Very impressed with this location for urgent care! Came here based on the reviews and they did not disappoint! Office staff, nurse, and doctor were friendly, compassionate to my needs (eye issue), and I was treated with the utmost care even as a walk in. I was visiting from out of town and their care was top notch! Thank you! 😊
We had a great experience today with NextCare. The entire staff, from check-in to nurse, doctor - everybody was kind, knowledgeable and efficient. This was after being turned away from another urgent care for the exact same thing. Very grateful for their kind and professional service.
Fell on my wrist and after 11 days of it not showing much improvement I decided to have a doc check it out… NextCare listed limb x-rays as one of the services they offered. At 5:30 I made an on-line appointment for 6:15. I filled out and submitted my paperwork prior to arriving. I was called back at 6:07, was seen by the provider, had a wrist X-ray, and my wrist was splinted for support. I received discharge instructions and was home at 7:15!Easy as check-in, knowledgable, concerned staff, and great care!Best medical experience I’ve had in a long time! Highly recommend!Thank you!
Examination was quick and all personnel were courteous and professional. Only downside was I made an appointment and still waited over 1 hr to be seen. That’s the reason I took away one star. Also, I did get a follow up call next day with final, important health results and I appreciated the call.
Visit went smoothly and though the wait was longer than ideal, it was obvious that they were simply busy at the time. Given their patient load at the time of the visit, the staff were efficient in their efforts. The doctor/NP was knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with, effective and helpful. Would return for another visit in the future, were the need to arise.
Getting in for treatment went smoothly. Not only did the doctor evaluate and treat me in a timely manner, but she also was very personable and friendly. She communicated very thoroughly what my diagnosis was and how she planned to treat it. I would highly recommend this UrgiCare to anyone who needs emergency treatment.
Medical professional had rushed the visit. He was in the room less than 3 minutes after waiting in the front room over 2 hrs. The ladies out there were kind though. The Dr despite my handing him my daughters medication bottle had sent over a script with the wrong dosing on it. Im glad I know her proper dosing because if I gave her the new dosing it is over twice the volume. It could have killed her. Im not every going back. I will gladly find a different place.
Today was the first time I experienced Urgent Care. It was very quick and pleasant, the Doctor listened to me and he explained everything so I could understand. The staff was very helpful and professional. Yes I would return if I needed to.
Awful customer service. Waste of money and time. I got prescribed the medication that made me physically ill. I called in to tell them it’s getting worse instead of better and to see if we could switch the medication because the pharmacist said its side effects of the medication. This lady didn’t ask what medication I was taking, she didn’t ask if I was having chest pains, she didn’t even say to stop taking the medication. She just said i need a new appointment to be evaluated again. Instead of helping me over the phone they are making me come in for another urgent care appointment and pay for everything again. Of course I’m not happy. I’m sick af. And by law you don’t even have to see me to prescribe antibiotics. Especially when I just did a bunch of lab work less than 48 hours ago. This lady was Extremely rude because I had an attitude about it. She said oh you’re being rude to me. I don’t have to help you. And hung up. This facility should be ashamed to have workers who manipulate the safety rule where they should be having empathy and understanding for people and not trying to just take their money. You literally work in an urgent care. I’m sorry if people aren’t all happy when they’re sick and feel like they’re dying. I’m sorry that I ruined your conversation with your coworker where you guys were laughing and giggling because I’m miserable and I need help!
They helped me with my terrible pain. It took so long! I had an 8am appt & was the first person in the door when they unlocked it. Was a 20-minute wait after they seated me in the room before I saw the provider then I had to wait another 20 minutes before the X-ray guy came and got me and then another 20 minutes before they told me the x-ray showed no bones broken and then another 20 minutes before they came in to give me a toradol shot
I highly recommend this place. The doctor was very kind and helpful. Took the time to throughly explain things and happily discussed a separate issue I was having. I feel she took the issue I was there for seriously, which does matter in my opinion. All the staff was nice and everything was very clean.
I called to set up appointment was set.went in they had me signed in filled out paper work was called in to see Dr. With in 30 minute wait. Took weight and vitals. Waited in exam room about 10 minutes nurse came in examined me. X-ray technician came in gave me gown to put on technician came back in few minutes took me down to ex-ray my spine as I thought I might have broken or cracked rib. All of the Drs. Nurses and staff treated me with care and did there job fast and efficiently. Called to tell me I had pulled a muscle. As no broken ribs and lungs were clear. Advised me to call my nurse to let her know about my muscle that got pulled. Great place to go to in an emergency or on the week end. Glenna Norton
Overall it was a very positive experience! The staff at the front desk was kind and very helpful/responsive.The Dr was great. I am allergic to Penicillin, so I worry about prescriptions, but it went really well!
I had an injury on my hand. I showed up to Next care to get it checked out and some antibiotics. The place was busy, I was grumpy as I really wanted to just go home and sleep but I needed to get my hand checked out.The staff was patient with me. The lady that took my vital was very friendly and kind. The PA was friendly, checked out my hand, listed options for treatment, and sent my script to the pharmacy. I appreciate their work and understand they had a alot of patients to manage.
I saw a medical professional who wrote (electronically) a prescription for me. It was supposed to have been sent to a pharmacy. I immediately drive to the pharmacy, and the pharmacy does not receive it. Meanwhile, NextCare is now closed and I had to wait until they re-open in the morning so they can re-do the prescription (if it was even done). Two employees made me wait until the official opening time to service my request. Unacceptable behavior. This is supposed to be an urgent care clinic, and failing to send a prescription is major lapse in patient care.
Front desk personnel were very polite - insurance situation is complicated but they figured it out. Medical professionals were very kind and efficient- got in and out in an hour from checking in to leaving and it looked pretty busy in the waiting room. It is a very clean facility and the staff seem to care about helping people even though it was obvious they were exhausted (it was very late in the evening when we went).
My first time visit in Tucson. The 2 young ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. I didnt have insurance so I had a lot of questions due to my payment and Mia she kindly explained a better option for me which worked to my budget. (Thx Mia . . . youre Awesome) The young man that weighed and checked my granddaughter was very sweet and gentle 😊 she was comfortable with him.The doctor ROCKS 👍 I loved how she just made us feel so comfortable and the conversation we had of old remedies was awesome. Thank you all , Keep up the amazing job you do.
The total time for the appointment took 2.5 hours. I scheduled an appointment and was seen about 30 minutes later. I was greeted with a disgruntled “I have no idea when you’re going to be seen”. Meanwhile staff were gossiping about HR drama. When the time finally came to be seen, the nurse had no answers for me and seemed like she didn’t want to be at work. I was in terrible pain, and not having a resolution is scary. Not having proper pain management at least is very unsettling. I was given ibuprofen, which doesn’t even need to be a prescription. I paid $185 for literally nothing besides losing 2.5 hours of my life.
The front desk lady on 7/22 was extremely rude after being told my correct pronouns making it seem like using them was a problem. i also noticed she would yell everything from across the room including payments, completely unprofessional and seemed unbothered when i complained to her i felt uncomfortable w the way she spoke to me and others. everything seemed funny while having to deal with angry front desk clerks whilst the office also had a large sign that said no aggression allowed in the office.
Came in after cutting myself with utility knife. The front desk staff was capable and efficient. The nursing staff and the PA were great. Would go again for other urgent health needs.
I got the perfect doctor who understood my recent hospital visit of diabetic ketoacidosis, with the canker sores and craters in my mouth from the 12 day stay. Never had such oral pollution. Dr Chin put me on two weeks of antibiotics to resolve the infection. Bless you, Dr Chin! Staff was sensitive to my urgent need to be seen, with blood sugar dropping, and moved me up in queue. Thank you!! Fast restaurant visit afterward helped.
I came in in a bad way. Made an appointment in the morning and was seen in the afternoon. I am so grateful I didnt have to wait long to be seen. The MA and PA were very thorough. I will definitely be back if necessary.
Overall dealing with the doctor and front desk ladies were nice. However One of the staff members by the name of Alma was COMPLETELY rude and condescending toward the front desk ladies. In front of everyone in the waiting room this lady was talking down on them as they sat there quiet. She was talking about a paper lost, telling them they need to find it. Get up and find it, her tone was disgusting. Just for her to find the paper stuck in the copy machine. It’s sad all of the patients in the waiting room witnessed this staff member being horrible to the front desk ladies. After she finally left you could see the relief on EVERYONES face. This place would be a lot better if Alma didn’t work there.
Referral from nearby primary care practice. Quick, efficient intake. Clear and polite interview with PA. Suggested EKG procedure, a smart diagnostic idea. EKG revealed a symptom which helped with my need to discover the underlying cause of my health maladies.Provider summary was proficient. Discharge and environment was comforting. Excellent outcome.
This was my first time at this location. The staff was very friendly and professional! I had to get an X-ray and the tech was doing a procedure in another room so it was going to take a little longer then the doctor anticipated, he came in and apologized even though it was really maybe an extra 10 min wait. I was in and out with in about 1 hour or so.
I was not listened to. I had major pain, fever, and chills 2hrs prior to visit and took a pain/fever reducer med. The male provider disregarded my symptoms I described and stated I am not as sick as I felt. He barely did any sort of exam, just talked to me for 5 min about a UTI since I was a female. I believe he purely diagnosed me based on my gender, not my symptoms. Not happy with the visit
The girl at the front desk was very nice and professional. The nurse was nice too .The Dr took the time to listen to everything I had to say ..the whole office ran nicely and the team was awesome..
So Im totally not a fan of doctors ers urgent cares, I appreciate the online appointment set up that they provide. And the reminder of it the staff is really nice everybodys pretty very pleasant and I like the fact that it gets me in and out of there if needed I can even wait in my car and they would let me know when my exam room was ready I think thats pretty neat especially for people who need it as of now I have nothing bad to say about this place I appreciate them
My wife went here because she was having an asthma attack. She was in and out fairly quickly. She used their app to check in which made things easier. They also gave her a nebulizer to bring home which was pretty cool. All in all its a small place but they seem to do a pretty good job.
Took daughter in for chest pain and neck pain. Made the appointment online. It took a while for them to to even call us. Once we were in a room, they took a flu test that I asked for. The doctor didn’t know what was wrong with my daughter. She just shrugged her shoulders and said we don’t have a xray machine here. She just prescribed here prednisone and muscle relaxers not knowing what is wrong with her. Today I took my daughter to the hospital and found out she had pneumonia. It took forever for them to come back and tell me flu test came back negative. The wait was way too long. I felt like I went to Nextcare for answers and I was let down and it was a waste of our time. As I was talking to my mom on the phone and letting her know it took a long time , the nurse said “well the flu test does take 15 minutes”. With an attitude but I was waiting well over 30 minutes in the room. The wait is always long at this location. I’d rather drive to the Urgent care on orange grove in Tucson. I’m in and out at that place. The Doctor that seen us at the Next care was Cynthia Reilly. I’m not sure of what the nurses name was with the attitude. She was the person that took my daughters vitals.
Once I saw the provider, it was great. But I showed up an hour prior to my appointment and still wasn’t taken back until an hour after my appointment time. Two hour wait in those chairs when you aren’t feeling well is not good.
Staff is very friendly & treated me with much kindness and respect. Can only wish that other Dr. related facilities were as kind & warm hearted as these humble & caring people are at this facility called Nextcare urgent care!! Filled out paperwork on my phone which i had never done before but, does cut down on time & creates the privacy one needs when filling out paperwork!! I would say that my visit lasted approximately 15/20 minutes which was another big plus in my book... I thank God for the creation of Nextcare urgent care because now i know where to go for medical aide without going through the hassles of waiting for hours & feeling stuck at hospital emergency rooms!! Nextcare Urgent Care is the place for me and all my medical issues!!! Until i need you again. Thank you for all your services. Good people taking care of good people .... Goodbye 👋 ....
We were walk ins on a Friday; the front desk crew was expedient and friendly. Waiting time was fairly short. Actually the best visit weve ever had. Will have to go to clinic to find out lab report.
The person at the check in counter has a major attitude problem. I understand she’s feeling frustrated or overwhelmed but she literally treats everyone checking in as if they are a burden to her. I went in for a rash and they gave me medication for not being able to breathe properly. Also when the doctor walked in he called me someone else’s name when I corrected him he rolled his eyes and just told me my blood pressure “was concerning “ and I needed to be seen by my PCP. I was just seen on Monday by my PCP and cleared for 6 months 😂 what a joke. Also after I corrected my pharmacy information she told me you’re going to have to wait I don’t have the time to do it now and I’m not rushing for anyone. She said it like 4 times. Horrible staff and customer service.
They offer sports physicals for only $25. This particular visit is not covered by insurance or AHCCCS. I wasnt aware of this until we checked in because I booked the appointment online. I do think there needs to be a disclaimer somewhere on the website, if there is I didnt see it, but prices being what they are I was pleasantly surprised with the price and they always provide the best care. I honestly feel like they are doing a service for the community because they could charge more like everything and everyone else, so thank you so much!
Awful experience. Had some labs done here, they told me I could come in within 40 mins for the only available time slot, got there in 35 mins, then was told they were behind and had to wait an hour and a half. Then after a week or so I had a call from them saying my ‘results looked normal’ and I should receive the results in the mail. Which I needed for my employer. After three weeks and multiple phone calls to their lousy phone system and customer service reps who didn’t help, where they would Hang up on me after holding for 30mins some tines, I eventually went back to the clinic where I asked for the results and they printed out ‘the letter’ they said probably got lost in the mail. The letter consisted of nothing about which test I took, just that it was ‘normal’ so I had to ask them again to please print the results to the test..Very bad experience here, I never plan on using them or recommending them again. It makes sense they have to put this sign up all over their clinic. I wonder how many customers they treat like that.
Location totally lied to me. I needed a X ray they told me that we were good come back at 10:30 pm. GoIn at 10:30 and they said they did not have a tech and they did not know who I spoke with even thought the girl I was speaking to was the girl whoMade appointment!!! Was second location to do this.
I told the Dr I had dislocated my elbow and put it back in and he took xrays and said I have tennis elbow. So he was no help. Although making an appointment and getting seen at your appointment time makes it an ideal place to go. My visit before last was great. I got great service and the Dr was great.
Front staff is awful, unorganized. The rest of staff was polite. Sat for 30 minutes, diagnosed with strep. Sent me back out to the waiting room for a work note. Sat another 30 in waiting room with other people. Asked if my note could be emailed because my Uber was waiting only to be told no. So now Im screwed because they cant do their job up front.
Great Urgent Care with convenient hours as they are open till midnight! Great location but odd unit in the shopping center. Glad windows face Booth South and West in the waiting room which makes for warm environment in the summer afternoon. Overall the doctors were great and knew how to care for you, was in and out in under 40 minutes, with prescriptions called into for you!
Scheduled ahead in the day to assure a smooth visit. Greeted my a staff member who was visibly upset that her coworker wasn’t there to relieve her at 735pm. I can’t tell you how many times she said “common Bertha I gotta go.” Appt was at 730pm. Line of 6 ppl waiting to be check in by 750.. told another person waiting BEFORE me that the coworker would check them in when they got there.Very much frazzled, but I do suppose the whole clinic doesn’t need to know the story.
After being bit/stung by a red ant for the first time EVER in my life, I now know I am allergic to them. After going to the er first, and finding out it was going to be a VERY LONG wait, I had my daughter in law take me tonext care, we got right in, saw the NP very quickly, she ordered benadryl, liquid steroids and a cream to rub on the bite, we had to wait a little bit to make sure I didnt have a reaction to that, she sent scripts to my pharmacy and we were out, all in a litthe over an hour, and finally got relief shortly after getting home. Everyone was so nice and quick, a great experience with relief from what I was dealing with. Would definitely recommend this place, and will go back if needed.
We were visiting from out of town when my son had a terrible neck spasm. Our provider Anita was great and the staff were kind and patient with us and our distress and unfamiliarity with the city.Thank you so much for helping us!
Started out having problems with my insurance, but the girls up front researched and solved the issue. The provider was great and helped with my illness very well.
Came here to get help for cellulitis with venus insufficiency. This is the first place that actually took a culture and gave a prescription for antibiotics. Staff were very caring, helpful and supportive. Would definitely recommend this place to friends, family and even strangers.
I love next care and I am so thankful for this amazing staff . Front office was very kind and medical assistant was so friendly . Provider Blume was very sweet and caring. Thank you next care for always making me feel better !
I have a very painful shoulder. It was too late for me to schedule an appointment, however I was in/out within an hour. Great service, kind people and overall satisfied.
The staff and doctor was wonderful. They took really good care of me. Thank you for the great work.
Scheduling was like posting on Facebook a breeze from my bed , however I was the first person of the day and was greeted by a receptionist that was rude loud and unprofessional, especially with medical issues and information running around like a feral rat in New York city never accomplishing anything, shouting out to patients from across the room why do you need to be seen? Whats your social security number? Very rude and unprofessional Ive been here before same lady Ive also been to Orange grove physicians not far away a difference between night and day! Dont put up with substantial medical care with the choices we have today. The nurse that called me back or patient technician was as friendly as a rattle snake no expression no personality I tried to crack a joke to break the ice nevermind like I said I have a choice as well as you. Now the attending nurse practioner very good bed side manor attentive listener very .impressed but with the lack of hippa violations being broke aggregiosly in the waiting room and personality lacking considerably in staff make the right choice so you feel comfortable in spending your money in our medical community in Tucson you have rights and choices I will never come back to this circus act!
Waited too long for my appt, but that seems unavoidable anywhere. What drove me crazy was after being there for 1.5 hours (seeing the doc for less than 10 minutes of that time) I still couldn’t leave! They couldn’t collect my copay until the chart was finalized. I waited 10 more minutes and left - they know what my copay is and could have collected it from me anytime in all the time I spent there, now they can send me a bill. It’s not their fault at the front desk, the company needs to change that policy. Do you want to get paid? Then don’t make me wait just to pay you!
Everything went pretty quickly. Not that busy at that time we went.Dr. Was nice but a little short at one point....my daughter has a mental illness and didnt understand what the Dr. wanted her to do. A female Dr.
I love this location. Very nice and helpful from in person to on the phone. Fast and medical care I trust. And when your not at your 💯 and u need to go to urgent care Nextcare is where will always go to. Thank you
Amazing and very efficient! I got in and out and felt like I was taken care of . Highly recommend if you don’t want to wait forever at the hospital.
Everyone was amazing! Staff at front counter made it effortless. The Dr that saw to me really loves people.
The receptionist today 25 April 12:45 was very helpful - I hope she gets recognized for it. the nursing staff were very kind and our FNP was very sensible and attentive. Thank you so much!!!
The staff is always super friendly and helpful every time Ive ever been there and on top of it they really do prioritize patients I thank them for all the times that they have helped me when I needed it!!! keep doing amazing work NextCare urgent Care
Always late by an hr ir more with appointment. Staff on personal phone watching videos my time is important and valuable I have one day off a week this is redicoulous and unacceptable.
There was ppl ahead of me I was there for severe migraine & dizziness I was only sitting in the lobby for maybe 10 minutes & then I was called back the doc was pretty quick but got me meds & the nurses were great I was done in about 30 - 40 minutes.
Fantastic customer service !!! From the Doctor to the staff everyone was superior, friendly and took the time to explain the paper work. Having been a Manager for over 20 years I can completely understand outstanding employees. I was greeted by Michele for my appointment & she is terrific an a awesome multitasker. If I was still in Management I would try and steal her.Once again thank you very much for your outstanding customer service & professionalism .Mike McManus
I appreciate being able to walk in and be seen when needed. Everyone there is friendly and helpful and the Doctors very knowledgeable and kind.
I presented with difficulty breathing. I was amazed the front desk got me back to a room immediately! Within minutes, my vitals were checked and my blood oxygen was dangerously low. Was put on a nebulizer and given liquid Prednisone. By the time I was done with the breathing treatment, I was back in normal ranges and could breathe easily. Everyone was attentive and proficient. And my co-pay was very affordable. I can recommend this company very highly. I know they will be my go to in the future.
The provider did more for me in 5 minutes then Oro valley hospital did in 4 hours. I highly recommend this clinic. Ive been coming here off and on for about 6 years and always had good experiences.
Staff are friendly. Wait times can vary.
I was seen right away and wait time was less than 10 minutes and The medical staff was great and gave me the appropriate information.
I made an appt, showed up ten min early, had completed all of the online paperwork asked of me ahead of time, and still waited for an hour and 20 min while multiple people in front of me in the queue were called. Once I was seen, the lady was very nice. The wait was pretty frustrating though.
The visit with NextCare went Alright but their app was totally worthless and as a result After rebooting my phone and trying to get their link for check-in to work giving it more time, as a result I hasnt seen anywhere close to the order when I arrived. Even connecting to their Wifi it wouldnt work. That is inexcusable. The actual visit went well, they were polite but in a little way were a bit insulting to a possible guess I had regarding what was wrong and why I was there. That was insulting. Wouldnt even have went to the NextCare Urgent Care if I could have seen my primary care physician, but thats another review for a different time. They were quick and efficient and once they took me back they triaged me and the nurse practitioner did his job seeing me fairly quickly. They knew the CVS pharmacy on my way home, (... I had to travel over 20 miles from home, but that is a problem of my insurance not having in-network urgent care closer to home...) that particular CVS has issues getting electronic transmission of prescriptions. So, it was greatly appreciated they had printed the prescription for me with my summary of visit. Having to do a paper prescription and CVS not finding me in their system since I rarely use them caused the pickup of the script to be delayed of course, taking close to 45 minutes to an hour for them to process it after 15 minutes of gathering info via the drive thru window (by this time it was late at night and inside pharmacy windows were closed...)But, all those negatives... it went well and they got me in and out quicker than an ER visit and way cheaper than an ER visit.I would rather go to a location closer to home and different company though..., but after 8 pm at night or when the other in-network Urgent Cares close, then they are the closest option that is in-network (HMO plan).
I brought my toddler son in to be seen for an irritated eye with only one pupil dilated. Cynthia Reilly saw my son in the exam room for less than a minute. Her bedside manner was non-existent, she was rude, and showed absolutely no sympathy. When we struggled getting my son to sit still, the doctor essentially gave up and told us to take him to an eye specialist.
This location has great customer service, from the front desk all through every process.I feel safe and comfortableRespected and listened too!Always my first choice !!
I have never left a bad review in my life, but this physician that saw me for exactly 2 minutes after I had waited 2 hours, with no one in front of me. Told me I didnt have strep, my throat is obliviously covered in strep. She didnt press my tongue down. I complained of ear aches and she didnt check my ears until I asked her to and proceeded to check just my right ear. I tried to voice my opinion on my need for help. She told me it was hard to hear me, but I need to drink water.
I made an appointment and basically walked right in. They did covid and flu test which takes 15 m8nutes to get results. Doctor came in shortly after. Once I went to lobby, it the women at the front desk was ontop of getting my paperwork. Even making sure I didnt need a doctors note for work.In the past Ive never made an appt and it took hours but this time was pleasantly good.
My visit was great , and fast . But I didn’t get two meds that the dr said she was going to prescribe. So I’ve been kind of suffering. But that’s how life goes I guess?
The personal was excellent. They are bilingual. My visit help me a lot. Also they work until 12 p.m.
This urgent care has gotten better with getting you in and out in a timely manner. Dr. Stempel is the reason I go to this location. He listens, quick, kind, and seems to care. I give 3 stars only cause I think they can do better at cleaning the place. The water faucets looks nasty the lobby needs to be wiped down, and the rooms looks uncleaned you can just tell staff doesn’t give a good clean down after every visit. Especially the examine beds. - my opinion.
I had an excellent experience. The staff was very helpful. Im already feeling better
The entire staff was very helpful and friendly. I would like to give these oracle branch a 5 star and recommend them to my friends.
We’d already been to a different urgent care 2 days prior & they said my kid just had a viral infection. Nothing they could do. After 2 more days with no sleep and tears, we went here and they were awesome!! From the girls in the front until we walked out the door. The doc was great! Made my baby feel validated bc there WAS an infection! It was in her sinuses instead of her throat. From now on I’ll just go directly there!
Best Urgent Care in Tucson, always fast and always caring towards patients, takes their time to listen and knows what they’re doing.
It would be great if they had an automatic entry door. Im handicapped with a walker and struggle with my service dog. No one that works there bothered to get the door.
Love this clinic! If you cant get in to your doc and need a night appt. great option. The staff is friendly, courteous, professional and caring and work together well. Easy online booking and walk in times very reasonable.
Everyone was super nice and very caring! I was also seen pretty quickly which was nice because I was in so much pain.
Scheduled an appointment but want called back when it was my turn, they took 2 more people before me even after they said I was next. Then before I left they tried to say they had apartment before me which is a lie because the 2 times before me went then they said I was next which wasnt true. Dont think they even care just call whoever whenever.
Great folks with a nice bedside manner and well organized. Michelle was very kind and patient with everybody…maybe the staff should be called “patience” instead of the patients.
Bedside manner was pretty poor by providers. After waiting for 2 hours while having fever aches and chills, I was told I was negative for flu, Covid and strep and told me I had a common cold, to go home and sleep. I later tested positive for flu at my local clinic a couple days later since I still had a fever and was told it was too late in my illness to take tamiflu. Even though insurance said I would be covered with this location, they told me I would need to be $250. Pretty frustrating process overall.
My visit was top notch. They were professional and prompt and made very easy for a new patient. I will be using this Urgent Care from ow on.
My first choice for non emergency care ! Staff is friendly and kind wait times aren’t bad and providers really listen and care about the patients
Professional and qualified staff. Easy process for scheduling an appointment, wait time was reasonable and the Facility was clean and appeared well equipped for medical issues.
The staff was professional and caring from the moment I entered their establishment. I hadnt made an appointment or filled out the paperwork on my phone before I arrived. They were prompt, taking exrays of my knee, emobilizing it and instructing me on how to care for it at home until my follow up appointment. They were all very professional but kind and compassionate too. It took a little over an hour but it would have been 4 or more hours if Id gone to the ER. Thank you for making it such a positive experience on my 2nd visit.
Beyond excellent 👏 5 star front receptionist was street fighter perfect Doc Shaun in da back was nice and very professionally perfect. Here I am 12 hours later feeling awesome tooth still in a lil pain 1000% better thx
I came here as a walk in requesting a drug test because I wanted to see if I’d been roofied or not when I went out with friends a few nights ago. Called the lady and she told me to come over as soon as I could, so I did. Right as I’m checking in on my phone, she stops me and tells me that they cannot provide me with a drug test unless it’s for “employment,” and that they can’t give me a drug test if I think I’d been roofied. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable to deny someone healthcare for any reason. It’s very clear that they have no clue what they’re doing. This place sucks as do all other Nextcare places do. Take your business elsewhere and stay as far away from this place as possible.
The dr was amazing and the nurse was very nice and helpful but the girls up front were awful and rude very hostile environment. They are not meant for customer service.
Friendly and was not a big wait. I went to get a spot checked in between my butt cheeks. The Dr came in and started talking about antibiotics and pain medication before she ever even looked at what I had. She took 15 seconds to look and wrote a prescription.
I made an appointment online and within 5 minutes of arriving we were seen. The doctor took her time to address my childs illness and provided medication and a Nebulizer to help her feel better.
Danielle Smith MSN FNP-C was an amazing provider. She assessed me thoroughly, took my concerns seriously, and gave me the care and referrals I needed. She was efficient, professional, and took the extra step to ensure I received the best care. I highly recommend her. Thank you Danielle!!
Probably the best urgent care ive been to. Short wait time, the friendliest employees. Will definitely only use this office in the future.
Made a appointment for foot X-rays..1:00 p.m. get there at 12:45. Told no one there to do X-rays..she left at noon..I am well since it says what I came in for...We leave..get outside and woman yells to come back that she is there to take X-rays. Women in front are just standing and talking a out Starbucks..Has me taken my shoe and sick off and walk in bare floor...now what germs are in it.. the np , not to happyNot going back to this. One.
I was a walk in & was quoted about 1.5 hrs which was more than reasonable considering the amount of people. Still ended up being seen within 30-40 mins of checking in. Staff was super friendly & efficient with my visit. X-Rays weren’t available at this location so they sent me to another & they were able to get me in very quickly. That’s staff was super friendly & efficient as well! Definitely better than other urgent cares/companies I’ve been to.
It was better experience than last time, the receptionist could use more training on how to be more courteous when a patient walks in the door.
I had a very bad case of strep that had swollen my throat closed to the point I could barely breathe. I tried to go here to seek help as it was one of the closest places but was told I needed to make an appointment. The earliest appointment was over an hour and a half wait. Had to leave to seek help else where. Theyre not very caring or urgent about their care. Its not like they were packed, there was only one other person in their waiting room. I ended up going to Carbon health urgent care on River Road where they gave me steroids to bring down the swelling and help me breathe. If youre turned down by this place Id highly recommend going to Carbon Heath on River Road.
The doctors 3\4 said thumb was broken 1 said it wasnt after 2 X-raysThe front desk staff are very rudeIf I didnt have to come here for my work comp I would have walked out and went somewhere else.0/10Just wow
Can the owner please reach out to me or contact me. This location the employees are very rude, theyre not notifying clients that theyre either running behind an hour behind. When they answer the phone to ask if your results are ready. On the phone just answering before I even say anything they answer very aggressive and rude like if theyre already annoyed that you called, the lady didnt even provide her name or even said the company name. I was confused as to where I was calling. I have proof of this and I would like if you the owner can please look and investigate how your employees are treating your clients because theyre scaring off everyone. I will definitely dont want to step a foot here ever again. If you start listening to the calls and listen how they talk to your clients you Will definitely not like it one bit. Also they havent been answering the phone calls. They have been hanging up. This is the most stressful place that I had to deal with and the staff didnt help one bit. Very rude andunprofessional.
Do not schedule an appointment with this location. They are never on time for their appointments and are always more than an hour behind. I had an appointment today at 11am and after sitting there till noon was told three people were still ahead of me. Canceled and made virtual appt. If you’re going to schedule an appointment with next Care, I suggest you do it virtually. Do not recommend going to this location.
The time I spent there was amask off 30mins total. The doctor was awesome, very clear of what I needed. The staff in front were polite and theral. Thank you guys
Had a 730 appointment was called in at 8. Because of my symptoms, they asked me to wait in my car. They called me and asked me questions Like they would, if I was in there being seen after that, I was told to go in they took me right back to a room Were they check me for Covid and the flu?, took my vitals and then to the room. The doctor came in about seven minutes later. Did an assessment on me They were very kind and I felt very thorough. I would go to this next Care.
Had appointment for 430pm. Came in at 4pm to ensure everything was done so I could go in at 430pm.People who had appointments earlier came in past their appointment time but still are able to cut to the front which I am told now makes me wait for another 45 to 60min past my appointment time. Why make an appointment if you still have to wait to be seen. Especially if someone is not here for their appointment they need to go behind people who did what we needed to. Not my fault they decided to leave and come back.
This Doctor, Anita Chapman, PA-CIs the worst Dr. That I have been seen in the las 45 years. shes INEPT.I Was diagnosed with COVID and she didnt give even a pill. Two hours waiting for nothing.Never will go again to NEXT CARE ON ORACLE.
Good option when you need care acutely & cant get into your primary. Only 3 stars, because of horrible policy regarding family accompanying patient. When your high school senior turns 18 they want to exclude parent from the room, even when your child wants you in there with them. I dont care that 18 qualifies a kid as an adult - until they are living on their own, supporting themselves, they are not adults & many are still not mature or experienced enough to give adequate medical history details. I insisted on accompanying my son & they abided just this one time but I would have left & sought care elsewhere if they hadnt. There is no reasonable excuse to not allow one family member to accompany any aged patient if that is what the patient wants - many people need the support in these circumstances- it is quite simply a bad policy!
I just cannot believe how difficult this person made tonights visit,so unfortunately uncomfortable! So much disrespectful treatment from both of their receptionist. I loved bringing my children here, but after having this uncomfortable and very unnecessary disrespectful receptionist, there is better treatment elsewhere, even when they are having a rough night. Her phone call was our first interaction, she started having a very disrespectful and unpleasant attitude towards us while she was having an non related content conversation on the side with Co worker. This peticular receptionist was very difficult, rude, unpleasantly disrespectful. She was and is extremely unprofessional, making visiting this location beyond unpleasant. We have gone to this location and numerous occasions, never had such a terrible time. Was there no more than 1 week before and both receptionist were incredibly kind, understanding and helpful. Have been there during night time and not once were we treated this dreadful, even when they had a rough night.
I scheduled an appt. so i only waited about 20 mins, the front staff were all nice and the staff who took care of me were kind and engaging, i would def. go again.
Please dont come here to get any care done. The staff is rude and unprofessional. No wonder why they have to put a sign that aggressive behavior is not toleratedI wonder why? Have we investigated who the aggressor is? On my experience ladies on the phone on 01/24 was very aggressive and rude. I havent had a single good experience. They will treat you very poorly and rude. When you come to ask for your results they will treat you like youre such a nuisance. Save yourself a bad time and go to someone else that have better customer service and better care. You will not find it here
Went in with the red eye, but they couldn’t do anything. They couldn’t even look at the eye or behind it so recommended emergency room. However, they did check on me the next day, which was nice.
Went in wasnt even there 10 minutes total. Doctor came in didnt even look at my foot and said oh you have ...... gave me 2 rx and sent me on my way. Seemed like she didnt even care what was going on.
The service from the NP was great, fast and easy, I was very disappointed and disturbed by the front office staff. When I waited for my paperwork, I could over hear the two ladies up front, gossiping about other staff members one of them was Maria and I didnt get the other females name, but both were so engaged in their conversation I personally had to stop them and ask them for my paperwork that printed out and I heard come out and waited to carry on with their conversation. I immediately got out of my chair and interrupted them! I found it absolutely unprofessional to be discussing other staff member with clients in the same office! Found it even more disturbing that I had to interrupt the conversation just to get my paperwork. Those kind of conversations need to held privately. It really boiled my blood that these ladies even held a conversation like that in the public. Then the older staffer woman said oh my god! As I walked out and have a good day in a very very demeaning tone! I dont appreciate that kind of treatment just because I called them out on their unprofessionalism!
The customer service was great and the medical professionals were really nice and helpful. I would definitely go back.
The lady that fixed me up was super cool and very professional the staff was quick had me in and out thanks to yall down at nextCare I mean thank you.
The doctor there was super super lazy and didn’t even acknowledge the description I gave a nurse before seeing me. if you end up with this short colored haired old lady good luck she legit had me sit down, listened to my heart then had me on my way. And the note she gave me for my boss was really short and looked like I typed it out of google docs. Real rushed for the money I had to pay.
Love that you can see where you are in the waiting room. Quick. Handled my issues fast and prescription was already done when I got to my pharmacy.
I felt confident with the diagnosis and the treatment. All of the staff was knowledgable and easy to communicate with. Thank you.
The wait time inside the room was a bit lengthy but I understood they were short staffed. Outside of that, great facility.
Please save yourself a really bad and stressful time here. Its such a real headache trying to deal with employees. Theyre extremely rude, unknowledgeable and they will not tell you if theyre running behind more than 45 minutes. If youre calling to see if your results came back they will answer the phone in an aggressive and annoyed manner. No one can help you after they have taken your money. If you need to get your results just come to the location because you will never get it on the mail. Lady who answer the phone on 01/24/2024 at 5:58pm. Answer the phone like this what can I help you with........ I had to ask if this was urgent care because I wasnt sure if I had call the right place. Very unprofessional. Lady after not helping proceeded to hang up.
The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The clinicians were knowledgeable, empathetic and knew what was needed. All done very quickly!
This office and everyone working here is amazing! They are super friendly and very attentive. Its so nice to be listened to and given outstanding care by every person I came into contact with from the front desk to the back office. Easy check in and fast service. Thank you all!
I go to this Nextcare because its close about 10 minutes away. Usually in and within a hour. Staff are pleasant and efficient. Went in a week ago for UTI. Took meds as prescribed took few days to work than I feel good for a few days. Pain back4th day all day , miserable pain last night. Made an appointment for today. Test urine was told no bacteria. OK why all the pain ? Tells me it was muscle pain, really? Tenderness and sore, and pain, no tells me not cause by infection its cleared up.Muscle pain again he tells me. I dont think so I know muscle pain. Guess Ill go to ER if I have pain like last night . Get a culture done instead. Wasnt happy he didnt listen. Will I go there again yes ,but will request not to see Brian Reasoner FNP again.
Im still waiting here.Made appointment from home for 11:20am. Was not seen until 12:45pm. Doc saw me for less than 30 seconds. Tech came into the wrong room. Glad that they ask for patients name to verify so I didnt get the wrong shots. Now waiting for discharge papers and its 1:30. Will I be here overnight? Will I make it home for Christmas?
I had a great experience I was in and out the doctor new exactly what was wrong. Really friendly people.
Took forever to get my husband in (hour wait for a reservation) then when he did finally get seen and released they didnt even include his doctors note, we had to go back in there and remind them to have him print it off. Doctor was rushed and barely spoke to my husband as well, which I get that you are busy, however, how can you be sure that youre not missing anything when you spend less than 5 minutes with your patient? I appreciate what yall do, though please do better. Take the time to actually talk to your patients.
We unfortunately found ourselves needing an urgent care after a day of work. Thankfully, this urgent care has after hours when all other clinics were closed. We were in and out after scheduling online for a 9pm appointment. Thankfully my daughter is feeling better too. Would highly recommend this urgent care!
They are the only urgent care open late but refuses walk ins. My daughter needed an X-ray after falling on her wrist and they refused to see her. They were very rude about it as well. The security guard was the only nice person.
Great place! Staff is professional. Clean area. Safe space. They are doing COVID tests walk-ins. I recommend but please be patient. The staff are doing the best they can and fast as possible. Please be considerate.
When I first arrived one of the front desk staff was coming through the front door behind me saying dont open that door. I laughed and said, are you serious? That was the last of that. I checked in quickly, waited a reasonable amount of time. The staff that took my vital signs and obtained my influenza A and B, Strep, and COVID was efficient. The provider asked many questions, did a thorough physical exam and ultimately stated , even though the cultures came back negative he was still going to treat like its the flu because of the fever. My throat is so sore, my body aches, I have headache/fever between 99-104. I did salt dissolved in water gargle, alternate acetaminophen and ibuprofen, increase rest, increase/maintain fluids/water. Started day 2 of Tamiflu and still symptomatic. Everyone did a great job, still shocked about the front desk staff behavior at the front door but will come again anyway. 😁
One of the front desk ladies is very rude. She told my elderly (89) friend she would have to wait outside after filling out her paperwork. I would have stepped in if she tried to enforce that. My friend had an. 11:20 appt and saw the nurse who takes the vitals at 12:00. Still Waiting to see a doctor at 12:25. Not too impressed...
The staff was absolutely amazing. Super friendly, kind, and very professional. They didn’t make you feel like you were just another number to check in and out of their office. My time in there did take longer than expected but they do state that they need to see patients depending on severity of visit so I wasn’t upset having to wait longer. I also recommend filling out your information and scheduling an appt on their website ahead of time if it’s not an emergency. It was nice being able to walk into the office and not have to fill out any paperwork before being seen.
As opposed to other urgent care centers in the area their staff was concerned about my well being, listened to me when I described what normal was for me (vitals, general health, diet and sleep patterns), and ran a thorough examination as opposed to just referencing my paperwork. Thank you for your compassion.
Staff was great, super friendly and very attentive. They got us in and out!
I went in without an appointment. I did have to wait for a bit (understandable), however the staff was very knowledgeable and kind. I wouldnt hesitate to go back.
I was able to wait in my car for my appointment after I made an online appointment. I did all the paperwork at home before driving to NexCare. Very friendly staff and caring Doctor. I had a 30 minute wait after arriving as it had been a very busy morning for the Doctors and staff.
Everyone was nice. The Dr that saw me said I had severe asthma after coughing a lot.He gave me some medicine and it helped.Thankyou.
Very friendly, very welcoming staff. Check in was easy and we were taken back to see the doctor pretty quickly. The X-ray specialist was very patient and nice to my daughter, probably her favorite part. The doctor immediately put our daughter at ease and had us out quickly.
We had the greatest experience with the doctor for a sports physical! I was so impressed!
Tonight was the first time going hereVery nice and friendly i highly recommendgot the care i needed
My experience at NextCare today was excellent. Its a busy clinic, but the providers truly care, and they were able to give me helpful information that will hopefully make it easier to deal with my current issue. Knowledge and care are provided in the front office, and the back office. Much appreciated!
While walking my dog today, we were attacked and bitten by a large pit bull. Luckily I prevented my dog from serious injury, but I was bitten badly while saving my pet. I debated simply going home and cleaning up the wounds myself but instead went to urgent care. They hardly cleaned the wounds, didnt evaluate for any soft tissue damage and then covered each with a bandage. Such a waste of time and money!
From filling out new patient forms with the people at the front desk they were so nice. The person who did the intake was so nice. The person who took care of me. I cant remember if she was a PA or an NP. She was swift, caring and friendly. I was in and out in a very timely fashion within an hour
Best urgent care experience I’ve experienced except at my primary care’s facility. Easy paperwork, professional staff and the highly professional doc was really great: friendly, more knowledgeable than many docs I’ve seen and so thorough she asked the questions I had before I asked them about apparently unrelated issues until she could rule out anything more complicated. I’m pretty informed about good self care but she even had great tips about helping boost my immune system myself that I didn’t know. A first for an urgent care visit anywhere! Would absolutely go again.
Scheduled a visit online, was seen shortly after check in. The staff was all very kind and super efficient. I really liked the FNP Jennifer Ross. She was very knowledgeable and were in and out very quickly with results and prescription.
This rating is solely for the so called DR Denise. She came into my room looked at my ears told me nothing was wrong. When I told her all the issues, I was having she tells me you just told me a lot with this stupid look on her face. Telling me to take an antibiotic that I clearly told her I had allergic reaction to proceed to tell me it could be this it could be that without looking at nothing else. Said she would give me a shot for pain never returned to the room. I left without getting my shot for pain as I walked off she was just standing there outside my room door doing absolutely nothing. I went up to advise the lady up front she did extend her apologies as the look she gave me when I complained as if she already knew how this women was or, maybe shes had complaints before.. This woman has no business in the health care field no compassion for the clients. I will reach out to the insurance because, I had to go to the ER due to the lack of service I didnt receive from the Urgent Care...
Came in for joint pain and swelling. Prescribed antibiotics for a skin infection. Wasted my time.
I will only go to NextCare urgent Care. They are the most understanding compassionate caring people I have ever I had the pleasure of experiencing. Ive been going to different next cares for the last 12 years between my childrens health and my own I wouldnt trust anyone else with it. Even tonight I was there for a super personal reason and the nurse practitioner was the biggest gentleman and so caring. I love you guys and I trust you all with mine and my childrens health.
What’s the use of making an appointment! Waited for 2 hours to be seen for not even 5 minutes. The front end girls were rude, and didn’t want to be bothered. Would not refer this Urgent Care to anyone. I would pay the price and go to Emergency Room.
This place has gone downhill. The girls at the front have no control over unruly patients and have no training on how to handle that type of situation. The wait times are out of this world. When the doctor finally came in I was not impressed, her smile hardly covers her rude persona. Get it together nextcare!!!
The staff was very friendly, understanding of my symptoms and needs. The nurse was considerate and turn off the lights because my migraine pain was very high.
Staff was very caring and prompt with my care, a very nice visit !!
Great customer service provided upon entry towards exiting. The physician was also great! I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care.
Every staff member here clearly loves their job. They are so caring & helpful. I walked in with pain so late and the still took me in. Love this place. 🙏
Very kind and LISTENED to all issues. More concerned than other facilities Ive experienced!
Doctor was nice, she provide all information for me. Xrays was provided it, service was in order.
Very happy they got me in and out with care instructions and where to go for further help with a broken hand
I brought my son in with an eye infection that was somewhat of an emergency and extremely scary. The team at next care urgent care were efficient, polite, very on the ball and helped us to get situated rather quickly. They helped us get everything into the system quickly and they were extremely patient and very sweet! The nurse that took us back was also wonderful and had great bedside manner with my son. As did the doctor who came back and met with us. I could not be more impressed with your team. Phenomenal group of people, clean beautiful environment. Very impressed with the 1st class service. Thank you, Erika and Mitchell B.
Forgot about us in our room for over 45 minutes. Were so flustered that they forgot to go thru treatment procedure. basically had little to no diagnosis of what was going on
Fastest urgent care Ive ever been to. I made my appointment online, I came in, was out in 30 minutes. Definitely would come here again if I needed to be seen fast.
The office staff was very friendly, and eager to assist. When I needed help with my phone, it was no problem for them!
Took my 2 yr old great nephew in as he had been sick. Thankfully they let us sit inside now, we didnt wait long, the receptionists were very helpful the nurse he was awesome. The doctor at first didnt care for her but then she lightened up some and she was good. We were in and out within 35 minutes. That was the best visit yet.
I had an appt. So that worked well, didnt have to wait. Took vitals. Saw Dr.June(last name escapes me now)Diagnosis on the mark. On the road to recovery.I was in and out without feeling rushed .Thank you,NextCare on N.Oracle Rd, Tucson.
Everything was easy & fast from start to end. Booking appointment toFilling out paperwork. Staff was very communicative and helpful and got me in and out while treating my symptoms. They get 5 stars from me.
The receptionist are very loud and the waiting room is small, so everything they say gets echoed for anyone to hear. Very little privacy. Even the physicians have no sense of patient privacy or how to approach a patient.
They took me as a walk in. The Dr. was so nice she made me cry. Gave me a hug that i needed so much. Love that place.
This location was wonderful. Very caring and friendly staff including the doctor who saw my son. The place was clean and we were attended to in a timely manner.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Despite how busy it was, the ladies at the front managed well and made sure that we were updated with information on wait time and paperwork that needed to be filled out!
Awesome !! experience this time the service was fast , we had booked ahead got seen in a timely matter!!
The staff was friendly and courteous, They went out of their way to help me in any way they could. The doctor was up front and honest with The assessment, And what they could do to help for the time being. The wait time wasnt horribly long, it wasnt overcrowded, It was clean, And the surroundings were comfortable. Overall a good experience.
Staff was welcoming and caring,Definitely make an appointment saves time,Doctors were wonderful help me very much highly recommend.
I really appreciate there punctual service, the triage nurse was thorough, the Dr was kind and the front end secretary was in depth with my discharge.I recommend next care to the general public.
Best urgent care I have ever been too! Everyone was so kind, helpful and professional. Highly recommend taking that extra drive to get check out here!!
There were very nice and quickly to help Me. I Thank Each and Everyone who helped Me Youre a Blessing 🙏
Good service. I got a physical for an activity and they were very patient and nice.
The doctors are professional, quick and caring. They took very good care of mtly health. Was there 3 times within the month and treated with care each visit.
First time there, the girls behind the check in desk are absolutely amazing! Super helpful, polite, caring, professional. The waiting area was super clean.. Minimal waiting to be seen by doctor, she was courteous, kind, thorough while treating me. Explained her treatment plan I understood without question or confusion. My nurse or medical assistant was outstanding as well. No long wait at all for my final care.. Stupendous facility and staff! Thank you everyone!
Fast and friendly service. We will definitely return to this Nextcare for our future urgent care needs.Update…..just visited this Nextcare location again today to obtain a sports physical for my daughter. The service was again AMAZING! Fast, courteous and only $25. Parents, I highly recommend you get the physicals early and at this location. It only took us 15-20 mins today. I am so happy and glad to have this done and out of the way for the upcoming school year.
This was the first time I booked online and they have the system running like a well oiled machine! I made my appointment, filled out the paperwork and checked in all on my phone. They called me within minutes of checking in even though there were people who obviously got there before me (because I had an appointment) it was the best experience Ive ever had at an urgent care. Thank you so much!
Staff was friendly, my wait was minimal..Dr was great explaining things to me and asking me questions. Very satisfied with my visit today.
Best urgent care visit ever. Clean, fast but caring, professional staff. I arrived at 7:45 pm, not knowing the X-ray tech gets off at 8:00. When I told reception I might need X-rays they asked the tech if he would wait for me and he did!! They all worked as a team to be sure I got exactly the care I needed. Can’t thank them enough😊
I was rushed through Im having breathing problems no x-ray on my lungs they didnt really care
Always go here if we need medical attention right away. They are so friendly and very helpful. I take my twin girls 3 years old to here and they are so nice to my children and make them feel loved it’s refreshing.
I booked an appointment for my nephew & our wait was maybe no more than 15 minutes. The staff was great!Dr. Smith was awesome she explained everything to us. Been coming to this location for years.
The provider and the ladies in the back were great. The ladies up front were very unprofessional and rude. My insurance is a little tricky and I was trying to explain how to look it up, because this happens everywhere I use it. I am an insurance person by trade so I know how to find it. The woman that I was talking to was extremely rude and telling me she knew what she was doing. Im sure she does, but I know exactly how to find mine. She acted like I had no clue what I was talking about and blew me off. The ladies out front were also complaining that they were going to be late getting out. Im sorry but you knew when you took the job that the hours are until midnight. And a Drs office hardly ever gets out on time. If this is a problem, find another job.
What a great experience at this clinic. Clinic is so nice and clean. Front desk ladies were so nice and helpful. Medical assistant and provider were so kind and they took care of me and made me feel better. Thank you for everything!
I’ve been to doctors offices and emergency rooms where the customer service at the desk leaves you feeling like they could care less. Not this place.. I wish I knew the name of the front desk receptionist. She was very attentive and left you feeling like she really cared. Once I was taken to the back, A PA-C, Bradley Register took care of me. What a great bedside manner he has! All in all a surprisingly pleasant experience
The facility and people were very kind and efficient. The Nurse Practitioner was very kind and knowledgeable. She was very apologetic in that she couldn’t help me but sent me to the ER. I would not hesitate to use this Next Care again. Thank you to everyone!!
Friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. I highly recommend NextCare Urgent Care!
Quick easy and the female doctor was straight forward on my condition. The pharmacy CVS took 3 and 1/2 hours to fill with even less than bankers hours. The whole day would have been a nightmare if not for the speed and care I received from the NexCare Urgent Care on Oracle road in Tucson Az.
Great service great np that try helped me. He has even refilled a few of my medications for me since I have yet to find a pcp.
The PA and back office MA were exceptional and very professional. But concern was when i was checking out , they asked me to take a seat so the front office MA could get my paperwork completed. And instead of doing that she was talking to the other front office MA about tic-toc and her other social media accounts to the point where she turned her chair around and actually showed her co worker her account. This is very unprofessional and should really be addressed. Speaking as a fellow medical field worker myself.
This was my first experience at a NextCare Urgent Care Center. I was pleased with the quick and friendly service we received. I will keep them in mind the next time we need urgent care.
I had an appointment and was seen rather quickly. I had expected to have to wait a long time. The Np diagnosed me quickly and apparently had experience with my problems. The staff was courteous and efficient. The only issue was that the key to the bathroom was lost.
Great care for my out of town grandson Kate at night. Everyone was kind and efficient. We were in and out in no time. Thank you!
My wife had an injury at work. We went to the Broadway location to be checked. We were sent to the Oracle location for x-rays. Ana V was hostile and rude to me when I asked why we had to fill out the paperwork all over again she screamed at me when I asked why. She was quick to point to a sign about hostile behavior. I remained quiet and filled out what she asked out of respect for my wife . I will never come here again. I even went out to the car to avoid her yelling. She even yelled at a elderly Hispanic man who only asked for assistance in filling out the paperwork. She belittled him saying it wasnt her responsibility. So much for compassionate treatment.Patients and customers need to be treated with respect. She should be reprimanded for her rude behavior
The receptionist was extremely friendly even with some very difficult patients at her window being totally difficult and rude! Yet she manageD to stay calm and polite the entire time they harassed and were acting like spoiled brats! The doctor was very efficient and timewise it was quick and efficient
So quick and convenient. Dr Smith was very helpful and kind.
Got relief from my back pain. Overall it’s a good experience!
The staff are kind and attentive, but management should be ashamed. Understaffed, overworked and working with antiquated equipment. (The x-ray is something out of the 1980’s, this location has been waiting for a year for a machine from another location that doesn’t have an X-ray technician). I arrived for an appointment to be told they they only had one provider (doctor or NP) and that another wouldn’t arrive for 3 more hours. Not to mention having to re-fill all paperwork every visit, even for a follow up, which creates even more work for the already harried staff.
