Planned Parenthood - Park Hill

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everyone was so kind and really listened to me. I’m nervous about needles so a nurse spent lots of time explaining my different sedation options and showing me what an IV insertion would look like. Everything went so smoothly.

My experience was amazing 10/10. I came in early January. I was nervous since I was traveling alone but as soon as I set foot in the clinic my anxiety went away. I had to switch my flights due to my schedule and I was able to change my appointment with no issue. The security guys were so nice and accommodating. They offered to hold my traveling items upfront. My flight was little early but I was taken in right away. Everyone was so nice and happy to help me. I was offered snacks and drinks. I never felt rushed or stressed during my appointment. Every question was answered and every step was fully explained. I truly wish this kind of care was available in my state. When I was sent home I felt relieved and grateful to have been able to come in to PP Park Hill. For privacy purposes I will not share names but NP L & Mrs. “Big grandma vibes” thank you so much for everything!!!

Staff is amazing and caring. Would definitely recommend. Made my experience so much better. Thank you doctors, nurses and all other staff!!!

This clinic is AMAZING! We had such a reassuring, calm and safe experience. Every single staff member was so kind and I just felt listened to. They addressed all concerns, and made sure I was comfortable through out the entire process. After traveling so far this is the best care we couldve hoped to receive, I hope they know how appreciated they are. They are incredibly compassionate human beings, and I wish I could receive medical attention just like this in my home state.

The experience I had here yesterday was wonderful. Every single member of the staff (I probably met 7 of them) was welcoming, kind, and met my needs at every step of the process. It was a rough day for me yesterday but they made sure that my experience was as comfortable and warm as possible. I am so grateful to have had this amazing team and I 100% recommend this location!

I had to fly out of state for AB Care it was a hard decision to make but, this has been the best health care service I’ve ever received they were so welcoming, resourceful and respectful they made my situation a breeze offered a lot of resources made sure I understood everything in this process and was comfortable with the decision I was making Sarah is awesome! She is the best I wouldn’t mind coming here for routine visits it’s definitely a great experience! Thank you for making this hard situation easier, seamless, and positive. They need more people in the health care industry like you :)

All the staff were amazing. Everyone made me comfortable and the experience itself was pleasant.

Would never come back after the visit i had there. When checking in they told me i could have my support person with me in the room unless i was getting asked questions. I asked over 10 times and to many people if i could have my support person in the room with me and i even waited until they were done with questions and i kept getting the answer “not yet” or “in a minute” it’s crazy because i didn’t know one minute meant my whole entire appointment. One of them even said she would go get him and bring him into the room and after that not only did she not bring him back to my room but i then never saw her again for the rest of my appointment. This was the most uncomfortable appointment i’ve ever been to. I was also told that i would get a call the next day for the results of some bloodwork and did i get a call? no not at all. This is one of the most unprofessional places i’ve been to “doctor” wise and would never recommend this specific location to anyone they obviously didn’t care about if i was comfortable or not.

The staff was amazing, they treated me and my partner with the utmost respect. I almost walked out and clapped for the professionalism displayed. Would give 10 if I could.

The nurses were very thorough and respectful. Everything came down to my personal decision, which I actually changed after learning some new information from them. When I had the IUD insertion 7 years ago, it was approved for 5 years...now the FDA has approved for 8 years! So I can be protected for another year, and avoid the discomfort (pain) of the removal. I trust them and appreciate their honesty . They also provide snacks 👍

Seriously amazing.. every single person I came in contact with that works here is so friendly and nice.. I had to have a procedure done that I was very nervous and scared about, and the whole staff from the people working in the waiting room to the nurses to the doctor all put me to ease. I absolutely love this location and every person that works there.. THANK YOU PLANNED PARENTHOOD!

Make sure you are not alone and that you have a really strong support system. Do not expect them to be nice to you. I’m sorry just warning because my experience was not peaches and rainbows at all. What could happen, is that you have a terrible awful day. Just keep that in mind. Great anesthesia guy, the rest of the staff sucks so bad.

Went and got the procedure the lady the did it told me she was pretty adamant she got the baby. Nope went and got an ultrasound today and Im 7 weeks but theres blood under the placenta that could cause me to miscarry anytime

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I went in for a procedure. I was nervous, scared. The people that work there are the most nicest people. They didn’t pass judgment. Helpful, kind. They seem to love what they are doing. It was a long day so be prepared. I would go there again in a heartbeat for any female issues. Thank you planned parenthood!!

Most friendly staff! Everyone made me feel at ease and very comfortable. The place is very nice and quiet. All the nurses are super friendly and very professional and answered all my questions. The wait is always longer but its because they take their time with every patient. I highly recommend this facility.

This was the best experience I have had in ANY clinic/doctors office. Period.The entire staff was so kind and compassionate. There was not a moment that I felt uncomfortable with any of them and they really did try their best to help me financially. I have always appreciated was Planned Parenthood does but this last experience was outstanding. The facility is comfortable and safe. Just as a warning to any people coming in for abortion services: Do not look at any billboards driving in. They are just a bunch of junk made by people who have nothing better to do. If you are going for routine health care or abortion or whatever else, its your business and you are going to the right place. Anyone standing outside has nothing worth while to say to you. Ignore them and hope they find something better to do at 11am on a Thursday :P

Such a beautiful compassionate team that does their job and doesn’t judge you what’s so ever. Very thankful to have you guys. Thank you for all that you do! Protesters do sit outside and harass you upon entering but you just have to have tough skin and ignore them. Had a great experience today I love them and would recommend them to any woman looking for health care for they really do care about you. ❤️❤️

I was very impressed with this location! Everyone I came in contact with was so polite & helpful! They took great care of me, eased every worry, and they were all around wonderful. I wouldn’t change a thing about my experience! Thank you PP Park Hill! Not to mention, they answer the phone quickly & the wait times weren’t bad at all once in the office. 5 stars from me!

They dont know you or why youre there, was the advice on the phone as I was confirming my appointment about the protestors. The protesters outside threw me off, but the experience here was fantastic. There was an assistant outside that walked people to the location to make sure they felt safe on the walk in. They worked with COVID guidelines to make sure everyone was safe and social distanced. The staff was genuine and friendly. They made sure to take care of me with water and snacks, and answered all of my questions, no matter how weird. I will continue to go to this location time and time again.

Horrible, sad and depressing place. Gloomy lights, torn out carpets, foul odor - gave me a feeling something shady is going on. And professionalism- negative 5 star. We had to wait 3.5 hours just to start the process even though we had an appointment for morning 10.00 am and paid the full amount at the desk. They have only 1 doctor, and she is sloppy as hell. Dnt respect patients time at all. Bunch of inefficient quacks work here. Dnt get excited to see the appointment time on 20 min. Interval in their website. They will take the money and then keep you waiting for ages..... Doctor and staffs are rude. When I asked for delay, their response was rude...

This center is absolutely amazing. They are so caring and kind. They ask such thorough questions and make sure you feel safe during the entire appointment. It can be scary to go to these places and I really appreciate the experience I had here. Thank you so much to the staff here.

The building and grounds are very well kept, I found it to be exceptionally clean.Services were very professional, not only were all the staff on the ball, but they showed something you rarely find anywhere. Compassion and kindness. It was nice to know that your feelings are taken into consideration.Yes, it can be a long wait/process, but depending on what you are there for, you will spend your time accordingly.There are protesters out front, so do be prepared. They will approach and talk at you if you are walking. They are NOT allowed to enter PPH property, so once in the gates they will no longer physically harass you. However, they will continue to talk to you in a very loud voice...regardless if they can still see you or not 🙄If the protesters might upset you, I would suggest to grab a lyft/uber/cab/ztrip etc. They will drive you past the protesters and into the gate.Upon checking in, I discovered to be eligible for a travel grant, which is applied to the total cost of visit.I cannot describe how much surprise I had felt, it almost matched the relief I felt.Being without any form of insurance, as a cash pay client, this grant applied to the total was a huge deal to me.It was a very long 1,316 miles, 2 flights and a very short trip to Denver.I wouldnt have gone anywhere else.Thank you, PPH 🖤🖤

Not the fastest service, but this is where I go to do check ups and prescriptions. The staff has always been so nice and helpful, very professional. The wait would be nice if was a little shorter but when you actually realize the size of the facility and number of patients, then its not so bad. For a regular check up in and out of the building in about 2-3 hours. Just for a small prescription about 30 mins to almost an hour. Recommend this place, but if your in a hurry then a smaller facility would probably be your best bet.

They could not have been more supportive or helpful. The staff checked in with me to make sure I got all the information I wanted and understood all of my treatment options. Everyone was friendly, helpful, supportive, professional, and at minimal costs. Better experience by far and away than I have with my doctors office, which costs way more for their services!

Couldnt recommend more. After going to other planned Parenthoods I can tell you this is the best one. Amazing wait staff. Amazing ambiance. Super secure. Super clean. I came in for my appointment and was taken back immediately. Couldnt have ask for anything to be done better. They have even been keeping up with me weekly to make sure there isnt anything else I need. Please go to this place.

The staff here is SO kind and so understanding, I had never been to a planned parenthood but i hope they are all as supportive as this one! They answered all my random calls for questions about my treatment, and they can help those in need whos insurance doesnt cover the treatment which really saved me.

These ladies are the most helpful .If you are worried about money ask for grants and funding they will do whatever they need to do to support you.They are very gentle and supportive and more reliable than a traditional hospital.I am so thankful for all the staff.

I have always appreciated what planned parenthood does for women and men, and how they do it, however after visiting this location I have a brand new appreciation for them. I had to have one of the worst days of my life here and the entire time the staff held my hand (physically and emotionally), supported me, never judged me, and were some of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting in a medical facility. They made the best of a terrible situation. I would like to thank every woman and man who helped me, I couldnt have done it without you. I feel so sorry for any woman who does not have the luxury of being able to use planned parenthood for their medical needs and education. Thank you again💜 #supportPPH

MATT! AMAZING! After making multiple attempts to get my medical records sent somewhere else and other staff failing to send them Matt took the time to call me back to confirm he had sent them he even called the new office and confirmed they did in fact received them and I was set up for my appointment. I really appreciated him for calling me and letting me know I was worried I would have to miss my appointment

Love Planned Parenthood, but I especially love this clinic. They are so calm and caring, Ive decided to make it my main clinic.(Fair warning, there are often protestors outside the fence, so be prepared.)

The nurses made feel very comfortable ; they were all super nice, understanding and good at educating me on everything I needed to know. This really help for any women going in for whatever reason to feel better in hard situations.

Excellent customer service and care. I stupidly waited until the last minute to refill my birth control and they went out of their way to make sure I got a couple boxes to last me till I could get an appointment. Cant say enough good things. Quick, courteous, helpful, polite.

Had the best experience today. I have never felt more comfortable in a clinic before. I love this place and they could not have been more supportive.

I absolutely love the service and how friendly they are. But every time I am spending 30 mins to 1.5 hrs here- - even I called ahead for picking up couple packs of pills. And this is definitely how long it should take!

I like the security and safeness of the building. However, I hear the ladies saying if someone has Medicaid out loud but if someone has insurance other than Medicaid they will say your insurance. Do they not consider Medicaid as a form of insurance? Like gee wizzz do people want everyone to know they have Medicaid as judgmental as this world is!!!! I’m just saying! Please be more descrete thank youThe doctor Holmquist is a really nice doctor, she is amazing, her and the Medical assistant Joslyn was amazing!!!! They made up for any mishaps at the beginning of my visit 🥰

***This review is strictly about this location - not Planned Parenthood itself.I made an appointment for a certain day and was called 3 hours before my appointment to reschedule because a clinician wasnt there for whatever reason. We rescheduled and I have been waiting for close to an hour. I am beyond annoyed as I have to pay for childcare. Tick tock tick tock. I will never come to this location again. The one in Glendale has their stuff together more than this place.

Everyone who works here is so helpful, caring, and knowledgeable. I am so grateful for them - my experience here was better than at any other doctors office Ive been to.

I scheduled appointment online, then exactly 1 week later iget a phone call from Angie to tell me icant be seen on my scheduled time after a 15 minute external hold.(sarcastically) GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!😕😔☹I Have been a local PPP patient for decades and this is how they welcome a returning patient... bah humbug on this clinic!!!!
