Contacted the clinic on August 6th. I first called them, but no answer. So messaged them through their website texting service in regard to what Ive done already(A few retrievals, and a transfer. Also still have embryos in storage) They answered back the same day and stated that they had a 4 month wait and asked if I wanted to be added. I wrote back that yes, that would be ok. So then they asked for all my information to include cycle regularity, what treatment(s) are we interested in, insurance, etc. I wrote back all of that and havent heard one back. Just crickets. Still cant get through to anyone on their phones no matter when I call. I get theres a wait list, but do you still not schedule anything out?? Ive worked with other clinics before who have a wait, but they at least will make an appointment for you. Does this clinic just wait for the next few months and then just start calling people to schedule and just think theyre going to drop anything they may have planned to book with you??? Great if others have had good results with them, but if they cant provide timely communication even before you step through the door, thats a huge concern of confidence for me. If its the messaging systems fault perhaps fix the issue(s) so that those who are waiting to start time-sensitive treatment can actually get ahold of your clinic.
First, I want to say that Dr. Reschke is amazing, but after the initial consultation I didnt hear from her. The ultrasound tech and Nurse at the Chandler location is amazing (I am sorry I forgot your name). However, these two people could not redeem the terrible experience I received from the billing department, as well as, the office staff who do not return phone calls. They only email and it takes following up numerous times to hear back. It took so long to receive a statement after being told several different totals of my balance. They have my credit card to charge these bills too and it still has not been done. Labs were drawn that were not discussed with me or put on my plan. I received a $2000 bill from LabCorp test with this surprise. I called and left a message for the office manager to call me. I left a voicemail for the billing department to please call me and not email me anymore. I sent three text messages and left messages on the current patient line, over the last month that are not being responded to. I am trying to move on to a new fertility clinic. I am trying to have a baby. The stress that this place has caused is unnecessary. I just want my statement. I want an explanation of why labs were drawn that I did not approve. I want my medical records so I can please move on. Please just help me get this so I may move on from this place.
My husband and I worked with Dr. Beherra and her staff with Bloom for just over a year while we were trying to get pregnant. Our experience was so friendly and they were alway so helpful. It does take a while to get into the initial visit with Dr. Beherra but I think that is actually a great sign. To me it meant that she was doing something right. Once you have a plan set for your treatment then you primarily see the Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for treatment but they were great. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because the billing can be a bit difficult. They arent always as responsive unless you are in the office. My only negative experience with them was after a treatment in office where I was supposed to be calm with no stress after I was asked to see the finance person who wanted payment that day. We had just made a large payment at the previous appointment so I wasnt anticipating that conversation. Overall though, I would recommend Bloom to anyone going through the infertility process.
No words to describe how happy my wife and I are about this place. They have help us made our dream came through. We were very straight forward due to a disappointed opinion and the DR responded very respectful and was also straightforward with us, we are very happy with the doctors, nurses and the staff. Keep up the good work.
I am so frustrated with this office! I have been calling for over TWO weeks to try and get scheduled as a new patient. I have called first thing when they open, in the afternoon, in the later afternoon. No one ever answers the phone. I have called the new patient line, current patient line, provider line. Seriously no one answers the phone. I want to be a patient here because my OB recommended this office and the services they offer is what I’m looking for. I work in a medical office and the lack of staff and the fact they don’t answer phones here is concerning... I don’t understand how a medical office doesn’t answer their phones.
There’s no better doctor than Dr. Behera in Scottsdale Arizona, perhaps the world. She’s not just a doctor, she’s an Angel.
