I delivered my baby here - every doctor is amazing. They are professional, nice, caring, sympathetic, careful and great communicators. I cant recommend them enough. I was an IVF pregnancy and they were highly recommended by my IVF doctor. I was very nervous for the whole pregnancy/delivery and I felt so heard and cared for - 5 stars
Dr. Amos and Dr. Breeden have been wonderful. I started coming to RMWC because my main PCP didn’t know much about fertility issues. I’m in my 40s and trying to conceive but didn’t want the pressure of a fertility clinic. I just want basic info, testing, and procedures like IUI. Both Dr. Amos and Dr. Breeden have been kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and effective in helping me with this. The office staff is also kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. I’m glad I found them!
I wish every woman in America had access to a compassionate caregiver like Dr. Breeden. Multiple friends of mine recommended him and he was the perfect person with whom to discuss my health concerns. Thank you for being a kind, caring presence during a challenging time.
Ive moved a lot over the last few years and finding a doctor, especially a gynecologist, that I like and feel comfortable with can be a chore. I stumbled upon RMWC and was hesitant about going since the office is in the city and inside St. Lukes. But I saw how highly rated the doctors were and set up an appointment. Dr. Amos was the absolute best and her presence and character immediately made me feel comfortable. She took the time to get to know me and listened to what I had to say. I will definitely be back next year!Edit: Since my last review, Ive been pregnant and had a full term stillbirth. My son was stillborn at 39 weeks and I delivered him with the help of the doctors at RMWC and nurses at P/SL. It has been a painful experience but Im glad to have had Dr. Amos and Dr. Breeden by my side and I will continue to be a proud patient of RMWC.
Regular GYN visits, not an issue. Had an IUD inserted and I could not recommend this practice less. Women’s care was not the focus! The doctor provided no pain meds and instead used smelling salts when I started to pass out from the procedure. At the time I just assumed this was standard care until my husband had a vasectomy a few years later. He received pain meds and lots of concern for that procedure. Ladies do yourself a favor and advocate for yourself better than I did! Demand more compassionate care than I received!
Dr. Breeden and this clinic have been exceptional with communication and are incredibly prompt with patient portal messaging and answering questions. As a healthcare professional myself the compassionate yet concise communication would lead me to recommend this clinic to many. Thank you!
Dr. Mody is a great provider and genuinely made me feel well taken care of throughout my entire pregnancy and through our complex delivery. My husband also came to all my appointments and really liked her too, she took the time to answer all of our questions, and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. We saw Dr. Amos too in clinic and she rounded on us during our hospital stay. Both providers truly care about their patients and Id gladly see either of them again whether its on a yearly check-up basis, or through another pregnancy.
I have greatly appreciated the care I have received at Rocky Mountain Womens Care. Dr. Breeden took care of me and my baby during my third pregnancy. He supported my plans for another VBAC and took time to answer my questions. His bedside manner is impeccable, and he has a very calm demeanor. I never once doubted that I was in great hands with him. Ive also seen Dr. Amos more recently for general OB follow-ups and concerns, and she has been incredibly kind, compassionate, and attentive. Overall, this is a fantastic practice.
Have visited this office multiple times for my wifes pregnancy. Caring and professional doctors, well-trained nurses, even billing staff are friendly.
I’ve been going here since I was 18 and have Dr. Amos. She is sooooo wonderful! She made my birth experience the best it could be! She respects wishes and doesn’t pressure you into anything and me being a doula, I know that is extremely important. My sister has been with Dr. Forshner and I’ve seen him dozens of times as well and he’s great too. Dr . Breeden is such a joy and specializes in stuff that other OBs wouldn’t. I’m not a fan of Dr. Moody. While I was pregnant I had concerns and she happened to be on call and seemed very dismissive and uninterested in what I was saying. But it’s still an amazing practice!
I will be forever grateful for Dr. Forschner. I had seen him for years for abnormal cells but unfortunately had to switch doctors due to insurance. I was pregnant and went to Kaiser Permanente and had a horrible experience during every OBGYN appointment and ended up having a missed miscarriage that was found by ultrasound at my 12 week appointment. I had the most traumatic experience of my life at Kaiser. I got no guidance, no professionalism, no compassion, the doctor just came in, 3 minutes after telling us the baby didn’t have an heartbeat, and had me sign consent forms and said I needed a D&C she then followed that by saying she wouldn’t be the one performing the surgery. She then left me and my partner alone and we were forced to walk ourselves out. We were both completely shocked. I have never felt so alone and scared. I immediately called Rocky Mountain Women’s Care and told them my situation and within 20 minutes Dr. Forschner personally called me. I immediately cried and told him I was so happy to hear from him. He then spent time helping me figure out my options for what was best for me. At which point he told me considering how far along I was he recommended a D&C ..he even helped me figure out which hospital we could do it at that my insurance would cover..he told me to think about all my options and take my time and call back if that was something I wanted to do. I never felt pressured and I genuinely felt heard for once during my entire pregnancy. I then called back and was scheduled for the procedure and Belinda did all of the work and helped me find a day that worked for me and she contacted the hospital. I hung up and felt like a weight was lifted off of me. I was able to pass the baby naturally at home a day later. During the most horrible time of my life, Dr. Forschner and his team made me feel human again and made me feel like I mattered and my angel baby mattered. Thank you Rocky Mountain Women’s Care. And thank you Dr. Forschner you are a God sent.
I was a high risk patient and this pregnancy was going to be my fourth c-section and I was beyond terrified as this was all unplanned. From the moment I started seeing Dr. Forschner he was hands down the best OB doctor I have ever had! He had the knowledge, compassion, and expertise! I had a wonderful (no complications) delivery at PSL and have not one complaint!
This place is great! I was desperate to establish a new pt apt for an obgyn and I was able to be seen by Dr Breeden. I am greatly satisfied with my care in this clinic, my appointments have been smooth and quick, I can say with certainty that I felt heard and trusting with my new Dr.Thank you Dr. Breeden!
I want to extend my sincerest gratitude to Mindy, Dr. Amos and team for their outstanding kindness and consideration, as well as impeccable bedside manner.I just moved to Denver and I was experiencing severe health issues, and no doctor in town would see me immediately. I called Dr. Amos’ office and I was connected with Mindy, who went above and beyond to squeeze me into an appointment within TWO business days. Every other office told me I would have to wait weeks or months to get in, even though I had a pretty emergent situation. Mindy - you are amazing, thank you for being so kind and caring.Dr Amos - you are by far one of the best doctors I have ever seen in my life. Your cheerfulness, compassion, attention to detail (I could go on and on) were so refreshing and it felt like I was speaking to a friend the whole time. Please never change your bubbly personality; there were many times that you made me smile through my tears and eased my overwhelming anxiety with your witty sense of humor.I will never see another gynecologist ever again. You guys are stuck with me for life!Thank you all so much again, and I will see you soon!Niki P
We got pregnant with our first baby. We are 35+ years old and got pregnant vis IVF. After long IVF journey, we were finally pregnant. We are seeing Dr. David Forschner since the beginning of this pregnancy. He is awesome, understand our fear of high risk pregnancy, bed manner is great, care of every single details of my health situation and babys. We are so blessed to have him as our OB doctor. When I went to deliver, he was there the entire time. My contraction was weird and couldnt get monitored by the machine. His amazing experience made each push valuable and efficient. Our baby got cord rapped on his neck, and he was pail when he was out. Dr. Forschners professional actions saved him. Baby is healthy. We couldnt say enough about how much we appreciate him. He will be our only choice if we get pregnant again.
Dr. Mody was my OBGYN - and after a false diagnosis over two years later and dismissive behavior of what I had, I am now at UCHealth in their cancer department due to a tumor that was extracted from my body. Currently, I am receiving calls from the Sarcoma team and will have an after care plan that I will be administered with due to my tumor. This is the classic tale of a woman who goes to the doctors and has been told by a (female) doctor that my concerns were minor. Ladies, you know your body best and its sad that you have to be your own advocate for your health, but you do. Lets back up- I went over to this clinic due to the high stars and reviews. I thought there would be good bedside manners and that my concerns were taken seriously. They were not. I was originally told I had a cyst on my vaginal wall and that I needed to sit in baths and massage it out for drainage. I went in a couple times because I was a bit concerned about this lump. It didnt hurt, but it was moving around and sometimes my underwear / bathing suits looked weird. This was over 2+ years ago. Last summer, this cyst inflamed to where I was not able to wear panties, pants, it burned and throbbed. I couldnt run and waddled. I went into RMWC and finally my concerns were taken semi-seriously. But, just kidding. They (not just Dr. Mody, but she decided to get a more senior OBGYN) decided to drain my cyst, where I was given Ibuprofen, they numbed my vagina and then tried to drain this lump. There was blood that went everywhere. They stitched me up, gave me some ice and said we think we got most of it out, just let us know if it gets larger again but nothing proactive about why blood was coming out of this cyst. No imaging, no specialist referrals, nothing. This last year (Summer 2023) it became inflamed again. I immediately called this office to get in. Same issues- I was icing my privates. I was told We cant drain it, we will get it in for imaging... The entire day I was playing phone tag with St. Lukes for imaging and the imaging department did not even have the correct information for this order. I looked like I had a third vaginal lip. My tumor, to give you context, is the size of a large lemon. This was on a Friday. I had to administer myself into the ER on Monday. After ER tests were done, they referred me out to UCHealth to a gynecologic oncologist. I have finally had surgery, this cyst is removed, and had just gotten off the phone with the Sarcoma team and pathology for my immediate next steps and care.If I were to have waited on my previous OBGYN, who knows if this tumor would have spread throughout my body. Someone who is passive on such a unique or weird reoccuring issue, such as this, should not be practicing medicine and this is from someone coming from a family of doctors. I am also licensed in a different profession and if I were to take this approach, I would loose my license. I felt judged, I did not feel heard and am extremely frustrated by the entire process that I did not have a WOMAN doctor help me. DO NOT GO HERE.
I am still digesting the traumatic experience I just had at Rocky Mountain Women’s Clinic in an attempt to be seen for my consult with Dr. Breeden.to give context, my referring physician sent in a referral with request for the office to call me to make a consult appointment.no one ever called.i called twice to follow up and was directed to a messaging service. I left two very detailed messages and was told my call would be returned by EOD.no one ever called.i contacted my DR who called personally to make an appointment for me. she confirmed an 8:30am appointment for 8/25. I was then emailed with a confirmation for an appointment on 8/25 at 9:30am. that caused confusion so I called to follow up to be sure of my date and time: 9:30am consult with Dr. Breeden on 8/25. I filled our all necessary paperwork. fast forward to appointment day and I managed to make it with 10 min to spare despite having to navigate my way through construction with a baby in a stroller (no one notified me before to be prepared for this and it was quite a challenge/very confusing). when I entered the office the receptionist was on the phone and refused to even glance my way. after minutes of me waiting patiently she finally acknowledged my existence and asked my name. when I told her, she told me there was not an appointment on the books for me. I showed her my email and her response was “I get that - but I don’t see you here and Dr. Breeden is in surgery.” this was obviously disheartening and I requested a reschedule. I was met with extreme attitude and told that he would return “as soon as you walk out.” my phone died and I was not comfortable staying but decided to remain patient. there was confusion around what my appointment was for and it was clear they had nothing on file from previous communication. prior to the appointment, I was told Dr. Breeden sees many patients without insurance and that we could discuss all of that in the consult. the receptionist insisted that I gave them a credit card before seeing Dr. Breeden. I expressed that I would like to see him first and was, very rudely, told that wasn’t an option. With tears in my eyes I told both receptionist that I would prefer to leave. their response was: “good. we would appreciate that.”as someone with two recent chronic illness diagnosis’s (which i was there to discuss) and horrible anxiety in general and around doctors in particular, this was one of the WORST and most traumatic experiences of my life. I left, baby in arms, with tears streaming down my face.do yourself a favor and spare yourself the stress and heartache of visiting this office. there are people in patient care who do care and they are NOT found here.
I only have wonderful things to say about Rocky Mountain Women’s Clinic! Specifically, Mindy has been amazing. I was having an issue with another specialty clinic and did not know what to do. When I called RMWC, Mindy was not only extremely helpful, kind and patient, but she went out of her way to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment AND helped get my records to the right people! Also, Dr. Amos has been wonderful. I would highly recommend them!
I first started coming here when I was pregnant in 2016, I had the most wonderful, caring, professional doctor, Dr. Shanna Rompel. However, after her departure in 2019, my care was switched to Dr Mody. She is completely rude, will write off your concerns as they don’t matter or aren’t important, doesn’t care to listen to what YOU THE PATIENT is feeling, and overall is judgmental. For someone that is currently going to school in hopes to join the healthcare field one day, the experiences I’ve had with Dr Mody are completely off putting. If you can’t be compassionate to your patients then why are you in the field. After my appointment today I will be waiting for my tests results then I will most definitely be finding a new provider. Yesterday I took 2000mg of Metronidazole to treat an infection as per Dr. Moody’s direction, since then I have been profusely shaking, extreme confusion(not knowing where I am at times), no sleep, and vomiting non stop. I went in to get blood work done this morning and explained the concern I had for my symptoms that have arisen, and if the antibiotic could be the potential cause or if it was having a bad reaction to my other newly prescribed medications. She completely ignored me and told the nurse to tell me it was “definitely not the antibiotic because I only took it one time”, she never asked what other medications I had started taking, which a second opinion has now told me is the cause for my symptoms and I shouldn’t have been mixing the types. I’m frustrated that she has continually been so quick to dismiss me with no warmth a doctor should show. Coming into an appointment can already be an incredibly difficult experience for lots of people, the worst thing you can do is then make them feel stupid and superior for asking questions and wanting the proper care. I hope her other patients have much better experiences.
Dr. Forschner is one of the best doctors I have ever had in my entire life. He delivered both of my girls and Im seeing him now for my pregnancy with my son. He is incredibly knowledgeable. The appointments are fast paced but Ive never felt rushed or marginalized. The office staff and nurses are so friendly. I found Dr. Forschner through a friend who gushed over what a great doctor he is and I recommend him to everyone.
I truly cannot say enough good things about Dr. Breeden; there is no better OBGYN out there. I have been his patient for about five years, and every year during my annual exam, he has taken the time to see what questions I have, ask how I am doing, etc. He almost makes getting a pap smear a pleasant experience! Additionally, his medical assistant is amazing, and the office staff is great about scheduling, billing, returning phone calls, etc. About 10 months ago, I became pregnant with my first baby, and Dr. Breeden made the experience amazing. My husband and I could sense his excitement at every ultrasound as he pointed things out and explained them in a way we could understand. He answered all of our questions, made me feel comfortable, and took my concerns seriously. Around 34 weeks, he began to suspect I had preeclampsia, and I started having weekly appointments. He wanted to induce me, but I really wanted to get my baby to full-term. Balancing out what I preferred with what was best for my health, Dr. Breeden worked with me to ensure I remained healthy and also didn’t get induced until 39 weeks. Because of him, I was able to deliver a healthy, full-term baby. I will forever be grateful to him. I am moving out of state shortly, and one of the things I will miss most about Colorado is Dr. Breeden. His kindness and warmth are so rare, as is the fact that he makes each patient feel as though they are the only person who matters in that moment. I know I will never find another OBGYN as great as he is.
This was the most unprofessional doctor’s visit I ever had! I booked my appointment based on my insurance network and through Zocdoc almost a month ago. I entered my insurance information very detailed. I work with insurances and I know what it takes to verify patients eligibility. Yet, I showed up for my appointment and no insurance being verified and time goes by the receptionist said I have no benefits. I personally got on the phone with my insurance and verified my benefit which was perfectly fine and ended up no time to see a doctor. It was absolutely waste of my time. Not suggesting this clinic for those busy individuals! And highly suggest to hire better insurance coordinator or front desk!
Dr. Breeden is the BEST! I have been to quite a few doctors in my 30 plus years due to various medical issues, so I consider myself to be a pretty good judge of medical professionals at this point. :) Dr. Breeden is number ONE on my list of all time favorite doctors. His bedside manner is impeccable, he truly cares about his patients, he is extremely knowledgeable, he has a great temperment that puts patients at ease, and he keeps his appointment times so you arent in the waiting room forever. I was SO sad when we moved out of state and he could no longer be my OBGYN, but I had to write this review so others can benefit from his wonderful care. Just be warned...once you have treated with him, none of your other doctors will seem nearly as good. He sets the bar really high and I am having a hard time trying to find a replacement OB out of state that comes close to Dr. Breeden! :)
I have so much appreciation for this office— mostly Dr. Forschner. Onto my second pregnancy with him and he is always upbeat and attentive. I feel very comfortable with him. The women at the desk and in the lab are always gentle and friendly.
As long as we live in Colorado, my husband and I will always have our babies with Rocky Mountain Woman’s Care. When I found out we were pregnant, I didn’t have an OB. I am not originally from Colorado and we don’t have any friends with children so I had to do a lot of research. When I read all of the positive reviews about RMWC I knew that I had to try them out. Over the course of my pregnancy I met with all of the doctors at least once and I felt completely comfortable with any one of them delivering my baby. They are incredibly caring and knowledgeable and take the time to explain every option with you. The doctors at RMWC deliver at two hospitals, and when I spoke with my doctor about being on the fence about which hospital I should go to he urged me to give birth at PSL because they had a great NICU. I was not a high risk pregnancy and was not planning on needing the NICU but I am certainly glad he made the suggestion because my daughter stopped breathing a few hours after birth and did, in fact, need the NICU. During our time in the NICU all of the doctors from RMWC reached out to see how I was doing and how our baby was recovering. This was our first child and I couldn’t be happier with the care and attention that I got throughout my pregnancy and after I gave birth. I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone in the greater Denver area.
We loved our experience here at RMWC. Dr. Breeden is hands down the best!. I wish I could have taken him with us! We were first time parents and he made us feel comfortable and assure that things would be just fine! There were days when we had to wait longer than the actual time given that he was delivering babies while taking/seeing patients which was totally understandable but the wait was totally worth it! Cant praise him enough!
5 years ago I had my first son. He was delivered by C-section by Dr. Amos. I have to say she is the best Doctor I have ever had. Her bedside manner is wonderful and calming. 5he office staff is helpful and kind. Thank you!
Dr. Amos and everyone at Rocky Mountain Womens Care are very compassionate and professional. I was moved by the amount of little details and thought put into every part of the process that made this my best experience at a doctors office. Thanks again for caring deeply! I would recommend this place to everyone I know.
RMWC is a step above amazing. All the partners have helped me throughout my high-risk pregnancy, but Dr. Forschner was there since day 1. He performed my surgery to remove my damaged tube and promised me that I would have a baby. Two months later I was back to tell him I was pregnant. He saw me EVERY week, testing my levels and doing ultrasounds and made me feel relaxed when I was scared out of my mind. He basically held my hand throughout my entire pregnancy. The only thing he didnt do was deliver my baby but Dr. Maeder did and she did a beautiful job with my C-section. I would never even consider going anywhere else. My husband and I cant thank them enough!
Dr MODY was absolutely amazing. I moved to Denver a year ago & had the same OB for the last seven years so switching was a little hesitant. however, she spoke to me not like i were patient, but that I were her friend. she made it very clear and concise and answered all questions while being very patient with me!!! I love this place! I will now look forward to seeing her every year!
My wife and I have been going to Rocky Mountain Womens Care ever since we found out we were pregnant. Our doctor, Dr. Shawna Rumpel is amazing! Not only is she patient and caring, she is also very personable! We are delighted with her and the services we get at this clinic!
I was excited to go to their offices as my mom has been a patient there for over 18 years and said that they always take great care of her there. It is a bit of a trek to get there but honestly if you find a good doctor it’s worth it so I scheduled an appointment. On my commute to the doctor’s office I ran into unexpected traffic and saw that I would be a little late according to my gps so I called the office to let them know. The receptionist rudely answered and said if I wasn’t there in 10 minutes they would not be able to see me because I was a new patient. I said I would try my hardest to get there when I could.I was 15 minutes late altogether and when I walked in they turned me away. I was appalled. I drove over an hour to get there and they wouldn’t even try to work with me to get me in, even if it was delayed because of my tardiness. Granted there was not a single person in the waiting room at the time as well. I tried to tell her about my commute and asked if they could work with me at all which she just replied no we will have to reschedule. All while staring st her computer. She never once stopped to look up at me.I am not usually a late person but the traffic in Denver has been terrible and I would think someone could be sympathetic to this. I then had to drive an hour and 15 minutes home with no appointment. I am so upset and disappointed that this happened. I will not be returning there.
I waited in the check up room for nearly an hour before Dr. Rompel came in to see me. Once she finally arrived, she rushed through the check-up as fast as possible and expected a split-minute decision from me on a contraceptive method after providing very little information. she just sat in the room and stared at me until i made a decision, which felt very pressured. This was perhaps the least personable doctors visit i have ever endured, and i will not be going back. Additionally, they sent me a $1,400 bill that my insurance company assured me they would cover, had the doctors office submitted a claim to them. the office never bothered with the claims process with the insurance company. They sent me a bill the day after my appointment without attempting to contact my insurance, and have been blasting me with calls and emails for a month before i finally had to call them and remind them that insurance companies exist for a reason. I wouldnt recommend this doctor or the facility to anyone.
Dr. Matt Breeden was recommended by a friend who had interviewed him before deciding to have him deliver VBAC with her second. I am so grateful to have been directed to him. He helped me overcome a six year battle with infertility and miscarriages. He was an amazing caregiver throughout two pregnancies, one full term, the other 32 weeks. He put me at ease when I was concerned about potential issues with my health or that of the growing fetus, and was an amazing support before, during, and after two C-sections. This meant a lot since my oldest child has special needs. I even bit his head off once when I was scared during labor, and he forgave me. He listens to my concerns and addresses them. If bedside manner is important to you, look no further. Dr. Breeden is the kindest, most compassionate doctor I know. He is possibly one of my favorite people. And if you have a preemie, you definitely want to be at P/SL.
Dr. Forschner delivered my son. He was so kind and compassionate. He wasnt flowery and didnt b.s. me. I would never go to another doc. His staff was kind and made me feel comfortable.
Didn’t even get past scheduling a first appointment. The receptionist here really need some education/training. As so many others have noted they just ruin the experience and will cause you to want to go elsewhere. Their lack of knowledge is impressive to say the least and on top of that they are just rude. Go elsewhere you don’t need added stress when pregnant.
Dr. Breeden has been amazing doctor of mine for years. he helped with cyst removal and when I had my daughter he was there since day 1. I would recommend him. Im. glad that he helped me deliver my daughter.
Dr. Amos (Maeder) is the BEST. She gave us amazing care and stayed up until 3:30 to deliver our beautiful baby girl. Could not recommend a better practice and will forever be greatful we had such an amazing and professional doctor.
Any woman knows how difficult and awkard it can be to find a good gyno. Look no further!! Dr. Roxanne Mody is awesome! I felt like I was talking with a friend (who happens to be a brilliant and well educated gynecologist) from our first meeting- she put me completely at ease with her down to earth manner and it is clear that she really knows what she is doing. She listened to all of my concerns, and made sure to educate me fully on any topic we discussed. She literally diagnosed an issue I have had for 2 years with no diagnosis, in the first hour of meeting her.I am so grateful to have found this practice and will be recommending it to everyone I know!
Ive been with this clinic for over 10yrs now. Ive had 2 children delivered as well. They have an amazing staff and incredible drs. Dr. Breeden and dr. Forshner are the drs Ive gone to. Both are incredible good at what they do and make you feel safe and comfortable. Love these drs and the staff!
I usually don’t post reviews but this place deserves 0 stars. I transferred to a new location after being here until 24 weeks of pregnancy. This place is unacceptable. Their chairs look like their from the 80s and never been cleaned - that’s the best part of the office. They don’t inform you of anything (this is my first pregnancy) I got asked what I’d like to do every visit; how about you inform me of what people do or what the options are? If you decide to leave them and go to a place that will help you and monitor your health through pregnancy, they’ll charge you $544 for absolutely nothing; usually the bill was 30.00. Garbage place. Don’t go here.
Dr Amos is the doctor that after leaving my first appointment, I felt excited to have finally found! The practice and office are all lovely, supportive and caring. Cannot recommend enough.
I love this doctors office, Dr. David Forschner, is one of the best doctors I know. He has helped me overcome endometriosis that was very painful. He also did a tubal ligation which when very well, I would recommend the Office itself. But I have to say that billing is a nightmare. I pay every copay in the office, but I seem to keep getting bills stating that I owe them, After telling the lady in billing which I have to say was very rude and didnt want to take responsibility for sending a bill that wasnt needed, that I wasnt paying for something I had already paid, that they could take me to collections for it, she stated that she would stop billing me, but then my last trip back AFTER paying my copay again, I got another bill stating that I owed AGAIN. I told them at the front desk that i wasnt paying it,
I had my IUD inserted at a different clinic 2 years ago. When I returned to that same clinic to have it removed, they were painfully digging for 15 minutes trying to find it without luck! I decided to see Dr Rompel to get an ultrasound and figure out what was wrong... Dr Rompel was amazing and removed the dislodged IUD with ease and saved me a trip to the operating room!!! I was very impressed with their professionalism and staff. Thank you very much, I will definitely be returning to this clinic and Dr Rompel for all my further needs!
Dr. Breeden is by far the best doctor I have been to. He helped me through a difficult miscarriage and through my healthy pregnancy that followed. I would never go to anyone else!
Treated me very poorly as a new patient. very disappointing. I was unable to ask for any of my top three choices of Doctor. I called in to their answering service during lunch and was told a doctor would return my call that day and they didnt. When I showed up late for my first appointment by mistake the front office lady screamed across the room that I missed my appointment and when would I like to reschedule. This after I got no phone call that I had missed my appointment an hour earlier. I am a healthcare professional with my own office and I would be mortified if my patients were treated this way. Also if the cleanliness of the waiting room is an indication of the cleanliness of an office, this is not where I would go.
Dr. Breeden has been my obgyn for 3 years now and I adore him. I have been going to see him about once to twice a month for an undiagnosed condition and I his last visit I was publicly humiliated by patsy, the billing Lady. She confronted me about a bull that I thought had been resolved and yelled at me in the hallways. She told me I am not allowed back in the office and when I told her that I was ill and didnt appreciate her attitude. She told me she couldnt care less and walked away. I dont understand how someone with that demeanor works in a health care facility. I walked out of the office crying.
Dont go here. Dr. Rompel was good, but the front desk staff is consistently unprofessional. One example: after receiving the second vaccine in a series of three, I asked when I should return for the third. They said they didnt know! I waited for more than 10 minutes while they tried to figure it out (Ill note that this information is readily available to anyone with Google, as it is a common vaccine) and was finally told to call them back in about a week to schedule it. They didnt even offer to call me.I was also sent a bill that I was told would be covered by my insurance. If you arent sure if its going to be covered, then tell me that...I recently found a new doctors office and have felt more welcomed and more properly cared for.
I am leaving Dr. Breeden’s office furious and in tears. They scheduled me an appointment when my doctor was not in office. (I’m pretty sure that I saw him in his office)I specifically thought I made an appointment to see my doctor(why else would I make an appointment for being in pain) When I scheduled the appointment she said... let’s get you in to take a “look”when I got there the receptionist told me to come on back and take a urine sample with no direction at all. I know how to give a urine sample but I had never given one at this office. After asking her what was expected (also I had used the bathroom as soon as I entered the building, she did not say anything on the phone when I made the appointment about needing to give a urine sample)she explained how they do theirs. Then I was sent back to the waiting room, after waiting a few moments, I was sent a medical assistant, asking if I thought I had an UTI I said no, that’s not at all what I explained on the phone yesterday. I know what a UTI feels like I wouldn’t have come into the office for an exam for UTI symptoms, then they explained that my urine was perfect and I again requested to see my doctor, no they handed me a package to give myself a self swab, which was horribly painful. I will no longer recommend this doctor even though I love him, his front desk staff is awful. Mind you it took me numerous calls and voicemails left before I got an appointment AND DIDNT EVEN GET TO SEE MY DOCTOR.
