Dr. Jain is very knowledgeable, listens to all of my health concerns will providing excellent care. He is not the usual type of doctor to over prescribe medication. He looks for alternative wellness that will fit my lifestyle. Highly recommended for holistic health. The front desk staff is very helpful as well!
This review is for Dr. Jain and his staff: This provider and his staff has failed this family at providing adequate primary care. They do not return calls in a timely manner. They do not answer questions in the patient portal. They do not take adequate visit notes-they only indicate vitals and medications. Their referrals are not accurate (not an operating practice, contact number or address is wrong). They are not able to give an accurate diagnosis based on imaging results (says this is the cause but when you read the report that is not the cause). This provider cannot be found in any other specialists database as a primary care doctor, by name, address or phone number so records are being lost. They were not able to pull up blood results during a follow up visit when they had 7 days after the results were in to obtain that information. They do not review patient records prior to follow up visits, and you have to start over each time to tell them why you are there. With this many care issues, there is zero trust that this provider and his supporting staff can manage anyone’s healthcare. Proceed at your own risk.
My Primary Care Physician, Dr. Dearing is fantastic and this practice used to be. Unfortunately it seems like they were bought out by a clinic holding corporation and have put bottom line profits ahead of patient care. Even those patients with chronic disease like Type 1 Diabetes. I have been waiting for 3 days for an insulin refill authorization with no response. You can transfer around to different extensions and never get an answer other than voice mail is full or not set up. Im likely going to have to go to the ER to keep from dying because of the incompetent care this clinic now provides.Avoid this clinic and look elsewhere for care.
WOW, let me just say that I used to really love coming here for my healthcare. However, I do not know what is happening at this office recently but you cannot ever get ahold of anyone when you call, trying to speak to someone in billing takes an act of God, no one returns your calls, and no one responds to messages in the portal. I will say that Kait King is great- however the office staff is really lacking here. I tried to call the manager - went directly to voicemail oh, and guess what, the mailbox is full and you cant leave a message. Unfortunately, I may be looking for a new doctor just to the lack of office staff. It should not be this hard to get ahold of someone.
Do not come here nothing ever gets done in a timely manner if at all. Good luck getting an appointment if its urgent oh wait thats if they even answer the phone and they wont call you back if you leave a message. Also see what they charge your insurance the doctor charged for a long appointment when it was a phone appointment that lasted less then 3 minutes.
Greed, Greed and more Greed. The ownership of this place is not interested in patient health. Only about the bottom line. The sad truth is that coming from a family of physicians the money is examined first and then maybe the patient care. Synergy Health 360 used the yearly administration fee excuse that it was to cover front end expenses. This place may have the slowest, most unprofessional front end that I have experienced in any business. Waiting on someone to answer the phone for 30 minutes- are you kidding me. Then to add a fee that is supposed to fund the horrible front end is laughable. I wish I could remember the owners name so I could add it in here but, I hope he enjoys his next trip to a nice island at the expense of his so-called patients.
Dr.Stacey Sullivan is down to earth and takes the time to listen to my issues. She is easy to talk to and has helped me stay healthy after almost dying from Covid a year ago! Her office staff are pleasantly kind as well. I highly recommend!
I had a great first experience at this office. The office staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. My first contact once inside was with nurse Sebastian. He was totally engaged and sincerely interested in my concerns. I then saw Dr. Jain within 15 minutes of meeting with the nurse. He was very thorough and explained what Synergy Health was all about. He told me that they view health as being body, mind and spirit all working together. I loved that approach! Im looking foward to my next appointment to discuss the labs the Dr. had ordered for me. I feel like I am on my way to a new way of healthy living with Dr. Jain.
Dr.Jani,Edith,Ellie and Rachel five stars all excellent service I could not be more pleased thank you all !!!!!!!
Absolutely not. I booked an appointment here for my annual gyno exam in September of 2020 and the front office demanded a specialist pay. I told them it was a preventative visit, but they insisted a copay. I paid, trusting that my health insurance would correct their error. They never submitted the claim to my insurance. I did a member-submitted claim and it was determined I do not owe a co-pay. Fast forward to two years later and I have been told the check is in the mail probably 20 times over. Im never going to see that $90 again but maybe I can spare everyone else the predatory business practice. I got the impression that they make up some reason to turn every wellness visit into a problem visit because its more $$$ from insurance.
Called Wednesday morning to reschedule my appointment at the West Office location, show up on the day of my appointment a few days later to be told I do not have an appointment and sorry for the inconvenience. My appointment was very important to getting treatment and diagnosis for my bells palsy. The office manager never called me to try and fix this situation nor was I offered another appointment. My family and I will no longer be coming here. Patient care is awful. Go elsewhere and save yourself the trouble.
Dr Jain is phenomenal. He is very friendly, knowledgable and gives you the best advice for your health topics. All my interactions with Dr Jain has been very enjoyable. The staff is super awesome and easy to work with. Best wishes to Dr Jain and team.
I’ve had a horrible experience since joining this practice. The communication in the portal has been extremely poor. I was instructed to get a blood test done and schedule a follow up to go over the results. I also have a prescription established and needed a refill. It’s been over 3 weeks and I’ve had zero response. When calling and speaking with a rep, they said they would forward my question, but still no response after another 1.5 weeks.Needless to say, my girlfriend and I will be pursuing another practice. It’s been a very frustrating experience during some tough times.
After 20 years of Lupus, I have a complex medical case. Dr Jain and his medical staff took a detailed history, listened to my needs and concerns and weve agreed on a path to get my Lupus back in control. Dr Jain is an excellent Doctor and recognizes what steps need to be taken. They offer an in house phlebotomist and other services. Beautiful office and friendly warm staff. I highly recommend!
Where to even begin.1. Couldnt setup my insurance - spent the first 20 minutes of my first appointment on their phone with the carrier.2. Prescribed medication without any explanation or consult (the Dr. had to leave our appointment early, after showing up 45 min late)3. Absolutely zero response to any portal messages -- including the ones I asked about my new medication. So I ended up not starting it.4. And for the finale, I was stuck with two bills, both processed incorrectly showing I owed hundreds of dollars for two PCP visits ($25 copay). Looking at these invoices in detail, I saw the provider coded my routine visits as some highly complex case to get more $$. Pretty sure thats fraudulent but whos looking. To try and get this resolved, I called their billing department at least 10 times and sent as many messages in the portal. I finally spoke to the billing manger who assured me they screwed up the billing and to ignore it. They would fix it.3+ months later, its still wrong and Im getting letters sent to my house saying its past due.Decided to end the misery and just paid them today...the system won. Dont let them scam you.Needless to say never going back
Very disappointing service and way of treating patients. I had appointment this morning and was running late. To their concern I call ahead of time to let them know. To begin with my drive is 40 min out so I let them know I will be reaching at 10:48AM to my 10:30AM appointment. Fair enough I am late but letting her know I am trying to get asap and On My Way also to learn that it is okay to be late 15min so I was going to be late officially 3 minutes and she said we will have to reschedule if you are late over 10:45AM. I asked if I am there by 10:46AM would you not take me? She said no and forced me to cancel or push to do Telehealth. Very unprofessional. No understanding of life where nothing is perfect or punctual. If that is your attitude you are not person friendly environment and I would recommend everyone to stay away. I ended up driving back home and now in search for new doctor as no matter how good doctors are if service and attitude towards people are caring you dont deserve to be staying open.
Katelyn King and her a medical assistant is 5 star amazing! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! They were there for my time of serious pain. They showed empathy towards my situation and was diligent to help me! They were professional and personally amazing!
Dr. Jain is an excellent doctor who care about my well being. I was introduced to Dr. Jain after my heart bypass surgery and immediately felt that he cared about my recovery. I switched my primary care to Dr. Jain and we have developed a health plan to improve the quality of my life.
This was my first appointment with Dr. Jain and I was impressed with his willingness to spend time with me. He demonstrated compassion and a more holistic way of helping me. I can see that his staff follows his lead in working with patients. This was a wise choice to move to Synergy for my wife and I.
Synergy Health should not be confused with a primary care facility or be misunderstood as a replacement for having a primary care physician. I did not recognize this. And they did nothing to enlighten my understanding of their role in a healthy patients health care regiment.Synergy Health may be a quality ancillary provider if you enjoy the holistic aspect of your health care. But my experiences over a few years or more, showed me that they are not in the business of offering traditional medical advice/assistance etc... that you would expect when going to an actual doctor. Nonetheless, they will not apprise you of this. At least not the Nurse Practitioner that I was assigned to.Ive since recognized that the NP that Id worked with for over 3 years, self describes herself as a Wellness Entrepreneur. Ugh. Thats not really what I want in my trusted source for literate, grounded, medical advice. At Synergy, I never experienced a visit that wasnt paid for by my superior coverage with Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO, but still subsequently followed up with a large bill that was explained as The patient portion. It seemed that no matter what the visit was, a large bill still ensued despite my premium insurance program. And if not paid in a timely manner, collection letters soon followed. To further end, there was never a visit to the facility that wasnt determined to require a followup consultation for something or other. And with hindsight, I tend to feel like I was being enrolled in a cult or at very least, some sort of a subscription program. The most recent was this... I had two visits in about a one week period in late 2020 due to the need to have a root canal elsewhere. My blood pressure was higher than it should be, and my NP couldnt diagnose it over these visits. I finally Googled, and recognized that due to my toothache, I was taking Advil. So I stopped taking this, and it resolved without my care providers assistance. Nonetheless, while doing the blood tests, it became apparent to my NP that I seemingly had low testosterone. She suggested a miracle topical lotion that would surely help. Naturally, I agreed. Until she then explained that I needed to have an additional consultation before they could prescribe this. I declined. I didnt need to spend any more money on another consultation. Once again, they had done a blood test. What consultation could possibly be needed to issue a script for a topical cream?Nevertheless, last week, I decided to do the additional phone consultation so that I could get this magical topical cream. So I set it up. Surely, they would be charging me for this consultation, but if it remedied this deficiency, I was OK with that.So I scheduled the consultation meeting, and was now told that before I could get this topical cream, the protocol NOW was that I needed to do a sleep study that would take place at an outside facility for a night or two. For a topical cream! That, is when I finally did what my gut had told me to do for the past year or more. I ended my relationship with these guys.Over the past few years Ive been made aware rules that my assigned Nurse Practitioner has. Yes...RULES (her verbiage, not mine). It was as though she thought that her role in my life was to be a Life Coach. To discipline me, when in truth she knew that I saw her as an actual doctor. Not an instructor, boss, Mentor or life coach.I am 53. In relatively good health but work rather hard in high end sales. On the same meeting as mentioned above, before the discussion of the sleep study, I asked my NP if I could get a low dose of Xanax to use no more than once a week or so on days that I needed to decompress. I was interrupted with her telling me Absolutely not. I will not do that. I am sure that if you want that, there are other places you can obtain it.. Whatever that is supposed to mean.I asked for an owner to call me two days ago. Nobody has.
Dr. Jain and staff are so caring, efficient, and kind. I am going through some significant health issues and have such enormous confidence in Dr. Jain’s approach. The office is peaceful and you feel cared for!!
Great staff extremely helpful and efficient. Luann Lavin spends quality time with me and is invested in my well being. We have set goals and achieved much. I’m so great-full to have followed her to Synergy from Lifescape. This is a nice new bright office but the difference is the people Stacy Kalyn Meghan Luann.
I love Dr Jain. He is very compassionate and is a great listener. He earnestly wants to help his patients get well.
The staff continues to impress me with the level of knowledge and compassion they provided. If your looking for a great medical team, to care for you, then this is the place to be. Keep up the great work!
I have gone to Doctor Jim Dearing for 25 years. He is the Gold standard as far as doctors are concerned. You will not find a better physician in phoenix.!!
Luanne Lavin is the most caring, compassionate and knowledgeable physician!! I highly recommend her!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful at Synergy!!
Dr Jain is friendly and knowledgeable. He looked at what I came to discuss and shared his thoughts . As a result , I felt listened to and valued .
Dr. Jain is a caring doctor with a great bedside manner.. you do not see this everyday in medicine any more..He is dedicated to keeping his patients happy..
Luann Lavin is truly invested in my wellbeing. Spends quality time with me. We set goals and I’ve seen my progress. Highly recommended!!
Kaitlin King is amazing! She makes you feel safe and always explains everything perfectly, shes the best!
After months of being treated for a bacteria/colon problem by numerous doctors , I still had the problem and no improvement was being seen.. Dr Jain, thinking outside the box, suggested that treatment was aimed at the symptoms rather than the source of the bacteria..Further testing and potential treatment should be directed to a repaired hernia area which is an area of suspect.Herm Meyer
The only thing they care about is your money
Great personal environment. Kaitlin explains the medical issues in a way I understand them and is a very compassionate provider of care.

Very personable and supportive. Was engaged in what my questions were and how to support.

Unprofessional, unresponsive staff
