North Omaha Area HealthNorth Omaha Area Health (NOAH) is engaged in a grievous dereliction of duty, concealing positive test results, neglecting infected patients, and only deigning to review lab results upon explicit patient request. This behavior is unequivocal medical malpractice. Furthermore, NOAH has either failed to order comprehensive STD panels—including trichomoniasis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, HIV, and hepatitis—upon client request, or they have ordered the panels but tampered with the lab results to obscure positive findings. The intake personnel purposefully recorded my home address incorrectly. I possess incontrovertible evidence of this malpractice: an audio recording of Tricia, who self-identifies as the HRNIC, and fraudulent lab results altered to hide my positive bacterial vaginosis (BV) diagnosis. On July 18, 2024, I confirmed my positive BV screening with the receptionist at NOAH, who then edited my results. This was confirmed when Tricia leaned over and inquired, What are you printing for her? and then, seeing the reception screen, said, Ok, before backing away. A cursory inspection reveals the lab results were edited to omit positive findings, coinciding with the peak of my symptoms.Furthermore, they refuse to honor my Medical Records Release to Think Whole Person Healthcare.
Confusing. An appointment was very easy to schedule online. However, when I arrived I was told the doctor was not in, the doctor was entirely booked for the day, and I was not approved. I do not understand the process of getting approved, or how you can schedule an appointment for a time when the doctor is not in, or how you can schedule an appointment when the doctor is fully booked.
Best doctor’s office I’ve ever been to they’re so friendly and helpful through the whole process I highly recommend! Special shout-out to my nurse Trina I wish she could be my nurse for every doctors visit
