of overworked healthcare workers. Keep up the great work, guys and thank you for making our visit great.
Everyone from the front desk, to the back was incredible. I was laughing from the check in desk, to the X-ray machine & left still giggling with a broken foot. Today, I received the best medical visit I’ve ever had. Coming from someone with white coat syndrome - thank you staff! 10 stars ⭐️
The service was prompt and direct. All my needs were more than satisfied.
Weve had good experiences so far with NextCare. Weve gone numerous times and each time was pretty quick and efficient. Its a great option if you cant get in with your primary.
Very efficient and professional. Excellent and friendly care! Thank you
Great service, and even if the doctor is running behind he still takes the time to treat you and listen to what your concerns are. They arent in and out in 10 mins. Awesome job! Staff is friendly and professional
This place can be hit or miss. Depends on the staff, I think. Today I got BEYOND lucky and I’m super impressed and extremely happy. Thank you for getting me out of there in such a timely manner! I’m so appreciative..
Everyone was so great. My son was sick and decided to come in at the last minute. They were so helpful and efficient, even being close to closing time. The doctors really helped calm my nerves and quickly figured out what my son needed. They even had our prescription sent to the drug store all before we even left the building.
Originally went to the urgent care by my home and they couldn’t see any patients because the front office person had not yet arrived. This was 10 minutes after opening. The person apologized and suggested another location which led me to the one I went to. I was very happy with the care I received at the alternate location.
I was very pleased and happy with my the care I received and NextCare today. They were very efficient and made sure I had everything I needed. Thank you NextCare!
This location is so very clean, efficient, and friendly! Registering online before helps significantly with wait times. They got me in and out in a timely fashion while addressing all of my needs and making sure I was taken care of! I’ve been coming here for years and always choose NextCare while traveling because the group is reliable and consistent.
Dr. Whitney was so great. I made an appointment to be seen at 3:40 and was in and out in 12 minutes with a prescription. The quickest urgent care visit Ive ever had. Thank you!
I love this next care! Every time I go there there’s little or no wait. I feel like the provider listens to me and takes into account everything I say. I always leave with the right diagnosis and the right medication. Very grateful to have this next care close to home.
Great people working here. Living in the richest nation I don’t believe medical care should look like it do but for what the system allows the folks at this clinic give it their all. Would recommend for basic or urgent medical needs, if possible make appointment in advance for minimal wait. Be kind to staff.
I was able to conveniently checkin and fill out all paperwork online prior to my appointment. I was seen promptly. The medical assistant and front office were welcoming and helpful. My provider, Megan Huerta, listened, did not rush through my appointment and took all of my symptoms into account when treating me. She was truly the best PA I’ve ever encountered at an Urgent Care.
Awesome urgent care. Went 10/20/2022 did online appointment filled paper work online for there exactly at 12:40pm the receptionist was very friendly. Did a COVID questionnaire and waited just 5 minutes and got passed Inside. I took my daughter she’s a toddler and she was seen by the provider Seleene, Benjamin. He was awesome he actually took a good look at my daughter the couch she had was super worse and he actually took time to recommend and provide me with the necessary medicine she needs and alexis was the nurse who brought us in the room also awesome friendly and nice. 10/10. Usually they only give her medicine but this was over my expectations with the provider.
I was seen by B. Seleen, FNP for worsening cellulitis in my lower extremity. He was informative, kind, and a rockstar! He treated me with a different route of antibiotics and left feeling better after a Rocephin injection. Quick and easy appointment, in and out in less than an hour and even got my prescription from the CVS in the same parking lot in 15 minutes. I highly recommend Nextcare Urgent Care and all of the staff was wonderful and made sure I was above and beyond taken care of. Thank you so much! I hope to not see you again, but if needed - my first go to!
Front desk is always nice and quick which is important when you are not feeling well. They always have new providers here which is interesting because I learned some thing from each one every time. Very clean and very efficient. I have been coming here for at least five years And I have had to try other locations and they were very disappointing. I definitely recommend this location in particular
The team here was so kind and helpful for my walk-in. The provider was efficient, answered all of my questions and ran a few test just to be sure. Very thorough! Thank you!!
I love using this particular next care urgent care location. It is always quick and very professional treatment, the staff is warm and the docs are always spot on! Today especially the doc and tech that treated me were amazing. Very happy patient.
Went in with a blockage in my ear, left with a fully cleared ear and a new lease on life. The entire office was professional and competent. I felt well taken care of.
My care was prompt and thorough. The nurse, physician and office staff were all warm, professional and efficient. I really appreciated the time Dr. Selene spent explaining his assessment and recommendations.
I posted previously because I was upset about not feeling cared for but I posted emotionally. These people did the best they could do and being a healthcare provider is sometimes a thankless and exhausting job. Despite the physician assistant not spending the time to reassure me that it would be okay, The visit was quick and I got the medication I needed. I appreciate the opportunity to be able to get care on short notice.
I had the best experience here at NextCare Urgent Care. The staff was quick, friendly, and very efficient. I got the exact treatment I needed and was well on my way. I would come back in a heart beat.
Horrible!! The NP Griffin was so rude, didnt even have a badge on or introduce herself. She swabbed my nose forcefully over and over and it was so hard, I kept backing up and saying ouch ouch and she kept doing it even harder, and didnt even apologize..Ive been a nurse 22 years and Ive never seen anything like it, not to mention theres not even a sink in the exam room! How is this sanitary or even possible.. She should not be allowed to practice medicine!! Shut the place down. Hot waiting waiting room, ac on only in back. Literally the worst experience Ive ever had!!
They were so amazing I had to write a review. Sometimes doctors offices make it seem like they’re too busy for you and don’t really listen to what you have to say. That was not the case here.Everyone here was attentive, they made me feel heard, and they really took the time to try to find what’s wrong with me. If I could make them my primary care I would.
Kelsy took great care of me, and everyone there was very friendly, professional, and efficient.
The website says they have an X-ray but they dont. Very misleading.
Great location. Doctor and staff are attentive and nice.
My experience was pleasant from start to finish with the exception of my unpleasant symptoms that brought me in to begin with. I called ahead to find a NextCare with a female practitioner working and they were very understanding of my comfort level regarding this. Once a location was found (which happened to be close by), I went online and set up an appointment which was super easy— one was available within the hour. Upon arriving, the place was clean and the receptionist was very nice. I was called back to the exam room within 10 minutes of my scheduled time. All of the staff were nice, professional, and non-judgmental— something I’ve found hard to come by in Arizona healthcare for some reason. They listened to me too, which sadly is sometimes the hardest quality to come by in health care providers in general. I was in and out in less than an hour and feel I received great care.
I was a walk-in to have a covid test done, they told me the wait its an hour, so I waited. When they called me, the nurse took all my information and took my vital signs, she was super professional. Then we moved to another room and she told me to wait for the doctor, I waited another 15 min and the doctor came asked me about my symptoms, I explained to her and she was very professional and told me what to do and what are the next steps. The whole visit was very satisfactory and the wait time was not an issue. Thank you all for taking care of me.
Staff listens to your needs, treats you with respect and competency. Loved the front desk checkin to the RN to the NP. 15/10 recommend 🤍🪩 def a good substitute for my out of state PCP love this location 💞
I had a 00 screw gauge stuck in my ear. Me and my daughter tried everything to get it out. The doctor took a tool and with in a few minutes had it out. I was relieved.
Wow the doctor on site was so good. He took the time to explain all the possible next steps needed. It was quick and a great experience.
Always take my daughter here for her sports physical.. quick and easy..great staff
Excellence in emergency healthcare staff was superb highly recommended
I have been using this urgent care since I came to Phoenix- theyve seen me for anything from hand foot and mouth to a simple pulled muscle. Even for my more hypochondriac moments, theyve been very helpful. The doctors always answer my questions clearly and explain their course of action, and the assistants are always thorough. Especially early last year, when I went in with a nasty cut from work, I felt very taken care of. Keep up the great work!
This Nextcare location is amazing. The staff is friendly, quick and helpful. The nurse practitioner that helped me (Whitney) actually cares about her patients and you can tell. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone and everyone. They will take care of you in a timely manner and do everything possible to get you back to 100%. Thank you to all of the staff that helped me today! You guys are rock stars.
Ben was fantastic, one of the best I have encountered at an Urgent Care! He made sure to explain every step and the reasoning behind the different test that were performed. I felt comfortable in his care!
This review is for the doctor not the actual urgent care experience. Dr. Seleen has now misdiagnosed our daughter on two different visits. This last time landed us in the emergency room ultimately being admitted to the hospital. His overall bedside manner is cocky and this “I only have my stethoscope” attitude. I get urgent cares are limited in what they can do but that doesn’t get you off the hook for being a poorly trained or negligent provider. He diagnosed our daughter with an ear infection and two days later after the meds weren’t helping and she was in 10/10 pain we were in the ER where I had 3 providers including an ENT tell us there were zero signs of her ever having an ear infection. She had a peritonsular abscess which only takes a light and a tongue compressor to diagnose.
Best urgent care experience ever honestly. benjamin saleen was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the visit.
Super smooth experience with courteous, competent staff. Short wait. Service at reception was friendly & professional, and the medical advice from PA (treatment of severe upper respiratory infection) was excellent. Two years ago, this team diagnosed my friend’s pneumonia and helped to save her life - so I already expected good results, and Next Care didn’t disappoint.
Thee LAZIEST nurse ever I just saw. Literally for 2 mins a complete waste of time! I was the only patient took care of everything online informed them the reason I was coming in in detail. Just to have the last this evening say she couldn’t do anything. Pathetic poor excuse for a nurse. What happened to the ones that valued patients and took pride in actually helping people! Stay away from this one if you want quality care.
This was the worst urgent care I’ve been to since living in AZ. I checked my daughter in and was told her place in line. She had 103 fever and as 2 ppl with no appt was called before I asked why & how after specifically being told her place in line, I was told because the other person had chest pain and was in more pain than my 5yr old. After explaining we had no idea the level of her pain bc we did not know cause of fever the front desk lady (KIM) told me that my daughter couldn’t be in more pain the person who came in after us. I asked to speak to a manager she refused I asked her name she refused. We got to the back the doctor ( Eddie) was rude and rushing! They thermometers weren’t reading accurately and he gave me 3 different temps for her. I can only speak on the 2 individuals I encountered but this was THE WORST VISIT TO URGENT CARE I EVER HAD. Just wish I went for myself and my child because she did not deserve this ridiculously POOR SERVICE! (Side note I asked for a 2nd doctor and he was nice and efficient)
My son needed to get tested for COVID-19. We walked in, filled out the paperwork, and got tested in less than 30 minutes. The service was great and the nurse practitioner was exceptional. She was very personable and was interested in understanding how my son may have been linked to the virus. Overall a great experience given the circumstances.
I drove here with my 7 year old daughter after walking out of a different urgent care. The staff here was very friendly and accommodating. The receptionist was very sweet to my daughter. They were super quick and the provider was very thorough in talking with us and giving us instructions on her injury. I would definitely go here again.
Decent place. Didnt have to wait TOO long, didnt have to fill out TOO much paperwork, & it didnt cost TOO much money. Facility seemed dated, but cleanly. Staff was businesslike and efficient. Doctor had a superb bedside manner and exuded confidence and knowledge. If I had to go to an Urgent Care, I would go out of my way to come here.
I was the first patient of the day. The receptionist was snippy and impolite. She gave me the impression that she hates her job and dislikes working with the public. Perhaps she had a rough morning before arriving at work. We are all under added pressure these days. However, once I was called into the exam room, the NA and provider were very kind, very polite and very professional. They turned the visit around for me.
Nextcare on 48 th & Indian school Road Very clean, people are very friendly, and the doctor I had was awesome! I made an appointment online and There was literally no wait I highly recommend this facility.
Convenient, fast, and great care. Everything an urgent care should be!
It was easy to reserve an appointment online. I was able to see how many people were already waiting. Check In through their app was simple. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Faster than some regular doctor appoinents
An unexpected dog bite landed me at NextCare Urgent Care. The staff was incredibly nice and took excellent care of me and had me out of there in under 30 minutes. Sincerely grateful for their help!
Tested positive for the flu. Benjamin was amazing and really helped me come up with a treatment plan to help me get to feeling better!
The waiting took a long time, which I always expect with urgent cares and doctors in general. But the highlight of my visit was the receptionist, Sylvia. She was so nice, and since it wasn’t very busy, we talked for a little while. She’s a sweetheart.
I’ve been going to this urgent care for years. I go out of my way, and probably pass 10 other urgent cares, to come specifically to this one. The staff is always friendly, the wait is never too long and they’re super efficient and timely. But, hands-down the biggest reason to go is to see Arthur Rothstein! He is absolutely incredible. I’ve never met another PA or Doctor with his bedside manner. He listens to me, he’s thoughtful and caring and takes his time. I can not recommend him enough.
Always professional and timely with communication and care. Really appreciate the sincerity.
Ive been calling between 8-10:30am to discuss my test results, but i get the youve reached our office outside of regular business hours automated message. When i was there on August 3, 2021, the xray machine was down. No notice was given to patients who scheduled appointments online specifically for sprains etc. They also ran out of rapid covid tests. The receptionist should be notifying patients of these things while theyre checking in, not after. At least post a sign in the waiting area. Customer service from the front desk gets 2 stars. The doctors and nurses are great. The wait time for a walk-ins was also reasonable.
I have always had a good experience here. Today was an exception. I discovered that there is a new system for signing in. I found it confusing, and when I went to the front staff she was quite sarcastic and rude. It took everything in me not to go off on her. All she had to say was show me your screen so I can see where you having a problem. I dont know how older people get help with these technology changes with someone who treats you like youre stupid.
This Urgent Care is always professional and fast. I’ve always received good care here. Love that you can see how many people are in line before you to determine when to arrive.
I went in for a severe Migraine that had lasted for 24 hours. The staff was very professional and friendly. The Dr. Was very informative and prescribed the medication to ease my migraine headache and nausea and also gave me on the spot medication in the exam room to help my symptoms. I am always satisfied with the service at this Next Care.
I came in to get checked after leaving the scene of a car accident. I came in very emotional and the receptionist, Jen, was being so extremely difficult to work with. I needed help understanding whether or not to bill my own health insurance knowing that it would be covered by an auto claim eventually. She offered no help or insight whatsoever and we came to a standstill and I felt like I didnt even have an option to be seen so I walked out without being seen after she told me she couldnt help me. I felt so helpless and just needed some patience and compassion.
I am always pleased at the professional service I receive whenever I go to an Urgent Care. Sylvia & Viri on Indian School Road are always so very caring and patient with me. On Sunday, I was treated by Dr. Megan Huerta & it was a pleasant surprise to see her, again. I first met Dr. Megan at the Urgent Care in Mesa about 3 years ago. I had just moved from NY and I was reluctant to see a physician that wasn’t “my physician” from home. However, Dr. Megan was very knowledgeable & cordial toward me. I’m grateful that Urgent Care has such a remarkable staff! Thank you!
Came in twice-- in the same week. The flu got us.Both times we had great service from the front desk to the nurse and doctor on staff.Good to know there is a reliable urgent care in the neighborhood when you need them.
It was great! Didn’t have to wait past my appointment time. Staff was very friendly, upbeat & positive. Doctor had a wonderful bedside manner! Definitely recommend Nextcare Urgent Care at Arcadia to friends and family.
Was able to get an appointment easily by calling. The lady on the phone was very helpful, she found me a center close to home with available appointment times. The office was very clean and all the people working were very knowledgeable and friendly. I did not wait long at all for help. I was in and out with a prescription within one hour!
Was kept informed about each test result, explained clearly what the test results meant, and what plan of action would be needed after I returned home, plus printed/or on electronic output of tests, along with further follow up with my family physician.
Joe was a great PA!Got the job done!!
The front receptionist wasnt friendly at all. She did not greet me (they werent very busy either, it was on a random day of the week right when they opened.) When I did get called back the Medical Assistant didnt even welcome me at all she just hurried me over to the room and took my vitals. I didnt feel like she was very professional at all. She wasnt made for healthcare Ill say that much. The whole point is to make the patient feel comfortable and be friendly and she did nothing of the sort. I like coming here when I get sick once or twice a year because the PAs are very friendly and they take the time to listen. The PA I saw was very friendly and it was a relief to me as a patient because at least I noticed someone be friendly to me instead of a robot.
This place was not worth the hassle. Im going somewhere else next time. My experience there was fine. The doctor I saw was great. Support staff was in my mind a little too casual/not professional enough (please dont tell me about your personal life, Im here because I dont feel good, and I didnt ask!). The billing is a whole other issue. I paid my copay up front but had a remaining balance that they sent me a bill for. I paid that bill promptly, my credit card got charged. A week later I get a letter from a COLLECTION AGENCY who is now threatening to report me to creditors. Assuming this is all a clerical error, but still, who needs wrongfully sent threat mail?
Very unhappy with service…have been dealing with sinus issues related to mold exposure for months. felt rushed and was provided with only “use netipot, take allergy meds..be consistent.” then when i pushed for better service NP, Whitney, became frustrated, ran through the same information, and then asked if i had questions. when i said no, she just turned, left the room and ran to the next one. very unhappy with this service. so unprofessional and unhelpful.
How you going to set up a appointment but not abide by it? We set a appointment up arrived early and they still had walkins go in front of us. Unprofessional why even give people the option to make an appointment if you don’t even go by it. Haven’t been seen by the doctor even after checking in at 12:20 and it’s now 1:30 and people are still ahead of us. Our appointment was at 12:40.
The little girl at the front desk was more than helpful and accommodating. I have never been treated so well by Argent Care staff person at the front desk ever! Many kudos to her! The gal that came and got me and took me back to the cubicle was also very pleasant and understanding. The covid test was way easier than I expected. The PA listened and let me explain without interrupting what was going. We tgen went through everything she explained everything and did so in a manner that I understood. Before I came there I had been to CVS Walkin and recommended ER or your clinic. I chose the latter and so glad I did! I will now be coming there rather than CVS walkin. Many thanks to all your staff, especially your front desk gal who got everything done for me!👍
This is the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. I was able to make an appointment, got right in, the Dr (Ben) is as fantastic, listened to all of my concerns and was able to treat my symptoms. Highly recommend.
MAs were SO personable, friendly, and helpful. The doctor was knowledgeable, kind, and a great listener. I really feel like you valued what I was saying and gave me great recommendations for treatment of my health care problem. I would definitely recommend this urgent care!
I choose this location due to review stars and it being in a better part of valley. I was treated with respect and promptly welcome in. I found the wait time to be inially seen to be quick then the preceding wait to be longer than I would have wanted, but not unreasonable. The PA that attended to me was knowledgeable and friendly and provided solutions on the spot. I thank him and his team for their valuable time and look forward to using them again if the unfortunate arises.
The Doctor, whom Ive seen twice for different reasons, sorry i cant recall his name, he listened to my woes, and treated every symptom reasonably. I really like this NextCare location because they actually help me. I was just plain sick and when i left i was not sorry i went there.
Another great experience. There is never a long wait and they truly take time to listen to the needs of the patient. This place has become my regular go-to for urgent care needs.
My experience at NextCare Urgent Care was very efficient, very smooth, and a good person to serve me. She evaluated my problem and gave me a good suggestion which I followed through on and now I am in the process of solving.Thank you for everything.
This week I went for two visits at NextCare. Both times, I was very impressed with Dinara, the young lady at the front desk. Both visits, she handled difficult clients professionally and graciously creating a calm atmosphere for the rest of the customers. I was very impressed with her ablity to manage various potentially stressful situations. I would come back to this facility with the outstanding service at the front desk.
Very prompt and thorough. The practitioner explained everything clearly and was very nice. Told us hed be there all day and the next incase we needed anything. A great experience for out of towners.
Easy to schedule an appt to this clinic. Usually it has great availability. Fast, efficient service. The only thing that is difficult is the ability to see the results of x-rays.
I have been a patient of Next Care Urgent Care for close to 3 years now and I can’t tell you enough how appreciative i’am of the care they give to me each time I visit. My provider Megan Huerta PAC truly cared and regardless of busy she was she listened to me and offered suggestions then came back to check on me before I left . I felt like I was talking to a life long friend of mine and she was there to listen. Sometimes it’s those little gestures of compassion that is the “medicine” that is patients need to truly make us feel better. The front office is always willing to help with a smile and are willing to go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable from the second you sign in to the minute you walk out of the door. There needs to be more healthcare facilities like this one . They are truly the best . Thank you!!
This place has been good most of the time. Most of my visits have been smooth. Last time that I was there, there were too many people in the waiting room. I also have called 10 times in the last two days to return a missed call about a test result, and can never get a response. Knocking off two stars for wasting my time.
The front desk staff and Ben were amazing! The care I received was thorough and empathetic. I’m very appreciative that they went above and beyond while I was in pain and sick.
Wait time was minimal (Thursday afternoon). The provider was thorough and knowledgeable . Very thankful that the treatment was effective for my hip pain and Im able to walk, again!
Quick and efficient. The NP was kind and empathetic. The front desk employee was also kind and helpful. The MA that checked me in was abrupt and dismissive. She could use a little more kindness, compassion and empathy otherwise my visit to Nextcare was uneventful.ThxSheila Taylor
This is the second urgent care I go for a problem on my daughter’s hand an the level of care and knowledge of the doctor is way much better than the previous. Dr Ben Seleen is such a wonderful knowledgeable and caring and takes time to explain the possible reasons of the pain and give solutions and referrals.
Pretty bad visit. I went in there and I was the only one, and the front desk reception was severely lacking in customer service. Not to mention, I still had to wait a while even as the only patient there. The doctor visit was the only saving grace, he was pretty nice and understanding. The exam went well, but I needed blood tests ordered.Im a special case when it comes to drawing blood. I have tiny veins that are hard to find. If you use a regular needle on me, you can poke clean through the vein extremely easily. I requested a butterfly needle be used to draw my blood. Not only did the medical assistants and nurses sit outside and basically argue over who was going to draw my blood, the woman who ended up drawing my blood used a regular sized needle despite my request, acting like she knew more about it than me. I have been through hundreds of blood draws over the years, my family is medical, so am I. Its not like I do not know what I am talking about.Sure enough, Im now sitting here with a vein leak because she poked right through the vein. Im not pleased. Avoid this place if you need blood drawn. I would only use if its an emergency.
Receptionist was very attentive which I liked. Greets you as soon as you step through the door way. The doctor is very nice and a great listener. Hopefully my daughter will get better with what the doctor prescribed.
Front desk help is less than pleasant but the NP was very nice and helpful. Turned in my paperwork with current phone number and they never even put it in the system. Also, if they tell you that you have an appointment, you really dont. It puts you in line at that time. Since ben nice to know that. Youre still treated as a walk in.
I came here yesterday due to severe neck pain. I was a walk in and waited maybe 25 minutes to be taken back after filling out paperwork and paying my copy. I waited an additional 25-30 mins to see Dr. Rothstein but once I did everything went quickly and smoothly.I explained my issue and he listened attentively and examined my neck and told me I had strained it. He was very informative and caring and sent me on my way with my prescriptions.I dont live near this location but if I ever need to go to Urgent Care again, Ill go out of my way to go to this office.
Rude staff, no compassion which is what you expect from the medical field. Dont bother making an appointment I did and the 3 walk-ins went before me. once I was brought back I sat in the room for 40 minutes without speaking to anybody. Once I was able to speak to The doctor I was denied the care I requested. So in short my 10:30 appointment ended at noon with nothing done.
Excellent care. The doctor was amazing. So thorough and thoughtful. He really took his time and was so great. Would recommend one hundred percent
Quick and efficient. Wrote scripts directly to CVS.
I am just very happy that when I went Next Care on Thursday early evening that the Susan the NP took the time to listen to my story and suggested I use the cream she ordered for me to stop the itching I was having in and around my armpit, I was not sure what might have stung or bit me and she said it looks like some kind of a skin irritation. So I went to Walgreens picked up my prescription and OMG as I put it on before bed and instantly it stopped itching.I just love going to the one at 48th St & Indian School rd. They are friendly and caring group of people.Keep up the great work and kindness you all share.
This was a follow-up to my first visit a week earlier. That experience was quick and simple. However, today I waited 1/2 hour for staff to arrive and prepare to service patients. No complaints with the PA at either visit.
Indian School location. Super helpful. Tech was so nice. Attending and the assistant were great.
Even though it was clearly stated everywhere that everyone must wear masks, the waiting room was full and besides the staff, my daughter and I were the only ones in masks. From what the front desk said too most of them were there for illnesses so I’m not sure why masks were not enforced. Usually pretty happy with this location but this really bothered me.
Made an appointment for a Covid test for travel. Prior to booking with Nextcare Urgent Care (Arcadia), I called at least 6 other Urgent Care offices trying to find a place to get the right test and within the required window. This particular office has the most responsive and friendly staff and they were incredibly helpful. I absolutely recommend this location for your Urgent Care needs!
The PA was soooo wonderful. She was easy to talk to and friendly. We need more PAs like her with great bedside mannor! Thank you !Was back again for the second time in the last 2 weeks for Pink eye first with my youngest then my oldest! They’re so fast kind and answer all my questions! Ben was great and gave us a great recommendation Im so happy with this next care!
You appointment time means nothing…. Scheduled for 11 am and they kept calling back walk ins amd i wasnt seen until after 45 mins later. Why have the option to set appointment if you dont honor them? I was left to almost pass out in the lobby before i was finally seen
Service is fast. People are friendly. The docs/nurse practitioners seem very competent and good bedside manner.
Arthur is a wonderful doctor. The straff is always friendly. They go as fast as possible. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Very clean. I always come here for myself and kids
I thought the Dr was great. He actually explained when one of my kids was on the verge of getting an ear infection (which happened when I went to reg. our pediatrician) I could start them on ibuprofen and get the fluid to drain to avoid it turning into infection. Totally makes sense & I’m wondering why my ped. Never told me that... repeat visits (1st to tell me it’s ‘almost an infection & come back for meds if it turn into one... each visits charges, & yes it turned into infection).Very detailed, spent good amount of time. I would recommend this location & staff for sure!
My visit to NextCare was for a Covid test.I had preregistered, so the checking went quickly. After a short wait, the test, exam & valuation went smoothly. When I need urgent care in the future, I will definitely consider Next Care.
Great customer service once you are in the back. Nice, efficient, professional staff. They would get 5 stars but the receptionist was quite rude and short with me, even arguing as to why I had made an appointment.
My mother-in-law fell and suffered a minor laceration while we were traveling. Our hotel recommended this facility, which was staffed by a residency trained emergency physician. Her laceration was repaired quickly, and we were treated with courtesy and confidence. I would gladly return. Dr. Horowitz was great, and Jennifer, the receptionist, was fantastic with our questions and directions.
Im so thankful the first urgent care I drove to was closed for vacation when we showed up, and instead ended up driving a little further to this NextCare. We were on this side of town having some fun for my daughters 4th birthday when she fell and broke her wrist. We showed up very stressed and bummed having had our fun day go south but Dr. Arthur and the staff immediately put us at ease and cheered us up. We showed up after 7 (they close at 8) and they got us right in with a smile. The staff is thorough and you can tell they genuinely care! Dr. Arthur was doing magic tricks and making my daughter laugh and forget all about the pain! He got her some ibuprofen right away and then took her back for an x-ray. I listened from the exam room and could hear them being so sweet and gentle with her. They came in a few minutes lately and took the time to explain her injury and what we need to do now, got her all splinted and wrapped up, even gave her a little arm sling, gave us a referral, a cd copy of the xray, and assured us that everything would be okay. Thank you NextCare! We dont live close but if anything ever happens again Ill be tempted to drive a little further again! Keep up the great care!
Excellent staff. Professionalism to the brim. They take care of business. NextCare’s staff works well together.Don’t waste your time with MinuteClinic. Those physicians have no accountability. Really good at passing the buck.
Very, VERY poor experience here. Everyone seemed upset at us. I brought my fiance in and when she was explaining her symptoms they told her they could only treat one issue instead of considering all symptoms as the reason we were there. Her career choice as a Veterinarian was even criticized by the physician. I would choose any facility over this one.
The PA Travis is very thorough and friendly! All of the staff has always been super friendly and easy to deal with. I never feel like a “number” at this urgent care.
Would rate this place lower if i possibly could. scheduled an appointment and was told it “maybe, possibly would be an hour” if we’re lucky but i have to wait in a room with 10 people because they are accepting walk-ins before the appointment. the receptionist simply shrugged at us and said if we left to come back we would probably be skipped.. after an hour!
I feel like Im being generous by giving this facility two stars. So the story goes...I had an injury last year and the PA, Kevin Galopin attended to me and performed a minor medical procedure on me. Although he did a decent job, I ended up with a minor post-injury complication, which he said he couldnt fix (which is fine), but then referred me to the wrong kind of specialist for follow-up. Although, Im not a medical professional, I could tell you that his referral was completely off. In fact, there was very little follow-up and no referrals to physical therapy, etc. It was very frustrating to be steered in the wrong direction! I have been to this facility prior to my injury and thought all of the staff there was great, and never had a problem. Unfortunately, since my injury, I have had ill feelings towards this particular facility and havent been back. If I need urgent care, I would prefer to go the NextCare on Thomas Rd and 18th St.
Very polite staff . The Visit was quick and I guess as pleasant as you make it since it is an urgent care lol. I came in with a really bad headache. They made sure they attended to me promptly, which I highly appreciated. I still have to much to rest but I definitely recommend this particular nextcare!
Very good experience with nurse practitioner Kristin. Extremely good bedside manner and personable. Answered all my questions in a thorough manner and did a great physical exam. Thank you!
This review is long overdue. We were visiting the area from the East Coast in August of 2018 and my wife had a foot injury (few broken toes) while we were staying in the hotel in Phoenix. Being far from home and with a few kids in tow this was a challenge. Arthur Rothstein took great care of us - with sympathy, professionalism and patience. He took care of the injury and coordinated a follow up for next day with a foot specialist in the area. With great care and attention he was able to save the day and the whole trip for us! Thank you, Arthur! Your kindness and help on that day is much appreciated!
**DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY*** I had a very unfortunate experience with Dr. Arthur Rothstein, the attending physician. He cut me off when I was in the middle of explaining my symptoms, past history and treatments I received for my recurring health problem. Instead of taking time to listen, he unilaterally decided which treatment would work (it didnt....) and rushed out of the room to write a prescription. I decided to go along with his condescending and rude behavior, and left determined to go to another urgent care facility. **I wasted the $75 copay** DONT LET IT HAPPEN TO YOU.This should not matter -- all patients should be treated well -- I work in healthcare, and have interacted with quite a few physicians over the last 30 years in my profession. If he worked for one of my medical collaborators, he would have been fired by now. If he is willing to listen to some patients and not others (as was the case with me), then even more reason to make sure that he does not work with patients.
By far one of the best Dr.visits Ive ever experienced. From the receptionist to the nurse and the Dr.They made me feel comfortable with the way I was treated. They were polite courteous and very helpful.I would recommend them to all.
We were in there this morning to get a Covid test for my two year old. We made an appointment for noon and waited an hour and half before he was seen. Meanwhile you had multiple coughing people in the waiting room. First off, what’s the purpose of an appointment if you make people wait that long, and secondly if you don’t have Covid you sure can get it when you are waiting for your appointment for an hour and half with other individuals. You would think for a medical facility you would be taking more careful precautions.
5/5 stars for the front desk super nice lady. Doctor refused to give me my medicine for step throat. I explained I have had strep throat 75 times with positive throat cultures. I know when it’s coming on so I get my medicine the day before I am going to test positive. Doctor refused to give me my medicine suggests a throat culture just to try to collect more money, when I ask if it’s going to cost me anything for the culture he refuses to treat me and kicks me out of the office !!!! Do not Go Here!!!!!!!
Great staff from check in ... to nursing staff to the provider. Very impressed with the quickness and thorough history and appropriate physical exam.Im picky being a nurse practitioner myself.Great job...
Very pleasant experience from entering to leaving (especially when you’re not feeling well). Appreciated the assistance from the friendly front desk and quality medical staff members. Thank you!
Wildly unprofessional, they sat on my covid test results for 3 days before telling me I was positive. Every time I called to enquire I was told the provider has to review the results first even after I told the staff I was going to be around a large group of people and this was precautionary (I am vaccinated). Thank you for contributing to the spread. Also they charge $325 for a test without insurance, not free as much of their advertising implies.
My 2year old son had Impetigo They gave my son a steroid causing SSSS Infection. Hes been in Children hospital for 4 days. Never again will i go here. Also told me to switch to Johnson & Johnson baby soap from my all natural organic bar soap. Money hungry people.
Very friendly professional and compassionate , I will recommend this care facility to others and me.This visit was good for my 92 year old mother she felt very comfortable. Thank you everyone your team is tops on my list.
I was able to get an appointment and medication from pharmacy within 2 hours. Staff was very concerned and pleasurable.
Okay so both my kiddos are sick, it’s a Saturday and their primary pediatrician in summer time does not offer Saturday hours. So this begins the hunt. We start at URGENT care on McDowell in Scottsdale mind you we make an “appointment” only to show up and be told it will be over a two hour wait. For reference my kiddos are 3 and 5 that’s not going to work.Call Urgent Care in Arcadia and the front desk receptionist was extremely rude to begin with and all I wanted to know was expected wait time and could she put us in her “que” now knowing it’s not an appointment.I was told it would be approximately 30 minutes however when we arrived she proceeded to tell me that somehow two more people got in front of us! How this is possible I don’t know unless she simply didn’t do what she said she did. I proceeded to question her only to be told that “she didn’t need this” and that “she wasn’t going to discuss” it any further. To me, she was very unempathtic, unprofessional, non helpful, and just plain rude. I will, not will my kids EVER step foot in this place again. Awful Awful Awful
The place was nice and easy but i think the doctor could’ve provided her opinion a little bit more also definitely share more information on the topic of discussion
If I could give zero stars I would. I was notified on Friday evening that my daughter had been exposed to a child with covid at school. I am a healthcare worker and knew that I could not see patients until I had a negative covid test. I made an appointment specifically for a rapid return covid test so I could work on Monday. Because there are multiple freeway closures on the weekends in the Phoenix metro area for construction, I had to take surface streets to the appointment which meant over an hour’s drive one way. When I arrived I was told that they ran out of rapid tests two days ago. When I asked why I wasn’t notified, the receptionist just shrugged. When I asked why the website allowed rapid testing appointments to be scheduled if none were available, again she shrugged. I walked out without my SCHEDULED test. And proceeded to drive the hour and ten minutes back home where I will need to cancel patient appointments. I understand that Covid has caused businesses to alter their procedures and things slip through the cracks, but this lack of customer service is inexcusable! I wasn’t even offered an apology for the inconvenience.
I was treated promptly, respectively and with true urgent care. The check in process was smooth, even as a walkin. I had a chance to explain my symptoms and a Dr Noriko took action with test, Rx and a follow up call. I recommend this location.
Weve been coming here over the years as needed...but wont be returning after my last visit. The Dr. acted irritated with me, and didnt seem to listen to me at all. They also charged me twice what we paid for a visit 6 months ago.
Very courteous and efficient. I had a short wait as there were several people ahead of me, and I didnt have an appointment. Once in the staff was great, and I was taken care of and on my way very quickly.
Wonderful, kind staff. Took my health worries seriously and were amazingly communicative throughout visit. Have never had a problem here. Always feel reassured about coming back when I next need.
Friendly and helpful staff.
What a terrible experience, and not because of the Dr. the front desk girl Viridiana Gomez was one of the most rude, unimformative, and horrible people I’ve met in my life. It was my first time visiting this location as my kid was sick. She asked if I’d been here before, and I said no. So she said I’d have to fill paper work out. Other than that, she didn’t say, “he we need you to sign in, is this for you or the kid you just pointed at?” She treated me like I was an idiot. Like I was absolute trash. If it’s a person first time in your location, maybe some follow up questions when signing in would be nice. Why would this horrible human being work in the medical care field just to be rude to people? Get a different job if you don’t like people. Especially sick people. The attitude was across the board too. Snarky to other people as well. It’s a shame that the first impression patients get when they walk into such a nice office is from this grinch. Please do somthin about this. Ina business owner perspective; this will drive away more people rather than bring them in.
The staff was courteous and friendly. I was in and out within an hour. I give it 4/5 due to the fact that they didn’t have X-Rays here. Otherwise if I ever need urgent care that doesn’t require X-Rays, I will come back.
I did not have an appointment to get a Covid test but I came in when they opened up and I only had to wait 40 minutes. Once I got in it went smoothly and the nurse practitioners were really great
My visit to NextCare was such a pleasant experience from the time I checked in to the time I was taken back by the M. A., and the P. A. Kevin was very thorough and efficient,as far as, being attenative to my symptoms and anticipated my needs for my care. Thank you so much!!Dana A. Silva
The staff is nice. Unfortunately I got a pain prescription on Friday that no pharmacy would fill since I didnt have a member ID card yet. Just got the member ID info but the prescription is now expired. The only way to get a replacement prescription is to sit here for several hours until this afternoon....or......drive back home and drive back here to pick it up and drive back to the pharmacy. The cost in gas is more than the cost of the prescription.
I wouldnt go here unless its a pressing issue - way overpriced. With my insurance a simple strep test was $125. They sent me home with a viral infection and told me to come back if it wasnt better in 3-5 days. 11 days later it was clearly a bacterial infection but I will not pay another $125 to this place.
Staff was very polite and extremely professional! I was in and out in 30 min and my prescriptions were sent to my preferred pharmacy within minutes!
The provider at the time of my visit was very rude to both my wife and I. I always go to this urgent care because we always have a great experience with the providers and the staff but the provider that we saw today for my 3yr old son on 11/29/22 at 2pm was very rude and not helpful at all.
I always have a good experience at NextCare. They are pricier than other places but have everything in house... xrays and labs...and they are ready for anything that may come up. When you are sick, its nice not to have to travel and wait to do these things elsewhere. The staff and doctors treated me like a real person and not like the next case of the fluwalking in.#goodcustomerservice#doctorswhoexplainthingsclearly#shortwaittimes#Ifeelsomuchbetter
Jared was great at answering my questions!
I could not have had a better experience. Scheduling was easy and I was in and out quickly. The staff were all very competent and friendly.
I could not go to this location because it was too busy. However, the lovely person at the front desk was very helpful. I believe her name was Brittany. Thank you!
I don’t blame them for the wait, they can’t help it at all. That’s not what this review is for. Please get paper copies of your prescription urgent cares never send it over in time. I’m in horrible pain from an open wound infection. I leave after being told it was sent to Walgreens, I call it’s not there. I go eat and call again it’s not there. They (Walgreens) said to call cvs just in case, they’re there and ready. CVS doesn’t take my insurance. I’m in the 85008 zip code in Phoenix. They sent it to the Cvs on Dobson in Mesa. I’m in so much pain I can’t even express it. I’m so frustrated because I know better. Please please please get a paper prescription. It’s not going to be ready by the time you get there anyway if it’s e presribed.
