Dr. Vijay Palvia

Dr Palvia did my laparoscopic surgery at Harlem Hospital on August 28, 2024. He removed fibroids, cyst endometriosis etc I must say am happy that he was the one to do my surgery from start to finish he was always there very patient, very, very thorough with explaining and showing pictures of everything. He answered all my questions and provided resources to find answers. I followed his advice before and after surgery and he was right. Thank God I have no problems or complications so far am on my way to a full recovery and I will recommend him to anyone to do their surgery. I had surgery about 1 month ago and my experience was smooth. Starting with the treatment the knowledge before surgery on surgery day and after the staff and doctor did a fantastic job. The team was amazing with all transitions. I work in the health field and to see such team work was amazing.

Dr.Vijar Palvia is the best ! Young Doctor who is very alert and informative, I’m normally a nervous wreck to be seen by Doctors but Dr.Palvia held my hands before surgery as I was about to fall asleep and I felt I was in very good hands, the anesthesiologist , the whole team , Nurse Seleen and others are amazing, very patient , kind and supportive. Dr. Palvia is excellent!!! He is patient and goes above and beyond for his patients. I have texted Dr. Palvia on MyChart and he actually responded and that’s when I knew he genuinely cares, he’s not at Lincoln Hospital for the money. Dr. Palvia performed my laparoscopic total hysterectomy on June 12, 2023 and I feel better and happy to be alive because he did his job and diagnosed me correctly and advised me of ALL my options and from the first appt… to my two hospital stays… and to my surgery he was there every step of the way. Dr. Palvia Definitely takes the time to care for and help his patients. He explained everything clearing whats going on in detail before and after my procedure ( instruments used, medications, next step goals etc)... I HAD A HYSTEROTOMY DONE ON JULY 3, 2023 WITH DR.PALVIA, THE SURGERY WAS EXCELLENT. I BEEN RECOVERING VERY FAST AND I DIDNT HAVE ANY COMPLICATIONS DUE THAT DR.PALVIA DID SUCH A GREAT AND PROFESSIONAL JOB WITH MY SURGERY. EVENTHOUGH DR.PALVIA IS NOT MY ORIGINAL G Y N DOCTOR HE TOOK CARE OF ME LIKE IF I WAS HIS PATIENT.
