Feeling grateful to be a Kindbody patient is truly an understatement!I thank God every day for the incredible Denver team and the opportunity to undergo my treatment at their clinic. Today, I’m 13 weeks pregnant following one successful egg retrieval, a procedure for polyp removal, and one successful embryo transfer. From day one, the entire team was kind and empathetic, supporting us through both the highs and the lows. Dr. Grob always had the most informative, supportive, and encouraging words for my husband and me. The nurses consistently went above and beyond to keep us informed about each step of the process and to provide support, even during emergencies and after hours. A special thank you to NP Kaelin, who made this journey extra special 🤍.Now, we are over the moon as we eagerly await our baby girl, Emma, a rainbow 🌈 and miracle baby 🌸. We are forever thankful for the talent and dedication of the Kindbody team, who ensured that my treatment was smooth, even when things seemed difficult.I will always be grateful to Kindbody for being a part of our journey to becoming parents 🥹.
Tried working with this clinic for almost TWO years after being told they’re the most inclusive. Never had any issues with discrimination BUT issues definitely arose….Appointments: I was constantly misled about what the next appointment would entail and what provider I would see. My first doctor left the Denver clinic and I was reassured I could still work with her, which did not happen. Nonetheless, I was always greeted as if the staff knew me, but they never seemed to be on the same page. I once got told by the person who did my blood draw how painful the upcoming procedure (that day!) was going to be when I was told it was just a scan! She was right, I was fully unprepared. That’s a horror story for another day.Billing: Billing issues are impossible to resolve! I have a $4,000 bill for a service I was told not to proceed with. My provider literally said it was an error and I would only be billed for a portion (approx $450) but since she is no longer with Kindbody (see below), it became a he said/she said and I ultimately still owe the astronomical bill for bloodwork for a potential donor. I’ve been going back and forth with their billing department for months in which Kindbody will take no responsibility.Communication: 90% of communication is done in the portal which is a good way to keep track of information but again, nobody is on the same page and they often “close” conversation threads before resolving them (attached example). I have gone without responses many times and have been given the run around when I call - especially regarding insurance. Out of frustration, I started working with their clinic in Detroit, but it suddenly closed with THREE DAYS NOTICE and recommended I find another provider outside of Kindbody (see attached). My doctor wasn’t able to help resolve billing issues or provide any assurance I would be taken care of.Very happy for all who had a good experience here, but I am left emotionally, physically and financially drained by Kindbody and will never trust them with my fertility care or the care of anyone I know.Pros: Beautiful office in Denver, kind staff all around, very inclusive and clean.
My partner and I came here for egg freezing and Dr. Grob and her staff has been so informative and helpful since day 1. She explained the difference between egg and embryo freezing and we ended up going with the embryos since it has a higher success rate.Throughout the whole process, the kindbody staff has been happy to answer any big or small questions I had and made the IVF process feel a lot more comfortable. Thanks to Dr. Grab and her team we got 12 embryos frozen! Awesome results with an awesome company. I would definitely recommend Kindbody if you need help with your ivf process.
I wish I could rate the clinical team and experience I had separately from the administrative and billing experience we had with KindBody.Clinically -- 5 stars. After 5 years of infertility I am 34 weeks pregnant with the very first IVF embryo transfer we did with Dr. Grobb. Every interaction with the entire staff at the clinic was always excellent, professional, and comforting. You dont feel like a tiny cog in the giant IVF machine like at larger infertility centers. Communication was always easy and clear, the staff was super responsive to same-day messages, and results were read and interpreted ASAP which is never an experience you get with a typical clinic. I never had to wait for an appt to start on time, and if I was late myself I was always seen right away without any issues or rescheduling. They also worked very well with my regular OB-Gyn for things I could get covered via insurance, including many blood draws, meds, and even a surgical procedure.Admin/Billing -- 0 stars. Holy hell what a hot mess. Its important to know that the clinical team and the billing team DO NOT communicate with one another (were talking in-person staff vs remote working corporate people) and have absolutely zero integration with one another. The amount of times we were incorrectly billed or charged came down to us overpaying thousands of dollars (and getting refunded only in credit) -- again, because clinical and corporate are not communicating. I think it significantly takes away from the patient-centered care experience because you have to be constantly double and triple checking for billing errors, and then resolving them on your own, which is not what you need when youre going through IVF.Overall, I would use Kindbody again because the clinical experience is the bulk of your time -- but unfortunately you will need plan ahead and set aside time to be hyper vigilant about the financial piece.
I had an overall dream-come-true experience working with Dr. Grob and her team. I had my 10 week ultrasound today, and everything is moving along smoothly from our second embryo transfer! I have to warn anyone looking to embark on an IVF journey that this is not for the light-hearted... I started about a year ago with my first visit and I had about 40 visits in the course of the year... but thankfully, the hard work paid off (2 egg retrievals, a failed embryo transfer, a few hysteroscopies including surgical removal of scar tissue, then finally a 2nd successful embryo transfer). Dr. Grob was meticulous and kind in her approach and always cited research supporting what she was doing. The staff were also so kind and supportive.I have to say that I am currently having some trouble with the billing department not issuing me an itemized statement from the year, and I feel Im being double-charged about $2k....the majority of the time, things were smooth and straight forward financially up until this last couple of months, so I hope to get that sorted out soon.Still, Im so elated by the clinical care and results that I have received, that the remaining financial issue is an afterthought. :)
Im endlessly grateful to Dr. Grob, Kaelin, and the entire Kindbody team for their compassionate and comprehensive care. I transferred my care to Kindbody Denver after working with a fertility clinic in Chicago (where we used to live). I transitioned to Kindbody at the absolute rock bottom low of my fertility journey but they made the transition easy. They were extremely thorough and empathetic and quickly earned my trust and boosted my confidence in the process and in myself. I liked that I had one primary point of contact the entire process (very unusual, especially at bigger clinics) which made every step seamless. Clinically, I appreciated that they fully explained the reason for various steps in the process and pushed to do a natural embryo transfer rather than adding in more unnecessary drugs for the sake of convenience/control. I also appreciated that there werent over the top restrictions (regarding walking/lifting etc.) following the transfer, which some clinics impose unnecessarily and just adds stress and anxiety. They believe womens bodies are inherently capable and support them holistically. With their help, Im in a much better place than I was a couple months ago, and hope to come back...eventually!
As a woman in her 40’s I was unsure of my future family. With the care of Dr. Grobb,, Ann Rollins, and many others at Kindbody my husband & I are now 9 weeks pregnant. Kindbody helped with an egg donor, kept us updated on insurance costs, and were very responsive, kind and gentle in such a complicated & unique journey. Truly grateful and caring company when I didn’t think that existed in our world today.
This was our 2nd IVF clinic, and heres why we stayed: (1) Everyone is understanding, empathetic and supportive-everyone. It was refreshing. Even when I was overwhelmed by the molecules, they remained patient & kind. (2) Everything about the office is warm & lovely. It is not the sterile and over-lit environment of a standard health care facility. It feels like a spa. The last thing any women needs when shes spread eagle and with a flood light in her face. (3) The online portal makes things remarkably easy to track appointments, prescriptions & communications. (4) Last but not least, the process works. This was a last ditch effort for us, and Im thrilled.Choose Kindbody.
Current Patient of Dr Natalie Grob, my experience has been by far very positive, she’s very knowledgeable and specially kind. Everyone involved with making our Journey possible has been very supportive and helpful. The portal is one of my favorites features because they get back to me right away and answer my questions about anything. All the People involved are very knowledgeable and made me and my husband feel at ease all the time. I wish I could write each ones name individually but it will take time. I am very thankful and grateful for Kindbody and all the staff. I highly recommend this Clinic if you are looking for a fertility clinic that cares and provides you with Detail Care.
IVF is not something anyone really plans to go through in their lives, but I’m thankful I found Kindbody and had them be a part of our journey. The clinic is a welcoming/calming environment and good location. I cannot say enough amazing things about the staff. Kaelin is an amazing nurse and the sweetest soul. I had Zoe for a lot of my blood draws and she was wonderful. Though Jess came in near the end of our time at the clinic, she was so great!Dr. Grobb cares about the science around IVF and will gently guide you in the right direction when it comes to tests and next steps. She will not push you to do something you don’t want to do and will be really honest if certain testing has any backing. My first egg retrieval protocol she had me on was very successful. I never felt rushed or pushed but at the same ignored. Now, you will primarily talk to the nurses through the IVF process and see Dr.Grobb mostly at major procedures, but I would not let that deter you from the clinic because everyone is awesome. Use that portal, it is so helpful. Take charge on if you have questions or concerns, the team will get back to you!The clinic does not batch and you will feel like more than just a number here. I graduated the clinic yesterday with a health pregnancy so far after my 3rd transfer. I will be coming back for more babies later in life, I am sure of it!
Let me begin with this: we were emotionally charged and a little hesitant during all of our initial interactions with fertility clinics. At the end of the day, we were so happy to have chosen Kindbody Denver and cant recommend the team there highly enough.- Fantastic medical and professional staff across the board - knowledgeable, friendly, caring, responsive - everything you would want from a clinic. Thank you, Dr. Grob, Rollins, Zoe, Amanda, Kymbre, Jess, Kaelin, and everyone else who helped us along the way.- Very nice facility and convenient location with stress-free parking - we always parked for free in the nearby neighborhood to the west, but believe they have a parking garage with validation as well.- From a male perspective, everything was new and unfamiliar, but the Kindbody team made even the most sensitive topics feel normal and comfortable.- It took us a little while to understand the process for our situation and to navigate through several steps with different offices via the online portal, but once we were into the care of the Denver clinic, everything really clicked and was seamless.
Im giving a 3 star because yes, I got pregnant, but if I had to score solely on their billing/financial team Id give them 0 stars. I pre-paid at the start of the year 2k for the rest of my treatment. They have yet to use it for anything so my insurance has no idea Ive over paid my out of pocket max significantly. Ive tried over and over and over to get someone to answer a phone or even call me back for MONTHS and still havent heard back. The claims they sent in were denied and I gave an explanation to kindbody and told them what they needed to change and NOTHING has happened or changed. They also keep sending me a bill to pay off when they have all my money just sitting there not being used. If I had to refer someone to a specialist, Id simply say based on the immense amount of stress from financial alone, I would stay far away from kindbody. Why am I pre-paying for any service. Bill me like a normal person after its gone through insurance. I would like my money returned!
The highlight of my experience was Dr. Grob telling me she couldn’t count my follicles during a vaginal ultrasound because I was too fat. This was such a colossal waste of time, energy, and emotions. I have a higher BMI, so was searching for a clinic who could help me with IVF. I emailed their support, and they told me they didn’t have BMI restrictions for IVF, so I made an appt. At my first appt, I asked again, explaining I’d just gone through a bad experience with clinic regarding this. Dr. Grob told me they didn’t have BMI restrictions, that she didn’t care about BMI bc she had had an eating disorder, and that I’d just need a consult with the anesthesiologist. So I went forward with all the testing, and then had my virtual regroup to go over my options. The regroup was a mess, with the person apologizing they weren’t more prepared. We went over a few options that weren’t applicable to my situation, which she seemed not to know. Finally, we got to IVF—she explained the process, and then told me “but unfortunately there are BMI restrictions.” I was shocked and explained how I’d been told there weren’t. She didn’t know what the exact BMI restrictions were, but they definitely had them, and she’d follow up. I ended the call crying. No one followed up with me (I waited a few days), and I had to send a message asking for the follow up. I believe even after that I had to ask what the BMI restrictions were. Finally, I was told, and it was more restrictive than many clinics here. The problem isn’t that they have BMI restrictions—if they aren’t qualified to help fat women then I obviously don’t want to work with them. The problem is that I was misled at every turn. It was embarrassing. Also, I sent them a message with all this feedback and they did not respond.
I am finishing up my second egg/embryo freeze at KindBody and I am so happy I chose this clinic. The atmosphere and design is so inviting and calming; I love that it doesn’t feel like a sterile, scary hospital. The nurse team has been wonderful, demonstrating compassion and responsiveness throughout. And most importantly, Dr. Grob is an absolute gem. She is so warm, knowledgeable, and supportive. She stays engaged with her patients throughout the process, showing genuine care. I was having a particularly hard time during this cycle, and she stepped in and helped to resolve things. So far, my outcome is looking better than ever before and I am incredibly grateful. The Denver office is awesome. Definitely recommend.
I did the Pulse assessment and I am soooo happy I did. Zoey and Julie helped me and were both so sweet and informative during the process. I learned so much about my reproductive health in this short 30 minute appointment. This should be routine for women’s health.
I just finished my egg retrieval and overall I had a very smooth experience. Christy is/was my nurse and kept great communication with me the entire time. She had such patience with all my questions, considering this is all so nerve wracking. Tara, the anesthesiologist was very calming and comforting. Dr. Grob had done a great job managing my journey. We’re not done yet, but they have made this experience very smooth and I can’t wait to eventually have my little babe! Thanks Denver Kindbody.
Staff is so friendly and uplifting. They educate and empower the journey. The clinic is super cute with positive affirmations on the walls. Highly recommend.
Best obgyn experience I have ever had. Very cozy and comforting office and exam room. Great staff! Doctor was so kind and really understood me and my concerns. Highly recommend for women’s wellness!!
Multiple billing issues that even a year after haven’t been resolved. Seems like they replaced their staff every time we went in there. While our first and only attempt didn’t work, this is not why I’m upset. Lack of communication throughout the whole process. We will not be going back for another try.July 2024 Update: They are now telling us we owe a storage fee for me and my wife for failing to sign a discard form. We signed this form out at least 3 times. We were even forced to have a the last consolation about this even though we just wanted the whole experience to be done with.
Cant recommend Dr. Grob and the team at Kindbody enough. Dr. Grob is knowledgeable, caring, professional, and overall coached us through our process expertly. I felt like I was always in the right hands with a team that cared about me and our success as much as we did.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Kindbody. The care was exceptional, the staff was kind and communicative, and I was very happy with the outcome of my treatment. Both Dr. Gonzalez and Dr. Grob are fabulous physicians and delightful to work with. The nurses were all outstanding and so patient with my questions. I cant recommend highly enough and feel honored to have had these wonderful people supporting me through my journey.
I had the most incredible experience at the Kind Body clinic in Denver. Initially I was reluctant to try out this lesser-known clinic, as most of my friends and family had relied on the two better known clinics in Denver (CCRM and Conceptions). When Kind Body was able to schedule me for an intake visit within two weeks, as opposed to two months, I decided to give them a try and am SO beyond grateful that I did. The entire process was incredible patient friendly, well-communicated, and seamless. Every detail of my experience made me feel supported, comfortable, and confident navigating the scary world of fertility treatments, from the spa-like feel of the clinic, to the highly user-friendly online patient portal, to the incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and empathetic nursing staff. A few examples of how wonderful this experience was:- I was able to complete my egg freezing cycle from intake to exit in 6 weeks flat (other clinics often require 3 months or more).- My medications arrived in a package with very visual and intuitive instructions, making the process of giving myself injections far less scary (it became easy after day 1)- My nursing team interacted with me as though I was a familiar friend, this was beyond good bedside manner -- the whole team seemed to very genuinely know me and care about my treatment- I was able to seemlessly communicate with each member/division of the team (medical, financial, scheduling, etc.) via a super well designed online portal that made it easy to exchange updates and questions on the go.Would highly recommend (10/10 stars) to anyone considering fertility treatment.
I would recommend Kindbody to anyone! I was incredibly impressed with this clinic. They are very organized and communicative, their portal is very easy to navigate, their staff are all so kind, and the office is very clean and warm. I felt like I was in great hands every step of the way.
Communication is terrible and honestly everyone in the office except my nurse made me feel really uncomfortable. Now after being to another provider I see just how bad this experience was.
Every step of my process, while personally challenging, was wonderful. From the patient coordinators up front, to the procedure room staff that I only saw once - and all the nurses, providers, and doctors in between, every person was kind, gentle, and friendly. I left feeling as though I had a relationship with all of them. SO grateful to have been recommended Kindbody and Dr. Grob for this process.
We had to switch to KindBody from another clinic after our insurance change. At first, it was stressful but we are so incredibly glad we had to switch! They are extremely communicative and knowledgeable. They make the process easy and less stressful. It was so much easier to communicate with them than with our previous clinic. The office feels relaxing which actually makes a big difference and many of the nurses and staff have gone through IVF themselves so they know exactly what it’s like. Highly recommend this clinic!!!
Can’t say enough good things about Kindbody!I was an IVF patient at their clinic last fall/winter and we just welcomed our beautiful baby girl 3 weeks ago!My team of nurses, doctors, ultrasound techs, MAs and schedulers were all wonderful! They made a daunting process a little less scary with their kindness, empathy and expertise.Their online portal system was super convenient and streamlined all your appointments, results, finances, medications, instructions along with helpful videos. They were always accommodating with my schedule and made it convenient to get my appointments first thing in the morning before work.Their excitement and support for their patients really shined through. They gave us the cutest graduation gift at our 9 week appointment and I was touched by their thoughtfulness in celebrating such a big milestone.Thank you for all that your wonderful company does to provide hope and positivity for families like mine!!
My experience at Kindbody was fantastic. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and well trained, which I was nervous about at first as the Denver clinic had just recently opened when I began treatment there. I felt like I had someone holding my hand throughout the entire process, and, ultimately, we got the outcome we wanted - a baby girl! I went through one IVF cycle and couldnt be more pleased. I had started the fertility treatment process at CCRM, where I felt like a cog in a very big machine - the experience at Kindbody was much more personalized. In addition, the staff there (Dr. Magarelli in particular) was very supportive of a holistic approach to fertility treatment. I continued to see my Eastern medicine specialist for acupuncture and herbal tonics, which was important to me as a complement to western fertility treatments (at CCRM, this was discouraged). Highly recommend!
IVF is one of the hardest things one can go through physically, mentally and emotionally but I can honestly say I wouldn’t have been able to get through it without the amazing ladies at Kindbody. I’ve never had a medical clinic genuinely care about a patient and their individual situation like Dr. Grob and her staff. Isabella and the other nurses are extremely communicative, knowledgeable, empathetic and make themselves available to you throughout the whole process. My IVF journey was an uphill battle and I almost threw in the towel but Dr. Grob always made time to hear and understand my concerns, walk me through my options and made me feel supported during the whole process. I can’t say enough great things about Kindbody in Denver. HIGHLY recommend to everyone!
I had an OK experience here, the waiting area of the clinic is instagram worthy but while getting my ultrasound the trash in the room was on the brink of overflowing and the hand sanitizers were empty in both that room and the room in which my blood was drawn, I was told they were waiting for more to arrive. It was concerning to feel unclean in a place that should uphold strict hygiene measures for the patients undergoing critical medical procedures. The billing isn’t fully transparent but I think this may depend more on insurance than kindbody, I highly recommend you personally reach out to your insurance plan to understand what they cover so the bills that come many weeks later in the mail can be better prepared for. I chose to go with a different clinic that was tailored more towards me personally versus just working through a portal.
The nursing staff at KindBody is incredibly thoughtful & caring. Specifically Nurse Rollins, who provides unmatched empathy to what is a difficult and stressful situation.Unfortunately, I opted to go elsewhere based on everything else. Some the practices were very odd, the Dr doesnt look at your chart before test (this happend during a saline bubble study), so when asking questions after I was quickly dismissed. I was even told, me and my husband were stuck because we dint want IVF (this is actually not true, we were told all tests so far were fine and we hadnt even began discussing this). I was also told it was because of my PCOS that it was taking longer, but during the prior conversation I was told I didnt have PCOS. I left feeling more lost, confused and entirely unsure of next steps.I read other reviews, were others often felt they were hearing script by the Dr. I too felt this, and any question outside of the box was met with annoyance.I think their Pulse assessment is great and would recommend doing this as soon as you are TTC. The initial conversation following the Pulse assessment is helpful, where the Dr does best.If you need any further work, I would look at other options for more a personalized, less factory style approach.I was surprised to see the newer reviews, maybe it was just my experience but with such a delicate (and time sensitive, I feel like I wasted precious months) situation, I would strongly urge you to get multiple opinions.
My experience with Kindbody has been fantastic. The front of the house staff is both friendly and helpful. I have had no troubles getting an appointment, which is especially important as I embark on a future family planning journey. The doctors communicate often and are concise and ensure I am not left with questions before ending our discussion. The portal is wonderful for communicating back and forth, but the staff is also only one phone call away if a conversation is needed. I feel confident that I am well taken care of here.
The team at KindBody took care of me as if I were a part of their own family. The clinic environment is lovely and therapeutic. I have been especially impressed with their online portal and how easy it is to communicate with my care team. Amanda at the front desk is professional and kind. Joellen and Aiden in imaging are knowledgeable and patient, and took their time to help me understand the details of every scan. The phlebotomists were super skilled and never missed a stick. My nurse Amy and her partners Caity and M.K. made me feel so comfortable and cared for. They were available to answer my questions around the clock. And Dr. Gonzales and Dr. Skaznik are brilliant and talented. I cannot recommend KindBody enough. This is what all healthcare organizations should aspire to be. Thank you for treating me with love and kindness.
Dr. Gonzalez and Dr.Grobb and their team did an amazing job at Making us feel welcomed and comfortable. Explained everything every step of the way! We are so excited we were able to conceive and are expecting our rainbow baby Aug 22! I am greatful for everything they have done for our famliy it was a sad day knowing we no longer had them as our medical team as they had gone through our journey good and bad. I highly recommend Kind Body they treat you like famliy and do everything they can to help!
My experience with infertility has always been challenging and costly. Unfortunately, many infertility clinics I have encountered in the past seemed more focused on making money rather than providing genuine care for infertile individuals. This left me feeling disheartened and ready to give up on my dreams of starting a family. But my first appointment with kindbody completely changed my perspective. From the moment I walked into their facility, I felt a sense of warmth and support. The environment was relaxing, and every staff member, from the nurses to the front desk, treated me with kindness and compassion. Unlike other clinics, I didnt feel like just another number or client; I felt like a friend to everyone at kindbody. They truly understand the emotional and physical toll that infertility takes on individuals and couples, and they are there to support you every step of the way.One aspect of kindbody that I found helpful was their online portal. It provided a convenient way to get any questions answered and stay connected throughout the process. This level of accessibility and transparency made me feel even more confident in their expertise and commitment to my fertility journey. After five years of struggling with failed IUIs and extensive IVF treatments that led nowhere with my previous clinic. I finally have 4 frozen embryos thanks to the kindbody team . They have proven to be the best fertility clinic in Colorado, and if you are debating whether or not to give them a chance, I strongly encourage you to do so. Choosing kindbody will be the best decision youve ever made in your infertility journey.
Staff was calming, pleasant and friendly. The doctor was very sweet and explained the pulse assessment in great detail. I would recommend this service to any woman interested in learning about her fertility.
Just received a bill for $400 for an initial Zoom consult. This is absolutely insane!! No where was this costs discussed. Completely unethical business here.
NEVER go to this place for fertility help. I have never left a review but I will for this place to warn people to save your time and money. It doesn’t even deserve 1 star. My husband and I went 5 weeks ago for an analysis, being told we will get a call to back to schedule a physical. We pre-paid for the appointment. We have reached out by phone 4 times without anyone getting back to us (after being told someone will), and have not received a call from a manager to get a refund. Horribly run business, incredibly rude, and the worst support for infertility care. Fertility is already a tough road and they have made it so much more stressful. Still not have gotten our money back OR a call.
Staff was super kind and very reachable if I had questions. Dr. Grob was very experienced and knowledgeable. I would absolutely go back or refer friends to them.
The front desk staff member Chiamo was extremely welcoming and kind. That is the only reason I am giving stars. We are foster parents. Our ability to get anyone to watch the kids is extremely limited. We have had less than 4, 2hr dates in 2 years and we had to drive over 4 hours for each of those “dates”. Our plan today was to have both of us at the consult (obviously) and my husband step out with the kids for the actual examination portion. Any follow up and treatments we obviously would have tag-teamed the process and not brought the kids inside. We have had 21 kids over the past 2 years and there is never a time we have been with 0 kids in the home. If we wait til we have 0 kids in the home we would never receive treatment. We didn’t want to do virtual because I have an auditory processing disorder and really struggle with phone calls because I pause for long periods of time while I process what has been said. Being in person also helps us get to know the staff and environment. We went IN PERSON for information a few weeks prior to the appointment and Chiamo was extremely welcoming and genuinely kind. It wasn’t faked and that is something we hadn’t found in any other fertility clinic. We were very excited to finally seek treatment. We immediately began plans to start treatments. I called to schedule an appointment and messaged back a forth a few times. I said we might possibly be able to get a babysitter. But they never asked or let us know, that kids were not allowed in the clinic at all.My complaint is NOT the policy but the fact that NO ONE NOTIFIED US of the policy- not the front desk, website, over the phone schedulers, no signs, and we went IN PERSON with a baby and toddler to get information about it. They should have said right then, “hey just so you know, the kids aren’t allowed in the clinic at all.” Then we would’ve planned ahead and known. I would not have been offended by being told upfront. It would have delayed us several months to a year with how impossible respite care is for foster parents with special needs kids but I would’ve known not to schedule the appointment. They will be refunding our money but we are very upset.Driving 3 hours round trip just to be turned away for being foster parents without support is disheartening and offensive. Our toddler behaved like an Angel for the few minutes we were there. I assume we would have been in a private room for the consult so no one would have seen the kids anyway! Some people with infertility do foster care or have had a child. Emergencies happen and some people have no ability to get a babysitter. Infertility doesn’t just affect those with no kids in their life. But again, it is NOT the policy, but lack of communication that led us to leave this review.Hopefully they post a small notice of the policy on the website or even on the door or upon scheduling, but at the very VERY least- it should be pointed out to people who come into the clinic WITH kids for the first time.
I truly cannot recommend Kindbody Denver enough! Each and every member of the team not only goes out of their way to welcome you and make you feel comfortable, but also to educate you and ensure you 100% understand everything thats going on. Special shoutout to Dr. Gonzalez, Pilar, and Joellyn (apologies if I am misspelling her name - she was a lovely lovely Ultrasound tech).I cant emphasize enough how great it was to have each member of the team take time to talk me through everything and ensure I feel comfortable and informed.I have literally never had such a positive experience at an OB/GYN. Beyond the wonderful people, it was very easy to make an appointment online, great availability, and all the paperwork/insurance stuff is very easy to navigate.Thank you so much! Looking forward to being a longtime patient here.
They advertised and quoted one price then billed more than quoted with no justification. If I could give ZERO STARS I would. Avoid
Despite the glamorous spa-like vibe and the kind office staff, this business cares more about making a quick dollar off of you than being accountable for your medical care. Before and during my treatment, I felt that nurses were very nice to me, but after a month-long egg freezing process, I was abruptly left in the dark.First of all, no one called or messaged me about my results or told me where to find them. All throughout my journey, nurses and my doctor had me feeling positive and hopeful, saying that I was responding well to medication and and would likely have a successful retrieval. I patiently waited for a call or message for the following 24 hours after my operation telling me how many mature eggs were retrieved.. but it never came. I ended up getting extremely unexpected and disappointing results, which I unceremoniously discovered by digging through the pages in my web portal myself. Now, I dont really blame medical staff for my poor outcome, as I understand the egg freezing process is unpredictable. However, I do blame them for failing to mention a post-operation condition called OHSS, which I suffered from immensely throughout the following week. I literally had no idea what was going on as I put on 8lbs in the following 3 days, developed stretch marks, and had no energy to even crawl out of bed. I had to do my own internet research to understand what was going on. On call nurses had no other feedback to contribute other than to go to urgent care if it got hard to breathe. The earliest I could schedule a phone call with my doctor was 5 days later, and I got no further answers from her. She said she had no idea why I had so few mature eggs, and was quick to push me to do another cycle. She used my poor results as a scare tactic to have me pay them for another round as soon as possible. On the OHSS topic, she brushed that off, saying that she didnt expect it to happen to me because my BMI wasnt low enough.Needless to say, Im less than satisfied with that last interaction. I personally wont be working with them again, not because of the results, but the lack of communication and compassion.
Truly amazing place. I wish everyone could have a doctor like Christina Gonzalez. Shes thorough, listens and really cares about her patients. Its just a bonus that this location looks amazing with flower walls and beautiful decorations. I also love the transparency of this clinic with the pricing on the homepage. The amazing and friendly staff here such as Chioma are also quick to respond, caring and helping. I cant thank you enough. Warmly and genuinely recommend this place.
Stay far away. Terrible communication and literally only care about aesthetics not patient care. Not tailored individually at all. Definitely been duped and been waiting on a partial refund since October that was authorized… save your money.
Went in for a free AMH draw during one of their events. They were extremely nice and kind (no pun intended) but they really made me feel welcomed.I do the at home blood test but with this new location now open here in Cherry Creek, I plan to follow up and even move my care.I hate feeling like a number and I definitely didn’t feel like a number today!
I had the most amazing experience at Kindbody. The team of nurses and doctors there took care of me every step of the way. They were always available to answer any questions I needed and just to provide general support during a sensitive time. I love this team!
Huge mistake taking my 16 (almost 17) yo daughter here. Front desk was cold and rude, making her feel instantly uncomfortable and shut down. Dr was late and she told my child to just stop taking birth control and see if that gets rid of her debilitating pain and symptoms without offering any other contraception solutions. Complete waste of time and $$$! Extremely disappointed.
Truly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctors office, or any medical offices. I could never get a call back, or anyone to help me get an appointment after paying. They were rude on the phone. I was told after my first appointment I would get a call to schedule my second, so I paid. Then after 5 weeks I couldn’t get anyone to schedule me an appointment. Don’t go here.
This clinic is amazing. Lovely staff, everyone is very knowledgeable and so so kind. If you’re considering any fertility treatment or planning definitely come to Kindbody Denver
Kindbody is great! Front staff is friendly and helpful! The doctors and nurses are also friendly and accommodating.
