Best urgent care I have ever been to. The staff were friendly and helpful. They managed time efficiently and answered all questions in a way I could understand. I left knowing exactly what the problem was and a clear plan of how best to fix it. Highly recommend to anyone and will definitely be using this urgent care in the future. You girls are amazing!!! Keep up the great work.
The were the best! Everything was clean, the receptionist was friendly and actually listened to me. I was taken back in a timely manner. The doctor came in and I didn’t need to repeat myself he already knew why I was there! 26 plus wasp stings from a nest and I wasn’t in really good shape to sit there for hours with a clipboard filling out paperwork. I was in and out within an hour and a half and I was a walk in! That’s unheard of. I would recommend this clinic and staff to everyone that needs to be seen for anything! Thank you for helping me when I was hurting so much and was beside myself on what to do!
The people I talk to are so nice and always willing to help with my request. It seems like they actually enjoy helping the patients instead of just doing what they can to get paid. Ive been to many doctors after I stopped visiting my doctor last year, and I will never see another doctor outside if the mercy centers again. The difference is everything.
Receptionist rude, her attitude is as such youre a bother that you are there. We waited 50minutes for an office that wasnt busy. But, the Dr himself was pleasant and kind. He seemed to really care.
The staff was kind and helpful. And the PA was kind, thoughtful and thorough. The nurse was amazing too. Everyone took the time to listen to us. Explain everything we had concerns about. And make sure that they did everything they were able to at the time.
We don’t see any doctors except our chiropractor, but if we have an issue that needs conventional care we love this urgent care. The staff are so wonderful and the doctor is always so nice and very thorough. We always get in so quick too.
They are great! The ladies were quick to get me back and also very sweet. I will go again when I’m sick! (Not wishing that for myself lol)
Easy to make appointment in line. Filled out all of the paperwork on line and just walked in and was seen immediately. It was clean and felt welcoming and was easy to navigate.
Addy and the team here took great care of me! They explained all their concerns and the medications I would be getting and why. All with a smile and respectful to me and my husband!
The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in. They were all very professional and there was no waiting time. Dr. Lopez was helpful and informative. DQ was very friendly. Great experience!
Quick, thorough and well taken care of. I was sick and wasn’t sure what it was and without hesitation they did a strep and Covid test. I requested a flu test too and they did it as well. Unfortunately, I did have Covid but they got me taken care of.
Oakley saw me at the facility. She was so kind, caring, and professional. She answered all of my questions, and gave me good advice as to what I should do next. Every time I have gone to this facility, I am so thankful for them!
The staff was exceptionally friendly and very helpful the entire time! I cannot say enough good things about the nurses and staff. I cannot stress enough however, how essential it is to book an appointment online (“save a spot”) rather than walk-in, especially around the holidays. I walked in without an appointment to an empty waiting room and was seen immediately by one of the nurses, but after the nurse left, I sat in the room for about an hour before the doctor came in. When I left, the waiting room was packed! I’m sure my wait was no fault of the staff, just a matter of people flooding in. It’s a great clinic with knowledgeable and friendly staff, just make sure to book an appointment before heading in!
This is the worst Mercy-GoHealth location in Edmond. We normally go to the one by our house but it had a 3 hour wait. This is the next closet location. My husband went in for flu-like symptoms and was put into a room immediately, but had to wait for an hour and a half to be seen when there was only one other person besides him. The provider told him that the medical assistant never told them that he was ready to be seen. The other Mercy-GoHeath on Bryant we’ve always been in and out in well under an hour. Avoid this location at all costs!
Dr. Lopez is awesome! He is at the top of his game and quickly assessed my situation, gave an accurate diagnosis and prescribed the proper medicine. I feel better and have peace of mind. I was seen when I wanted to be seen and the clinic is immaculate and inviting. I highly recommend this Urgent Care facility.
The facility was duper clean. The doctor was prompt & friendly.I woill definitely come back here kif Zi need medical assistance.
Dr Lopez pre diagnosis and sent on for scan made my progress from punctured appendix and peritonitis happen. Also very personable on top of his superior skill.
This was my second time to visit this medical facility and I have been impressed both times. They are friendly, timely, and Dr. Lopez knows what he’s talking about.
I did online check in. Prompt service. Excellent care from start to finish. So glad to have them so close to me.
The Ladies up front were amazing! Beyond friendly, helpful and got my son feeling better fast. Their kindness was infectious
I didnt have to wait to be seen by the PA. And she was very nice and provided me with good information. She heard what I was telling her.
Always pleasant and very knowledgeable. I love the PA there she takes good care of me.
The staff was helpful and courteous. Dr. Lopez was kind, thorough and explained everything completely. I didnt feel rushed. I would definitely go back. My own doctors office was closed that day, so Im very grateful for Urgent Care.
What a lovely visit(s). I went in about 2 weeks ago for stitches, and again today to have them removed and both visits were simply delightful. As my friend reminds me, lovely is not typically the adjective used when describing such a visit to Urgent Care, but I cant think of a better way to describe the efficiency, care, expertise, and friendliness of the medical team. Sierra was the nurse both visits and she was remarkably helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Dr. Lopez was thorough, friendly, gentle in his administering of numbing agents or stitches, and an admitted perfectionist to the care he provided. I could not have been more pleased, and very pleasantly surprised to how much I enjoyed a visit to Urgent Care. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone in search of an Urgent Care facility.
Great staff. Friendly and very patient and courteous with compassion. The doctor was absolutely outstanding. A true asset to Mercy. The standard by which all others should be judged.
Everyone was so nice and I had no waiting time. I didnt feel well so that was a blessing.
I visited the clinic this week because I have been sick, and I have had a cough that wasnt going away. I was fortunate that I was able to receive care without waiting. I received a chest x-ray that provided favorable results, and I got prescriptions that I have been taking. I feel better and hope to be back to normal when the meds run out. I highly recommend Mercy-GoHealth and the staff for their professionalism. Thanks.
Great staff, and the doctor went beyond just a diagnosis. He noticed that my ear canals were blocked with wax and made sure that they were cleared out before I left. This is a great location!
We were told at our mercy pediatricians office to come to this location. We arrived and the white lady receptionist was so rude. She could care less that I have a vomiting 1 year old that needs help. She made us feel so uncomfortable that we left and went to a different urgent care who treated us with respect and care. Horrible experience and would not recommend this location
Kudos to Mercy Go Health especially nurse KC Cotton. Going to the doctor is never fun for anyone. When you make the decision to finally go, you are likely at your worst. Lately it has been difficult to find doctors and staff who truly truly show compassion and care. At this Mercy Go Health, they care. I have been to this location at least 3 times and every time KC has helped me and goes the extra mile every single time. I will now go out of my way to go to this location if I am ever in need of urgent assistance. Thank you so much to your entire staff, most especially KC Cotton!
Thorough doctor. Easy online appointments. If you walk in without an appointment you will probably have a long wait.
I was a walk-in and the staff were very friendly and wished me a Happy Birthday(even though it was a half a week away)! Doctor was quick and prompt with results and diagnosis of my illness!
Last time they put me in a room and came in and stated a mans name I told them that was not me and the PA grumbled and left the room. She saw every one else first did not come back for an hour and I was still not assigned a room had to ask then did not look me in the eyes during the entire visit. My first time ever to an urgent care. So today Went here today to take my daughter and was told to come back another time as they close in an hour this is an urgent care? I went around the corner less than two minutes away to HC express highly recommended very nice staff fast kind service!
I would give zero stars if I were able. I am appalled with the unprofessionalism of the receptionist at this clinic. My family came in last week for a visit. My husband and I both work out of town, so I asked my mother to accompany my daughter to the urgent care visit. They couldnt see her because my mother didnt have Power of Attorney to bring her in. Has to be a legal guardian present for anyone under 18. I understand that is the law, and there was not much we could do. Even though my mother had taken her to that clinic before and provided a POA, which should have been on record. It was not on record, and she didnt bring it with her that time thinking it was. I wish I knew the name of the receptionist who was working that day. My mom and daughter did not get her name either. She was unbelievably rude to not only my mother and daughter but also made another customer cry because of her attitude. There was another grandmother in the clinic with a sick child. Same sitiation.. because she was not the legal guardian, they could not see the child. The receptionist couldve cared less about the sick child or the upset grandmother. She was horribly rude to my family and made rude comments about my husband and I both being in the military. I have been to this clinic multiple times and never had an issue with the staff. Quite the opposite, actually. I found the PAs in this clinic to be very caring and compassionate. One even gave me a hug during a very difficult appointment last year, and I will always be grateful to have had her on duty that day. Which makes it even more unfortunate that no one else on the staff intervened when the receptionist was clearly out of line with the customers that day. Ive noticed the clinic owners typically reply to the comments here. They state for every negative review how much they care about providing quality service. Let me say this, they do not care if they are not willing to correct the problem. The staff at this clinic need customer service training. The way my family was treated is unacceptable. The way the other customers were treated is unacceptable. I took my daughter to another clinic that just opened on second street in Edmond. Its near Neighborhood Jam. We had to wait nearly an hour to see the provider. It was worth the wait. The staff were extremely kind and compassionate, and the doctor was extremely thorough. To the owners of this clinic, you lost us as customers. We will not return to this location. Unless someone contacts us directly to let me know, the situation has been properly taken care of. I highly recommend you do the work to find out who the receptionist is that keeps causing the negative reviews for this location and correct the issue. If not, you will continue to lose patients and earn a reputation you do not want to have. Do better.
Very polite and the doc was knowledgeable. Spent time explaining everything. Thanks for the great service.Dr. Lopez was very polite
Took my son there and they were friendly, quick and efficient!. Knew exactly how to treat him.
I had a good experience. The staff was courteous, and the doctor was very thorough. This was my third visit.I won’t hesitate to go back, if necessary.
Waited a really long time to be seen. I ended up leaving without being seen. I made an appointment online and the clinic was not busy so I’m not sure what the deal was.
Great group of people! Super fast service! Excellent care!
Friendly, professional, efficient. Will definitely go back if needed.
I am very disappointed had an appointment scheduled for today. When I came in the African American (with the scarf around her head) lady told me my insurance was not active. Remind you the soonercare system was down for everyone so there was no way she could verify that. I myself have worked in behind that same computer so completely aware how to verify insurance.. I even tried to call soonercare but the call center was closed due inclement weather. When I told her that she said I couldn’t be seen by them unless I had insurance. Didn’t even ask if I had some type of payment. Long story short I went across the street to ou medical center they seen & treated me ( they also couldn’t pull up sooner care but they have 3days to go back😉 to run it… now it’s back up in running and my insurance is ACTIVE.. I wish I could file a complaint! With the person over her.
Got in very quickly and had a very good experience and care
Very quick and efficient. Signed in online and waited less than 5min to see the nurse, then again less than 5min to see the PA. Will return when needed
I gave this location one more try because my doctor was out and I needed to be seen. The last time I came it was a horrible experience and I was hoping they had corrected the problems, but they haven’t. When I arrived I heard staff rudely and loudly talking about how people need to stop coming in and they need to have people leave because it was too busy (there were two other people there with me and a couple that were on the waitlist online). They then told me I should just leave because it would be 2 to 3 hours before they could see me. I made an appointment at another place and let them know they could take me off the list. They seemed to be more concerned about finding ways of getting patients to leave rather than doing any work, quality of care, or compassion to patients.
My family has always preferred to use the Mercy network but that’s seems to be changing. I was a walk in and completed my paperwork online. Called for me to come up to the kiosk and i had my INSURANCE CARD out because that’s what the online portal stated. The young man apparently asked for my Id which I couldn’t understand because I’m congested and he spoke away from me. So when I handed my I insurance card he became flustered and rude I’ve never been talked down to like that at a doctors office. I just told him I would go somewhere else and walked out. This isn’t our first bad experience at this location but I thought I’d try it again. I will say we are done and will not be back. This is not the Mercy standard I am used to.
I have been in their care twice ears and dog bite two completely different areas and was treated very well. Got in extremely fast but was not rush in exam. I will be back even if its a almost a hour drive.
I had always taken my kids to Mercys urgent Care clinic but they closed the one close to me a while back. They recently opened this location and was happy about it but coming in first thing we needed to it didnt go well. There were 2 online check-ins ahead of us...i get it sure save a spot so not too angry about that but...i noticed they had only 2 people working here. They reg clerk and the physician and the reg clerk is the tech... Basically she has to leave the check in desk to run vitals which pretty much slows the whole process down. We didnt get checked in/registered until 45 minutes after we signed in. This could have been prevented with a 3rd person helping out the process. When we finally got back to the room (the clinic is very nicely built, almost like a hospital) everyone was very friendly and treated us well. Im not going to fault anyone there because they have to work with what they have not they need to be given a dedicated check in reg clerk to avoid these long wait periods. Other urgent Care centers would have gone a lot faster. Its not a good first impression having to wait so long.
I scheduled an appointment for my partner two days ago for 11:30. He needs a negative Covid test to return to work. When we arrived at 11:20, the receptionist said the doctor was leaving for the day and nothing could be done and no one cared to call me and then told us to ‘have fun’ or something? I understand being short staffed at this time, I understand things are hard, but your receptionist was EXTREMELY rude for us having just walked through the door. I will never return to mercy. I was hesitant to even come considering the terrible reviews I’ve read about every Mercy location in my area. It is 11:30 in the morning. How are you closed. Why did nobody call me? Why are you rude to me for no reason?
I had made an appointment for 12:30 online; however, when I woke up, I knew I could not wait until 12:30. I got there when the doors opened and was the first in line. I would have completely understood if they were not able to take walk-ins, even though online it said they could. The secretary could not have been more hateful about the fact that I had to wait until 12:30 when clearly I did not feel good. I kindly just walked out and took my business else where. Had this been the first time this had happened, I would just look passed it. I know people have bad days and today could have just been one for the secretary; however, this was my second visit there and the last one was the same. I will not be bringing my business back here again.
Got in quickly. I had Covid, shocked. Dr. was Excellent and staff was trained well.
The lady named CAT was incredibly rude. When i walked in at 7:56, she told me that they weren’t open yet and i needed to go back outside until 8. When i went back in at 8, CAT told me that my insurance wasn’t effective and it was just mine not working because she had just ran another Cigna and it worked. I called Cigna in front of Cat, Cigna confirmed my insurance was valid and said that the clinic could call them theirselves or just push the claim thru. Cat told me that she would not call Cigna and that they would just send me a bill at the insurance rate and not a customer rate. She was incredibly rude with her attitude and the way she made it seem like my insurance was the problem. I asked her if i could still be seen and just send the bill to my insurance later on, she again got an attitude and said i could do whatever i want with the bill, but it would be expensive if they were to see me since my insurance wasn’t active. I left and went to the mercy go health across town and they were able to run my insurance just fine
The front desk & medical assistant were so nice & patient! The provider; however, was a completely different subject! She was down right rude & when you’re sick, that’s the last thing you wanted to be confronted with! I even asked the provider for a new mask & she refused! I will definitely be going to a different location next time
I have been twice in the last week for covid testing for myself and my children. Both times I did make an appointment online. When I went the first time it took about an hour and a half for two tests. Despite the fact that it took a little while I felt that everyone was working as efficiently as possible. The next day I went for one test and I was in and out in less than half an hour. If you want the rapid test be prepared to pay up front. There is nothing fun about any of this but everyone here was very friendly and professional.
Worst place to go!You’re feeling sick you would expect some empathy, compassion. Not from this place! The lady in the front is EXTREMELY rude. Seems like she hates anyone that comes in period . The medical assistant and the receptionist chit chat and pay zero attention to patients and try to get rid of them so they can go back to their conversation. Not to mention when they do speak to someone they contradict what the others says to clients. I will never go there again.Im new to Oklahoma and one of the things I loved bout being here are the people. This establishment is 100 % disappointing.
I love that I dont have to go all the way to the VA hospital. The second time I went there I made an appointment and didnt have to wait at all. Amazing
These ladies where very helpful, very professional, and very kind to us when we went in for an emergency for my small 1 year old toddler. They helped my sweet little boy and we headed back home to Tulsa thank you ladies again so much I recommend this place to anyone ❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹
First this clinic used to be my families go to when our pcp couldnt get our kids in but after this experience it has left a very bad impression. The new Nurse Practioner Angela Grimmet is very unfriendly and rude. She didnt care about my concerns and was trying to push us out of the clinic when she never did a proper examine.( my daughter has severe ear pain keeping her up at night with covid) we were advised to get her checked out with new or worsening symptoms... She looked in her ears and said she doesnt have anything wrong and stood there awkwardly so i said ok and she said are you waiting for something...? She had been in my daughters room maybe 30 seconds never checked anything else and got rude when i asked questions about what to do since she didnt have a ear infection and i didnt know what was all being done as far as testing... Im not your staff ... Ive been in healthcare for years her bedside manner is horrible. She even lied on the report saying she made suggestions she never made. We never even recieved a visit summary or anything and i had to look it up online... And she just seemed very impatient when i asked anything seriously do better....
Very rude! Was instructed to put masks on my 5yr old with asthma and myself as soon as we walked in. Expected with covid but when I told the lady at the counter my daughter is an asthmatic she rudely said it didnt matter. I then asked if she had a athsma attack are they equipt to handle it. She stared at me for a good two seconds and almost sarcasticly said yes. Then the guy had my ID, credit card, and my insurance card, instructed me to go to the room. I informed him not without my cards i guess that was an inconvenience for him. Very rude. PA was nice but the front desk very rude.
I have been using this location since they opened. It is has definitely gone downhill to the point it will be the last resort for our family for medical care. Staff is not friendly and billing from this particular location is awful. I have spent multiple hours on the phone trying to get there mistakes corrected. The first time they did not bill insurance with the correct coding and the 2nd time was the ultimate nightmare. They refused to submit a COVID test to insurance saying my insurance would not cover it. They did not even bother trying to submit the claim to insurance because according to their notes, it was a patient direct bill. After hours of conversation with my insurance company telling Mercy it would be covered, they finally agreed to submit the claim. Still don’t know if it is fully resolved. Would highly recommend going elsewhere.
I’m like still in shock how wonderful my experience was here this morning. I’ve been feeling sick for about two weeks and literally hate going to the doctors. I have autoimmune diseases and it took me a long time for doctors to actually listen and hear me. I popped into this clinic this morning and was blown away at how caring, sweet, nice, helpful and just loving these two women were! Megan was my PA and the RN I can’t remember her name but it started with an M as well. Really grateful for both of them and my experience here. If I ever have to go to another walk in this is definitely where I will be going back!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you ladies for listening to me and helping me get back on my feet!
I made an appointment the day before and didn’t have a waiting time at all to be brought back to the room. I thought all the staff were super friendly and the PA or Dr that saw me was so sweet and addressed my concerns! Would go back again.
My husband & I went into the clinic on Sunday. Easy check in & pleasant staff. Very professional. Kendra was especially kind & truly cared for her patients. Highly recommend this clinic
Dr. Lopez was amazing! I wish he was my pcp. Extremely patient, kind and thorough.
It was quick and easy. The Dr. was fantastic professional,
We came in on Thursday as a walking. Seems you now need an appointment. I tried via the website but it would not let me. They were nice enough to work me in that afternoon. Despite being swamped with people wanting a test. We needed it to go on a cruise this Saturday. Despite being swamped they were nice and professional.
I went 1 hour after they opened, walked in went the the little kiosk there to the left hit Im a walk in then was immediately greeted and asked if I was a walkin or if I had an appointment, I said walkin the woman said we arent taking any more walkins today. Yet theres a whole sign out front saying walkins welcome 365days a year. She didnt even ask what I was there for. Also how are you out of walkins for the day 1 hour after opening, when yall are literally sitting there snacking and chatting. I just watched a gentleman walkin before me in scrubs and a mask I assume he works there with spoon and serving of something from next door. She didnt even ask what I was there for, a doctor might be busy with appointments sure but obviously your MAs arent busy.
The staff was very nice, friendly and put me at ease. They answered my questions and I was able to understand what was happening. Very professional.
I took my daughter here in November for a Covid test. They do not come to your car but make you come inside. After waiting an hour to see the medical personnel we finally got our test results. In doing so, they are able to charge for a doctors office visit plus a COVID test. I paid, $25 copay for the office visit and then another $75 for the rapid test. To top it off, I need a copy of the bill for my insurance and have tried three different days to reach their billing department unsuccessfully. Ive been in the que for over an hour each time.
Ok , i benn coming to this Mercy Urgent Care for a few times and is been a grate service , but , for the las 2 or 3 times i have come , is been a big change , i have seen a big lady on the front desk for my past 2or 3 visits and since then when I come she always said the system is not working , we are not ready to bring you in , theyre tuning behind . My appointment was at 145pm and is 2pm and they havent call me , if I have to make an appointment for certain hour why they are not ready , i dont understand why this office is operating this way .
Stains on the walls and slow services. Took them about 20 minutes just to see me and my mother. Personally wouldn’t recommend.
Awful experience no help what do ever and very dismissive about issues
I went as a last resort after a visit at a minute clinic and also at the ER. The doctor was thorough and told me exactly what next steps needed to be taken.
I was seen quickly and my issue was resolved satisfactorly
Staff very caring and professional. Left feeling better about my health concerns.
Went here for care. Entire staff was very nice and helpful. The provider really spent quality time evaluating the issues and asked if I had any questions at the end.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The PA was thorough and answered all my questions. I would definitely use this clinic again.
Horrible staff, waited 8 hours for an appointment to be called a liar, then after the 8 hour wait they allowed my mother to come back with my kids the next day and see them, but the following 14 days later when my kids had another fever and I sent them in they wouldnt allow my mother to check them in, so instead they required me to drive all the way back to edmond and take off work to say yes it is okay for her to check them in when they have allowed this 3 previous times..... and called me a liar about checking in for the 8 hour wait, I had to get my phone out and show them the check ins (like they cant just look it up) incredibly un professional and trash exp..... none of them need to be working there treating people the way they do....They are not the same entity as the mercy hospitals, which we love.
We walked into another GoHealth location that could not get us in. The lady at the desk looked and found that this location had openings and so she set us up an appointment and then we drove a half an hour to this location only to be told that they could not help us. The lady at the counter was incredibly rude and wouldn’t help us. The whole time she was arguing with us about our appointment we could see our names on the screen with there respective time next to them.
Staff is very questionable, talking bad about patients out loud for everyone to hear. I understand the frustration of patients but having your other patients hear it is bad manners.
Took my daughter; upon arrival stated that her sister had mono and we woul likely need mono blood not just blot. Got a blot and a strep swab; daughter has an active cough (no covid testing, but was offered in the waiting room after I inquired). Urgent Care needs to (at minimum) be able to address a clinic level of care which would include the ability to draw a cbc, and or order basic labs. Not providing these services essentially makes these triage points that cost paitents lots of money and provide a fairly low level of care useless options; choices for both practioners and patients are limited. Just makes no sense.
I walked in and was seen right away. The staff are very professional and kind. I was not there very long and picked my prescription across the street. I highly recommend them and will return as needed in the future.
The fastest, friendliest, service! Staff was efficient and their teamwork was seamless all while using the utmost care.
The doctor at this located did not attend to our needs. She only looked at us and prescribed medication and recommended we take zinc.Over the course of the week, our situation grew worse — so we ended up visiting a second Mercy Clinic (NW Edmond near uptown grocery). The doctor there did not only rely on a Covid Test, but also took a second test to determine whether there were additional issues. He discovered that we had Bronchitis and prescribed proper medicine. Unlike (2nd and Bryant) location, he explained why we felt the way we did and what the medicine he prescribed will combat. I do not recommend (2nd and Bryant) location. I recommend the NW location.
The staff is amazing, beyond friendly and comforting! Its always a super quick visit also!
I called ahead 5 times no answer. Once I arrived for a test a man told me I could get a covid test. The receptionist then came after I had waited 20 minutes and told me they could not test me. After another doctor told me they could. She was very rude and unprofessional. Do not go here.
Some staff were rude and providers talked over me and seemed to want to get me out as quick as possible when the place was empty.
Short wait time and great care
Great location, staff and doctors
What exactly is the point of being short and rude to someone asking medical questions? Makes no sense to meee
They got me in right away. The receptionist was friendly and the nurse and doctor were quick and very helpful.
Good location, Good people and great service.
Took forever had a appointment , took 40 minutes to be seen. Front receptionist left during a rush, and customers lined up.
Friendly staff, clean rooms and visit was fast.
Staff was so friendly and immediately helped address the need. Would definitely go back and definitely recommend!
Super impressed. The Doctor was so knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything that was going on. I definitely will be back if the need ever arises!
This location has some of the best doctors and PAs in the city of Edmond. Best customer service.
Waited less than 20 min and Dr Mills and the nurse there were very helpful and accommodating. Definitely will go back when needed.
Quick efficient and quality care .
In and in an hour. The best doctor for my 10 year old
No wait time and thorough examination.
Waited over an hour to get seen. When I had appointment
Front desk girl were rude and acted as if. It was a problem we were there. Said they closed at 8 pm, we got there at 6 pm smh. Terrible customer service.
All good do to everyone’s doing a fine medical service!
Felt very comfortable with the facility and the Doctor.
I haven’t had any bad experiences here but isn’t the best compared to the urgent care on Covell.
The staff was friendly building was clean no issues with my experience except wait time for my results which really isnt a issueThank you
The worst experience ever
Doctor and nurse nice and helpful.
Clean, quick and efficient
