I have only great things to say about Shady Grove in Colorado Springs. There was not one negative experience I had. From reception, to lab, US techs, nurses, and Dr. Murray, everyone was amazing. Kelsey, RN was always very quick to answer my questions on the portal. Moria made me feel comfortable in all my US appts. Dr. Murray was very informative and supportive. I am happy to say I am pregnant due to their care. Highly recommend them!
Dealing with fertility issues can be really hard, but the staff and doctors at Shady Grove Fertility in the Springs were amazing. Dr. Harris listened to my concerns and adjusted my plan as we ran into unforeseen hurdles. The nurses (Jeannie and Kelsey) are kind and so responsive. The ultrasound tech Moira always made me feel so comfortable. All the staff is welcoming. They get you seen very quickly and communicate very well. The only thing I think could be improved was making sure new patients are at least aware of all possible costs during an IVF treatment. We were told about some things, but blindsided about others. I know that can be a tricky topic.
Be sure to check your own benefits as their courtesy insurance checks are inaccurate and they take zero responsibility by simply saying they cant guarantee their work. Ivy will not call you back if you leave messages and is very dismissive. I saw Dr.Harris one time and was told I had a 5-10% chance of conceiving on my own. I did no further treatment with this office due to not liking Dr.Harris attitude towards me not wanting to consider IVF and was pregnant on our own 3 weeks later. After she recommended expensive and apparently useless testing. Do not recommend unless you have money to waste. Disappointing experience.
I will forever sing the praises of Shady Grove Colorado Springs!! We had such a wonderful experience from start to finish and I couldnt be more pleased with our IVF journey. We saw Dr. Murray and she was great. Shes meticulous, detailed, and cares for her patients- everything you want in your doctor. The staff at this office was incredible as well. I swear I almost cried when I said goodbye to Madi as she was such a calm and reassuring presence throughout our time there. She made me me feel like a real human, not just another patient or cog in the machine. Moira was also wonderful- always taking the time to explain the ultrasounds while always being encouraging and positive. And thank goodness for Kelsey, she answered my millions of questions with ease and helped us navigate through this entire process. When we had our graduation from the clinic, I hugged all of the familiar faces I had come to know and made them all promise to stay at Shady Grove until we are ready for our next kid! Truly could not have had a better experience and we are just so unbelievably grateful for our time there!
My experience at shady groves has been nothing but fantastic. They have always been able to get me an appointment fast and when there is a problem or question I always get a response either through the portal or over the phone super fast. The ladies at the front desk are always super sweet and patient.. Dr Harris has always been informative and optimistic while also being realistic. The ultrasound tech Moira was always so lovely and comforting you don’t always get so lucky with ultrasound techs like her! The nurse Jeannie and the other nurse I can’t remember her name helped me so much and were always so patient and understanding! The ladies who worked in the lab always willing to have conversation and I always enjoyed talking to them. I got pregnant naturally right before starting IVF and my last appointment with them was so meaningful and filled with lots of joy and happiness for my husband and I. Thank you shady groves! I can’t say enough good things about these people. I will recommend over and over!
Dr. Harris and her team were fantastic. Nurse Jeannie and Kelsey were empathetic to our circumstances and patient with providing us understanding and answering all our questions. Ultrasound Tech Moria was my favorite, always making me feel relaxed and was so empathetic to our long pregnancy journey. Dr. Harris listened to my husband and Is wants, concerns and desires. She provided thorough and professional IVF plans and medication adjustments as needed for my specific care. Were so grateful for Dr. Harris and her team!-Danae
Shady Grove was nothing but amazing to us! My husband and I struggled with infertility for years before turning to Shady Grove for help. Dr. Murray is awesome! She is so knowledgeable and informative while also having a real human aspect to her. She truly makes you feel like getting pregnant is just as important to her as it is to you. All of the people that work at the front desk are so nice and incredibly helpful and patient. They make you feel so welcome every time you walk into the office especially Michelle! Anytime I had any questions or concerns Kelsey and Jeannie were very reassuring and very prompt in getting back to me. You never have to wait long for any information you need in this office. Jeannie was also wonderful and so encouraging and nurturing during our three IUI cycles we did with her. Moira the ultrasound tech (who might be my favorite in the office) is absolutely amazing!! In such a personal and uncomfortable experience she makes you feel so comfortable you almost forget your getting an ultrasound. Everytime Ive even been in the office she has been so happy and exuded such joy. Im so happy and blessed to say that we graduated Shady Grove today pregnant ready to continue this journey! Its definitely bittersweet because weve loved everyone here and everyone here has had a hand in helping us achieve this pregnancy. For anyone going through infertility looking for a clinic I strongly recommend the people here at Shady Grove!
IVF is not something that my husband and I ever thought we were going to need. It is a daunting process emotionally, physically, and financially. But I am so glad my doctor referred us to Shady Grove Fertility. Every single staff member I came in contact with was so kind and made me feel comfortable from the very first appointment. The front desk staff and techs always remembered my name and were always patient. Reina and Michelle were both amazing, and I was always happy to see them at the front desk or drawing my blood. And Madilynn, my hero with a needle! Bless all the ladies who had to take my blood. My veins are stubborn, and this process called for a lot of blood work, so I appreciate the patience to find my one stubborn vein every time by any tech in Colorado Springs and Denver. Ultrasounds are at times uncomfortable, but I always felt at ease in the care at Shady Grove, especially with Moira who was so nice and made me feel like I could relax in her presence. My nurse Kelsey was amazing, and always very responsive and informative. I could always count on her if I needed anything. Jeannie and Amy were also accommodating in responding to my messages when Kelsey was unavailable. The portal was an amazing tool to communicate without needing to call and my messages were always answered quickly. Our Doctor, Dr. Murray, was amazing, informative, and supportive. We are so thankful for her time with us. Dr Murray took time to explain the different procedures and which she recommended, and we understood why IVF was the option for us, as we were referred to SGF for male infertility. We did not ever feel like we were being pushed toward IVF for financial reasons.I was also seen by Dr Harris for procedures in the Denver surgery center and I have no complaints from these visits, as they went very well.On the financial side of things, I appreciated all the information from Dr Murray and the Financial coordinator Ariel, who was very prompt in sending us all the information for our options including in-depth breakdowns of each program and the costs. Payment was straightforward, through a secure link, which I appreciated.I also want to shout out Geina, the acupuncturist in Denver who I saw before my egg transfer. She was so lovely, kind and supportive. This was not required but I am glad I decided to try it before my procedure.I have since graduated from Shady Grove and I honestly miss everyone. It truly felt that our success was their success, and I appreciate every single person I came in contact with in both Colorado Springs and Denver. I never felt like a burden or a number. I felt supported, understood, and cared for through every single step in this process. I wish all the staff and future patients success.
We have had an amazing experience with Shady Grove in Colorado Springs. They are a beautiful combination of supportive and informative. I felt cared for and seen from the minute I walked in. I never felt like “just another patient”. I wish all medical experiences could be like this. But am extra grateful that this facility is this way since they handle such special and delicate cases. I would 100% recommend other people struggling with infertility to connect with them.
I had a fantastic experience at Shady Grove fertility. I’m very happy to say that we are 10 weeks pregnant :) Dr. Harris and her staff amazing and available to answer your questions. They are all caring and compassionate. I feel like I spoke to Jeannie almost every day for the last year! She was such an important asset to my care, and I will forever be thankful to her, Dr. Harris and all the staff at Shady Grove!
Our journey to parenthood was made possible by the incredible team at Shady Grove Fertility! From the moment we stepped through their doors, we knew we were in good hands. The entire staff went above and beyond to support us.I will always be so thankful for Michelles compassion and care, Ivy was always just so sweet and welcoming whenever I would see her, and Maddi literally has saved me so many times. She knows how much getting my blood drawn scares me and she was so sweet and helped keep my mind at ease every time! I also have to give such a big shout out to Kelsey, she was there for every moment that I had a question or concern. Her knowledge, compassion, and expertise is unmatched.I was terrified from the beginning of this journey, and I am so thankful that I chose to trust in Shady Grove for such an important step in our lives. I will always be thankful for Shady Grove and Dr. Murray for getting us to our miracle baby, when other Drs told us it might not ever be possible.
Shady Grove Fertility is amazing. Every single member of their team is compassionate and kind. Moira and Jennie were especially amazing, always making me feel like they were invested in me and truly cared. Highly recommend!
The Colorado Springs/Denver SGF Clinics are one of the best clinics in the country for the couples that would like to have children, especially if a male partner is old and had prior reversal vasectomy over 30 years. The clinics are well synchronized and ensure the safest way of retrieval of female eggs and preservation of male sperm to ensure positive outcome of pregnancy. The Doctors, nurses, laboratory technicians and front desk clerks are well mannered and go far and beyond to ensure that couples are well informed and taken cared of, if the patient has any medical or financial concerns. We are highly recommending the COS/Denver SGF Clinics for the couple who would like to have children. The cost of the IVF procedure is affordable however, those who are planning to have the same procedure should shop around for the insurance that would cover at least 75% of the cost, if not, they have option to work with you on the financial plan too. Do not be afraid to ask them for help to further assist in making your dreams of having a child a reality. As 62 years old, I felt not embarrassed when looking younger couples having same services at SGF Clinic because they treat you fairly regardless of your age. We wish best of luck in life to medical staffs especially Dr. Shona Murray, Nurse Kelsey, Moira and all staff nurses who have made possible for us to have a child. Thank you for your excellent service. Highly recommended! We are expecting a baby to be born in February 2025. Thank you SGF Team. Keep up the good work!
Our experience with Shady Grove Fertility has been nothing short of amazing! The group of doctors, nurses, technicians, and staff here have taken such great care of us throughout the entirety of our fertility journey, and I cannot say enough good things about SGF COS! Infertility is such an overwhelming, scary diagnosis to receive - but from day one of our referral to SGF, we have felt such at ease, and weve had an incredible team of practitioners taking care of us. Our MD, Dr. Shona Murray, is extremely knowledgeable, tenacious, and I truly felt that she was working just as hard as we have been to help us reach our dreams of having a baby of our own! Kelsey, our nurse, has always been so kind, so supportive, and so easy to reach with any and all (and I mean ALL - I would message her through the portal constantly, and she was always quick to respond!) questions we have had throughout our journey! Moira, our ultrasound technician, is truly one of the kindest individuals Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting - not only is she incredibly good at what she does, but she truly as the ability to make you feel so comfortable and at peace even in some of the most stressful and difficult times throughout our IVF process. All of the rest of the SGF COS staff, from front desk to blood draws and more, have always been so encouraging, so efficient, and so kind each and every time we set foot in their office! As of today, we are officially graduating from SGF, as we are expecting our first baby - all thanks to their hard work, dedication, and kindness. As excited as we are to be graduating from SGF, as that means we were successful in our IVF journey, I can truly say that I will miss all of the ladies at SGF. Thank you all SO much for such loving, kind care.
I have nothing but positive things to say about my personal experience at Shady Grove Fertility! I am so grateful for Dr. Harris and the entire team (from the front desk to nurses) for all their attentiveness, support, and understanding during my fertility journey. I was seen by Moira for most of my ultrasounds and she was so wonderful as she made me feel at ease every single time. I am also so thankful for nurse Jeannie who answered all my questions (and I had a lot) promptly and without judgments. You guys are the best and thank you for such care.
Best fertility clinic ever! All the staff is so reassuring and are super thorough to make sure you are getting the best individualised care! The most amazing kind and caring staff & Pregnant after first cycle!
If I could give more than 5 stars i would. From beginning to end Dr Amy Harris was very reassuring with her recommendations. We completely trusted her and the team and it was such a blessing. Not only did they help us to build our family they became family. Moira, maddy, and jeanie and the other desk staff was always the best when we came in.were suprised they knew us by name and would check us in as we walked in. They were as excited as we were and got to know them as well. They are truly a team of beautiful people. Even the staff in Denver were the best. The anesthesia specialist in denver never left my wifes side when she went under. I would choose this clinic again and again. We are currently 11 weeks and blessed and it was all thanks to this crew! Thank you!!!
Thank you Dr. Harris, Kelcy and Johnathan for contacting us.Be sure you double check their work. Wrong pharmacies are called and then the excuse of well we cant do anything is given. Be sure EVERYTHING is straight before you leave the office. Dont depend on them to be able to do anything, especially answer anything over the phone. When a voicemail is left, please review the voicemail. People dont leave a detailed voicemail to be called back to go over the situation and message again. Cant get a break down of costs. Cant get answers to questions. It took Dr. Harris to give a call back. Thank you and Kelcy!
I am so happy with my experience at Shady Grove Fertility. No one expects to need to go to a fertility specialist or end of having to do IVF. However, Dr. Murray and her team made it really easy. I can now say that after our last embryo transfer, we are officially going into the second trimester with our first child!Dr. Murray is very knowledgeable and realistic which is what my husband and I needed. NP Kelsey was a great help taking all my questions especially when we were experiencing all of the ultrasounds, medications, etc for the first time. I really bonded with Moira and she was the best ultrasound technician I have ever had! All the nurses from greeting us to poking me with a needle several times a week were the sweetest. It really says a lot when you are anxious about being in the position you are and everyone is genuinely rooting for you to succeed. When we actually found out that we were pregnant and this one was going to stick, Dr. Murray was so excited for us. It just felt like we had people on our team. We were with Shady Grove for over a year and it was the best decision we could have made.
SGF is amazing! The entire staff is so friendly and always knew my name when i walked in the door. I cannot say enough amazing things about Moira - she did my ultrasounds almost every time and she made me feel safe and comfortable. She talked me through it and always described what i was looking at. Jeanie and Nicole were with me through my IUI and were so supportive and positive! And of course Dr. Harris, she makes sure you understand the process and is honest and kind. Shady grove is full of warm, kind, and friendly people that make you feel not so afraid anymore once you walk into their care! I’ll miss seeing their faces weekly, but it’s with smiles i say goodbye because their plan worked and i am expecting my little one!
The entire staff is friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. We appreciated how quickly they were able to see us and get tests done. I highly recommend anybody struggling to conceive go straight to Shady Grove, they truly care and it shows in their work!
We just keep getting bills, bills and more bills in the mail for massive amounts and we’ve only been to an intro appointment. What gives? This is getting insane. Not only that, we’ve never heard any follow up that was promised from an OB and another doctors. Most likely not going back if we keep getting charged like this after ONE APPOINTMENT that was months ago. Very disappointing.
THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. Truly are SHADY af. Where do I even begin? It was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. They are utterly incompetent at handling insurance. Before every appointment, they promise to sort it out, but when the bill comes, surprise! Youre on the hook for the full amount. And the customer care? From the moment you step through the door, youre just a number in their files, a cog in their money-making machine. They couldnt care less about your emotional journey or your concerns. Its all about churning through as many patients as possible, regardless of how theyre treated.Theyll recommend a barrage of unnecessary tests based solely on your age, just to line their pockets a little more. Its predatory and despicable. They have no interest in working with you or exploring other options that might be covered by your insurance. Its all about squeezing every last penny out of you. They prey on vulnerable people desperate for a family. Save yourself the stress, the heartache, and the empty bank account. Go anywhere else but here.
Dr.Murray was the BEST doctor I’ve EVER had. Doctor Murray is insightful , wise , knowledgeable and always has your best interest at heart. We started our journey with SGF COS in Aug 2022 and we got pregnant Sept 2023. Prior to this , my husband and I went 5 years of failed attempts to get pregnant. Doctor Murray was able to find out that the issue was that my body didn’t ovulate alone , due to lack of on time periods. We absolutely loved our team. Nurse Kelsey was always immediately avail to answer any questions myself or my husband had. If she was with patients , she would return our voicemails pretty quickly. Sometimes all it takes is a little patience and Doctor Murray’s expertise regarding medications , dosages etc to finally get the chance to be a mom. Be patient , I can assure you that it’s worth it. We loved everyone so dearly from the front desk to the lab draw room to the amazing Ultrasound Techs that always made us feel so very hopeful !! After years of seeing those negative tests, I’m happy to say that we are pregnant. I never once felt judged by anyone here. The office is beautiful, and even boasts a coffee / tea bar if you need something to drink. The most warm , friendly and inviting doctors office I will most likely ever come into contact with. I am very VERY sad to graduate as I feel I won’t find an experience like this, elsewhere. We even received a gorgeous card , signed by everyone with an ultrasound of our healthy baby inside. Genuine, beautiful people that I can assure you , you’ll want on your team.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Harris for the last two years and she’s absolutely phenomenal! All of the ladies at this practice are very professional, kind, welcoming, and very informative! I could not be happier to work with this team!
SGF staff are fantastic. From Moira the sonographer to Kelsey our primary nurse to the front desk staff, everyone has always supported us. Unlike most other doctor’s offices, the staff at SGF was always prompt and happy to help. We strongly recommend SGF!
Absolutely love this staff! Dr Murray and her team have taken the absolute best care I could ever have dreamed of. When we received difficult news Dr Murray made my health a top priority. I also am so thankful for Kelsey (nurse) who was great at answering my questions. And Moira who did almost all our ultrasounds is such a joy and who I still wish could be at all our ultrasounds.
Dr Murray was not polite. She was very defensive when I asked any questions. She seemed like she was reading from a script as fast as she could and found any deviation from the script annoying. I perceived contempt from her to me in addition to impatience. She did provide correct information however.Be aware you will be expected to continue paying bills for up to 6 years after your last treatment with this clinic. I broke off treatment with them in 2021. I thought my bills were settled back then. As in I called them and confirmed that to be the case. I didn’t hear from them for over 2 years. Now I have a bill in Dec 2023 to correct their medical billing errors from 2021. Just in time for Christmas!
Such a wonderful facility! Shady Grove has been nothing but accommodating and kind to me! Everyone always greeted me with a smile and asked me about my day. The nice lady who drew my blood (Shamina? Im so sorry if that is incorrectly spelled) always made me feel comfortable. Moira was exceptional in the room during ultrasounds! And Jeanne was always so quick to assuage any concerns I had or quickly answer any messages I sent over the portal. I am grateful to the whole team, including Dr. Harris, for keeping me well informed and comfortable in a very anxious situation!
Shady Grove gives the best care around. The staff are always friendly and available whenever needed. Ive called and sent multiple portal messages (even crazy anxiety filled ones) and they are always so quick to respond and ease your worries. The office is clean and always welcoming. When I had to give blood samples, nurses were always kind and understanding when it was difficult. They are also really great about staying on schedule and I never had to wait long for my scheduled appointments. The staff is literally the reason why Ive been so calm during the IVF process. They turn into part of your family since you are there so often! Would recommend this office 100%!
As a Army Veteran, Mental health professional and a woman of color I understand the importance of advocacy, compassion and understanding within the medical field. Unfortunately my journey with SGF in Colorado Springs has not upheld the same values and beliefs. I called on Oct 10, 2023 to verify that my referral was received and to make an appointment with a different provider due to the disconnect between Dr. Amy Harris and I while I was under her care. The MSA informed me that she did not have the authorization to do so and that Id have to speak to a supervisor. Michelle (supervisor) gave me a call shortly after and stated that after speaking with someone above her that I would be unable to see a different provider because its against their policy. I asked her if she was aware of the situation (Patient Advocacy was involved) and which she said yes. For clarity I asked if I am uncomfortable with the care that Ive received from my provider I still have to work with her? Michelle said, yes, here at SGF we work as a team so she may still handle your care at some point... did you want to schedule a follow up now? I expressed that I had no issues working with Dr. Harris if I needed too however I no longer wanted her as my primary. However, to be denied the right to choose who I feel comfortable, safe, and trust with such a delicate process like fertility is absolutely terrifying. Whats even more disheartening is that I have peers who use SGF at different locations and have switched with ease yet I wasnt given a single option. Not even the option to go to their location in Denver. I called patient advocacy the same day as well and have not heard anything. Im just beyond myself in disbelief. A policy such as this goes against a patients right to choose whats best for them and their families needs. This cant possibly be the standard for quality, person centered, and trauma informed health care practices.
I could not be more thankful for Shady Grove during my fertility journey. All of their staff is phenomenal especially Dr. Harris, Jeannie and Moira. I could not recommend them more for anybody’s fertility needs. They truly made our dreams of starting a family come true !
From the front desk to all the nurses and doctor, everyone was so kind and professional. They were all knowledgeable about any questions my husband and I had. They worked around our schedules and helped make the process as smooth as possible. Highly recommend.
After being at different clinics I found SGF to be the best. I have been with this clinic for a few years even when it was with UC Health. Everyone at the office is so kind, respectful and understanding. The clinic has helped me through two pregnancies. They always got me in when I was scared something was going on in the pregnancy before being graduated to a obgyn. From the front staff, to the ultrasound tech (Moira, who I love dearly) to all the nurses . They always tried to comfort you and greeted you with a smile. I can’t thank Dr. Murray enough for listening to all my concerns and helping us achieve our beautiful family. The clinic will always have a special place in my heart . Dr Murray and the staff at SGF is amazing!! They have achieved what other practices couldn’t do for us.
I was with Shady Grove for over 2 years. It was not an easy journey, but we are finally pregnant! I could not have asked for better treatment and support. From their front desk staff to all their doctors, they are all very caring and professional. Always there for any questions or issues, their responsiveness and care is a huge 10.
The whole team here cares about your progress and health. They take an interest in you and want to help you achieve your goals. Our questions were always answered promptly by our nurses and every step of our process was explained so well. We are excited to have graduated and hoping for the best outcome but sad we’re leaving such a caring and responsive group. We went to Denver a few times for specific procedures and that team and facility was also great. The only difficult part we ever had with SGF was dealing with a benefits issue which stemmed from a miscommunication between the benefits provider and their team. Corporate got involved and figured everything out. Highly recommend this group for your fertility needs! Reading reviews of others makes me so happy we chose SGF!
My husband and were probably not the easiest people to deal with at first. We did two rounds of IVF though another clinic prior to going to Shady Grove. The other clinic was an awful experience all around for both of us. We came in as guarded and defensive due to our previous experiences making us less than ideal as patients. After a few visits with Shady Grove, we realized that this wasnt the same clinic at all. Dr Murray and the entire staff are amazing. They care, they are empathetic, they work with you to mitigate costs and find solutions that work best for you. I cannot express my gratitude for the staff enough and am so glad we went with them for our 3rd IVF round. Save yourself the hassle and go with them if youre still narrowing down your choices.
So I started at Shady about two years ago. I came into the fertility world scared, timid, and unsure. I am untrustworthy of medical professionals and a natural skeptic. So, needless to say I am slow to warm up and ask a billion questions. Shady quickly disipated all of my concerns because you absolutely fall in love with the staff. They are always there to help you in any way you need. They truly do treat you with respect, kindness and dignity. If it was for bloodwork, ultrasound, a check up, they were always so welcoming and professional. They answer any questions or concerns either via portal or in person. During my time there I was constantly guided, but provided choices for whatever it is I wanted to do. We did IUI first, had an ectopic, then moved on to IVF. My ectopic was one of the most stressful and devastating things, but Shady walked me step by step towards baseline and always took my concerns and grief seriously. Now we are finally pregnant with our rainbow baby and it is all due to Shadys overwhelming support and guidance. I sincerely cannot sing their praises high enough. Huuuuge shout out to Dr. Murray and Dr. Harris, Shanice, Ivy, Michelle. I adore you guys! Keep doing what youre doing! ❤️
My experience at Shady Grove Fertility with Dr. Polotsky and Dr. Murray was amazing! I appreciate the time they took to thoroughly explain different treatment options, test results, procedures, and protocols. The entire office staff is warm, friendly and made my husband and I feel that they truly care. We are so happy to have graduated to my OBGYN now that we are pregnant, but I will truly miss the excellent care I received here! Thank you all so much!
Shady Grove Fertility in Colorado Springs is just a bunch of warm, compassionate people in one little office. The staff would always greet me on a first name basis whenever I came in for my appointments. The bedside manners at this place made the whole experience less stressful. Also, they managed to help me and my fiance get pregnant on our first IUI attempt. Though I cannot guarantee the same results for everyone, I can guarantee that you will have good people rooting for you during your own fertility journey. Im so grateful to have found this practice and I highly recommend their services.
I was extremely hesitant about starting IVF. I was scared and unsure about the process. Dr Murray and the team at SGF were absolutely amazing. They explained everything thoroughly and very straightforward so there was no confusion about what would be happening. If I needed clarification they were happy to provide it. Everyone from the front desk staff all the way up to Dr Murray were extremely caring and compassionate. They greeted me by my first name as soon as I walked in the door and made me feel like I was cared for. I felt like they were all pulling for me during my cycles and that they felt my disappointment when my first cycle failed, as well as my joy when my second cycle was a success. I would highly recommend looking into them if you’re struggling to start a family.
Supportive and attentive staff. Excelle nt customer service. Empathy and care all the way around!
We couldn’t be more thankful for SGFs help in making our family dreams come true. Dr Harris, Moira and Shanice were all kind, patient and encouraging, as were every employee we interacted with from check-in to check-out.
Great patient care and very loving staff. They’re very attentive and communicate quickly. Scheduling is very easy and you can always get in quickly to see the provider when it’s time for time sensitive visits. Dr Harris is so sweet and attentive along with their whole care team
I had a wonderful experience at Advanced Reproductive Medicine. The staff got to know me and I really felt like they were with me the whole way on what can be a difficult and taxing journey. I always felt welcomed and truly cared for. They made me feel comfortable and treated me with the utmost support and kindness each and every time. The front office staff is kind and helpful. They work to provide you the best experience they can. The doctors are knowledgeable and truthful, yet kind and considerate. I strongly recommend them to anyone needing support on your baby journey! My husband and I are so fortunate to say that they helped us get pregnant! Were thrilled and so thankful for our experience!
My husband and I are so grateful we found SGF. The entire staff was so kind and were easy to work with. The nurses and Dr. Murray were easy to get in touch with for any questions that came up. We felt like we were more than just a number and that the whole staff was rooting for us! After two rounds of IUI, we are excited to be expecting our little one next year. Thanks to the staff at SGF for helping us to accomplish this!
Amazing staff and team of nurses and doctors. I always felt welcome and the team showed compassion during rough times in our fertility experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Murray and her team to anyone struggling with infertility and is looking for a team that cares about their patients at every step of the process.
Incredible customer service. Kind and professional. This clinic walked us through all the steps, educated us and answered questions along the way. Youre in good hands here. Dr. Polotsky and his team are incredible. They are on your team and will help you to get to where you want to go. Pregnancy ✅
Shona Murray and her team were amazing! Shona really took the time to listen and create the best care plan for us. The communication during treatment was exceptional and every staff member was very polite and professional. My appointments were timely and to the point but I also never felt rushed when I had questions or needed explainations. Shona and her team go above and beyond for their patients and I would highly recommend them! Thank you for everything!
Truly grateful for SGF and everyone there. The front desk staff, our nurse Jeannie, our ultrasound tech Moira, and Dr. Harris were wonderful and we wouldn’t be pregnant without them. Thank you so much!
I went for ultra sound and blood work here, good front desk service, they were really careful while doing the Ultrasound and no pain. She is very experienced and she knows how to handle the situation and communicate with patient.
My husband and I started seeing Dr. Murray and her staff in February 2017. We landed at this location after an initial appointment at another fertility office gave us a 1% chance of conceiving on our own, just based on my husbands test results. Dr. Murray reviewed and retested and found that our first opinion was severely flawed. From there, we were able to piece together a plan to get both myself and my husband ready for conception. I had a few health issues that needed to be addressed both medically and personally and with Dr. Murrays careful watch and guidance my husband and I were able to conceive naturally (in November 2019), without any medical intervention. We are now on our way to a healthy baby. The staff at this location are very knowledgeable, compassionate, and kind. Though we were lucky enough to conceive on our own, it would not have happened without the direction and encouragement given to make lifestyle changes that proved to greatly impact our starting a family. I am forever grateful for this office and definitely recommend anyone with fertility issues to at least set up a consultation.
I would highly recommend Dr. Murray to anyone seeking help with fertility. My husband and I had a rollercoaster of a journey but we didnt feel like we were just going to a doctors office. She and the nurses truly made us feel like family and that we were all in this together which isnt easy to do with fertility being such a personal experience. We fully trusted her guidance even when the decisions were hard to make. She is an incredible doctor and person! It was bitter sweet to graduate from their office. We are over to moon to be expecting our first baby but sad to not have her as our doctor anymore! The front desk staff is always friendly and there to help! If I could give them more stars I would.
All of the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I was very nervous to start going through infertility testing but everyone was so nice and reassuring. The whole testing process was very well streamlined and we never had to wait long when we showed up for our appointments. Im going to miss working with everyone there!
Don’t bother coming here if you are plus sized. They have a BMI requirement and took me as a patient but wouldn’t consider any treatments unless I lost 40 lbs first. So because I’m plus sized, I don’t deserve to have a child? Interesting. I ended up finding another clinic out of state who doesn’t have BMI requirements who also thought it was outrageous that Shady Grove wouldn’t help me without me losing weight.
My wife and I have been seen by both Dr. Murray and Dr. Polotsky, both during their time with UCHealth and Shady Groves. They have been professional, courteous, and attentive to our needs. Their office even worked closely with Dr. McBride at Urological Associates and made the infertility experience as stress-free as possible. For anyone starting or enduring the painful journey that is infertility, I cant recommend these physicians enough. Thank you to all the staff at Shady Grove for continually providing us hope and helping us progress through our journey.
Although I am thrilled to have graduated from Shady Grove Fertility because I am pregnant, I cant deny being just a little sad to leave the practice. Thats how good my experience was. From the first visit two years ago, everyone treated me with great consideration and guided me through what is admittedly a difficult process with great concern and care. The practice was upfront about costs, risks and alternatives. I especially appreciated Dr. Murrays evidence-based approach and her in-depth explanations of every process, procedure and recommendation. She really listened to my concerns and situation, always made herself available to answer my many questions, and made certain I had a realistic view of my unexplained infertility. The nursing, ultrasound, lab, and administrative staff couldnt have been better. They were fast, efficient, effective and obviously rooting for me. I never had to be worried about anything except my own IVF journey. When there was bad news, Dr. Murray, Moira, Jodi, Jeannie, Kelsey, Jasmine, Arayna, Michelle, and Nicolle rallied around and mourned with me.When the good news came, they were obviously almost as happy as me.I wont miss IVF cycles, progesterone injections, or blood draws, but I will miss Shady Grove Fertility. Excited to show them their good work next Spring.
Im not going to lie, Im pretty frustrated with this office at the moment. I love most of the staff, they are super kind and informed. Especially the girls taking vitals and working the front desk. However, weve been going to this office since Dec 2017 and have made little to no progress. Its frustrating to have to wait 7-8 weeks for consultation appointments with Dr Murray when they end up only lasting about 5-10 minutes and its something that couldve been said over the phone most times. The biggest issue I had happened recently when we started our IUI process. The medications are very time sensitive and we are paying 100% out of pocket for that and the visits/procedures (and it is not cheap!). No one ever called in the medications, I had to call back and forth between the office and pharmacies to remind the nurse to call in medication I was supposed to be able to pick up 2 days prior. Then when that was resolved and we were scheduling the actual procedure, Dr Murray didnt even know what we were doing. She advised us to do something that wouldve really hindered our chances of conceiving until I reminded her of our treatment plan and she quickly changed her advice. It just seems like the care doesnt always add up where it counts, especially considering how expensive and difficult these appointments can be. We are now in the process of starting an IVF cycle and have to wait 8 weeks for another consultation, even though we went over it in March when we initially discussed our options. We just always feel like were having to jump through hoops for things that should be very straight forward.
I cant share enough good feedback. I worked mostly with Jody, Kelsey and Dr. Polotsky. They are fabulous providers, I felt so supported and listened to. I was able to finally become pregnant too and had a son, thank you !
We had a wonderful experience with SGF. Dr. Harris and the entire nursing staff made us feel welcome and cared for. Prompt responses, clear instructions and all of our questions were answered.
Shady grove has been amazing. They were responsive and kind. Michelle, Moira and dr Murray went above and beyond
Dr. Murray and the entire staff at SGF were incredible. Everyone was extremely kind, and all of the information provided was thorough. I felt that I had all of the information I needed to make decisions about my fertility. I can’t recommend this office enough.
The nurses were all great, friendly ladies that I would sometimes look forward to seeing and talking with. They were also very supportive when I would sometimes breakdown after a failed cycle. Thanks to Dr. Murray, my husband and I got pregnant after almost 3 years of trying! She was VERY patient with us (it took time to get things right) as well as answered all of our questions! If we still lived in the state, I would absolutely go back to try for baby number two!
The team at Advanced Reproductive Medicine are amazing. They are quick to follow up with all my questions or concerns. This team is always going the extra mile even coming in on Holidays to draw blood for their patients. Not only are the doctors and nurses very knowledgeable but they are also very caring. Front office staff is one of a kind I loved going in there and seeing all their smiling faces even on a bad day they are super friendly. Of course above all their treatments and plan worked, they got us pregnant after years of no success. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for fertility treatment, they are the best!
Dr. Murray and the staff here have been my saving grace. I have been struggling with infertility for many years, have seen three infertility specialists and finally found Dr. Murray! I am happy to say I am now pregnant with twins after years of NO success! They have been so kind and caring. 100% recommend them!
Dr. Murray and her staff (Jeanie and Jodi in particular) were truly professional from the beginning to the end of my first conception. My process to conceive took exactly 12 months, and I feel that Advanced Reproductive Medicine did all they could along this journey to take care of me, run necessary tests, communicate, and deliver our dream to become parents a reality. I highly recommend Dr. Murray to any woman trying to conceive and be understood and cared for.One year later, 11/30/20, I am almost 2 months pregnant as of today, AGAIN!..Dr. Murray, Jeannie, and Jodi (including all of the office staff, Mora the ultrasound tech, Rochelle), all were truly amazing and so helpful during this second round to conceive. If you want a truly exceptional team who care, listens, and looks out for your best interest always, I highly recommend UC Advanced Reproductive Medicine. Thank you to all of them to giving us the chance to give our son a little brother, and be blessed being parents again!;)
Such a wonderful experience! Every doctor and nurse we worked with was amazing! Dr. Harris was amazing to work with and her nurses were always so kind with phone calls and answering my questions.
This office was such a joy to work with. They really helped mitigate the stress of the appointments and I looked forward to going in to say hello to them. Everyone was so supportive! I highly recommend this office if you find yourself needing their services like we did!
We started working with Dr Polotsky after we had a miscarriage from our last round of IVF before moving to Colorado and have nothing but wonderful things to say about him and the whole office. They were kind, supportive and great to coordinate with during the whole process. I cannot recommend them enough and how LGBT+ inclusive they were was a relief - one less thing to think about during our process.Dr Polotsky also was great at review protocol options and his optimism mixed with honesty was a huge breath of fresh air from our last clinic. His personal touch (not making us feel like a number) and support were so needed after our loss. We’re currently 28 wks with this babe and can’t wait to share the birth announcement with the whole team. I would definitely recommend the office and doctor to anyone who has to venture into the world of infertility. We’ll definitely be back for our next.
I was a little hesitant to leave a review. I started seeing this clinic when they were still University Medicine of Colorado. My provider was Dr. Murray. At first I was very hopeful and super excited to start my IUI procedure with them. I was looking optimistic about the entire thing. After my wife and I decided we wanted to start a family we looked into this clinic.Dr. Murray left a bitter taste in my mouth. Every chance she had she would tell me how I’m over weight. I suffer from PCOS and after telling her many many times keeping weight off is extremely hard for me she continued to discriminate my weight.Because keeping my weight off is extremely difficult because of my hormone discontrol I always eat healthy, work out on the weekends (I have an extremely hectic schedule during the week) this didn’t matter to her.It was always the same treatment: Provera, ultrasound, blood work, Letrozole, ultrasound multiple times, trigger shot, insemination. 2 weeks later negative results. This went on for three times. My wife and I started becoming extremely hopeless and frustrated. All this money wasted and no results. Yes I know IUI could take some time I get that but the point is it felt like I was not being studied and as a doctor it is your job to understand why I’m not getting pregnant when all the results show I was ready.Lucky for me my insurance dropped this clinic and I am now seeing a different doctor. The experience is 360 degree turn. I was studied and my chart was reviewed. Turns out my extreme painful periods after the procedure was due to miscarriages, something that was never told to me by Dr. Murray. The new doctor I am seeing now is extremely amazing, he does not blame my “high blood pressure” because of my weight. He explains the high blood pressure is due to the heavy medication I am on. He understands having PCOS is hard to keep the weight off as long as I am doing everything I can to stay healthy is all he cares about!I was told by Dr. Murray my “high sugar levels” is due to my weight.mY new doctor informed me patients with PCOS have high sugar levels due to high insulin levels. Dr. Murray blamed my weight for my high blood pressure, I suffer from anxiety and this is something I had told her before. Even my primary doctor knows when my anxiety is at a high level my pressure goes up. My pressure always stays low but when my anxiety spikes it elevates my pressure. This is normal! When you waste so much money on fertility treatment you want to be treated as any other patient. I have seen extremely obese people having children. When I asked this clinic to give me my records the notes from Dr.Murray were extremely unprofessional.“Patient claims she eats healthy, works out, her weight does not reflect this”. “Patient is extremely obese, high blood pressure and high sugar levels are due to this. Patient was asked to speak to primary doctor.”When my current doctor read these notes he was also shocked! Please do your research, this clinic is not reliable. They will keep you around until they suck every penny from you.Dr. Murray is not there to help you, she is there to get a paycheck and that is all. If you’re a patient with PCOS please look into another clinic you’re not alone with your condition. There are doctors out there that truly want to help!Dr. Murray will only be ok with you if you’re skinny and under weight as you will be an easy patient for her. She doesn’t like complicated patients. The staff is super nice though never had an issue with the staff.
My husband and I had such a great experience with Dr Polotsky and his staff. Everyone was super friendly and explained the process and expectations very clearly. We were successful on our first round of IVF and are so excited. We couldn’t have got pregnant without the help of Dr Polotsky and his staff.
Dr. Murray and her team are great! They all worked with my husband and I to help us meet our goal of starting our family (we were extremely lucky and our first try with ivf was successful.) Our questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner and we both felt well taken care of. I would most definitely recommend this clinic to anyone trying to conceive but are struggling.
Coming into this office was the best thing my wife and I could have done. We had a bad experience at another fertility clinic, but then we were referred to Dr. Murray. From the very first visit, we knew IVF would be the best option for us. Dr. Murray explained everything and her staff guided us through the process. I had the pleasure of also working with Dr. Polotsky and Dr. Roeca who were also amazing during our journey. While all the nurses were great, I have to give a huge thank you to Jeannie who was my primary nurse and savior . Thank you for your prompt responses to my many questions and concerns. Rachelle, thank you for stepping in to guide me when i needed it and for tolerating my wifes and I humor. Moira, thank you for making every ultrasound comfortable and pleasant. To the ladies at the front desk, thank you for everything . If youre looking for a Reproductive clinic whose service is outstanding from the start to the end, look no further. I am happy to announce that we are 13 weeks pregnant today. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Fantastic practice, small, friendly, family feel. Dr. Murray and Kelsey, Jeannie and all the SGF staff were amazing, willing to answer all my questions, explained in detail the process for IVF and walked me through every step of the way. I highly recommend to anyone who is in needs of fertility solutions. I plan to use again for my next pregnancy.
Great team, very knowledgeable and kind. From Dr. Polotsky to his nurses Jeannie and Rachelle, to Moira and the front desk girls, they all made us feel comfortable asking questions or if we had any concerns during our journey. We are happy that we found them after many years of trying to conceive and in a few months we get to meet our baby. Thank you!
My husband and I started this process a little over two years ago. From the beginning Dr. Polotsky, his nurse Jodi, and all of the staff were excellent. They educated and walked us through every step of the way starting with medical checks, choosing a surrogacy company, egg donors, legal, etc. Even when we ran into hurdles they were always reassuring and always kept our best interest at the top of their priority list. We can now officially say we’ll be dads soon and can’t thank all of them enough!
Im giving this clinic 1 star for the one good thing about the clinic: RN Jeannie. Otherwise, the staff seems unaware of the word care in healthcare. Meetings with Dr. Murray were informative, and I knew - at 45 - that the odds were not in my favor going in. (I had two failed IUIs and two failed IVF transfers with frozen donor eggs). But my biggest issue with this place is the attitude of providers and most office staff. Throughout my nearly 2 years with ARM, it was either obtuse, dismissive or somewhat scolding. I would e-mail the doctor directly, looking for guidance, and would receive a response from a nurse (that didnt really answer my questions). The doctors always seemed to hurry through appts and appeared irritated if I had follow-up questions or if I used VA for labs to reduce cost. The front office staff is constantly changing, which is typically a sign of internal dysfunction (usually from the top down). After the IUIs, there was no follow up. I just learned on my own that they hadnt worked. And, with the IVFs (one being a chemical pregnancy), the only phone call was from Jeannie to tell me the bad news. She was at least caring and listened as I processed the news over the phone. But nothing from the providers and no real sympathy on the follow up apt, other than to say she was surprised it didnt work. The only one who took time with us and showed some empathy/responsiveness we Dr. Dovey, but she wasnt my doctor, so I didnt work with her much. Just now, I called to follow up on having my records transferred to a new clinic (where Im hoping for more compassion and better listening skills) and was told by the office manager - after 3 weeks of waiting - that I needed to pay $39 to have my records sent. First, Ive never heard of pts being charged to have records sent to another clinic. And, she could have cared less about the frustrations of waiting when time is so important with this issue. For the amount of time and money that goes into these procedures (in a state with no IVF coverage), Id recommend saving yourself some disappointment. Look into other clinics first.
I had just hit my deductible and recovered from a miscarriage. I called them this morning to start my next cycle and they tell me their new management (SGF) doesnt take Cigna. The last time I was in the office I was told Cigna was in-network, but now the story has changed. I was very happy with the care I was receiving here, but now Im furious and devestated. I have to start the process over again with another clinic, and will likely have to commute to Denver for care.Edit: talk is cheap. if you regret to hear my experience was negative, perhaps you should change your insurance policy. Ive spoken with your practice extensively and expressed my frustration. Ive also reached out to shady grove fertility in Rockville. All parties were unwilling to help.
I hate leaving bad reviews but our experience at this clinic was all negative. Every appointment we would wait a minimum of 30 minutes just to go back. One time we waited an hour and I had to leave because I had other medical appointments. No one ever called me or met with me about any of my multiple my test results or my husbands results. We were pushed to do IVF without really knowing why or what our situation was. Once my appointment was done I never really knew if I was done or what the next step was. The communication was very poor here. We found out months later despite the facility asking if we were billing insurance, they were out of network for our insurance. Ive gone to CCRM in Lone Tree and had a much more positive experience and would recommend driving there instead. I dont feel like I got any answers or support in our fertility journey here. Despite being told we needed IVF we ended up getting pregnant naturally and I am grateful for that and to be done with this clinic.
My husband and I have been trying to conceive for several years. In August 2018 we had our initial visit with Dr. Murray. After a few more appointments we decided Clomid would be the best route for us. My husband is in the military, so we had to work around his schedule as well as my cycle schedule, which didnt always line up since he would be gone for a week or more sometimes. She was very understanding, and as soon as everything lined up in February, I began my first Clomid cycle. Everything went well, we just didnt conceive. We began the second Clomid cycle in March. As of today, I am 6 weeks pregnant! Dr. Murray and everyone else that I have met during my time here have been extremely kind and very helpful. I have no complaints at all,and my experience here has been a great one! I highly recommend Dr. Murray at Advanced Reproductive Medicine.Thank you so much, you guys are wonderful!
Horrible horrible experience. Dr Murray looks at her patients as just another number. She is very commercial and a bit too dedicated to her press she has gotten in magazines etc. if you’re looking for a personal and educated experience, I suggest you go else where. The staff is okay but the Doctors are not. Run don’t walk especially when dealing with a subject so close to ones heart that can be sensitive.
The team here is so wonderful and professional. We were annoying because we actually started seeing Dr. Roeca at their Denver location, but the Springs office was closer. They worked seamlessly with her from Denver at my request and they were always so pleasant to visit. Definitely recommend!
I had a appointment today to start my shots. So the doctor I seen today was Dr.Murray. Where Do I start so I had to have blood drawn and ultrasound today. The lady that drew my blood was so nice. Once I got to Dr.Murray my first impression of her was her bed side manner it wasn’t the best. I had to do the Transvaginal Ultrasound while it had a rubber already on it, so I ask the doctor if she could put on a new one, because I don’t know how long it’s been sitting there. Dr.Murray began to say its a new one, I don’t care how new it is, I want to see you put on a new one for my peace of mind. Dr.Murray is very rude, I read reviews, I also know a couple that goes there that complains about this doctor, but I was like people have different experiences. Let me tell you guys it’s true. However Dr.Murray isn’t my doctor if she was I would switch doctors office in a heartbeat. I see Dr. Dovey and I’m glad she’s my doctor. Dr.Dovey listen. Dr.Murray called left a message then called my husbands phone not verifing him or myself that’s a hipaa violation. She just starting talking without verifying my birthday or his that’s not cool at all. I will be reaching out to someone about this hipaa Violation. I don’t know if Dr.Murray is going through something personally, but she’s needs a reality check. Dr.Murray doesn’t listen she cuts you off just rude. When have patient been allow to call in a new prescription on themselves. I’ll wait... we said the nurse or doctor suppose to call it in the pharmacy reaches out to me to verify and get payment. Come on Dr.Murray you need to do better. Not all patients are stupid and dumb listen to us sometimes.
First off, the ladies here are very kind. The low review is because multiple times I had to remind the person on the phone what appointment needed to be scheduled and what test needed to still be done. That was frustrating because we would have had to wait even longer to get answers, and I shouldnt be the one reminding the clinic!Secondly, their wait list is incredibly long. The first time I got in, I waited months for my first consultation. After covid, they switched to virtual. It took me TEN WEEKS to get another follow up, even though they claim it only takes 4-6 weeks. They have taken on too much.
I went to see Dr. Murray about 18 months ago. My husband and I were having trouble conceiving naturally and were looking for answers as to why we werent having any successful pregnancies. Unfortunately, I did not connect with Dr. Murray during my visit. She completed basic blood work and a routine fertility ultrasound. After reviewing the first and only round of my testing, Dr. Murray told my husband and I that we would have to do IVF if we wanted to conceive. She did not offer any other solutions or suggest any other testing to get more answers. Since IVF is so expensive, we pushed her for more information and wanted to see if there were other natural and more affordable pathways. She seemingly disregarded our concern and explained that having a kid is expensive. I was very discouraged when she compared having a kid to the expense of buying a car. It was a poor metaphor that deterred my husband and I from her care. Her diagnosis discouraged us, and for many months I even gave up on my dream of having any kids. This took a huge toll on me and my marriage. But- just a year and a half later, we decided to try again. I am seeing a different fertility doctor in Colorado Springs. With this new specialist, I have had comprehensive testing done to identify fertility issues. Because of my new doctor, my husband and I have found options and real hope in being able to conceive naturally- without IVF.
Dr. Murray and the entire staff are very compassionate and well educated in infertility. This is our second fertility doctor, and would highly recommend this organization to anyone with problems. They are very thorough and explain everything to you and help you through the process.
Dr. Dovey and our nurse, Jody, were absolutely amazing to work with. Both were extremely helpful and professional at all times. They welcomed our questions, gave us great advice, and first round for us was a success. I would definitely recommend this team to anyone interested in their services.
This clinic offers so many false promises. Delayed treatments due to insurance contracts, moving and make you feel like its your fault. No one can prepare you for the let down they leave you with. Please save your money and time. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.NOTE: Patient Advocate never returns calls. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Most of all their nurse acts like she knows more than the drs. Giving medical advice above her pay grade.
My husband and I had a positive experience at Advanced Reproductive Medicine. I was able to not only address and have treated a very painful condition (uterine fibroid) but happily my husband and I were able to naturally conceive a beautiful, healthy baby boy in September. I just gave birth to him almost 2 weeks ago and I will forever be grateful to Dr. Murrey and Dr. Polotsky for helping us to conceive. They didnt immediately push us into IVF. It was only discussed after we had explored the other more easily corrected issues. Dr. Murrey discussed the IVF process honestly and in depth. I didnt feel like there was any pressure, just information. I would highly recommend Advanced Reproductive Medicine.
Shady Grove Fertility was so great for me. They are professional and take care of all your needs. They always answer the phone and have the best customer service. Throughout the treatment they were always very supportive.
Absolutely love this clinic!!!Been coming here since October of 2021 and i’m currently 6 weeks 6 days pregnant! I have PCOS and am now successfully pregnant and can’t thank everyone here enough! Will recommend them to anyone struggling to get pregnant.
Ive had a very positive experience here with local egg retrieval monitoring. The office staff is very pleasant and were able to make appointments that fit around my work schedule. Most of my monitoring appointments were done within 30-40 minutes as well.
Doctor MURRAY is very inconsiderate about everything. First, she gave me overdosage of medication which led to produce too many follicles even though my body doesnt have any problem producing them. Instead of helping us, she only suggested IVF which costs fortune. IUI trial 2 times fail. Nurse charged me blood tests cost even i couldnt do treatment cycle. I switched doctor and turns out my husband has only 2% normal sperm. I wonder why IUI didnt work out. How can we find out this now after we were seeing her almost a year. WASTING TIME AND MONEY. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!
Do not go there if you are an out patient. Dont expect same day results. Unfortunately, there are a lot of unfortunate events that drove me away. When they were under uc health, it was great. Not anymore. Do not use this clinic if you are a surrogate.
I was trying to compare private payer costs of different centers. First round of calls, they seemed willing to share prices with a significant run-around. Later, it was made clear the run-around was for naught, they have to keep all prices secret. Kinda puts the shady in Shady Grove.
The staff at this office is simply amazing! From beginning to end, they communicate everything clearly and effectively. They guided me through the process seamlessly and were very supportive.
Dr. Harris and her staff are fantastic!
From start to finish this clinic was amazing. They were understanding, compassionate, and always willing to find the answers I needed. Highly recommend
I wish I didn’t have to transfer to my regular clinic. Love the staff and how kind and helpful everyone was
Dr. Murray and her staff went above and beyond for my family! We are currently pregnant!! Thank you so much
Everyone there is great. I miss Moira the ultrasound tech immensely.
The staff at SGF are very friendly and knowledgeable and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience here. I was so happy to see the change of ownership has not effected how I feel about this place.
They were always available to answer my questions, very friendly and helpful. They laid out the plans and how much they all cost first thing so there is no guessing. Highly recommend
The staff is great and all very caring. I do have a question though. Do you guys accept Cofinity Insurance?
This office has the kindest staff
I want to give infinite thanks to Dr. Shona Murray because since the first day she gave us confidence to me and my husband in the treatment to be able to be a mother and father.
