23 minute wait is now an hour and counting. A simple solution, such as being able to view the queue anywhere else in the building when the waiting room is full, or being able to see your updated wait time on your phone would help considerably.

Took 20 min for my on call nurse to come help glad nothing was seriously wrong or my daughters life would’ve been no more I don’t recommend here they were professional at first then they get lazier each day
