I was a walk in that got here not even 5 minutes after they opened. I wanted to set an appointment but the person I spoke to on the phone pushed me to just walkin. There were 3 people already here in front of me. They can’t give you estimates of how long you’ll have to wait or how much you have to pay. They didn’t end up taking the first girl back until an hour and 10 minutes after opening. I didn’t want to give this place a bad review because I know they do a lot to help people but I just cannot understand why this place is run the way it is. I had to leave to go to work before I got anywhere close to being seen, drove 20 minutes here and back for nothing and wasted over an hour of my life. It’s just not fair at all. Only come here if you’re desperate and ONLY if you have the time. Also, there is absolutely zero privacy. The place is so quiet you could here a pin drop, YES everyone hears your business. They could at least play like soft jazz music in the background to sort of muffle stuff. My first experience here was great, I didn’t have to wait that long, they’ve definitely gone downhill since then. What could the doctors/providers possibly be doing in the back for an hour besides taking care of their patients ? It just baffles me.
Waited a long time simply because they’re understaffed but was very worth it. The nurse was kind and made me feel comfortable. The doctor (I believe Adkins) was also extremely cautious and kind, and super thorough as well. I really felt validated in the health issues I was dealing with. It felt like they really wanted to help me figure out what’s going on and find a solution.
The new doctor is condescending specifically to her transgender patients and unprofessional overall she doesn’t provide a safe space for her patients who are obviously already in a vulnerable position. And often make them uncomfortable. I would not recommend this facility to anyone ever. The way they treat people is absolutely unacceptable. Edit: I would like to add that it’s not the entire staff in fact everyone but the doctor was fairly kind and professional.
It was a great way to do gender affirming care via telehealth, but I havent been able to book an appointment for weeks now.
I was visiting the area when I had an issue arise that I needed a medical opinion about/intervention for. I easily made an appointment online to visit this facility. As a patient, I felt the providers took their time to explain everything to me in a non-judgemental manner. I have been to other urgent care centers where providers are looking more at their computers rather than their patients - and this place was the opposite. Thank you for the great care. Im so glad that facilities like this exist.
Such poor care given to transgender patients. I mean, the lack of empathy is astounding. Not only that, but they dont take you seriously here at all. If you have literally any other options, go somewhere else.
The staff were so patient and explained everything I needed to know. I never felt rushed and it was so nice to feel like anything I asked would be answered without judgement. 💖
Two stars because my doctor is wonderful and helpful. The administration here is an unprofessional joke. It takes four phone calls over four days to get a nurse to call you back.Theyll call you fifteen minutes after your telehealth appointment is scheduled to say sorry, technical difficulties, reschedule you for later that day, then not show up again (without calling). Then theyll tell you itll take two weeks to get another appointment, but wont respond to your requests for a medication refill. It takes another four phone calls over four days to get a callback.Their hold line is the most annoying thing in the world, and seems designed to annoy you into hanging up. They dont indicate at all when theyre out of office, or closed (or just not answering). So you might sit on a phone line for absolutely no reason. If youre a transwoman, go get Plume, or go to the Vanderbilt clinic. PP is unreliable and unprofessional.
Not sure what planned parenthood the one star reviews went to, but my experience here was great. Keywords like “political misuse” and “defund pp” lead me to believe these are not real patients at all, lol. When I got to planned parenthood this morning for my first ever visit, they greeted me calmly and had me fill out personal info on paper, then asked me if it was okay to say they were planned parenthood when they called— that’s IT. No speaking my business out loud for the waiting room to hear. The rest of the visit went smoothly, the staff is very kind and understanding. My appointment was easy to make through their website and I got pulled back within 5 minutes of checking in. I felt safe and non judged the whole time I was there. Highly recommend.
The worst planned parenthood I’ve ever been to. Waited over 2 hours to even be called back into a room. Scheduling is very clearly an issue and administration has done very little it seems to alleviate the problem.
Was in Music City needing an emergency exam because YOLO. Ubered to the clinic and was able to be seen right away! The doctor, Amanda Kralick, was appallingly professional. She made me feel so comfortable that I was able to tell her all my shameful behaviors without judgements. Will return if need be. Recommend this clinic to everyone! Thanks pp
Emma Metz inserted my copper IUD and she was AMAZING!!! The process was so fast, she explained everything to me, and helped me feel so comfortable. Ive always loved planned parenthood and sincerely appreciated the care I received here.
All of the staff I have interacted with during my visits have been wonderful, but my provider Kaylee Conner was the best. She is knowledgeable, kind, and easy to talk to. She provided me with all of the information I was in need of. I look forward to receiving further care at this location where I am treated with respect and compassion.
Everyone was so nice here and made me feel very safe. The staff made sure all my questions were answered and even pointed me to finding more women’s health locally since I live over an hour away. I don’t see why there are so many negative reviews. My experience was very positive. Only downside was having to wait for an hour after my appointment time but I did not mind, as it seems I made my appointment during their lunch time and they gotta eat too! And even during that time the front desk lady did not keep me waiting when I had a question and immediately got up and walked over to see what I needed. I would recommend them to anyone else who like me does not have insurance and needs help. 😊
I have used PP as a healthcare provider in Florida when i didnt have insurance, and at the time it WAS affordable. I just called and was told that a new patient visit would be $300. How that is an affordable visit for someone without insurance doesnt make any sense to me. Highly disappointing. They need to reconsider what they think is affordable healthcare.
Horrible place to get care or to work. Management is not only unprofessional to employees but to patients as well. Tarsha Elliot is money hungry and only cares about the money they do not follow their mission and disregards patients and employees feelings. I support planned parenthood but the ones in Tennessee that are ran by Tarsha Elliot and Ashely Cofield are horrible and need to be shut down expeditiously. They don’t have a 100% turn over rate for nothing. I’m just saying 🤷🏽♀️
The worst experience ever. i scheduled i think an appointment at 12:30 which is usually lunch time but i was there well before 12:30 probably around 12 when the time for my appointments come around they made me wait until 1:15 to even see me. then took another 15 mins so the other lady could finish her lunch. no one let me know a single thing and they were all rude. i had to ask multiple times why i was waiting so long. i don’t think i left until 2 . NEVER GO HERE. PLEASE PICK ANOTHER ONE !
The staff here are incredibly considerate and kind. They are thorough and welcoming. I have always felt safe and heard during my appointments. Even with uninformed protesters of their (VERY APPRECIATED AND NEEDED) services, I feel like I have a safe haven to have any of my medical inquiries answered. I value this facility a lot and am grateful to all the healthcare providers here doing such needed work consistently. And especially during COVID.
I needed to get the strings checked on my IUD and I needed to get my annual exam. I moved here somewhat recently and dont have a GP. My friends here all complain often about how hard it is to get appointments for female wellness in this city.I made my appointment online, I never had to talk to anyone on the phone. I was able to make an appointment for just a week out. They sent me several email reminders so I wouldnt forget and I was able to print out my forms and fill them out at home ahead of time so I didnt have to spend time filling them out there.I arrived really early and was worried that I would end up having to wait forever. To my surprise, I was called back early and everything was honestly super expedient.I dont like going to the doctor and Dr. Erin was super nice and made me feel very at ease. She talked me through everything and was super friendly. It honestly was about as comfortable as I could feel with someone feeling around in my girly parts.Because of my family medical history I was referred to a specialist in case I wanted to talk to someone about screening for conditions that run in my family.Everything was super quick and informative, while still taking time to make me feel comfortable.I would go back for sure.
If I could give ZERO stars, I would! I scheduled TWO separate appointments, weeks in advance, took the whole day off work and drove 40 minutes into town, only to show up and find out that the facility was closed on BOTH days my appointment was scheduled! On one occasion, the sign on the door stated they were closed due to staffing, the other time, there was no explanation. I did NOT receive any notification informing me of the closure! I will not be returning to Planned Parenthood EVER!
I was skeptical when reading the reviews but I’m glad I went anyway. The staff is SUPER nice and friendly. The women at the front desk were very kind as well. I went in for my first abortion and the staff made me feel very comfortable and safe. I never really went over payment plans or anything because I didn’t need it at the time so I don’t have much info on that but overall it was great. The only thing that was a negative were the pro lifers outside but they have staff that keeps them off of the property and keep you guarded. Please, go and experience it for yourself.
Came here last week. Terrible experience. Very long wait and had appointment. Everyone is rude—front desk, np and assistants. They dont care about u. Just wanna get u out fast.
I was treated with care and professionalism from the moment I entered the building. Everyone inside was so kind. The only negative is the protesters who stand out front and out back who raise their voice at anyone coming in. Obviously theyre there to make their opinion known about Planned Parenthood but I dont think its a good idea for them to boldly walk up to everyones car who is trying to pull out of the parking lot. People dont care for and arent comfortable with strangers coming up to their car door, let alone when the car is still moving.
I called just to get info on what I needed to bring IF I was able to get an appointment regarding HRT and they made it very easy to make an appointment right away. It sounded too good to be true.I was blown away by how friendly and helpful the entire staff was at my first appointment. The doctors and nurses were personable, friendly and very accomodating. I felt very comfortable there. They called me back a few minutes after my appointment time. The cost was more than they told me over the phone. But not by much. I dont have insurance and it was still reasonable. It still seems too good to be true. Thank you so much for treating everyone with courtesy, respect and professionalism. I wish ANY other hospital, clinic, doctors office was half this good. Thank you, again. ❤
I just went in today to get tested and was really impressed with the whole facility. It was clean and everyone was polite and made great efforts to ensure confidentiality even in the check in process. There was someone at the door to greet people and to keep patients from being intimidated by the protesters outside. The nurse who drew my blood (in one try, which is AMAZING for my veins) was so sweet, funny and friendly. The doctor explained the benefits of the different tests and made sure I was getting all the tests necessary for my circumstances. Its a wonderful organization and fantastic facility.
Amazing staff!! I have never felt so comfortable talking on the phone to anyone in the medical field before. I was treated wonderfully and somewhat quickly. I was getting the nexplanon implant put in and the whole thing only took maybe 15-20 minutes. They got me into my appointment a little late and the wait time for calls could use a little work, but a little waiting is 200% worth it for the wonderful staff and the affordable care.
I had the speediest, kindest care I have ever received here. It was so easy and they cover so many different types of insurance! Everyone I interacted with was super nice and direct with me. They answered all of my questions. I went to get an IUD, and it was super quick and easy. I felt safe and cared for in a place of no judgment. I would recommend this facility to anyone seeking affordable health care and excellent service.
I come here for HRT and have done so for the last several years. While I support PPs mission, Im appalled and disheartened by management.Want to try to get an appointment? Youll have to wait on hold for 10+ minutes to talk to a call center employee who couldnt care less about speaking with you. Theyll tell you there are no appointments available and will try to end the call as soon as possible. If you ask when you should call back, theyll give you vague timespans between an hour and a month.Once you finally get an appointment, good luck keeping it! PP regularly cancels and reschedules appointments. Took off work to go to your appointment? Got a sitter? Not their problem! And if you cant make the rescheduled appointment, you have to start all over again. The location itself is easy to find, especially since protestors literally block the entrance to the facility and only move when you pull your car directly up to them. When you get inside, youll talk with folks at the front desk who loudly announce your phone number and address to the waiting room. Youll wait 20-30 minutes after your scheduled appointment time to finally be seen. The nurses are generally kind. I had an experience with an NP where I needed to have information faxed over in order to proceed with my prescription. The information has been faxed four spearate times. I was told by the NP not to call because my case was very important and they would call me. After never hearing a word, I finally called a month later and they couldnt find the faxed information until a very kind front desk staffer found it and notified the NP.Im so done with PP. This is my health and my livelihood, and the disorganization makes holistic care impossible. I hope this is a local issue.
Wouldn’t even call it women’s care. Annual exam consists of pap smear, breast exam, pelvic exam, and vaginal exam to check for masses or abnormalities. Not only were they over an hour late calling me in, but I didn’t even take my pants off. They charged me almost $200 for pregnancy and std tests and weren’t even able to test for hpv or herpes. The nurse didn’t wash her hands before taking my blood. Disgusting place. Planned Parenthood needs to be defunded!
Read the negative reviews of this AMAZING and important clinic very carefully. You will find that most of them are not patients. Instead they are short sighted, anti-choice meddlers attempting to drive down the positive reviews with fake and negative ones. Planned Parenthood is a vital staple of this community. The staff here are saints and this is important work they do. Dont let these vultures sway your intuition with their religious babble. You know what is right for your life and your body. Trust yourself.
The nurses are nice, but the customer service from the phone operators is just terrible. i feel like anytime i call to talk to a nurse for a refill or a follow-up on a previous appointment, its always i will leave you a message so theyll call you back, but the nurses either dont call me back at all or they call me back at a time im unavailable to answer. in fact anytime i call i feel as if they operators are rushing to get me off the line. one time i did call, the man on the other end said sorry, the lines busy, call back in 5 minutes. if the line is busy then how are you able to pick up? i wouldnt mind this process so much if they just at least asked me a good time to be called back and were at least somewhat friendly on the line. but its just a constant back and forth. i also just dont understand why you cannot talk to people at the office youre being seen at directly, but instead have to be redirected to a call center that has less-than-desirable customer service. its unfortunate that PP is really the only option to get trans HRT in the whole state and that the knoxville center was burned down by bigots, preventing those like me in knoxville seeking aid in their transition.
If youre a trans man seeking medical care, this is a good place to go. The staff is kind, understanding, and inclusive and they make you feel comfortable there. They also provide HRT, so its pretty great.
It was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. These women made me feel strong, safe, and were so empowering. I felt so at home here, and this was honestly the first time I’ve been taken seriously. I will come back here in the future for healthcare, no doubt about it. I loved this place, and everyone in it. They took such great care of me, and made me feel comfortable. I trust them 100% with all of my future healthcare. All the women here supported me and my decision, and treated me like a real woman. I’m forever thankful for the services I was provided, and the sweet women that work here. ❤️
First let me say I appreciate the work that is done in this facility BUT....Im wondering why they even schedule appointments every time I have come for myself or a friend there is ALWAYS an extremely long wait. Currently Im sitting had a 10am appointment its now 10 mins to 2pm and all they have done was give me ibuprofen. They are now working on the 8 am appointments AND ITS ALMOST 2PM IN THE AFTERNOON!!! They absolutely need to do better.A course I n Time management needs to seriously be looked into because just like you dont want people showing up late for an appointment it isnt right to double, triple and quadruple book appointments!!! Having patients in the facility feeling like FORGOTTN LIVESTOCK!!! No Bueno 👎🏿
Understanding of choices beyond abortions!Counseling for the gay and transgender community, as well as meds
I came today before closing time to get a plan b and when i showed up, the doors were locked and i was banging on the doors to get the workers attention but they literally just sat there ignoring me . After like 5 minutes of trying to get their attention the manager finally came out and told me they were close at 4.15!! they close at 5 ! he refused service to me and it made me so mad because this was my last day now i gotta come back for an abortion. this place is not understanding and not compassionate for the patients .
Drove there to get my Paraguard IUD placed. My friends went with me as one was getting the Skyla too. EVERYONE was nice and caring. Friendly faces outside of the door to walk you to the facility because of the ridiculous protestors. The nurse was really nice, but the doctor was amazing! She was hilarious and completely honest and real about all of the available options. She spent hours counseling me and my friend over EVERYTHING (coming in and out of the room) and gave us info on her own personal experiences. She was super professional when we were big babies for the insertion. This is the first OBGYN that I feel like has listened to me and cared about my experience this much. We drove 3 hours on a Saturday and it was worth every minute of the drive.
I dont know what all these bad reviews are about. Seems like its a bunch of pro-lifers trying to dissuade people from coming here. But what do I know?Heres what I do know:I called to make an appointment for an abortion and they got me in within 2 weeks. They even offered financial assistance because Im currently low income which was so helpful during this time! I answered some questions and got approved right away.I had to get blood work done before my appointment and was told I could just walk in whenever. As soon as I pulled up, a kind worker was at my car, shielding me with an umbrella from the pro-life protestors. Although I wouldve preferred a platform as I cat walked inside that building. Those protestors dont want my sick, pregnant wrath. But for women who are nervous or scared about coming here, the workers will be right there with you. They are very friendly and non-judgemental.I was in and out in about 20 mins. It was really simple and everyone was kind. I havent gotten my abortion yet but I will update after my appointment.
If you need immediate help, dont call here. First off, I have called 4 times so far and have never spent less than 15 minutes on hold. Second, I had blood work done on Friday. They told me to call back Saturday afternoon for the results. No results. They told me to call back on Tuesday because Monday was a holiday. After spending 27 minutes on hold, I was told to call back on Wednesday because they still didnt have my results. By the time I get the results, I will have waited almost 5 days to get them-- IF they have the results on Wednesday. Its not like I didnt pay for these services. If it were free I might be ok but since I paid for a service (and not discounted)-- I expect results! Its not any cheaper than going to a regular doctor-- dont have insurance and since Im paying out of pocket at Planned Parenthood--a place dedicated to womens health--I assumed it would be cheaper than the regular doctor. Its not cheaper and it takes 3 times as long to get results--not even including how long it takes to get someone on the phone! When you actually make it into the clinic, you will stand at the window for several minutes before one of them will tear their eyes away from the computer and acknowledge you. I personally went during a time when there was absolutely NO ONE in the waiting room so its not like they were busy. I will never return.
I was treated with compassion and received medical care at a decent price. People outside protesting yelled at everyone, including my mom who obviously was not there for an abortion. Being bold in your faith is a good thing, but I dont think they are doing anyone any good.
Theres a level of disservice becoming normalized in our community today that is absolutely baffling in its prevalence. It is the enraging habit of businesses to arbitrarily and randomly decide not to be open for business during their promised hours.I checked google.I checked their webpage.I EVEN CALLED THESE IDIOTS TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.Only to spend an hour in traffic to arrive and find a paper note on the door: Sorry, we didnt feel like doing our jobs today.Screw planned parenthood and all their political misuse of our donations.
I love planned parenthood and everything they stand for. But this location is a joke. I waited 1.5+ hours & 3 people came in AFTER me and got seen before I did. This is piss poor management.
My appointment was in Knoxville, over 3 hours away from me. I planned accordingly, there was an accident on the way. I called to let them know I was going to be late, when I arrived I was told my doctor didn’t know they were on call so they had to reschedule my appointment. I don’t understand why they didn’t call me prior to me arriving, I don’t understand why they did not reschedule my appointment when I first called to let them know I would be late. Wasted gas & my time. Terrible/ unacceptable
Every single person I interacted with -- from the parking lot escort to reception to my medical assistant and nurse practitioner -- was kind, personable, helpful, and gentle. This was one of the best medical care experiences Ive ever had.
Great place for womens health. IHave been here a handful of times over the last few years. They are always kind, caring and considerate. They would NEVER make someone abort if the person didnt want too. The below comment regarding them urging her to abort her clump of cells is probably from a small minded religious psycho. They love to leave comments on these public forums to further their own religious agenda.I trust Planned Parenthood 100%.They care about the patient and work hard to accomadate ones needs.
I visited this location as a walk in. As I was waiting two hours, I checked in to see what my actual wait time was (noticing other walk ins after me were getting service). The nice lady at the front desk checked her system and she said that I was next! I was very excited since I was waiting so long, but unfortunately other walk ins and people were still getting service before me. I checked in with the guy at the front desk and he called the nurses in the back to get a time. On the phone they told him they were seeing the appointments before me and he told me there were 5 people ahead of me. I was shocked because I was just told I was next by the lady at the front 30 MINUTES PRIOR. So I asked him “what is an estimated wait time??” and he said “I don’t know” after overhearing him tell people that came in after me (as a walk in) an hour wait... At this point I was fed up and had been waiting for going on three hours and left. He didn’t show any sadness or apologize for the misinformation. VERY POOR EXPERIENCE ALL I WANTED WAS AN STD SCREENING to stay in the know of my sexual health.
Cant give a low enough score. They dont call back when they say they will. Ive been waiting two weeks for a call back after my appointment. They said they reach out to me within a couple of days. Im still waiting on a prescription. Ive called twice and still havent gotten a call back.
Planned Parenthood takes advantage of women in need and make money off their distress. Their niceness and politeness is just wolves in sheeps clothing. They only care about money, dont let their charm fool you. It is not your body you are making a choice about, it is your unborn childs body. The baby is a living being and science supports that life begins at conception. If you need feminine care, you can go to a gynecologist at a doctors office. Planned Parenthood is not the only organization that has reproductive and feminine care. They are unessential.
I feel like after your 1st visit they should offer some kind of discount . My second visit was more than the 1st visit . I feel like I didnt Receive as much care as before. The nurses are friendly.,but the receptionist can use a little attitude adjustments and The clinic could Work on their wait time .
I didn’t get my prescription because the doctor didn’t call it into the pharmacy. Every time I request a call for help they never call back. And I had to get my prescription twice because the wrong name was on it. Overall, very unhelpful. And I paid a lot of money not to get my prescription
These folks are amazing!!! My daughter is just experiencing all of the joys of growing up and its not so joyful. They treated her like a human being and respected her opinion and had a conversation with her. They didnt talk at her or dumb down the conversation. (My daughter is probably the first 12 year old theyve had that knows what her body parts are and what they do and isnt scared or ashamed to talk about it, either.)I love PP and what they do for people. If they werent here, there are SO many more young ladies that would end up dying from HIV or having unwanted babies or whatever because thats just not something you talk about in polite company. If you dont like Planned Parenthood, make them unnecessary! Educate yourselves and your children. Stop this abstinence only nonsense. There is a girl at my sons high school (a FRESHMAN) with two kids because she had NO idea how things worked or how to prevent it.Until then, I will continue to be grateful to and for them and I will take my daughter there ANY TIME!!!!
First time experience and it was great. The lobby was very calm, service was efficient. Everything is explained to you so there is no confusion!
This place is not what it used to be. Please bring back the old staff members. The white lady at the front desk thinks she is too good to help other ladies. She doesnt hear what you have to say before she judges you and say we cant help you. It was annoying as I only wanted to buy birth control pills from them as Ive done in the past. Close it down. It isnt what it used to be.
There’s better places. That actually help with funding, gas money, lodging, transportation and etc. they never let you speak directly with billing department. It’s frustrating. Like if said person isn’t qualified or doesn’t know the answers put me on the phone with someone who is qualified or knows the answers. You would think it’s simple and not rocket science. Look into Missouri Access. I loved that place!
All of my experiences with PP in Nashville are all amazing. The doctors, nurses, and staff are all very kind and thoughtful. This place saved my life. They offer many services and are very accommodating.
Will tell you the wrong prices on prescriptions. Lazy staff as well, will not answer the phones. Would not recommend coming here. Overpriced as well.
I am very upset about the wait I made my appointment over a month ago and was 15 minutes early and the doctor was late. The office staff has been very rude and Ive asked to reschedule 3 times because I have a busy life and I dont have time to sell with people that cant get me in at 9:30 Its been an hour dont waste your time coming here. If this wasnt necessary I wouldnt still be here.
So much for being good with transgender patients, very incompetent clinic and after their refusal to see any patients after February even for FOLLOWUPS, my faith in their clinic has gone down dramatically.Feck. Planned. Parenthood. In. Nashville.
The employees here are very friendly and professional. It truely feels like a safe space. This facility offers a wide range of services, such as birth control, general health care, HIV services, exams, cancer screenings, Testing, etc.
I thought they would help low income patients but they don’t. They don’t even offer payment plans or any assistance. If you need a low income place to get birth control, or check ups go to Neighborhood health. They are more affordable and work with low income patients.
Website says they handle mens health and vasectomies, but when I called to make an appointment they said they dont see men for anything. Then you need to change the planned Parenthood website.
I’m not sure what they pump in the air inside this building but everyone and I mean everyyoneee looks miserable. They’re pretty unsympathetic, dismissive and really just do not careee :(
Don’t bother scheduling an appointment. Apparently they just randomly decide to not open, cancel your appointment without letting you, then give no explanation when you call to find out what’s going on. So unprofessional.
I had a virtual appointment for transgender services today, and I didnt get the answer I wanted. I was given resources to move forward, and given an idea of what to expect going forward. Additionally Ive spent over a decade researching, and I could have learned most of it in just todays meeting.
Theyve been stellar in supporting all of my needs. As a woman, protecting my health includes pap smears and birth control and other services that I cant afford outside of clinics. Theyvekept my medical history and interests in mind. I dont know what I would do without this service.
One of the lady operators was very rude, before I even scheduled an appointment. She acted as if she didn’t want to be there, so I didn’t even feel comfortable scheduling my appointment at this location, so I ended the call.
My experience here is always pleasant. The staff is always so nice & accommodating. I really feel like the women & men who work here are really here for me. I never have a bad experience. :-)
As a young woman, I felt judged and not accepted… I rather go to the hope clinic that is three blocks away and honestly they feel like they love their job and know what they are doing.
The operator is rude and lacks compassion. She told me appointments would open up and to call up Monday morning, but now it’s Monday morning and there still aren’t any appointments. This false information delayed my treatment.
Yeh this place is unprofessional. I should have paid more attention to these reviews. They’re all true! I called about walk in testing and was advised that I could come right in for it before 3 today..... I’m writing this review at 2:41pm and once I arrived they said “oh I’m sorry, we not taking walk through a today I forgot”Come on
Dont book online if you actually want an appointment.
The staff was wonderful I felt comfortable with them and they help me with everything. They were able to see me in a weekend, I would definitely recommend them to a friends and family members.
Kind and knowledgeable staff. Great woman care for those of us hurt by our state refusal to expand Medicaid and its rejection the Affordable Healthcare Act.
Horrible management unprofessionalEspecially Tarsha Elliot she is rude to patients and employees this places needs a new management makeover.
After waiting in my car for 45 min. No help at all from staff. I left ! Maybe there is a better way. This is awful to go thru and the way I felt going here didn’t help.
We arrived at 940 still waiting its pass 230 pm. This is ridiculous. Made her wait since 940. No food. Still waiting
Best experience Ive had in a clinic. thank you Planned Parenthood - Nashville for your dedication to your patients.
They cancelled my appointment ive been waiting 3 weeks for, then told me the soonest appointment would be over a month from now
Theyve been providing birth control to my sister for hormonal issues for years, and they taught at my sexual education class in high school! thanks PP!!
These people are very unprofessional will steal your money an postponed all your appointments. Seek help somewhere else
Rude staff, unhelpful doctors. People yelling at the door.
A bunch of great caring doctors, nurses, and employees. Very helpful and comforting place.
Very professional and understanding. Where there to help keep the protesters away from you.
Unable to get any sort of appointment for weeks without absolutely any information as to when there will be available appointments.
I was too young to have a child. 2007
Kindest group of employees of any medical facility Ive ever been to.
Great place. Safe and supportive
Amazing staff, really great with pronouns too
Thanks for yet another fabulous abortion!
Go to literally any other location if you can. Horrible.
I advise everyone not to come here ! This place and the “doctors” here are sad
The doctors and nurses and stuff are so kind
Very patient n respectful
Waited for 4 hours!!!!!!
