I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Arceneaux. She is very kind and compassionate. She takes the time to listen to you, learn about you, and develop a treatment plan for your specific needs. I had an procedure completed recently and I was super anxious for it. She talked me through it and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I am a health care provider myself, and I know how difficult it can be to spend enough time with patients. You usually have 5-10 patients waiting on you, and its very easy to feel the pressure to rush to get to the next person so that youre not running late. She never makes you feel like youre being rushed. Highly recommend. Thank you Dr. Arceneaux!
These recent reviews made me so sad, because my experience with Partners in Womens Health has been so very different. For the first time, I have found a Doctor that listens to me and treats me like an individual. I have been seeing Dr. Erika Arcineaux for a few years now and I cannot say enough positive things about her! She is honest, caring, compassionate, thorough and truly listens to me. She takes the time to understand and address my concerns as well as making me feel at ease. The office staff have always been kind to me and I have never experienced anyone there that could be categorized as rude. I hope that for anyone considering this office, they can see beyond the negative (its always so much easier to share negative feedback than positive) and will find the same positive experience that I have had. Thank you to the entire team but specifically to Dr. Arcineaux!
My experience with Partners In Women’s Health has been excellent. I’ve seen Katie Wagner and Dr. Arceneaux. Both have been patient and given me plenty of opportunity to ask questions. I had been in a healthcare loop trying to find the right doctor for my needs for a while. It’s such a relief to have found this clinic and these folks. I had also read some of the reviews about bad front desk experiences, but I didn’t experience that at all. All of the medical assistants and front desk staff were friendly.
If only I could give negative stars….Office staff is so rude and unprofessional. They were to call in my 2 prescriptions. When I went to the pharmacy to pick them up only one prescription was there. I called the office to inquire about the second prescription, the woman on the phone was mean and condescending, and was even making fun of me because she said they had called my prescriptions in. Like I was some sort of idiot. The problem was, they had called one prescription in to my old pharmacy and the other prescription into my new pharmacy. When this was determined, she did not apologize to me for her attitude, mockery nor the inconvenience. I have had another run-in with this lady. I was running a couple of minutes late and she announced to the whole office and waiting area “She late” and started discussing this with the other office workers where everyone, including myself can hear. Then I went on to wait forever in the waiting room and the exam room.Honestly, there’s too many providers out there to waste any more time on this highly disorganized and incompetent office. I have no complaints about Dr. Arceneaux and Emily Majure is just wonderful. Dr. Gonzales was my doctor for years and ever since she has left the practice I have not had the same experience there and will not be back.
Ive been a patient at PIWH since 2017, and Im sad to share its my opinion that this practice has gone downhill. I had my last (and what will be my final apt) with them back in June to remove my IUD. Mid apt, my doctor felt the need to share with me that I will have problems with getting pregnant and throughout my pregnancy due to my age (I am 31) and that I will not be getting another COVID vaccine or boosters throughout my pregnancy. She also ended the apt by stating to come see her when I start having issues. I am very disappointed not only with the fact that she was so negative about what should be an exciting (and nerve-racking) time for me & my family, but also at this point, has not done her due diligence in researching all the evidence out there surrounding vaccines and the impact they have had on pregnancies, miscarriages, etc. To also state that I will have a hard time getting pregnant at my age may be true in some cases, but obviously not all, is wrong, especially considering she didnt take one moment to ask questions about my previous periods, family history, the very healthy lifestyle I live including diet, exercise, etc. I can understand that in our climate because I brought up the word vaccines, some will see this as a political remark or stance-however it truly is not- it was however, a very unsettling and upsetting experience that I felt the need to share. I will sadly not be returning as a patient here.Feedback: start seeing your patients as individuals, not as a collective, do more research on vaccines (and do not push them on a patient if it doesnt feel right), ask more questions, and finally be more encouraging and uplifting to your patients.
Dr. Emily Majure has been an absolute pleasure. In the past, I have struggled with anxiety and have also had negative experiences in the past with other practices, but from the moment I stepped into Partners In Womens Health, I have had nothing but positive experiences. For example, I have been seen earlier than scheduled with arriving early for my appointments. The front desk receptionists were kind and caring towards me.The exam rooms have adequate space! ( Im a NYer)Dr. Majure has been transparent with everything needed to go over, and gave me a real sense of relief throughout each experience. I have been in the healthcare industry myself and can say from my own personal perspective, it is rare to find a Dr. That has as much commitment to care as Dr. Majure. I will continue to advocate for Partners In Womens Health as well as refer friends to Dr. Emily Majure for future medical needs, and would emplore others to do the same!It only takes one person to make a difference in a persons life, and my Doctor with the help of this practice has done nothing but exceed my expectations. Thank you for being the difference! You are all valued and I cant wait to come back when I plan on expanding my family next!
After 6+ years as a patient: This doctors office has no problem keeping you waiting in the waiting and patient rooms for long periods, but if you are 11 minutes late for your appointment, they will cancel while you are signing in at the desk. Even if you filled out all the paperwork online, called to tell them you had a delay and tried to valet park to make it in time, they will claim there is a strict 10-minute policy. Be aware the slow elevator in the building can add an extra 5 minutes. Additionally, when my daughter was born, an unknown hospital doctor delivered her because Partners in Womens Health did not send one of the many doctors I had seen. Apparently, they dont work weekends, so dont plan to have a child on a Saturday or Sunday. I loved Dr. Patwardhan but now that she has left and I was turned away for being 1 minute too late, I will not be returning.
I love coming here because everyone is friendly, timely, and I know I’m in excellent hands. I’ve visited Emily and have had only 10/10 experiences with her each time. She makes these appointments less intimidating than they otherwise might be, and makes me feel comfortable. Plus is that she is ALWAYS on time! Can’t recommend this office enough.
Dr. Felle, and really all of the staff at PIWH, are incredible. Professional and friendly staff. The best phlebotomists I’ve ever had. Timely with test results. Would go more than once a year if my insurance allowed it because I love them that much!!
Poor miscarriage management / this group only cares about you if you have a viable pregnancy. I have a lot of complaints but it boils down to the doctors not giving you enough information to make decisions about your care.1). Ive always had a progesterone prescription due to a deficiency that was diagnosed via dozens of tests over ten years ago. They wouldnt refill my prescription when they found out I was trying. When I called because I had a positive test but was bleeding, my provider was out of town so there was nothing they could do for me. Two weeks later, I got the prescription and the bleeding stopped, but it was too late.2). When they determined the pregnancy had ended at 9 weeks, they sent me for additional imaging that cost 5k out of pocket. Research shows that when a gestational sac is present there is less than a 3% chance of an ectopic pregnancy. The tech at the imaging center was confused why I was there.3). Dr. Arceneaux said that because there was so little pregnancy tissue using medicated management should be like a period. There is zero evidence to support this claim. The full range of what to expect was never presented to me. The pain lasted five full days and I couldnt get off the floor. When my husband called them, concerned, they said it was normal but that normal had never been discussed with me.4). Dr. Felle prescribed Misoprostol only which is only 60% effective on its own. When paired with Mifepristone the success rate increases to 90%. I was never given this option, but it was discussed in an informational handout given to me later after surgical removal.5). Katie Wagner did my follow up ultrasound and did not tell me I had retained pregnancy tissue in my uterus. All she said was: I dont see anything concerning. I got a call a few days after the appointment to book a d&c and was completely blindsided.6). They did an ultrasound to confirm blood flow to the tissue and then sent me back out to the waiting room for 45 min where I sobbed surrounded by other people.7). The PA forgot to give me advil before the procedure which is the only thing they give you for the pain.8). Expectant management was never once presented to me as an option. Also agree with everyone else, but it doesnt matter that much to me. The front desk staff are incredibly rude. You check in online before coming, and then sign in at the front desk, and you just have to hope someone deigns to acknowledge your existence. Ive waited over an hour to be seen just because the woman at the front desk didnt look up or hang up the phone. The ultrasound technician is great. Dr. Brink was the only doctor who was honest with me about the extent of what I might experience, but I only had her for the d&c.When we got pregnant again, I tried from my very first appointment to find out what epidural options were available at Rose (I wanted access to the walking epidural), and they were all super wishy washy. The new NP was the only one who got to the bottom of it for me. Everyone else kept telling me to wait until my meeting with the anesthesiologist in Tri 3 at which point, it would be too late to switch practices. For anyone interested a walking epidural is only available at University of Colorado Hospital Anschutz.
If I could give this office zero stars I would. I had an appointment that I had to schedule over a month in advance. I showed up to my appointment on time, missing an entire morning of work. When I arrived, on time, the administrator at the front desk informed me that the office would likely be cancelling my appointment because I was not able to fill out a form in advance of my appointment. There was no notice that failure to fill out a form would result in the cancellation of my appointment.
Really bad experience at this place especially for first time parents. They got us in and out barely any information for our first appointment for ultrasound. We would think for first time finding stuff out it would be more informative and supportive. We felt rushed through entire process.
I went here while they were “The Women’s Health Group”. I did Global billing, paying over 1400 towards my deductible up front just for the clinic to not bill in a timely manner. After birth I was forced to pay my deductible to the hospital and was told I’d receive a refund from the clinic. This was TWO YEARS AGO. Since then they have given me the run around of “we can’t get ahold of the old billing department”. I paid the money directly to the clinic, not through a billing website. Will hopefully be taking legal action if this is not resolved soon.
So I’m a soon to be mom and I was looking for a OBGYN. The front office was very rude I spoke to a lady her name was Suzan or Suzanne don’t know. She had no sympathy whatsoever. Not to mention I’m a first-time mom this a very vulnerable time for me and for her to act the way she did is unbelievably be better. She should not work there. And it seems like I’m definitely not the fist person to talk about the front office staff. And it looks like management hasn’t done much about it.
Im surprised to see Partners In Women’s Health with only a 3.5-star rating; they truly deserve a 5-star rating from my experience. Each appointment has been fantastic. The front desk staff (Quajonna, Tasha, and Destiny) are always pleasant and helpful. The doctors create a comfortable atmosphere, the offices are clean, and they strictly followed COVID guidelines. Theyre excellent at follow-ups and appointment reminders. Despite encountering rude patients, the staff remains professional. I highly recommend PIWH and any doctor there. My pregnancy journey was wonderful, thanks to the fantastic staff. I plan to continue with them for a long time.
If you have anxiety with medical care, please give them a try. The entire staff are very kind and comforting, and Emily Majure, PA is absolutely wonderful. They clearly care about their patients as people and have made a safe space.
I have been coming to PIWH for 8 years now, Dr. Felle is amazing and I have only ever had positive encounters here with all members of the staff being extremely friendly and helpful. I cant recommend them enough!
I’ve felt so supported at this practice that I would recommend it to any female friend. I’ve been to multiple OBGYN practices over the years, and I have felt more cared for and heard at this practice than anywhere else. I have some medical anxiety, and the practitioners at PIWH have sat with me beyond the normal appointment time to listen to my concerns, answer all of my questions, and talk through my options. I saw some other reviews about long wait times, which is frustrating, but on the flip side I think this can mean that the practitioners truly take their time with each patient. A special shoutout to Midwife Katie Wagner… she saw me on a day where I had a lot of anxiety, and she was so patient and caring with me. I really, really appreciate her validating me and supporting me. If I am ever pregnant in the future I would definitely want to work with her!!!
This is a review for Dr. Vera Brink. Although the staff and communication wasn’t always the best with every provider and front desk personnel, I think they got a lot of the kinks worked out over the year that I have been there. Dr. Brink has been an absolute blessing to this practice. She is knowledgeable, kind, personable, and meticulous at her career. She delivered my tiny baby via flawless C-section in November after making the right call for an early full term delivery which not only allowed my baby to thrive outside the womb but also might have saved my life as I headed toward pre-E and postpartum eclampsia. My scar has no shelf and healed well and today I got to bring my now 8 month old daughter to my annual to re-meet her! Now that I don’t have to have so many appointments I wanted to share how wonderful she is and how you should absolutely request her but please don’t book her too long because I plan on having another baby in the next couple years! Thank you for everything Dr. Brink, you feel like a friend to me! (Also quick shout out to Dan who was awesome every single time with my blood draws!)
I recommend PIWH to any one looking for a professional, friendly and experienced ob/gyn practice. Both of my children were delivered by PIWH Drs, and the experience was amazing. After an extended period overseas, I recently went back to PIWH and found the service and care to still be excellent, especially in explaining complex medical situations in an understandable manner. Special shout out to Dr. Arceneaux, Brittany, Dan, Dr Imperial and especially Emily Majure for going above and beyond in her care for myself and my daughter.
I have been a patient at PIWH for almost 20 years. During that time I have been seen by various providers. Each one has provided excellent service to me as a self proclaimed Dr. anxiety patient. Today I had the pleasure of seeing Womens Health Nurse Practioner, Katie Wagner. Katie did not disappoint. She entered the room with a big smile. Her vibrant personality put me at ease from the onset. She listened to my concerns and spoke to me in laymans terms. I felt listened to throughout the examination. I did not feel rushed at all. My go to for all issues affecting women continues to be PIWH!
I love this office & the doctors that Ive seen. Dr Brink is thorough and professional; I have recommended all of my friends & family here!
I am so happy I decided to come here. I was really nervous for my well woman’s exam due to issues related to PCOS and the nurse (I think her name was Shirley?) was so sweet and reassuring. Then Dr. Imperial came and really put me at ease and made me feel seen and heard. I’ve had instances in the past of other doctors dismissing me when I had concerns or had questions, and that made me lose a lot of trust in the medical system, but this team just was the best and Dr. Imperial really knows her stuff. I’m so relieved and know that whatever I will need they’ll take good care of me :’)
How on earth anyone has left PWH anything less than 5 Stars is beyond me. My wife and I have been with them through our whole pregnancy and everything there is FANTASTIC!Every person from the front desk > nurses > doctors/midwives have gone above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and supported.Would 10/10 recommend! ❤️
I came to this practice for both of my pregnancies. For my first pregnancy I was seen Dr. Gonzalez and she was absolutely amazing. Dr. Pathwardhan was on call when I went into labor and she was very supportive of my birth plan and I had a lovely birthing experience. The front desk staff and medical assistants were also very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with this practice was completely different when I had my son. It has been about a year since I’ve given birth to my son. Dr. Felle was the doctor on call when I went into labor and I negative experience with that labor as well as in my follow up care. I clearly communicated my birth plan/wishes (like I did with my first child), especially delayed cord clamping at the time of birth. I asked for delayed clamping once my done was born and she rushed the cord clamping and was very dismissive to my wishes for absolutely no reason. I really wish I had a doula at the time to advocate for me and my son. When I went back in for my 6 week postpartum check I let Dr. Felle know that I was struggling with postpartum depression and cried almost every day since I gave birth. She responded with a chuckle and said “awwww sweetie.” I was immediately taken back by the response and surprised by the lack of professionalism. It was not comforting and make me very uncomfortable. I never returned and do not recommend receiving care from this provider. I’m still struggling with postpartum depression and would recommend seeking care elsewhere to ensure your birthing experience and postpartum experience are as positive as possible.
I had an amazing experience during pregnancy, but I dont recommend for post partum care at all. They stop caring after you have your baby. Waited almost an hour today to be seen and still wasnt and after leaving no one even followed up with me considering I have post partum preeclampsia and am needing to be seen weekly for my severe high blood pressure.
Im a soon to be mom and was looking for an OBGYN. The front office staff were incredibly rude and short with me on the phone when I asked general questions about the practice and doctors. I said id call back if i decided to move forward with scheduling depending on if other offices closer to home were accepting new patients. I thought maybe they were just overwhelmed and were having a bad day. Two days later, i called to schedule and again dealt with another rude staff member. Based on the previous reviews, it seems like this is a pattern for the front office staff to treat people this way. Clearly Management has not done anything to improve customer service and doesnt care to any time soon since it seems this has been an ongoing issue. Why work as a secretary at a doctors office if you dont like interacting with people or assisting people?? Id rather go somewhere else where Id be treated with respect during a vulnerable period in my life. If youre looking for care, please avoid this place. Its not worth the stress if youre pregnant IMO. I was lucky to find another clinic with staff who have been so kind, caring, helpful and patient with answering any questions as a first-time mom.
I’ve been going to this practice since my first pregnancy in 2019. Right off the start the front desk ladies were super rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately I already found that Dr. Gonzalez was a great doctor and I ended up not switching providers because it I found Dr. Gonzalez very trusting and caring. Although every time I had an appointment I was very nervous to talk to the up front ladies because of the bluntness and rudeness it came to a point were my husband had to speak with them because they were so mean to me. Now second time around with my second pregnancy they have a whole new front desk staff and it’s even worse. These ladies are uncaring and rude. I feel so violated from their actions and unprofessionalism that I will be switching providers! This place has been such a nightmare. I only stayed for my Dr. Gonzalez as she has moved on from this practice as well. I hope all you ladies consider my review for your own mental and physical care. This place really has upset my confidence and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!
Dr. Gonzalez and the rest of the staff are amazing. They are patient, listen to all of your concerns and do not rush you. Everyone is friendly and as soon as I walk into the office, I feel welcome. Dr. Gonzalez is the best Obgyn I have ever had. She is thorough, always makes sure all of my concerns are addressed, explains her treatment plan and checks to see that understand everything. She has the best bedside manner and I look forward to my visits. The office always follows up with results and responds to questions in a timely manner. Dr. Gonzalez herself calls me with results to and shows she really cares by always asking how I am doing. Then takes her time to explain results. If I could give this practice and her 10s, I would.
I moved here during the pandemic in 2020 and was looking for a new obgyn. I was assigned Dr.Patwardhan...I would highly recommend not going here. The office admin are terrible - you dont get calls back, you have to follow up, simple things like hearing my bloodwork results...werent so simple - I had to wait until they were uploaded and read them myself...no one explained them to me. Dr. Patwardhan could give me no confident answers and didnt seem to really care. When I brought up my concerns about how my treatment has been handled there she just blamed it on the pandemic - they lost some doctors and it is hard to find admin/no one wants to work....yet I dont have this experience with any other doctors here. I eventually had to go to a fertility specialist and trying to get my records transferred has been unbelievably hard. I was told to email them which I did, followed up twice, never heard back...called them - was told they dont check their email but they will transfer them in 7-10 business days and it has been over 3 weeks now. For someone going through fertility issues, they have made every step of the way harder than it should be with no sympathy at all. Do yourself a favor and dont go here.
I recently moved from NYC to the Denver area and I was lucky to be referred to Dr. Valerie Imperial. She is incredibly thorough and it is clear that she really cares about her patients. Dr. Imperial took the time out get to know me and made me feel comfortable immediately. She is also very knowledgeable and resourceful. I left my first visit feeling very confident to be in her care. I highly recommend her!The office and team were also all extremely friendly and accommodating, an A+ experience.
The best womens care in Denver. Expert physicians, helpful and friendly staff, extremely caring and family-orientated feeling in the office.I could share many stories from my 4+ years at this office, but I will be brief. 2 kids, 4 great group of doctors. Never had any issues getting an appointment (urgent or regular). The staff knows be by name and even when i call. The knowledge and teamwork of the doctors is top notch even with some sever complications. My OB called me daily to check on me post pardon for two weeks. I felts so well taken care and a part of the family.I highly recommend this office.
I’m updating my review from before because the staff has improved so much. They’ve since hired a new person who is a joy every time I come in. The whole staff really has improved and I really appreciate all of the help and warmth I receive from the entire team. The doctors are great too. They helped me have a healthy baby, and I’ll be forever grateful for them.
This place use to be amazing!!! - I went here for both of my babies from 2019-2020…went for my 8 week appointment last month for baby #3 and I am switching obgyn. What happened ?! The head doctors, Dr Patwarden and Dr Felly are AMAZING !!!!!! They deserve a five+ star review. But I didn’t get them at my most recent visit but their new hire… aside from these two head doctors being THE best - the office has become grungy and the new office staff so rude. Their previous head office worker Mindy was Incredible! Mr Gonzalez who is now gone was incredible! the office itself used to be clean and not icky (my room this visit had a huge brown spot in ceiling, baseboards were torn/broken and dirty, and there was a constant banging sound coming from the light?…I had time to inspect all of this space because I had to wait one hour to get my ultrasound because it was “frozen” ??). Anyways - PIWH - please hire more friendly office staff. And need better building upkeep/custodial care pronto…and also midwives/PAs should have non wrinkled scrubs and not wear unprofessional socks with questionable images on them
This is the worst practice I’ve ever experienced in my life rudeness no regard for a woman health just all about how you pay them and if you can not afford them then good bye
I love the staff and doctors at Partners in Womens Health. The staff are efficient and courteous. The medical assistants are very kind and want to make sure your experience is comfortable. I specifically see Dr. Felle. She is excellent. She clearly explains and talks through all screenings and procedures. She has a calming presence and cares about her patients. She is probably one of the best doctors I have ever been to.
Left this clinic at the end of 2022 at 32 weeks pregnant because I would have preferred a stranger on the street deliver my baby than anyone on staff. The front desk is delightful, the medical staff is unkind and uncaring.
Had a great experience with Partners in Womens Health! The office was clean and comfortable and I was seen right at my appointment time. Emily, the PA on staff, was kind, informative, and truly seemed to care. Highly recommend!
I really like Dr. Felle; however, this practice has been disappointing in several ways. First, many of the office staff members are unfriendly, and they seem disorganized. They lost a records release form that I hand delivered to the office (I hand delivered it because I was afraid it would get lost in the shuffle, and it did anyhow). Also, they billed my health insurance company $864 for a telehealth appointment that lasted 10 minutes. That seems excessive. In terms of the care, I loved seeing Dr. Felle, but once I was pregnant, I was shuffled around to different doctors. I never knew who I was going to see, which is not the kind of prenatal experience I hoped for. Moreover, during one prenatal visit, a nurse forgot to do my bloodwork.Last off, this practice doesnt have an online patient portal where you can post questions, check records, etc. You have to call the front office, and youre generally on hold for a very long time. Its frustrating. In my view, this practice has terrific doctors, but it needs to put more focus on strengthening its systems and staff. I have since moved out of Denver and found a new OBGYN. Its a much more positive and seamless experience.
Make sure they have your correct information. They won’t check if your name, address, or spouse’s information is correct. They will send your bill somewhere else then send you to collections, even if you have corrected them. My experience was terrible while I was pregnant, and this was the icing on the cake.
If finding a a new gynecologist makes you nervous, wait no more. This is my home for my women’s health issues. The staff Lexi, Mamie, and Yumi are all amazing ladies in the front. My nurse, Brittany has been the most encouraging and supporting individual I ask for to calm my nerves. Keona is an expert phlebotomist that makes drawing blood painless. What’s more, with such an awesome team surrounding her, Dr. Christina Gonzalez saved my life (seriously)! Without getting in to details, Dr. Gonzalez detected an abnormality in my body that I never even suspected having any issues with. Two months later, I can say I am doing great, and I can’t thank this team of great people enough. Highly recommended, so don’t wait to get your Pap Smear!!
Love the providers but the wait time is insane. Every single time I come here (even during my pregnancy)the wait time is 20-30mins in the wait room then an additional 15 in a room. Its insane. Also, it doesnt feel overly friendly when you walk in. Ive seen women waiting for over 45mins.
I was a patient here a few years ago and have since returned to my home country overseas. I received excellent care from the physicians during my time there, which at the time helped me to forgive that most of the administrative staff were pretty unpleasant to deal with over the phone and when checking in - any question usually treated as an annoyance and they just wanted to get rid of you ASAP. However I am particularly upset since leaving the clinic - the admin seem to wish to ignore all my attempts to retrieve my medical records from my time there. I have made international phone calls at my expense, sent emails and release forms, and still almost 18 months after leaving I dont have what I need. So ridiculous and totally unacceptable! In my opinion, overall the poor administrative service outweighs the great care the physicians provide, which is such a shame.
In my 46 years of life I’ve never felt so judged and NOT heard while visiting a doctor. I came in for my annual, but also to address my concerns about hormone imbalance. The doctor seemed to have her own agenda; listening to my concerns, history and needs was not part of the agenda. I left crying. I chose this practice because I thought they were progressive in terms of hormone balance and medical treatment of… I was wrong. As I’ve been told before, I’ll say it here: MOST medical doctors don’t treat menopause, peri menopause or the like as a medical condition. This practices is no different. God forbid you gain weight and can’t get it off. The doctor’s comment “welcome to aging” was deplorable. I’ll find a doc who cares about ALL of her patients not just those that meet her standard based on her very limited point of view.
-The doctor ignored my wife saying she had hemochromatosis and prescribed Iron supplements anyway.-The doctor was pushing the covid vaccine on my wife in the first trimester, saying its completely safe. She and I later found a reputable study showing that first trimester mothers who took the vaccine had a high chance of miscarriage.
Dr. Imperial is the most caring and thorough doctor I have seen. Her bedside manner is unparalleled. She has excellent follow through and you never doubt how much she cares. My mother and I have been seeing her for years and now I trust her with my 2 precious daughters. Simply the best!
I have had a pleasant experience with every staff member I have come into contact. Dr. Felle is very knowledgable and gets right to the point. She answers all questions. There were several times she would talk to other physicians on my behalf and she would follow up with me right away. She has great bedside manner and Ive always felt cared for. I strongly recommend anyone looking for a new physician to go partners in womens health.
Terrific new patient experience. Staff was friendly, kind, and professional. Facility very clean too. I saw Dr. Harrington who is warm and empathetic plus a wonderful listener and educator. I felt very cared for throughout my appointment.
I would NOT recommend this place for OB care. None of them was I fond of nor felt cared for by. I am now a first time mom and they gave me an awful experience during the end of my pregnancy. They handled things poorly at the end of my pregnancy when I needed the support the most. Look elsewhere for OB care! I did love my Gyno here - Dr Imperial.
Dr. Felle is wonderful. Shes calm, knowledgeable, and friendly. Her bedside manner is very professional. Shes done 3/4 deliveries as c sections and has made me feel so comfortable each time. I highly recommend seeing her! I also love Dr. Gonzales as well.
I was referred to Partners in Womens Health (PWH) by my Doctor for OBGYN services. I appreciated the professionalism and expertise of the providers and always felt that I received exceptional medical service. That being said, the administrative and billing staff were unacceptably negligent with an insurance concern, resulting in my bill being sent to collections. I communicated proactively with multiple staff members and was told that actions would be taken on their part to resolve the issue, none of which were ever completed. It has taken over 12 months to resolve this issue, with no support and minimal accountability from PWH. I will no longer seek services from PWH and would caution you to find a health care provider who takes both your health and insurance needs seriously.
This is the most wonderful group of doctors. They are very knowledgable, thorough, kind and helpful. I had my baby when I was 42, and they took every precaution necessary for my advanced age. I needed an emergency C-section and the procedure was easy and flawless. Their staff is also extremely friendly and very knowledgable.
Women be aware! I had a horrible experience here that was traumatic from the second I entered their office. They are NOT careful with patient privacy. Also if you are negative blood type I highly recommend asking ALL the questions because this office does not “dot their I’s nor cross their T’s”There were multiple discrepancies during my time here which is terrifying when you are dealing with your reproductive health.I will never forget the trauma I experienced in this office. :(
The doctor I have seen doesnt review work. She told me to get on birth control when I CANNOT be on it and have told her I cant be on it due to blood clotting and stroke factors. Office coordinator is rude and cancelled my appointment 12 minutes beforehand. Looking to go elsewhere, where the doctor will actually take time to look at patient history before recommending courses of action that could kill their patient.
I have yet to have a good experience with the staff here, including the doctor. Its always rushed, and they make me feel like I am an inconvenience just by being a patient. I called about scheduling an appointment and getting my prescription refilled in the meantime since I had run out of refills. The woman on the phone cut me off, told me to call the pharmacy and then schedule an appointment online. I had already called the pharmacy, and was hoping to kill two birds with one stone by calling them. She put me on hold, then hung up on me before I could schedule anything. Ill never go back.
Dr. Gonzalez is absolutely amazing! I feel very blessed to have found her, and confident that I am in good hands. Partners in Womens Health has hands down provided the most positive experience that I have had thus far in terms of womens care.
I have ALWAYS received the time and attention from Dr. Samantha Patwarden that people in other doctors offices always complain about not receiving anymore. They get rushed in and rushed out. Not here. Time with you is taken seriously. They want to know if there is anything, to make sure everything is going well with you all around. They genuinely Care! This starts from the time the phone gets answered all the way through until I walk out the door after my appointment! THANK YOU ❤💙
So glad I landed here after moving from out of state. Dr. Harrington has been extremely caring, competent, professional, and most importantly, respectful about past medical traumas. The office staff have been friendly and easy to interact with as well.
I wanted to update my review after hopefully the staff saw some issues with aggressive/not compassionate scheduling I had originally... I do recommend booking online as I had some issues with not being able to have much flexibility with scheduling and at one point was suggested to have to come alone to a major ultrasound without my husband (or they word for word said they would mark me as refusing - offering me only ONE day and time available after a random power outtage called for a reschedule. Luckily my amazing doctor, Dr. Maeve Felle, helped me out and offered a time and day that worked for my husband and I. I know they had a lot on their hands to reschedule everyone from the power outtage, but that was a little harsh... actually way harsh. That said, I had a wonderful experience with every doctor that I worked with, as well as the ultrasound techs and lab techs. I am truly grateful for the top notch service they provided me, and all the care and love. I was able to have the birth of my dreams with tons of amazing support throughout the entire way. Thank you so much to Dr. Felle, Dr. Gonzalez, and the rest of the team!
I have had a great experience with Partners in Womens Health. All of the docs helped me throughout my pregnancy. Dr. Felle delivered my healthy baby boy and has been a great help to me post-partum. Dr. Gonzales and Dr. Patwarden have also helped me with various things while pregnant and post-partum. The nurses are also wonderful. Highly recommend!
Terrible. We had been going to this office for 7.5 months and were told by our doctor, the front desk, and the hospital that our insurance would be accepted to deliver and that they were in - network and preferred. We then called our insurance company to verify the above facts and were informed it wasnt the case. Shame on a practice not to do their Due Diligence for their patients and families. We now have switch doctors and find a new hospital with 6 weeks to go.
I had an amazing experience. Staff were super kind and patient. My doctor Stephanie and nurse Marivel went above and beyond, even the blood tech Dan was gentle and caring!
This clinic and their amazing staff saved my life. I bounced between different “specialists” before getting a recommendation from a friend to see them. dr. Gonzalez operated on me and she was amazing. Highly highly recommend!
Don’t come here. I waited more than 45 min to be seen. They are currently under construction. I was in the room connecting to the construction where it was very loud, men’s voices and tools while I’m having an OBGYN appointment…I will not be returning.
Usually, I love the friendly and attentive staff! I have never had a negative experience until this afternoon. However, I just got off the phone with a very rude staff member. Upon answering the phone, she didnt give her name or any type of professional greeting. Furthermore, she cut me off mid-sentence and transferred me to the voicemail of someone I did not need to speak with. I am very upset and discouraged by this employees lack of respect and professionalism. My issue was not resolved and Im disinclined to call back in an attempt to resolve it.
I’ve used this practice for both my pregnancies and my experience each time has been great. The staff are very friendly and I always felt like the doctors genuinely cared about me.
Dr. Donald Aptekar literally said while my legs were in the sturups I understand why women dont use birth control I have no idea why men dont! this was in regards to pregnancy risk and I found this statement utterly repugnant. Not only did I find this physician sexist, but incredibly insentistive and condenseding. When I got my IUD it was very painful and Im someone with a high pain tolerance. When I voiced that I was in pain he dismissed it saying it really shouldnt hurt that much. How would you know, do you have a Vagina?I felt uncomfortable, completely vulnerable, and exposed by this Doctor and would advise women not to go here.
Long wait time for a 5 minute attention by uncaring staff. While going through m/c was asked if I can pay anything right now although the bill would be sent to my address anyway, but they wanted money right then while I was destroyed emotionally. Was lied by scan tech there was no h/b although confirmed by four people at two other scans at different location next day that it is still there although the baby stopped growing. Doctor couldnt answer all the questions and seemed not knowledgeable about some aspects. They didnt show any care or offer emotional support.
I saw Dr. P and had a great experience. I like that they chat with you about any issues before they do your exam. She was thorough , presented me with options, and let me choose the solution that I preferred. I office staff was friendly and everything was efficient.
While this practice might have good doctors and clinical staff, from an administrative perspective its a shear nightmare. It starts with the online forms which are poor scans of the original files. You are unable to type your information into the form, you must print and write in your details. The forms are dated and ask you for the same information 5x over. The maps on where to park are outdated. You arent able to leave a voicemail for the receptionist or your doctor during off hours. You cant email anyone at the clinic and if you call during lunch hour, again you are unable to leave a voice mail. Try to request your medical records and good luck with that process. While I was happy with my visit with Dr. Felle, the headache of trying to remember when this practice accepts voicemails doesnt work for a working women who has a job from 8-5 Monday through Friday.
Had several bad experiences here with my primary care OBGYN. Found them insensitive and during one interaction even a bit aggressive. I recently found a new OBGYN who is much more explanatory and kind. Having your OBGYN make you feel bad is not ideal, so I am glad I made the switch.
Dr. Felle and the entire staff are wonderful. I’ve been a patient for about three years and I’m about to deliver my first baby at age 38. The whole team makes me feel welcome and comfortable at every office visit, and they’re extremely knowledgeable.
This is my favorite Obgyn office in CO. I highly recommend them. Everyone from receptionists to nurses to doctors are really great and very caring. I appreciate them so much!
The office admin were very rude, I am a 15 year old girl who is a virgin and when I went here the nurse said I had to get a pelvic exam which I was not comfortable with so I had told her I was not comfortable and she had given me attitude and a dirty look. Me and my mother had left and told the office admin I was not comfortable enough to go here and they had given us also a lot of attitude.Do yourself a favor and don’t go here.
Ive been going to Dr. Imperial ever since I got pregnant 14yrs ago and have always enjoyed her personality and attentiveness. Shes helped me decide on different BC options over the years and has always listened to my concerns about the various methods.
Literally the most amazing appointment ever with Dr. Patwardhan! They let me book and submit paperwork online, my appointment started on time, Dr. Patwardhan was so knowledgable and calm and I was out of there in under 45 minutes. Overall a truly great experience!
Wonderful office staff and nurse staff. I enjoy the ability to get reminders about and the availability of appointments. Great team of doctors. Im very happy with the care Ive received.
Paid 2 Ubers to get ASAP here and for them to tell me they didn’t have me on schedule even though I have it in my Zocdoc app and in my calendar. SO DISAPPOINTED. DO NOT RECOMMEND. ILL NEVER EVER BE BACK HERE.
Ive been seeing Shama Patwardhan for about ten years now. She truly is a partner in my health. She cares about me personally, always takes her time to understand the full situation and is extremely knowledgable.
I spend more time at work then I do at home !I drive over an hour to get there and pass many dental offices to work there!I work with an amazing team of woman!I have a home and a family at Gwinnett Family Dentistry💕😁👍
Ive received excellent, compassionate care from all members of the Partners in Womens Health team. I cant recommend them enough!
Love the staff, and Dr S Patwardhen. They are thorough, friendly, and provide great service with attention to detail. Thanks for the excellent care and all you do!
My experience was great. Staff was friendly. COIVD protocol was clear. The MD was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and personable. I would highly recommend.
I always feel safe, comforted, and educated by Dr. Patwardhan and the whole staff. Really recommend for a women’s healthcare provider!
I’m 33 weeks pregnant and they have made me feel so comfortable with my first pregnancy and made me feel like my daughter will be taken care of
These people are horrible. They are rude, they should not be in business! The male doctor is a crazy as a $3 dollar bill. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A BABY.
The absolute nicest staff , nurse and doctor. I’ve never in my life had such pleasant kind caring treatment.
Awesome service, very nice and careful doctors, they helped me during all me pregnancy and delivery and it was the best! Super recommended!
A great practice with excellent doctors and wonderful staff. They’re great at making your visits easy and seamless.
Ive always had great experiences and recommend the practice to anyone in need of a new or different doctor.
Admin staff is extremely rude and refused to explain why they couldn’t take my insurance over the phone.
Dr Imperial is thorough, careful, attentive and kind
Very attentive staff. Felt cared for and supported
This place is horrible with its communication to patients.
Emily is the best!
