Disgusted, on so many levels. I feel that this place IS very unprofessional, and they dont care about the residents. This is NOT the ideal place for recovery, as a majority of the participants do not complete the program, or end up dead, or reincarcerated. I feel that theres no support for the families, and that we need support as much as they do. We are not allowed to reach out to staff. It makes me question how efficient this program actually is.

I couldn’t agree anymore with all the negative reviews that are posted! I have a loved one in the program and I am totally disgusted with the lack of communication & support for not only me but also my loved one that is in there. It’s sad that my loved one & so many others are treated like numbers instead of human beings with real problems & addictions.

I have never met such people that raised my hopes so high about the myriad of health , housing, and many other such things that they would help my husband with once he forked over that Medicaid card. Staff is absent , inept , and plain lazy. The most they do is look things up on Google ( which I can do myself ) and tell you to do the footwork. All they are about as are most case management programs is getting that Medicaid Card as they charge the government and give you below 0 service. So many promises...unfulfilled. DO NOT GET WITH ANY OF THEIR SERVICES. Once they get a hold of your poor people card, you will NEVER be left ANY improvements in any of your situations, I cant even wrestle my husbands Medicaid Card away from them to find better care.

Great case management services offered here for a wide variety of different clients enrolled to the HSA program of NY State.

I never leave reviews, but here we are. If I could give -0 stars I would. As a recovering addict who is trying to work on themself everyday, it’s disappointing to see people who only choose a job clearly for compensation. Exhibit A, Laura the manager I’m assuming when I got off the phone with her and met previously a month ago, was so dismissive of my emotions and feelings. The fact that my insurance is covering this is horrible. The place needs to be turned upside down, honestly get rid of your staff specifically your management team. Laura shouldn’t be in charge of taking calls or even near humans in vulnerable places. Definitely will report to DOH & NYCONECTS!!! This is a disgrace

Absolutely terrible experience. Clients are allowed to “run-a-muck” doing as they see fit. Staff are extremely rude, homophobic, and treat clients more as prisoners than people seeking a new way of life. Upon leaving I was informed that a staff member packed my belongings up only to find out they stole over half of my wardrobe and other personal effects of mine that have sentimental meaning that will never be able to be replaced.

Worst program EVER only look for your Medicare to bill them each week but they don’t put in no work specially the people under “ MAX TEAM “ ones they get you to sign up they forget all about you are no help whatsoever this is an unorganized program promise to help you go back to school but the only work they do is call you 5 min bill you and say you weren’t home at there “ home visit “ MEDICARE FRAUD

Don’t let any other review tell you anything different. This is a great company to work for, particularly the leaders. They make it known that they are readily there to support you if needed. Best of all, the CEO is one of a kind. He cares and it’s one of the things that make him different. If you needed support or need to express concerns you might have then you can always go to him. The work is a bit tough, which is what some might say but if you work hard and show that you’re invested then the opportunity for growth will always be accessible to you.

The Staff is very unprofessional. The staff Lotoya, phone receptionist was rude to me and while my son who has a mental illness was living there treated him like he was a nobody. The staff Donald & Clyde too his money that I brought there from him. When he left the place they kept his belongings & money. I will be pursuing a lawsuit on the harbor house 2 where he was recommended by the courts.

The councilors are so nice. Maybe because i have a beautiful spirit & sense of humor that people love me. Its a man shelter. It has a G.E.D program, they give out carfare, they feed you, they give out $5 mc donald cards on Wednesday. They have cookout and events. This all is good only for people thats trying to stay sober and change. Losers stay left towards the exit.

Rude and unprofessional staff who DONT return calls or respond to emails until you request to have your case closed then everyone calls including the vp of care coordinator. What a joke !!!

The attention of heavy-duty drivers. delivery in this place is limited by the height and length of the truck. This place is not intended for large trucks. The client is not professional. Failed to unload the flat bet

Worst company to work for, big bosses only care about the money. I enjoyed providing services for my clients however this company does not care for people in need. I would never recommend this program to anyone.

I am so APPRECIATIVE for ARGUS community... MR.G. & his assistants (Ms. D) are TOTALLY AWESOME...their knowledgeable, patience, caring and friendly people. God blessed me and the many that they assist.

The Bronx has better communication. Harlem cant open their mouth to answer questions for clients and there a HIPAA ...on file. But they can be detailed to be crass.Bronx it is.

Harbor House, which is a part of Argus community, saved my life. Its a gift to be able to have long term treatment for mentally ill and chemically dependent people. I had to earn everything and became grateful. Staff teaches you how to have life skills to be independent.

Horrible they barley feed us believe me staff walks in on people going to the bathroom it is filthy then you help clean get in trouble not all bad but alot cleaning ladies stay on their phones all day hiding on stairs or conference room honestly

This place is horrible they lost someone I know intake.. Made him do it 2 times and there still giving him the run around 3 weeks later.. Keep telling him to call back

Im an employee there and we are trying to get help to anyone that needs it. We are part of a grant from the state that helps people that cant help themselves by keeping track of their recovery and also we help as peers.

I went here for services and it is a great program with incentives at times and friendly staff that help you stay sober.

Mosquitoes rule this spot.... summer heat makes it a nightmare 😫 😩 😪 😕 but when it done itll be beautiful.. were building 4 floors of extra space to this place....

Very helpful non profit in the South Bronx helping homeless, assisting the community by offering mental health, prevention, and testing services.

Wonderful place full of care managers to help people in need of health guidance manage care in all aspects.housing,drug treatment,etc..

Its ok, but do NOT go here by yourself with a baby, nobody will watch your child and they will tell you to go home you cant be seen.

Completed anger management and out patient drug counseling... Got into school with their recommendations and now Im an intern at BRC 25th Street facility

I attended the CASAC class there. Very informative information. Staff is on point. I would recommend this course.

The Mainatance department is the worst place I worked for two and a half years no one wants to work for the Mainatance department
