Very quick if you have an appointment. I am here as an exchange students and given the fact I was rather clueless how this works. It went pretty well. The doctor Mickey is a good listener and staff attitude is very professional.
Very clean, very short wait time for a Saturday evening. Staff was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and even though I ended up having to go to the emergency room to get my sliced thumb sewn up, Mickey Nguyen, Denise, and all the staff that treated me were wonderful. Thank you so much for listening to me and being very careful not to hurt me more. You guys are a cut above the rest! Definitely sharpened my awareness… the whole place and staff seem to be Cut from a different cloth, really..won’t be using any other urgent care. Patient for life!
On a Saturday called around noon, took my name booked appointment 2:15 all notifications came by phone almost immediately. Checked in on line, quick check in, quick little check up in person with notes, next was exam, done.Helps to have medications list to give them, saves time. Good job everyone Thank you
Most amazing staff ever! Right when walk in, the receptionist, the M.A., and the doctor. All amazing. I got six stitches, and I am not gonna lie yall. I was nervous. I really dont like going to urgent cares. BUT, these people are were on top of everything, the visit went smooth and fast. I highly recommend this place, this staff, to everyone. I really cant thank you all enough.
The place was spotless; the assistants were polite and nice. I had a scheduled appointment, and they took me back on time. He took my information, and the nurse was very personable and friendly. The doctor came in within five minutes and thoroughly examined my injuries. He gave me options, remedies, and suggestions. Also, I have a follow-up with my PC. He felt I might have another health issue that I might need my PC to address besides my injuries. I would highly recommend this urgent care. Thank you all for the services that you all practice and the great interaction with the patients who come to you for their care/injuries. I gave them a four star because they did not have an X-ray Tech on duty. I dont think its their fault, but I contacted other urgent care, and they also did not have an X-ray Tech. 🤩🤩🤩🤩
Everyone was very friendly and professional. I did not have to wait very long. It was clean and easily accessible. Only complaint: I could do without the grunge rock music playing in the lobby ...didnt help my headache.
There nothing less than one star otherwise I would give them that. I visited next urgent care on Thursday night, waited two hours to see a doc, coz I had a really bad pain on my knee. Finally saw the doc, he said that he sent pain medication to the pharmacy. I waited 12 hours, the next day I went to pick my med they nothing has been sent to them. I contacted the office, the lady told me that they sent the med to other frys pharmacy, I said, give the location so I can pick it up there, she said that she was gonna call back in ten minutes another day passes. I called them again on Saturday and spoke with a Amenda, she was so rude and said that she would send a message to doc. I finally give up. Do not waste your time to go there.
It was amazing. I am from out of town and needed late night urgent care. The front desk staff was pleasant. The provider Christy was the absolute best. She was kind, caring and very understanding. I had my sciatic nerve act up and had to be in Phoenix for the week for a conference. It was Monday and I still had to make it through Friday plus fly back home. She was very sympathetic and have me what I needed so I could make it through the week and get home.Your office made an out of towner feel welcome!!! I would highly recommend this place.
Amanda (physician) was very attentive and kind. She listened and made sure to provide premium patient care. I scheduled an appointment and didn’t have to wait too long.
Front desk not very friendly or personable. The doctor was very good and fast. It was quite a long wait to get back there to see her though. Referred me for elbow x-rays. She wrote a recommendation for me to see my general practitioner about it.Then had to go through all kinds of nonsense with NextCare office giving my general practitioner permission to see the elbow x-rays... Even though I signed a release including her name.It took about an hour and three different phone calls to get next care to give permission for my general practitioner to see the x-rays.I was literally telling them that the NextCare doctor recommended that I see my general practitioner about my elbow.Eventually I had to ask for the office manager and she made it happen fairly quickly. But not until after I went through an hour of nonsense on the phone with them.
We had such a great experience here, especially with the P.A Christy Lacey. She was able to calm down my boyfriend as he was getting 4 sutures, a tetanus shot and just walk him through everything she’s doing. Very professional and was able to keep the mood light. Incredible care received from Christy.
I was seen in less than 15 minutes of being checked in. The staff is always polite and respectful! I drive 30 minutes to this location because I am always heard when I go in, unlike the competition that is less than 3 minutes from my house. The PA last night was sure to explain the possibility of a false positive on a test I was going to get done, which I was okay with. I appreciate that he went along with my wishes on it. I highly recommend this location.
Went there for an emergency with my 3 year old. Not too many people were in the waiting room and they got us in very fast. They took care of us quickly and all went well. They did a good job.
Very easy to schedule a same day appointment but it would be nice if it actually started on time. Something that should have taken 10-15 minutes took over an hour. It felt like the staff forgot about me.Also they ended up giving me medical advice that, once I consulted with my GP, ended up being wrong.Dont waste your time or money here
The care was great and I would go again. The only thing that bothered me is the exam rooms and the lobby were filthy dirty. Especially the exam room as I was sitting there waiting for the doctor to come in the sides of the exam room table looks like it had never been wiped Down. Also, they did not clean the blood pressure cuff in between patients. The staff was great very nice accommodating however housekeeping really needs to do a super scrub down on each exam room.
Very informative. Very professional clean atmosphere and punctual with Determining the problem I have with my skin allergy. They listened to me when I informed them of my past skin allergy outbreaks and gave me the necessary medication to relieve my problems. I am content and will be back if I need to be seen again for any health issues.
I received excellent patient care services from the urgent care on Thomas and 20th street. From the moment I arrived the administrative staff were friendly and responsive. I was experiencing shortness of breath and swelling in my throat related to an asthma attack. I maybe waited maximum of 10 mins before taken to the back (honestly based on what I was experiencing it felt like an eternity but even then in comparison to other urgent care places and ER hospitals this visit was prompt). The medical assistant was also kind as she/they checked my vitals and performed screening assessments. The wait to see the PA, who was also very nice, thorough and efficient, maybe came in 10 mins later. They were able to get me the support and medicines I needed to breath again. I don’t often write feedback, however this experience was one of a kind and the staff was very helpful; they deserve to know that their caring attitude is making a big difference. Keep up the excellent work! Thank you for the quality care I received. (Note to corporate: I hope you can link my visit and commend your staff that worked that night; I went on a Tuesday night after 9pm). Oh! I didn’t have an appointment.
People were nice, I saw a doctor rather quickly and the x ray technician was very nice. When I left one of the nurses in the back who hadnt talked to me made sure I was feeling better before I left.
First of all, the wait time was ridiculous, i made an appointment for 8:30pm(arrived at 8:10pm) and didn’t end up getting home till 11pm. The provider was a joke(DR. Mickey Nguyen)his “check up” was literally 5 minutes! we waited over 2 hrs for him to say my Son was fine and he wasn’t FINE. We ended up getting a second opinion from his pediatrician (next day) and he told us my son actually has a ruptured ear drum. He gave us medication and actually treated us correctly. Beyond disappointed on the lack of attention, care and service we received. Definitely a zero for overall care and a zero for what you would call an “urgent care service”. Please GO to the ER, if it’s an “emergency” you’ll wait about the same or go somewhere else!
So I make an appointment for my daughter because shes in pain she has infected ingrown toenail. We are 15 minutes early. Just to be told its going to be a long wait. I asked about our appointment and I was told ITS NOT A REAL APPOINTMENT ITS KIND OF A PRE-REGISTRATION I told them well it says appointment. I was told WE DONT DO APPOINTMENTS HERE. This was the whole point I made an appointment so my daughter wouldnt be waiting in pain at this place. So if you actually want to be attended to just show up without an appointment its the exact same for everyone. Or better yet go to cigna or another place where the honor appointments.
Once we saw the nurse practitioner, the experience was fast and easy - about 10 minutes. She was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, it took two hours to even be seen with an appointment scheduled prior in the day online. The front office said they’ve been short staffed for a while now. If that’s truly the case, they shouldn’t be taking appointments online if they know that they won’t be keeping them.
I was able to get in to see the provider within 10 minutes of my appointment time. My issues was quickly diagnosed and I was out in about an hour after receiving in clinic tx. A very easy experience overall.
The team was very professional and courteous. From check-in to leaving, everyone was really nice. My visit was later in the evening and I can imagine the staff was getting tired of people.Recommend reserving a time slot before going. Saved me a long wait.
Everything was very fast. The front desk was very helpful and friendly! The assistant Nicole that took us back was very nice and knowledgeable. The PA that took care of my mother in law was amazing. Will definitely come back!
Excellent care and service. There was a huge accident on the freeway and I was 10 minutes late. They still saw me right away. Very nice and the PA was amazing. I wish I remembered her name. My hip pain was keeping me awake and I finally slept
The entire staff was super sweet! The wait time was super quick before I was able to get back to see the doctor and she was AMAZING! Doctors who are able to just look at you and know what’s wrong not just based on their knowledge alone but also due to personal experience and being transparent about it, it always makes the experience more personal and in my case less embarrassing! Walking into a doctors office with an eczema breakout on my face wasn’t easy but the entire staff was really nice about it!
My family was visiting from out of state and had to take our 3 year old here for a suspected ear infection. All of the staff was so friendly and the PA Christy was especially amazing with our daughter who was upset while being checked out. Highly recommend this urgent care!
I was told my insurance couldn’t be verified so I would just be charged a random amount (that was actually significantly more than last visit), and the fact that this won’t be reflected with my insurance billing concerns me.The window sills that are fixed at the tops of the back of chairs are dusty and dirty- my child that turned around in her seat to look out the window had the opportunity to breathe in the filth.Once checked in, we waited two hours (it was midnight when we were finally being SEEN- not arrived. Midnight is when they close) to see a physician assistant who shrugged their shoulders and repeated “I don’t know” for roughly 20 minutes. There was no urgency and I had to end our visit by saying thank you and getting up to leave so we didn’t have to sit awkwardly while being told “I don’t know” to longer.
I came because I have had high fever, nausea, diarrhea, stomachache and headaches since last night. I am pretty sure is because I ate chicken broth that was very old and the symptoms started after the food made digestion. The personnel are good people, but when I told them all of this they made me take flu and COVID tests, which came out negative (oh surprise…). I feel I just wasted my time, money and that I was not listened for the things I came for. I needed to get check for food poisoning but still they disregarded all I said and why I came for in the first place.
I went in yesterday with an abcess in my mouth. The doc assistant was very nice and understanding. However she neglected to call my meds in. I went to the pharmacy and they didnt have my order so I went home. This morning I went back to the pharmacy and still not was send. The pharmacist had to call your office himself and was able to get my scripts. I went all night in pain with the swelling getting worse. No I dont think Id refer at this point.
I dont normally write reviews but I feel like after the experience I had yesterday, I should... while there were a few mishaps w my appt yesterday, its no fault of the staff. Everyone was so kind and considerate. I really felt like the staff went above and beyond. :)
Do not waste your money or time here. They billed me almost $300 even though my insurance covers urgent care visits. Provided me with no information I could not have found in a 5 minute Google search myself.
Staff were very welcoming and attentive. I thank those who cared enough to help me get transported to the emergency room when I had no transportation aside for public transit. Staff is amazing 100/100
Walked in with a nonstop bleeding injury late in the evening and no other UCs were open in the area. They took me back immediately, even though they were extremely busy, to help me and provide medical care. They felt it was best I be seen at an ER, which I did, and turns out I have multiple fractures. I would definitely return for any urgent care needs in the future. Thank you!
I would just like to leave my thank you and I appreciation for the doctors care yesterday on my visit. She was a PA. I don’t know her name but I just want to thank her on the Thomas and 16th St. location. She caught something that was going on and called 911 and got me straight to the hospital. They hook me up took care of me. Thank you once again, staff.
Dr Mickie is a bright young doctor who knows his stuff. The wait time was very short. Seems to be a good alternative to ER
I checked in and the wait time was not bad. I was able to be seen in less than an hour. My Dr understood my concerns and was able to treat me for my sciatic nerve pain.
We came here for a laceration, and they said they would be able to help us do the stitches we needed. We dont have insurance and opted to join one of their insurance services to keep out-of-pocket cost lower, because she told me that would be all wed have to pay. Once they said they could perform the stitches, we waited almost 1 hour until then told they couldnt do the stitches and referred us to the ER. I made sure to ask twice when we left if there were any other charges and was assured twice that there wouldnt be, until we got the bill in the mail that was almost the same exact cost as the ER visit where they performed the procedure. I was straight up lied to to my face- FOUR TIMES. We were completely taken advantage of and Id never ever send anyone to a NextCare again, especially this location.
Dr. Garret was very helpful. He prescribed me all the right things, he was very professional and very efficient as well. Thank you so much, I know if I ever get sick again with a sinus infection, to come here.
I had the weirdest interaction at this appointment. They called me as I was already driving to my appointment to tell me that they can’t do a TB test and a physical in the same appointment, which didn’t make any sense to me. I still went with it and told them they could just do the physical and refill some of my prescriptions and I would just make another appointment for the next day for the TB test. Then when I get there, all the staff is so confused. They don’t know how to do a physical and they don’t have any paperwork that would say that I went there and got a physical. Literally all they were able to do was refill two prescriptions for me. I left went 5 miles down the road to a CVS minute clinic that did the physical and TB test for me as a walk in the same day. The NP at CVS was SO nice and understanding. She did everything with no issues. I can’t say my interactions here were bad, it was just confusing. Especially as a nurse who’s in school to become an NP and getting these things done to fill school requirements, I don’t understand what was so confusing for the NP taking care of me at NextCare because I’m sure she had to do all these same things to be an NP. Obviously I’m not coming back to this urgent care. I don’t even know what the issue was, but it’s not going to happen again to me.
My daughter fell asleep in my car. They allowed me to wait in the car . I was in and out in less than an hour. They were very helpful and understanding. They really cared about my daughter who is autistic.
Arrived 30 mins before my scheduled appointment, checked in and eventually they dismissed my scheduled appointment & check in time and allowed others after me to be seen. I had to check with receptionist to see why I wasn’t being called. Didn’t get seen until a whole hour after my appointment time.
Courteous, professional as well as caring. Amazing experience. With an appointment or walk in, was screen in a short amount of time. Many thanks 😊
Everyone was nice they got me in right away and I felt my hair was ,customized responsible and creative, the doctor came up with some thing I’d never experienced that was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this location
Its was a quick visit come to see what was going on I was not feeling well the receptionist lady was super nice very helpful and nurse that was getting all the information was very helpful. But the doctor did not seem to care or to help with my symptoms I told her that I know my body better than anyone … don’t came here it’s all a scam
I love the staff! They were wonderful! They have excellent services! I would recommend anyone for NextCare Urgent Care Services!
I had the pleasure of being seen by Sarah Snyder at this urgent care facility today, and I couldnt be more impressed. Sarahs compassion and expertise immediately put me at ease regarding my health concerns. Additionally, the front office staff were attentive and provided excellent service. I highly recommend this urgent care clinic, thanks to the exceptional care provided by Sarah Snyder and the entire team.
Used to be our families go to. Recently went down hill. Advertises walk-in and X-ray, but never have enough staff for either. Wait 30 -60 mins after you get taken back to see provider for 3 mins. Wait another 30 mins to receive exit paperwork. Staff is usually unfriendly and unwelcoming. Providers are usually very knowledgeable but the rest just sucks. Other next cares dont seem to have the same problems from my experience
Check-in was quick, and I didnt have to wait long to be see. My issue was addressed quickly and satisfactorily. Staff was great.
Checked in online, staff and doctor were very kind and efficient. I had an EKG done, blood work done and a glucose test. Austin was the name of the technician that help me and he was very kind his he needs to get a raise thats my opinion with the information Ill get from the results Ill be able to go to my own PCP
I called in the morning for an appointment. They said they do not take walkins so they scheduled me at three thirty p m. So I arrived.I did not leve that place untill five forty five.I set back in the patients room 2 hours The nurse practitioner finally came in. See me for 5 minutes. They gave me a Prescription, but it was too late to fill it because my pharmacy closed at 6 oclock. That was my first time there and it will be my last time. They should not call themselves a urgent care. As I set in that room 2 hours I could not imagine why they would just leave me in there.
It was nice and clean. That’s not my first time there the front office staff was very courteous. The wait time wasn’t that too long the overall experience was good
I was disappointed with the Doctor. She, left me sitting in the room . While she left for the day. She didnt want to help me , I had the covid, and had an ear problem. On both sides . I felt bad. No I wont go any more
Have you ever had a negative experience with a doctor? I did, my recent experience at this clinic was unpleasant and I would not recommend it to anyone. The doctor I saw ( Dr. Nguyen ) had terrible bedside manner and spoke negatively about the testing kits available in the office for my symptoms. This made me lose confidence in the clinic and the doctors ability to provide proper care.My fiancé visited the same clinic a few days before me with the same symptoms and was provided with medication and a solution. However, when I visited the clinic, I was not given any antibiotics and was told that my symptoms would probably go away on their own. This lack of care and attention is unacceptable and made me feel disregarded as a patient. In conclusion, based on my experience, I strongly advise against visiting this clinic. I hope that my experience can serve as a warning to others seeking medical care.
My experience at this specific location has always been a positive one not only do I leave with solutions to my issues I always leave with confidence that things are going to get better great doctors great PAs great customer service. If I had to pay out of pocket for a office visit here I would have no problem with it.
Great staff , very nice experience. No long waits ,professional, helpful and friendly. The perfect place for medical care.
They made my experience so fast and easy. All the staff was very kind even though it was so close to closing time! Definitely recommend and will go back if ever needed !!
I came in with a cut on my arm and needed stitches. It was very good for me the way they treated me. I would like to say thank you very much for everything they did
The staff was friendly & they were thorough. They got several people seen in under an hour. I would recommend them for sure.
Clean, efficient, friendly and good care. They actually clean chairs and tables 2x while we were there.Recommend
I went with my 18 year old son. They would not let me back with him. He had a fever 102.1. They gave him Tylenol and sent him on his way. No answers at all.
I was pleased with my experience here. They were fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for assisting me.
Going to this Urgent Care I always have a great experience with the staff. They all communicate, answer and listen to all my questions that I have very well.
Care was pretty good. I couldn’t remember whether or not the nurse/phlebotomist used a clean/new needle on me to take my blood but my friend was there and watched everything he did and remembered everything. She said it was a clean needle and it was even one of those single use ones where you have to manually twist off the cap to expose the needle right before use and taking the blood and you can’t put the cap back on. And she saw him take the cap off right before taking my blood. Good thing my friend was there watching his every move because I get anxiety with things like that. I do remember he immediately put the needle in the sharps container as soon as he pulled it out so I just have to hope and trust that’s where all the needles go each time and that he got the one he used on me from a sterile package. He was very swift and focused with everything he did though and he was professional so that also gave me comfort.
Amazing staff! Every person I met was kind, understanding and not judgmental at all! The service was fast! Thank you for taking care of me!
Great service! I was in and out with in 90 min. Office was very clean. Friendly employees. Thank you again
Love thst i can make appointment still wait a little but better then other times. Everyone very nice and explained well.
They got to me quickly and took excellent care of me. Very well informed and professional and expert
I was in Phoenix for work for a few days and, of course, woke up on day 2 with a sore throat. Could it be? Might it be… Strep?!I was a walk-in and was seen within an hour of arriving. I got in at 6:45 and was en route home from the pharmacy, Z-pac in hand, by 8:30. The NP on staff was super friendly and helpful. The facility was a bit run down, but who cares about the environment when you’re getting quality medical attention? Very very grateful for this place!Oh, and yes, it was strep.
They were very helpful and got me in within 5 minutes of me completing paperwork. Mickey Nguyen was my provider and he was very good at listening to my issues and my treatment. This guy is young but, a good doctor
Very clean🧼🧽, the wait was not long at all🛗, the best receptionists👩🏽💻 Ive ever come in countered with, they move fast here ⛷️and the doctor was great friendly, courteous and knew her stuff🩺📋.
Made appointment online for my daughterMaking the appointment online was easy and fast. Check in was quick and staff is friendlyClean area
The young lady at the front desk was amazing. She was very professional, kind & helpful. The MA named Jay was outstanding he did his job very well. Best MA. I’ve come cross in my life. Service was fast.
Came here from out of state when I was traveling for work. Was in and out in about an hour as a walk-in, I couldnt believe it! Staff was kind and efficient. Facility was clean and had a lot of parking. There is even a pharmacy (not connected with NextCare) next door making it very convenient. Overall I had a great visit for the unfortunate situation I as in and they took very good care of me. If I lived in the area I would definitely go back again.
Angela the front desk worker was very respectful and help full as well as her coworker promote ahead of peers and give them a raise.
This location had the best service even with being very short staffed, to only having one provider, they made sure all of my questions were answered and gave my 9 year old the best care.
The staff was very friendly. The provider was knowledgeable and kind. And they were quick to address my issues and give me options. I would definitely come here again if I needed the care.
I have been to this Urgent Care multiple times, but my visit today was so great it reminded me to finally leave a review! Staff has always been pretty nice, and today they checked me in quickly and took me back quickly. The NP I saw, Tara, listened to my concerns and anxiety and did not make me feel rushed even though they currently only have one provider working. Thank you Tara! Seriously! Great place to go when youre feeling sick.
Terrible. I tested positive for Covid at home, and went to this urgent care to get started on paxlovid as soon as possible. I have cancer, and am immunocompromised. After I explained my situation to the medical assistant I could hear them talking about me in a very unprofessional manner outside my door. 30 minutes later Mickey Nguyen came in and told me that he would not write me a prescription because I have cancer. THE WHOLE REASON I WANTED IT IS BECAUSE I HAVE CANCER. The whole experience was traumatic. Paxlovid is approved as standard care for cancer patients. My oncologist of course called it in for me the next day. What a waste of my time and $50 copay. I wonder how many other patients are given bad information at this place?
1.- Great costumer service 2.- nurse very respectful good manners 3.- practitioner amazing great attitude, 5 stars for you.
Very fast service, friendly staff. Our provider was friendly and cared about our experience.
Some of my family members and I have been to this Urgent Care in multiple occasions. Today I had to pay them a visit so I am finally going to leave a review. In both of my visits this year the staff has been always nice and helpful. Today was no different, I loved seeing Tara Mahoney today. She listened to my symptoms and concerns and made me feel comfortable to speak to. Lindsay McMinn who I saw less than a month ago was also very personable and professional. I have been treated with kindness and patience each visit and I deeply appreciate that. The only thing I will say needs some work are the wait times. Specifically when you have booked an appointment and it takes an extra 15 to 20 minutes, sometimes even more for them to see you. Other than that, great place for you to go when youre feeling unwell.
Went to see a dr on may 30 2024 at 5:15 PM got there early and was seen right away , spoke a doctor went over my what I was there for , got a RX and tried to fill it but the RX was closed already called the same RX that was open later then the first to see if they could fill it , was told there was no record of anything called In by the Dr office and no RX number or dr number on the paper work to give to the new RX a waste of 35 bucks as I am leaving for Calif @ 3 AM so I am left in pain and a infection that will go another day untreated not very professional if you ask me
Excellent very fast very professional. In and out. Suggest making an appointment though. The doctor is the bomb.
EVERYONE WAS AMAZING..FROM THE FRONT DESK FARRAH ..THE MEDICAL ASSISTANT AND PROVIDER ASHKEY QUIMBY...VERY FAST AND EFFICIENT... I WAS WELL TAKEN CARE OF AND GIVEN MEDICATION ..MARIA THE MEDICAL ASSISTANT WAS VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY..DEFINITELY COMING BACK FOR ANY FUTURE CARE 🥰 I RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC FOR SURE
I went in for a gauche on my head and was scared to go in the night before so I had so much dry blood. Kristen was sooooo sweet and funny. She helped clean me up and gave good advice. I appreciate the staff too. They were nice.
Ive had such a hard time getting test results back from them. First of all, its impossible to get the actual office on the phone. You have to call the main line. Ive spent hours combined on the phone doing that. After being told 3 times that the office would call me back, I decided to go in and stay until I had answers. After about 40 minutes I was finally informed that somehow my sample was LOST and never received by the lab. The only reason Im giving 2 stars is because the provider I worked with from here, Mickey, was amazing. He worked with me on the re-test and was kind, understanding, professional, and thorough. Hopefully I actually get my results this time!
Doctor was really clear on my condition. Profesional personal not long wait to get the right attention.
Dr. Nguyen did a great job, he took his time. Staff was also very friendly
Caring , friendly staff efficiently checked me in, assessed and cared for my medical needs, and gave me followup care instructions. Great service.
Very friendly.. short wait time... As a traveler, just passing through it was a wonderful experience.
Possibly the absolute worst customer service ever. I booked my appointment online, thinking this would get me to see a nurse faster. NOPE! You are better off walking in with no appointment, and it helps if you are Hispanic. My appointment was set for 6:07 p.m.; I arrived 10 minutes earlier, as recommended. An hour later, I watched three walk-ins with no appointments, and they were seen before I was. I asked what the hold-up was and was told by the dumb*** receptionist they were “printing my paperwork.” I asked, are you guys using a printing press? Never have I ever heard of anything taking over an hour to print. Then she said they had to take in walk in patients first because they were emergents. So it wasn’t the printing!?! Mind you I came in for strep and had a temperature of 102. I went to Banner Urgent Care and was seen within 15 minutes and the staff there was incredible.
Staff were nice and very friendly. Didnt have to wait long. Give a five star
I went in on a Thursday around 11-11:30pm. There wasnt any other patients. So I got in immediately. I was having horrible pain in my L abdominal area. The NP said I had a pretty nasty uti (urinary tract infection). They gave me an injection of some strong antibiotics so they could start working right away. Everyone was really nice. I didnt feel rushed in any way. But I was in & out in about 30 - 45 mins tops. Great experience....
Very good front desk personnel. Attentive NP and thorough during my P. E. Thank you from a a fellow healthcare practitioner in the medical field.
I called about 2 pm. They had nothing until 9:30pm appointment. I show up around 9:15 they said they had nothing with my name but theycould accept me as a walk in. Not acceptable I waited all this time.i couldve gone as walk in 6 hrs ago. I hate incompetent people n liars. I said nothing and walked out.(didnt waste my time) They can kiss my a$$ Im not waiting all night there till they feel like calling me.Ill go somewhere else. They said they called. Nope. They didnt call or text me.U guys need more competent people.
I made an appointment for noon. They had me seen by a provider, medicated and out of there by 2:13pm. That’s a quick turn around because other places would have had way longer wait times. The staff were also very friendly.
They were perfect it was quick and sufficient and they took care of me every well.
Ive had 2 frustrating visits. For both I scheduled appointments and had to wait over an hour to be seen. The second one did not accomplish anything. I am still sick with no outcome. The test results were delivered by Labcorp a while back, and I am still waiting for a phone call from the clinic even after having contacted the main office. I would recommend going elsewhere. This location seems to not be staffed appropriately (too many MAs and not enough providers) and the overall clinical care is very delayed for an urgent care setting.
Good customer service, quick, for what I needed to be seen for. Good communication and information from practitioner.
Me and my wife had a confirmed IVF appointment for Friday February 2 2024 at 9:30am. We got there and the lady behind the counter was extremely rude and said theyre wifi was down so they couldnt pull up the appointment. We asked why didnt you call us? They said their phones were down. Then 2 seconds later their phone rings.
I was not impressed by the level of service received. The front desk staff acted like children. In addition, the security guard on duty was unprofessional in his interaction with front desk staff. I felt like I was at Jakes Unlimited.
I was asked to wait in my car because I had tested positive for Covid on a home test. I finished the 9 pages of intake in my car using my phone, which I had made sure was on for calls and texts. I did make one call with my insurance nurses line that ran long. By the time I was done I checked for a text and had missed the one that invited me back, 50 minutes earlier. One text. I don’t know why or how I missed the verbal alerts. Usually texts have one immediately and than about a minute later. Maybe it’s my new iPhone. I went in and there were a lot more sick people so I had to wait there longer. The people were pretty nice and the doc discouraged paxlovid treatment in a way I could understand. She also let me know the CDC guidance is to stay home for 5 initial days of symptoms. I really was just trying to see if paxlovid was right for me but I don’t want to spread Covid so I’ll call in and let my workplace know the doc wants me to stay home awhile. So just the waiting in the car longer than projected. The last time I was at a different nextcare, but I was trying to get Covid tested then too, that was far worse. But that was a different place in Mesa. I had to leave with a wounded sinus that couldn’t tolerate how far they wanted to jab me with the swab. This was much better. The test was gentle and confirmed I had Covid. Tons better than the previous one. But they can improve on the alerting system when they send people out to their cars.
From the time I was interviewed by the front desk person up to seeing the doctor was amazing. The young lady that helped me process my insurance was very courteous, very thoughtful, very very professional lady that took my vitals was also very professional, and the doctor was awesome. I had a great experience, there at next care urgent care was treated with respect and compassionThank you all you young ladies God bless
I absolutely LOVE NextCare urgent on 16th street and Thomas✨ Super clean establishment🧹🧼Love the stuff! They all are super nice and definitely hear you out!! ✨ My visits are always so fast too and the doctor gets straight to the point!! 🩺🧐 I definitely would recommend you guys checking it out! They accept MOST insurances, they allow walk ins and also have the option to do a virtual visit if you cant make it in!! ✨ 10/10!👏👏👏
Everyone was very friendly, Dr was knowledgeable and very helpful. Thank you so much for your service!
My visit was great, considering I was ill. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
Very nice people and the wait wasnt bad at all. Thanks for the good service today.
Staff was amazing, they were very helpful and friendly when my son had his first earache ever. They quickly took me in without appointment & made the paperwork simple. The doctor Holly was very informative and supportive through my experience, she answered all my questions and before we left my son was already feeling much relief. Thank you all veryyyy much for you quick and easy experience, your work is appreciated.
Great team here. Quick , efficient and knowledgeable. Hopefully I don’t need to visit anytime again soon but if the need arises I’ll be going here.
What is the point of being open to midnight and you dont have your own pharmacy. I left at 6pm and couldnt be fill my prescription because it was only one person and they couldnt fill my order
Great service, I come here for all my daughters medical needs. We are in and out never there longer than expected. Amazing service from everyone we encountered. Thanks again ☺️
The office was clean and tidy! While I was in office they felt with an aggressive patient. The front office lady’s were awesome with handling the patient. (Girl with green hair) Receptionist handled it like a rockstar. The Dr I saw was awesome as well. She listened to me and made me feel better immediately. 10 out of 10 would recommend. These lady’s deserve a raise!!!
The receptionist was quick, kind and knowledgeable. The provider had us in and out quickly with the prescription we needed.
The staff and Drs were excellent I was cold they provided me a blanket and I was in ALOT of pain and the Dr was very helpful and informative with all my concerns.
It was a good clean place the staff was very helpful and polite the wait time was okay I went in by appointment.
Very kind and helpful. Made a appointment and they saw me fast I was in out ..Wonderful people
Had an amazing visit they were quick and efficient along with very helpful
I would recommend this clinic to friends and family. It was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful👍
Great place on Thomas and 16 Street. They need to turn on the sign lights at night so old people like me know where Im going. Lol. Happy place. Most urgent cares have grumpy staff, but they were wonderful.
I was able to set an appointment online. All connections were available online and I was able to stay in my car until they were able to test me for COVID. The nurse and the Doctor were friendly and helpful and took care of all my questions.
Went in on a Sunday. The woman at the front desk was cheerful, helpful and polite. The MA & PA were awesome. Professional, informative and polite.Best service I’ve had at an urgent care facility. Only downside was it was stuffy inside but there was ann option to sit outside as well.
I took my grandson to next care for the first time. I didnt have an appointment so I checked in online. We were seen in a very reasonable amount of time. The care that the triage nurse & the nurse practitioner were very polite & showed great concern with the care of my grandson. The two receptionist were very helpful & courteous.I would recommend this next care to anyone looking & needing to be seen an urgent care.
Horrible service! When I came in they didn’t acknowledge me then when I said something about it,they threatened to throw my black azz out! I became the “ angry black woman” in 10 seconds for speaking up! Typical Karen’s…. Then went and got the Management like she was gone put me out!!!! Girl Mgt know you racist, I went right on back to get care but never again!
The staff was very nice, professional, and helpful. The xray tech was kind, considerate, and compassionate. She had the patience of a saint. And the doctor listened to my concerns and explained to me the inner workings of my back and hip so I could understand what happened. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone.
I am very satisfied with my experience. They got me back within ten minutes of walking in and were very organized and friendly. Holly McIntyre, FNP was so friendly and kind. She listened to me and got me the treatment I needed quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality care. Thank you so much!
All of the staff was professional & friendly. Nurse, Ruben, went above my expectations. He came out & gave my mom a new soft blanket to keep her warm & take with her.Thank you Nextcare!
No troubles they got me in within an hour friendly staff
I cut the tip of my finger off. I was worried about having to wait because it wouldn’t stop bleeding. They took me back right away though. This is definitely a great place to go. They take very well care of you here.
I’m grateful this place is open nights and weekends. After struggling with an acute flare up, the physician was very helpful in diagnosing and making great recommendations for moving forward. More so than the emergency room the week prior. Staff was very friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend.
Check in on line was easy got notification when they were ready to see me. Front desk staff very friendly. Nurse Practitioner Tara was very knowledgeable and friendly and took care of me with excellent care. .. glad I chose this establishment and will return if need to in future.
Came in for my routine fungal anal gland checkup and left feeling absolutely wonderfully rabiesd up turn out I had an extra liver on my appendix and they removed it free of charge and make me pee pee much bigger instead of me being a smelly ghost I now know im a extreme gringoitis sufferer of mangus send help they rook my extra liver
We were greeted professionally, given masks and assistance with downloading the paperwork. Wait time was very reasonable and the staff and female doctor were very thorough and competent. I felt the offices were clean and it was a great experience. I will definitely return here in the future!
Great experience. Short wait time. Very nice people, and they solved my problem
On Saturday the 8th I made an appointment for my Mom to be seen as she was feeling under the weather. When we came the receptionists were friendly and helpful and we were checked in within a minute or two. She saw a PA and he was very through, fast and had a great bedside manner. She was in and out and she was able to pick up her prescriptions before the pharmacy closed for Easter. I would most defiantly visit this location in the future if I have need. Thank you NextCARE family.
Been coming here for years and bringing the kids. Service is fast and friendly. Current providers are friendly and listen to your concerns unlike another that used to work here. Glad shes gone. Recommend making an appointment online for faster service.
Terrible service!!! TERRIBLE!!! I booked my appointment for 3:30pm. I arrived at 3:10pm... it is 5pm and my name had not been called yet. I checked with the receptionist and she said they forgot to check me in. I wasted 2 hours of my time waiting for a service they did not provide me. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!!
Only one star because I can’t give zero. I am an asthmatic and went here because I was having trouble breathing. I was there over one hour and when I inquired about when I would be seen. I was told two people ahead of me. Since when is back pain treated before asthma attack. I was just sitting there struggling to breathe wheezing. I suppose I needed to pass out before I was treated. only go here if you have back pain and you aren’t concerned with how the staff treats you
Ive been here four times and each time depending on what time you get there youre in and out pretty quick . The staff has always been friendly and helpful. the doctors are relaxed to where you dont feel liketheyre rushed to get you out. they were really good today. Only thing I dont like is the mask thing stop with the mask and having to fill out all your information over again each time you go in.
The NP, Kristin, was amazing. So friendly and efficient. They were very busy but she was calm and courteous. I was in so much pain from slicing my finger. I was about to pass out multiple times and she made sure I was safe and distracted me from it all. Wish I had her as a routine NP! She was amazing!
The front desk was friendly. Kristin Turner FNP was knowledgeable, medically thorough, and compassionate. She listened to me, did a complete exam and then prescribed medicine to help manage my symptoms and make me more comfortable. I am very grateful because I was feeling horrible and I have 2 kids to take care of! Mommy duties dont stop for the flu. Thank you for this positive and helpful urgent care experience.
I’m surprised this place has this many good reviews. This place is incredibly understaffed. I made appointments for my children & still had to wait to get seen almost an hour in lobby & every patient coming in with appointments did too. There was only one provider then once we were called in my kids weren’t seen for almost 2hrs to top it off the provider was condescending. Not coming back here again!!
Staff was friendly but wasted $160 just to be sent across the street to the Hospital.
It was pleasant, timely, and organized. Everyone was kind and efficient.
I had a very positive experience at the NextCare on Thomas Rd Phoenix. The care provider Holly as well as the front desk and triage staff were professional and efficient. The facility was clean and functional. Would recommend it!
I seen the greatest doctor great energy I wish she was my PCP.
Everything went well. The only problem was not being able to get an X-ray and the lobby smells of urine. Everyone was friendly other wise
Excellent care although the speed of treatment to discharge was slower than anticipated.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Staff was completely rude to me Including the security guard. That was the most GHETTO place I’ve ever been to whole staff seems to not care about patients at all and they seem to hate their profession. I will be filing a complaint to corporate. Recommend just taken some extra time to go to st Joseph’s right down the street BEST SERVICE EVER!!!
My experience was great. Dr. Nguyen and the entire staff were very helpful and kind.
One of the PAs, Christy, saw our 9 month old son. She was very kind and took the time to put him at ease before looking him over. We didn’t feel rushed and had all of our questions questioned. If we could see her as our regular pediatric provider we would.
My experience was excellent the staff are friendly and courteous and I was seen right away. Dr. Mahoney was great he was clear in explanation and helpful with all my questions and concerns. Id refer them to all my friends and family.
I usually like being seen at this location, however, I am very disappointed with this visit. At 6am this morning, I used NextCares website to schedule a service specific appointment for an x-ray. The x-ray is a specific appointment you the website allows you to select. I arrived for my x-ray appointment and they collected my copay, but when the provider sees me, she says Im assuming they told you up front, that x-ray isnt in today. Um, no they did not. Instead, I paid my copay and got a referral for an x-ray, that now have to schedule and wait for the results. The website should not give you the option to select a specific service if the specific service is not offered. I would have gone somewhere else and its absurd they didnt at least let me know when I got there before I paid the copay. If I had known, I would have gone elsewhere.
I have been coming here for a few years when not feeling well etc. Every time I come here no matter the time or day is such a pleasant experience.Today, Emma in the front got me checked in so fast. I was not in the best mood when I arrived and I may have been not so pleasant initially. She was so kind and didnt react to my attitude. She was so kind and sympathetic she changed my mood. Then I saw lovely Miss Holly! I remembered I saw her over a year ago. The last time I was there. Same warm, caring person who takes the time to talk to you. Not feel rushed and never makes you feel like you are a burden. The office on 19th ave needs to take a page from your book on how to treat and speak to patients.Thank you ladies for always making this not-so-pleasant visit, into an enjoyable experience every time. Youre all very much appreciated!
Overall I like this Urgent Care. I have presented for treatment three times and called Nextcare three to four times. You do not reach a specific office, instead an operator who will relay a message to an office location or attempt to reach staff on your behalf. At times it seemed to me that maybe staff was still learningall steps needed to complete patient care. By that I mean provider stated RX, culture and referral to lab, RX sent to pharmacy but culture never taken and no lab referral completed. Lab test results came in and if understood I should have been told to stop first RX and go pick-up new. (I even asked when called with test results). Then a day like today a new provider identified each incomplete or incorrect step by staff on previous visit and remedied, informed and followed through completely. Office and call center.
Horrible experience. I made an appointment because I had fainted multiple times and they made me wait way past my appointment time. I ended up leaving because how do you expect a dizzy, fainting person to sit up right in a chair for that long. Don’t bother making an appointment here, just walk in because they don’t care what your problem is if you made an appointment. Don’t bother going at all tbh.
First of all, the NP Adrienne was great. She was kind, professional, and thorough.I went to my pharmacy and returned to the clinic an hour later to request a medication that is cheaper, but the front desk girl was different this time - and was EXTREMELY RUDE. I was taken aback by her attitude, passive aggressively discussed my issue on the phone like I wasn’t there and was so disrespectful. I’m still shocked by the experience. I should have asked if she was okay, she’s clearly very unhappy with her life. But again, the nurse practitioner Adrienne was exceptionally kind and professional, I wish the front desk girl wasn’t so terrible.
Long wait but the care and response is excellent. Bring your phone for updates and paperwork to make things simpler. No wonder the wait was about an hour.Schedule ahead if you can. Thank you NextCare for all the help making me better when Im sick.
I did a walk-in and was seen within five minutes of completing the online sign in form. My copay was $75 (for BlueCross Blueshield Amazon subsidiaries). If you need X-rays it is not currently avaliable. They were knowledgeable, quick, and answered any questions I had. Front desk staff was very friendly, and the lobby, back offices, and parking lot were very neat and tidy. They were very clear in instruction when I left (I have to monitor symptoms to see if I need to go to a ER) but they wrote the same instructions in my paperwork for my reference.
Was very busy when I checked in and was told it would be an hour and a half wait, but I was efficiently taken care of. Good staff.
Not a bad facility not the best. I walked in at 6:40pm and was leaving by 7:12pm. I don’t feel like the doctor really heard my needs nor respected my opinion on my own body and how it handled the medication the last hospital gave me that didn’t really work for the extreme tooth pain I was having. Over all they didn’t harm me and they did give me antibiotics I guess so three stars it is
Everyone was helpful. They got me to a physician relatively quickly and the doctor was efficient and on-point. The visit met all expectations.
Friendly staff, efficient processing, short wait times. Will go back to that UC if needed in the future.
Evening head injury: Staff was thorough, time efficient, made referral to hospital based on protocol, which they showed us, requiring someone over the age of 65 taking aspirin to ger a CT Scan which they are unable to do on site.
One reason I pick NextCare is because they have a x-ray machine. Last time went there was no technician working. It was after 5pm had to drive further to find a facility open. Other wise I dont like to go anywhere else. I love all the personal.
The staff is very fun and professional. They have a very positive atmosphere going on and I appreciate it.
Do not go to this urgent care. Mickey Nguyen is a quack NP. He refused to treat my sinus infection, forcing me to wait two more days to see my PCP. All Nguyen wanted to do was argue, and I have better things to do with my time! Working full time limits my ability to go to the Dr. This was a complete waste of time, and a wasted $50. Im going to contact my bank tomorrow morning about doing a VISA dispute resolution. Find another urgent care!
If I absolutely have to go to an, Urgent Care facility, make it NextCare every time
The front office staff was every hostile and non-empathetic towards clients with questions about their new payment system. They were snarky and condescending when I was asking questions about my deductible plan. I asked for a pen they didn’t have any clean pen so they grabbed me one and slammed it down on the paperwork. Then after immediately started speaking Spanish about what just happened making me extremely uncomfortable and unwanted I should have just walked out but I needed to see a dr. I will never be going back to this next care facility. I will say the nurse named Ruben was very nice and understanding honestly the only person that day that made me feel comfortable being in that office. I told the staff that I would not pay out front because of the situation and they first were unwilling and dismissive to my uncomfortable situation then say they could do it. Again I will be finding different next care or another urgent care all together. Nobody when they’re sick should be put through this.
The staff at the front were very helpful, kind and caring. They let me know everything before I went in. The nurses assistant was personable, helpful and did all the tests needed. The doctor was great, explained everything and told me what I needed to do. Great place.
They All show good professional medical, caring, and efficient.
Staff was very friendly and we were in and out quickly.
They were really friendly quick to see me in the back
This place is a mess. Showed up at 7:40pm for a 7:45pm appointment, didnt see the doctor until almost 9:30pm. I understand the long wait, things happen. But the lack of care and inability to talk(on the phone) to the office you were seen at is very disappointing. Had to show up, was basically given no explanation, just they should have called. Recommend going somewhere else. Awaiting my canned answer. Everyone on staff in the back is excellent, the doctors were good at presenting options and very helpful. Only reason for two stars. Horrible place if anything goes wrong after. Here I sit, missing a prescription for an infection and the office just keeps getting it wrong.
Youll be seen right away. I literally had 8 people ahead of me and they moved through everyone pretty quickly and efficiently. My nurse was very patient and understanding. The front office staff were very helpful and kind. This was the only urgent care I could find open til midnight. So happy I found them!!!
Just left NextCare and I am absolutely blown away with the kindness, professionalism and speed of care we received. At the front desk, Doug clearly and concisely explained all our paperwork and got us seen. Emma, the nurse practitioner was incredibly compassionate and sent us with a referral for the next step in care.We were in an incredibly stressful medical situation and the outstanding behavior of the employees at this facility should be commended. I would recommend this establishment to anybody. Thank you so much Doug, Emma and NextCare!!-Pete
The practitioner that I saw was very good, but I did have quite a wait. The reason I did not give five stars is because I believe the front desk needs to communicate better with the medical people in the back. I was called in from my car for the appointment, and I waited inside for 15 minutes to be called into the back. I had Covid, so I should not have been around other people. I finally said something to one of the attendants who came to call people and he took care of me. The front desk did nothing, even when I asked them about it.
Eqau Online scheduling, fast check in/out , friendly staff, clean facility, security guard on site.
Wish I read these reviews first - don’t bother making an appointment since it’s false advertising. Might as well walk in because there’s no difference and you’ll still wait just as long as everyone else.Arrived 10 minutes before my “appointment” time early afternoon, waited for over 1.5 hours and all I needed was a rapid strep test. I ended up leaving because I needed to get back to work.Don’t forget to your copay refunded for no services rendered.
First time here and its was fast and efficient. Check in was a breeze thru the message they sent me. Wait time was minimal and I was able to track my spot every time I got closer to beig called on their digital waitlist. I walked in with 5 people ahead of me and was still seeing in less than 10 mins or so. Staff was friendly and bilingual.
I had an appointment at 7:30. I arrived at 7:02 PM. The waiting area emptied out, and then new people came in. On the app it showed I was next the only one with an appointment. Several more walk-ins were called in. I was called back to the nurse at 8:10 PM. I am waiting on a provider to see my knee.I’m not sure why walk-ins are taken before people with appointments. I hope they have an extra machine.
I came in with some ear pain and it was quick and easy, make an appointment online it goes way faster and youll know you have a spot to be seen! Everyone was nice and friendly.
The best care ever on and out 11 stitches later every one was wonderful
The staff was friendly and patient with my daughter who was a little scared of the swab. Having had a bad experience elsewhere. They all were very thorough and made sure all my concerns were addressed. The facility was clean and smelled clean without the over powering brain cell killing smell of chemicals. I am very grateful this location is open late on Sundays.
This is a great urgent care! Everyone is very nice, it’s clean and not overcrowded, and the wait is short. We were in and out in about 90 minutes, including x-ray. The nurse practitioner contacted us as we were driving home with radiology results so we wouldn’t have to wait, but she equipped us before we left for either outcome… Fracture or no fracture. Luckily, no fracture! We are happy with our experience and will go to this one the next time we have a need.
I was bitten by a stray cat on a Saturday night. The wait was less than 20 mins, the woman at the front desk was super nice, the medical assistant and doctor were helpful and friendly, and the visit itself was very quick. I was in and out in around 40 mins. I was very pleased.
Scheduled an appointment online with this urgent. I was able to complete all of my paperwork online. Check-in was seamless. They had me wait in my car and texted me to come in when it was time. The wait time was 15 minutes, which I feel is very reasonable for an afternoon appointment. The nurses and team were very friendly and caring. They listened to my concerns and recommended the best remedies to get me feeling better. I would highly recommend this urgent care. You can just walk-in, but scheduled appointments are much more efficient!
Dr. Katie or Kathrin was wonderful. She is very kind, understanding and easy to talk to. She is professional, decisive and excellent at her job. What she brings to care for a patient is a rare combination and a rare find.
Reception was kind and friendly. They are open late and were able to get me in about an hour before close on a Friday. The FNP (Kristen) was the best! I was in so much pain and fear, but she immediately calmed me with her kind, knowledgeable, patient presence; a real superhero. They saw me very quickly, and I was treated right away.
I was seen within 5 minutes of arriving even though I didnt have an appointment. The staff was polite and friendly, most important ( and unusual) the doctor was kind yet professional. She put me at ease and took the time to carefully explain everything to me.
I would definitely recommend NextCare I made a last minute appointment for my son.. arrived was greeted by the staff who were so friendly. He was promptly seen by the doctor who was so kind and when we were leaving Bianca had my sons school note and his paper work all ready for me she was awesome!
I didnt get my excuse for my 2 days off. I dont know where my prescription is I didnt get a copy of prescription,Either
Nice friendly staff. Prompt service. Kind people and a clean facility.
Staff very polite, caring and professional. Doctor and staff work so close together that you don’t have long wait to be seen and released. If on Medicare and Tricare for life they will accept them, which some places I called will not. Will go back when need to and absolutely recommend NextCare Urgent Care.
It was quick and not to uncomfortable, Doctor and nurses awesome. Thank you, for helping me in my dilemma...
Upon walking into the facility, I was told there was a 6 person wait, even though I had an appt for 10:30pm. The person at the desk didn’t even ask for my name or paperwork, an ID to verify who I was or anything. Only stated there was a wait time, but didn’t give me an option to do anything about it. And when I simply stated “okay” to there being a wait time, she got an attitude with me, and kept repeating that there was a 6 person wait time. So far incredibly rude service. I understand nobody wants to work at a 24 hour urgent care, but you could be nicer. If this is how the facility allows the nurses to act, what is the Doctors bedside manner? Besides that, why make an appt if you’re not going to be seen on the appt time?
Bryan Rush was fantastic. He was friendly, took the time to listen, I didn’t feel rushed. Genuinely cares about his patients and I’m very happy to have been in his care this evening. Thank you!
Decided to go for an accident . Was told I have a uti and needed medication and the medication will be sent into the pharmacy in 30 mins . I then left and went home to go ti work . I called the pharmacy multiple times to see about prescription( was not sent in ). So I called the urgent care the next day after being on hold numerous of times. Finally scheduled an online appointment and was told that I’d need to reschedule cause the reasoning of the appointment is incorrect ( I put medication prescription not sent in ). So I asked what he’d like ne to put . He couldn’t explain so then I got upset because my pregnancy and told him I need the medication now the uti turned into a kidney infection I feel sick . He said it’ll be there in 30 mins . Was at pharmacy then to get a call three days later from urgent care to get told it was the incorrect medication. That I need to pay more and take more medication even after the fact I been throwing up everyday because the medicine prescribed. Awful experience.
The nurse assistant was a gem and the nurse practitioner was friendly, fast, upbeat, actually cared and even apologized for the long wait… which for urgent care wasn’t actually too bad considering it’s flu season, Covid is still running wild and life happens in big cities. Best urgent care experience I’ve had in a long while.
